Yes. A pioneer spirit that dares to push the frontiers, to test the mettle, to challenge the powers and the elements. And courage. You go to the polls knowing little or nothing about the people you elect and you don’t ask or demand to know. Or you do know them and you’re voting not because they’re good but because they share your own corrupt and misguided ideas about life and society—most of them greed-driven. You go to church on Sunday and promise love of neighbor, and leave church with a strategy on how to screw the living life-blood out of your neighbors on Monday. You close your eyes to the evil around you and so become complicit in it and an accessory to the very crimes and abuse you complain of.

Everyone knows there’s a Constitution and a Bill of Rights but hasn’t a clue what they mean. Sure, all you gun-toting, law-abiding hunters and “sportsmen” scream bloody murder when it comes to your Second Amendment “rights” (that’s the “right to bear arms” one, you know) and are Gung ho!  when it comes to shooting a helpless wild animal or at a painted target; but you’d likely shit your guts out if confronted by a 250 pound 6 foot hairy Syrian with a slingshot, though. Americans have become the pussies and the bullies  of the international community (fact: bullies are really pussies) thanks to the abuse they get at home by their lying, cheating so-called elected officials and law enforcement (fact: bullies were/are victims of abuse). By the way, how many of you overweight armchair heroes out there were ever in uniform, cops included, and we don’t mean a Hot Shops uniform, or a Halloween police costume (Yeah! You! Gregory Darlington and “Dirty-Hands” Jerry Deluca.) And we don’t mean those of you who play the macho Latino superhero…you know, the National Guard desk jockeys who, underneath the macho walk and talk, are pink little pussies.

How many of you actually walk the walk and talk the talk of real liberty, spirit, and American community? Not many from where we’re standing. And you know it’s true. So, what are you going to do about it? Probably get really pissed off at this blog because it’s telling it like it is. AGAIN, STILL. Or are you going to wake up, smell the coffee, and do something about it? Are you going to admit that your Coeymans police department is inefficient, corrupt, even criminal and demand…DEMAND PUBLICLY, that is, that the Coeymans town board take the rudder and do some disciplining and firing. Demand that the Ravena village board and the Coeymans town board remember who elected them and why. Demand hat the town board stop playing cookie-jar to the Coeymans police and stop feeding the money pit they’ve created. How about some transparency—and a new police chief who doesn’t threaten the town clerk’s employees when they obey the laws of New YorkState because doing so might expose Gregory Darlington and Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca and others in the department for the thugs and criminals that they are.

Ravena News Herald/Times Useless Reporter Looking for a Story

Maybe somehow, if we all got together and demanded some accountability and some respect for laws in our village and town halls and in our police department we could, just maybe, become a real community instead of a backwater source of scandal for rags like the Times Useless. Maybe if the local “official newspaper,” the Ravena News Herald would print some real local news instead of love-fest reports and news from Schenectady, Rensselaer, and beyond. Maybe if the News Herald were not such a bunch of prostitutes they might even investigate some of the facts we publish and publish them, too. Wouldn’t that be a welcome change? Truth, reality, and real facts in the Times Union and News Herald. Maybe we should say NO! to our village and town hall becoming a family business instead demand a center for excellence in small-town government.

Do you even know how many of our local official’s sons, daughters, cousins, buddies are actually working in their friends’ and relatives’ departments in the village of Ravena or the town of Coeymans? How many are being given jobs at taxpayer expense and you don’t even know that the village or town is getting them civil service status unlawfully or by lying outright (Right? Mayor Bruno, Nancy Warner, Cathy Deluca). Do you know what that means to you? You will soon because we’re going to be publishing the incestuous connections, the favoritism, the croneyism that’s been festering right under your noses and has been insidiously making this Ravena-Coeymans area a ghost town, a cesspool of corruption, an asylum of denial and fear, just the place where people want their kids to grow up. Right? Maybe those of you who are members of the special clubs like Friends of RCS (Wadda joke!), Save the Arts at RCS, RCS Sports Association, RCS Friends and More should take a step out of the holy of holies of your special little groups and have a look a the real world outside of your constricted, selfish, individualistic, materialistic pin heads! Look around you! Breath the LaFarge air deep into your collapsed lungs! Take a ride down the pothole pocked streets or a swim in them during a heavy rain! Try to find the creeks and waterways your Coeymans code enforcement officer, Laverne “Larry” Conrad, and your local shyster, Michael J. Biscone, have buried and have evaded the attention of the NYS Department of Environmental Corruption! Your tax dollars at work, you know!

Take a closer look at the composition of your Ravena Coeymans Selkirk Central School District Board of Education. Did you really intend it to be a nest of self-interested, greedy bastards—most all BoE members are teachers or married to a teacher—who now have control of more than $40,000,000 (yes that’s millions) of tax dollars and how they pad their pockets by appointments of family members and friends? All this while the bullying and student-on-student attacks continue, per student costs are nearly the highest in the state,  and graduation rates remain the lowest in the state! Do you even know how many teachers or relatives of teachers are on your board of education. Or that the very man they cursed and defiled, interim superintendent Allen R. McCartney has no balls and now is a friend of the very people who vociferously demanded he not be hired? By the way, keep a very close eye on the board of education, they’re gradually crowding you, the public, out of the inner circle of information, making decisions behind closed doors without your knowledge and inputs. In other words, the RCS BoE is starting to operate on the corrupt model of the village of Ravena. We’re starting to believe the Ravena syndrome is an infection; the corruption started when the RCS BoE moved into the Ravena offices building, you know! Your tax dollars going into their pockets. How do you feel about that?

New York State has laws that say the public has a right to information. One of those laws is the Freedom of Information Law or F.O.I.L. What do you think of the allegation that your Coeymans police chief, a mere employee of the town, has threatened the Coeymans town clerk’s office with consequences if the clerk’s office continues to process residents’ F.O.I.L. requests for information about what’s going on in the Coeymans P.D. The Coeymans police chief, Gregory Darlington, has violated his oath to support, protect, defend the United States Constitution and the laws of the United States and of the State of New York and now he’s threatening the office of the town of Coeymans clerk, a town official ELECTED by the people and who has also taken an oath to support, protect and to defend the Constitution of the United States, if her employees obey the law. Here we have a dumbass fat man threatening a highly experienced, competent, professional woman and her female staff members who are doing their jobs extremely well and in excellent service of the residents of this town. How far are we going to let this garden gnome Darlington and his jelly-belly bimbo-chaser, Deluca, push this community into becoming a police state.

And then there’s the village of Ravena with its lunatic mummy mayor John Bruno and his band of dithering winged monkeys (Remember the Wizard of Oz?) — Warner, Bailey, Case, Persico, Demitraszek, Deluca — sucking the life out of what was once a vibrant model village community. Ravena has become  a withering, wincing, whining, shadow of a stain on the map of AlbanyCounty. Why? Because the vampires in the Ravena village hall and the Coeymanazis have one thing in mind: squeeze everything and anything of value out of this community and leave the rest to the maggots. Mayor John Bruno and his hatchet woman, Nancy Warner, and the three stooges, William “Bill” Bailey, Martin “Marty” Case, and Rocco Persico, have violated just about every ethical principle, human and constitutional right imaginable. They’ve done this under the gavel of a viscious, lunatic, mendacious, clown of a mayor, John Bruno, supported by the greedy, vile, sweaty, bloated local shyster of the Biscone tribe, Michael J. Biscone, who has attempted just about every evil trick in the book, including attempting to censor freedom of speech at village meetings. (Yes! Reported in the Ravena News Herald in 2009 and more recently on this blog.)

Mr R. Houghtaling, the former very competent Coeymans town supervisor and a very smart man, told Ravena mayor John Bruno to get lost and read him the riot act on the First Amendment and Bruno and jerky-boy, Michael “Fix–a  Felony–for–a-Price” Biscone tucked their impotent tails between their scrawny legs and turn-tailed backed off.

Now the John Bruno–Nancy Warner gang are trying to destroy anything good happening in the village of Ravena and the hamlet of Coeymans because anything good will contrast so sharply with what’s been going on it will show them up for the villains that they are.

Of course, the Coeymans police department and Do-Do cop Gregory “Diddling” Darlington jumps on the bandwagon of rights violations, most recent atrocity has been reported here on this blog about the Ravena gazebo and Ravena’s unconstitutional loitering law. They’re trying to get to the adults, again, by using the kids.

How is it that this RCS area has gotten into the despicable and vile habit of pushing their agendas through on the backs of the children of this community. Every nasty scheme and political shenanigan has been either “for the kids,” “about the kids,” or in the case of the Bruno–Warren–Coeymans Police campaign, “against the kids.”

Are Bruno, Warner, and the cops trying to intimidate or retaliate against the kids, the Teen Center?

In fact, we have witness reports about mayor John Bruno, Ravena board member Nancy Biscone-Warner, and the Coeymans police driving by the gazebo multiple times in a single night when the kids are at the Teen Center. Is this passive aggression directed at the kids, the Teen Center? Are Bruno, Warner, and the Coeymans cops trying to intimidate or retaliate against the kids, the Teen Center? Don’t the Coeymans cops have anyone to harass now that the kids are off the streets, enjoying a beautiful place under a caring competent adult’s supervision, staying out of trouble. Are the Coeymans cops getting bored? Are Bruno and Warner afraid something good is happening in town and they don’t have control over it or are not making some sort of profit from it or getting a take? You can figure this out on your own; all you have to do is wake up and see reality around you.

Elections are coming up soon and you have to ask yourselves some very realistic questions:

• Do you enjoy living under the thumb of a corrupt Albany Democrat machine and its lackeys in Ravena and Coeymans?
• Are you O.K. with the abuse of the civil service system by the Albany County Civil Service Department under Mr Michael Cummings and the slick way they tried to slip Cathy Deluca in as Fitness Center Director on a non-competitive civil service job title?
• Do you want to have your village and town governments turned into family businesses like what’s happened in Ravena and what’s happening in the town of Coeymans now?
• Do you like being left out of the public information links?
• Do you want to know what’s going on in your community?
• Do you want the vermin from the village of Ravena insiders club, the very ones who have implemented mayor John Bruno’s ghost town plan and the Biscone plan to own Ravena outright, to get their hooks and claws into the government of the town of Coeymans?
• Do you really need someone like Martin Case or William Bailey to extend mayor John Bruno’s agenda of scorch-and-burn, then buy cheaply, to the town of Coeymans?
• Do we really want a Coeymans police department that is sucking the public treasury dry, botching up drug raids (raiding the wrong apartments etc.), that is obstructing justice, that is abusing public office, outright threatening our honest elected officials, intimidating and retaliating, changing this community into a mini-police state because then they can do the bidding of the Brunos and Biscones in the area. Then they can keep everyone quiet–well, not everyone–and in a police state of terror

• Do your want to give the RCS board of education, now dominated by special-interest crooks and cronies, unsupervised, unmonitored free rein with millions of taxpayer dollars?
• Since the last so – called election, the RCS board of education is now more of a membership – only club than an elected body; it’s now more of a special-interests lobby (and their interests are not yours!) than a public service group; Unless you demand accountability and transparency you’re not going to get it from them willingly! In fact, there’s a very scary connection between the BoE and the village of Ravena, did you know that? (We’ll be publishing some interesting facts on that connection of corruption soon, too!)
• Are you happy with the way the village of Ravena (like the Ravena Health and Fitness Center scam) and the town of Coeymans (the new police cruisers, the hiring irregularities, the lack of supervision) are spending your money? How many patrol cars does the Coeymans Police Department need, anyway? Maybe a safe driving course would be better for some of them. Maybe making most of them unemployed would be best for all of us.
• How much more of the village of Ravena has to disappear or lapse into the hands of the Biscones, the Persicos, the Brunos, the Delucas, the Conrads, the Perrines before residents stand up and put a stop to the mismanagement and abuse?
• Are you willing to make the town of Coeymans a big Ravena by putting someone like Martin Case in the Supervisor’s office?

Dear readers, royalty and special privileged classes were rejected with the blood of colonial Americans who revolted against tyranny. They gave us a Constitution and later a Bill of Rights. For generations since those courageous steps, men and women of noble heart and love of liberty have shed their blood in defense of the liberties and freedoms granted by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. In recent years, men and women of evil intentions and traitorous hearts have eroded those rights and liberties for their own gain, and they’ve done it by stealth, deception, lies, and cheating.

Criminal Obstruction of Justice & Official Misconduct: Gregory Darlington, Coeymans PD

That Includes Police Chiefs and Police Officers, Government Elected Officials, Other Public Employees, Too!

New York Penal Law (hereinafter called NYP) § 195.00 Official misconduct. A public servant is guilty of official misconduct when, with intent to obtain a benefit or deprive another person of a benefit…he knowingly refrains from performing a duty which is imposed upon him by law or is clearly inherent in the nature of his office. Official misconduct is a class A misdemeanor.

§195.05 Obstructing governmental administration in the second degree. A person is guilty of obstructing governmental administration when he intentionally obstructs, impairs or perverts the administration of law or other governmental function or prevents or attempts to prevent a public servant from performing an official function, by means of intimidation, physical force or interference. Official misconduct is a class A misdemeanor.

US Code – Chapter 73: Obstruction of justice. Obstruction of justice is a serious federal offense where someone tries to impede the interfere with the legal process. This can include actions that impede the criminal process during the investigation stage or during the trial. There are many different ways that someone can be charged with obstructing justice such as: Attempting to influence a judge, court employee or a jury member; threatening, assaulting, blackmailing, retaliating against or taking other actions against someone for participating in a criminal investigation or prosecution; Lying to law enforcement officials about important information such as Knowingly altering, concealing, or destroying evidence or potential evidence.

Ways to Commit Obstruction of Justice

Obstruction of justice is a crime which can be charged in a number of scenarios. It can be committed by a judicial official, an elected official, attorneys and people obstructing the justice system. The following are ways that the crime of obstruction of justice can be committed:

• Interfering with the work of prosecutors, government officials, other officials, police, investigators or other professionals doing work to promote or ensure justice can constitute obstruction of justice.
• When a person who is questioned during an investigation lies to the police, this can result in obstruction of justice charges when the truth is discovered. The right to remain silent protects individuals who do not wish to cooperate with an investigation if it may incriminate them.
• Altering or destroying physical evidence can bring about obstruction of justice charges. 
• As a government official, a police chief or district attorney has an increased duty to uphold justice and enforce the laws, and his failure to do so can result in charges of obstruction of justice.
• Perjury can bring about obstruction of justice charges whether it is committed by an official or anyone in an official investigation.

In new york obstruction of justice is a class “a” misdeamenor.  maximum punishment is up to a year in jail.

Please examine the list below and think about the items. Can you provide us with your information by SPECIFIC case, event, incident, dates, times, names of persons directly involved (perp, victim, investigating law enforcement officers’ names), witnesses, any damage or injury you sustained as a result (e.g., physical, social (defamation, public shame, etc.), economic (medical costs, loss of income, additional expenses, etc.), any other details you feel might be important.

Criminal federal and state obstruction of justice charges, state criminal official misconduct charges, and civil violation of protected rights and personal injury (tort) claims against Darlington, the Coeymans PD, the town of Coeymans, the members of the town board of Coeymans, Gregory Darlington, and P. David Soares are supported by the items listed below and, include at least those listed below. Do you have any knowledge of any incident in which Darlington or any employee of the Coeymans Police Department has failed in his performance or by his failure, empowered or facilitated misconduct by employees of the Coeymans Police Department? Be specific and provide the particulars indicated in the previous paragraph.

We, as claimant, allege the following specific instances of Mr Gregory Darlington’s ongoing patterns of obstruction of justice in his capacity as chief of police in the town of Coeymans Police Department, including but not by limitation, the following allegations, which will be described in detail in a further Notice of Claim and lawsuit being prepared as we write. Do any of the following look familiar to you?

1. Failure to diligently  investigate or to supervise, or interfering with the progress of an on – going investigation of a complaint taken by the town of Coeymans Police Department;
2. Delaying or otherwise interfering with the timely processing of a good faith complaint, interfering with the inauguration or prosecution of the investigation of such complaint, or otherwise obstructing the reasonable investigative processes involved in the disposition of a complaint made with the Coeymans Police Department;
3. By indifference, ignorance, or negligence failing to ensure the proper handling, recording, tracking, access to, and security of evidence taken or provided for the purpose of law enforcement, criminal investigation, or other law enforcement activity;
4. Failing or refusing to respond to a citizen’s or complainant’s diligent inquiry regarding the status or progress of a complaint or investigation;
5. Obstructing or impairing a citizen’s or complainant’s rights under the law;
6. Indifference or injury to citizen’s or complainant’s confidence in his or her constitutionally guaranteed protected and guaranteed rights under the United States Constitution and the laws of the United States and the State of New York, to wit: freedom of expression and assembly, equal protection under the law, protection from unlawful search and seizure, discrimination based on sex, age, gender, orientation, faith tradition; profiling by person, vehicle, etc.
7. Failure to enforce discipline in the case of on- or off – duty misconduct of members of the Coeymans Police Department upon good faith, substantiated, and factual citizen complaint;
8. Indifference or injury to a citizen’s or complainant’s confidence in the impartiality of the law, and law enforcement, in equal protection under the law;
9. Creation of the impression by word, conduct, silence, commission, omission of a double – standard system of favoritism or nepotism or simonism or other such pernicious practice based on personal, social, professional, political or economic relationships or associations;
10. The conditioning of support of the public service resources of the Coeymans Police Department or resources accessible or at the disposal of the Coeymans Police Department upon favor or other conditional consideration or benefit to the staff, organization, image, operations of the Coeymans Police Department;
11. Indifference to or refusal to respond to citizen’s or complainant’s telephone, e – mail, letter or written communications and inquiries relating to the business and operations of the Coeymans Police Department;
12. Indifference to or refusal to respond or to comply with the affirmative obligations imposed upon the Coeymans Police Department under the provisions of New York State Public Officers Law Article 6 §§84 – 90, also known as the New York State Freedom of Information Law or the F.O.I.L.;
13. Refusal to collaborate or to cooperate with other intra – municipal public service personnel, public servants, public employees, agencies, offices or officials to facilitate timely and productive response to citizen or complainant complaints, inquiries, concerns;
14. Indifference to or refusal to create, implement, update, or observe quality, disciplinary, complaint processing, administrative procedures and policies required or already in place in the Coeymans Police Department or in the town of Coeymans government system to ensure an acceptable and efficacious performance of the Coeymans Police Department as a unit of the government of the town of Coeymans and the intra – departmental operations of the Coeymans Police Department;
15. Have you been or felt you have been intimidated or subjected to retaliation by Coeymans law enforcement, complained, and have been frustrated by their indifference or non-response? Did you feel abused?
16. Indifference to or refusal to create or to enhance a positive image of law enforcement in the town of Coeymans.

The village of Ravena and the Coeymans Police Department are playing a game of chicken with the New York State Public Officers Law Article 6 Sections 84-90, better known as the New York State Freedom of Information Law, or F.O.I.L. for short. They have been playing loosy goosey with the law for some years now, according to a number of local residents who have been trying for years to get the village of Ravena and the Coeymans Police Department to cough up documents and information that citizens have a right to see and know about. But Ravena and the Coeymans PD have been refusing to obey the law and have been making stupid excuses why they don’t produce the information citizens are demanding to see. Ravena and the Coeymans PD make all sorts of excuses why they don’t have to give you what you want but none of it’s going to work from now on. They are not above the law and the jig is up and they’re going to hear the old refrain, “You’ve been served!”

[Editor’s Note: It is important to make clear that the culprit in the town of Coeymans is the Coeymans Police Department, not the Town Clerk’s Office. Mr Gregory Darlington and his hand-picked Coeymans PD thugs are the problems—due largely to their ignorance and loyalty to their Coeymanazi godfathers—and are apparently indifferent to the principle of law and laws. The staff of the town of Coeymans Town Clerk’s office is non-partisan, professional, and knowlegeable of their duties and obligations to the public. The village of Ravena could learn a great deal from the Coeymans Clerk and her staff.]

We have been informed that Notices of Claim are going out to the village of Ravena, the Coeymans Police Department, and the RCS CSD putting them on notice that lawsuits are just around the corner and that they’d better be prepared to explain to the judge why they feel they don’t have to comply with New York’s laws.

PUBLIC OFFICERS LAW, ARTICLE 6 SECTIONS 84-90 FREEDOM OF INFORMATION LAW states:

The legislature hereby finds that a free society is maintained when government is responsive and responsible to the public, and when the public is aware of governmental actions. The more open a government is with its citizenry, the greater the understanding and participation of the public in government.

As state and local government services increase and public problems become more sophisticated and complex and therefore harder to solve, and with the resultant increase in revenues and expenditures, it is incumbent upon the state and its localities to extend public accountability wherever and whenever feasible.

The people’s right to know the process of governmental decision-making and to review the documents and statistics leading to determinations is basic to our society. Access to such information should not be thwarted by shrouding it with the cloak of secrecy or confidentiality. The legislature therefore declares that government is the public’s business and that the public, individually and collectively and represented by a free press, should have access to the records of government in accordance with the provisions of this article.

So why is the village of Ravena and the Coeymans PD so tight-lipped? And why is the RCS CSD so hard to get information out of? Well, we all know that there’s plenty to hide and if some of it gets out there, there’ll be no place for the crooks and criminals in town to hide. They’d rather take their chances giving citizens the runaround and bullying them into giving up. They’d rather take their chances hoping that citizens will despair and just say “Forgettaboutit!”

But things have changed. We’ve been informed that the village of Ravena and the town of Coeymans Police Department are to be served with Notices of Claim, the first step in the process of suing a municipality, putting them on notice that they’ve violated the law for too long and it’s time to pay up. The same applies to the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District where it seems the teachers, union reps, coaches, and board of education members like James Latter can violate confidentiality rules and the laws protecting student and family information but then turn around and refuse to release information when requested by parents and concerned citizens. Kinda looks like they’ve gotten things ass-end-backwards but we’re here to set the poor backward dolts right. And we’d like to hear from you and we’d like your help to do just that.

In fact, we’ve agreed to be a clearing house for Ravena, Coeymans, Selkirk, and New Baltimore residents who have had less-than-satisfactory experiences with the village of Ravena, the town of Coeymans Police Department, the town of New Baltimore, the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District offices or school administrators when trying to get information you have a right to have.

Let’s see: Ravena Village Clerk. Isn’t the office of the village clerk an elected office? Let’s ask Kristine Biernacki or Annette Demitraszek, they should know, right? Actually, anywhere else, the village clerk would probably be elected. But not in Ravena! Village law allows the mayor to appoint and the village board to approve the mayor’s appointment to the office of village of Ravena Clerk. Smell INCEST here?

Ravena Village Trustee Nancy Biscone-Warner. Isn’t the office of village trustee an elected office? Well, is it Nancy Biscone-Warner? And what about the office of the mayor of the village of Ravena, that’s an elected office, isn’t it? Well, isn’t it John Bruno? Well, aren’t public servants, elected officials supposed to serve the community? Aren’t they supposed to serve the best interests of the community who put them in office? Well, can anyone tell us why Demitraszek, Biscone-Warner, Bruno are doing their best to stonewall? What are they trying to hide? Wouldn’t you think they could come up with the documents and the figures for the village of Ravena’s legal expenses? It’s public information after all!

Freeman.  Nancy Biscone-Warner is really working hard to keep it all under wraps, even upstaging the village clerk Demitraszek and passing on misinformation to a club member at the Committee for Open Government (now that’s a joke!), attorney Robert J. Freeman, who plays their cute little game with them. The incest club hard at work. Well Robert J. Freeman is a political appointee and has been occupying the executive director’s office of the Committee for Open Government for more than 36 years! Isn’t there something wrong with that? It sounds like somebody’s getting rewarded for some hefty favors, doesn’t it? Sorta like our own little nest of thieves rewarding Cathy Deluca with the Ravena Health and Fitness Center and the position of director. Right Nancy Biscone-Warner? Must be Nancy’s “Biscone” showing through. Right, Nancy? Stinks of raw sewerage from Albany all the way down to Ravena village hall. And you’re paying for it all…through the nose!

The Request to Disclose Legal Fees Paid to Attorneys Between 2000 and 2013.

We have acquired documents served on the village of Ravena under the provisions of the New York State Freedom of Information Law (F.O.I.L.) that demand that the village of Ravena produce documents showing the amount and the recipient of legal fees and payments. In short the demand for disclosure and production of docments read:

“For the period of on or about January 1, 1990 to on or about January 1, 2013 all invoices, statements, requests for payment, expense reports, demands for payment, or vouchers, or such documents that otherwise authorize or show payment in an amount certain for legal services provided by the law firm or partners or associates of the law firm of Michael J. Biscone or the law firm of Biscone and Neri, or Louis Neri, Esq., or Michael J. Biscone, Esq., including but not by limitation any compensation for activity as a public official for or on behalf of the village of Ravena.”

Other parts of the F.O.I.L include similar requests for payments made to Joseph C. Rotello or any law firm of Joseph C. Rotello, or Joseph C. Rotello, Esq.; the law firm of John T. Biscone or any law firm of John T. Biscone, or John T. Biscone, Esq.; the law firm of Gregory Teresi or any law firm of Gregory Teresi, or Gregory Teresi, Esq., and further requests

“Please note that if the particulars (the attorney invoice number, the matter number, or the substance of the matter) of the service for which payment is requested is not stated in the voucher, this request also demands production of any document specifically identifying the specifics of the service (such as the attorney invoice) for which payment is being authorized but not the documents memorializing the matter itself.”

Having served the F.O.I.L demands, the requestor adds:

“Please find attached my demand for disclosure under the provisions of the NYS FOIL.

“Please contact me promptly if you have any questions relating to this demand.”

The first village of Ravena response received by the citizen making the request reads:

“Please be advised that your request for legal services payments does not reasonably describe records in our possession because our vouchers are fiiled in chronological order not by subject.” (Kristine Biernacki, Village Clerk)

Isn’t that interesting? The request for “legal services payments does not reasonably describe records” in the village of Ravena’s possession.”  And why? Because the village of Ravena’s filing system is in “chronological order not by subject.”  Now, we’re not talking the Borough of Manhattan, we’re talking about receipts and vouchers for legal services paid by the village of Ravena. But you see where this is going, don’t you?

The requestor replies:

“The FOIL is not required anticipate, to comply with or to allow for record-keeping idiosyncrasies of the custodian of the demanded records; the fact that you state that records particularized and specified in the FOIL might represent a “request for legal services payments [that] does not reasonably describe records in our possession” is clearly insufficient grounds for refusing to produce the documents demanded in the FOIL. The fact that the village of Ravena maintains its payment vouchers chronologically does not reasonably represent an absolute impediment or imppossibility of production whatsoever. It simply means that your search will necessarily have to be made chronologically in the absence of a more crossreferenced or alternative system of records keeping. That has no bearing whatsoever on the demands of the FOIL in question. [emphasis provided]

Not having heard a peep from the village of Ravena, the requestor writes:

“Can you please provide an update on the progress of your fulfillment of the production demand of the amended legal fees FOIL.”

Ravena village clerk Kristine Biernacki replies on March 19, 2013:

“I am extremely busy right now collecting for Village water/sewer bills and I am working alone now with a part time person,  so it will be some time before I am able to fulfill your request.”

Reading between the lines: I’m too busy right now collecting money for mayor Bruno to waste my time complying with state of New York laws.

The Requestor writes back:

“Thank you, Kris, for the heads-up. I appreciate it. 

“Please do keep me updated.”

Sounds friendly enough, right. First the village tries to get out of producing the records because they claim the request doesn’t reasonbly describe the records being requested. Now, they are saying that they can’t get to it because they’re collecting water and sewer bills. All along, the requestor is obviously patient and courteous.

 

So, along comes April 1, 2013, and the deadline for the village’s response is just days away, and the requestor contacts the village:

“I am following up on the production in response to my foil below. 

“Can you please provide a date certain when you expect to have the Village’s response ready?”

Are you getting the feeling somebody’s getting the run-around? I do!

So April 10, 2013, rolls around and the requestor has to write again:

“I need to know when I can expect the information demanded in the legal fees FOIL.

” I am willing to wait until Friday, April 12, 2013, 12:00 noon for the full response; after that, I’m afraid I shall have to presume that the village of Ravena is refusing to comply with a lawful demand, and I shall submit a complaint to the Office of the State Attorney General together with a request for investigation. 

“My last two emails have gone unanswered and I presume that to be the village’s attempt to avoid responding.”

So, on April 11, 2013, over a month after the request was made, and after several excuses already, Kris Biernacki writes:

“I am not able to provide you with most of your FOIL request regarding legal services payments due to the fact that they can not be reasonably obtained.  However, with respect to the records that can be accessed,  I will provide them to you by August 2, 2013.”

Flabbergasted at this incredible response, the requestor writes:

“Am I reading this correctly? Are you telling me (1) that you can’t provide the village of Ravena’s records for legal expenses? That they are cannot be “reasonably obtained?” and (2) that the records that can be accessed can be provided by “August 2, 2013?” Or is that a typo?”

Let the cat out of the bag!

Biernacki writes back, now she’s telling the requestor that Mr Robert Freeman of the Committee on Open Government (Yeah! Right!) is telling her:

Per Robert Freeman, Executive Director of the Committee on Open Government, your demand for the legal services payments dating back to 1990 is not a reasonable request.  The recent information that I can access will be provided to you by the date stated.

So, the requestor, patient and cooperative as always, writes:

“You could have said that earlier. I am amending the request to 2000-present.

” Notwithstanding the amendment, I have been extraordinarily patient in working with the village of Ravena, and agreed to extend on your request for more time because were involved with sewer and water billing. 

“In future and in the case of any future FOIL demand, I would expect the courtesy of a timely response and timely advice if you or your office find a request unclear or “unreasonable.” The handling of this request has been unacceptable.”

 In order to make it easier, the requestor knocks off 10 years and sits back waiting for the next excuse. He doesn’t have to wait long. Kris Biernacki writes:

“This is in receipt to your FOIL amendment.  Again, I will have the information to you on or before August 2, 2013.”

The village of Ravena is saying that it will need more than 114 days to find it’s records on payments made to lawyers. By now the requestor is reasonably irked and writes:

“That, I repeat, is outrageous.

” The FOIL continues as is and the village of Ravena is now in default of its affirmative obligations under the Freedom of Information Law.

” I expressly do not withdraw the FOIL in its currently amended form. The amendment was offered as a courtesy and to facilitate the village of Ravena’s compliance within the time provided by the Freedom of Information Law. “The law is explicit and clear, Mr Freedman does not have legislative authority. The times set forth in the law are explicit and clear, as are the disallowed “excuses” for failure to comply.

” I hereby demand immediate compliance or the village of Ravena’s explicit written refusal to comply.

 “You may want to pass this by Mr Biscone if he’s not too distracted by his sanctions battle. Yes, I’m watching that play out with considerable interest as I hope the local press is.”

 

 This is incredible. It’s outrageous. It’s Ravena. By the way, Mr Robert J. Freeman is “executive director”, of the New York State Committee on Open Government. He’s been on the payroll of the NY Department of State since about 1974—a bit too long, in our honest opinion—Freeman has worked for the New York State Committee on Open Government since its creation in 1974 and was appointed executive director in 1976. He’s a bit too comfy in his little nest he’s created for himself.  Don’t you think there’s something bizarre about a state employee being executive director for more than 36 years?!? Isn’t that a little, corrupt?

So here you have this guy, Bob Freeman, who’s really firmly established in what we can reasonably call his little nest for more than 36 years, bloated with power, and making decisions on who gets what from government. A snotty little turd if there ever was one. And guess who’s talking to him about the disclosure of Ravena’s payments to lawyers (Teresi, Biscone, Rotello, Neri): Nancy Bicone-Warner, wife of village justice and ex-cop Harold “Hal” Warner. The same Nancy Biscone-Warner who is knee-deep in Cathy Deluca’s little scam, the Ravena Health and Fitness Center. Yes, it’s the same Nancy Biscone-Warner who haunts the village of Ravena offices 25/7, who has everyone there by the short-and-curlies. Now she’s passing on inaccurate information to the Committee on Open Government, trying desperately to avoid having to disclose the village of Ravena’s payments to the local legal incest club.

We know that Nancy Warner was faster than lightning on the phone to Freeman trying to get out of producing documents in regard to another F.O.I.L. And Bob Freeman is playing right along with them. Committee on Open Government? Guess again! Apparently it’s a committee of one: Bob Freeman.

Do you expect anything different out of Albany, the cesspool of democrat corruption. Freeman’s a lawyer. No doubt with connections with Joe Rotello, a clerk  in the Court of Appeals, the Teresis, Ravena shyster Greg Teresi and dirty old dad, Joe Teresi on the NYS Supreme Court, Michael Biscone in Ravena, theyve all got their hands in the cash-box called the village of Ravena. And watchdog gatekeeper Nancy Biscone-Warner ain’t letting anything get by her to upset the little party boat they have floating in taxpayer cash. And don’t expect any help from the Albany County DA, P. David Soares. He likes to party, too.

 

Just a note: The town of Coeymans responded to the very same F.O.I.L. within a couple of days. Now, do you think something’s up in the village of Ravena? Why are they fighting tooth-and-nail to avoid coming up with those documents? Do you think there’s something they don’t want residents to know. Maybe they’re scared shiteless that if you get it, we’ll see it. Do ya think?

 

This Just Adds Another Nail to Ravena’s Coffin. The Village of Ravena Should Be Eliminated and Combined with the Hamlet of Coeymans, Administered by the Town of Coeymans.

Don’t hold it against Kristine Biernacki or Annette Demitraszek. They just do as they’re told— like good little soldiers. Imagine if they make waves or use a village first-class postage stamp on a private mail item, they’re on the street. Mummy mayor John Bruno and hatchet-woman Nancy Biscone-Warner don’t like people with brains (shows them both up). Ravena Mayor John T. Bruno and Nancy Biscone-Warner apparently don’t take prisoners, they just take advantage.

In a Times Union article following the Office of the NYS Comptroller’s audit of the village of Ravena, ” Audit slams Ravena board. Village officials fail to monitor finances, comptroller warns,” we read:

The Village Board has little control over finances…The audit revealed scant oversight by the board and said the village treasurer has almost exclusive control over finances…It found that the board is not aware of purchases, does not monitor the actual cost of operations versus the budgeted cost, does not approve budget transfers, did not audit the treasurer’s records or the justice court and filed annual financial reports late…
None of the transfers were approved by the board, the audit said… The audit called the village’s purchasing policy outdated, said the policy is not being followed and the board is not monitoring purchases… Two out of three department heads said they were unaware the village had a purchasing policy, and in reviewing claims, a substantial portion of them did not have proper documentation attached…”The mayor stated that the board was not aware that audits of the treasurer’s and the justice court’s records were required to be completed,” the audit said.

More than thirty years on the village payroll and Mayor John T. Bruno still hasn’t got a clue. ‘What, records? Us, keep records? Nah! I don’t know nothin’! Get outta here!”

And Nancy Biscone-Warner, wife of village justice Harold “Hal” Warner, has been treasurer for more than 20 years, and has been re-elected to the position by dumbass voters (probably the Brunos, Biscones, Persicos, Albanos, and a handful of Coeymanazis were enough to vote her in). Now she’s haunting the corridors of village hall 25/7. Why are the village Ravena, NY, reading reports of such incompetence and voting these clowns back into office?!? We don’t get it!!! Shouldn’t these walking-dead from the past be exorcised or something?

This blog has reported extensively on the village of Ravena’s backroom deals to evict the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Community Library and create the Ravena Health and Fitness Center. The planning for the Ravena Health and Fitness Center was business as usual in the village of Ravena: it was done secretly. No public hearings, no public comment. Then the village of Ravena went ahead and purchased about $40,000 in used health club equipment from another insider. The $40 grand came out of the public treasury. Again no public hearings or inputs.

We published our prediction that the Ravena-Coeymans Incest Club, the Brunos, Biscones, Warners, Delucas would be setting up a cozy little private spa for themselves and their croneys, as well as providing a plum position for one of their own. Well, as usual our prediction is correct.
The proposed village of Ravena budget is out and here are the figures for the Ravena Health and Fitness Center, which already has its own e-mail and designer logo, again a done deal behind closed doors.

Cathy Long-Deluca

As we predicted, Cathy Deluca has been given the position of fitness center director at a cool salary of $30,000. Is that being paid out of taxpayer monies? Yes! Does it include benefits that not many of us are likely to see? Yes! Is this an insider pick? Yes!

Actually, Cathy Deluca does have some fitness center mismanagement experience. She managed a fitness center when she was still Cathy Long. Remember the fitness center on Main Street? The one that failed?

So let’s have a look at the “budget officers estimates” of what the fitness center is going to cost (the figure below is taken directly out of the proposed budget):

The Ravena Health and Fitness Center is Estimated to Cost Ravena Residents $115,500 in 2013-14. Can you afford that?

We’d like you to have a close look at item s 290 Equipment and 429 Repairs to Equipment. The village plans to spend another $30,000 on equipment for this misconceived misuse of public money. But what’s really irking us is that they’re budgeting another $20,000 for repairing equipment. They just bought about $40,000 in used equipment, and now they’re planning to spend another $20,000 repairing it. (Do the math: $60,000 in junk, scrap!) Our question is obvious: Who got the kickbacks?

There’s no business plan or anything like planning so the other $5,200 for items 435 Outside Services and 436 Unclassified are still mysteries. But let the imagination go wild on this one!

While I do not generally advocate taking local dollars out of the community, I must admit that nothing, nothing that the village of Ravena can do can even come close to the opportunities in Glenmont, just down the road with Planet Fitness and it’s beautiful facility, including changing rooms, tanning, instructors, events, sanitation, etc. And all at a ridiculously reasonable price and a variety of plans. But then, the Ravena Health and Fitness Center with all of its misleading hype, is not for you or me, it’s for the Ravena-Coeymans in-crowd.

Once the Coeymanazi bunch makes the Ravena Health and Fitness Center its watering hole, do you think the rest of us will be welcome? Guess again!

How comfortable will you feel with Jerry Dirty-Hands Deluca behind you?

So, cruising down Main Street in Ravena we can take in the Bruno legacy as we approach a centennial: empty storefronts and empty residential buildings. But Ravena has $115,500 dollars in the 2013-14 budget for a fitness center. Go figure!

Moreover, wouldn’t it have been more responsible to have budgeted that $150,000 to support say the RC Teen Center’s programs for the benefit of youth, or perhaps to invested some of it in the RCS Community Library programs, after all the Library is in the geographical territory of the village of Ravena, or maybe some billing software to keep village accounts, especially water and sewer billings, honest. Speaking of water and sewer, how can the village board of Ravena in good conscience budget $150,000 for a health and fitness center of dubious merit, while neglecting the necessary repair of a 100-year old village sewer and drainage system! It’s criminal and Mayor John T. Bruno and his lunatic band of clowns William Bailey, Rocco Persico, Martin Case, and Nancy Biscone-Warner need to do some jail time with co-conspirators Cathy Long-Deluca and Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca!

We’d also like to remind our readers that the Bruno-Warner-Deluca fitness scam is also at the expense of a community institution, the RCS Community library. The library is funded by tax dollars that property owners in the town of Coeymans pay. You voted on its budget at the same time you voted for the RCS central school district budget, and the members of the RCS school board. The RCS Community Library serves residents of two counties as a result of the funding (actually the town of Coeymans (Albany County) and part of the town of New Baltimore (Greene County). In other words, the RCS Community Library is a publicly funded institution that serves the entire RCS CSD region, plus. The village of Ravena has done everything possible to make the library unwelcome, including raising its rent by an additional $600. That’s $600 of your money.

One of the reasons the RCS Community Library could not leave its location in the Ravena village building is because D. Persico, board member Rocco Persico’s cousin, didn’t have the money to finish the required renovations, and had to qualify for a loan. Normally, when a contractor renegs on a commitment, there are penalties, like Donnie, you’ve got to eat the rent hike? But that’s not how business is done in Ravena-Coeymans, especially in the Incest Club. Rather than impose penalties on the contractor-board-member-cousin who doesn’t have the money to finish the job, the village of Ravena raises the library’s rent by $600!

This situation has to be investigated and we’ll be publishing forms for residents to fill in and cover letters that can be used for submitting complaints to the Office of the State Comptroller and to the Office of the Attorney General, demanding that the operations in the village of Ravena be investigated.

Isn’t it odd that Rocco Persico is a psychologist on the payroll of the RCS school district and he’s on the village of Ravena board. I really have to ask myself what kind of psychologist Persico is if he’s on the Ravena board and this crazy shite still goes on? Maybe that’s why the high-school kids are so whacked out.

A Local Resident Filed a Demand for Production and Disclosure of the Village of Ravena’s Legal Expenditures. The demand was made under the New York State Freedom of Information Act, which requires public entities–with the exception of courts–to produce and disclose all public access information within a specific period of time.

§84. Legislative declaration. The legislature hereby finds that a free society is maintained when government is responsive and responsible to the public, and when the public is aware of governmental actions. The more open a government is with its citizenry, the greater the understanding and participation of the public in government.

The people’s right to know the process of governmental decision-making and to review the documents and statistics leading to determinations is basic to our society. Access to such information should not be thwarted by shrouding it with the cloak of secrecy or confidentiality. The legislature therefore declares that government is the public’s business and that the public, individually and collectively and represented by a free press, should have access to the records of government in accordance with the provisions of this article.

Yes, every one of us has the right to demand disclosure of information from our government and public agencies. The government and its agencies work for you. Don’t let them forget that fact!

There are laws, the Freedom of Information Law, for example, that lay down the who, what, where, how, and when. And you should know about all of this. For example:

§89. General provisions relating to access to records; certain cases. 3. (a) Each entity subject to the provisions of this article, within five business days of the receipt of a written request for a record reasonably described, shall make such record available to the person requesting it, deny such request in writing or furnish a written acknowledgment of the receipt of such request and a statement of the approximate date, which shall be reasonable under the circumstances of the request, when such request will be granted or denied, including, where appropriate, a statement that access to the record will be determined in accordance with subdivision five of this section. An agency shall not deny a request on the basis that the request is voluminous or that locating or reviewing the requested records or providing the requested copies is burdensome because the agency lacks sufficient staffing or on any other basis if the agency may engage an outside professional service to provide copying, programming or other services required to provide the copy, the costs of which the agency may recover pursuant to paragraph (c) of subdivision one of section eighty-seven of this article.

And so far, the village of Ravena (and the RCS CSD district offices, Dr McCartney. But more on this later.) have obstinately broken the law!

It seems a local resident submitted a demand for disclosure of the village of Ravena’s legal fees, because of the observation that wherever you look there’s either a Biscone or a Teresi doing legal work for the village, the town, private individual, on their own. And given the NYS Comptroller’s observation that nobody seems to know who’s doing what or where the money’s going, it apparently seemed like a good idea to get the official word. Normally, a FOIL works…unless there’s something to hide.

Well, the resident got the runaround and then it was “we need more time because we’re mailing out sewer and water bills.” OK . Call him stupid, but the resident agreed to give them more time. And then…SILENCE. He contacted the village and the clerk tells him that the request is unreasonable, that she does not have access to the records, what she does have she’ll produce by August 2, 2013. WTF! Read the law (especially the parts quoted above)!

For all we have to say about the town of Coeymans, who apparently got the same request at the same time, the Coeymans town clerk responded in a matter of days! Why is it that Ravena needs almost 6 months from the time the FOIL was submitted to the time the village clerk expects to have the records? No way, José!  Well, maybe they don’t have any records. Maybe they don’t want to surrender the records. Maybe someone doesn’t want the records public. Maybe all of the above.

So now the village of Ravena has a choice: either get the documents to the resident or face the consequences. Now we’re on the case and we’ll see it right on through to the Office of the Comptroller and the Office of the Attorney General. And we know of quite a few other residents who’ll be more than happy to join the movement.

Well, dear readers, the law is the law for you and me, and for the village of Ravena. The village of Ravena is now breaking the law and it’s time to go public and demand that the Office of the State Comptroller and the State Attorney General do some poking around. Where are the records, Ravena?

Actually, we’ve hear that Michael Biscone is having his own problems these days. It seems he’s allegedly being sanctioned by the court for some sort of misconduct. We’re trying to lay our hands on the papers and will publish as soon as we can find out the facts. A former partner of Biscone’s, Joe  Rotello, is now in the Appellate Division, the New York State Unified Court System division that is responsible for disciplining attorneys. We just want all concerned to know that we know and that we’ll be watching for any messing around. May Biscone get what’s coming to him!

Here we have a Democrat State Governor, who like a sneak in the night, passes an anti-gun law, violating citizens’ constitutional rights. We then have to hear the Times Useless report that the state of New York is complaining that protestors caused $60,000 in damage to state capitol lawns by walking or standing on the grass. According to the Albany Times Useless:

The Feb. 28 rally at the Capitol building in Albany, NY, will mean a $60,000 bill for the state Office of General Services, the Times Union is reporting. OGS will spend that much to repair the grass at West Capitol Park, in the shadows of the state Capitol.

The Times Union reports that it was a combination of wet, muddy conditions and the large crowd at the rally. The rally was organized to oppose New York’s newly adopted gun control law.

Of course, there’s no mention in the Albany Times Useless that the citizens were exercising at least three rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States: the right of peaceful assembly [and protest], freedom of speech and expression, the right to bear [and own] arms. Gee! Why would the Albany Times Useless support citizens when it can kiss Democrat ass in Albany? No, it wasn’t citizens protesting an ambitious, arrogant Democrat governor’s illegal and immoral act, it was the lawns!

Now, seriously, do you think anything, a single word would have been said if the demonstrators were black or hispanic? Now be honest. The majority of protesters were white men and women, people who own their guns legally—or should I say owned them legally—so they were the usual fair game. Need I say more?

Sore-ass Soares’, he’s got a case of sore ass after getting it kicked so often by federal and state judges, of course he has has a bad case of ego-dysfunction a.k.a. minority complex. But, of course, as a minority, he can do no wrong. So we’re going after the Oreo!

And speaking of immoral acts, we must also mention the Albany County District Attorney, P.[udenda] David Soares, who likes to dip his pen[is] into company [p]ink and then, when he gets caught, finds his piece of sugar fluff a job in county government. (Soares’ reaction to reports that he is in a relationship with a legal secretary in his office is that it is “not improper” and is “nobody’s business.” What do you think?) And what about that paradigm of Democrat values, Governor Andrew Cuomo and his live-in girlfriend. Even Roman Catholics are up in arms about his concubinage and his receiving sacraments from ultra-liberal Roman Catholic bishop Howard Hubbard! (Read about it at Cuomo’s Catholic Concubinage.) [Editor’s Note: It must be mentioned that Howard Hubbard’s practices and programs ares not representative of or supported by the mainstream Catholic church hierarchy, most RC bishops, and the majority of Roman Catholics. Obviously, Albany is the best place for him and his supporters.]

When you really come down to it, when you have no program, no delivery, no convincing message, and you got no style, you have no choice but to pander to the unwashed masses, promising bread (and delivering stones), and you can’t afford not to use the race-card. That’s the only way our Arrogant Oreo Club of Stooges manage to get elected. Look at Barack Hussein Osama…oops! Obama, P.[udenda] David Sore-ass, and Andrew “Sneak-it-in-the-Backdoor” Cuomo, who did all his race purchases while HUD secretary, and promptly blew it all away with his overenthusiasm with the gun bill!

But Here’s the Ultimate in Harassment and Retaliation as Only P.[udenda] David Sore-Ass and His Nazi Keepers Can Do:

P. David Sore-Ass and the RCS Coeymanazis/Albany Political Machine Are Appealing Judge Ryan Donovan’s Decision to Dismiss All Charges Against RCS Board of Education President John M. Vadney.

This is the same tactics used in Nazi Germany and in Stalinist Russia: Take over the police, the courts, and then use them to harass and retaliate. Intimidate the citizen. Overrule justice and law to achieve your nefarious political agendas. Once they make sure everyone knows that the police do not serve and protect and the courts do not administer justice, then we are all slaves to the system.

Obama, Cuomo, Soares, and little trolls like Deluca, Miller and their Minions are Burning the Constitution

Now, really, we have to ask ourselves several questions:

• Who is so obsessed with pursuing a case with no merits, no hard evidence, no facts, and no hope of success? Everyone had a fair chance to present what they had, to put their cards on the table, and an impartial judge found that there was no case. What more is to be done, other than retaliate and harass, Mr Sore-Ass?
• What is the motivation to pursue a case that dragged on and on for almost a year? If the D.A.’s office has such a good case, why didn’t the so-called special prosecutor move forward with it and go to full trial, like Mr Vadney has been demanding all along?
• Why, if the case was such a slam-dunk, didn’t Soares’ so-called hot-shot special prosecutor run with it, make quick work of it? After all, if the case is worth pursuing and, despite a judge’s ruling dismissing it, still looks so good,it would surely be a no-brainer and “easy money.”
• Why is this case so important that the Albany County District Attorney, P. David Soares, feels it’s so important to spend more public money and valuable time on it? This isn’t a brutal  murder or robbery case. This isn’t a horrible rape case. This isn’t a high profile political bribery case. In fact, it’s a case that state high court judges have called “unconstitutional.” Several New York state high court judges have refused to prosecute harassment cases because they claim they violate 1st Amendment free speech and free expression rights! So we really have to ask Mr D.A. Sore-Ass, what’s your agenda, Mister? Whose axe are you grinding? What are you getting out of it?

If P. David Sore-ass would take our good advice, he’d benefit from listening to the sentiments of RCS residents regarding the dismissal of the charges against Mr Vadney (go to the RCS Board of Education site and review the video of the April 2 meeting). Residents who took the podium congratulated Mr Vadney on the news of the dismissal and to a man/woman, expressed relief that it was finally over. To a man/woman they admitted that it was a sham and that there was no truth to the charges. Now, Sore-ass, if you can’t read the writing on the wall, let me do it for you: Vadney has community support. You don’t. They think you’re a drug adled jerk for keeping this thing alive.

But then, Albany County D.A. P. David Soares has been made to look stupid by so many judges already, maybe he’s turned into a judge-hater and is just trying desperately to make a come-back. Or maybe he’s just a despicable self-loathing troll who is more into bullying and intimidation than doing a good job. Maybe he just doesn’t have the right stuff and, like Obama, got snookered into getting elected because the Dems like to play the minority card when in a corner.

It’s a he-said-she-said case of one man allegedly calling another man names! Name-calling is what’s being prosecuted and there’s no evidence that Mr Vadney called anyone names. All witnesses will testify that the allegations against Mr Vadney are simply not true!

It’s a case where the first defendant Joseph Edward “Joe” Tracey allegedly has a history of alcohol and drug abuse and Lord knows what else, went ballistic in front of witnesses, harassed Mr Vadney on the telephone with witnesses while on speaker phone, bad-mouthed the Bethlehem Police and got himself arrested and arraigned, had an order of protection issued against him several times, violated the order of protection at least once and admits it in a sworn statement.

We then have this character Joe Tracey making a complaint against, defaming a respected member of the community, a member of the Board of Education, twice elected to be president of the Board of Education, never exhibiting any behavior like that described by Tracey in his complaint. Anyone who knows Vadney knows him to be the picture of dignity, decorum, respect in his conduct of public business as board president, a loving father and husband, in other words, the guy you want to be your neighbor, your friend (and, by the way, he is!). Mr Vadney is the man this Community elected to be their representative to decide what’s good for their children and the RCS community has done that at least three times. His board members, also elected by the RCS Community to make education decisions for their children and their schools, have elected him to be their president, TWICE!

And some nobody, Joseph Edward “Joe” Tracey, a social derelict with a lunatic daughter who was estranged from him for years pops up out of nowhere and harasses not only Mr Vadney but threatens Mr Vadney’s family so that Mr Vadney has to get an order of protection against Tracey to keep him away from Vadney’s family. What does Tracey get from the special-prosecutor assigned by Albany County D.A. Sore-ass Soares, read it in the Albany Times Useless: 6-months probation! That’s the kind of guy you want in charge of your kids’s education, right. That’s the kind of guy you want as your neighbor, right? That’s they kind of guy you want to invite over for spaghetti and meatballs before the game. Is it, really?

Or maybe Soares is so insecure that he’s ashamed that his malicious and prolonged harassment of Mr Vadney on a no merit charge was judiciously and fairly dismissed because of the lack of truth and factual basis. Or is it that Soares’conspiracy with his political sewer friends in Ravena-Coeymans has been foiled by the law firm of his former opponent, Lee Kindlon,  the former prosecutor in the US Marine Corps and son of prominent lawyer Terence L. Kindlon. A smart young attorney, G. Calabrese, of the Kindlon law  firm is representing Mr Vadney. Soares has no military record, much less one that comes even close to Lee Kindlon’s brilliant service (read more about Lee Kindlon here). In fact, Soares, apart from his seedy intimacy with the Coeymans police department, has a reputation for being soft on drug crimes (do you really wonder?) and made some comments at a conference in Vancouver, Canada, that angered American law enforcement, attracted criticism from Albany Mayor Jerry Jennings, and harsh comments from the Police Union, including demands for Soares’ resignation. Maybe his softie attitude on drugs and his animosity towards professional (not Coeymans p.d.) law enforcement should get Soares disbarred (see A call for David Soares to resign). He’s had some serious ethical problems and has been reprimanded a number of times. Let’s see, soft on drugs, doesn’t like law enforcement, minority votes. Is there a connection here? Do you think Soares is pandering for his minority votes?

We’ve reported extensively on all of these characters: the Deluca Duo and Matt-the-Mutt. The Deluca Duo have a long history of Coeymanazi activity. Miller has an axe to grind because the Vadney board refused to renew Miller’s plum double-dipper position as “energy manager” that netted him a cool additional $10–18K a year of taxpayer and school budget money in addition to his outrageous teacher salary and benefits. Miller is the local teacher union, New York State United Teachers a.k.a. NYSUT representative. Miller’s been knocked down to size by the board in recent months, thanks also to superintendent Dr Alan R. McCartney’s zero-tolerance of trouble-makers.

Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” has a colorful history. BoBo Cop allegedly received a degree from SUNY Plattsburg in political science (Do you believe that?) but apparently has no law enforcement or criminal justice education or training that would qualify him for his position as “police investigator” on the Coeymans police department. Apparently also, he’s extremely unpopular with the department, except for his adoring relationship with police chief Gregory Darlington. So why’s he there? Ask thug-collector Gregory “DoDo Cop” Darlington.

Deluca has his fingers in a number of pies, besides Cathy’s. He says in his online résumé that he’s a consultant with ARANY, an automotive recycling organization. He says he’s a consultant with the NY state Department of Environmental Conservation, a principal in Deluca Public Affairs (no pun intended), and a director at the so-called Main Street Small Business Coalition. He also says he was a former employee with the NY state Assembly (No one we contacted at the NY state Assembly knows anything about him, though). But his alleged connections with the DEC and with ARANY (note that bottle-blond Cathy is wearing a pink ARANY sweater in the pix above) raises some questions of conspiracy and misuse of public office, given some of the harassment that has been going on recently of local businesses and residents by the DEC and local officials close to Coeymans town government, especially the town building inspector, Laverne “Larry” Conrad, and others.

So, either Deluca is falsifying his résumé and he is lying about his business contacts or he is telling the truth and is compromising his objectivity as a police employee, and possibly misusing his public position and privileges to benefit his other “business” activities. I say an investigation is in order here and call upon the State Attorney General to investigate Deluca’s “connections.”

Deluca recently made a very disturbing remark at a school board meeting when he allegedly stated that he knew how people voted. (Board of Education Meeting of 3/26/13. Deluca: “Last year there was a number of people on the board that voted for the budget here at the meeting. I am concerned that some of those who voted for it at the meeting went out and voted against it.”) Now how and where would he have access to such information. Isn’t our vote supposed to be secret? Is Deluca misusing police information resources? But how would the police get our voting information? Or is he working with someone else, too? Board president J. Vadney responded: “The board of education approves a budget to go out to the public; the personal votes of the members are personal, confidential, if not secret.” Didn’t you know that BoBo?

But maybe that’s the secret to Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca’s longevity. It’s very possible that Deluca has been misusing his police privileges and access to privileged information all along to access background information and then to use it to his or his friends’ advantage. Now wouldn’t that be a nice fat official investigation. Could send old “Dirty-Hands” down the river for a couple of years. Nah! His bed-buddy Soares probably would get him off with 6-months probation. Maybe he’s got some dirt on Soares?

Is Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca A Dirty Cop?

And then we have the local Coeymanazis and the teachers clique on the RCS Board of Education. You must have noticed that there’s a power war going on between the teachers and the teachers union, New York State United Teachers, represented locally by Matthew J. Miller a.k.a. Matt the Mutt. You can’t have forgotten already the underhanded tactics used by Miller, the Deluca pair, Dirty-Hands Jerry and his Bleach-Bimbo, Cathy Deluca, and you can’t ignore the results of the investigations and the complaints by residents centering on the voting and polling irregularities? You’d have to have advanced Alzheimer disease to have forgotten all of that already, especially with new elections just on the horizon.

So, our guess is that our Albany County D.A. friend, P. David Sore-Ass, is working hand-in-glove with the Coeymanazis and the teachers union, New York State United Teachers (NYSUT, Matt Miller’s godfathers) to attempt to oust Vadney from the BoE. Once Vadney’s gone, they will go after the other members supporting Vadney. When that’s done, your at the mercy of the union and the Coeymanazis. Next, they’ll get rid of Dr McCartney and put one of their puppets in the position. Now the teachers, the teachers union, the Coeymanazis in Ravena-Coeymans, and the Democrat Machine in Albany has control of the schools here, and the school budget. Watch RCS become a ghost town before your very eyes!

You can’t have overlooked the attempts by board members and teachers or teacher’s spouses on the RCS board of election to force other elected board members to resign. Of course, the public saw through those stupid attacks and told Alice Whalen, Howard “Bray” Engel, James Latter, Tracey Traver (former member, not relected), Josephine Tracey-O’Connor (disgraced former BoE member, daughter of Joe Tracey of misdemeanor harassment fame), and Edward “Teddy” Reville, and loudmouths Deluca, and their Coeymanazi mob to “Shut up” and get on with board business! Even Matt-the-Mutt Miller of double-dipping-bully-monger fame has had to curb his union-speak and shut up for once.

They all came out in arms and screaming when they found out Dr Alan R. McCartney was to be hired to fix the mess created by outgoing teachers union lacky Elizabeth “Betsy” Smith. Matt-the-Mutt Miller was frothing in his denunciations of both the Vadney-led board and of Dr McCartney, as were “concerned” parents. Sure, they loved being the bottom feeders of the regional schools with the highest per student cost ($21,000) in the region, maybe even the state, and some of the lowest graduation rates. How dare they consider Dr McCartney, who had Vorheesville’s grad rates up in the high 90’s. They dreaded McCartney. Why? Because he is a professional superintendent hell-bent on getting results and trimming fat. McCartney’s not one of the local teachers, like Elizabeth “Betsy” Smith, whose loyalties were clearly not with the residents and taxpayers! (Are you surprised that after having taken the superintendent’s position she stayed long enough to pad her retirement check (less than a year) and then hit the community with a surprise retirement announcement?)

And then there are the loudmouths who have some pretty shadey connections. Take local loudmouth Gerald “Jerry Dirty-Hands Deluca” who, as we mentioned above,  is on the payroll of the Coeymans police department as an “investigator.” Deluca has no police investigator credentials, was fired by the previous police chief, and re-hired by the present Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington (who had to take the chiefs exam at least 3 times before he could pass the thing!). Darlington has also hired local Psycho-Cop Ryan Johnson (a reject from the Cairo p.d.); Johnson’s likely to be the driver of the Coeymans police vehical that races down the road in a bad case of road rage. Darlington also hired his brother-in-law Kerry Thompson to be his personal admin assistant at more than $31/hour, and who employs a number of part-timers from outside the community to police this community.

If you’ve ever driven in the town of Coeymans and seen a police vehicle coming from the opposite direction and can’t stay on its side of the road, or if you see a Coeymans police  vehicle with its wheels in the air, you’re also likely to see a blond female behind the wheel. That’s Coeymans police officer D. Crosier–drives like a drunk, crossing the centerline, migrating over to the shoulder, occasionally wrecking a Coeymans police vehicle. She’s another prize bimbo addition to Darlington’s credit.

Stop This Brew Before It Infects You, Too!

Add to this toxic stew the unbelievable involvement of local Coeymans town attorney Gregory Teresi (Dem), son of NY state Supremse Court judge Joseph Teresi (Dem)  (formerly a village and town attorney in Ravena-Coeymans), the corrupt practices in the village of Ravena government with its incestuous relationships and intermarriages between village trustees and town and village justices, the involvement of the shyster family of Biscones and their former partners the Rotellos, who is now working with the NY state Appellate Divison, the NY state court that hears appeals and is in charge of attorney discipline. Then you have the real-estate moguls and their connections in village and town government and the abuse of public office that goes on between the town of Coeymans, the office of the building inspector, and the DEC, and you can’t but hold back the vomit.

Yes, there’s a very toxic stew brewing, as you can see. There’s Albany County Democrat Machine Corruption, local corruption in the village of Ravena and the town of Coeymans, and then there’s union involvement with the New York State United Teachers.

We eased off the scoundrels in recent months because they seemed to be quieting down but they’ve been quietly hatching plots. Crooks never give up because they’re infected with the worm of greed and avarice. They’re lousy with the lice of pride. But they’re blind to their own evil and that’s where we get them.

In our recent articles on this blog we pointed out the major obstacles to making life livable in this community and in the bigger picture.  This blog actually started back in May 2012, when we had to come out and draw the public’s attention to the corruption that was going on in the schools, especially what was going on in the RCS central school district budget voting and the deception that was created by the RCS CSD teachers association, its president, double-dipping, bully-mongering, loose-lipped teacher Matt “the Mutt” Miller, the idiot interim superintendent Elizabeth “Betsy” Smith, a teachers union lackey, and the teachers clique on the RCS CSD board of education, Alice Whalen, Howard “Bray” Engel, James Latter,  former member Josephine Tracey-O’Connor of “He Called Me Fat” fame, and former member Tracey Traver, together with the Coeymanazi mob under the direction of Gerald “Dirty Hands Jerry” Deluca, assisted by his partner, Cathy Deluca, and their minions.

And we’ve courageously gone after that scandal-looking-for-a-place-to-happen,  P[udenda] David Soares, the renegade Albany County District Attorney, the disgrace of a chief county law enforcement officer, Soares, when he’s not getting a reprimand by federal judges, or hes not dipping his pen[is] into company ink[wells], he’s getting his inkwells special appointments, or simply maliciously prosecuting local residents. Pundenda-obsessed Dave is merely a tool of the machine; he’s to stupid for anything else and too corrupt and immoral (read: amoral) for any other place. A graduate of the boys’ club called Albany Law School, he’s ethnic, and a West African immigrant, he’s in like flint as the “token” in the in-appearance-only ultra-liberal Albany political machine (when it comes to pandering for votes) as long as he kisses his handler’s mechanically conservative asses (the spirit of Erastus Corning delights). Soares has no self-esteem and no morals so he’ll do just about anything…or anyone. He’s gotten his share of space on this blog, too.

We followed the harassment and conspiracy that was hatched to malign board of education members by the Coeymanazis, no doubt with the assistance of the teachers association and the backing of the New York State United Teachers union, NYSUT.

As residents and citizens started to see the light and the writing on the wall, we moved on to uncovering corruption and the crooks in the RCS communities, most conspicuously the village of Ravena and the town of Coeymans, especially the Coeymans Police Department. There was plenty of scandal to go a long way, and it kept us busy for a year reporting on the truth while the Albany Times Union and its junk journalists concentrated on partisan (read Coeymanazi) low-life scandal reporting, obviously fed rubbish by the local Coeymanazis and their keepers in Albany.

And then there’s Ravena. What would Ravena be without a nest of corruption housed in the village hall. What would Ravena be without a senile ill-tempered godfather in Depend®, mayor John Bruno,  presiding over his court of blathering inbred Bruno, Persico, Biscone, Albano dwarves, the Delucas and the Warrens cowing and bowing to get their carrion-toxic talons into anything of value. We covered their latest larceny: the Bruno-Deluca-Warren Memorial Fitness Center and their feeble and misguided attempts to oust the RCS Community Library so that Cathy Deluca and Nancy Warren could prance and pose in their “own” fitness club–or is it a dairy farm–they “purchased” with Ravena taxpayer money to the tune of $40 grand!

Yes! We were then and continue to be the bastions of Truth in this community while the Albany Times Union (a.k.a. Times Useless), the Ravena News Herald, and other local rags, including the local television sharks on  News Channel 10, News Channel 6, and News Channel 13 continued their tabloid journalism licking at the stale blood drawn by the Coeymanazi ambushes, and writing award-winning pornographic fiction based (almost) on slightly true facts creatively altered and embellished, but a final version of “facts” a.k.a. factoids. When they weren’t doing the Coeymanazi’s dirty work in print, they were days, even weeks late on the so-called stone-dead-cold “stories”, and stories they were, most of the time following on the heels of articles already posted on this blog. And you pay for the stale pulp fiction reported in that mass of advertising called  the Albany Times Union or that major collection of public notices called the Ravena News Herald. I just don’t get it.

Those of you who have been regular readers and who have signed up for e-mail notification of new articles and comments (You can follow this blog by clicking on FOLLOW ME in the upper right margin and entering your e-mail.)  Are very well-informed about the goings-on beneath the surface on the board of education, in the schools, and in the village and town boards.

More recently we published our observations about the Coeymans town board’s outrageous decision to award MidHudson Cablevision a 15-year exclusive contract for cable and Internet services (read Ravena-Coeymans: The Land of Goofy!) and followed that article with a sequel and update on that shameful betrayal by the Coeymans town board of residents in the town of Coeymans (read Sequel to “Land of Goofy”).

We drew attention to the fanatical and villainous presentation by John Anthony in the recent presentation that totally distorted the doctrine of “sustainable development,” striking fear and anxiety in an already paranoid local population. We tore that stupid propaganda a part in our article, Need More Unconstructive Anxiety?, and cast shame and disgrace on the organizers for having imposed such arrogant and misinformation propaganda on local citizens and voters!

Again, in an idiotic article degrading the pages of the already base Ravena News Herald by Bryan Rowzee that centered on local Coeymanazi building inspector Laverne “Larry” Conrad, while misquoting American poet laureate, Robert Frost, and quoting Laverne Conrad.

You may remember Laverne “Larry” Conrad as  part of the comedy duo, “Laverne and Surly“, who appear regularly on the Coeymans Comedy Channel (MidHudson Cablevision’s public access channel 11), featuring cameos by Tarty Tom Dolan, BoboCop Jerry Deluca, DodoCop Gregory Darlington, Bobo and Dodo doing their ” Wild West Keystone Cops” clown act, the Surly Siblings (Stephen Flack, Thomas “Tom” Dolan of MidHudson Cable fame, Peter Masti, Thomas Boehm, Dawn Rogers) as well as the Juggling Justices Gregory Dardiani and Harold “Hal” Warren who dress up as judges and make a mockery of the law (assisted by evil shyster clowns Gregory Teresi and Michael J. Biscone).

Well, in that News Herald article, Rowzee quotes Frost incorrectly and makes the mistake of quoting Laverne “Larry” Conrad. Read our article at Coeymanazi Building Inspector Conrad and you’ll get a good laugh…or a good cry.

Now back to the Albany Times Union, Fred Lebrun, and the Sequel to Articles on this blog…

A reader drew our attention to an article that appeared in the Albany Times Union on Sunday, February 24, 2013, and written by Fred Lebrun, a fossil writer for the Albany Times Useless who occasionally pops up with an opinion. The article is entitled: LeBrun: Tax cap denies a ‘sound, basic’ education system and is basically a commentary (now you know how much fact it contains).

We’ll just post a couple of quotes from the article with some short comments, and you can make the rest of the connections and draw your own conclusions.

The governor’s beloved 2 percent tax cap was challenged in a lawsuit filed by the New York State United Teachers union in state Supreme Court in Albany. The suit offers multiple arguments why the tax cap is unconstitutional, asserting that it locks in unequal funding between have- and have-not school districts across the state, ”while pushing many school districts to the brink of educational and financial insolvency,” in the words of NYSUT President Dick Iannuzzi. [my emphasis]

 Right away, you should see red: our beloved special interest, rape the taxpayer organization, the New York State United Teachers, NYSUT, godparents of our very own teachers union lackey, Matt “the Mutt” Miller, is bringing the suit. Now you know it’s not good news for the taxpayer no matter what Lebrun says. But you must already know what’s coming next: doom, gloom, suspicion, dark days ahead, you’re losing your schools, your children are going to be eaten by aliens, etc. You know, the same-old-same-old whenever NYSUT raises its double-dealing-double-dipping head.

It is irrefutable that the effect of the incomplete tax cap passed in June 2011, while politically popular and a contributor to the governor’s high standing, has been disastrous for school districts and local governments.

That self-destructive attitude and the greed of the teachers union and its members, the teachers, are what’s killing the districts. Millions are being spent on the mismanaged, wasteful money pits we call schools that are turning out idiots at graduation. Why? Because the majority of parents and taxpayers are indifferent and don’t get involved with how their districts are managed or how their elected officials in Albany and Washington are turning their backs on their communities.

Just read some of the articles on this blog and you’ll know too well why our schools and local governments are turning into liquid waste.

Sadly, we are watching a catastrophe unfold that will deeply affect many of our children at their most vulnerable ages, and which will have consequences for the rest of their lives.

The State Education Department has warned that between 100 and 200 school districts will be insolvent within two years.

Lebrun must have been asleep for the last several years! The catastrophe has been unfolding for some time now, Mr Lebrun. We’re right in the epicenter of it. DUH! Yes, Mr Lebrun, we are all aware of that fact but not many of our readers, sadly, have the guts or the balls to open their eyes, tighten their belts, and turn on the lights to see the writing on the wall. Again, read our articles and learn why the schools suck, why the kids are idiots, why the board of education is stymied in getting anything really effective done with the teachers special interests working against them, and why the local communities are drowning in their own raw sewerage with Coeymanazis like the town of Coeymans board, the local Coeymanazi police force, and the Coeymanazis on the street doing everything they can to have it their way or no way. Do you really think that business want to operate in a backwoods, Neanderthal community that is so business-unfriendly, corrupt, or that families want to live like that. Look around you and watch the exodus!

The multi-year highway to insolvency for many of them will be already littered with discarded teachers and administrators, dropped programs and advanced placement courses required for college admission, and cuts, cuts and more cuts impacting the core teaching mission.

Look, this didn’t happen over night, people! And it’s not going to get cured over night, either. What Lebrun is writing is crap, to be very honest. He, like so many others, are doing your bloody thinking for your and framing your life according to their views! YOU NEED TO DO YOUR OWN THINKING. BUT FIRST YOU HAVE TO GET BACK TO REALITY!

• Do you drive your car without replacing the fuel used? Of course not. You’d be stuck in nowhere in no time!
• Do you drive your car with a flat tire? Of course not, you’d cause more and more damage to the car the longer you drive! What was a small repair now is a major disaster!
• Do you keep driving at 55 mph when you enter a 30 mph speed zone, even when warned that speed is checked by radar? Of course you don’t. If you did you’d lose your driving privileges in a very short time and be taking a mortgage to pay your fines and super-fines!So why do you drive the economy by taking away without replacing or not making necessary repairs and adjustments? Why do you damage the environment without repairing the damage you cause?

Why do you keep taking from the cookie jar without replacing the cookies and then complain that there are no more cookies? That’s the simplified state of facts. It all starts with Y-O-U!

Yes, the fast track to damnation will be littered with teachers, programs, administrators, advance placement programs. Why? Because they are not working and are costing an arm and a leg. They are NOT WORKING and are killing what does work: You and Me!

Look teachers are nice but they’re out for themselves. To think differently means you have your head in a fog. What the teachers don’t grab to make their lives easier the teachers union will grab for them. Guess who’s going to foot the bill for the $80-120 thousand plus salaries plus enhancements, plus benefits, plus summers off, and some very hefty pensions (after they move out of the district, like former interim superintendent Elizabeth “Betsy” Smith has done after padding her pension!). You and Me!

You’ve been paying for programs and administrators that have been substandard and that’s not only in this district. Sure they have to go! You’d have to go if you did on your job what they manage to do and stay employed! Abusing students. Indifference to student welfare. Bullying students. Having students bully other students. Just being jerks.

And “advance placement programs?” What a load of purest propagandist rubbish! Why isn’t “advanced” the standard like it is in Germany, Japan, Russia? I’ll give you a little hint: because parents like to delude themselves into thinking that little Johnny or Ginny is something special. WAKE UP! They’re far from special and in comparison to students in other countries they’re far below average! Our colleges are crap, too, because they attempt to educate the average who come to the colleges with below average abilities. Why? Because our colleges are not in the business of education…they’re more in the business of doing research for corporations or are in the real estate business! Our kids get advance placement on the international stupids list!

There are plenty of statistics and studies to document just how poorly the American student is doing in comparison with Europe and Asia. It ain’t pretty. Here are just two: Alliance for Excellent Education-Fact Sheet (March 2008), USA Today: In ranking, U.S. students trail global leaders. It’s downright embarrassing! And to think that with a graduation rate in a mid-70% range at the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk  Central School District  our per student expenditure is more than $21,000, we should be asking some very hard questions, indeed!

Why is that, parents? Don’t blame it all on the self-serving teachers. The teachers want the same thing you do: cars, houses, money, vacations, time off, etc. Blame it on yourselves for your own greed and indifference to the welfare of your offspring! Try parenting instead of getting more stuff. Try socializing your asocial cave creatures. Try teaching them respect (for others and themselves). Try teaching them how to be members of a community. Try teaching them how to love and be loved (and I don’t mean loving their own stuff or someone else’s–translate “stuff” any way you please). Give them a home not a car to live in. They don’t need A.S.A.P. programs or Teen Centers, they need parents. Real moms and dads!  Need I go on or are you finally catching on.

Or what’s left of it.

As for the so-called adults among us: You had a brain at birth but through chronic misuse or unuse it’s gotten a bit screwed up. Maybe you’re reading the Times Union pulp fiction too much, or watching your MidHudson Cable ripoff too long. But you really need to make some corrections in your own lives, in the community, and then you can start on the bigger picture. But first you have to relearn how to use what gray matter might still be left after exposure to the fiction you have been fed by the media, by your leaders, by yourselves.

And the Times Union and the other media can start with themselves or suffer the consequences. The local elected officials who have been screwing you for years have to go. What we need is an ethical print and electronic media system that publishes true facts and less mistake, error and fear. The media and the government is misusing you and misinforming you, controlling you by making you suspicious of others and keeping you anxious and fearful. You actually have control if you’d only take it.

You need to get involved, though. You have to stop leaving it to someone else. That’s not how it works. Or you can stay stuck where you are. It’s your choice.

Coeymanazi Building Inspector Conrad: Good fences make good neighbors! More Laws Better…

Local News Is Fast Becoming Scarce  If Not Ultra-Commonplace. A Sure Sign that The Times Useless and Its Step-cousin, the Ravena News Herald are Scandal-Starved.

Judging from the front page of the Ravena News Herald and from the items–they’re not stories, actually, nor are they professional journalism, by the way–the local-bulletin-board-wannabe-newspaper is fast becoming advertisements in disguise  while continuing as a local propaganda rag. (Example: “Free” kempo karate demos at library for children; parents will pay after the kids get a taste. Can’t a library just be a library anymore?) Just look at the latest edition of the Ravena News Herald to see what we mean.

In a front-page piece on the “Scouts”  meeting in the Roman Catholic Church of St Patrick in Ravena, we read that

“…dozens of community members gathered at St. Patrick’s Church in Ravena to witness the Cub and Boy Scouts of Troop 1067 reaffirm their commitment to reverence, “to be reverent toward God, faithful in his [Ed. note: God’s?] religious duties and to respect the beliefs of others” in accordance with the law of the Scout put forth by the Boy Scouts of America.”

That bit of scurrilous reporting which, if you read the news outside of Ravena-Coeymans, is the epitome of misinformation and hypocrisy, given the BSA’s refusal to stop being a pillar of discrimination, exclusion and hate, where even the federal government has long ago legislated against such practices. I think it’s the part about to “respect the beliefs of others,” that got my attention. But more on that some other time.

But the most glaring first-page gaffe is the caption under the large photo on the first page. (Can you find it?) More about this later on.

This was followed by a rather lengthy “prayer” read by Brian Searles, BSA troop master, which runs more than 144 words and takes up 2/3 of the first page text. That “prayer” runs along the lines of the Prayer of St Francis of Assisi that starts, “Lord, make me an instrument of your peace…”

“Dear Lord, bless all those everywhere who contribute to shape the hearts, minds and bodies of young people. Let us remember what they have taught and apply it daily.”

I have some serious questions as to the “what they have been taught,” and if the scout leader is referring to the explicit policy of discrimination and hate espoused, defended, and ipso facto “taught” by the Boy Scouts of America espouse with regard to certain groups. Searles continues:

“When facing deceit and dishonesty, let us be trustworthy. If we see hypocrisy and faithlessness, let us be loyal. Where disregard for others and where materialism prevails, let us be helpful. In an atmosphere of ill manner, let us be courteous. Where some measure manliness in brutality and crudeness, let us be kind. Though law-breaking and rule-scoffing are common, let us be obedient. While others grumble and grouch, let us be cheerful. In an environment blighted by waste and extravagance, let us be thrifty. When confronted with danger and temptation, let us be brave. As we see filth and pollution everywhere, let us be clean. While witnessing impiety and irreligion, let us remember to be reverent. In short, in a world that has for generation after generation lamented the lack of good examples, let us Scouts stand out, grow up and be real adults.”

Clumsy as Mr Searles plagiarized prayer might be, his complaints are quite clear–we all know what he’s talking about, don’t we?

Actually, had Mr Searles simply read the Prayer of St Francis, maybe someone in the group would have more completely appreciated the intended prayerfulness of the moment and would have actually attempted to live the admonitions promoted by the holy example of the saint, and centuries later distilled shortly before the First World War into the now popular and familiar verses. It’s rather ironic, too, that these lofty confessions of what our society and community have come to represent: “deceit and dishonesty,” hypocrisy and faithlessness,” “disregard for others,” “materialism,” “ill manner” ( must admit, I’m at a loss to really understand what that is supposed to mean), “manliness in brutality and crudeness,” “law-breaking and rule-scoffing,” where our neighbors “grumble and grouch,” and in a culture that confronts us daily with “danger and temptation,” where we find “filth and pollution everywhere,” and in our very churches we witness “impiety and irreligion” (irreligion is an interesting word meaning hostility towards religion. I don’t think that’s the problem though.), “lack of good examples.” In a word, doesn’t this sound like the routine in this community, in the local schools, in the entire Smalbany  region? The entire country–with few exceptions? And let’s ask ourselves how long the Scouts have been in the RCS district? And where do they go and what do they do if they graduate from our schools, move on from the scouts?

We also read in that same issue of the Ravena News Herald that–like Ravena-Coeymans–there’s no news in New Baltimore. We say this because on page 4 (it’s interesting to note that in the News Herald, page 2 reports on “Around the Town” news from Albany, Vorheesville, Rotterdam (?!?), under the heading “New Baltimore,” we read that the ailing, lonely, only church left in New Baltimore is hosting a food and fellowship luncheon. We then turn to page 9 of that same issue and read an exact duplicate of the article. Nice editing. But my point is this: Has New Baltimore descended, deteriorated to such an extent that there’s nothing better to report than to repeat an announcement of a church luncheon?!?

So we finally come to the stuff of our title, “Coeymanazi Building Inspector Conrad: Good fences make good neighbors?” How does that fit in with the Ravena News Herald and its misshapen and moronic reporting? Read on…

In a misinformative and pitifully distorted version of both American literature and reality, idiot reporter Bryan Rowzee, in the front-age item, “Coeymans. Keeping Coeymans on the map,” Rowzee starts off his item with a quote from Robert Frost’s memorable poem, Mending Wall. But in true News Herald Fashion, Rowzee misinterprets and so falsifies to his readers the meaning of the poem, and does so by taking one familiar line out of the context of the whole poem, similar to what’s done business as usual in the RCS community.

For starters, the poem is a lament of fences, how walls and fences are something that are unnatural:

Something there is that doesn’t love a wall,
That sends the frozen-ground-swell under it,
And spills the upper boulders in the sun;
And makes gaps even two can pass abreast.

And throughout the poem Frost questions the necessity for fences and even characterizes the neighbor who builds the fence (in the poem a stone wall) as being

…like an old-stone savage armed.
He moves in darkness…

In fact, Mr Rowzee, Frost’s poem has nothing good to say about walls or fences; in fact, the entire poem is a statement against walls and fences! Mr, Frost, describes his neighbor likening him to a menacing caveman as he puts a rock into the wall, and repeats, “Good fences makes good neighbors.” So, either Mr Rowzee is trying to be cute and is using the Frost quote in total ignorance of what the poem actually says or, Mr Rowzee is being sneaky and using the quote to ridicule Larry Conrad in the article. Difficult to say unless you read the item in the News Herald, and until you reach the paragraph

“Conrad said the town loves growth and wants growth but needs growth that follows the laws created to help the whole community. He said he hopes that this business and others will benefit from clearer zoning maps and believes this may lessen misunderstandings and strained relationships between community members and town officials.”

Mr Conrad has a motley history of contradictions and obstruction; he’s not much different from any other small-minded, small-town, power-drunk petty official. Of course, Mr Conrad loves walls and fences, they’re unnatural and intended to isolate and obstruct. He’s been building unethical walls in the Coeymans community  for years and has gotten very good at it.

Moreover, there’s nothing small-minded, small-town, power-drunk petty officials like more than passing laws that make them appear more powerful and make their jobs more secure, while at the same time make everyone else’s lives more complicated, and unpleasant, increase the already insufferable red tape and corruption in the area, and offer more opportunities for the small-minded, small-town, power-drunk petty official to do “favors” for special people.

Yes, Mr Larry Conrad, Coeymans Building Inspector, does come to us with a long history and a mighty load of dirty laundry in his baggage. The are some very unsavory legends about the connections between Larry Conrad and Bobo-cop Gerald “Jerry Dirty-Hands” Deluca, the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (Deluca claims to be a consultant with the DEC. Consulting on what?), and a tract of land on Route 9w, a certain family of lawyers in Ravena (did I say “Biscone“?  Oops!), and an alleged shady deal made to bamboozle an elderly couple out of their property for a song. Greed was the motivation, of course. And the lawyer (did I say “Biscone” again?  Oops!), made it all seem legal. But when the deal collapsed and the property was sold to a local family for a fair price, the retaliation began! And who was at the center of the “legal” harassment and retaliation? Why do you need to ask? Mr Larry Conrad.

Like so many in the Ravena-Coeymans élite, George Dardiani (violates the Code of Judicial Ethics), Ravena mayor John Bruno (plays loosey-goosey with public money), Cathy Deluca (runs a close second to her double-talking husband and has a teflon surface with her supporters), Michael Biscone, (is he village attorney or does he just bill the village? Whatever he is, he’s great at covering some apparent real conflicts of interest. We’ll FOIL his invoices for services and the payment vouchers from the village very soon!) and the list could go on and on,  Conrad talks out of both sides of his face, but as a made Coeymanazi, he’s loyal to the godfathers and to his protectors.

So you can really understand, given Conrad’s associations, history, cronies, and the mob he hangs out with, we take a very close look at statements like “the town … wants growth but needs growth that follows the laws created to help the whole community. He said he hopes that this business and others will benefit from clearer zoning maps and believes this may lessen misunderstandings and strained relationships between community members and town officials.”

Conrad apparently believes that more laws controlling what residents and neighbors do and “help the community,” and that more laws “will lessen misunderstandings and strained relationships between community members and town officials.” Which side of his mouth is this coming from, I ask?

Mr Conrad, the only way that misunderstandings and strained relationships between community members and village/town officials can be lessened is not by creating more laws but by streamlining the administration. This may very well entail eliminating the village of Ravena and consolidating it with the hamlet of Coeymans under one single administration, an administration that will first of all put an end to the corruption and coercion that has hallmarked the Ravena-Coeymans system of oppression for decades! It will involve elimination of the money pit and den of thugs we popularly call the Coeymans Police Department and purging the crooks and dumbos calling themselves law enforcement! Replacing the Coeymans Police Department with a professionally trained corps of law enforcement like the Albany County Sheriff’s team would be the wisest move ever for this community.

Before you create new laws or bring in new systems, Mr Conrad, there’s a hell of a lot of healing that has to be done to “lessen misunderstandings and strained relationships between community members and town officials.” 

The Ravena-Coeymans community has been hemorrhaging small businesses while being poisoned by the large corporations and oppressed by the special-interests in and around Albany that are feeding and fostering the small-minded, small-town, power-drunk petty officials who all believe they have their positions for life and can hand them over to their designated heirs.  And the Conrad-Biscone-Deluca-Bruno-Persico cliques have all but silenced the democratic process in the town of Coeymans. Clean out village and town hall completely and maybe the fresher air in the town of Coeymans will attract business-health conscious entrepreneurs. To date all that the village of Ravena and the town of Coeymans have attracted are corpse flies feeding on the dead and dying local economy. What businesses are left standing after the Conrad Crew and the Coeymanazis have finished are disillutioned, angry, and suspicious of anything that comes out of the village and town halls!

Larry Conrad hasn’t a clue what he’s talking about! Before you create new laws or bring in new systems, Mr Conrad, there’s a hell of a lot of healing that has to be done to “lessen misunderstandings and strained relationships between community members and town officials.” The TRUST and CONFIDENCE in local government has to be re-established after decades of a local corrupt machine of self-interests and special interests have made this entire community into a community of paranoid recluses! Thank the  Brunos, the Biscones, the Delucas, the Warners, the Darlingtons, the Teresis, the Neris, the Rotellos, the Persicos, and Yes! the Conrads of the area, and their Coeymanazi minions.

Rather than Building Fences or Proselytizing that “Good Fences Make Good Neighbors” or that Laws Lessen Misunderstanding and Heal Strained Relationships, the News Herald and the Scouts Should be Proactively Tearing Down Fences and Building Community in spite of the Hypocrites, Whether Religious, Social, or Political Hypocrites!

So back to page 1 of the Ravena News Herald. We can start by not asking God to do what we ourselves are very capable of doing ourselves if we simply follow the ethical principles taught by the Gospels and especially the Beatitudes (Sermon on the Mount). If you’ve forgotten what they are, find a Bible and read them again, if you ever have read them. The entire law condenses down to, “Love God totally and love your neighbor as you love yourself!”

Careful How You “Pray”!

Misusing prayer to make a political appeal to empty hearts is a sacrilege and involving God in that conspiracy is blasphemy! In the precincts of a Roman Catholic sacred space used for secular purposes, the prayer should either not have been done or the real experts in screwing up prayer should have been invited to invoke the petition to the divine: either the pastor of the Roman Catholic Church of St Patrick or the bishop’s minion, the deacon at St Patrick’s. At least the screwed up prayer would have been screwed up professionally. But to have such a “prayer” come from the lips of a representative of an organization that conspicuously and publicly discriminates and offends the dignity of members of the community is an affront to fair play and justice.

But certainly, the merit that can be taken from the so-called prayer is the enumeration of the darkness that the speaker finds in the community, society, and the world. But just publicly displaying awareness of those evils, evils that are right outside our doors, is not enough. Solutions are needed but no solutions are offered. That doesn’t work for me at all.

The newspapers at one time played an important educational role–they now churn out chum, crap!

The public media have lost all sense of dignity and continue to fail in their obligations to the people of our communities. Where the public media, the newspapers, played an important role of sharing good information while playing fair, and demanding quality in the information they send out to the public–yes, the newspapers at one time played an important educational role–they now churn out chum, crap! The conspicuous cover photo accompanying the article, “Scouts reaffirm their faith in God in annual service,” regrettably demonstrates this point. In the caption we read: “Weblos of Pack 1067 illustrate the deadline sin of gluttony in a skit at the Scouts Own Service on Sunday.” What is a “deadline sin”? Doesn’t the editor know gluttony (actually intemperance in moral theological terms)  is a “deadly sin“? Shame on you!

Poor editing, poor attention to detail, poor reporting: No news in New Baltimore. Church luncheon announced instead and in two places. Shame on you News Herald and New Baltimore!

But giving Rowzee the benefit of doubt, maybe he was doing both tongue-in-cheek.

And again, the glaring ignorance of Mr Bryan Rowzee and his pitiful misrepresentation of a renowned American poet laureate’s poem, Mending Wall, reveals the deplorable level of teaching the humanities, even important American literature. Rowzee’s gaffe reveals two things at least: the carelessness and indifference of the print media in terms of accuracy and reliability of facts, even well-established facts, and the failure of our education system in teaching our American literary heritage to such an abominable degree that an allegedly “qualified” journalist (a term used very loosely, indeed, in this discussion), one whose prose is made public as if it were credible, doesn’t have an inkling of understanding of what he’s writing about. If Mr Rowzee knew anything of what he was writing about he would have used the line from the Robert Frost poem correctly, and Rowzee would certainly have known better than to have printed the Conrad quote. But giving Rowzee the benefit of doubt, maybe he was doing both tongue-in-cheek. We can only guess!

Andrew Cuomo and His DINOs (Democrats In Name Only; there’s not an iota of democracy in them) is a political whore and worse still, he’s turned prostitute: He’s selling principle for politics!

Here’s how:

It looks like Andy Cuomo can’t wait to become President (Yes! That’s Cuomo’s latest crazy wet dream.)  before trashing the United States Constitution, Cuomo rushes the SAFE law through the rubber-stampers in the New York State Legislature, trashing the 2nd Amendment and the right to own firearms, using the imagery of dead children, not logic, to bypass any public input. IMPEACH CUOMO and give the DUMBASS RUBBER-STAMP LEGISLATORS the BOOT!

Of course the dimwit liberals and the pablum-puking bleeding hearts are going to say, “Great! Who needs guns anyway?” Of course, the police and law enforcement are just creaming their jeans at the thought of citizens without defense! But the real point is this: non-criminals obey the law and acquire guns and ammunition lawfully. It’s the criminals who will get all the guns and ammunition they need by whatever means necessary–and it’s the criminals who kill people! If the police and other law enforcement were doing their jobs they would be catching the criminals and seizing the illegal firearms. But no, that’s not in the plan, instead they’re out on the streets harassing and coercing generally law-abiding citizens and dragging them into court on…traffic violations and for smoking weed or some old-fashioned domestic ruckus. Just read the police blotters.

Forget the so-called War on Drugs–it was and continues to be a smoke screen– (they know where the crack houses are and where the dealers are but use them as bait for the dumbasses who drive thru the areas. After all, it’s the dumbasses who get stopped, it’s the dumbasses who have the cars to impound, the assets to seize, and it’s the dumbasses who will hire the defense lawyers at their own expense (the drug dealers don’t usually have cars, run like hell and get away, don’t have assets, and get public defenders!)).

Cuomo’s got a fish story for you…and I have a bridge to sell you.

And talking about traffic tickets, our darling NYS governor has yet another citizen-hating scheme to cover the state’s crazy spending:

Cuomo now is telling the Judicial Branch, the Courts, how to decide in traffic cases. In other words, Andrew Cuomo, the Executive Branch, has already commandeered the wussies in our State Legislature to dump the 2nd Amendment rights of New York citizens, and now is violating another well-established–or so we were taught to believe–concept of American freedom: the Separation of Powers! The Executive branch (governor, attorney general, district attorneys, police and other law enforcement), was to be separate from the Legislative and Judicial branches. This ensured the necessary “checks and balances.” But now, Cuomo is instructing judges not to plea bargain traffic violations such as speeding tickets, and wants to impose mandatory fines and force judges to collect money for the state. Of course, his office denies that this will cost local government anything because they will be free to impose surcharges, in addition. This is a direct violation of the doctrine of separation of powers and the principle of “checks and balances.” It’s a total smokescreen and is designed to squeeze even more money out of citizens for a totally bankrupt and corrupt government in Albany. IMPEACH CUOMO and the career politicians before they start drawing their outrageous pensions!

New York State’s Robbing You Of Your Rights!

We have previously published an interesting article on town and village courts and how ignorant the justices are and how primitive the justice (I shudder to use that term when referring to these kangaroo courts) meted out. I don’t know about you but I am offended by the government’s jumping over dollars to pick up pennies, and digging further into my pockets to offset shoddy management!

But the disgusting hypocrisy and immoral deceit doesn’t stop there, Cuomo has plans for the most despicable practices in the state: abortion!

But First Let’s Do A Little Quiz…

Putting the murder of children in some perspective, let’s look at some real statistics and leave the politics and the emotional flooding out of the picture, just for a moment. Consider these numbers:

Ceaselessly in the news and on the politicians’ lips: 20 children killed in Newtown, CT (and 6 adults). But is that in perspective?

The Alan Guttmacher Institute (a special affiliate to Planned Parenthood), which actively collects the abortion data directly from providers. All numbers reported are voluntary; there are no laws requiring abortionists to report to any national agency the numbers of abortions they perform. 2009-2011 are estimates of 1,212,400 annually.

In the United States in 2011 more than 1,200,000 (that’s one million two hundred thousand) abortions were reported.

Americans’ views concerning abortion:

• 79% do not support the current abortion-on-demand policy, saying abortion should be legal only in some circumstances (68%), or illegal in all circumstances (11%). (Marist Poll, December 2011)
• 78% believe that women who have abortions commonly experience moderately severe to very severe negative emotional reactions to abortion. ( Medical Science Monitor, 2003)
• 95% of women want to be informed of all risks of a medical procedure; 69% want to be informed of all alternatives. ( Journal of Medical Ethics, July 2006)
• 64% of women who experienced one or more abortions “felt pressured by others” to have the abortion. (Medical Science Monitor, Oct. 2004)

So you ask yourself, Why do women have abortions?

• 74% say having a baby would interfere with work, school, or other responsibilities.
• 73% say they cannot afford to have a child.
• 48% say they do not want to be a single parent, or have relationship problems with husband or partner.
• Less than 2% say they became pregnant as a result of rape or incest.

Those are some mightily compelling reasons to kill a child, wouldn’t you agree?

And I’d like to repeat: Those are the reported, official figures. The Chicago Tribune did a study and found some very scary facts: 

“A great many abortions go unreported. In a recent report, a state system for monitoring abortions in Illinois reports that as many as 17,000 of the procedures may go unreported each year, according to the Chicago Tribune. The Chicago Tribune newspaper has released the details of a new investigative report revealing the number of abortions in the state has been massively underreported. Those numbers include six women who have died from botched abortions and 4,000 who were injured.”

“State abortion records full of gaps. Thousands of procedures not reported to health department. ”

(Source: June 16, 2011 by Megan Twohey, Chicago Tribune. The Tribune found: “State regulators have documented between 7,000 and 17,000 fewer abortions a year than a national research group found in Illinois.”)

The dismal statistics for New York, not New York state, New York City read like science fiction:

“2009 statistics for abortions in New York City found that “87,273 abortions in that year, meaning that 41 percent of all pregnancies that didn’t end in miscarriage were ended by abortions,” Lipsky explains. “In some ZIP codes and among African-Americans, the abortion rate reaches a ghastly 60 percent.

[In that same report: “For every 1,000 African-American babies born in the city that year, 1,448 were aborted. To the publication of these numbers the mayor [Michael Bloomberg] stood mute.” Does this sound like ethnic cleansing to you?]

Now, let’s look at some statistics about guns and gun deaths:

Motor vehicle traffic deaths

All firearm deaths

Compare to 1,200,000+ reported abortions in the US in 2011!

So, my point is this: Looking at what the Gutterman Institute study found as the reasons women have abortion and the official abortion figures for 2011, and comparing those figures (for example, 1,200,000+ abortions in 2011) with the firearm homicide figures for the same period (11,078 homicides) and the figures for motor vehicle deaths (33,687) and all firearm deaths (31,672), simple reasoning would say that if we proactively ban or want to control firearms because of the deaths they cause, we should be just as willing to ban or increase control over motor vehicles! After all, motor vehicle deaths in 2011 exceeded all deaths caused by firearms (self-inflicted, murder, accidents). And what is the next step? Background checks for new car purchases? Registration of gas purchases?

And, when you compare all deaths by injury in the US in 2011 (180,811) with the number of reported deaths by intentional abortion (killing the child)  in that same period (1,200,000+ children), you really have to ask yourselves: “What is the big stink about 20 children being killed in Newtown, CT, and is it really fair to misuse that event politically to unlawfully deprive citizens of a constitutionally granted right?”

I am not a callous animal and I’m not trying to minimize the moral wrong or emotional effects of the Newtown, CT, tragedy. I empathize with those parents and the community just as much as I do with Iraqi, Afganistani, Egyptian, Mexican victims of insanity and crime. But the absolute and statistical  numbers speak louder than I could ever attempt to do!

And so, we make a full circle back to deprivation of real rights and the interference of mindless criminal politicians to misuse events for their own agendas.

The reality is this: We have crazies on the streets because we threw them all out of the asylums a couple of decades ago. We have crazies on the streets because we send immature young men off to fight illicit oil wars and then abandon them when they come home nutz and with PTSD. We have crazies on the street because we elect them and put them in powerful positions and not in padded cells!

Your Rights Crying Out for Liberty!

It’s the crazies in government who are trying to tell us thinking, rational citizens that it’s not the inability of law enforcement to find and seize illegal firearms in the hands of gangs and criminals, nor the inability of law enforcement to stop the trafficking of ammunition for those illegal firearms, nor the inability of law enforcement to stop the influx of illegal weapons into this country…what they’re telling us is that those citizens who would obey the law anyway and are doing so right now, it’s those citizens who will be subjected to more intense scrutiny and tougher regulation! Go figure!

In fact, official government statistics collected by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and published in the weekly Mortality and MobidityWeekly Report (August 6, 2010 / 59(30);957) actually show a decline in firearm deaths in the period of 1979-2007!

The figure above shows death rates for the three leading causes of injury death in the United States during 1979-2007. In 2007, the three leading causes of injury deaths in the United States were motor vehicle traffic, poisoning, and firearms. The age-adjusted death rate for poisoning more than doubled from 1979 to 2007, in contrast to the age-adjusted death rates for motor vehicle traffic and firearms, which decreased during this period. From 2006 to 2007, the age-adjusted poisoning death rate increased 6%, whereas the motor vehicle traffic death rate decreased 4%, and the firearms death rate did not change.

But all the political rhetoric and misinformation, and the misuse of a tragedy to push through more controls over citizens is totally unjustifiable given the scientific information and the government’s own numbers! If you want to increase control over firearms the government will logically have to do the same for automobiles, since they kill more people every year than firearms!

It’s also those crazies in government who are now telling our judges, as useless as most of them are, how to judge cases, how to interpret the law! Why? Because Mr Andrew Cuomo thinks that they are not sending enough fine-money to Albany and keeping too much for the local municipalities. So Cuomo is going to turn around and legislate how the judges decide your next traffic ticket and deprive you of your opportunity for justice, the common plea bargain. Do you like it so far?

So we’re all appalled by the deaths caused in single incidents by single assailants killing multiple people. Are we just as appalled by the deaths by automobile or poisonings? Don’t they get any attention? OK. Every year we kill more than 1,200,000 children but do it legally. It’s done by medical doctors who make a quick buck by murdering babies. What’s even worse is that this Democrat government wants you to continue paying for this mass murder and that satan Andrew Cuomo and that devil Obama want to make it even easier to kill even full-term infants!  But Cuomo isn’t anyone’s fool, he planned to pander the women’s vote by packaging the abortion rights measure in a women’s rights package that included proposals to assure equal pay, workplace rights, and bills combating abuse against women. At this point, Cuomo has tied all the measures together, requiring the Legislature to approve all or none of the proposals.

Far from advocating any lunatic politician in Albany, I would like to share a statement by Senate Republican leader Dean Skelos says the proposal is just wrong. Skelos, who runs the majority with six independent Democrats, calls Cuomo’s proposal an extreme measure from the radical left.  Skelos also says the change isn’t needed in New York, where abortion is legal, paid for by Medicaid, and requires no parental notification. I repeat: in New York abortion is legal, it is paid for by Medicaid, and requires no parental consent. Hell, the government takes care of it all for you!

But let me leave you with one very serious thought: The longer you stay silent, the longer you let the crazies in Albany and Washington, or even the crazies in the village or town hall, play with your rights, the more blood of innocents will be on your hands.

I’m not writing this blog to malign anyone or to defend anyone. I’m writing this blog because I’m so disgusted with what people like the Coeymanazis, the Unionazis, the corporations, and our crooks in government are doing to solidly good citizens. And I’m totally disgusted that those same solidly good citizens are letting themselves be victimized and submit to the abuse, misuse and lies. I’m further disgusted by the fact that when another solidly good citizen stands up and screams, “I’ve had enough of this shite!” that scoundrels like the Millers, Delucas, Biscones, Brunos,  Darlingtons, Dolans, Ross’, Luckacovics, Coeymanazis, Unionazis, RCnaziS, and others come out and slander and libel him, and willfully misinform the public! In other words:

Well, Unionazi Matt “the Mutt” Miller has found some other bigots to join him and Selkirk resident Tavia Rauch, and some cowardly unidentified Cow-eymanazi, calling itself A.B.,  to join in Miller’s campaign of libel and retaliation against the RCS school board!

We see at least three obvious  reasons for his cowardly campaign:

1. Revenge for having been given the boot as energy manager and losing his $18,000 dollars a year extra plus travel expenses paid by YOU taxpayers in addition to his $80,000 plus teacher salary. Greed is alive and well in RCS!
2. A desperate attempt by recruiting all the Coeymanazis and local lunatic RCnaziS to oust a duely elected board member so that the teachers clique and the teachers union, New York State United Teachers, can have a majority on the board and control your tax dollars and the school budget.
3. An ego trip to get brownie points with his union and to keep stirring dissent and scandal in the RCS community. That’s the kind of person your darling teacher and union rep Matt Miller is! If things are peaceful, Matt’s right there to stir things up and keep your blood pressure up there!
4. Actually, but he hasn’t caught on yet, stupid mutt that he is, he’s giving the district more rope to hang him…no one’s happy with him, he’s turned into a lone wolf, and the district will be very happy when he goes…one way or another but simply that he goes!

So, Matthew J. Miller a.k.a Matt “the Mutt”, official Unionazi of the RCS school district, has mad an ass of himself twice with his failed petition with Selkirk resident Tavia Rauch, which has sputtered out, and his complaint filed with the New York State Education Commissioner, Dr John B. King, Jr.

So the Brit tells us to throw the Jew down the well and our local Twit wants us to throw his “Jew” down the well!

Has Mr Miller a different set of standards that apply to himself and his friends and another that apply to people not in Mr Miller’s clique? For example, where was Matthew J. Miller when:

• the polling and voting irregularities were happening?
• the athletics coaches were abusing the athletes?
• the bus drivers were refusing to transport students home?
• all the bullying was happening (Oops! We know one of the answers to this one, don’t we? Matt Miller was inciting the bullying naming children of board of education members who opposed the school budget!)
• students were being attacked by other students in the high school?
• parents complain about teachers and athletics coaches’ misconduct? (We know the answer to this one, too! Matt Miller, as NYSUT teachers union rep, must protect the interests of the teachers and other members of his union, not students or students parents!)
• multiple instances of overpayment in the tens of thousands of dollars to RCS CSD employees were discovered by auditors, in addition to other discrepancies? Did Miller step up to make a statement about that? (No, of course not! He actually was a double-dipper until the board of education canned him!)
• And where was Miller when the wrestling team had to forfeit a match because of the foul mouthed comments of the coach?

Yup! We have some real classy role models in the RCS schools and Miller’s right on top of keeping the worst of the worst, including himself, sitting pretty.

Is being a so-called “sovereign citizen” worse than

• Matt Miller, when he declares himself to be an atheist in the presence of students?
• Matt Miller, when he incites students to abuse other students?
• Matt Miller, when he abuses his position and violates sound ethical principles that apply to polling places and voting?
• Matt Miller, when he unethically collects untold thousands of taxpayer dollars, in addition to his teacher salary, during the same time he’s supposed to be teaching? (That’s called double-dipping! The rest is triple-dipping (see next bullet)!)
• Matt Miller, when he accepts a full teachers salary while doing only part-time teaching, and taxpayers are paying for his time to do NYSUT union work?

Is the fact that a citizen-resident is appealing and aggrieving your tax assesments in the courts, exercising a right we all have (or should have), and doing something we can (or should be able to) do under the Constition. Is that worse than:

• What’s going on in the village of Ravena and the scandalous abuse of public interests in the matter of the Ravena Fitness Center?
• What’s going on in the village of Ravena and the scandalous abuse of the public good in the matter of the RCS Community Library relocation?
  

  The Terror Triad

• What’s been going on in the town of Coeymans police department and the Coeymanazis’ abuse of residents’civil rights?
• What’s going on in the village and town courts with the unethical conduct of the village and town justices, constantly under investigation for ethics violations?
• What’s going on with the Biscone and Teresi law practices in the village of Ravena and the town of Coeymans? Conflicts of interest and billings as private attorneys doubling as village and town attorneys?
• The favoritism and nepotism that has been going on for decades in the village of Ravena village government?
• The bizarre financial mismanagement in the village of Ravena and the glaring silence that followed the audit scandals, when mayor John T. Bruno’s response was, “I didn’t know that!“? Good Lord! John T Bruno has been on the Ravena village board since 1976 and has been mayor for the past 20 years! And he “doesn’t know” what’s going on in village finances? Has he been braindead or in a coma for the past 20-30 years?!?
• The fact that Sabic, a Saudi Arabian corporation is deeply entrenched in the RCS district and is on the RCS school board! Sabic! SABIC (Saudi Arabian Basic Industries Corporation) (Arabic: الشركة السعودية للصناعات الأساسية ، سابك‎ ) is a manufacturing company, active in chemicals and intermediates, industrial polymers, fertilizers and metals. It is the largest public company in Saudi Arabia and the Saudi government still owns 70% of its shares. SABIC is the largest company in the Middle East. By the way, Saudi Arabia is Osama bin Laden’s country of origin and where his family still lives! But where money is concerned people seem to go blind unless it’s a “sovereign citizen”! (Editor’s Note, this fact is not important to Matt Miller or to NYSUT because James Latter is married to teacher Amanda Latter; in order for Miller to go after you, apparently  you have to be a non-teacher, a kid, or black!)
• The fact that another RCS CSD board of education member, James Latter is a financial analyst at SABIC? That’s what I meant when I said Sabic is on the RCS board of education! Does that mean James Latter has terrorist connections, too, Mr Miller?
• What about when one of Matt Millers co-Coeymanazis Donna Leput-Hommel made the statement on Facebook that residents should punish businesses with their checkbooks if they don’t support the Yes! vote in the last school budget elections. So, with the economic situation the way it is in this country, with the district hemorrhaging jobs, residents, and businesses, Matt Miller’s gang and the Coeymanazis want to punish the businesses that are left! Nice agenda! (P.s. Anybody punishing Sabic? Or is it just the American small businesses and residents that Donna Leput-Hommel and the Coeymanazis want to “punish”? ) And you’re worried sick about some self-declared “sovereign citizen” who’s fighting his tax bill?!? Asshats!
  

  The Real Terrorists
  at our board of education meetings

Matt Miller’s petition to the NYSED commissioner includes a large  number of Internet pages in which we get to read the word “terrorist.” Matt Miller is trying, albeit unsuccessfully, to use unverified, lunatic, propaganda sources to support his petition. This is nothing new, though. Miller and the Albany Times Union have been calling a peaceful, quite, unassuming citizen a “terrorist,” since day one.  (By the way, according to a National Safety Council report you are 8x more likely to be killed by a policeman than by a terrorist attack!)

The bulk of the petition recites tax claims and tax codes. Tell us, Matt Miller, since when have you started working for the IRS, the Department of Taxation and Finance, or the local tax collector? Have you earned a CPA no one yet knows about. Fact is, you, Matt Miller,  have absolutely no standing whatsoever to argue tax questions or issues in your complaint. None, Mr Miller. You’re totally out of order! Not that that is news to anyone. But you seem to insist on pointing out your stupidity and ignorance to the world. Why is that, Mr Miller? (Search “Adult Children of Dysfunctional Families” for the answer.)

The term “terrorism” has become highly emotionally  charged.  Government and government agencies take advantage of that fact when they want to manipulate public opinion; so do Matt Miller and NYSUT! Furthermore, its indiscriminate and careless use misinforms the public and creates an unnecessary state of anxiety, rouses suspicion and incites hate mongers. That’s exactly what Matt Miller, Unionazi, and his mob want to do when they play up the fictional association between “sovereign citizen” and “terrorist”! Totally misleading, totally misinforming, and totally w-r-o-n-g!

By definition, a terrorist is not peaceful, does not act on his own behalf, does not support the community in which he lives. A terrorist incites and attempts to change entire groups and countries to political change and revolution. A terrorist incites his followers and others to violence to bring about change and to spread his ideologies. A terrorist uses any means possible to manipulate public opinion in favor of his group or movement.

Don’t these methods sound an awful lot like the methods being used by Matt Miller and the Coeymanazis? Well, most common definitions of terrorism refer only to:

•  violent acts or inciting violent acts
• acts that are intended to create anxiety or fear (“terror”)
• acts that are perpetrated for a religious, political or, ideological goal
• acts that deliberately target or disregard the physical or psychological sense of  safety or security, well-being of  civilians.

Sounds an awful lot like what Matt Miller and the Coeymanazis are doing. But it doesn’t sound much like what Mr Rodney Krzykowski is doing. So, given the above points, who are the terrorists?

In November 2004, a United Nations Secretary General report described terrorism as any act “intended to cause … serious … harm to civilians … with the purpose of intimidating a population or compelling a government or … an organization to do or abstain from doing any act.” The serious harm does not have to be physical injury or death; it can be psychological or economic, it can be intended to cause anxiety or distrust in a community, it can be intended to intimidate citizens or residents, or for wrongful reasons to compel a government or organization to act or not to act.

Moreover, since 1994, the United Nations General Assembly has repeatedly condemned terrorist acts using the following political description of terrorism (paraphrased):  “Malicious acts intended or calculated to provoke a state of fear and anxiety in the general public, a group of persons, or particular ersons for political purpose are under any circumstances unjustifiable, no matter what the considerations of a political, philosophical, ideological, racial, ethnic, religious or any other nature that may be invoked to justify them.”

Terrorist or terrorism as a word can be summed up in the saying, “One man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter.” Imagine, Martin Luther King or Malcolm X, Mahatma Ghandi, Jesus Christ could all be called terrorists by Matt Miller’s definition.

Matt Miller doesn’t seem to have much use for the democratic process, especially the process of democratic voting by residents. His latest shenanigans and attempts to deprive voters of their rights by attempting to libel a sitting board member out of office is not the only time Miller thought the majority of local voters were dumbasses and didn’t know what they were doing. Miller and his RCnaziS and Coeymanazi friends seem to think that if it isn’t their way or their mob’s way, it’s the wrong way. (Editor’s Note: We’ve already written about Matt Miller’s comments on FaceBook criticizing the democratic voting process when the candidates he and his NYSUT teachers union lost the board of elections in 2011!)

And wasn’t it Matt Miller who was quoted by the Times Union, “Matthew Miller, president of the RCS Teachers Association, said the hiring of McCartney would bring ridicule to the district.” The only thing that brings ridicule to this district is asshat teachers like Matt Miller. In fact, hiring Dr Alan R. McCartney looks like the best thing to have happened to this RCS school district in decades! Really, how many of you readers would now agree with Miller’s statement?

And wasn’t it Matt Miller who was involved in the retaliatory, racist, and scandalous conspiracy to harrass and remove principal Hakim Jones, an African American, and to get the job for Miller’s wife, Karen Miller? Only after Jones filed a complaint and grievance was that plan foiled! Nice role model, Miller. I wonder, how does a racist, atheist, union rep stack up against a so-called “sovereign citizen” who minds his own business and volunteers his time to improve the school district?

We’ve demanded the petition that Matt Miller sent to Dr John B. King, Jr., New York State Commissioner of Education. The petition was filed by Miller and an unidentified party, A.B., and the New York State United Teachers union, the union that Miller represents in the RCS district. The fizzled out idiots’ petition signed by a handful of local loonies and a number of people outside the district, including multiple signatures, and even a dog signed it, is yet another example of the kind of crap this moron Matt Miller is cramming down peoples’ throats.

The Miller petition to Dr King is 107 pages long and consists of 83 numbered statements or allegations. It’s Miller’s idea but was drawn up by the NYSUT teachers union lawyers. Now, do you think the NYSUT teachers union is pursuing this for YOUR benefit? If you do, I have a bridge I’d like to sell you!

The petition is totally nonsense! And, guess what: Miller and his co-conspirators includes about 92 pages of “exhibits,” mostly printouts of tax receipts and a number of Internet downloads that are obviously included to convince some half-wit that there’s a terrorist loose and serving on the RCS school board! All the Miller complaint to Dr King says is: “I agreed with my tax bill and I paid my taxes. Mr K. didn’t agree with his tax bill and so went to court.” The name-calling in the petitions and the rest of the lunatic documents are simply distractions from the fact that there is no case or legal basis for Miller wasting time and money on all of this. Miller is being paid by this district to teach and he’s just being a union nuisance. Is this why you’re paying him more almost $90,000 a year? Is this why he’s given a reduced teaching load at the RCS high school? He’s the terrorist by definition and we’re paying him! What does that make us?????

Yes, I read the whole thing, I’m sorry to say. All I can say is this: Lady Liberty, after tossing her cookies, is still weeping bitterly. Lady Liberty is weeping because people like Miller and his Coeymanazis, and the NYSUT teachers union, have thrown the United States Constitution on a garbage pile and have set it aflame! Miller and his Coeymanazis and the NYSUT teachers union are misusing and abusing the grievance and complaint process for wrongful purposes, for purposes for which it was not intended. What’s worse is the fact that we have a person, Matt Miller, who is playing both sides of the fence from a trusted position, and has consistently abused that trust. That, people, is common knowledge in this district. We also have a union doing the same thing. Unions were once the champions of the working class; now they’re self-centered, lobbying, power brokers with multi-million dollar budgets, who trample the working class! And NYSUT is one of the worst because it represents the interests of a group that considers itself to be superior, to be an elite class; to hell with working parents and the underclasses, in other words. Yes, Lady Liberty is crying her eyes out right now, watching her children suffer abuse and lies at the hands of the elite!

From where I’m watching, dear readers, it’s not the so-called “sovereign citizen” who is the terrorist in this community, in this school district, its Matt Miller, his Coeymanazi supporters, and the NYSUT teachers union! That bunch of terrorists have to GO! not the “sovereign citizen!”
