The Real Truth is that as disgusting, scandalous and disgraceful the raccoon incident is, it has drawn public attention to a more disgraceful and insidious problem in Ravena and Coeymans: the Incompetence of Our Elected Officials and the Apathy of the Local Community.
And we can thank a poor, unfortunate wild animal for drawing the world’s attention to that well-known but concealed fact about our communities!

Truth be told, the  Village of Ravena and the Town of Coeymans would have an Animal Control Officer if the Ravena Village board and the Coeymans Town Board had not eliminated the position from the Police Department’s budget.

Truth be told, the Town of Coeymans Police Department would have the necessary equipment for animal control incidents if the Coeymans Town Board had not cut funding for the operations of the Coeymans Police Department.

This is a catch pole being used to capture a raccoon.

Truth be told, the Town of Coeymans Police Department would have competent law enforcement personnel if the Coeymans Town Board had not cut funding for the Coeymans Police Department. The people of Coeymans wanted their police department but Coeymans elected officials refused to fund it properly.

Truth be told, the Coeymans Chief of Police, whether permanent or acting, has no authority to tell the Coeymans Town Board to provide what the Department needs. So in all fairness, acting Chief Contento must make do with what scraps Crandall and the Town Board throw him. Contento is an experienced law enforcement professional who does his job and doesn’t get into the political intrigues and infighting. He got stuck with the acting chief position because of his seniority, not because he necessarily wanted it.

Truth be told, if the Coeymans Police Department is a bunch of clowns in Kevlar vest packing guns, it’s because the Coeymans Town Board has decided it wants a bunch of clowns as law enforcement. Let’s face the facts: You can’t attract good people when you can’t offer them attractive incentives. You pay peanuts you get monkeys.

And YES, a couple of immature, unthinking, criminal dung beetles in police uniforms and operating police vehicles harassed, abused, and killed a defenseless wild animal in full view of a horrified public in a busy commercial plaza only to bring down international disgust and scandal on two otherwise backwater hill towns in New York State, Coeymans and Ravena, because their elected officials are incompetent, ignorant and out of control!

The bottom line: Bill “Moose” Misuraca, a bartender, is Mayor of the Village of Ravena, and Phil Crandall, a retired prison guard and disgraced village/town justice, is Coeymans Town Supervisor, because the voters — not necessarily the People — of the Village of Ravena and the Town of Coeymans put them there, together with the other clowns on the Village Board and on the Town Board. The ignorant and misguided voters in Ravena and Coeymans are actually to blame for the dunces they have in their Village and Town Halls. Thank you very much! American democratic process at work…just as it was under Stalin, Hitler, and other dictatorships.

We have to laugh every time a Village or Town board meeting opens with the American secular prayer, the Pledge of Allegiance, where, unlike any other civilized country in the world, a bunch of people gather to mouth words like “liberty and justice for all,” knowing full well it’s all a bare-faced lie. And we know it! Ask any honest resident like Daniel Boomer.

Truth be told, many of the statements made by Mr. Phillip Crandall, Town of Coeymans Supervisor, in his public statement made at the Coeymans Town Board public meeting, were a dog and pony act. In fact, his statement made at the public meeting and his statement published on the Town of Coeymans website are not the same!

One statement made by Crandall, in particular, is grossly incorrect: Crandall says:

“There is conflicting and contradictory information about how to respond to wildlife suspected of rabies.”

That is totally not true, and intentionally misleading! There is abundant information available on such sites as the New York State Department of Health, The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), the Centers for Disease Control, and many others. The information provides coordinated and clear scientific, medical, animal control information accepted as state-of-the-art, and is available to the public — even to Mr. Crandall and the Coeymans Town Board.

Before we launch into the main body of this article, we all should be aware of several important points:

Whatever the Coeymans Police did was the responsibility of the officers involved, and this particular incident should not taint the whole Department. Credit where credit is due and blame where blame is due.

“When Sue McDonough watched the viral video of Coeymans police killing a rabid raccoon last Monday by chasing it down and running over it over with their vehicles, she said she knew the officers were in over their heads — and that there was a better solution.” [Source: Time Union, “Raccoon video prompts call for statewide animal control reform,” March 19, 2018) (Ed. Blame: The police personnel involved in the incident, no matter what the “test results” show, had no way of knowing that the raccoon was or was not infected with rabies. Raccoons are incredibly intelligent and very curious. Raccons also get hungry. The raccoon’s behavior, though unusual, was not evidence that the animal was rabid. The police used inappropriate judgment for their inappropriate conduct.

Blame: The police personnel involved in the incident acted like rabid teenagers rather than responsible public servants. They did not use good judgment nor did they employ the least offensive methods to get the job done. Their conduct was disappointing and indicative of characters and mental processes that should not be in law enforcement. Their actions show that they do not have the intelligence or the good judgment to make snap decisions required of competent law enforcement personnel. They must go and be banned from law enforcement. The officers involved must be held accountable under the law just like the rest of us.

Blame: The argument that discharging a fire arm at Faith Plaza is would be unsafe, to be very honest, bullshit. Law enforcement personnel authorized to carry weapons are expertly trained — or they should be — in the use of those weapons and where to point them with expectable results. Law enforcement personnel are expertly trained — or they should be — in management of a crime or incident scene and crowd control. First of all, the police have the authority and power to cordon off the entire area, even to evacuate the area, if necessary. They could have ordered all civilians into the buildings until the animal was under control and contained. Once these and other simple management operations were effected, the animal could have been mercifully, humanely and ethically euthanized by gunshot or other method with dignity and in privacy. Instead, the police personnel involved acted like so many lunatics. They must be held accountable for their poor judgment and their irresponsible behavior; they must go and be banned from law enforcement. The officers involved must be held accountable under the law just like the rest of us.

Blame: Several residents made the very true comment at the Coeymans town board meeting that if anyone other than police had done what the Coeymans police had done, they would have been arrested, arraigned and jailed. Their faces and identification would be plastered all over the media and on public access police blotters. Residents raised the very valid question of Why? the names of the police personnel involved in the incident have not been published and have been kept under wraps? Why are police personnel being given consideration that none of the rest of the community would get? Why are the police getting special treatment in a situation where any of us would be immediately shamed and punished? The names and status of the police personnel involved in the incident at Faith Plaza must be published and made accessible to the public. They are public figures and public servants; the public has a right to know who they are. This, my friends, is a matter of public safety!

Blame: The Albany County District Attorney, P. David Soares, has been in hiding with regard to this incident. Why hasn’t the Albany County District Attorney come forward with a statement, a report on this incident. Not many citizens are aware of the fact that the DA is the chief law enforcement officer in the county; the police are his responsibility. In fact, Soares, as DA, picks and chooses cases to prosecute, and as a political dog, he’s going to pick and choose the cases that will make him look good with the public and with the police unions. Like so many incidents involving police and law enforcement, this one is in Soares’, court and he’d better play it right. We demand that Albany County District Attorney P. David Soares come forward with a statement on the incident. NOW!

Blame: As we have published in our other articles, the fish rots from the head down. If Coeymans and Ravena don’t have an Animal Control Officer, it’s because the Village and Town boards eliminated the position and the funding for an Animal Control Officer. If the Coeymans Police Department does not have equipment for humane, merciful, and ethical conduct of animal control incidents, it’s because the Ravena Village and the Coeymans Town boards have not allocated funding for such equipment. If the Coeymans Police Department is populated by retarded clowns rather than well-trained, intelligent law enforcement personnel, it’s because the Ravena Village and the Coeymans Town boards have not provided funding for professionals or have hired clowns at professional rates.

Blame: If Ravena Mayor Bill “Moose” Misuraca and Coeymans Town Supervisor Phil Crandall don’t talk and don’t communicate, and if their board members have bad relations, then it’s time for new leadership, not voting in known incompetents and expecting competent government. If residents don’t attend Village and Town public meetings, then local residents are accomplices to whatever happens in the Village and Town. If you don’t participate in your local government you share the blame and are to blame for the embarrassment and scandal, the lousy reputation your community has.

Blame: If the Law Enforcement Manual used by the Coeymans Police Department is 20 years old and hasn’t been revised, updated, rewritten, replaced in 20 years, and no one notices that fact, the only conclusion to be drawn is that no one cares to follow the provisions of the manual. Our only conclusion is that the Coeymans chiefs of police and their second-in-command, as well as the rest of the freak show are not using the procedures; if they were being used, someone would certainly notice that they are out of date and do not reflect the current situation at all. This is clear negligence and incompetence. We put the blame on Coeymans law enforcement personnel, especially the Coeymans chiefs of police, and mainly on the Town Supervisor and the Town Board for not funding the Department to meet its needs.

Shame on You! Residents of the Village of Ravena and the Town of Coeymans!

Blame: Residents of the Village of Ravena and the Town of Coeymans who sit home on their fat asses on election day and don’t vote!!! The voters, most of them customers of Mayor Misuraca’s gin mill and bar, and most of them rabid democrats who vote the party not the issues, are to blame. Low voter turnout is the rule not the exception in the Village of Ravena and the Town of Coeymans!

The bottom line: Most, if not all, of the blame for this and other scandalous incidents and the poor quality of life in the Village of Ravena and the Town of Coeymans must be on residents!!! Admit it, you, the community earned the lousy reputation and the shame you experience on a more than regular basis. Yet you, the communities of Ravena and Coeymans, continue to shoot yourselves in the foot by electing clowns to be your village mayor, your town supervisor, your village and town board members.

Criminals Thumbing Their Noses to Law Enforcement? Why?

Over the past two years or so we’ve been very fair to local law enforcement, very gentle, and quiet but always watching. We’ve kept our ear to the ground and now it’s time to take off the gloves and ask some burning, critical questions. Why is it that two prime suspects, Zachary C. Stahlman (Glenmont) and Donald J. Howell, both with criminal records, Stahlman once being charged with misdemeanor possession of a firearm, have not gotten some real attention by local law enforcement?  Charles H. Stahlman (Zachary Stahlman’s father) 52, was charged with felony possession of a forged instrument after using forged $20 and $10 bills at an estate sale on Sunday, State Police in New Scotland. You’re in Good Hands with Allstate. Really?

[Editor’s Note: Zachary C. Stahlman recently breached a lease agreement made with a local landlord for premises for a flea market called, Guess what? Fat Cat Antiques L.L.C. Do you think he was going to stock the flea market with merchandise purchased by his father, Charles H. using counterfeit $20 and $10 bills? According to Stahlman’s LinkedIn site, he  is employed by Allstate Insurance Company  (click the link) as a “sales producer”; Now you really know you’re in “good hands with Allstate”. Doesn’t Allstate vet their employees? Don’t they do background checks? ]

It’s not ISIS or alQaeda nor the Russians nor Alexandr Putin we have to worry about, people, it’s the thug next door or the low-life you’re renting to, and law enforcement’s conspicuous inability to enforce the law and to protect our citizens — or worse still, their refusal to do so. Excuses don’t keep our residents, businesses, property safe from criminals.

Something’s — still —  rotten in Coeymans, Albany County, and Greene County. According to information we have received on crimes being committed in the Town of Coeymans and the Town of New Baltimore are being put on the back burner. It seems local criminals are thumbing their noses to local law enforcement and getting away with everything from theft to major vandalism to driveby shootings. So our question is this:

Where is law enforcement and What is local law enforcement doing about all of this criminal activity.

Actually, it’s nothing new and has been going on for some time now.

There are several possibilities: Either law enforcement is asleep on the job and is making no effort to protect local residents and businesses from criminals, or law enforcement is unable to do their jobs. The Coeymans Police Department is small and under–equipped, thanks to Coeymans Town Supervisor Phil Crandall (D) and his harem,  but even so, can ask for assistance from the New York State Police but Coeymans has to request assistance, since the crime scene is in Coeymans’ jurisdiction. What Greene County Sheriff Gregory Seeley (R) and Greene County District Attorney Joseph Stanzione (R) are doing is short of nothing. Seeley has a big mouth when it comes campaign time just before he’s up for election and then he’s real tough on crime. What happens after the elections is anybody’s guess but it does seem he goes a bit flaccid, a bit limp, some erectile dysfunction there, a bit soft on crime. As for Greene County DA Joe Stanzione, he’s been notified about a number of law enforcement failings and seems to have gone deaf or something. Maybe he’s brain dead but he seems to be out to lunch with Seeley when it comes to law enforcement. So what gives, Greene County media? Have you all gone Republican-soft — We thought that was a Dem thing, a Liberal thing…Right Mr Soares? — on crime? What are we financing Greene County law enforcement, the Greene County Sheriff’s Department, to do? Give free rein to the crooks and criminals in Greene County? We want some answers and quick!

It’s totally ridiculous when you think that the suspects can steal NYS dealer plates from a car in the New Baltimore Town Hall parking lot right under the noses of the Greene County Sheriff’s deputies who would be in the courtroom and also have a satellite station in the New Baltimore Town Hall. You can’t make this stuff up! It’s disgusting, really.

As for Albany County, that cesspool has been a den of corruption and crooks since time immemorial. We all know about Albany County DA P. David Soares and his collection of morons — not servants of the people but servants of the system — in the Albany County DA’s office. Take for instance Soares’ reputation as being the worst DA in the country. The most notable thing Soares has done since he’s been in office is to play the Soul Train race ticket to get re–elected, and then Soares the Oreo turns around and screws the black community. And then there’s his little bunch of trollops like Chantelle Cleary and Carmen Warner, daughter of Nancy Warner, Ravena village trustee, and Harold “Hal” Warner, Ravena village justice, who were involved in some indecency on Facebook, had to resign from their positions in Soares’ office. Well, that’s OK since Michael Biscone collected Soares’ garbage and hired Warner. If you don’t recall the incident, see our article The Warners: A Family Tradition of Misconduct

It gets worse when we have to look back to the days of Gerald “Dirty-Hands” Deluca and Gregory “Dumplin'” Darlington when they were running the Coeymans Police Department and Ravena-Coeymans. There’s the story of Scott Lendin, who vandalized several vehicles on the 9W Auto LLC lot, and stole electronic equipment out of one of the vehicles. He had the equipment in his possession when apprehended. Lendin even allegedly announced that he “had friends in the Bethlehem Police Department,” and he obviously had friends in the Coeymans Police Department and the local courts, too. Because when he appeared before then justice Phillip Crandall, who has since been disgraced and removed from the court and banned from ever running for judicial office again — but who then ran for public office as Coeymans Town Supervisor and was elected by Coeymans voters. Well, the Coeymans Police Department either because of their “special relationships” with the local criminal element or as retaliation, dragged their feet in the Lendin investigation until Lendin was released with less than a slap on the hand. No doubt Deluca and Dardiani had colluded to screw up the investigation, and Albany DA Soares was up to his neck in corruption with Deluca and Dardiani. After all, Darlington’s wife was working in Soare’s office as a secretary at the time. Can you imagine the information that got leaked to and from the Coeymans PD from the DA’s office and back? When Deluca and Darlington were “forced” to resign from the Coeymans Police Department, and P.J. McKenna, a veteran police investigator and law enforcement professional, was hired to be Coeymans Police Chief and to reform the Coeymans Police Department, we were skeptical and still demanding that the Coeymans Police Department be eliminated outright. But we gave McKenna a decent chance and left him alone to allow him to do his thing. Was that a miscalculation on our part?

We are now asking ourselves the big question: Has anything changed? Or are the criminals still in control of the Town of Coeymans?

Well, anyone who’s been tracking the Crandall goons in Coeymans Town Hall, knows damned well that the criminals are in control of Town Hall. Anyone who thinks otherwise is probably on Crandall’s staff payroll. No money for the Coeymans Town Clerk or for the Coeymans Police Department but plenty of money for Crandall’s harem, even if they haven’t got a clue how to run a computer. Right, Nita Chmielewski?

But back to local law enforcement… There’s something really fishy going on in our community, and it looks like the criminals are thumbing their noses to law enforcement, telling them to kiss their criminal asses. Since we published our article on the “Lost Felonies” back in March 2013, during the Deluca – Darlington clown show, we had hoped that things might have changed and that with a professional law enforcement veteran in the chief’s office, things would be getting done and done fairly and legally. We’re having our doubts, though.

Deluca and Darlington had no qualms about doing whatever it took to keep their handlers happy and themselves in their jobs. Retaliation was the rule rather than the exception. Police abuse of power and harassment were routine. Obstruction of justice was the S.O.P. All you have to do is go back and search our articles for the horrible state of affairs in Ravena – Coeymans just two years ago. All you have to do is F.O.I.L. the list of complaints filed against the Coeymans Police Department and its officers. It’s in the public record. Our concern is that with Deluca and Darlington the law was ignored and abused — and all that with the complicity and cooperation of the local town and village courts and justices, not to mention the Albany County District Attorney, P. David Soares — , and residents were not protected from the criminals; we have new faces in the Coeymans Police Department, and while the outright public abuse has disappeared from view, little appears to have changed in terms of public safety!

Residents and Businesses are Under Attack!

But there’s still something sinister going on. Crimes are being committed and the investigations are going stale, if the crimes are investigated at all. And Coeymans Town Hall and law enforcement does nothing but point fingers. McKenna cries that Crandall is depriving the Coeymans PD of resources to which the Coeymans PD is entitled; Crandall responds that Coeymans has no money (but he keeps hiring his minions and populating his office with numerous clerks and girly friends). McKenna blubbers that he doesn’t have the staff or the equipment to properly do his job but he doesn’t ask for help from the NYS Police or the Albany County Sheriff. So the criminals party and local businesses and residents are placed at risk. Is this the “serve and protect” and the government services we expect? Drop the egos you dumbasses; residents and businesses are under attack!

There is Hard Evidence and Corroborating Evidence!
But local law enforcement in Coeymans and Greene County have gone erectile dysfunction, soft on crime!

Make your own decisions. Here’s the timeline on several incidents that have occurred to one single business owner living in New Baltimore and owning property and doing business in the Town of Coeymans:

• On March 2013:  Scott Lendin vandalizes several vehicles at 9W Auto LLC, steals electronic equipment from one of the vehicles, is apprehended, “has friends in the Bethlehem PD”, appears before Phil Crandall, and goes Scott [no pun intended]  free. Admittedly, that was during the Deluca – Darlington police – state regime (see below for more on this). But let’s go on….
• On August 2015:  All copper plumbing stolen out of 2530-34  property on Rt  9W, Town of Coeymans – over $7,000 to replace and repair the damage.  Still an open case with Coeymans Police Department. Just a few feet down the road, the insurance broker’s office was burglarized. Is that still open, too?  No update from Coeymans Police Department on this case, except that it’s still “open.”
• On July 16, 2016:  Dealer plate stolen off auto in 9W Auto owner’s driveway. Greene County Sheriffs called for investigation. No update from Greene County Sheriff’s Department.
• On September 12, 2016:  Ford Sedan set on fire on 9W Auto lot in the Town of Coeymans.  Reported to Coeymans Police Department for investigation. No update from Coeymans Police Department. Case still “open.”
• On September 27, 2016: NYS dealer plates stolen while victims car, again the owner of 9W Auto LLC,  is parked at the New Baltimore Town Hall while owners are in court with suspect Stahlman. During the proceedings, Stahlman’s father is thrown out of court for being disorderly, and spends a couple of hours outside; during that time he and has motive and opportunity to remove the dealer plates during the time he is outside the courtroom.  The theft is notified to the Greene County Sheriff’s Department. No update on the investigation. Case still “open.” [Editor’s Note: The Town of New Baltimore has a Greene County Sheriff’s Deparment satellite station in the town hall. It was constructed with prisoner slave labor using prisoners from the Coxsackie Corrections facility.]
• On October 3, 2016: The owners of 9W Auto LLC receive a text from telephone number 207-5523  “To get these back you will need to send $2000 dollars to as bitcoin wallet address. The text gives the victims one week to pay the ransom or threatens that the dealer plates will be sold, stating that “buyers are already lined up if you refuse.” Greene County Sheriffs Department, Gregory Seeley (R), notified and provided with information. No update from Greene County Sheriff’s Department. What in hell is going on here? Any questions, readers? The Greene County Sheriff’s department has a text from a working telephone number, and a message demanding $2,000 for stolen dealer plates, and what doe they do with this information? Your guess is as good as ours but they’re doing obviously NOTHING!!!!
• On October 28, 2016: the owner of All Safe Storage, also the owner of 9W Auto LLC, was sitting in his office when a vehicle drove by and discharged a shotgun blast, perhaps two blasts, into the front door of the office, destroying the door and peppering the front of the building with pellets. The owner was in the office but fortunately was not injured. Yes, we reported on this drive – by shooting in our article Drive-by Shooting Arrives in RCS  Coeymans Police Department, NYS Police, etc. present at the scene. Investigation etc. The case is still “open.” No suspects have been arrested. Do you really feel safe in Coeymans?
• Just a couple of days ago, on Sunday, January 29, 2017, the 9w Auto LLC owner arrives at his lot and  finds tires slashed and flattened on six cars and one truck –  The business owner called 911 for Sheriff assistance. Albany County Sheriffs deputies “busy at airport” and so the Albany County Sheriff’s Department contacted Coeymans Police Department.  A single rookie patrolman appears to investigate this major crime. Chief P.J. McKenna was notified of the criminal activity.  [Editor’s Note: After we left the scene, just a short time after the Coeymans patrolman left, we drove by Mayone’s Plaza and observed two Coeymans PD cars and two Coeymans patrolmen “processing” a motorist. We have to admit, they have their priorities, don’t they?] By the way, we have learned that on January 30, 2017, almost 24 hours after having discovered the vandalism, a Coeymans Police Department detective appears on the scene to investigate.  Several thousands of dollars in damage not to mention the fact that new tires have to be purchased and time and effort expended to replace the destroyed tires. Any guesses, readers, where this one is going?

In fact, we visited the crime scene on Sunday, shortly after the Coeymans patrolman left the scene, and we were shown plenty of evidence, even footprints showing how the perps entered the property and exited it, from the neighboring restaurant parking lot! There was even  — several patches of blood in the snow. Hopefully the rookie patrolman collecting the blood didn’t screw up the evidence!. Obviously the perps cut themselves when vandalizing the cars. Wouldn’t you think that the cops would be checking out the footprints and suspects to see if they had any recent cuts? Maybe. Time will tell but judging by the past performance of our law enforcement pros; we wouldn’t put any money on this bet.

Furthermore, it’s not as if these incidents are occurring hundreds of miles apart! They’re occurring at locations just a couple of minutes away from each other; it appears obvious that the victims are being singled out by a person or persons with an ax to grind. There is obvious motive and plenty of opportunity and several suspects are known. What we don’t understand is that with evidence like that text message and the demand for $2,000 that some law enforcement agency — Coeymans Police, Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple, Greene County Sheriff Gregory Seeley, NYS Police — haven’t apprehended the criminals and why the perps are not in custody!!!! And where is Albany County District Attorny P. David Soares and Greene County District Attorney Joseph Stanzione on these crimes and the failure of their law enforcement people to take some action??? These are questions we can start asking when they’re campaigning for re-election soon.

So, readers, who are the suspects? We don’t think we’re interfering with a police investigation —  if there’s any investigation being done at all — at this late point in time, so we’re happy to share what we have found out:

A couple of very obvious suspects are available, if the Coeymans Police are interested. There’s Zachary C. Stahlman who has a history of run–ins with the victims. Stahlman leased 1635 US RT 9w November 2015 with move in date of January 1, 2016.  Stahlman defaults on the lease in January and returns the keys in February.  Stahlman retaliates by bringing the landlords to small claims in New Baltimore Town Court, before failed and defeated New Baltimore Town Justice Lee Davis (D), and the case is heard by Davis on Sept. 27, 2016 for return of security/last months lease payment.  Davis loses the election and makes an 11^th hour retaliation decision against the landlords. Davis’ decision dated December 31, 2016, more than 90 days later, is received by the landlords on January 6, 2017.  This is the Stahlman whose father is ejected from the courtroom for disorderly conduct. Still wondering where the dealer plates went? The case is being appealed by the landlords for obvious reasons. Former New Baltimore Town Justice Lee Davis (D) has quite a bit of baggage — his own brother turned on him — if you missed the drama, see our article, Double-Standard Davis: Asking New Baltimore for another Term as Town Justice?

Here’s the clincher: Our little friend Zachary C. Stahlman has a bit of a criminal history that goes back to 2010. Here’s what we found: On August 20, 2010 state police charged Zachary C. Stahlman, then 19, of Albany with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon: a firearm, both Class A misdemeanors. Stahlman was issued appearance tickets returnable to Greenville Town Court. Now isn’t that interesting.  (Source: Daily Mail, Greene Police Blotter, Wednesday, August 25, 2010) And again, unlicensed driving: Zachary C. Stahlman, 25, of Albany, was arrested at 11:00 a.m. Oct. 20, 2016, and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation. This Stahman character has a bit of a history, doesn’t he? Wonder if the Coeymans Police or the Greene County Sheriff or anyone else picked up that little tidbits?

Donald “Big Mouth” Howell

And another prime candidate with a big mouth is Donald J. Howell. Howell works for Capital Taxi in Albany. Howell’s wife, Miranda Cote, is allegedly an hourly employee with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance (information obtained from See Through NY). The suspect signed a one – year lease with the victims for property that was to be used as a flea market at 1635 US Rt 9W. Howell stopped paying rent in December 2016, and had no insurance. In October 2016, Howell rented 1362 US Rt 9W from the victims as a residence.  Howell did not pay January rent and was given 30 day notice in December to vacate premises.   Howell was identified by local Stewart’s store staff as having announced that he was going to damage the victims’ property. When the Coeymans PD officer was investigating the crime was offered the names of the witnesses he responded that ‘he didn’t need them.’ A NYS trooper on the scene took the names. Question: What did he do with the names?

Donald J. Howell was arrested by Cobleskill Troopers on May 15, 2014, in Troy unlawful possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and a controlled substance in non-original container (Source: Daily Star, Police Blotter, June 21, 2014). that wasn’t Howell’s first brush with the law. Donald J. Howell, then 19,  and Duncan Clancy, then 16,  were charged on July 1, 2001, with an attempt at a class D felony; criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell; and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, second degree (Source: The Altamont Enterprise, Blotters and Dockets, July 19, 2001). There may be more on this druggie criminal but we’re not law enforcement and we’re not going to do their jobs for them. Did the Coeymans Police and the Greene County Sheriff miss this information, too?

What do the witnesses have to say?
Have you even interviewed them?

We’re just wondering if the Stahlmans and Howells have any relationship with the Greene County Sheriff’s Department or DA Joe Stanzione’s office. Is there a connection with the Coeymans Police Department or the Albany Machine? Do ya think there might be a connection?

Property owners and business operators in the Town of Coeymans and elsewhere are the pillars of the communities; they pay the majority of taxes that go into paying pubic employees, like law enforcement, and the salaries of elected and public officials. Property and business owners pay for our schools and libraries, too. The very schools and libraries and public services that the criminals and low-life like them are benefiting from at the expense of the very property owners and business operators they are victimizing, and the police are failing to protect! You certainly don’t think that the likes of the Stahlmans, Howells and similar trash are carrying their weight in the community, do you? and the What do you think you’ll have when the criminals drive out more business from Coeymans if law enforcement continues to drag its feet in ensuring that Coeymans and our communities are safe for us all? 

So, that’s just one victim, who has been victimized multiple times in recent months. Don’t you wonder why our local news media aren’t reporting these stories? Why is this all hush – hush? What is local law enforcement doing with their time anyway? Well, we do know that they’re not at NYS Thruway Plaza 22 enforcing the stop sign laws. And we do know that they’re not controlling the meanderings of the huge vehicles traveling up and down Rt 144 and moving through Ravena. And we do know that they’re not apprehending suspects or solving any local crimes. That we do know. And what we want now is answers. Lots of answers. And they’d better be forthcoming or we’re going to come down real hard on law enforcement with some real investigative reporting, and some probing questions. And we don’t think it’s going to be pretty.

One final question: When if becomes obvious that the criminals have the upper hand and that law enforcement is incompetent, how do citizens protect themselves and their property? When they drive by shooting, do we shoot back? When they trespass and vandalize our property, do we protect ourselves and our property? Or do we call 911 and get excuses and no answers? If the police can’t enforce the law and keep us safe, what about some good old frontier justice? What do you think?

It seems that local residents have short memories so we’d like to refresh your memories. Remember just a couple of years ago, the Deluca-Darlington police state persecuted the sitting president of the RCS Board of Education, who was wrongfully and falsely accused of harassing Josephine (Tracy) O’Connor, by allegedly calling her “fat.” The BoE president was arrested and arraigned, although eye witnesses reported that the accusation was totally false. See our article Congratulations!  Do you also remember that Josephine O’Connor’s father, alleged alcoholic and druggie, Joseph “Joe” Tracy accosted a local business woman at her place of business, hurling abuse and profanities, in the presence of eye witnesses, and when the woman attempted to file a complaint with the Coeymans Police Department, then part-time homey, Kerry Thompson, an employee of the Albany County Sheriff’s Department, cuddle toy of Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple, refused to take the complaint! Of course, at the time Thompson was alledgedly “doing” bimbo rookie Dawn Crosier, who was later fired. Have you forgotten the harassment of local kids, the illegal searches and seizures. The false complaint made by Cathy Deluca about harassment in her illegal Ravena Health and Fitness Center and the refusal of the Coeymans Police Department to follow-up even though a tape recording was produced in evidence showing she lied to the police. Coeymans PD Jason Albert was in charge of that investigation ignored the evidence against Deluca — most likely out of fear of “Dirty-Hands” Jerry Deluca’s and Dumplin” Darlington’s bullying — and did nothing (Albert has since been promoted to ‘detective’. Does a cop apprehend another cop’s hippo wife? Well, usually only if he wants to break off a piece of that ass candy. Promotion must be the reward in the Coeymans PD for obstructing justice.)Have we forgotten the regular harassment by certain Coeymans PD employees, the disappearing complaints, the disappearing felonies? The collusion of the Coeymans and Ravena Courts with their friends and insiders in Village Hall and Town Hall? And let’s  not forget the land-grab conspiracies of Laverne “Larry” Conrad — abusing his position as Town of Coeymans Code Enforcement Officer —and Michael Biscone — in his various conflict-of-interest roles as town/village attorney and real estate attorney — and their friends at the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. Conrad, Biscone and others had the Coeymans Police Department snugly and cozily in their hip pockets under the honchoship of Jerry “Dirty-Hands” Deluca and his darling dumplin’  Gregory Darlington. In the meantime, Coeymans, your former dumbass fraud police chief, Gregory A. “Dumplin” Darlington is collecting more than $41,000 a year in pension benefits at your expense. And Jerry “Dirty Hands” Deluca is collecting more than $22, 000 a year in pension benefits for his abuse of Coeymans residents. Deluca and Darlington may have been forced to retire but they’re laughing all the way to the bank! The list could go on but all you have to do is search for a couple of names — you should know them — on this blog.  Are you ready to take action against the criminal takeover of your property and businesses? Our law enforcement leaders have to be made accountable to US! They have to answer at our town and village meetings! We’ve heard that an investigator employed by the Coeymans Police Department runs a side business installing surveillance cameras. It also appears that that investigator recommends his products and services to crime victims. If this is being done during or in the course of a crime scene investigation, it appears to us to be highly unethical, even a conflict of interest. We’re looking into this too. That sounds like something Josephine Bruno (a Biscone, at Prudential Real Estate) or Michael Biscone (also a Biscone) would do with Larry Conrad in their land-grabbing conspiracies. Josephine was in the Ravena Village Clerk’s office and connected with the Ravena Village hall and got insider information on properties in the area. It’s also no secret how Michael Biscone, a crooked attorney in Ravena, connived and conspired with Larry Conrad, Coeymans Code Enforcement Officer, and others, including contacts in the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, to start problems for local landowners and then to pick up the property real cheap. Let’s hope the story of the Coeymans PD investigator is just a rumor. But our experience and local culture would indicate that it’s very true.

Here we have a Democrat State Governor, who like a sneak in the night, passes an anti-gun law, violating citizens’ constitutional rights. We then have to hear the Times Useless report that the state of New York is complaining that protestors caused $60,000 in damage to state capitol lawns by walking or standing on the grass. According to the Albany Times Useless:

The Feb. 28 rally at the Capitol building in Albany, NY, will mean a $60,000 bill for the state Office of General Services, the Times Union is reporting. OGS will spend that much to repair the grass at West Capitol Park, in the shadows of the state Capitol.

The Times Union reports that it was a combination of wet, muddy conditions and the large crowd at the rally. The rally was organized to oppose New York’s newly adopted gun control law.

Of course, there’s no mention in the Albany Times Useless that the citizens were exercising at least three rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States: the right of peaceful assembly [and protest], freedom of speech and expression, the right to bear [and own] arms. Gee! Why would the Albany Times Useless support citizens when it can kiss Democrat ass in Albany? No, it wasn’t citizens protesting an ambitious, arrogant Democrat governor’s illegal and immoral act, it was the lawns!

Now, seriously, do you think anything, a single word would have been said if the demonstrators were black or hispanic? Now be honest. The majority of protesters were white men and women, people who own their guns legally—or should I say owned them legally—so they were the usual fair game. Need I say more?

Sore-ass Soares’, he’s got a case of sore ass after getting it kicked so often by federal and state judges, of course he has has a bad case of ego-dysfunction a.k.a. minority complex. But, of course, as a minority, he can do no wrong. So we’re going after the Oreo!

And speaking of immoral acts, we must also mention the Albany County District Attorney, P.[udenda] David Soares, who likes to dip his pen[is] into company [p]ink and then, when he gets caught, finds his piece of sugar fluff a job in county government. (Soares’ reaction to reports that he is in a relationship with a legal secretary in his office is that it is “not improper” and is “nobody’s business.” What do you think?) And what about that paradigm of Democrat values, Governor Andrew Cuomo and his live-in girlfriend. Even Roman Catholics are up in arms about his concubinage and his receiving sacraments from ultra-liberal Roman Catholic bishop Howard Hubbard! (Read about it at Cuomo’s Catholic Concubinage.) [Editor’s Note: It must be mentioned that Howard Hubbard’s practices and programs ares not representative of or supported by the mainstream Catholic church hierarchy, most RC bishops, and the majority of Roman Catholics. Obviously, Albany is the best place for him and his supporters.]

When you really come down to it, when you have no program, no delivery, no convincing message, and you got no style, you have no choice but to pander to the unwashed masses, promising bread (and delivering stones), and you can’t afford not to use the race-card. That’s the only way our Arrogant Oreo Club of Stooges manage to get elected. Look at Barack Hussein Osama…oops! Obama, P.[udenda] David Sore-ass, and Andrew “Sneak-it-in-the-Backdoor” Cuomo, who did all his race purchases while HUD secretary, and promptly blew it all away with his overenthusiasm with the gun bill!

But Here’s the Ultimate in Harassment and Retaliation as Only P.[udenda] David Sore-Ass and His Nazi Keepers Can Do:

P. David Sore-Ass and the RCS Coeymanazis/Albany Political Machine Are Appealing Judge Ryan Donovan’s Decision to Dismiss All Charges Against RCS Board of Education President John M. Vadney.

This is the same tactics used in Nazi Germany and in Stalinist Russia: Take over the police, the courts, and then use them to harass and retaliate. Intimidate the citizen. Overrule justice and law to achieve your nefarious political agendas. Once they make sure everyone knows that the police do not serve and protect and the courts do not administer justice, then we are all slaves to the system.

Obama, Cuomo, Soares, and little trolls like Deluca, Miller and their Minions are Burning the Constitution

Now, really, we have to ask ourselves several questions:

• Who is so obsessed with pursuing a case with no merits, no hard evidence, no facts, and no hope of success? Everyone had a fair chance to present what they had, to put their cards on the table, and an impartial judge found that there was no case. What more is to be done, other than retaliate and harass, Mr Sore-Ass?
• What is the motivation to pursue a case that dragged on and on for almost a year? If the D.A.’s office has such a good case, why didn’t the so-called special prosecutor move forward with it and go to full trial, like Mr Vadney has been demanding all along?
• Why, if the case was such a slam-dunk, didn’t Soares’ so-called hot-shot special prosecutor run with it, make quick work of it? After all, if the case is worth pursuing and, despite a judge’s ruling dismissing it, still looks so good,it would surely be a no-brainer and “easy money.”
• Why is this case so important that the Albany County District Attorney, P. David Soares, feels it’s so important to spend more public money and valuable time on it? This isn’t a brutal  murder or robbery case. This isn’t a horrible rape case. This isn’t a high profile political bribery case. In fact, it’s a case that state high court judges have called “unconstitutional.” Several New York state high court judges have refused to prosecute harassment cases because they claim they violate 1st Amendment free speech and free expression rights! So we really have to ask Mr D.A. Sore-Ass, what’s your agenda, Mister? Whose axe are you grinding? What are you getting out of it?

If P. David Sore-ass would take our good advice, he’d benefit from listening to the sentiments of RCS residents regarding the dismissal of the charges against Mr Vadney (go to the RCS Board of Education site and review the video of the April 2 meeting). Residents who took the podium congratulated Mr Vadney on the news of the dismissal and to a man/woman, expressed relief that it was finally over. To a man/woman they admitted that it was a sham and that there was no truth to the charges. Now, Sore-ass, if you can’t read the writing on the wall, let me do it for you: Vadney has community support. You don’t. They think you’re a drug adled jerk for keeping this thing alive.

But then, Albany County D.A. P. David Soares has been made to look stupid by so many judges already, maybe he’s turned into a judge-hater and is just trying desperately to make a come-back. Or maybe he’s just a despicable self-loathing troll who is more into bullying and intimidation than doing a good job. Maybe he just doesn’t have the right stuff and, like Obama, got snookered into getting elected because the Dems like to play the minority card when in a corner.

It’s a he-said-she-said case of one man allegedly calling another man names! Name-calling is what’s being prosecuted and there’s no evidence that Mr Vadney called anyone names. All witnesses will testify that the allegations against Mr Vadney are simply not true!

It’s a case where the first defendant Joseph Edward “Joe” Tracey allegedly has a history of alcohol and drug abuse and Lord knows what else, went ballistic in front of witnesses, harassed Mr Vadney on the telephone with witnesses while on speaker phone, bad-mouthed the Bethlehem Police and got himself arrested and arraigned, had an order of protection issued against him several times, violated the order of protection at least once and admits it in a sworn statement.

We then have this character Joe Tracey making a complaint against, defaming a respected member of the community, a member of the Board of Education, twice elected to be president of the Board of Education, never exhibiting any behavior like that described by Tracey in his complaint. Anyone who knows Vadney knows him to be the picture of dignity, decorum, respect in his conduct of public business as board president, a loving father and husband, in other words, the guy you want to be your neighbor, your friend (and, by the way, he is!). Mr Vadney is the man this Community elected to be their representative to decide what’s good for their children and the RCS community has done that at least three times. His board members, also elected by the RCS Community to make education decisions for their children and their schools, have elected him to be their president, TWICE!

And some nobody, Joseph Edward “Joe” Tracey, a social derelict with a lunatic daughter who was estranged from him for years pops up out of nowhere and harasses not only Mr Vadney but threatens Mr Vadney’s family so that Mr Vadney has to get an order of protection against Tracey to keep him away from Vadney’s family. What does Tracey get from the special-prosecutor assigned by Albany County D.A. Sore-ass Soares, read it in the Albany Times Useless: 6-months probation! That’s the kind of guy you want in charge of your kids’s education, right. That’s the kind of guy you want as your neighbor, right? That’s they kind of guy you want to invite over for spaghetti and meatballs before the game. Is it, really?

Or maybe Soares is so insecure that he’s ashamed that his malicious and prolonged harassment of Mr Vadney on a no merit charge was judiciously and fairly dismissed because of the lack of truth and factual basis. Or is it that Soares’conspiracy with his political sewer friends in Ravena-Coeymans has been foiled by the law firm of his former opponent, Lee Kindlon,  the former prosecutor in the US Marine Corps and son of prominent lawyer Terence L. Kindlon. A smart young attorney, G. Calabrese, of the Kindlon law  firm is representing Mr Vadney. Soares has no military record, much less one that comes even close to Lee Kindlon’s brilliant service (read more about Lee Kindlon here). In fact, Soares, apart from his seedy intimacy with the Coeymans police department, has a reputation for being soft on drug crimes (do you really wonder?) and made some comments at a conference in Vancouver, Canada, that angered American law enforcement, attracted criticism from Albany Mayor Jerry Jennings, and harsh comments from the Police Union, including demands for Soares’ resignation. Maybe his softie attitude on drugs and his animosity towards professional (not Coeymans p.d.) law enforcement should get Soares disbarred (see A call for David Soares to resign). He’s had some serious ethical problems and has been reprimanded a number of times. Let’s see, soft on drugs, doesn’t like law enforcement, minority votes. Is there a connection here? Do you think Soares is pandering for his minority votes?

We’ve reported extensively on all of these characters: the Deluca Duo and Matt-the-Mutt. The Deluca Duo have a long history of Coeymanazi activity. Miller has an axe to grind because the Vadney board refused to renew Miller’s plum double-dipper position as “energy manager” that netted him a cool additional $10–18K a year of taxpayer and school budget money in addition to his outrageous teacher salary and benefits. Miller is the local teacher union, New York State United Teachers a.k.a. NYSUT representative. Miller’s been knocked down to size by the board in recent months, thanks also to superintendent Dr Alan R. McCartney’s zero-tolerance of trouble-makers.

Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” has a colorful history. BoBo Cop allegedly received a degree from SUNY Plattsburg in political science (Do you believe that?) but apparently has no law enforcement or criminal justice education or training that would qualify him for his position as “police investigator” on the Coeymans police department. Apparently also, he’s extremely unpopular with the department, except for his adoring relationship with police chief Gregory Darlington. So why’s he there? Ask thug-collector Gregory “DoDo Cop” Darlington.

Deluca has his fingers in a number of pies, besides Cathy’s. He says in his online résumé that he’s a consultant with ARANY, an automotive recycling organization. He says he’s a consultant with the NY state Department of Environmental Conservation, a principal in Deluca Public Affairs (no pun intended), and a director at the so-called Main Street Small Business Coalition. He also says he was a former employee with the NY state Assembly (No one we contacted at the NY state Assembly knows anything about him, though). But his alleged connections with the DEC and with ARANY (note that bottle-blond Cathy is wearing a pink ARANY sweater in the pix above) raises some questions of conspiracy and misuse of public office, given some of the harassment that has been going on recently of local businesses and residents by the DEC and local officials close to Coeymans town government, especially the town building inspector, Laverne “Larry” Conrad, and others.

So, either Deluca is falsifying his résumé and he is lying about his business contacts or he is telling the truth and is compromising his objectivity as a police employee, and possibly misusing his public position and privileges to benefit his other “business” activities. I say an investigation is in order here and call upon the State Attorney General to investigate Deluca’s “connections.”

Deluca recently made a very disturbing remark at a school board meeting when he allegedly stated that he knew how people voted. (Board of Education Meeting of 3/26/13. Deluca: “Last year there was a number of people on the board that voted for the budget here at the meeting. I am concerned that some of those who voted for it at the meeting went out and voted against it.”) Now how and where would he have access to such information. Isn’t our vote supposed to be secret? Is Deluca misusing police information resources? But how would the police get our voting information? Or is he working with someone else, too? Board president J. Vadney responded: “The board of education approves a budget to go out to the public; the personal votes of the members are personal, confidential, if not secret.” Didn’t you know that BoBo?

But maybe that’s the secret to Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca’s longevity. It’s very possible that Deluca has been misusing his police privileges and access to privileged information all along to access background information and then to use it to his or his friends’ advantage. Now wouldn’t that be a nice fat official investigation. Could send old “Dirty-Hands” down the river for a couple of years. Nah! His bed-buddy Soares probably would get him off with 6-months probation. Maybe he’s got some dirt on Soares?

And then we have the local Coeymanazis and the teachers clique on the RCS Board of Education. You must have noticed that there’s a power war going on between the teachers and the teachers union, New York State United Teachers, represented locally by Matthew J. Miller a.k.a. Matt the Mutt. You can’t have forgotten already the underhanded tactics used by Miller, the Deluca pair, Dirty-Hands Jerry and his Bleach-Bimbo, Cathy Deluca, and you can’t ignore the results of the investigations and the complaints by residents centering on the voting and polling irregularities? You’d have to have advanced Alzheimer disease to have forgotten all of that already, especially with new elections just on the horizon.

So, our guess is that our Albany County D.A. friend, P. David Sore-Ass, is working hand-in-glove with the Coeymanazis and the teachers union, New York State United Teachers (NYSUT, Matt Miller’s godfathers) to attempt to oust Vadney from the BoE. Once Vadney’s gone, they will go after the other members supporting Vadney. When that’s done, your at the mercy of the union and the Coeymanazis. Next, they’ll get rid of Dr McCartney and put one of their puppets in the position. Now the teachers, the teachers union, the Coeymanazis in Ravena-Coeymans, and the Democrat Machine in Albany has control of the schools here, and the school budget. Watch RCS become a ghost town before your very eyes!

You can’t have overlooked the attempts by board members and teachers or teacher’s spouses on the RCS board of election to force other elected board members to resign. Of course, the public saw through those stupid attacks and told Alice Whalen, Howard “Bray” Engel, James Latter, Tracey Traver (former member, not relected), Josephine Tracey-O’Connor (disgraced former BoE member, daughter of Joe Tracey of misdemeanor harassment fame), and Edward “Teddy” Reville, and loudmouths Deluca, and their Coeymanazi mob to “Shut up” and get on with board business! Even Matt-the-Mutt Miller of double-dipping-bully-monger fame has had to curb his union-speak and shut up for once.

They all came out in arms and screaming when they found out Dr Alan R. McCartney was to be hired to fix the mess created by outgoing teachers union lacky Elizabeth “Betsy” Smith. Matt-the-Mutt Miller was frothing in his denunciations of both the Vadney-led board and of Dr McCartney, as were “concerned” parents. Sure, they loved being the bottom feeders of the regional schools with the highest per student cost ($21,000) in the region, maybe even the state, and some of the lowest graduation rates. How dare they consider Dr McCartney, who had Vorheesville’s grad rates up in the high 90’s. They dreaded McCartney. Why? Because he is a professional superintendent hell-bent on getting results and trimming fat. McCartney’s not one of the local teachers, like Elizabeth “Betsy” Smith, whose loyalties were clearly not with the residents and taxpayers! (Are you surprised that after having taken the superintendent’s position she stayed long enough to pad her retirement check (less than a year) and then hit the community with a surprise retirement announcement?)

And then there are the loudmouths who have some pretty shadey connections. Take local loudmouth Gerald “Jerry Dirty-Hands Deluca” who, as we mentioned above,  is on the payroll of the Coeymans police department as an “investigator.” Deluca has no police investigator credentials, was fired by the previous police chief, and re-hired by the present Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington (who had to take the chiefs exam at least 3 times before he could pass the thing!). Darlington has also hired local Psycho-Cop Ryan Johnson (a reject from the Cairo p.d.); Johnson’s likely to be the driver of the Coeymans police vehical that races down the road in a bad case of road rage. Darlington also hired his brother-in-law Kerry Thompson to be his personal admin assistant at more than $31/hour, and who employs a number of part-timers from outside the community to police this community.

If you’ve ever driven in the town of Coeymans and seen a police vehicle coming from the opposite direction and can’t stay on its side of the road, or if you see a Coeymans police  vehicle with its wheels in the air, you’re also likely to see a blond female behind the wheel. That’s Coeymans police officer D. Crosier–drives like a drunk, crossing the centerline, migrating over to the shoulder, occasionally wrecking a Coeymans police vehicle. She’s another prize bimbo addition to Darlington’s credit.

Stop This Brew Before It Infects You, Too!

Add to this toxic stew the unbelievable involvement of local Coeymans town attorney Gregory Teresi (Dem), son of NY state Supremse Court judge Joseph Teresi (Dem)  (formerly a village and town attorney in Ravena-Coeymans), the corrupt practices in the village of Ravena government with its incestuous relationships and intermarriages between village trustees and town and village justices, the involvement of the shyster family of Biscones and their former partners the Rotellos, who is now working with the NY state Appellate Divison, the NY state court that hears appeals and is in charge of attorney discipline. Then you have the real-estate moguls and their connections in village and town government and the abuse of public office that goes on between the town of Coeymans, the office of the building inspector, and the DEC, and you can’t but hold back the vomit.

Yes, there’s a very toxic stew brewing, as you can see. There’s Albany County Democrat Machine Corruption, local corruption in the village of Ravena and the town of Coeymans, and then there’s union involvement with the New York State United Teachers.

We eased off the scoundrels in recent months because they seemed to be quieting down but they’ve been quietly hatching plots. Crooks never give up because they’re infected with the worm of greed and avarice. They’re lousy with the lice of pride. But they’re blind to their own evil and that’s where we get them.

David Soares Should Be Drummed of Public Office and Barred from Practicing Law in New York State or Anywhere Else for the Outrageous Travesty of Justice and the Shameful Waste of Public Money in His Relentless and Malicious Attempt at Prosecuting an Innocent Man. The case has been dragging on and on since May 2012, when Mr Joseph “Joe” Tracey, father of sociopath Josephine ‘Tracey-O’Connor, famed former RCS board of education clown and wannabe teacher, filed trumped up charges against Mr Vadney, alleging Mr Vadney called him names. The more than 200 pound lump of wuss-flesh was allegedly part of a conspiracy to embarass Mr Vadney and a feeble-minded attempt to force him to resign from his position as board president. The idiotic circus program was hatched by the Coeymanazis nesting in the Coeymans Police Department and in the RCS high-school where New York State United Teachers local rep, Matthew “Matt-the-Mutt” Miller, is the inside man for the teachers clique on the RCS board of education.

The so-called teachers clique made up of Alice Whalen, Howard “Bray” Engel, James “Jimmy” Latter, and Edward “Teddy” Reville, at the time of the fraudulent charges also included whacko-woman Josephine O’Connor and Tracey Traver, both of the teachers clique. The clique was actively supported by the likes of Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca and his bottle-blond partner, Cathy Deluca, and a ragtag bunch of psycho victims who were capable of just about anything, judging by the likes of Joe Tracey and his daughter Josephine Tracey-O’Connor.

It seems that after the 2012 budget vote was passed under suspicious circumstances under the guidance of Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca and his mob of Coeymanazis, and with the backing of the NYSUT nuggie Matt-the-Mutt Miller, the Coeymanazis and the teachers union’s  only way to deliver on their empty promises was to control the board of education.

But Mr Vadney’s group was voted in and took the majority, grabbing the prize and the board out of the teachers and Coeymanazi’s greedy kleptomaniac hands. Mr Vadney was confirmed as president of the board and Mr Michael Robbins was elected to be vice-president.

Readers will recall that we covered the events extensively on this blog and you can search the blog to read all of the real facts.

Readers will also recall how the teachers clique and the Coeymanazis made every attempt to oust Mr Rodney Krzykowski and to defame Mr Jeff Lukens. Neither conspiracy worked.

Mr Joe Tracey was allegedly put up to first harass and to threaten the board president’s family when Tracey, gutless coward that he is, appeared at the offices of the family business and verbally abused Mr Vadney’s sister. Of course, there were witnesses, but when Ms Vadney attempted to file a complaint with the Coeymans Police, Kerry Thompson refused to take the complaint. A female police officer who asked not to be identified later informed Ms Vadney that what Thompson had done was wrong and that she, the officer, would make sure it got into the file. (You’ll also recall how we broke the story about Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington’s hiring of Thompson to be his personal assistant at mre than $31/h!) Coeymanazis take care of their own!

So there is evidence that the Coeymans Police Department was involved in the conspiracy not only with Thompson’s refusal to take the complaint against Tracey but also the fact that Gerald “Dirty-Hands-Jerry” Deluca is a close friend of Josephine Tracey-O’Connor, the one who claimed that Mr Vadney called her “fat” (well, actually, she’s not what you would really call petite).  Witnesses to the entire scene testify that no such thing ever happened. It was a bare face lie.

So, dear readers, Truth and Justice won in the end, and that doesn’t happen often in this RCS community or in Albany County so we are all witnesses to a truly historic moment.

A person is guilty of trespass when he knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in or upon premises.
PL 145.00(3) Criminal Mischief 4th
A person is guilty of criminal mischief in the fourth degree when, having no right to do so nor any reasonable ground to believe that he or she has such right, he or she: Recklessly damages property of another person in an amount exceeding two hundred dollars.
PL 155.30 Grand Larceny 4th
A person is guilty of Grand Larceny in the fourth degree when he steals property and when the value of the property exceeds one hundred dollars and the property consists of a motor vehicle, as defined under section one hundred twenty-five of the vehicle and traffic law, other than a motorcycle, as defined in section one hundred twenty-three of such law.

Background

In their depositions, the victims state that Scott M. Lendin was told to leave the victims’ property and to stay away. Lendin trespassed and committed the other alleged crimes. The depositions allege that Lendin, while trespassing and attempting to remove a motor vehicle from the victim’s property, damaged several other vehicles, amounting to more than $1200 in repairs, and that Lendin, while trespassing, stole a motor vehicle from the victims’ property.
On information and belief, Lendin also stole a computer from a construction vehicle belonging to a local construction company. On investigation the theft was confirmed. Lendin installed the computer in a similar vehicle and sold that vehicle. He was never charged with the theft (the company made an insurance claim, got paid, and didn’t follow up. Neither did the police!).

A disturbing aspect of this case is the fact that Lendin allegedly bragged to local business owners about what he had done, claiming he’d never be caught and that he had friends in the Bethlehem police department.

Another disturbing aspect of this case is the fact that the case was in Steve Prokrym’s hands but somewhere along the line it was reassigned to Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca, with the approval of his boss, DoDo-Cop Gregory Darlington, could sit on a case for months, obstructing justice, and not be disciplined, fired, or brought up on criminal obstruction charges! But it seems to us that there was a conspiracy in progress and Deluca was the one to make sure the retaliation was effective. How does that work? Would it work for you or me? And what about the cops who knew what was going on, all about the retaliation etc., Contento, Crosier, and others? Weren’t they obstructing justice?

Is Kerry Thompson a Mole in the Sheriff’s Department?

And then there’s the mole in the Albany County Sheriff’s Department, Kerry Thompson, who is Gregory “DoDo-Cop” Darlington’s personal assistant and married to Darlington’s sister. Smell a rat or a whole nest of them yet?

Yes! We should remove that mole!

And what about the theft of the computer from Fink’s? The police know about that but haven’t gone after Lendin. Facts are the computer was stolen, Finks knew about it and filed an insurance claim and got paid. Lendin allegedly admits to the theft. Why doesn’t the insurance company go after Lendin to recover for the amount paid in the claim? Have Lendin arrested and charged? What’s going on here? In fact, we have received unconfirmed reports that the actual bulldozer (and the computer?) are on Scott Lendin’s property at this very time! Where are the police investigators now?

The Outrageous Events

The Failure of the Coeymans Police Department: The Coeymans Police Department managed to take the complaint, but sat on it for months despite numerous calls to chief Gregory Darlington and others in the Coeymans P.D., even to supervisor Stephen Flach. According to a member of the Coeymans P.D., Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca sat on the paperwork for months and did nothing.

The Intervention of the Albany County Sheriff’s Department: Thanks to the professionals in the Albany County Sheriff’s Department under the leadership of Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple, the Coeymans police department was forced to do something. If it weren’t for Sheriff Craig Apple and investigators Eric Barnes, William Rice, Mark DeFrancesco the victims’ rights would have amounted to zilch, nada, zero, and the perp, Scott Lendin, with his “friends in law enforcement” would have walked…thanks to Coeymans town Justice Phillip A. Crandall and the bozos at the Albany DA’s office, Lendin pretty much walked anyway.

The Charging, Arraignment and Arrest of Scott Lendin: Despite having taken the complaint and after Jerry Deluca sat on it for months, the perp Scott Lendin, was finally charged, arraigned and arrested. But that was only after the victims asked the Albany County Sheriff to get involved.

The Albany County District Attorney’s Plea Bargain: After all was said and done, and after more than a full year had lapsed, it took the bozos from the Albany County District Attorney’s office and a no-balls Coeymans judge to violate every orifice Lady Justice owns. P. David Soares treated Lady Justice like a common whore, and Coeymans town justice held her down while assistant DAs Weafer and Sharp had their way with her. Shame on you! Scott Lendin and his friends in law enforcement (Deluca, Darlington) stood by and snickered. Coeymans town Supervisor Stephen Flach  stood by and made believe nothing was happening.

Phillip A. Crandall’s Acceptance of the Plea: Coeymans town justice Phillip A. Crandall made a mockery of the judiciary and of his oath of office by sitting on the case knowing that there were local politics and agendas involved. Crandall is just as much a criminal as Soares, Weafer, Sharp, Deluca and Darlington are. They were all involved in a scandalous conspiracy to pervert justice. This was a clear example of abuse of, misuse of the public’s trust, and a corruption of public office.

The Release on a Ridiculously Reduced Charge: So you have a self-confessed thief on the loose, thanks to the Coeymans Police Department, the Albany County DA, and the Coeymans town court, the dishonorable Phillip A Crandall, presiding.

What message does that send to the rest of us when we know that someone can come on your property multiple times after being thrown off, to steal your property and, while perpetrating the theft, damages other property, and who admits yet another theft yet goes free as a bird? What does that mean to this community?

The Abandonment of the Victims’ Rights: The business operators and property owners in the town of Coeymans, the victims, taxpayers to the max, people who support the Coeymans and greater regional community, have been abused by the very agencies whose salaries they are paying: the Coeymans P.D., the town of Coeymans administration, the Coeymans town court and its bozo Coeymans town  justices. That’s a real engraved invitation to business to stay out of the area, don’t you think so? Who’d want to go through all of that and then pay our property, school, and other taxes? With Soares and his monkeys in Albany, and with the thugs in the Coeymans police department, and the no-balls Coeymans town justices, the law-abiding resident, much less the business owner in the town of Coeymans, don’t have the chances of a snowball in hell!

But there was also a caseworker from the Crime Victim and Sexual Violence Center,  a Bernard Amador, who was supposed to be coordinating restitution for the losses caused to the victims by the thief, Scott Lendin. That part of it was also screwed up by the Coeymans police department when they couldn’t figure out the amount of the damages, despite the fact they had it in the complaint documents. So, the make it easy on their dumbasses, they simply reported “more than $1” ( the actual amount of damage done to property was more than $1200!). Assistant DA Stephen Sharpe was just as big a dimwit as the Coeymans cops! So, after all is said and done, Bernard Amador derailed and crashed, too! All of these morons and idiots are being paid by taxpayers!

The Conclusion

First of all, the Coeymans police department under it incompetent chief Gregory Darlington fell flat on their fat faces and, again, were a scandalous embarrassment to this community, and to the Albany County Sheriff’s Department and to the New York State Police, and to law enforcement, generally. It’s a rotten shame that the few decent cops in the Coeymans police department have to carry the stench of Darlington, Deluca, Thompson, Johnson bobos in the department. But, as the saying goes, you lie with dogs you wake up with fleas. Sorry boys!

The fact that Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca a.k.a. BoBo-Cop, sat on the case and the paperwork lay on his desk for more than 3 months without him having lifted a fat finger would be grounds enough anywhere else to can his fat ass. But in Coeymans, under DoDo-Cop Darlington and the impotent and feeble mindless “leadership” in the town of Coeymans Deluca got away with his passive retaliation, that is, until outside professionals were brought in.

It is to the great credit of Craig Apple, Albany County Sheriff, and his detectives, investigators, and deputies, that he was able to get involved and, despite having his hands tied by jurisdictional courtesies, was able to shake up the Coeymans police department and get Dodo-Cop Darlington to start doing some chiefing and get his team of bobos off their triple-digit asses, and catch a criminal. Sheriff Apple got right on the case and assigned real professionals to start the investigation that the Coeymans police department was either unable or unwilling to do. Only after Apple’s department and personnel were involved did the investigation start, the warrants issued, and the perp, Scott Lendin, apprehended, arrained…but that’s where it got dicey, thanks to the Albany County DA P[udenda] David Soares, assistant DA Kenneth C. Weafer, assistant DA Stephen M. Sharp, and local shysters Michael J. Biscone (Ravena) and Brian W. Devane (Delmar) managed to intimidate local town justices George Dardiani and Phillip Crandall. Soares’ little gremlins Weafer and Sharp managed to further damage the community’s confidence in law enforcement and in the justice system by playing into the hands of the criminal and telling the victims to take a hike. The arranged a plea bargain and never even communicated to the victims what was going on. The Coeymans police were just as stupid because they managed to screw everything up from the very start, but couldn’t even get the paperwork right even after three attempts!

So, when the perp, Scott Lendin was finally brought in to face the charges of trespass, criminal mischief, and grand larceny, he had already been dumped by the shyster Michael Biscone, and was represented by shyster Devane. Meanwhile, the DA’s office was totally confused and one hand didn’t know what the other was doing, so they did what they do best: help their friends (the criminals) and make a deal.

 When assistant DA Stephen M. Sharp was asked by the victims after the plea bargain was accepted by Coeymans town justice, Sharp’s reply was: “I don’t know anything about it.” Makes you want to ask then, “What in hell are you doing here, then? Who does?” Apparently, assistant DA Kenneth C. Weafer was on the case, left the DA’s office, and somewhere along the line Sharp was assigned to the case…and did NOTHING. There you are! P[udenda] David Soares, the Dodo-DA, at his best and at the taxpayers’ expense. [Monkey] Business as usual.

But no-balls Phillip Crandall, the judge on the case, dropped the ball all together. How could Crandall, having been involved in the case once it had started moving, after Coeymans town justice Dardiani got a mouthful from shyster Michael Biscone, who refused to bring in his client because the Coeymans police had screwed up the paperwork (according to a reliable source in the Coeymans police department who asked to remain unidentified, there was no problem with the paperwork…they had their “orders” and had to do what they were told). No-balls George Dardiani took it like a real wimp, and Biscone and Lendin went free for another day. Dardiani subsequently was no longer on the case when no-balls Crandall came on board.
So, after all was said and done. The perp walks, and the DA tells the victims that they have to go after Lendin in civil court to recover their damages. Great work DA DoDo’s.
Meanwhile, the Coeymans police are going after old ladies, pretty girls, and rowdy high-school kids. And you, the taxpayers of this community, are footing the bill for shoddy amateur police work, retaliation, intimidation to the tune of about $1,000,000 a year. Makes you feel real good, doesn’t it?

Epilogue

This is bizarre: Where was the Police Blotter entry on this crime and botched investigation? We don’t seem to be able to find it in the News Herald or anywhere! And where was the local media coverage. There were police all over the place once the Sheriff got involved. No Times Useless. No News Herald. No News 6, 10, 13. No reporters and cameras showing up for the arraignment of a real criminal! Why was that? Don’t you wonder why the place is lousy with reporters in some minor instances but in others, they’re nowhere to be found? Looks like the news media is in cahoots with the DA and the other criminals in the county. [Editor’s Note: If any of our readers saw a report in any local news media, please let us know. We’d be very interested in correcting our inability to find anything.]

Phillip A. Crandall has a reputation for being some sort of religious crusader and is attracting some criticism that his version of Christian practice is to go easy on criminals. That’s not how it works, Philly! Perhaps if you had any knowledge of jurisprudence or of the law or of judicial ethics you’d know that your sole function is to interpret the law fairly and impartially. Fairly and impartially means you leave all of your personal baggage at the door when you put on the robes of the judiciary. You took an oath of office and if you can’t do the job, then RESIGN!

Same goes for Coeymans town supervisor Stephen Flach. If you can’t leave your pulpit and be a tough administrator, then RESIGN, Stevey. You have taken an oath of office and if you can’t fill the shoes and get tough with the town employees and other officials, including your own town board, the Coeymans police department and the town courts and their dizzy town justices, then RESIGN.

But after all is said and done, there is a bright side, a positive side. While they may have turned a petty, small time thief loose, at least we know about Scott Lendin, he’s a marked man now. So the bright side, the good news is that at least we have all the real criminals consolidated in places where we can keep a close watch on them. The real criminals are all together in two places: the Office of the Albany County District Attorney and the Coeymans Police Department.

Our readers will recall that we reported on the harassment of a local woman business owner by Joseph Tracey, Josephine Tracey-O’Connor’s demented father, over Josie’s “He called-me-fat-dance” at the high-school last May. We shared with you the fact that when the woman tried to file a complaint against Joe Tracey, Coeymans police chief Darlington’s “personal assistant” Kerry Thompson refused to take the complaint. In confidence, a female Coeymans police officer, who requested to remain anonymous, allegedly contacted the victim and told her Thompson should have, had to take the complaint and that she, the officer, was going to put the information in the file. Wonder where that file ended up? Any ideas, Jerry Deluca? How about you, Gregory Darlington?

Please don’t misunderstand! I’m not soft on real criminals or crime. But I am in favor of a well-informed, fair, sensitive and compassionate, trustworthy and independent judiciary. I feel that if there’s solid evidence of a crime committed with real malice aforethought then it deserves severe treatment. If there’s no crime or no solid evidence, let it go and move on. But when judges are unabashedly corrupt, ignorant, unethical, and have become tools of political agendas and sleezebag lawyers or bobo cops, intimidating the innocent and punishing simple mistakes as crimes, then I go for the throat.

We’ve reported on the dire state of justice in New York State and the problems with the town and village court system where the all the education a judge needs is a high-school diploma, knows nothing about law, and might even be the local electrician or dog-catcher. That’s the situation in town and justice courts in New York State. It’s the situation right here in our own communities, especially in Ravena-Coeymans and in New Baltimore. The judges are ignorant, the don’t know the law, are barely literate, and pee themselves when they have to face a lawyer. But in Ravena-Coeymans we have too many cases of the “disappearing felony” going on. And in other cases we have the Coeymanazis and their Coeymanazi judges using law enforcement and the town and village courts to harrass, to intimidate, to retaliate. The corruption is rampant and the criminals benefit. For example, we have the Coeyman’s cops arresting and charging local juveniles with misdemeanors and felonies while the cops refuse to investigate residents’ complaints of harassment. At the same time, they’re using their police powers to retaliate and intimidate and harass, and the courts delay justice or refuse it outright. We can see the corruption at work in Ravena-Coeymans almost on a daily basis but that’s just the lowest level of this cancer. The real festering sore is in Albany, in the Albany District Attorney’s Office. The District Attorney picks and chooses the cases he wants to prosecute. He then assigns one of his staff monkeys the case and it’s prosecuted in the courts. So, when you have a balless wonder like Pudenda David Soares in the DA office, he’s a tool used by the local politicos and the local political machine to reward or to punish, you have a really seriously corrupt system working on the community. The political godfathers get you elected but you have to play the game and do what you’re told. So we have the situation in Ravena-Coeymans where the already dysfunctional town and village court system is at its worst, we have either mindless cowards or Coeymanazis on the bench, the tool in the DA office in Albany, Soares, ensures that local machines get what they want. So back to coeymans town justice Philip A. Crandal, Sr. We reported on a local case where a local business had to go to the New York State police and Albany County Sheriff to force the Coeymans P.D. to investigate major theft and vandalism. That was late in 2011.  After six months of getting nowhere with the Coeymans P.D. who had assigned Coeymanazi-in-Chief Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca (a.k.a. Bo-Bo-Cop) to investigate, and nothing happening, the NYS Police and the Albany County Sheriff were called in by the business and then the shite hit the fan. You should have been there to see Darlington and Deluca peeing themselves. Well, almost immediately, Scott Linden, the perp, was apprehended and charged. That was in mid-2012.

We’ve received unconfirmed reports that the perp, Scott Linden, appeared before Coeymans town justice Phillip A. Crandall Sr., who pretty much turned the perp loose with a slap on the paw. Now, local business owners, based on that typical example, you can expect that any criminal can trespass on your property, damage your inventory, and make off with a vehicle, and if Bobo-cop Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca is in charge of the investigation, it won’t get investigated. If the Coeymans cops under the Coeymanzi leadership of chief Dodo-cop Darlington are in charge of going after the perp, the perp can look forward to walking the streets unimpaired. And finally, when Bobo Cop is forced to investigate and the Coeymans cops are forced to arrest, the Coeymans courts will turn him loose anyway. That must be how the Coeymans machine gets its voter support. The Albany D.A. David Soares is in charge of prosecuting these criminals but if he’d rather do a plea bargain at the expense of the law-abiding residents, he’d sooner let the perp loose on the community rather than prosecute. That way Soares can get a piece of the action. So, who’s still wondering about the business friendliness of good ol’ Coeymans? Add to that toxic mix the perp who hires local shyster Michael J. Biscone who will do his magic at town court to make the felonies go away…for a hefty price, of course. All for the good and in the best interests of law-abiding Coeymans residents and taxpayers. Now doesn’t that make you fell all warm and fuzzy…and safe? NOT!

Actually, in our article published on August 24, 2012, Dardiani and Biscone Subject to Discipline! we called for disciplining both Coeymans town justice George Dardiani and shyster Michael Biscone (representing perp Scott Lendin). At that time we reported that Biscone should have been held in contempt of court by Dardiani, when Biscone told the judge, Dardiani, that he wasn’t going to bring in his client! Why? In our recent articles on this blog we pointed out the major obstacles to making life livable in this community and in the bigger picture.  This blog actually started back in May 2012, when we had to come out and draw the public’s attention to the corruption that was going on in the schools, especially what was going on in the RCS central school district budget voting and the deception that was created by the RCS CSD teachers association, its president, double-dipping, bully-mongering, loose-lipped teacher Matt “the Mutt” Miller, the idiot interim superintendent Elizabeth “Betsy” Smith, a teachers union lackey, and the teachers clique on the RCS CSD board of education, Alice Whalen, Howard “Bray” Engel, James Latter,  former member Josephine Tracey-O’Connor of “He Called Me Fat” fame, and former member Tracey Traver, together with the Coeymanazi mob under the direction of Gerald “Dirty Hands Jerry” Deluca, assisted by his partner, Cathy Deluca, and their minions.

And we’ve courageously gone after that scandal-looking-for-a-place-to-happen,  P[udenda] David Soares, the renegade Albany County District Attorney, the disgrace of a chief county law enforcement officer, Soares, when he’s not getting a reprimand by federal judges, or hes not dipping his pen[is] into company ink[wells], he’s getting his inkwells special appointments, or simply maliciously prosecuting local residents. Pundenda-obsessed Dave is merely a tool of the machine; he’s to stupid for anything else and too corrupt and immoral (read: amoral) for any other place. A graduate of the boys’ club called Albany Law School, he’s ethnic, and a West African immigrant, he’s in like flint as the “token” in the in-appearance-only ultra-liberal Albany political machine (when it comes to pandering for votes) as long as he kisses his handler’s mechanically conservative asses (the spirit of Erastus Corning delights). Soares has no self-esteem and no morals so he’ll do just about anything…or anyone. He’s gotten his share of space on this blog, too.

We followed the harassment and conspiracy that was hatched to malign board of education members by the Coeymanazis, no doubt with the assistance of the teachers association and the backing of the New York State United Teachers union, NYSUT.

As residents and citizens started to see the light and the writing on the wall, we moved on to uncovering corruption and the crooks in the RCS communities, most conspicuously the village of Ravena and the town of Coeymans, especially the Coeymans Police Department. There was plenty of scandal to go a long way, and it kept us busy for a year reporting on the truth while the Albany Times Union and its junk journalists concentrated on partisan (read Coeymanazi) low-life scandal reporting, obviously fed rubbish by the local Coeymanazis and their keepers in Albany.

And then there’s Ravena. What would Ravena be without a nest of corruption housed in the village hall. What would Ravena be without a senile ill-tempered godfather in Depend®, mayor John Bruno,  presiding over his court of blathering inbred Bruno, Persico, Biscone, Albano dwarves, the Delucas and the Warrens cowing and bowing to get their carrion-toxic talons into anything of value. We covered their latest larceny: the Bruno-Deluca-Warren Memorial Fitness Center and their feeble and misguided attempts to oust the RCS Community Library so that Cathy Deluca and Nancy Warren could prance and pose in their “own” fitness club–or is it a dairy farm–they “purchased” with Ravena taxpayer money to the tune of $40 grand!

Yes! We were then and continue to be the bastions of Truth in this community while the Albany Times Union (a.k.a. Times Useless), the Ravena News Herald, and other local rags, including the local television sharks on  News Channel 10, News Channel 6, and News Channel 13 continued their tabloid journalism licking at the stale blood drawn by the Coeymanazi ambushes, and writing award-winning pornographic fiction based (almost) on slightly true facts creatively altered and embellished, but a final version of “facts” a.k.a. factoids. When they weren’t doing the Coeymanazi’s dirty work in print, they were days, even weeks late on the so-called stone-dead-cold “stories”, and stories they were, most of the time following on the heels of articles already posted on this blog. And you pay for the stale pulp fiction reported in that mass of advertising called  the Albany Times Union or that major collection of public notices called the Ravena News Herald. I just don’t get it.

Those of you who have been regular readers and who have signed up for e-mail notification of new articles and comments (You can follow this blog by clicking on FOLLOW ME in the upper right margin and entering your e-mail.)  Are very well-informed about the goings-on beneath the surface on the board of education, in the schools, and in the village and town boards.

More recently we published our observations about the Coeymans town board’s outrageous decision to award MidHudson Cablevision a 15-year exclusive contract for cable and Internet services (read Ravena-Coeymans: The Land of Goofy!) and followed that article with a sequel and update on that shameful betrayal by the Coeymans town board of residents in the town of Coeymans (read Sequel to “Land of Goofy”).

We drew attention to the fanatical and villainous presentation by John Anthony in the recent presentation that totally distorted the doctrine of “sustainable development,” striking fear and anxiety in an already paranoid local population. We tore that stupid propaganda a part in our article, Need More Unconstructive Anxiety?, and cast shame and disgrace on the organizers for having imposed such arrogant and misinformation propaganda on local citizens and voters!

Again, in an idiotic article degrading the pages of the already base Ravena News Herald by Bryan Rowzee that centered on local Coeymanazi building inspector Laverne “Larry” Conrad, while misquoting American poet laureate, Robert Frost, and quoting Laverne Conrad.

You may remember Laverne “Larry” Conrad as  part of the comedy duo, “Laverne and Surly“, who appear regularly on the Coeymans Comedy Channel (MidHudson Cablevision’s public access channel 11), featuring cameos by Tarty Tom Dolan, BoboCop Jerry Deluca, DodoCop Gregory Darlington, Bobo and Dodo doing their ” Wild West Keystone Cops” clown act, the Surly Siblings (Stephen Flack, Thomas “Tom” Dolan of MidHudson Cable fame, Peter Masti, Thomas Boehm, Dawn Rogers) as well as the Juggling Justices Gregory Dardiani and Harold “Hal” Warren who dress up as judges and make a mockery of the law (assisted by evil shyster clowns Gregory Teresi and Michael J. Biscone).

Well, in that News Herald article, Rowzee quotes Frost incorrectly and makes the mistake of quoting Laverne “Larry” Conrad. Read our article at Coeymanazi Building Inspector Conrad and you’ll get a good laugh…or a good cry.

In the meantime, you can continue collecting empty beer cans à la Cathy Deluca to send your kids on school field trips, while she’s posing for mayor Bruno in their “community” fitness center with Nancy Warner–at a cost of more than $40 grand of your tax money, plus their salaries! Now back to the Albany Times Union, Fred Lebrun, and the Sequel to Articles on this blog…

A reader drew our attention to an article that appeared in the Albany Times Union on Sunday, February 24, 2013, and written by Fred Lebrun, a fossil writer for the Albany Times Useless who occasionally pops up with an opinion. The article is entitled: LeBrun: Tax cap denies a ‘sound, basic’ education system and is basically a commentary (now you know how much fact it contains).

We’ll just post a couple of quotes from the article with some short comments, and you can make the rest of the connections and draw your own conclusions.

The governor’s beloved 2 percent tax cap was challenged in a lawsuit filed by the New York State United Teachers union in state Supreme Court in Albany. The suit offers multiple arguments why the tax cap is unconstitutional, asserting that it locks in unequal funding between have- and have-not school districts across the state, ”while pushing many school districts to the brink of educational and financial insolvency,” in the words of NYSUT President Dick Iannuzzi. [my emphasis]

 Right away, you should see red: our beloved special interest, rape the taxpayer organization, the New York State United Teachers, NYSUT, godparents of our very own teachers union lackey, Matt “the Mutt” Miller, is bringing the suit. Now you know it’s not good news for the taxpayer no matter what Lebrun says. But you must already know what’s coming next: doom, gloom, suspicion, dark days ahead, you’re losing your schools, your children are going to be eaten by aliens, etc. You know, the same-old-same-old whenever NYSUT raises its double-dealing-double-dipping head.

It is irrefutable that the effect of the incomplete tax cap passed in June 2011, while politically popular and a contributor to the governor’s high standing, has been disastrous for school districts and local governments.

That self-destructive attitude and the greed of the teachers union and its members, the teachers, are what’s killing the districts. Millions are being spent on the mismanaged, wasteful money pits we call schools that are turning out idiots at graduation. Why? Because the majority of parents and taxpayers are indifferent and don’t get involved with how their districts are managed or how their elected officials in Albany and Washington are turning their backs on their communities.

Just read some of the articles on this blog and you’ll know too well why our schools and local governments are turning into liquid waste.

Sadly, we are watching a catastrophe unfold that will deeply affect many of our children at their most vulnerable ages, and which will have consequences for the rest of their lives.

The State Education Department has warned that between 100 and 200 school districts will be insolvent within two years.

Lebrun must have been asleep for the last several years! The catastrophe has been unfolding for some time now, Mr Lebrun. We’re right in the epicenter of it. DUH! Yes, Mr Lebrun, we are all aware of that fact but not many of our readers, sadly, have the guts or the balls to open their eyes, tighten their belts, and turn on the lights to see the writing on the wall. Again, read our articles and learn why the schools suck, why the kids are idiots, why the board of education is stymied in getting anything really effective done with the teachers special interests working against them, and why the local communities are drowning in their own raw sewerage with Coeymanazis like the town of Coeymans board, the local Coeymanazi police force, and the Coeymanazis on the street doing everything they can to have it their way or no way. Do you really think that business want to operate in a backwoods, Neanderthal community that is so business-unfriendly, corrupt, or that families want to live like that. Look around you and watch the exodus!

The multi-year highway to insolvency for many of them will be already littered with discarded teachers and administrators, dropped programs and advanced placement courses required for college admission, and cuts, cuts and more cuts impacting the core teaching mission.

Look, this didn’t happen over night, people! And it’s not going to get cured over night, either. What Lebrun is writing is crap, to be very honest. He, like so many others, are doing your bloody thinking for your and framing your life according to their views! YOU NEED TO DO YOUR OWN THINKING. BUT FIRST YOU HAVE TO GET BACK TO REALITY!

• Do you drive your car without replacing the fuel used? Of course not. You’d be stuck in nowhere in no time!
• Do you drive your car with a flat tire? Of course not, you’d cause more and more damage to the car the longer you drive! What was a small repair now is a major disaster!
• Do you keep driving at 55 mph when you enter a 30 mph speed zone, even when warned that speed is checked by radar? Of course you don’t. If you did you’d lose your driving privileges in a very short time and be taking a mortgage to pay your fines and super-fines!So why do you drive the economy by taking away without replacing or not making necessary repairs and adjustments? Why do you damage the environment without repairing the damage you cause?

Why do you keep taking from the cookie jar without replacing the cookies and then complain that there are no more cookies? That’s the simplified state of facts. It all starts with Y-O-U!

Yes, the fast track to damnation will be littered with teachers, programs, administrators, advance placement programs. Why? Because they are not working and are costing an arm and a leg. They are NOT WORKING and are killing what does work: You and Me!

Look teachers are nice but they’re out for themselves. To think differently means you have your head in a fog. What the teachers don’t grab to make their lives easier the teachers union will grab for them. Guess who’s going to foot the bill for the $80-120 thousand plus salaries plus enhancements, plus benefits, plus summers off, and some very hefty pensions (after they move out of the district, like former interim superintendent Elizabeth “Betsy” Smith has done after padding her pension!). You and Me!

You’ve been paying for programs and administrators that have been substandard and that’s not only in this district. Sure they have to go! You’d have to go if you did on your job what they manage to do and stay employed! Abusing students. Indifference to student welfare. Bullying students. Having students bully other students. Just being jerks.

And “advance placement programs?” What a load of purest propagandist rubbish! Why isn’t “advanced” the standard like it is in Germany, Japan, Russia? I’ll give you a little hint: because parents like to delude themselves into thinking that little Johnny or Ginny is something special. WAKE UP! They’re far from special and in comparison to students in other countries they’re far below average! Our colleges are crap, too, because they attempt to educate the average who come to the colleges with below average abilities. Why? Because our colleges are not in the business of education…they’re more in the business of doing research for corporations or are in the real estate business! Our kids get advance placement on the international stupids list!

There are plenty of statistics and studies to document just how poorly the American student is doing in comparison with Europe and Asia. It ain’t pretty. Here are just two: Alliance for Excellent Education-Fact Sheet (March 2008), USA Today: In ranking, U.S. students trail global leaders. It’s downright embarrassing! And to think that with a graduation rate in a mid-70% range at the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk  Central School District  our per student expenditure is more than $21,000, we should be asking some very hard questions, indeed!

Why is that, parents? Don’t blame it all on the self-serving teachers. The teachers want the same thing you do: cars, houses, money, vacations, time off, etc. Blame it on yourselves for your own greed and indifference to the welfare of your offspring! Try parenting instead of getting more stuff. Try socializing your asocial cave creatures. Try teaching them respect (for others and themselves). Try teaching them how to be members of a community. Try teaching them how to love and be loved (and I don’t mean loving their own stuff or someone else’s–translate “stuff” any way you please). Give them a home not a car to live in. They don’t need A.S.A.P. programs or Teen Centers, they need parents. Real moms and dads!  Need I go on or are you finally catching on.

As for the so-called adults among us: You had a brain at birth but through chronic misuse or unuse it’s gotten a bit screwed up. Maybe you’re reading the Times Union pulp fiction too much, or watching your MidHudson Cable ripoff too long. But you really need to make some corrections in your own lives, in the community, and then you can start on the bigger picture. But first you have to relearn how to use what gray matter might still be left after exposure to the fiction you have been fed by the media, by your leaders, by yourselves.

And the Times Union and the other media can start with themselves or suffer the consequences. The local elected officials who have been screwing you for years have to go. What we need is an ethical print and electronic media system that publishes true facts and less mistake, error and fear. The media and the government is misusing you and misinforming you, controlling you by making you suspicious of others and keeping you anxious and fearful. You actually have control if you’d only take it.

You need to get involved, though. You have to stop leaving it to someone else. That’s not how it works. Or you can stay stuck where you are. It’s your choice.

What the Albany Times Union (a.k.a. Albany Times Useless) and the local rags don’t tell you…and the RCnaziS (Coeymanazis) don’t want you to know:

Yes! It’s our hypocritical Albany District Attorney, reliable cog in the wheels of the eternal political corruption of the Albany Democrat machine so deeply imbedded in Albany politics, who is persecuting the RCS board of education president, John M. Vadney, on a cooked-up charge of harassment. On January 8, 2013, our Albany DA P.[udenda] David Soares’ special prosecutor–Yes! You read correctly, a Special Prosecutor, Paul Webb, appeared in Bethlehem court to AGAIN postpone resolution of the trumped up frame-up of the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk school board president, Mr John Vadney. Can you imagine the stupidity of pursuing this fraudulent, politically motivated persecution at taxpayers’ expense!

We’ve seen and read the illiterate so-called Witness Deposition sworn to by Joseph Tracey, under the inept supervision of Coeymans police bobos Thomson and Crosier (see below), and it’s beyond comprehension that any judge with even a half a brain wouldn’t have looked at it and thrown it and Tracey, together with the idiot Coeyman’s cops who took it, Crosier and Thompson out the nearest window! (Yes! that’s Kerry Thompson,  who is married to Coeymans police chief Darlington’s sister, the same corrupt Coeymanazi who refused to take a local businesswoman’s complaint that that same Joseph Tracey harassed her and threatened her family!). The deposition is a mass of confused statements and contradictions. Moreover, it was taken by the Coeymans police the day after Tracey had been arrested by the Bethlehem Police and released. It’s obviously a halfwit’s attempt at getting back at Mr Vadney. Lest we forget, Joe Tracey, Josephine O’Connor’s ‘til then estranged father, who is a very good friend of Gerald “Dirty-Hands Deluca of Coeymans police department and Coeymanazi fame, claims to have been called a “homosexual” (I can hardly believe that that word would be in Joe Tracey’s vocabulary!) and that he was insulted. Poor pussy cat!

Now that’s fact.  Joe Tracey says he asked Mr Vadney to call him about some statement made 10 days earlier to Josephine O’Connor. All of a sudden, 10 days later, Tracey needs to talk to Mr Vadney about something said to Tracey’s adult daughter, married, wannabe teacher, at the time a member of the RCS board of education. We’d like to remind you that Josephine O’Connor’s statement is not supported by any witnesses and, in fact, several people present at the time say the incident never happened. In his deposition, Tracey actually admits in so many words he was not there but he’s got to talk to Mr Vadney about the incident. Well, Tracey does talk; in fact he talks his way to jail on a charge of aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor.

So, Tracey gets out. Mr Vadney gets an order of protection to keep Tracey, who threatened Mr Vadney and his family, away. Next day, the Coeymans police show up at Mr Vadney’s home, cuff him, and cart him down to Coeymans. The charge: You guessed it, aggravated harassment.

But Mr Vadney’s due process rights are violated multiple times. He isn’t read his rights at the time of arrest, he isn’t arraigned after his arrest, in fact he doesn’t even know Why? he’s been arrested!

In fact, the Coeymans police had to make several attempts at writing up the Appearance Ticket issued to Mr Vadney. Get this: The Coeymans police, Thompson and Crosier, had to generate no less than five, FIVE, appearance tickets, each one correcting the one before. Yes, they couldn’t even get the appearance ticket right without having to redo it five, FIVE different times!!!!

Both town of Coeymans judges didn’t want to touch the case and they recused themselves! Local BoBo judges were scared shiteless to touch the case! So Bethlehem town court had to take the case. And that’s where it’s stuck for the past almost 7 months. Does anyone smell the nasty retaliation rat here?

I Have Gotta A Deal You Can’ta Refuse!

Our buck is on the bet that the local Mafiosi and Coeymanazis, all Democrat tools, in RCS are behind the persecution and retaliation to coerce a resignation–they’ve been trying forever to oust the non-teachers from the RCS board of education. You see, once they get enough non-teachers to resign from the board, the teachers clique and the teachers union, Matt Miller and NYSUT, will have free reign on the budget and programs. And you all know damned well where that’s going. This persecution thing has been going on forever: first they tried like hell to get Rodney Krzykowski to leave by calling him a terrorist, a scofflaw, a tax-evader. Of course, none of that was true. Then they went after Jeff Lukens, even allegedly using his son in retaliation, but Lukens stood firm. Then back in May 2012, right after the preliminary results of the 2012-13 school budget vote–those same results are under investigation by the New York State Education Department because of allegations of irregularities and even fraud by the supporters of the more than $42 million school budget supported by the teachers and the teachers union, NYSUT, and a group of Coeymanazi-brainwashed residents–they set the board of education up with a performance by sociopath Josephine (Tracey) O’Connor, who did the “He called me fat” performance at the RCS High School in front of voters. (She’s not exactly “petite,” let’s say.) But numerous voters and officials present and with Mr Vadney claim nothing of the sort happened!Then, Josephine O’Connor’s father, Joseph “Joe” Tracey, a man with a very colorful past involving, let’s just say “self-medication”, appears at a local business owned by a relative of the board president and then creates a threatening scene, intimidating the board president’s sister and threatening the board president’s family.

Dear Commissioner King:

Subject: Change.org Petition by Matthew J. Miller and Tavia Rauch re: R. Krzykowski.

A very disturbing fact recently came to my attention and I’d like to address my feelings on the issue directly to you, as a concerned citizen, in this letter.

On about December 11, 2012, Mr Matthew J. Miller, a teacher at the RCS CSD high school and local NYSUT representative in the RCS CSD, joined with one Tavia Rauch of Selkirk, NY, to publish an online petition at Change.org. That petition is allegedly intended for your attention and requests that you intervene to remove a duly elected sitting board of education member. The petition makes unfounded claims and falsely accuses Mr Rodney Krzykowski of criminal activity. The petition itself and the recruited signers and their comments are slanderous and libelous. The petition itself and its signers cannot be properly validated.

Worse still, the petition is a hodgepodge of scripted comments and irrelevant accusations. The petition is not protected against multiple signings and even at least one dog has signed it! Many signers are not from the RCS CSD. In other words, the petition is simply another incident of Mr Matthew Miller and his local mob of retaliation, harassment, intimidation, and scandal.

I join with other community minded and civil members of this community to urge you to take no notice of such a ragtag attempt to slander and libel a dedicated servant of this community.

In the interest of my personal security and that of my family, I request that my identity not be revealed or disclosed, and that in the event of lawful production of this letter in response to good faith disclosure under the rules of discovery or under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Laws, that any information contained herein be obliterated and redacted to protect my identity.
