And speaking of misinformation, Most historians have concluded that the Declaration was signed nearly a month after its adoption, on August 2, 1776, and not on July 4 as is commonly believed. The actual resolution of independence was made on July 2, 1776, by the Second Continental Congress in a closed session. So why July 4th? The declaration resolution was publicized on July 4, 1776. In 1781, the Massachusetts General Court became the first state legislature to recognize July 4 as a state celebration. But it wasn’t until 1870 that the U.S. Congress made Independence Day an unpaid holiday for federal employees, and only in 1938 did Congress change Independence Day to a paid federal holiday; in 1941 the day was expanded to become a “national” holiday. As you may recall, we wrote in a July article, “Three Articles on New Baltimore Scandals: Pick One or Read All,”, asking “Did you know?” about the case of a young man who was involved in a fatal motorcycle-pickup truck accident in Coeymans Hollow. We wrote:

Editor’s Sidebar: Town of Coeymans. We’ve received reports of a fatal pick-up truck — motorcycle accident that occurred during the evening hours of Saturday, July 28, 2018, on Route 143 in the Town of Coeymans. The operator of the motorcycle, a 20-year old man was killed; the operator of the pick-up truck was allegedly Ravena resident Travis Hagen. Strangely nothing has appeared in the local media about the accident. We have contacted the Coeymans Police for confirmation facts but have not received a response. A reader has informed us that he, too contacted the Coeymans Police acting chief, Daniel Contento, and was told only that there was an accident and the police investigated and reported it to the DMV. Is this a cover up to protect a prominent Ravena family? Doesn’t the young man’s life mean anything or do we just sweep the whole thing under the carpet? We need to start asking questions. The 20-year old man is not just another raccoon, Mr Contento!

At the time, we were suspicious that the accident didn’t get a single word of coverage on any media, and we asked Why?

Since we published that very small bit of information, we’ve received contacts from people who have read the inconspicuous item and have contacted us with a huge amount of information and many, many questions.

In the meantime, we have received some information on Travis Hagen that points to a cover-up in the case of the young man’s death. At the very minimum, a number of people involved in the investigation of the accident and reporting the so-called “facts” are going to have to answer a lot of very unpleasant questions very soon!

Follow-up Report: Coeymans Raccoon Incident. We still have our doubts!

Please Note: On Thursday, March 22, 2018, at 7 p.m. the Town of Coeymans will hold it’s Town Board Meeting. We have information that residents, citizens and animal organizations will address the board about the conduct of the Coeymans Police and what the Town of Coeymans is going to do about it. Be there. Make your voice heard! Or at least just show up to learn what the community has to say!

The Town of Coeymans Police Department continues to be the subject of widespread interest following the ugly display of unprofessional conduct and stupidity last Monday, March 12, when Coeymans Police responded to an animal control call and proceeded to provide a sickening circus freak show performance as they pursued a raccoon in their patrol cars (one marked, another unmarked), finally running down the terrified animal and running over it. All of this happened in the pothole-rich parking lot of the Ravena Shop’n Save (Village of Ravena, Town of Coeymans), after a call from the CVS Pharmacy that a raccoon had “tried to enter the building.”

After one courageous residents, Ms Bryana Catucci, and several other witnesses videoed the Coeymans Police yahoos and the termination of the terrified animal, those videos went viral on several Internet sites, including Facebook and YouTube, and the Smalbany blog published a detailed and informative article on the incident. The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation and the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society voiced their outrage and condemnation of the Coeymans Police actions.

To give you an idea of how outraged people are about this incident, just one site, Care2 Petitions, has more than 76,000 signatures, more than 8,500 signers in NY state alone, condemning the Coeymans Police! To give you an idea of how many people 76,000+ is, it’s more than 9x the entire population of the Township of Coeymans!!! What does that tell you, dear readers?

The Coeymans Police have no up-to-date procedure for dealing with animal control issues. The town of Coeymans has no Animal Control Officer. The New York State Department of Health report on tests done on the animal sounds bogus!

Almost immediately following the incident, Smalbany blog contibutors filed a demand under the provisions of the New York state Public Officers Law, Article 6 Sections 84-90 Freedom of Information Law (N.Y. Pub. Off. Law Sees. 84 to 99) for the production of documents with the Coeymans Town Clerk and the Coeymans Police Department, demanding information related to the March 12, 2018, incident in which the Coeymans Police Department used police vehicles to harrass, terrorize and kill a raccoon in front of dozens of witnesses at Faith Plaza in Ravena, New York (Town of Coeymans, in the jurisdiction of the Albany County District Attorney, P. David Soares).

Initial Information Provided by the Coeymans Police Department (“acting” police chief Daniel Contento (SGT)) and the news media were contradictory and confused. We decided to get the facts.

One glaring fact is that the Coeymans Police protect their own. They delete any references to the officer’s involved or anyone involved. Do you think that’s fair play? If you were picked up by the police, your face and name would be plastered all over the police blotter and the local news media. Why are the police and their cronies so protective? Aren’t they public servants, paid by us? Don’t we have a right to know which ones are bonkers and which ones are not?

The Town of Coeymans responded with the usual halfwit evasive answers but provided two important documents: the Testing Report No. RAB18ANI01172-SR-1 from the NYS Department of Health, Wadsworth Center, and an extract from what appears to be an ancient “Coeymans Police and Ravena Police Law Enforcement Manual, Administration (in the following called the PLEM/A),” Section 46.0, Subject: Animal Control/Rabies.” the Coeymans Police Department. We say “ancient” because this section dates back to October 15, 1998 — it’s almost 20 years old and hasn’t been revised, updated, or replaced — and refers to “Village of Ravena Police,” which hasn’t existed for years, and is signed by former Police Chief Scott Geroux!

Furthermore, the Law Enforcement procedure repeatedly refers to the Animal Control Officer and how the police have to notify the Animal Control Officer for assistance when dealing with an animal control issue.  According to the Law Enforcement Manual:

“46.2.1 The Animal Control Officer (ACO) is a civilian employee of the Police Department. The ACO is responsible for responding to and mitigating incidents and complaints relating to domestic and wild animal”

If the local Animal Control Officer is unavailable, the procedure requires the Coeymans Police to notify an animal control officer from a nearby jurisdiction. Again, according to the Law Enforcement Manual:

“(46.3.2.2) Request the response of the ACO to the scene whenever available.
“(46.3.2.2.1) If the case requires the immediate attention of the ACO, that information shall be relayed to the ACO. If he is still unavailable to respond an ACO from another jurisdiction shall be requested.”

Town of Coeymans PD: “The Town of Coeymans does not have an Animal Control Officer.”

Coeymans Police Department Procedures date back almost 20 years without revision!!!

The problem that we have identified in this entire Keystone Cops episode is that the Town of Coeymans and the Coeymans Police Department are about 20 years behind. You see, according to a certified statement provided by the Town of Coeymans, “The Town of Coeymans does not have an animal control officer.”

Well if the Town of Coeymans has no animal control officer, then the entire 1998 procedure allegedly followed by the Coeymans Police Department is absolutely useless, out of date, and a sham!!! In other words, the Town of Coeymans and the Coeymans Police Department have no up-to-date guidelines for handling this type of situation.

But this whole hullabaloo is NOT about whether an animal was sick or not. The basic issue is leadership and how law enforcement functions or does not function in the Town of Coeymans. There is no leadership in the Town of Coeymans or the Town of Coeymans PD.. The Coeymans Police Department is dysfunctional. That’s the question that is driving most people crazy right about now. Then there’s the question of how the Coeymans Police abused and tortured a defenseless animal using their patrol cars. Anyone with half a brain would have been able to figure a reasonable and safe procedure for dealing with an animal threat, if there was one, and there was none.  Just view the videos and all you’ll see is a normal appearing raccoon, terrified, running for its life and two Coeymans cop cars racing back and forth. Any sane person would, as most of the witnesses did, that the cops were a greater threat to the public’s safety than a terrified animal trying to escape them!!!

Well, we also have a copy of the Department of Health (DoH) test report done on what was left of the raccoon after the Coeymans Police had their perverse jollies. The DoH report is apparently written by a halfwit chimp. Here’s why:

First of all the report does indicate that the raccoon showed evidence of rabies infection. The report did not say that the animal was capable of infecting another animal or harming a human being. Information obtained by us from the CDC clearly states that the animal is infectious only in the very late stages of the disease, shortly before the disease kills the animal. At that late stage the animal’s brain is so far gone that the animal’s behavior is obvious: it acts like it’s drunk, it loses its balance, it staggers, it is confused. Again, the videos show none of this; in fact, the animal looks pretty coordinated as it’s running across the Faith Plaza parking lot!

Some sections of the report make it look like it’s been jerry rigged to provide the Coeymans Police with an alibi. Here are just a couple of examples taken directly from the DoH report:

“Signs of rabies: NEUROLOGICAL DISORDER; Other signs: MOVING ABNORMALLY, SHAKING.”

Who made these observations? Do the Coeymans Police have veterinary neurological training that made it possible for them to have decided that the unfortunate animal had a “neurological disorder?” They also note in the report that the animal was “moving abnormally, shaking.” Well, first of all, the DoH was unable to make those determinations because the animal was d-e-a-d, pancaked by the Coeymans Cops. So where did this information come from? Hearsay? The Coeymans PD?

Here’s more of the gibberish in the report:

“Comments: Observed acting sick at the CVS in Ravena. Killed by running over with car by Officer [Redacted] of the Coeymans Police Department (…No reported contact. Rabies test need before further testing.”

The only animals acting sick were the Coeymans cops who tortured the animal and killed it!

Again, we have the DoH sockpuppets repeating what the Coeymans PD was insisting but didn’t have a factual basis to make the statements. The raccoon was “observed acting sick at the CVS in Ravena.” Sick? Curious? Hungry? If an 8^th grade science student made these statements, we’d send him or her for remedial help! But that’s in an official report. Hearsay! Not facts! The only animals acting sick were the Coeymans cops who tortured the animal and killed it by “running over [it] with car by Officer [his name is deleted from the report!].” What’s disturbing is not only the unsubstantiated statements but the fact that there was  “no contact reported.” According to the report, the animal made no contact with anyone!!!

After all is said and done, the report reads:

“Rabies testing: Evidence of Rabies was found by the fluorescent antibody test.”

The report is again incomplete because it doesn’t state which fluorescent antibody test was used. That information is very important in terms of whether the test is accurate. Furthermore, for scientific and epidemiological reasons the information provided is incomplete and practically useless! Again, whether this is the truth or not, the test results came fully 24 hours after the incident, and cannot provide any justification or support for the Coeymans Police stupidity.

Just by way of comment, the report concludes with the statement:

“Notes: [1] Submitting county was phoned with positive results. Reported to Marsha at 10:32 a.m. by JJ.”

What in hell does that mean? Who in hell is Marsha? Who in hell is JJ? But that’s supposed to be an official report from the NYS DoH in response to a serious incident. Don’t we have any standards at all in this community, in this state? Or are all of our public servants halfwits and dumbasses? We think you know the answer to that question already.

So, dear readers, you have the state of affairs in the Town of Coeymans: Useless and outdated procedures no one has had any interest in updating or revising, a team of goons who have no leadership or guidance, disgraceful and despicable conduct by local law enforcement, a very questionable report from a New York State department tasked with ensuring the public’s health, and another negative report gone viral about the Town of Coeymans and the Coeymans Police Department. But you must admit, they are consistent, even in making complete asses of themselves.

We are making the documents provided by the Town of Coeymans and the Coeymans Police Department available for your entertainment. Please note that the Town of Coeymans and the Coeymans Police Department refused to provide some documents, including the names of the Coeymans PD employees involved in the incident. They also have no records about callers reporting the animal, although acting Coeymans police chief, Daniel Contento (SGT), made public statements that “numerous calls” were received (but not by the Coeymans PD, since their listed number goes to Albany County 911). We verified only one 911 call about the raccoon. That call was allegedly from someone at or in the CVS pharmacy at Faith Plaza. We do know of numerous calls received by the Albany County 911 Center complaining about the conduct of the Coeymans Police. Maybe those are the calls Contento is referring to.

Editor’s Notes

As we mentioned above and as we published in our initial article on this incident, “We are speechless! OMG! Coeymans Police Caught on Video Again!” we obtained our information on rabies from several official sources. One of them was the Centers for Disease Control, the federal government’s department for disease control, prevention, and reporting. Here’s some additional information of interest:

According to the CDC, in the period of 2008-2017, a total of 23 human rabies cases were reported in the United States; most of the infections were acquired outside of the United States, most from animal bites in such places as Afghanistan, India, Mexico, etc. On average there are 1-3 cases/year of human rabies reported in the United States . (Source, CDC: https://www.cdc.gov/rabies/location/usa/surveillance/human_rabies.html) Compare that with 90 motor vehicle caused deaths each day in the United States (CDC statistics are always 3 yeas behind; in 2015 there were a total of 37,757 deaths in motor vehicle accidents (11.7/100,000 population) Source, CDC: https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/accidental-injury.htm).

Given those statistics, where to you suppose our law enforcement efforts should be concentrated? On a raccoon or on motor vehicles?

Furthermore,

• Transmission of rabies virus usually begins when infected saliva of a rabid animal is passed to an uninfected animal. The most common mode of rabies virus transmission is through the bite and virus-containing saliva of an infected host. ( Source, CDC: https://www.cdc.gov/rabies/transmission/index.html)
• Other contact, such as petting a rabid animal or contact with the blood, urine or feces of a rabid animal, does not constitute an exposure. (Source, CDC: https://www.cdc.gov/rabies/transmission/exposure.html)
• From numerous studies conducted on rabid dogs, cats, and ferrets, we know that when the rabies virus is introduced into a muscle through a bite from another animal, it travels from the site of the bite to the brain by moving within nerves. The animal does not appear ill during this time.
• The time between the bite and the appearance of symptoms is called the incubation period and it may last for weeks to months. A bite by the animal during the incubation period does not carry a risk of rabies because the virus has not yet made it to the saliva.

According to the CDC, the Infectious Path of the Rabies Virus can be outlined as follows:

• An animal is bitten by a rabid animal.
• Rabies virus from the infected saliva enters the wound.
• Rabies virus travels through the nerves to the spinal cord and brain. This process can last approximately 3 to 12 weeks. The animal has no signs of illness during this time.

A diagnosis of rabies can be made after detection of rabies virus from any part of the affected brain, but in order to rule out rabies, the test must include tissue from at least two locations in the brain, preferably the brain stem and cerebellum. [Editor’s Note: The NYS DoH report is incomplete in this respect because it does not state what parts of the animal’s brain were tested!!!]

The test requires that the animal be euthanized. The test itself takes about 2 hours, but it takes time to remove the brain samples from an animal suspected of having rabies and to ship these samples to a state public health or veterinary diagnostic laboratory for diagnosis. [Editor’s Note:  the test requires that the animal be euthanized, killed humanely and mercifully, not terrorized and run over!!!]

In the United States, the results of a rabies test are typically available within 24 to 72 hours after an animal is collected and euthanized. (Source, CDC: https://www.cdc.gov/rabies/diagnosis/animals-humans.html)

When it reaches the brain, the virus multiplies rapidly and passes to the salivary glands. The animal begins to show signs of the disease. The infected animal usually dies within 7 days of becoming sick. (Source, CDC: https://www.cdc.gov/rabies/transmission/body.html)

Blacks and Wimins Can’t Drive; Black Wimins Can’t Park (Won’t Park Legally)

on our exposé of corrupt local dentists (in Greene county, NY): We are informed that our efforts and support of a reader who was a victim of Coxsackie Dental Arts, “Dr” Kurt Froehlich, have paid off. The reader’s credit card company has found in favor of the patient and has denied CDA and Frohlich payment, crediting the amount back to the patient. CDA and Froehlich can appeal the credit card company’s decision within 45 days, but Froehlich still got to deal with possible court action and possible investigation by the insurance company and the Greene County DA and NYS Attorney General for possible fraud for double-billing, billing the insurance company for services never rendered, and trying to collect from the patient!

Yeah! It’s an awful statement of a stereotype because it’s not true everywhere and always; in other words, it can’t be generalized to the entire population. But if people don’t like stereotypes or don’t like being forced into a stereotype, why do they insist on acting out the stereotype and giving it new life?

I told I was the one obeying the law and parking properly and that she should save her paranoia for someone else. So she tells me to go “fuck” myself to which I responded, “Bitch! Get your money and leave so I don’t have to share this space with you.” She again told me to “fuck” myself.
Imagine if I, a whitie, started off on her like that and spoke to her like that. Or if I parked like that? Wonder if the Bethlehem Police would have ignored the white boy doing that?
Just thought you’d enjoy this after seeing “Black lives matter” until I want to puke!”

“I had a small sewing job I needed done and figured I’d try a smallish place that had put up some signs at the four-corners in Glenmont, feeling it’s better to support a local small business than go to one of the larger establishments. It was a disappointing experience but taught me a great lesson in where we are in this country.

“I walked in and stood there watching a middle-aged man of color fussing with some garments. He didn’t say a word, or even look up at first but after a minute or two he came over and said, “What can I do for you.”

“I explained what I wanted done–seemed really simple since all I felt needed to be done was slip the thing under the sewing machine needle and stitch the material, that’s all I was asking for.

“The man started a mini-course in sewing and how this needed to be done and that had to be done. I clarified that all I wanted was for him to stitch the material. He continued, telling me that he charged for every 15 inches; there was a charge for every 15 inches of stitching. He continued by telling me that this length would be $45 and this another about $30, etc. until I was completely mindboggled that this job was already more than $100. I told him that if it was more than $25 I just was not going to have do it. I jokingly said I could get a surgeon to stitch for less money, and that he should be a doctor.

“Well, the little man then got downright insulted and told me that I was “rude and being smart,” for making such a comment. He told me that every profession has its rates of charge and that I was “ignorant” for not knowing that. I was shocked at his attitude and left saying, “Have a nice day and good luck, you’ll need it.”

Several days after this experience, I was at Joanne’s in Northway Mall and they recommended a local seamstress, formerly a manager at David’s Bridal, who does wedding gowns and custom clothing. I called her and described what I needed done, she asked me to make and appointment to come to her shop to show her. We met. She did the work beautifully for $20.00!!! Less than 1/5th of what that nasty little man wanted to charge. I guess his customers from Elsmere and Delmar have more money than dignity or brains.”

After all, immigrants can come here and take advantage of the “market economy,” but oddly they’re not subject to our laws, or our customs, or our ethics. But they have rights.

We’re not singling out Delmar Custom Tailor & Cleaners but this guy is a good example of what we are talking about when we talk of retroracism and abuse of the white foundation of this country. Rather than be tolerant and tactful, this immigrant chose to be arrogant, abusive, and disrespectful. He seems to have forgotten that in his own native country he probably wouldn’t be earning in a month what he charges now to shorten a pair of trousers! But is the little troll grateful? No! He, like so many others, leaves the squalor and corruption of their native countries to take advantage of the let-me-kiss-your-colored-ass-please juicebags of this country. Why is it we’re such pushovers?

All of the great nations, empires of history, were very careful to secure their borders and to take care of their own.Why is it this country lets the homeland spiral into depravity and opens its borders to let every parasite imaginable cross over and infest this country? Forget about the crapola we’re being fed by the ass-kissing liberals that this country was founded on the contributions of immigrants; they were an immigrant of a vastly different kind, they had values, morals, and a work ethic. Anyone who has had great grandparents who come to the United States LEGALLY can attest to that fact. We now have immigrants who make a joke of our federal laws and cities and states that aid and abet their criminality.

Yes! They do!

We are all born into a native culture; some people have moral and civil values, others do not. Some people are born into a loving, caring and nurturing family others are born into a vicious cycle of abuse. Some people are poor but dignified others are trash. We have white trash, Black trash, Oriental trash, and just trash trash. You can decide for yourselves where you fit in. One thing is certain, though: each and every one of us has the freedom and the liberty to be better and not simply be lazy and go with the flow. It just happens that some people are born into ignorance and prefer to stay ignorant; same applies to trash.

So when we look at what’s going on in this country, it’s all about choices: What you choose to do and what you choose to be. Simple.

I have the freedom and the liberty to choose and I choose not to accept the behavior…

Here’s an example: Today, we made a rare trip to Walmart in Glenmont. There was quite a variety of types there ranging from trashy to middle-class, and you could see right then and there that you are born into a culture, you are raised in that culture and you’re likely to stay in that culture and raise your children in that culture. I thought about this when I passed a very loud group of 4 persons, including two small children. Yelling, banging, the boom box was blasting. One couldn’t help thinking “stereotypes.” There is a reason for stereotypes and the reason is that the stereotypes perpetuate the stereotype. Does that make us, the others, evil or unjust for admitting that they created the stereotype, and we are just acknowledging it. It wasn’t us that created the behavior that pegs them for what they are, and puts them in the box labeled “whatever.” So why get all in a huff when someone honestly admits that they’re what they are: stereotypical of their group. Why? Because they like it there; they have no desire to leave their place in the world. Does that make them bad people? Not at all. But I don’t need them setting the conditions for how I live, or for invading my space with their behavior. I have the freedom and the liberty to choose and I choose not to accept the behavior; I also choose to admit that it exists and not to live in denial.

We’re just plain sick and tired to the point of puking when we have to listen to all the talk of “racism” even by our racist president, Mr Obama, who is quick to play the race card when it comes to a white-on-black issue but is eerily silent when it comes to the execution-style shootings of our law enforcement people. We’d like to start a counter-movement, “White lives count!”

They use any excuse to destroy and to use racism as an excuse for criminality!

Anyone who watches the antics of the carjackers and the other urban criminals can form their own opinions. There was a video of a car-chase and then an on-foot pursuit of a [black] perp the other day just in the wake of the execution-style shooting of a law-enforcement officer, in the wake of the shooting of a state trooper, in the wake of the on-air execution of two talk-show hosts, in the wake of the shooting of two police officers, and the list goes on. Does anyone dare mention the color of the perps? The media doesn’t have the balls to say “black” but the majority–we say the majority because in a couple of the instances no arrest has been made and we haven’t seen the pix of the perps (the media tends to avoid mentioning color or, in some instances, even showing a picture of the perpetrator(s)–were, Guess what? blacks. Not Hispanic, not Chinese, not Asian, not Native American, not Irish; read our lips BLACK! And we don’t mean African black! We mean American Blacks; the product of American Black culture. The same ones that will use any excuse to destroy and to use racism as an excuse for criminality! How long do you think the self-deception, the denial, the blindness of mainstream America is going to go on before it reaches the flash point and a reaction occurs?

Racism? The American people are kept in the darkest of dark closets when it comes to the truth about racism, slavery. Anyone with any knowledge of American history cannot avoid the example of the indentured servant, or non-landed whites, or women in this country. Much of that discrimination didn’t change until the 20th century!

White people can’t save Black people from themselves!

At some point in time people have to choose to stop being victims and stop riding the same old hackneyed slogans to death. White people can’t save Black people from themselves. Black people have to take charge and clean up their own acts, clean up their own neighborhoods, create new, more positive stereotypes of themselves. It’s about time someone admitted that.

And has anyone done the history of the Italian, Irish, even Catholic Americans in this country. Did you know that plenty of Italians and Irish were LYNCHED because they were Italians or Irish! Look it up, you ignorant liberal asskissers. In the West, until the 20th Century, Chinese and Sikhs, for example, were discriminated against and their property confiscated violently. What about the Japanese and German concentration camps IN THIS COUNTRY? Anyone talk about racism in those contexts? Why not?

And so we have people up in arms about closing our borders to illegal penetrations. This country is sick, sick, sick and it is refusing treatment. If you talk about closing our borders and enforcing our laws, you’re un-American! If you talk about deporting illegals you’re un-American! If you say fix the problems in the United States, wash the shit off your own porch before you screw up other countries and cultures, you’re un-American.

The number of jurisdictions with sanctuary policies for illegal aliens have risen to an estimated 340 from 276 in July, according to an updated CIS study. The refusal of local authorities to give custody of deportable criminal aliens to ICE has resulted in the release of around 1,000 criminal aliens per month. Tell them to go the hell home and save their countries rather than abandoning them!

We have a question we’d like you to think about: Say you go to Canada for the weekend. You get into Canada using your American passport, driving a vehicle legally registered in New York, you don’t speak with an accent. But when you want to get back into the United States from Canada, using your American passport, driving a vehicle legally registered in New York, and you haven’t picked up an accent in Canada, you a put thru a third degree? It’s almost like you’re being punished for going to Canada and then trying to get back into the United States? Makes you wonder how so many Mexicans get into the USA over the border, doesn’t it?

So doesn’t it come across like a little hypocritical, a lot really stupid when the United States is telling Hungary and other European nations to open up their borders and let the Syrian refugees flow in? Yeah! Misery likes company and if the US has it’s Mexicans why shouldn’t Europe have its Syrians? Our advice: Tell them to go the hell home and take responsibility for saving their countries rather than abandoning them, and playing the rest of the world for suckers!

The United States government is doing more spying on YOU than on ISIS!

We even hear people saying that they don’t travel anymore because of the hassle they get at the airports by goons in uniform. Is there a plan in the works here? If regular people are abused enough they will avoid moving around too much. If they’re abused by mindless monkeys, they feel violated and who wants to go through that? Do you see a plan here?

All of you blind bastards reading this diatribe had better open your eyes and recognize the fact that we don’t deport illegal aliens because they are VOTES for those in power. We don’t call a criminal black because they are VOTES for those in power. (We also don’t call them black because they behave like animals and everyone is scared shitless of what they might do. You asked for it America! You sure as hell got what you asked for!) And we don’t spend more time fixing the United States because the corporations see untapped wealth in the Middle East and elsewhere and the only way they can get to it is by using the United States Government = their paid lackeys to do it for them. Look, if the corporations are going to profit by the military actions the United States government gets bogged down in, and United States military personnel come back dead, maimed, or otherwise physically or mentally damaged, it’s the corporations that should pay for the damage, not the American people. Our military is not protecting our freedoms and liberties, people, WAKE UP! In fact, our own government is erasing our freedoms and liberties on a day-to-day basis and you don’t even realize it. We’d rather not get started on the media and prime time programming, but we have to say something about it just to be fairly complete. You are told what to think. You are told who to listen to. You are told what to eat and drink. You are told you are damaged goods and need this or that drug. You are told by your boss you can’t say “fuck” in the workplace but turn on the television or open a magazine like “Men’s Health” and you can hear and read the word or worse almost regularly. You’re a dog or a whore if you jump into bed with a different gal or guy every day but it seems afternoon soaps tell you it’s OK. Two men kissing and boinking are OK on the soaps, too. Don’t you feel manipulated? Don’t you feel like it’s time to reclaim your brain, your mind, your soul? The media are stealing your mind and your soul and you just let it happen! If someone did that with your wallet or your purse, what would you do to reclaim just a couple of bucks or credit cards? But you let media corporations steal something much more valuable and irreplaceable: your soul and your children’s souls, and you do nothing!

 FireGeezer, A Blog Dedicated to the First Responder/Firefighter Community, Recently Reposted Part of Our Article “Share Our Shock” on the Unbelievable Stupidity of the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs and Their Decision to Hire Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca” to be the Association’s CEO/Executive Director. We posted a link the FireGeezer’s web site. No sooner had we done that than the rats left their dark holes and started their rants. Well, it didn’t take long for FireGeezer to figure out their agenda and POOF! all of their posts suddenly got deleted. That’s happening more and more to them lately and so it should.

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines “taunt” as “a reproach in a mocking or insulting style. This is a taunt.

One of the sickos who apparently is desperate for attention wrote in a comment: “aww, you aren’t even close. Guess those close to you are going to betray you sooner than later.” That sicko is responding to our “UPDATE” on this blog in which we finger a local whacko as the one who posted the crazy rants on FireGeezer. But what the sicko doesn’t realize is that he or she is actually identifying with the psychopath we suspect to have written the stupidity on FireGeezer. It’s ironic that as soon as the lunatic rants got deleted, so did Sicko’s identity. He’s a lonely nobody again!

But to set the record straight, the sick minds who are so desperately trying to put a face on this blog, who are so desperately trying to vent their frustration about not being able to spew their venom, and hurt the community-spirited people reading and contributing to this blog, those same sociopathic personalities are actually shooting themselves in the foot. Here’s why:

First of all, those sickos are ignorant of the content of this blog. If they knew anything about this blog, they would know that on May 5, 2012, in the article a “A Little History Lesson“, everything they think that they are exposing was already thrown out there for everyone to read. Even the owner of the blog was identified. Yes! No guessing required. That article identified the blog owner! No secrets, readers. Everything was up on the front page since May 5, 2012—until they started getting really nasty.  But that article, “A little History Lesson” was there for everyone to read, and was until this morning (we password protected the page but you can request a password to view it. Just write us at rcs.confidential (a) gmail.com) That was done because it was all made up in sick minds, meaningless, already shown to be garbage, and the Editor wanted to get it out of the way, knowing that some dumbasses would want to drag it out and use it stupidly. That’s exactly what they did and are trying to do. But they failed, miserably.

Secondly, if they think that they have some special, secret information that they can use to discredit and destroy someone they repeat it over and over again, until they believe their own lies, and then attacking more and more innocent people. Apparently, they think that by doing that someone’s going to lose their cool and react. Not gonna happen. You see, those lies have been around so long and the stories, the tales have been told again and again that everyone, and we mean EVERYONE is sick of hearing them. So our advice to Sicko and his friends is: Get a life and a brain, stupid! You’ve tried this all before and it didn’t work then so why do you think it’s going to work now? It’s all old and uninteresting. People knew your agenda years ago and it didn’t work!

The most reliable sign of stupidity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results. You’re a pitiful idiot!

The third point we’d like to make is this: You can’t fight hard facts by trying to kill the messenger, stupid! This blog goes to incredible lengths to get hard facts and information, and only then publishes the hard, true facts. You can deny them all you like but they are still there. Call us what you like but it doesn’t change the truth or the facts. But there is something you can do:

• If you don’t like the Deluca stories, check out the facts and if you have a defense, send us the facts. We’ll be happy to print them.
• If you don’t like the facts we publish on the Warners, send us facts that prove us wrong and we’ll publish them.
• If you don’t like the facts about the Coeymans police department, send us the facts that refute our conclusions.
• If you don’t like what we publish about the Village of Ravena and the Village of Ravena budget, show us in the budget what we got wrong.
• If you feel that Ravena needs Cathy Deluca’s playpen to the tune of $105,000 a year when the Ravena Health and Fitness Center generates no revenues for the Village of Ravena, show us the facts and figures that say that Ravena needs the RHFC and that it’s worth the taxpayer dollars being wasted on it.
• If you don’t like our exposés of the failing Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk schools or the teachers union or the board of education, leave a comment complete with facts and figures to rebut what we write. We’ll publish your comment.

You can’t fight hard facts by trying to kill the messenger, stupid!

You can’t do any of that and so you try again and again to kill the messenger by repeating your fairy tales and attacking even his/her family. Isn’t that a real cowardly way to try to prove your point? Well, it’s not working, stupid! All you do is get your ass kicked again and again. Why? Because we wanted the world to know what stupids like you would probably come up with, thinking it was so significant, but we tripped you up by having put it out there right from the start. We beat you to the punch you idiot but you don’t even know that! And you think that because you post the same crapola and put one of your many fake names on it or use one of your many fake e-mails, that it’s going to be news. Accept the Fact that you and your kind are losers! And in denial!

Look, Stupid, we have established ourselves as highly reliable, strongly factual, reality-based, journalism-quality reporting. We publish only reliable and verifiable information, most often getting the facts under the provisions of the New York State Freedom of Information Law directly from the very public entities we are reporting on. If you think you can do better, please do. We’d love to see what you come up with.

We get more than 10,000 readers a month and in the next couple of weeks we’ll have a quarter of a million readers (250,000 readers). The very site on which you tried but failed to discredit us independently picked up on our article and asked many of the same questions: Who is Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca? That first-responder/firefighters website asked the same questions we did and agreed that there were questions, even rebuttals that had to be made. Did anyone rebut the real facts or refute them? No! Deluca didn’t and the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs didn’t either. Why? Because they couldn’t rebut or refute the truth, the facts.

Neither can you so you resorted to your old tricks. Whether you’re a Joan Ross, a Cathy Deluca, a Jerry Deluca, a Nancy Warner, a Tim Houghtaling, a Scott Horne you’re all the one and the same: cockroaches. And your methods are all the same. So, that’s that. Save your energy. What you think is an ace is from an old marked deck, a very old, very worn out cheat’s deck. When People Misbehave in Public and are Disorderly, They Dampen the Pubic’s Enthusiasm to Exercise Free Speech and Expression Guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States. In Other Words, the Disorderly Individuals Interfere with Your Constitutional Rights!

This has been an age-old tactic by terrorists and antisocial groups: send in a bunch of thugs to disrupt the meeting, scare people or make them nervous, and the people will be hesitant to speak out or to meet. The Bolsheviks did it. The Communist Chinese did it. The Stalinist Russians did it. The KuKlux Clan did it. The Nazis did it. It worked for them and our own thugs think it will work, too. It’s up to the rest of us to put the thugs in their place and to show them that thug tactics don’t work in this community. Get it Matt Miller, Jerry Deluca, Fiends of RCS, Sarah Engel (a teacher whose teacher husband is Howard “Bray” Engel of the RCS teachers clique on the BoE, and her mass-e-mail campaign as Fiends of RCS), and any others who think that they are better than the rest of us.

I’d like to start with some comments made on local groups’ Facebook pages this week. The comments were posted in response to a local figure’s post about misbehavior by adults at the May 14, 2013, RCS board of education meeting.

Apart from some absolutely stupid comments made on several of the RCS Facebook pages by a character who likes to dress up in a fireman’s outfit and who also likes to read the Coeymanazi manifesto and recite its parts on Facebook (Yes! I’m talking about YOU, Mr Craig Wickham!), some of the comments I’ve recently read about misconduct by attendees at board of education meetings tend to reflect a sofening of attitudes. Does this mean the community is becoming more civil? Let’s hope so but let’s look at those comments first.

John Rousseau: Why? Because a large number of the voting public…rely on what is being broadcast and published in emails,webpages, and blogs as “truthful”. Its sad that many rely on these opinions as fact, which is why I’ve been checking some these opinions…I don’t think I need to remind anyone of the hateful public rhetoric surrounding Jews prior to WWII.. both in Europe and in America. Brandeis [Louis Brandeis, US Supreme Court Justice] was at the forefront of many decisions regarding free speech, exercising it, and its limitations:
“If there be time to expose through discussion the falsehood and fallacies, to avert the evil by the processes of education, the remedy to be applied is more speech, not enforced silence.”

Thank you Mr Rousseau, for that very supportive comment. While justice Brandeis did support some very questionable rulings, his position on free speech and expression is scriptural. That’s the principal we live by on this blog and, Mr Rousseau, once again, Thank you! for your express support and that very supportive statement.

Very true, Mr Thomas. We are entitled to our opinions and, as Mr Rousseau points out, it is certainly worthwhile to check the facts to arrive at the truth. That, too, is what we do on this blog. The question we all need to ask ourselves is “Why?” as you state, “good manners and civility are slowly eroding in our community.” This may have a lot to do with how children and young adults perceive the models that community adults provide. I provide some examples below of some egregious [=disgraceful] behavor of some local adults, and ask readers to decide: How does that affect our young people? Even ask yourself, How does that sort of behavior affect YOU, an adult?

The very thread started by the comment on the impression Ms Suni Martinez Swann made at a recent BoE meeting, and the outrageous outbursts of Mr Matt Miller, teachers union representative and teacher at the RCS high-school, and Mr Gerald Deluca, an employee of the Coeymans police department, is an example of the answer to your question. Ms Swann is an outspoken contributor to several local groups, and her conduct may simply have been a momentary loss of control. Matt Miller’s and Gerald Deluca’s conduct is simply habitual but  unacceptable, even if we do agree on free expression, in or out of an official scenario. Miller and Deluca are public figures and must be held to a higher standard than the Suni Martinez Swans’s among us.

We also need to realize that when someone is sure of her or his position, s/he does not have to engage in rudeness, uncivility, outburst, etc. When a person is secure and sure about her or his opinion or position, s/he can sit quietly, respectfully,  and assuredly; when a person doesn’t believe in her or his position or does not feel it’s convincing or persuasive, then they resort to rude attack, loudness, outburst, aggression, even violence.  So what does that tell us about Miller’s and Deluca’s behavior and conduct?

John Rousseau. First… recall that this was a rule proposed by Mr Vadney and agreed upon by the BOE in order to keep their meetings brief, and not running into the wee hours. Everyone needs to remember that it is the BOE’s meeting, and the public is granted access **only** to observe. Thank you again, Mr Rousseau. Again, you are on target. As I mentioned above, people tend naturally to be intimidated when exposed to aggression or outbursts. It’s an abusive tactic used by persons and groups who don’t fully believe in the strength or persuasiveness of their positions. When truth, fact and logic fail them, they turn to aggression or violence. Mr Matt Miller and Mr Gerald Deluca are good examples of this observation right here in this community. Other examples are given below.

We’d like now to move on to an illustration of how we behave may be perceived differently than we intended. Several communications seem to support that fact: That when we act or react in public, the public may perceive the behavior differently. Ms Swann insists that she is a “lady” but the comments seem to reflect a different impression. [Editor’s Note: This is in no way whatsoever representing the opinion that Ms Martinez Swann is not a “lady,” however she may define that term, but that her behavior was perceived to be inappropriate and rude, uncivil.]

A word of advice: It’s all in the eye of the beholder whether you’re a lady or not. Self-assessments don’t count here. Perhaps in future you should let the board do what it’s there to do, make the rule that ensure its orderly function. And stop looking for reasons to be negative. Moreover, perhaps you should reassess how you behave in public and the impression you make. You seem to feel you behaved like a “lady.” Apparently a number of people who observed your “ladylike” behavior had a different impression.

Suni Martinez Swann: …EVERYONE!…I agree rudeness is inappropriate. When I first looked at Mr. Vadney, I asked with a questionable look & with 3 fingers held if time was up. I did not expect Ms. Vadney to respond as she did, which prompted me to ask verbally “Is it 3 minutes?” …I respect the work ethic of both Mr. and Mrs. Dawn Vadney extremely well. This couple worked tirelessly alongside my husband and I with a volunteer effort that helped those in need after a natural disaster. And we appreciated it very much. I am not on a “side” nor for an “interest”. I am for my child(ren) and seeing that those who serve, on the board (whoever it may be), align with my philosophy of education, ethics, and morals. Well, thank you Ms Martinez-Swann, for your comment, which is very supportive of our principles, and also of Mr Vadney and his dedication to this community. But we are concerned by some of the contradictions in your statements.

Whether or not you expected a reaction or not, don’t you think you were out-of-line or overstepping your role as a spectator. (Please see Mr Rousseau’s comment, above.) Mr Vadney was quite correct in advising you that “We have a timekeeper over here.“” The timekeeper was not Mr Vadney, by the way. You were, in fact, asked not to “interrupt.” Interrupting only delays the speaker’s finishing. It’s rude and unfair, too. In fact, Mr Vadney later twice advised the speaker that her time was up and she should finish. That sounds to me (1) like the board had the situation under control, and (2) you were out of line. If you disagree, we would welcome your comments.

Your statement that you want to ensure “that those who serve, on the board (whoever it may be), align with my philosophy of education, ethics, and morals,” is a contradiction of the statement you made immediately before, “I am not on a “side” nor for an “interest.” Furthermore, you make the impression that you are arrogant and close-minded when you want a group elected by the greater community to “align with your philosopy of education, ethics, and morals.” If that isn’t one-sided or representing a one-sided interest, I don’t know what is! Again, Ms Martinez-Swann, you live in a community and, like it or not, you need to be consciously aware of the impressions you make.

This Community Has To Decide Who’s Running Things

Taking effective charge starts with self-awareness, with admission of the bad as well as the good, of recognizing when we are in denial and deceiving ourselves. It starts with our recognizing which version of the facts we are going to accept as true and how our own agendas and, as Suni Martinez-Swann writes, whether we are going to expect the entire community to align with our own “philosopy of education, ethics, and morals;” in other words, shortsightedness, one-sidedness, bullyism.

1. When we give a gift, we have to let go of it and turn it over to the recipient, don’t we? Same is true when by our vote we turn over some of our authority and power to the successful candidate, whether we have voted for her or him or not. That’s democracy, people.
2. The comments we’ve examined above mean that we need to do a couple of things here:
3. Behave ourselves, act with respect, be civil.
4. Listen more and talk less. God gave us two ears and one mouth for a very good reason.
5. Be very aware of how we are perceived in public, and conduct ourselves to make the most positive impression, especially on young persons.
6. Let go and let our elected officials do what we entrusted them to do!
7. Don’t just talk, make sense. Just saying something is wrong is not enough, you must be able to defend your position and, in matters that affect the community, it’s not your good but the common good that guides the discussion. If you want a community, you must accept the rules of living in community.
8. We, you and I, are responsible for this community and how it runs or doesn’t. We have to live here, do business here, raise our chldren here. Not the Albany Times Union!

So the Burning Question Is: Who Has Gotten the Albany Times Union to Publish More Garbage on this Community. Who In This Community Is Feeding Them The Junk That the Albany Times Union is AGAIN Printing About Our Community.

We really want to know and you should really want to know who’s getting the Albany Times Union to again focus their vile attention on our community. Once you identify who’s feeding that useless rag, take her or him out and lynch’em! Tar and feathers is too good for them!

Can you imagine the gall, the arrogance, the utter scandal that the Albany Times Union should publish something like, “RCS You can do Better” (Times Union, May 17, 2013, click this link to read the Absolute Insult to the RCS community!) You may not think the community is broken or that the board of education is broken. You may not agree on all or even any of the issues. But YOU and only YOU, RCS residents,taxpayers, should openly and loudly punish any of the media who makes a statement like: “Three members of a travesty of a school board are up for re-election on Tuesday.” How dare anyone in this community feed the Times Useless. What’s even worse still—but not likely—is that the Times Useless would print something like that scandalous, insulting “opinion.” on its own.

So Think About This and Decide for Yourself What You’re Going to Do…In 2012 when the teachers clique and the Deluca thugs, now known as Friends of RCS, couldn’t get the votes, and didn’t get them in 2012, even though they resorted to some pretty underhanded tactics to sway the public, and violated not just a couple policies and laws while they were at it, they then tried to recover the majority on the RCS Board of Education by even more devious means. Here are just a couple of examples, let’s see if you can remember them:

• They tried to slander sitting board member Rodney Krzykowski into resigning. When that failed they started feeding the Albany Times Useless with scurrilous information, trying to defame Mr Krzykowsi and scandalizing the RCS district and the board of education. They failed.
• When sitting board member Jeff Lukens’ son got into some trouble and Mr Lukens stood by his son, they dragged Mr Lukens through the dirt. What’s a father to do when his son gets into trouble? Take him out back and shoot him? They failed.
• They then tried to frame sitting board president John Vadney. But a number of witnesses came forward and Mr Vadney called their bluff. They failed.
• Then certain teachers (Matt Miller)  incited students in the high school and board president John Vadney’s son was ambushed by several young hoodlums when he was entering the school. It was all caught on tape. The administration under that useless union lackey Elizabeth Smith dragged their feet and tried to sweep the incident under the carpet. That was until Mrs Vadney showed them she meant business and filed a Notice of Claim telling them either do something or else. (By the way, no lawsuit was ever filed, contrary to what the Coeymanazis in Fiends of RCS might be circulating.) What would you have done if your kid was attacked and injured and no one seemed to give a shite? Blow it off, maybe? Again, they failed!
• Then they came out in force when the board went forward to hire a professional superintendent, Dr Alan R. McCartney. They had everything to say about that and most of it was lies. McCartney was hired and has been doing a stellar job. Matt Miller, Jerry Deluca, Fiends of RCS, Coeymanazis failed yet again!

That’s Sure Proof that Friends of RCS have NO VALUES! They’re IMMORAL and UNETHICAL!

Then there’s the 2013-14 budget. Fiends of RCS, Matt Miller, Jerry Deluca all came out in force with doom and gloom predictions of services and programs getting cut, no money left, job losses, etc. None of it true. The Vadney, Sylvester, Robbins, Krzykowski, Lukens team approved the budget with their majority; the teachers clique wanted a higher levy (at least 3.58%) and lost (AGAIN). In the process Dr McCartney and the Vadney majority not only kept most programs but even added some! So where are all of these lies coming from, we’d like to know. And why?

Fiends of RCS: The Friends of RCS have chosen to support three fine candidates: James Latter, Jason Hyslop and Pat Brown. We know not everyone will agree with our choices. It is up to you to make your choices on election day, May 21st. BUT, please take your comments for the other candidates to other Facebook pages that are supporting your candidates. We will not tolerate negative comments against our candidates. Thank you!

Here are some more questions that might open your eyes a bit wider to the truth:

Let me ask you when ever have you seen any of the resident-business people standing on chairs and shouting at a board of education meeting? You probably can’t think of a single instance because it never happens. But what about the Fiends of RCS? The Coeymanazis?The most recent instance was at the May 14th board of education meeting when Suni Martinez Schwan was shouting at the board and at a speaker at the podium. Then Matt Miller and Jerry Deluca had an outburst and were evicted from the meeting by Dr McCartney. Well, that happens to be the way they are: animals.

When have you ever heard Mr Vadney, Ms Sylvester, Mr Robbins, Mr Lukens, or Mr Krzykowski ever address another board member disrespectfully or demeaningly. I’ve never seen or heard that happen and I review all of the videos of the meetings. Can we say the same thing about Alice Whalen, Howard Engel, James Latter, Jerry Deluca? NO!  As a matter of fact, that’s the way they are: animals. Note that I didn’t include Edward “Teddy” Reville because he’s so comatose at most meetings you’d doubt he was alive. How’d he get on the board, anyway?

And what about the Deluca thugs? Now that’s a bunch of savages (I won’t even call them animals, it would offend the animals). Their motto is: “If You Don’t Have Facts Make Some Up!” Enough said.

And then the residents-in-denial like Denise Carl Hughes (her husband, Scott Hughes, jumped ship when he was prez of the RCS BoE and the going got rough. Now she’s a big deal? She’s a vicious biatch, nothing more.  History, people, remember the HISTORY!) and Eileen Vosburgh and their minions don’t think this community is broken, dysfunctional. Well it is, girls, admit it. And it’s people like you who make it broken and dysfunctional. Admit it.

So, ladies and gentlemen, if you really want to put respect and integrity on the RCS board of education you won’t do it by re-electing James Latter or electing Jason Hyslop or Patrick Brown.

The signs tell it all. Latter, Hyslop and Brown are not independent, they are part of a like minded group and they’re telling you that by joining together even on their signs.The teachers clique and the Coeymanazis own Latter, Hyslop, and Brown. They are owned by the special interests. They’re tools.

You won’t find Vadney or Sylvester or Polyak listed together. Why? Because they don’t belong to anyone but the community who elects them. They are independent and aren’t owned by anyone. They think on their feet and don’t take orders from unions, special interests or godfathers.

So, dear readers, I ask you: Given this information and your God-given intelligence can you make the right choice?

Keep in mind that it’s not the people being torn apart by the Albany Times Useless who are the ones scandalizing and insulting the RCS district and community. And it’s not the people being torn apart by the Albany Times Useless who are feeding the misinformation and lies to the Albany Times Useless who are scandalizing and insulting the RCS district and community. And it’s not the people being torn apart by the Albany Times Useless that are breaking this RCS district and community (while denying the very results of their unscrupulous and criminal behavior). We know who it is: The very ones opposing Dr Alan R. McCarney and the good work of Mr John Vadney, Ms Judy Sylvester, the promise represented by Mr Laszlo Polyak, and the resident-business team on the RCS BoE. Yes! We know who you are! All Charges were Dismissed for Lack of Evidence as there was “No Truth to the Charges.” Not Only Does Mr John Vadney Deserve this Commuity’s Hearfelt Congratulations for Having Stood His Ground Like a True Hero and Holding Out Against the Forces of Evil in His Community, He Should Demand a Public Apology for the Harassment He Received at the Hands of  Arch-Corrupt Albany County District Attorney P.[udenda] David Soares, the Albany Times Union a.k.a. Albany Times Useless, the Local Rags (the Official Newspaper of the Coeymanazis, the Ravena News Herald) and News Channels 6, 10, and 13!

Furthermore, Albany County District Attorney P. David Soares Should Be Drummed of Public Office and Barred from Practicing Law in New York State or Anywhere Else for the Outrageous Travesty of Justice and the Shameful Waste of Public Money in His Relentless and Malicious Attempt at Prosecuting an Innocent Man. If Soares and his lackeys had a set of rat’s balls among them they would have been honest and ethical in view of the total lack of facts and the circumstances and refused to get involved. But NO! Faithful to their Albany Democrat Politics they had to join in the Coeymanazi retaliation. In other words, Albany DA obviously was involved in the Coeymanazi conspiracy!

The case has been dragging on and on since May 2012, when Mr Joseph “Joe” Tracey, father of sociopath Josephine ‘Tracey-O’Connor, famed former RCS board of education clown and wannabe teacher, filed trumped up charges against Mr Vadney, alleging Mr Vadney called him names. The more than 200 pound lump of wuss-flesh was allegedly part of a conspiracy to embarass Mr Vadney and a feeble-minded attempt to force him to resign from his position as board president. The idiotic circus program was hatched by the Coeymanazis nesting in the Coeymans Police Department and in the RCS high-school where New York State United Teachers local rep, Matthew “Matt-the-Mutt” Miller, is the inside man for the teachers clique on the RCS board of education.

The so-called teachers clique made up of Alice Whalen, Howard “Bray” Engel, James “Jimmy” Latter, and Edward “Teddy” Reville, at the time of the fraudulent charges also included whacko-woman Josephine O’Connor and Tracey Traver, both of the teachers clique. The clique was actively supported by the likes of Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca and his bottle-blond partner, Cathy Deluca, and a ragtag bunch of psycho victims who were capable of just about anything, judging by the likes of Joe Tracey and his daughter Josephine Tracey-O’Connor.

It seems that after the 2012 budget vote was passed under suspicious circumstances under the guidance of Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca and his mob of Coeymanazis, and with the backing of the NYSUT nuggie Matt-the-Mutt Miller, the Coeymanazis and the teachers union’s  only way to deliver on their empty promises was to control the board of education.

But Mr Vadney’s group was voted in and took the majority, grabbing the prize and the board out of the teachers and Coeymanazi’s greedy kleptomaniac hands. Mr Vadney was confirmed as president of the board and Mr Michael Robbins was elected to be vice-president.

Readers will recall that we covered the events extensively on this blog and you can search the blog to read all of the real facts.

Readers will also recall how the teachers clique and the Coeymanazis made every attempt to oust Mr Rodney Krzykowski and to defame Mr Jeff Lukens. Neither conspiracy worked.

Mr Joe Tracey was allegedly put up to first harass and to threaten the board president’s family when Tracey, gutless coward that he is, appeared at the offices of the family business and verbally abused Mr Vadney’s sister. Of course, there were witnesses, but when Ms Vadney attempted to file a complaint with the Coeymans Police, Kerry Thompson refused to take the complaint. A female police officer who asked not to be identified later informed Ms Vadney that what Thompson had done was wrong and that she, the officer, would make sure it got into the file. (You’ll also recall how we broke the story about Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington’s hiring of Thompson to be his personal assistant at mre than $31/h!) Coeymanazis take care of their own!

So there is evidence that the Coeymans Police Department was involved in the conspiracy not only with Thompson’s refusal to take the complaint against Tracey but also the fact that Gerald “Dirty-Hands-Jerry” Deluca is a close friend of Josephine Tracey-O’Connor, the one who claimed that Mr Vadney called her “fat” (well, actually, she’s not what you would really call petite).  Witnesses to the entire scene testify that no such thing ever happened. It was a bare face lie.

So, dear readers, Truth and Justice won in the end, and that doesn’t happen often in this RCS community or in Albany County so we are all witnesses to a truly historic moment.

In our recent articles on this blog we pointed out the major obstacles to making life livable in this community and in the bigger picture.  This blog actually started back in May 2012, when we had to come out and draw the public’s attention to the corruption that was going on in the schools, especially what was going on in the RCS central school district budget voting and the deception that was created by the RCS CSD teachers association, its president, double-dipping, bully-mongering, loose-lipped teacher Matt “the Mutt” Miller, the idiot interim superintendent Elizabeth “Betsy” Smith, a teachers union lackey, and the teachers clique on the RCS CSD board of education, Alice Whalen, Howard “Bray” Engel, James Latter,  former member Josephine Tracey-O’Connor of “He Called Me Fat” fame, and former member Tracey Traver, together with the Coeymanazi mob under the direction of Gerald “Dirty Hands Jerry” Deluca, assisted by his partner, Cathy Deluca, and their minions.

And we’ve courageously gone after that scandal-looking-for-a-place-to-happen,  P[udenda] David Soares, the renegade Albany County District Attorney, the disgrace of a chief county law enforcement officer, Soares, when he’s not getting a reprimand by federal judges, or hes not dipping his pen[is] into company ink[wells], he’s getting his inkwells special appointments, or simply maliciously prosecuting local residents. Pundenda-obsessed Dave is merely a tool of the machine; he’s to stupid for anything else and too corrupt and immoral (read: amoral) for any other place. A graduate of the boys’ club called Albany Law School, he’s ethnic, and a West African immigrant, he’s in like flint as the “token” in the in-appearance-only ultra-liberal Albany political machine (when it comes to pandering for votes) as long as he kisses his handler’s mechanically conservative asses (the spirit of Erastus Corning delights). Soares has no self-esteem and no morals so he’ll do just about anything…or anyone. He’s gotten his share of space on this blog, too.

We followed the harassment and conspiracy that was hatched to malign board of education members by the Coeymanazis, no doubt with the assistance of the teachers association and the backing of the New York State United Teachers union, NYSUT.

As residents and citizens started to see the light and the writing on the wall, we moved on to uncovering corruption and the crooks in the RCS communities, most conspicuously the village of Ravena and the town of Coeymans, especially the Coeymans Police Department. There was plenty of scandal to go a long way, and it kept us busy for a year reporting on the truth while the Albany Times Union and its junk journalists concentrated on partisan (read Coeymanazi) low-life scandal reporting, obviously fed rubbish by the local Coeymanazis and their keepers in Albany.

And then there’s Ravena. What would Ravena be without a nest of corruption housed in the village hall. What would Ravena be without a senile ill-tempered godfather in Depend®, mayor John Bruno,  presiding over his court of blathering inbred Bruno, Persico, Biscone, Albano dwarves, the Delucas and the Warrens cowing and bowing to get their carrion-toxic talons into anything of value. We covered their latest larceny: the Bruno-Deluca-Warren Memorial Fitness Center and their feeble and misguided attempts to oust the RCS Community Library so that Cathy Deluca and Nancy Warren could prance and pose in their “own” fitness club–or is it a dairy farm–they “purchased” with Ravena taxpayer money to the tune of $40 grand!

Yes! We were then and continue to be the bastions of Truth in this community while the Albany Times Union (a.k.a. Times Useless), the Ravena News Herald, and other local rags, including the local television sharks on  News Channel 10, News Channel 6, and News Channel 13 continued their tabloid journalism licking at the stale blood drawn by the Coeymanazi ambushes, and writing award-winning pornographic fiction based (almost) on slightly true facts creatively altered and embellished, but a final version of “facts” a.k.a. factoids. When they weren’t doing the Coeymanazi’s dirty work in print, they were days, even weeks late on the so-called stone-dead-cold “stories”, and stories they were, most of the time following on the heels of articles already posted on this blog. And you pay for the stale pulp fiction reported in that mass of advertising called  the Albany Times Union or that major collection of public notices called the Ravena News Herald. I just don’t get it.

Those of you who have been regular readers and who have signed up for e-mail notification of new articles and comments (You can follow this blog by clicking on FOLLOW ME in the upper right margin and entering your e-mail.)  Are very well-informed about the goings-on beneath the surface on the board of education, in the schools, and in the village and town boards.

More recently we published our observations about the Coeymans town board’s outrageous decision to award MidHudson Cablevision a 15-year exclusive contract for cable and Internet services (read Ravena-Coeymans: The Land of Goofy!) and followed that article with a sequel and update on that shameful betrayal by the Coeymans town board of residents in the town of Coeymans (read Sequel to “Land of Goofy”).

We drew attention to the fanatical and villainous presentation by John Anthony in the recent presentation that totally distorted the doctrine of “sustainable development,” striking fear and anxiety in an already paranoid local population. We tore that stupid propaganda a part in our article, Need More Unconstructive Anxiety?, and cast shame and disgrace on the organizers for having imposed such arrogant and misinformation propaganda on local citizens and voters!

Again, in an idiotic article degrading the pages of the already base Ravena News Herald by Bryan Rowzee that centered on local Coeymanazi building inspector Laverne “Larry” Conrad, while misquoting American poet laureate, Robert Frost, and quoting Laverne Conrad.

You may remember Laverne “Larry” Conrad as  part of the comedy duo, “Laverne and Surly“, who appear regularly on the Coeymans Comedy Channel (MidHudson Cablevision’s public access channel 11), featuring cameos by Tarty Tom Dolan, BoboCop Jerry Deluca, DodoCop Gregory Darlington, Bobo and Dodo doing their ” Wild West Keystone Cops” clown act, the Surly Siblings (Stephen Flack, Thomas “Tom” Dolan of MidHudson Cable fame, Peter Masti, Thomas Boehm, Dawn Rogers) as well as the Juggling Justices Gregory Dardiani and Harold “Hal” Warren who dress up as judges and make a mockery of the law (assisted by evil shyster clowns Gregory Teresi and Michael J. Biscone).

Now back to the Albany Times Union, Fred Lebrun, and the Sequel to Articles on this blog…

A reader drew our attention to an article that appeared in the Albany Times Union on Sunday, February 24, 2013, and written by Fred Lebrun, a fossil writer for the Albany Times Useless who occasionally pops up with an opinion. The article is entitled: LeBrun: Tax cap denies a ‘sound, basic’ education system and is basically a commentary (now you know how much fact it contains).

We’ll just post a couple of quotes from the article with some short comments, and you can make the rest of the connections and draw your own conclusions.

The governor’s beloved 2 percent tax cap was challenged in a lawsuit filed by the New York State United Teachers union in state Supreme Court in Albany. The suit offers multiple arguments why the tax cap is unconstitutional, asserting that it locks in unequal funding between have- and have-not school districts across the state, ”while pushing many school districts to the brink of educational and financial insolvency,” in the words of NYSUT President Dick Iannuzzi. [my emphasis]

 Right away, you should see red: our beloved special interest, rape the taxpayer organization, the New York State United Teachers, NYSUT, godparents of our very own teachers union lackey, Matt “the Mutt” Miller, is bringing the suit. Now you know it’s not good news for the taxpayer no matter what Lebrun says. But you must already know what’s coming next: doom, gloom, suspicion, dark days ahead, you’re losing your schools, your children are going to be eaten by aliens, etc. You know, the same-old-same-old whenever NYSUT raises its double-dealing-double-dipping head.

It is irrefutable that the effect of the incomplete tax cap passed in June 2011, while politically popular and a contributor to the governor’s high standing, has been disastrous for school districts and local governments.

That self-destructive attitude and the greed of the teachers union and its members, the teachers, are what’s killing the districts. Millions are being spent on the mismanaged, wasteful money pits we call schools that are turning out idiots at graduation. Why? Because the majority of parents and taxpayers are indifferent and don’t get involved with how their districts are managed or how their elected officials in Albany and Washington are turning their backs on their communities.

Just read some of the articles on this blog and you’ll know too well why our schools and local governments are turning into liquid waste.

Sadly, we are watching a catastrophe unfold that will deeply affect many of our children at their most vulnerable ages, and which will have consequences for the rest of their lives.

The State Education Department has warned that between 100 and 200 school districts will be insolvent within two years.

Lebrun must have been asleep for the last several years! The catastrophe has been unfolding for some time now, Mr Lebrun. We’re right in the epicenter of it. DUH! Yes, Mr Lebrun, we are all aware of that fact but not many of our readers, sadly, have the guts or the balls to open their eyes, tighten their belts, and turn on the lights to see the writing on the wall. Again, read our articles and learn why the schools suck, why the kids are idiots, why the board of education is stymied in getting anything really effective done with the teachers special interests working against them, and why the local communities are drowning in their own raw sewerage with Coeymanazis like the town of Coeymans board, the local Coeymanazi police force, and the Coeymanazis on the street doing everything they can to have it their way or no way. Do you really think that business want to operate in a backwoods, Neanderthal community that is so business-unfriendly, corrupt, or that families want to live like that. Look around you and watch the exodus!

The multi-year highway to insolvency for many of them will be already littered with discarded teachers and administrators, dropped programs and advanced placement courses required for college admission, and cuts, cuts and more cuts impacting the core teaching mission.

Look, this didn’t happen over night, people! And it’s not going to get cured over night, either. What Lebrun is writing is crap, to be very honest. He, like so many others, are doing your bloody thinking for your and framing your life according to their views! YOU NEED TO DO YOUR OWN THINKING. BUT FIRST YOU HAVE TO GET BACK TO REALITY!

• Do you drive your car without replacing the fuel used? Of course not. You’d be stuck in nowhere in no time!
• Do you drive your car with a flat tire? Of course not, you’d cause more and more damage to the car the longer you drive! What was a small repair now is a major disaster!
• Do you keep driving at 55 mph when you enter a 30 mph speed zone, even when warned that speed is checked by radar? Of course you don’t. If you did you’d lose your driving privileges in a very short time and be taking a mortgage to pay your fines and super-fines!So why do you drive the economy by taking away without replacing or not making necessary repairs and adjustments? Why do you damage the environment without repairing the damage you cause?

Why do you keep taking from the cookie jar without replacing the cookies and then complain that there are no more cookies? That’s the simplified state of facts. It all starts with Y-O-U!

Yes, the fast track to damnation will be littered with teachers, programs, administrators, advance placement programs. Why? Because they are not working and are costing an arm and a leg. They are NOT WORKING and are killing what does work: You and Me!

Look teachers are nice but they’re out for themselves. To think differently means you have your head in a fog. What the teachers don’t grab to make their lives easier the teachers union will grab for them. Guess who’s going to foot the bill for the $80-120 thousand plus salaries plus enhancements, plus benefits, plus summers off, and some very hefty pensions (after they move out of the district, like former interim superintendent Elizabeth “Betsy” Smith has done after padding her pension!). You and Me!

You’ve been paying for programs and administrators that have been substandard and that’s not only in this district. Sure they have to go! You’d have to go if you did on your job what they manage to do and stay employed! Abusing students. Indifference to student welfare. Bullying students. Having students bully other students. Just being jerks.

And “advance placement programs?” What a load of purest propagandist rubbish! Why isn’t “advanced” the standard like it is in Germany, Japan, Russia? I’ll give you a little hint: because parents like to delude themselves into thinking that little Johnny or Ginny is something special. WAKE UP! They’re far from special and in comparison to students in other countries they’re far below average! Our colleges are crap, too, because they attempt to educate the average who come to the colleges with below average abilities. Why? Because our colleges are not in the business of education…they’re more in the business of doing research for corporations or are in the real estate business! Our kids get advance placement on the international stupids list!

There are plenty of statistics and studies to document just how poorly the American student is doing in comparison with Europe and Asia. It ain’t pretty. Here are just two: Alliance for Excellent Education-Fact Sheet (March 2008), USA Today: In ranking, U.S. students trail global leaders. It’s downright embarrassing! And to think that with a graduation rate in a mid-70% range at the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk  Central School District  our per student expenditure is more than $21,000, we should be asking some very hard questions, indeed!

Why is that, parents? Don’t blame it all on the self-serving teachers. The teachers want the same thing you do: cars, houses, money, vacations, time off, etc. Blame it on yourselves for your own greed and indifference to the welfare of your offspring! Try parenting instead of getting more stuff. Try socializing your asocial cave creatures. Try teaching them respect (for others and themselves). Try teaching them how to be members of a community. Try teaching them how to love and be loved (and I don’t mean loving their own stuff or someone else’s–translate “stuff” any way you please). Give them a home not a car to live in. They don’t need A.S.A.P. programs or Teen Centers, they need parents. Real moms and dads!  Need I go on or are you finally catching on.

Or what’s left of it.

As for the so-called adults among us: You had a brain at birth but through chronic misuse or unuse it’s gotten a bit screwed up. Maybe you’re reading the Times Union pulp fiction too much, or watching your MidHudson Cable ripoff too long. But you really need to make some corrections in your own lives, in the community, and then you can start on the bigger picture. But first you have to relearn how to use what gray matter might still be left after exposure to the fiction you have been fed by the media, by your leaders, by yourselves.

And the Times Union and the other media can start with themselves or suffer the consequences. The local elected officials who have been screwing you for years have to go. What we need is an ethical print and electronic media system that publishes true facts and less mistake, error and fear. The media and the government is misusing you and misinforming you, controlling you by making you suspicious of others and keeping you anxious and fearful. You actually have control if you’d only take it.

You need to get involved, though. You have to stop leaving it to someone else. That’s not how it works. Or you can stay stuck where you are. It’s your choice.

What the Albany Times Union (a.k.a. Albany Times Useless) and the local rags don’t tell you…and the RCnaziS (Coeymanazis) don’t want you to know:

Yes! It’s our hypocritical Albany District Attorney, reliable cog in the wheels of the eternal political corruption of the Albany Democrat machine so deeply imbedded in Albany politics, who is persecuting the RCS board of education president, John M. Vadney, on a cooked-up charge of harassment. On January 8, 2013, our Albany DA P.[udenda] David Soares’ special prosecutor–Yes! You read correctly, a Special Prosecutor, Paul Webb, appeared in Bethlehem court to AGAIN postpone resolution of the trumped up frame-up of the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk school board president, Mr John Vadney. Can you imagine the stupidity of pursuing this fraudulent, politically motivated persecution at taxpayers’ expense!

We’ve seen and read the illiterate so-called Witness Deposition sworn to by Joseph Tracey, under the inept supervision of Coeymans police bobos Thomson and Crosier (see below), and it’s beyond comprehension that any judge with even a half a brain wouldn’t have looked at it and thrown it and Tracey, together with the idiot Coeyman’s cops who took it, Crosier and Thompson out the nearest window! (Yes! that’s Kerry Thompson,  who is married to Coeymans police chief Darlington’s sister, the same corrupt Coeymanazi who refused to take a local businesswoman’s complaint that that same Joseph Tracey harassed her and threatened her family!). The deposition is a mass of confused statements and contradictions. Moreover, it was taken by the Coeymans police the day after Tracey had been arrested by the Bethlehem Police and released. It’s obviously a halfwit’s attempt at getting back at Mr Vadney. Lest we forget, Joe Tracey, Josephine O’Connor’s ‘til then estranged father, who is a very good friend of Gerald “Dirty-Hands Deluca of Coeymans police department and Coeymanazi fame, claims to have been called a “homosexual” (I can hardly believe that that word would be in Joe Tracey’s vocabulary!) and that he was insulted. Poor pussy cat!

Now that’s fact.  Joe Tracey says he asked Mr Vadney to call him about some statement made 10 days earlier to Josephine O’Connor. All of a sudden, 10 days later, Tracey needs to talk to Mr Vadney about something said to Tracey’s adult daughter, married, wannabe teacher, at the time a member of the RCS board of education. We’d like to remind you that Josephine O’Connor’s statement is not supported by any witnesses and, in fact, several people present at the time say the incident never happened. In his deposition, Tracey actually admits in so many words he was not there but he’s got to talk to Mr Vadney about the incident. Well, Tracey does talk; in fact he talks his way to jail on a charge of aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor.

So, Tracey gets out. Mr Vadney gets an order of protection to keep Tracey, who threatened Mr Vadney and his family, away. Next day, the Coeymans police show up at Mr Vadney’s home, cuff him, and cart him down to Coeymans. The charge: You guessed it, aggravated harassment.

But Mr Vadney’s due process rights are violated multiple times. He isn’t read his rights at the time of arrest, he isn’t arraigned after his arrest, in fact he doesn’t even know Why? he’s been arrested!

In fact, the Coeymans police had to make several attempts at writing up the Appearance Ticket issued to Mr Vadney. Get this: The Coeymans police, Thompson and Crosier, had to generate no less than five, FIVE, appearance tickets, each one correcting the one before. Yes, they couldn’t even get the appearance ticket right without having to redo it five, FIVE different times!!!!

Both town of Coeymans judges didn’t want to touch the case and they recused themselves! Local BoBo judges were scared shiteless to touch the case! So Bethlehem town court had to take the case. And that’s where it’s stuck for the past almost 7 months. Does anyone smell the nasty retaliation rat here?

I Have Gotta A Deal You Can’ta Refuse!

Our buck is on the bet that the local Mafiosi and Coeymanazis, all Democrat tools, in RCS are behind the persecution and retaliation to coerce a resignation–they’ve been trying forever to oust the non-teachers from the RCS board of education. You see, once they get enough non-teachers to resign from the board, the teachers clique and the teachers union, Matt Miller and NYSUT, will have free reign on the budget and programs. And you all know damned well where that’s going. This persecution thing has been going on forever: first they tried like hell to get Rodney Krzykowski to leave by calling him a terrorist, a scofflaw, a tax-evader. Of course, none of that was true. Then they went after Jeff Lukens, even allegedly using his son in retaliation, but Lukens stood firm. Then back in May 2012, right after the preliminary results of the 2012-13 school budget vote–those same results are under investigation by the New York State Education Department because of allegations of irregularities and even fraud by the supporters of the more than $42 million school budget supported by the teachers and the teachers union, NYSUT, and a group of Coeymanazi-brainwashed residents–they set the board of education up with a performance by sociopath Josephine (Tracey) O’Connor, who did the “He called me fat” performance at the RCS High School in front of voters. (She’s not exactly “petite,” let’s say.) But numerous voters and officials present and with Mr Vadney claim nothing of the sort happened!Then, Josephine O’Connor’s father, Joseph “Joe” Tracey, a man with a very colorful past involving, let’s just say “self-medication”, appears at a local business owned by a relative of the board president and then creates a threatening scene, intimidating the board president’s sister and threatening the board president’s family.
