 Well, if you have a weak stomach and wanted to up-chuck your breakfast, you could have been at the Coeymans Town Hall at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, October 24, when Thomas “Tom” Boehm, Thomas “Tom” Dolan, and the Coeymans police thugs did a song-and-dance for invited press only—NO! Wait a minute, for the only press interested, the Albany Times Useless and TV 13. Of course the local “official” rag was there to do some propaganda work, the News Herald. All said and done, the Times Useless and TV 13 were presented with the accumulated drugs and weapons seized by the Coeymans police in recent “raids.” What they didn’t mention is that most of the crapola on display was seized on illegal search warrants and probably was what was left after the Coeymans police picked thru it to see what they could sniff, inject, smoke, or shoot.

So Why? Out of the blue, does Tom BOEHM (pronounced “Bum”), running on the Democrat ticket for election to the Coeymans town council, and Tom DOLAN, also a Dem on the Coeymans town council, who lost his bid for state senate in a crushing defeat last year, and now the Coeymans democrats are sucking in the upcoming town elections, want a “press conference” attended only by the failing democrats in Coeymans, Boehm and Dolan? And why the big [snigger] “press conference” about the “drug busts” in Coeymans, of all places. Coeymans when the TU and TV13 have Albany, Rensslaer, and Troy with their drug houses. The Answer, if you haven’t already guessed: Boehm is LOSING! The Coeymans police are scared shitless! Darlington can almost taste his pension (unless he’s charged soon). They’ve gotten so much negative attention in recent months the whole Coeymans police department has advance reservations for cells in Federal Prison! Rumor is that Coeymans police chief Darlington has already gotten a visit from the feds. Another rumor is that Darlington and Deluca are on their way out.

Tom Dolan’s kid’s drugs  and Dawn Rogers’ daughter, a three-time loser on DWI’s, recently helped out of ditch by town of Coeymans workers, but no report no charges made for Ms Rogers—the third strike would likely mean she’d go to jail to sober up.  How’d those crimes just evaporate you’d like to ask? Ask the Coeymans police department why the Times Useless or the News Herald didn’t pick up on them. Ask why there’s no report or charges. Isn’t that news? Coeymans town board members’ kids picked up on crimal charges.

And how about the deals made with the Albany DA P. David Soares, another useless democrat,  to get local druggies, friends of the Coeymans cops, off the hook. No jail time just rehab; that’s so they’re in really good shape to jump right back into business in lower Coeymans Hamlet.  Deluca, Prokrym, Johnson, Darlington know where the dealers are in Coeymans, they know who’s doing the selling, they know when they bring in the weekend shipment of prostitutes. So why doesn’t the Times Useless and the News Herald do those stories? Why doesn’t TV 13 and News Channel 6 or WTEN News or the Times Useless ask to be shown the notorious Coeymans Hamlet drug ghetto, talk to some of the dealers, etc.? Wonder why?

It Was Nothing Less Than a Piece of Political Sabotage to Distract Attention from Tom Boehm’s Failing Campaign, and Darlington’s darling Michelle Maddage’s Totally Unqualified Inexperienced and Ridiculous Bid for Town Clerk. It Was also a Poorly Organized Attempt to Assasinate Supervisor Flach, Who Makes a Good Case for Eliminating the Coeymans Police Department.  A Handful of Pot Plants and A Made-up Gun Display Can’t Justify $1,000,000 being Spent on a Small-town Police Department! Why did the Coeymans police desperately try to get the security for Carver’s port/marina in Coeymans?  We have our theories: You know all those ships and boats coming up from the City? Do you ever wonder what they’re bringing up? And who’s making sure the deliveries are made? Has anyone thought to ask Mr Darlington, Mr Deluca, Mr Johnson? We’re asking now.

So, Tom Boehm, your press conference was a complete flop, a failure. Just like your compaign to get back on the Coeymans town board to do another 4 years of nothing, except to harass the ladies in the Clerk’s office, who are just about the only ones with any integrity and honesty in the whole doublewide.

Coeymans Supervisor Stephen Flach, a good and honest man, who truly wants to do the best for Coeymans but, like so many well-intentioned public servants in Coeymans town hall, has been tripped up at every step by the likes of the democrats-in-name-only, the DINOs, like Tom BOEHM and Tom DOLAN, and the silent ones, Peter MASTI and Dawn ROGERS (not the drunk, that’s her daughter). But then, maybe if the BOEHMS and the DOLANS were not around, the FLACHS, MASTIS, and ROGERS would actually be able to get something done. Think about that, won’t you?

And once BOEHM and DOLAN are gone or outnumbered, what chance do you think that money-pit, the Coeymans police department would have? A snowflake in hell would have a better chance. And while you’re thinking about how much money you’d be saving if the money-pit Coeymans police department were eliminated, think about what you could do with the more than $million$ in taxpayer dollars  now being spent on the Delucas and the Darlingtons, who drive around in top-of-the-line vehicles paid for by Coeymans taxpayers, who are saving their lunch money to buy gas!

What could Coeymans accomplish with the more than $1,000,000 (that’s every year and increasing!) being spent on a useless, money-pit, self-serving, corrupt Coeymans police department? Street lights, upgraded sewer systems, rejuventated slum area, recreation?

One last thought: BOEHM and DOLAN have the local media in Coeymans town hall to show off Coeymans’ drug problem. Now that’s a great bit of news for property values in Coeymans, isn’t it? Come to Coeymans and experience our drug problem, live with the drug dealers and junkies!  What a great message from Mr BOEHM and Mr DOLAN! And to think that Tom BOEHM works for the Albany County Chamber of Commerce! No wonder Albany’s such a dumpt!

If they really had the best interests of Coeymans in mind, wouldn’t Mr BOEHM and Mr DOLAN be showing off economic development and progress in Coeymans and leave the drug enforcement to the Sheriff and the feds, who are much better at getting legal search warrants than the Coeymans cops are?

Is that all that BOEHM and DOLAN can get the Times Useless, TV 13 and Channel 6 to show up for? A handful of pot and a couple of guns (thanks to Cuomo’s violation of the Second Amendment and his unconstitutional SAFE Act). Mr BOEHM and MR DOLAN want to paint Coeymans as the drug capital of the Northeast, apparently. In the meantime, kids are being beaten up and traumatized in the RCS CSD schools. Isn’t the Times Useless, TV 13 and Channel 6 interested in that news? Apparently, the News Herald isn’t either.

No, thank you! Mr Thomas BOEHM, Mr Thomas DOLAN, Mr Gregory DARLINGTON. Your silly smoke-and-mirrors show is a dud. You failed. You lose!

When People Misbehave in Public and are Disorderly, They Dampen the Pubic’s Enthusiasm to Exercise Free Speech and Expression Guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States. In Other Words, the Disorderly Individuals Interfere with Your Constitutional Rights!

This has been an age-old tactic by terrorists and antisocial groups: send in a bunch of thugs to disrupt the meeting, scare people or make them nervous, and the people will be hesitant to speak out or to meet. The Bolsheviks did it. The Communist Chinese did it. The Stalinist Russians did it. The KuKlux Clan did it. The Nazis did it. It worked for them and our own thugs think it will work, too. It’s up to the rest of us to put the thugs in their place and to show them that thug tactics don’t work in this community. Get it Matt Miller, Jerry Deluca, Fiends of RCS, Sarah Engel (a teacher whose teacher husband is Howard “Bray” Engel of the RCS teachers clique on the BoE, and her mass-e-mail campaign as Fiends of RCS), and any others who think that they are better than the rest of us.

I’d like to start with some comments made on local groups’ Facebook pages this week. The comments were posted in response to a local figure’s post about misbehavior by adults at the May 14, 2013, RCS board of education meeting.

Apart from some absolutely stupid comments made on several of the RCS Facebook pages by a character who likes to dress up in a fireman’s outfit and who also likes to read the Coeymanazi manifesto and recite its parts on Facebook (Yes! I’m talking about YOU, Mr Craig Wickham!), some of the comments I’ve recently read about misconduct by attendees at board of education meetings tend to reflect a sofening of attitudes. Does this mean the community is becoming more civil? Let’s hope so but let’s look at those comments first.

John Rousseau: Why? Because a large number of the voting public…rely on what is being broadcast and published in emails,webpages, and blogs as “truthful”. Its sad that many rely on these opinions as fact, which is why I’ve been checking some these opinions…I don’t think I need to remind anyone of the hateful public rhetoric surrounding Jews prior to WWII.. both in Europe and in America. Brandeis [Louis Brandeis, US Supreme Court Justice] was at the forefront of many decisions regarding free speech, exercising it, and its limitations:
“If there be time to expose through discussion the falsehood and fallacies, to avert the evil by the processes of education, the remedy to be applied is more speech, not enforced silence.”

Thank you Mr Rousseau, for that very supportive comment. While justice Brandeis did support some very questionable rulings, his position on free speech and expression is scriptural. That’s the principal we live by on this blog and, Mr Rousseau, once again, Thank you! for your express support and that very supportive statement.

Rob Thomas:  John, you are entitled to your opinion as we all are. I would never deny that of anyone. I am more concerned with the manner in which someone voices their opinion…and I need to say that good manners and civility are slowly eroding in our community. People would be surprised how one may listen to you and be acceptable of one’s point of view if only respect was present.

Very true, Mr Thomas. We are entitled to our opinions and, as Mr Rousseau points out, it is certainly worthwhile to check the facts to arrive at the truth. That, too, is what we do on this blog. The question we all need to ask ourselves is “Why?” as you state, “good manners and civility are slowly eroding in our community.” This may have a lot to do with how children and young adults perceive the models that community adults provide. I provide some examples below of some egregious [=disgraceful] behavor of some local adults, and ask readers to decide: How does that affect our young people? Even ask yourself, How does that sort of behavior affect YOU, an adult?

The very thread started by the comment on the impression Ms Suni Martinez Swann made at a recent BoE meeting, and the outrageous outbursts of Mr Matt Miller, teachers union representative and teacher at the RCS high-school, and Mr Gerald Deluca, an employee of the Coeymans police department, is an example of the answer to your question. Ms Swann is an outspoken contributor to several local groups, and her conduct may simply have been a momentary loss of control. Matt Miller’s and Gerald Deluca’s conduct is simply habitual but  unacceptable, even if we do agree on free expression, in or out of an official scenario. Miller and Deluca are public figures and must be held to a higher standard than the Suni Martinez Swans’s among us.

We also need to realize that when someone is sure of her or his position, s/he does not have to engage in rudeness, uncivility, outburst, etc. When a person is secure and sure about her or his opinion or position, s/he can sit quietly, respectfully,  and assuredly; when a person doesn’t believe in her or his position or does not feel it’s convincing or persuasive, then they resort to rude attack, loudness, outburst, aggression, even violence.  So what does that tell us about Miller’s and Deluca’s behavior and conduct?

John Rousseau. First… recall that this was a rule proposed by Mr Vadney and agreed upon by the BOE in order to keep their meetings brief, and not running into the wee hours. Everyone needs to remember that it is the BOE’s meeting, and the public is granted access **only** to observe. Thank you again, Mr Rousseau. Again, you are on target. As I mentioned above, people tend naturally to be intimidated when exposed to aggression or outbursts. It’s an abusive tactic used by persons and groups who don’t fully believe in the strength or persuasiveness of their positions. When truth, fact and logic fail them, they turn to aggression or violence. Mr Matt Miller and Mr Gerald Deluca are good examples of this observation right here in this community. Other examples are given below.

We’d like now to move on to an illustration of how we behave may be perceived differently than we intended. Several communications seem to support that fact: That when we act or react in public, the public may perceive the behavior differently. Ms Swann insists that she is a “lady” but the comments seem to reflect a different impression. [Editor’s Note: This is in no way whatsoever representing the opinion that Ms Martinez Swann is not a “lady,” however she may define that term, but that her behavior was perceived to be inappropriate and rude, uncivil.]

A word of advice: It’s all in the eye of the beholder whether you’re a lady or not. Self-assessments don’t count here. Perhaps in future you should let the board do what it’s there to do, make the rule that ensure its orderly function. And stop looking for reasons to be negative. Moreover, perhaps you should reassess how you behave in public and the impression you make. You seem to feel you behaved like a “lady.” Apparently a number of people who observed your “ladylike” behavior had a different impression.

Suni Martinez Swann: …EVERYONE!…I agree rudeness is inappropriate. When I first looked at Mr. Vadney, I asked with a questionable look & with 3 fingers held if time was up. I did not expect Ms. Vadney to respond as she did, which prompted me to ask verbally “Is it 3 minutes?” …I respect the work ethic of both Mr. and Mrs. Dawn Vadney extremely well. This couple worked tirelessly alongside my husband and I with a volunteer effort that helped those in need after a natural disaster. And we appreciated it very much. I am not on a “side” nor for an “interest”. I am for my child(ren) and seeing that those who serve, on the board (whoever it may be), align with my philosophy of education, ethics, and morals. Well, thank you Ms Martinez-Swann, for your comment, which is very supportive of our principles, and also of Mr Vadney and his dedication to this community. But we are concerned by some of the contradictions in your statements.

Whether or not you expected a reaction or not, don’t you think you were out-of-line or overstepping your role as a spectator. (Please see Mr Rousseau’s comment, above.) Mr Vadney was quite correct in advising you that “We have a timekeeper over here.“” The timekeeper was not Mr Vadney, by the way. You were, in fact, asked not to “interrupt.” Interrupting only delays the speaker’s finishing. It’s rude and unfair, too. In fact, Mr Vadney later twice advised the speaker that her time was up and she should finish. That sounds to me (1) like the board had the situation under control, and (2) you were out of line. If you disagree, we would welcome your comments.

Your statement that you want to ensure “that those who serve, on the board (whoever it may be), align with my philosophy of education, ethics, and morals,” is a contradiction of the statement you made immediately before, “I am not on a “side” nor for an “interest.” Furthermore, you make the impression that you are arrogant and close-minded when you want a group elected by the greater community to “align with your philosopy of education, ethics, and morals.” If that isn’t one-sided or representing a one-sided interest, I don’t know what is! Again, Ms Martinez-Swann, you live in a community and, like it or not, you need to be consciously aware of the impressions you make.

This Community Has To Decide Who’s Running Things

Taking effective charge starts with self-awareness, with admission of the bad as well as the good, of recognizing when we are in denial and deceiving ourselves. It starts with our recognizing which version of the facts we are going to accept as true and how our own agendas and, as Suni Martinez-Swann writes, whether we are going to expect the entire community to align with our own “philosopy of education, ethics, and morals;” in other words, shortsightedness, one-sidedness, bullyism.

1. When we give a gift, we have to let go of it and turn it over to the recipient, don’t we? Same is true when by our vote we turn over some of our authority and power to the successful candidate, whether we have voted for her or him or not. That’s democracy, people.
2. The comments we’ve examined above mean that we need to do a couple of things here:
3. Behave ourselves, act with respect, be civil.
4. Listen more and talk less. God gave us two ears and one mouth for a very good reason.
5. Be very aware of how we are perceived in public, and conduct ourselves to make the most positive impression, especially on young persons.
6. Let go and let our elected officials do what we entrusted them to do!
7. Don’t just talk, make sense. Just saying something is wrong is not enough, you must be able to defend your position and, in matters that affect the community, it’s not your good but the common good that guides the discussion. If you want a community, you must accept the rules of living in community.
8. We, you and I, are responsible for this community and how it runs or doesn’t. We have to live here, do business here, raise our chldren here. Not the Albany Times Union!

So the Burning Question Is: Who Has Gotten the Albany Times Union to Publish More Garbage on this Community. Who In This Community Is Feeding Them The Junk That the Albany Times Union is AGAIN Printing About Our Community.

We really want to know and you should really want to know who’s getting the Albany Times Union to again focus their vile attention on our community. Once you identify who’s feeding that useless rag, take her or him out and lynch’em! Tar and feathers is too good for them!

Can you imagine the gall, the arrogance, the utter scandal that the Albany Times Union should publish something like, “RCS You can do Better” (Times Union, May 17, 2013, click this link to read the Absolute Insult to the RCS community!) You may not think the community is broken or that the board of education is broken. You may not agree on all or even any of the issues. But YOU and only YOU, RCS residents,taxpayers, should openly and loudly punish any of the media who makes a statement like: “Three members of a travesty of a school board are up for re-election on Tuesday.” How dare anyone in this community feed the Times Useless. What’s even worse still—but not likely—is that the Times Useless would print something like that scandalous, insulting “opinion.” on its own.

We’ve Said It Before and We’ll Repeat It Again: BOYCOTT the Albany Times Useless!

Find Out Who’s Getting the Times Union to Print Shite Like That and SHUN That or Those Individuals!

One thing is certain: Whoever is getting the Albany Times Useless to print stuff like that is CERTAINLY NOT THE ONES BEING TORN APART IN THE ARTICLE. So how many choices does that leave you for deciding who’s feeding the snake a.k.a. Albany Times Union?

Anyone feeding the Albany Times Useless should be publicly stripped naked and tarred and feathered! Anyone feeding the Albany Times Useless by contributing negative comments should be publicly stripped naked and tarred and feathered, as a traitor to this community and for undermining the good faith efforts of this community to flourish. Anyone who stands silent while the Albany Times Useless prints this insulting, scandalous garbage is an accessory to the insult and should be SHUNNED by the community!

AND YOU SHOULD BE, TOO!

So Think About This and Decide for Yourself What You’re Going to Do…In 2012 when the teachers clique and the Deluca thugs, now known as Friends of RCS, couldn’t get the votes, and didn’t get them in 2012, even though they resorted to some pretty underhanded tactics to sway the public, and violated not just a couple policies and laws while they were at it, they then tried to recover the majority on the RCS Board of Education by even more devious means. Here are just a couple of examples, let’s see if you can remember them:

• They tried to slander sitting board member Rodney Krzykowski into resigning. When that failed they started feeding the Albany Times Useless with scurrilous information, trying to defame Mr Krzykowsi and scandalizing the RCS district and the board of education. They failed.
• When sitting board member Jeff Lukens’ son got into some trouble and Mr Lukens stood by his son, they dragged Mr Lukens through the dirt. What’s a father to do when his son gets into trouble? Take him out back and shoot him? They failed.
• They then tried to frame sitting board president John Vadney. But a number of witnesses came forward and Mr Vadney called their bluff. They failed.
• Then certain teachers (Matt Miller)  incited students in the high school and board president John Vadney’s son was ambushed by several young hoodlums when he was entering the school. It was all caught on tape. The administration under that useless union lackey Elizabeth Smith dragged their feet and tried to sweep the incident under the carpet. That was until Mrs Vadney showed them she meant business and filed a Notice of Claim telling them either do something or else. (By the way, no lawsuit was ever filed, contrary to what the Coeymanazis in Fiends of RCS might be circulating.) What would you have done if your kid was attacked and injured and no one seemed to give a shite? Blow it off, maybe? Again, they failed!
• Then they came out in force when the board went forward to hire a professional superintendent, Dr Alan R. McCartney. They had everything to say about that and most of it was lies. McCartney was hired and has been doing a stellar job. Matt Miller, Jerry Deluca, Fiends of RCS, Coeymanazis failed yet again!

That’s Sure Proof that Friends of RCS have NO VALUES! They’re IMMORAL and UNETHICAL!

Then there’s the 2013-14 budget. Fiends of RCS, Matt Miller, Jerry Deluca all came out in force with doom and gloom predictions of services and programs getting cut, no money left, job losses, etc. None of it true. The Vadney, Sylvester, Robbins, Krzykowski, Lukens team approved the budget with their majority; the teachers clique wanted a higher levy (at least 3.58%) and lost (AGAIN). In the process Dr McCartney and the Vadney majority not only kept most programs but even added some! So where are all of these lies coming from, we’d like to know. And why?

This just in: A local resident attempted to post a comment on the Friends of RCS Facebook site and got this response:

Here are some more questions that might open your eyes a bit wider to the truth:

Let me ask you when ever have you seen any of the resident-business people standing on chairs and shouting at a board of education meeting? You probably can’t think of a single instance because it never happens. But what about the Fiends of RCS? The Coeymanazis?The most recent instance was at the May 14th board of education meeting when Suni Martinez Schwan was shouting at the board and at a speaker at the podium. Then Matt Miller and Jerry Deluca had an outburst and were evicted from the meeting by Dr McCartney. Well, that happens to be the way they are: animals.

When have you ever heard Mr Vadney, Ms Sylvester, Mr Robbins, Mr Lukens, or Mr Krzykowski ever address another board member disrespectfully or demeaningly. I’ve never seen or heard that happen and I review all of the videos of the meetings. Can we say the same thing about Alice Whalen, Howard Engel, James Latter, Jerry Deluca? NO!  As a matter of fact, that’s the way they are: animals. Note that I didn’t include Edward “Teddy” Reville because he’s so comatose at most meetings you’d doubt he was alive. How’d he get on the board, anyway?

And what about the Deluca thugs? Now that’s a bunch of savages (I won’t even call them animals, it would offend the animals). Their motto is: “If You Don’t Have Facts Make Some Up!” Enough said.

And then the residents-in-denial like Denise Carl Hughes (her husband, Scott Hughes, jumped ship when he was prez of the RCS BoE and the going got rough. Now she’s a big deal? She’s a vicious biatch, nothing more.  History, people, remember the HISTORY!) and Eileen Vosburgh and their minions don’t think this community is broken, dysfunctional. Well it is, girls, admit it. And it’s people like you who make it broken and dysfunctional. Admit it.

So, ladies and gentlemen, if you really want to put respect and integrity on the RCS board of education you won’t do it by re-electing James Latter or electing Jason Hyslop or Patrick Brown.

The signs tell it all. Latter, Hyslop and Brown are not independent, they are part of a like minded group and they’re telling you that by joining together even on their signs.The teachers clique and the Coeymanazis own Latter, Hyslop, and Brown. They are owned by the special interests. They’re tools.

You won’t find Vadney or Sylvester or Polyak listed together. Why? Because they don’t belong to anyone but the community who elects them. They are independent and aren’t owned by anyone. They think on their feet and don’t take orders from unions, special interests or godfathers.

So, dear readers, I ask you: Given this information and your God-given intelligence can you make the right choice?

Keep in mind that it’s not the people being torn apart by the Albany Times Useless who are the ones scandalizing and insulting the RCS district and community. The case has been dragging on and on since May 2012, when Mr Joseph “Joe” Tracey, father of sociopath Josephine ‘Tracey-O’Connor, famed former RCS board of education clown and wannabe teacher, filed trumped up charges against Mr Vadney, alleging Mr Vadney called him names. The more than 200 pound lump of wuss-flesh was allegedly part of a conspiracy to embarass Mr Vadney and a feeble-minded attempt to force him to resign from his position as board president. The idiotic circus program was hatched by the Coeymanazis nesting in the Coeymans Police Department and in the RCS high-school where New York State United Teachers local rep, Matthew “Matt-the-Mutt” Miller, is the inside man for the teachers clique on the RCS board of education.

The so-called teachers clique made up of Alice Whalen, Howard “Bray” Engel, James “Jimmy” Latter, and Edward “Teddy” Reville, at the time of the fraudulent charges also included whacko-woman Josephine O’Connor and Tracey Traver, both of the teachers clique. The clique was actively supported by the likes of Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca and his bottle-blond partner, Cathy Deluca, and a ragtag bunch of psycho victims who were capable of just about anything, judging by the likes of Joe Tracey and his daughter Josephine Tracey-O’Connor.

It seems that after the 2012 budget vote was passed under suspicious circumstances under the guidance of Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca and his mob of Coeymanazis, and with the backing of the NYSUT nuggie Matt-the-Mutt Miller, the Coeymanazis and the teachers union’s  only way to deliver on their empty promises was to control the board of education.

But Mr Vadney’s group was voted in and took the majority, grabbing the prize and the board out of the teachers and Coeymanazi’s greedy kleptomaniac hands. Mr Vadney was confirmed as president of the board and Mr Michael Robbins was elected to be vice-president.

Readers will recall that we covered the events extensively on this blog and you can search the blog to read all of the real facts.

Readers will also recall how the teachers clique and the Coeymanazis made every attempt to oust Mr Rodney Krzykowski and to defame Mr Jeff Lukens. Neither conspiracy worked.

Mr Joe Tracey was allegedly put up to first harass and to threaten the board president’s family when Tracey, gutless coward that he is, appeared at the offices of the family business and verbally abused Mr Vadney’s sister. Of course, there were witnesses, but when Ms Vadney attempted to file a complaint with the Coeymans Police, Kerry Thompson refused to take the complaint. A female police officer who asked not to be identified later informed Ms Vadney that what Thompson had done was wrong and that she, the officer, would make sure it got into the file. (You’ll also recall how we broke the story about Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington’s hiring of Thompson to be his personal assistant at mre than $31/h!) Coeymanazis take care of their own!

So there is evidence that the Coeymans Police Department was involved in the conspiracy not only with Thompson’s refusal to take the complaint against Tracey but also the fact that Gerald “Dirty-Hands-Jerry” Deluca is a close friend of Josephine Tracey-O’Connor, the one who claimed that Mr Vadney called her “fat” (well, actually, she’s not what you would really call petite).  Witnesses to the entire scene testify that no such thing ever happened. It was a bare face lie.

So, dear readers, Truth and Justice won in the end, and that doesn’t happen often in this RCS community or in Albany County so we are all witnesses to a truly historic moment.

In our recent articles on this blog we pointed out the major obstacles to making life livable in this community and in the bigger picture.  This blog actually started back in May 2012, when we had to come out and draw the public’s attention to the corruption that was going on in the schools, especially what was going on in the RCS central school district budget voting and the deception that was created by the RCS CSD teachers association, its president, double-dipping, bully-mongering, loose-lipped teacher Matt “the Mutt” Miller, the idiot interim superintendent Elizabeth “Betsy” Smith, a teachers union lackey, and the teachers clique on the RCS CSD board of education, Alice Whalen, Howard “Bray” Engel, James Latter,  former member Josephine Tracey-O’Connor of “He Called Me Fat” fame, and former member Tracey Traver, together with the Coeymanazi mob under the direction of Gerald “Dirty Hands Jerry” Deluca, assisted by his partner, Cathy Deluca, and their minions.

And we’ve courageously gone after that scandal-looking-for-a-place-to-happen,  P[udenda] David Soares, the renegade Albany County District Attorney, the disgrace of a chief county law enforcement officer, Soares, when he’s not getting a reprimand by federal judges, or hes not dipping his pen[is] into company ink[wells], he’s getting his inkwells special appointments, or simply maliciously prosecuting local residents. Pundenda-obsessed Dave is merely a tool of the machine; he’s to stupid for anything else and too corrupt and immoral (read: amoral) for any other place. A graduate of the boys’ club called Albany Law School, he’s ethnic, and a West African immigrant, he’s in like flint as the “token” in the in-appearance-only ultra-liberal Albany political machine (when it comes to pandering for votes) as long as he kisses his handler’s mechanically conservative asses (the spirit of Erastus Corning delights). Soares has no self-esteem and no morals so he’ll do just about anything…or anyone. He’s gotten his share of space on this blog, too.

We followed the harassment and conspiracy that was hatched to malign board of education members by the Coeymanazis, no doubt with the assistance of the teachers association and the backing of the New York State United Teachers union, NYSUT.

As residents and citizens started to see the light and the writing on the wall, we moved on to uncovering corruption and the crooks in the RCS communities, most conspicuously the village of Ravena and the town of Coeymans, especially the Coeymans Police Department. There was plenty of scandal to go a long way, and it kept us busy for a year reporting on the truth while the Albany Times Union and its junk journalists concentrated on partisan (read Coeymanazi) low-life scandal reporting, obviously fed rubbish by the local Coeymanazis and their keepers in Albany.

And then there’s Ravena. What would Ravena be without a nest of corruption housed in the village hall. What would Ravena be without a senile ill-tempered godfather in Depend®, mayor John Bruno,  presiding over his court of blathering inbred Bruno, Persico, Biscone, Albano dwarves, the Delucas and the Warrens cowing and bowing to get their carrion-toxic talons into anything of value. We covered their latest larceny: the Bruno-Deluca-Warren Memorial Fitness Center and their feeble and misguided attempts to oust the RCS Community Library so that Cathy Deluca and Nancy Warren could prance and pose in their “own” fitness club–or is it a dairy farm–they “purchased” with Ravena taxpayer money to the tune of $40 grand!

Yes! We were then and continue to be the bastions of Truth in this community while the Albany Times Union (a.k.a. Times Useless), the Ravena News Herald, and other local rags, including the local television sharks on  News Channel 10, News Channel 6, and News Channel 13 continued their tabloid journalism licking at the stale blood drawn by the Coeymanazi ambushes, and writing award-winning pornographic fiction based (almost) on slightly true facts creatively altered and embellished, but a final version of “facts” a.k.a. factoids. When they weren’t doing the Coeymanazi’s dirty work in print, they were days, even weeks late on the so-called stone-dead-cold “stories”, and stories they were, most of the time following on the heels of articles already posted on this blog. And you pay for the stale pulp fiction reported in that mass of advertising called  the Albany Times Union or that major collection of public notices called the Ravena News Herald. I just don’t get it.

Those of you who have been regular readers and who have signed up for e-mail notification of new articles and comments (You can follow this blog by clicking on FOLLOW ME in the upper right margin and entering your e-mail.)  Are very well-informed about the goings-on beneath the surface on the board of education, in the schools, and in the village and town boards.

More recently we published our observations about the Coeymans town board’s outrageous decision to award MidHudson Cablevision a 15-year exclusive contract for cable and Internet services (read Ravena-Coeymans: The Land of Goofy!) and followed that article with a sequel and update on that shameful betrayal by the Coeymans town board of residents in the town of Coeymans (read Sequel to “Land of Goofy”).

We drew attention to the fanatical and villainous presentation by John Anthony in the recent presentation that totally distorted the doctrine of “sustainable development,” striking fear and anxiety in an already paranoid local population. We tore that stupid propaganda a part in our article, Need More Unconstructive Anxiety?, and cast shame and disgrace on the organizers for having imposed such arrogant and misinformation propaganda on local citizens and voters!

Again, in an idiotic article degrading the pages of the already base Ravena News Herald by Bryan Rowzee that centered on local Coeymanazi building inspector Laverne “Larry” Conrad, while misquoting American poet laureate, Robert Frost, and quoting Laverne Conrad.

You may remember Laverne “Larry” Conrad as  part of the comedy duo, “Laverne and Surly“, who appear regularly on the Coeymans Comedy Channel (MidHudson Cablevision’s public access channel 11), featuring cameos by Tarty Tom Dolan, BoboCop Jerry Deluca, DodoCop Gregory Darlington, Bobo and Dodo doing their ” Wild West Keystone Cops” clown act, the Surly Siblings (Stephen Flack, Thomas “Tom” Dolan of MidHudson Cable fame, Peter Masti, Thomas Boehm, Dawn Rogers) as well as the Juggling Justices Gregory Dardiani and Harold “Hal” Warren who dress up as judges and make a mockery of the law (assisted by evil shyster clowns Gregory Teresi and Michael J. Biscone).

Now back to the Albany Times Union, Fred Lebrun, and the Sequel to Articles on this blog…

A reader drew our attention to an article that appeared in the Albany Times Union on Sunday, February 24, 2013, and written by Fred Lebrun, a fossil writer for the Albany Times Useless who occasionally pops up with an opinion. The article is entitled: LeBrun: Tax cap denies a ‘sound, basic’ education system and is basically a commentary (now you know how much fact it contains).

We’ll just post a couple of quotes from the article with some short comments, and you can make the rest of the connections and draw your own conclusions.

The governor’s beloved 2 percent tax cap was challenged in a lawsuit filed by the New York State United Teachers union in state Supreme Court in Albany. The suit offers multiple arguments why the tax cap is unconstitutional, asserting that it locks in unequal funding between have- and have-not school districts across the state, ”while pushing many school districts to the brink of educational and financial insolvency,” in the words of NYSUT President Dick Iannuzzi. [my emphasis]

 Right away, you should see red: our beloved special interest, rape the taxpayer organization, the New York State United Teachers, NYSUT, godparents of our very own teachers union lackey, Matt “the Mutt” Miller, is bringing the suit. Now you know it’s not good news for the taxpayer no matter what Lebrun says. But you must already know what’s coming next: doom, gloom, suspicion, dark days ahead, you’re losing your schools, your children are going to be eaten by aliens, etc. You know, the same-old-same-old whenever NYSUT raises its double-dealing-double-dipping head.

It is irrefutable that the effect of the incomplete tax cap passed in June 2011, while politically popular and a contributor to the governor’s high standing, has been disastrous for school districts and local governments.

That self-destructive attitude and the greed of the teachers union and its members, the teachers, are what’s killing the districts. Millions are being spent on the mismanaged, wasteful money pits we call schools that are turning out idiots at graduation. Why? Because the majority of parents and taxpayers are indifferent and don’t get involved with how their districts are managed or how their elected officials in Albany and Washington are turning their backs on their communities.

Just read some of the articles on this blog and you’ll know too well why our schools and local governments are turning into liquid waste.

Sadly, we are watching a catastrophe unfold that will deeply affect many of our children at their most vulnerable ages, and which will have consequences for the rest of their lives.

The State Education Department has warned that between 100 and 200 school districts will be insolvent within two years.

Lebrun must have been asleep for the last several years! The catastrophe has been unfolding for some time now, Mr Lebrun. We’re right in the epicenter of it. DUH! Yes, Mr Lebrun, we are all aware of that fact but not many of our readers, sadly, have the guts or the balls to open their eyes, tighten their belts, and turn on the lights to see the writing on the wall. Again, read our articles and learn why the schools suck, why the kids are idiots, why the board of education is stymied in getting anything really effective done with the teachers special interests working against them, and why the local communities are drowning in their own raw sewerage with Coeymanazis like the town of Coeymans board, the local Coeymanazi police force, and the Coeymanazis on the street doing everything they can to have it their way or no way. Do you really think that business want to operate in a backwoods, Neanderthal community that is so business-unfriendly, corrupt, or that families want to live like that. Look around you and watch the exodus!

The multi-year highway to insolvency for many of them will be already littered with discarded teachers and administrators, dropped programs and advanced placement courses required for college admission, and cuts, cuts and more cuts impacting the core teaching mission.

Look, this didn’t happen over night, people! And it’s not going to get cured over night, either. What Lebrun is writing is crap, to be very honest. He, like so many others, are doing your bloody thinking for your and framing your life according to their views! YOU NEED TO DO YOUR OWN THINKING. BUT FIRST YOU HAVE TO GET BACK TO REALITY!

• Do you drive your car without replacing the fuel used? Of course not. You’d be stuck in nowhere in no time!
• Do you drive your car with a flat tire? Of course not, you’d cause more and more damage to the car the longer you drive! What was a small repair now is a major disaster!
• Do you keep driving at 55 mph when you enter a 30 mph speed zone, even when warned that speed is checked by radar? Of course you don’t. If you did you’d lose your driving privileges in a very short time and be taking a mortgage to pay your fines and super-fines!So why do you drive the economy by taking away without replacing or not making necessary repairs and adjustments? Why do you damage the environment without repairing the damage you cause?

Why do you keep taking from the cookie jar without replacing the cookies and then complain that there are no more cookies? That’s the simplified state of facts. It all starts with Y-O-U!

Yes, the fast track to damnation will be littered with teachers, programs, administrators, advance placement programs. Why? Because they are not working and are costing an arm and a leg. They are NOT WORKING and are killing what does work: You and Me!

Look teachers are nice but they’re out for themselves. To think differently means you have your head in a fog. What the teachers don’t grab to make their lives easier the teachers union will grab for them. Guess who’s going to foot the bill for the $80-120 thousand plus salaries plus enhancements, plus benefits, plus summers off, and some very hefty pensions (after they move out of the district, like former interim superintendent Elizabeth “Betsy” Smith has done after padding her pension!). You and Me!

You’ve been paying for programs and administrators that have been substandard and that’s not only in this district. Sure they have to go! You’d have to go if you did on your job what they manage to do and stay employed! Abusing students. Indifference to student welfare. Bullying students. Having students bully other students. Just being jerks.

And “advance placement programs?” What a load of purest propagandist rubbish! Why isn’t “advanced” the standard like it is in Germany, Japan, Russia? I’ll give you a little hint: because parents like to delude themselves into thinking that little Johnny or Ginny is something special. WAKE UP! They’re far from special and in comparison to students in other countries they’re far below average! Our colleges are crap, too, because they attempt to educate the average who come to the colleges with below average abilities. Why? Because our colleges are not in the business of education…they’re more in the business of doing research for corporations or are in the real estate business! Our kids get advance placement on the international stupids list!

There are plenty of statistics and studies to document just how poorly the American student is doing in comparison with Europe and Asia. It ain’t pretty. Here are just two: Alliance for Excellent Education-Fact Sheet (March 2008), USA Today: In ranking, U.S. students trail global leaders. It’s downright embarrassing! And to think that with a graduation rate in a mid-70% range at the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk  Central School District  our per student expenditure is more than $21,000, we should be asking some very hard questions, indeed!

Why is that, parents? Don’t blame it all on the self-serving teachers. The teachers want the same thing you do: cars, houses, money, vacations, time off, etc. Blame it on yourselves for your own greed and indifference to the welfare of your offspring! Try parenting instead of getting more stuff. Try socializing your asocial cave creatures. Try teaching them respect (for others and themselves). Try teaching them how to be members of a community. Try teaching them how to love and be loved (and I don’t mean loving their own stuff or someone else’s–translate “stuff” any way you please). Give them a home not a car to live in. They don’t need A.S.A.P. programs or Teen Centers, they need parents. Real moms and dads!  Need I go on or are you finally catching on.

As for the so-called adults among us: You had a brain at birth but through chronic misuse or unuse it’s gotten a bit screwed up. Maybe you’re reading the Times Union pulp fiction too much, or watching your MidHudson Cable ripoff too long. But you really need to make some corrections in your own lives, in the community, and then you can start on the bigger picture. But first you have to relearn how to use what gray matter might still be left after exposure to the fiction you have been fed by the media, by your leaders, by yourselves.

And the Times Union and the other media can start with themselves or suffer the consequences. The local elected officials who have been screwing you for years have to go. What we need is an ethical print and electronic media system that publishes true facts and less mistake, error and fear. The media and the government is misusing you and misinforming you, controlling you by making you suspicious of others and keeping you anxious and fearful. You actually have control if you’d only take it.

You need to get involved, though. You have to stop leaving it to someone else. That’s not how it works. Or you can stay stuck where you are. It’s your choice.

What the Albany Times Union (a.k.a. Albany Times Useless) and the local rags don’t tell you…and the RCnaziS (Coeymanazis) don’t want you to know:

Yes! It’s our hypocritical Albany District Attorney, reliable cog in the wheels of the eternal political corruption of the Albany Democrat machine so deeply imbedded in Albany politics, who is persecuting the RCS board of education president, John M. Vadney, on a cooked-up charge of harassment. On January 8, 2013, our Albany DA P.[udenda] David Soares’ special prosecutor–Yes! You read correctly, a Special Prosecutor, Paul Webb, appeared in Bethlehem court to AGAIN postpone resolution of the trumped up frame-up of the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk school board president, Mr John Vadney. Can you imagine the stupidity of pursuing this fraudulent, politically motivated persecution at taxpayers’ expense!

We’ve seen and read the illiterate so-called Witness Deposition sworn to by Joseph Tracey, under the inept supervision of Coeymans police bobos Thomson and Crosier (see below), and it’s beyond comprehension that any judge with even a half a brain wouldn’t have looked at it and thrown it and Tracey, together with the idiot Coeyman’s cops who took it, Crosier and Thompson out the nearest window! (Yes! that’s Kerry Thompson,  who is married to Coeymans police chief Darlington’s sister, the same corrupt Coeymanazi who refused to take a local businesswoman’s complaint that that same Joseph Tracey harassed her and threatened her family!). The deposition is a mass of confused statements and contradictions. Moreover, it was taken by the Coeymans police the day after Tracey had been arrested by the Bethlehem Police and released. It’s obviously a halfwit’s attempt at getting back at Mr Vadney. Lest we forget, Joe Tracey, Josephine O’Connor’s ‘til then estranged father, who is a very good friend of Gerald “Dirty-Hands Deluca of Coeymans police department and Coeymanazi fame, claims to have been called a “homosexual” (I can hardly believe that that word would be in Joe Tracey’s vocabulary!) and that he was insulted. Poor pussy cat!

Now that’s fact.  Joe Tracey says he asked Mr Vadney to call him about some statement made 10 days earlier to Josephine O’Connor. All of a sudden, 10 days later, Tracey needs to talk to Mr Vadney about something said to Tracey’s adult daughter, married, wannabe teacher, at the time a member of the RCS board of education. We’d like to remind you that Josephine O’Connor’s statement is not supported by any witnesses and, in fact, several people present at the time say the incident never happened. In his deposition, Tracey actually admits in so many words he was not there but he’s got to talk to Mr Vadney about the incident. Well, Tracey does talk; in fact he talks his way to jail on a charge of aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor.

So, Tracey gets out. Mr Vadney gets an order of protection to keep Tracey, who threatened Mr Vadney and his family, away. Next day, the Coeymans police show up at Mr Vadney’s home, cuff him, and cart him down to Coeymans. The charge: You guessed it, aggravated harassment.

But Mr Vadney’s due process rights are violated multiple times. He isn’t read his rights at the time of arrest, he isn’t arraigned after his arrest, in fact he doesn’t even know Why? he’s been arrested!

In fact, the Coeymans police had to make several attempts at writing up the Appearance Ticket issued to Mr Vadney. Get this: The Coeymans police, Thompson and Crosier, had to generate no less than five, FIVE, appearance tickets, each one correcting the one before. Yes, they couldn’t even get the appearance ticket right without having to redo it five, FIVE different times!!!!

Both town of Coeymans judges didn’t want to touch the case and they recused themselves! Local BoBo judges were scared shiteless to touch the case! So Bethlehem town court had to take the case. And that’s where it’s stuck for the past almost 7 months. Does anyone smell the nasty retaliation rat here?

I Have Gotta A Deal You Can’ta Refuse!

Our buck is on the bet that the local Mafiosi and Coeymanazis, all Democrat tools, in RCS are behind the persecution and retaliation to coerce a resignation–they’ve been trying forever to oust the non-teachers from the RCS board of education. You see, once they get enough non-teachers to resign from the board, the teachers clique and the teachers union, Matt Miller and NYSUT, will have free reign on the budget and programs. And you all know damned well where that’s going. This persecution thing has been going on forever: first they tried like hell to get Rodney Krzykowski to leave by calling him a terrorist, a scofflaw, a tax-evader. Of course, none of that was true. Then they went after Jeff Lukens, even allegedly using his son in retaliation, but Lukens stood firm. Then back in May 2012, right after the preliminary results of the 2012-13 school budget vote–those same results are under investigation by the New York State Education Department because of allegations of irregularities and even fraud by the supporters of the more than $42 million school budget supported by the teachers and the teachers union, NYSUT, and a group of Coeymanazi-brainwashed residents–they set the board of education up with a performance by sociopath Josephine (Tracey) O’Connor, who did the “He called me fat” performance at the RCS High School in front of voters. (She’s not exactly “petite,” let’s say.) But numerous voters and officials present and with Mr Vadney claim nothing of the sort happened!Then, Josephine O’Connor’s father, Joseph “Joe” Tracey, a man with a very colorful past involving, let’s just say “self-medication”, appears at a local business owned by a relative of the board president and then creates a threatening scene, intimidating the board president’s sister and threatening the board president’s family.

I’m not writing this blog to malign anyone or to defend anyone. I’m writing this blog because I’m so disgusted with what people like the Coeymanazis, the Unionazis, the corporations, and our crooks in government are doing to solidly good citizens. And I’m totally disgusted that those same solidly good citizens are letting themselves be victimized and submit to the abuse, misuse and lies. I’m further disgusted by the fact that when another solidly good citizen stands up and screams, “I’ve had enough of this shite!” that scoundrels like the Millers, Delucas, Biscones, Brunos,  Darlingtons, Dolans, Ross’, Luckacovics, Coeymanazis, Unionazis, RCnaziS, and others come out and slander and libel him, and willfully misinform the public! In other words:

Well, Unionazi Matt “the Mutt” Miller has found some other bigots to join him and Selkirk resident Tavia Rauch, and some cowardly unidentified Cow-eymanazi, calling itself A.B.,  to join in Miller’s campaign of libel and retaliation against the RCS school board!

We see at least three obvious  reasons for his cowardly campaign:

1. Revenge for having been given the boot as energy manager and losing his $18,000 dollars a year extra plus travel expenses paid by YOU taxpayers in addition to his $80,000 plus teacher salary. Greed is alive and well in RCS!
2. A desperate attempt by recruiting all the Coeymanazis and local lunatic RCnaziS to oust a duely elected board member so that the teachers clique and the teachers union, New York State United Teachers, can have a majority on the board and control your tax dollars and the school budget.
3. An ego trip to get brownie points with his union and to keep stirring dissent and scandal in the RCS community. That’s the kind of person your darling teacher and union rep Matt Miller is! If things are peaceful, Matt’s right there to stir things up and keep your blood pressure up there!
4. Actually, but he hasn’t caught on yet, stupid mutt that he is, he’s giving the district more rope to hang him…no one’s happy with him, he’s turned into a lone wolf, and the district will be very happy when he goes…one way or another but simply that he goes!

Miller a.k.a Matt “the Mutt”, official Unionazi of the RCS school district, has mad an ass of himself twice with his failed petition with Selkirk resident Tavia Rauch, which has sputtered out, and his complaint filed with the New York State Education Commissioner, Dr John B. King, Jr.

So the Brit tells us to throw the Jew down the well and our local Twit wants us to throw his “Jew” down the well!

Has Mr Miller a different set of standards that apply to himself and his friends and another that apply to people not in Mr Miller’s clique? For example, where was Matthew J. Miller when:

• the polling and voting irregularities were happening?
• the athletics coaches were abusing the athletes?
• the bus drivers were refusing to transport students home?
• all the bullying was happening (Oops! We know one of the answers to this one, don’t we? Matt Miller was inciting the bullying naming children of board of education members who opposed the school budget!)
• students were being attacked by other students in the high school?
• parents complain about teachers and athletics coaches’ misconduct? (We know the answer to this one, too! Matt Miller, as NYSUT teachers union rep, must protect the interests of the teachers and other members of his union, not students or students parents!)
• multiple instances of overpayment in the tens of thousands of dollars to RCS CSD employees were discovered by auditors, in addition to other discrepancies? Did Miller step up to make a statement about that? (No, of course not! He actually was a double-dipper until the board of education canned him!)
• And where was Miller when the wrestling team had to forfeit a match because of the foul mouthed comments of the coach?

Yup! We have some real classy role models in the RCS schools and Miller’s right on top of keeping the worst of the worst, including himself, sitting pretty.

Is being a so-called “sovereign citizen” worse than

• Matt Miller, when he declares himself to be an atheist in the presence of students?
• Matt Miller, when he incites students to abuse other students?
• Matt Miller, when he abuses his position and violates sound ethical principles that apply to polling places and voting?
• Matt Miller, when he unethically collects untold thousands of taxpayer dollars, in addition to his teacher salary, during the same time he’s supposed to be teaching? (That’s called double-dipping! The rest is triple-dipping (see next bullet)!)
• Matt Miller, when he accepts a full teachers salary while doing only part-time teaching, and taxpayers are paying for his time to do NYSUT union work?

Is the fact that a citizen-resident is appealing and aggrieving your tax assesments in the courts, exercising a right we all have (or should have), and doing something we can (or should be able to) do under the Constition. Is that worse than:

• What’s going on in the village of Ravena and the scandalous abuse of public interests in the matter of the Ravena Fitness Center?
• What’s going on in the village of Ravena and the scandalous abuse of the public good in the matter of the RCS Community Library relocation?
  

  The Terror Triad

• What’s been going on in the town of Coeymans police department and the Coeymanazis’ abuse of residents’civil rights?
• What’s going on in the village and town courts with the unethical conduct of the village and town justices, constantly under investigation for ethics violations?
• What’s going on with the Biscone and Teresi law practices in the village of Ravena and the town of Coeymans? Conflicts of interest and billings as private attorneys doubling as village and town attorneys?
• The favoritism and nepotism that has been going on for decades in the village of Ravena village government?
• The bizarre financial mismanagement in the village of Ravena and the glaring silence that followed the audit scandals, when mayor John T. Bruno’s response was, “I didn’t know that!“? Good Lord! John T Bruno has been on the Ravena village board since 1976 and has been mayor for the past 20 years! And he “doesn’t know” what’s going on in village finances? Has he been braindead or in a coma for the past 20-30 years?!?
• The fact that Sabic, a Saudi Arabian corporation is deeply entrenched in the RCS district and is on the RCS school board! Sabic! SABIC (Saudi Arabian Basic Industries Corporation) (Arabic: الشركة السعودية للصناعات الأساسية ، سابك‎ ) is a manufacturing company, active in chemicals and intermediates, industrial polymers, fertilizers and metals. It is the largest public company in Saudi Arabia and the Saudi government still owns 70% of its shares. SABIC is the largest company in the Middle East. By the way, Saudi Arabia is Osama bin Laden’s country of origin and where his family still lives! But where money is concerned people seem to go blind unless it’s a “sovereign citizen”! (Editor’s Note, this fact is not important to Matt Miller or to NYSUT because James Latter is married to teacher Amanda Latter; in order for Miller to go after you, apparently  you have to be a non-teacher, a kid, or black!)
• The fact that another RCS CSD board of education member, James Latter is a financial analyst at SABIC? That’s what I meant when I said Sabic is on the RCS board of education! Does that mean James Latter has terrorist connections, too, Mr Miller?
• What about when one of Matt Millers co-Coeymanazis Donna Leput-Hommel made the statement on Facebook that residents should punish businesses with their checkbooks if they don’t support the Yes! vote in the last school budget elections. So, with the economic situation the way it is in this country, with the district hemorrhaging jobs, residents, and businesses, Matt Miller’s gang and the Coeymanazis want to punish the businesses that are left! Nice agenda! (P.s. Anybody punishing Sabic? Or is it just the American small businesses and residents that Donna Leput-Hommel and the Coeymanazis want to “punish”? ) And you’re worried sick about some self-declared “sovereign citizen” who’s fighting his tax bill?!? Asshats!
  

  The Real Terrorists
  at our board of education meetings

Matt Miller’s petition to the NYSED commissioner includes a large  number of Internet pages in which we get to read the word “terrorist.” Matt Miller is trying, albeit unsuccessfully, to use unverified, lunatic, propaganda sources to support his petition. This is nothing new, though. Miller and the Albany Times Union have been calling a peaceful, quite, unassuming citizen a “terrorist,” since day one.  (By the way, according to a National Safety Council report you are 8x more likely to be killed by a policeman than by a terrorist attack!)

The bulk of the petition recites tax claims and tax codes. Tell us, Matt Miller, since when have you started working for the IRS, the Department of Taxation and Finance, or the local tax collector? Have you earned a CPA no one yet knows about. Fact is, you, Matt Miller,  have absolutely no standing whatsoever to argue tax questions or issues in your complaint. None, Mr Miller. You’re totally out of order! Not that that is news to anyone. But you seem to insist on pointing out your stupidity and ignorance to the world. Why is that, Mr Miller? (Search “Adult Children of Dysfunctional Families” for the answer.)

The term “terrorism” has become highly emotionally  charged.  Government and government agencies take advantage of that fact when they want to manipulate public opinion; so do Matt Miller and NYSUT! Furthermore, its indiscriminate and careless use misinforms the public and creates an unnecessary state of anxiety, rouses suspicion and incites hate mongers. That’s exactly what Matt Miller, Unionazi, and his mob want to do when they play up the fictional association between “sovereign citizen” and “terrorist”! Totally misleading, totally misinforming, and totally w-r-o-n-g!

By definition, a terrorist is not peaceful, does not act on his own behalf, does not support the community in which he lives. A terrorist incites and attempts to change entire groups and countries to political change and revolution. A terrorist incites his followers and others to violence to bring about change and to spread his ideologies. A terrorist uses any means possible to manipulate public opinion in favor of his group or movement.

Don’t these methods sound an awful lot like the methods being used by Matt Miller and the Coeymanazis? Well, most common definitions of terrorism refer only to:

•  violent acts or inciting violent acts
• acts that are intended to create anxiety or fear (“terror”)
• acts that are perpetrated for a religious, political or, ideological goal
• acts that deliberately target or disregard the physical or psychological sense of  safety or security, well-being of  civilians.

Sounds an awful lot like what Matt Miller and the Coeymanazis are doing. But it doesn’t sound much like what Mr Rodney Krzykowski is doing. So, given the above points, who are the terrorists?

In November 2004, a United Nations Secretary General report described terrorism as any act “intended to cause … serious … harm to civilians … with the purpose of intimidating a population or compelling a government or … an organization to do or abstain from doing any act.” The serious harm does not have to be physical injury or death; it can be psychological or economic, it can be intended to cause anxiety or distrust in a community, it can be intended to intimidate citizens or residents, or for wrongful reasons to compel a government or organization to act or not to act.

Moreover, since 1994, the United Nations General Assembly has repeatedly condemned terrorist acts using the following political description of terrorism (paraphrased):  “Malicious acts intended or calculated to provoke a state of fear and anxiety in the general public, a group of persons, or particular ersons for political purpose are under any circumstances unjustifiable, no matter what the considerations of a political, philosophical, ideological, racial, ethnic, religious or any other nature that may be invoked to justify them.”

Terrorist or terrorism as a word can be summed up in the saying, “One man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter.” Imagine, Martin Luther King or Malcolm X, Mahatma Ghandi, Jesus Christ could all be called terrorists by Matt Miller’s definition.

Matt Miller doesn’t seem to have much use for the democratic process, especially the process of democratic voting by residents. His latest shenanigans and attempts to deprive voters of their rights by attempting to libel a sitting board member out of office is not the only time Miller thought the majority of local voters were dumbasses and didn’t know what they were doing. Miller and his RCnaziS and Coeymanazi friends seem to think that if it isn’t their way or their mob’s way, it’s the wrong way. (Editor’s Note: We’ve already written about Matt Miller’s comments on FaceBook criticizing the democratic voting process when the candidates he and his NYSUT teachers union lost the board of elections in 2011!)

And wasn’t it Matt Miller who was quoted by the Times Union, “Matthew Miller, president of the RCS Teachers Association, said the hiring of McCartney would bring ridicule to the district.” The only thing that brings ridicule to this district is asshat teachers like Matt Miller. In fact, hiring Dr Alan R. McCartney looks like the best thing to have happened to this RCS school district in decades! Really, how many of you readers would now agree with Miller’s statement?

And wasn’t it Matt Miller who was involved in the retaliatory, racist, and scandalous conspiracy to harrass and remove principal Hakim Jones, an African American, and to get the job for Miller’s wife, Karen Miller? Only after Jones filed a complaint and grievance was that plan foiled! Nice role model, Miller. I wonder, how does a racist, atheist, union rep stack up against a so-called “sovereign citizen” who minds his own business and volunteers his time to improve the school district?

We’ve demanded the petition that Matt Miller sent to Dr John B. King, Jr., New York State Commissioner of Education. The petition was filed by Miller and an unidentified party, A.B., and the New York State United Teachers union, the union that Miller represents in the RCS district. The fizzled out idiots’ petition signed by a handful of local loonies and a number of people outside the district, including multiple signatures, and even a dog signed it, is yet another example of the kind of crap this moron Matt Miller is cramming down peoples’ throats.

The Miller petition to Dr King is 107 pages long and consists of 83 numbered statements or allegations. It’s Miller’s idea but was drawn up by the NYSUT teachers union lawyers. Now, do you think the NYSUT teachers union is pursuing this for YOUR benefit? If you do, I have a bridge I’d like to sell you!

The petition is totally nonsense! And, guess what: Miller and his co-conspirators includes about 92 pages of “exhibits,” mostly printouts of tax receipts and a number of Internet downloads that are obviously included to convince some half-wit that there’s a terrorist loose and serving on the RCS school board! All the Miller complaint to Dr King says is: “I agreed with my tax bill and I paid my taxes. Mr K. didn’t agree with his tax bill and so went to court.” The name-calling in the petitions and the rest of the lunatic documents are simply distractions from the fact that there is no case or legal basis for Miller wasting time and money on all of this. Miller is being paid by this district to teach and he’s just being a union nuisance. Is this why you’re paying him more almost $90,000 a year? Is this why he’s given a reduced teaching load at the RCS high school? He’s the terrorist by definition and we’re paying him! What does that make us?????

Yes, I read the whole thing, I’m sorry to say. All I can say is this: Lady Liberty, after tossing her cookies, is still weeping bitterly. Lady Liberty is weeping because people like Miller and his Coeymanazis, and the NYSUT teachers union, have thrown the United States Constitution on a garbage pile and have set it aflame! Miller and his Coeymanazis and the NYSUT teachers union are misusing and abusing the grievance and complaint process for wrongful purposes, for purposes for which it was not intended. What’s worse is the fact that we have a person, Matt Miller, who is playing both sides of the fence from a trusted position, and has consistently abused that trust. That, people, is common knowledge in this district. We also have a union doing the same thing. Unions were once the champions of the working class; now they’re self-centered, lobbying, power brokers with multi-million dollar budgets, who trample the working class! And NYSUT is one of the worst because it represents the interests of a group that considers itself to be superior, to be an elite class; to hell with working parents and the underclasses, in other words. Yes, Lady Liberty is crying her eyes out right now, watching her children suffer abuse and lies at the hands of the elite!

From where I’m watching, dear readers, it’s not the so-called “sovereign citizen” who is the terrorist in this community, in this school district, its Matt Miller, his Coeymanazi supporters, and the NYSUT teachers union! That bunch of terrorists have to GO! not the “sovereign citizen!”

Some People Think They’re Such Hot Shots But In Reality They’re Just Ignorant. This Applies to Matt Miller’s and Tavia Rauch’s Joint Conspiracy to Fake a Community Petition to  Oust a Sitting Board of Education Member.

Actually, after I visited the petition page and poked around a bit, and then decided to test whether it was secured against multiple signings, I was a bit miffed when I found that Change.Org was creating a user account for me without my authorization. There was no warning, I just got an account with a profile containing my name and address. Just by signing in. I’m wondering who would get to use that information and for what? Luckily I know how to access my profile(s) and mess with them. So, all you stupids that are hurrying off to join the DumbAss club, be warned.

But here’s the real scoop: I know something about these freebie polling and petition scams and that is: They’re Useless! The information they collect from people who sign is absolutely unreliable and can’t be trusted to represent the real numbers. In fact, one of our subscribers signed that petition three times using his/her real names and real e-mails. Even his/her dog signed using his real name and one of the subscriber’s e-mails. That makes for really reliable petition work, doesn’t it? The Miller Rauch team really does good work, don’t they? (I can personally confirm that it is possible to sign the petition multiple times using different names.)

Aptly Named

Just after signing on Change.org, I received a welcome e-mail from the founder, Ben Rattray (that’s Ben (wasn’t that a rat’s name in some 70’s horror flick? Ben and Willard? ) Rat-tray? Nice! Says a lot and aptly describes the types signing the Miller-Rauch petition!) saying, “Anyone can start a petition. Change.org lets anyone, anywhere start a petition. It’s free and can be about anything you want to change.” Now if that doesn’t say it all, right from the founder’s mouth!

How embarassing it will be for Miller and Rauch when  Commissioner of Education, Dr John B. King, Jr., gets a petition signed by a Pembroke Corgi! Well, at least the WowBow! has more smarts than Miller and Rauch, combined!

But that’s not all, friends. Not only are you getting snookered when you sign and not only can you sign as many times as you might like,  Matt Miller and Tavia Rauch either don’t know what they’re talking about…or they’re simply lying. Here’s some of the crap Matt Miller and Tavia Rauch are writing on the petition page:

“Rodney Krzykowski refuses to pay school or property taxes. It is estimated that the amount owed to the school district and to the town is over one hundred thousand dollars.” That’s not true! Mr Krzkowski has not refused to do anything of the sort! He’s appealing his assessment, just like you or I have every right to do. And who is estimating what Mr Krzykoski owes? I certainly hope it’s not one of the brainiacs who started this scam petition, Matt Miller and Tavia Rauch.

Miller and Rauch write in their so-called petition, “Mr. Krzykowski has proclaimed in several legal documents that he is a sovereign citizen.” Well, if Matt Miller or Tavia Rauch knew anything about American history or read the Constitution of the United States, they’d know that we are all “sovereign” citizens…at least until the Supreme Court and your elected officials manage to take away all of your sovereign rights and hand them to the corporations. In fact, the anti-slavery movement, the women’s suffrage movement, the civil rights movement all did what Rodney Kryzkowski is doing and what Matt Miller and Tavia Rauch are saying is wrong: using their thought process they would probably say slavery, refusing the right to vote to women, that civil rights movements were wrong and refused to submit to the deranged authorities who said that slaves, women, and blacks were not entitled to civil rights! Most of the leaders of antislavery, women’s suffrage, and civil rights movements were considered terrorists and would be today!  Is that what we’re paying teacher Matt Miller almost $90,000 a year to teach?

The Miller-Rauch Petition

Those two demented zombies, Miller and Rauch, write also:

“This petition needs to be signed to ensure that those with the responsibility of protecting the legitimacy of a school board, hear your voice.”

Miller and Rauch have missed some very important facts along the way to their total depravity: YOU, the voters, have the responsibility for protecting the legitimacy of the school board. No one else. Mr Krzykowski is on the board of education specifically because the majority of voters put him there. The voters legitimized Mr Krzykowski! Get real, Miller, Rauch! Miller and Rauch, the DumbAss Duo of RCS appear to be more anti-American than Sadam Hussein was!

What’s more, is that Matt Miller and Tavia Rauch are such dumbasses, they really have no clue that they are actually contradicting themselves by simply putting up a petition. In fact, they’re allowing people to vote twice! Yes, dear readers, vote twice. I do realize that that’s not all that uncommon in the RCS school district and it has happened before, as we all know. But Miller and Rauch don’t seem to have caught on that it’s not supposed to be that way.

In fact, according to the official voter registration rolls there are 4449 registered voters in this district. Some of those voters are property owners and pay school taxes, some are not. The board of education manages the school budget on behalf of the taxpayers, the property owners, and the non-property owners benefit from their prudent decisions. But Miller and Rauch are trying to step all over voters’ rights. Here are some very valid questions we should be asking about their petition:

• How many of these voters votes do Matt Miller and Tavia Rauch want to throw out in their little conspiracy?
• How many of the individuals signing the Change.Org petition are voters who are voting twice against Mr Krzykowski by signing the petition? (Of course, that wouldn’t bother Miller or Rauch, given their histories.)
• How many of the signers are really residents of the district?
• How many of the people signing the petition are real people?
• How many of the people are signing the petition multiple times? (I did three times and my dog did once! But I do intend to request that my signatures and my dog’s paw print be removed from the list.)
• What right does Matt Miller and Tavia Rauch have to step on the voters of this district?
• Who is checking and verifying who is signing the petition and how many times?
• Because the petition is online, it excludes a large number of people in the district (some don’t have computers, some don’t know how to use them, etc.)
• A large number of people don’t even know about the petition or how to find it.
• Petitions are generally unreliable for testing the mood of a community and the information collected is hard to verify. That’s why they’re not used in academic or scientific work, surveys and polls are.

One of our subscribers has actually posted a comment identifying a person who signed the petition but is not even from this RCS district!

People, is this the kind of idiocy we want going on in this district? It’s fuel for the Times Useless to make us look like a bunch of backwoods lunatics AGAIN!

You see, what Miller and Rauch–and I seriously hope that Dr John B. King Jr., our NYSED Commissioner,  caught this, too–is that in the elections that put Mr Krzykowski on the board of education, a majority wanted him there and a minority wanted someone else there. The majority won and the minority lost. But now, Miller and Rauch are giving the losers a second chance by saying, “Sign our petition and you can have a second vote.” Pretty stupid, right?

So, not only are Miller and Rauch trying to overrule the majority, they’re trying to give the losers club a second vote…so if a large number of the people who voted for Mr Krzykowski’s opponent in the election now sign the petition, it looks like a lot of people support Miller and Rauch. But that’s not so, as I hope is clear to you now. That’s another reason why the Miller-Rauch petition is and should be declared nonsense.

Just a bit of humor, though: Matt Miller and Tavia Rauch also have a bit of difficulty with the language. They write: “A statue can be defined as legislative authority that governs a state, city or town.” Really, Matt and Tavia, is that what a statue is? Seriously, you two bobo’s look stupider and stupider as time wears on! ‘Nuf said.

Elyse Kunz COEYMANS, NY I don’t think the community was fully aware of this man’s positions on government and taxation when he was elected. Someone who refuses to pay taxes should not have the authority to levy taxes on the rest of us or to determine how that money is spent.

That has to be stupidity on a par with Matt Miller and Tavia Rauch! You don’t think voters were aware of his positions? You CLUCK! Why not? Who are you to say? “The authority to levy taxes?” You are a cluck! I certainly hope you have not been bringing children into the world! What a tragedy if your ignorance is hereditary!

Eilleen Vosburgh NEW BALTIMORE, NY  It’s about responsibility. It’s about paying it forward. It’s about our future. Why would anyone expect that they do not have to pay their school and property taxes but expect to represent good citizens that do pay their taxes? It’s hypocritical.

Your total lack of any sense of neighborliness, community or decency made quite the impact on New Baltimore for the entire time you and your hunched hubby polluted our otherwise pristine community. Luckily the air cleared and humanity gained some well-earned respite when you and hunched hubby jumped ship to join the other pseudo-sophisticates in Canaan. Good ridance! You and your fraud husband have quite the nerve discussing anything akin to ethics or morality. How ever did you finagle your homeowners to cover your court costs? You two were the worst reflections imaginable on the whole community! Even your partners in crime, Bitter Bob and Spiteful Joan, had little nice to say of either of you. Remember the e-mails?

Robert and Joan Ross NEW BALTIMORE, NY  If he lived in New Baltimore, he would have lost his house for non payment of property taxes. It is farcical that a scofflaw should be on a school board.

Yes, indeed, we know all about you two. Aren’t you the two who used and abused local New Baltimore residents in your agendas some time ago. A campaign of lies, abuse and slander, wasn’t it. And your community spirit brought you, Joan Ross, to dub the locals “Newbaltimorons,” out of your respect for local people and community. Yup! Carol Melewski NEW BALTIMORE, NY  A person who refuses recognize the government’s right to collect taxes should not be permitted to serve on the board of a school district. Schools require taxes to function, and having a board member who flaunts the requirement that citizens pay taxes undermines the authority of that board. It is especially ironic that he serves as the head of the finance committee; making determinations regarding the use of taxpayers’ dollars, to which he contributes nothing.

It never ceases to amaze me that people who were at one minute at each other’s throat and slandering and disparaging each other tend to find each other when there’s blood in the water. Again, Luckacovic, Ross, Malewski all seem to gravitate towards each other. Just don’t meet in a dark alley…there’ll be a terrible mess. So, you’ve found another agenda to mutilate. But your statement makes no sense. It’s not logical. Not that that ever mattered to you and your ilk. Well, knock yourselves out, you have nothing to lose, that’s for sure. You’ve lost it all already.

And of course we have the ever present, always something to say King and Queen of Thuggery and Hypocrisy,  Jerry “Dirty-Hands” Deluca and his female poster madam of Coeymanazism, Cathy Deluca. They never miss a chance to grandstand.

Gerald DeLuca RAVENA, NY  The future of our community and the education of our children need to be guided by people who abide by and believe in the laws of this state and nation.

Cathleen DeLuca RAVENA, a school board member signs an oath to uphold the constitution of the United States and the State of New York, but as a “sovereign citizen” Mr. Krzykowski does not recognize either. Therefore his oath is invalid.

Yes, they come in pairs!

There are no words to describe the nausea induced by anything Dirty-Hands Jerry or that hypocrite Cluck Cathy Deluca could projectile from their putrid carrion stained beaks. Both ignorant but both with so much scatology to eructate from their caprophagic innards. Their nonsensical statements definitively label the entire Change.org initiative as totally lacking in any credibility whatsoever.

So, dear readers and neighbors, that’s what we found out for you about the Matt Miller and Tavia Rauch petition on Change.Org that is supported by the New York State United Teachers union, the union Matt Miller represents in this district, and who will do anything to give the majority on the RCS Central School District board of education, and once the teachers clique is in control, so is the teachers union. God Help US!

In Other Words, Citizens, Residents, Neighbors, Parents, Taxpayers, the Miller-Rauch Petition is a Scam. Beware!

Miller Petition FOILED

We Have Filed Our Demand For Disclosure of the Matt Miller Petition to the NYSED Commissioner, Dr John B. King, Jr.

We have filed a demand for disclosure of all documents, including Miller’s correspondence to the NYSED Commissioner relating to Miller’s vindictive and retaliatory, but meritless, demand that the NYSED Commissioner intervene to remove duly elected and sitting RCS board of education member, Rodney Krzykowski.

We’ll publish all of the documents after we receive them from the NYSED Commissioner’s office.

We expect that Matt “the Mutt” Miller is attempting to invoke the provisions of a section of Education Law relating to appeals to the Commissioner (pursuant to Education Law §§ 310 and 306). But Miller has No Grounds for Such an Appeal to the Commissioner. Matt’s just ignorant.

Education Law §310 provides that persons considering themselves aggrieved by an action taken at a school district meeting or by school authorities may appeal to the Commissioner of Education for a review of such action. In addition, Education Law §306 allows the Commissioner of Education to remove a trustee, member of a board of education and certain other school officers for wilful misconduct or neglect of duty. Obviously, §§ 306 and 310 do not apply to Miller since no board member fits the description according to the law.

Show us whatcha got, Matt!

Sorry, Matt, you’re screwed. We’d suggest you start looking for a job because you’re on borrowed time in the RCS CSD!
