Has Plenty of Ethical Problems of His Own

What the Albany Times Union (a.k.a. Albany Times Useless) and the local rags don’t tell you…and the RCnaziS (Coeymanazis) don’t want you to know:

Yes! It’s our hypocritical Albany District Attorney, reliable cog in the wheels of the eternal political corruption of the Albany Democrat machine so deeply imbedded in Albany politics, who is persecuting the RCS board of education president, John M. Vadney, on a cooked-up charge of harassment. On January 8, 2013, our Albany DA P.[udenda] David Soares’ special prosecutor–Yes! You read correctly, a Special Prosecutor, Paul Webb, appeared in Bethlehem court to AGAIN postpone resolution of the trumped up frame-up of the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk school board president, Mr John Vadney. Can you imagine the stupidity of pursuing this fraudulent, politically motivated persecution at taxpayers’ expense!

We’ve seen and read the illiterate so-called Witness Deposition sworn to by Joseph Tracey, under the inept supervision of Coeymans police bobos Thomson and Crosier (see below), and it’s beyond comprehension that any judge with even a half a brain wouldn’t have looked at it and thrown it and Tracey, together with the idiot Coeyman’s cops who took it, Crosier and Thompson out the nearest window! (Yes! that’s Kerry Thompson,  who is married to Coeymans police chief Darlington’s sister, the same corrupt Coeymanazi who refused to take a local businesswoman’s complaint that that same Joseph Tracey harassed her and threatened her family!). The deposition is a mass of confused statements and contradictions. Moreover, it was taken by the Coeymans police the day after Tracey had been arrested by the Bethlehem Police and released. It’s obviously a halfwit’s attempt at getting back at Mr Vadney. Lest we forget, Joe Tracey, Josephine O’Connor’s ‘til then estranged father, who is a very good friend of Gerald “Dirty-Hands Deluca of Coeymans police department and Coeymanazi fame, claims to have been called a “homosexual” (I can hardly believe that that word would be in Joe Tracey’s vocabulary!) and that he was insulted. Poor pussy cat!

Now that’s fact.  Joe Tracey says he asked Mr Vadney to call him about some statement made 10 days earlier to Josephine O’Connor. All of a sudden, 10 days later, Tracey needs to talk to Mr Vadney about something said to Tracey’s adult daughter, married, wannabe teacher, at the time a member of the RCS board of education. We’d like to remind you that Josephine O’Connor’s statement is not supported by any witnesses and, in fact, several people present at the time say the incident never happened. In his deposition, Tracey actually admits in so many words he was not there but he’s got to talk to Mr Vadney about the incident. Well, Tracey does talk; in fact he talks his way to jail on a charge of aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor.

So, Tracey gets out. Mr Vadney gets an order of protection to keep Tracey, who threatened Mr Vadney and his family, away. Next day, the Coeymans police show up at Mr Vadney’s home, cuff him, and cart him down to Coeymans. The charge: You guessed it, aggravated harassment.

But Mr Vadney’s due process rights are violated multiple times. He isn’t read his rights at the time of arrest, he isn’t arraigned after his arrest, in fact he doesn’t even know Why? he’s been arrested!

In fact, the Coeymans police had to make several attempts at writing up the Appearance Ticket issued to Mr Vadney. Get this: The Coeymans police, Thompson and Crosier, had to generate no less than five, FIVE, appearance tickets, each one correcting the one before. Yes, they couldn’t even get the appearance ticket right without having to redo it five, FIVE different times!!!!

Both town of Coeymans judges didn’t want to touch the case and they recused themselves! Local BoBo judges were scared shiteless to touch the case! So Bethlehem town court had to take the case. And that’s where it’s stuck for the past almost 7 months. Does anyone smell the nasty retaliation rat here?

I Have Gotta A Deal You Can’ta Refuse!

Our buck is on the bet that the local Mafiosi and Coeymanazis, all Democrat tools, in RCS are behind the persecution and retaliation to coerce a resignation–they’ve been trying forever to oust the non-teachers from the RCS board of education. You see, once they get enough non-teachers to resign from the board, the teachers clique and the teachers union, Matt Miller and NYSUT, will have free reign on the budget and programs. And you all know damned well where that’s going. This persecution thing has been going on forever: first they tried like hell to get Rodney Krzykowski to leave by calling him a terrorist, a scofflaw, a tax-evader. Of course, none of that was true. Then they went after Jeff Lukens, even allegedly using his son in retaliation, but Lukens stood firm. Then back in May 2012, right after the preliminary results of the 2012-13 school budget vote–those same results are under investigation by the New York State Education Department because of allegations of irregularities and even fraud by the supporters of the more than $42 million school budget supported by the teachers and the teachers union, NYSUT, and a group of Coeymanazi-brainwashed residents–they set the board of education up with a performance by sociopath Josephine (Tracey) O’Connor, who did the “He called me fat” performance at the RCS High School in front of voters. (She’s not exactly “petite,” let’s say.) But numerous voters and officials present and with Mr Vadney claim nothing of the sort happened!Then, Josephine O’Connor’s father, Joseph “Joe” Tracey, a man with a very colorful past involving, let’s just say “self-medication”, appears at a local business owned by a relative of the board president and then creates a threatening scene, intimidating the board president’s sister and threatening the board president’s family.

A Special Request: Help a Neighbor!

Some of our community friends, neighbors and residents do not have computers or access to the Internet. If you know anyone in that situation be a friend and a good citizen and bring them a copy of these letters and the addresses. Ask them to support this important effort to keep our school tax dollars in our schools and not in teachers union rep’s pockets.

Another concern, and we have provided a model letter that we ask you to send to the New York State Commissioner Education, Dr John B. King, Jr., concerns Matt Miller’s attempt to override the democratic process in this community.

He’s trying to steal your rights, too!

That letter demands that Dr King stay out of our local affairs. Matt “the Mutt” Miller recently sent a communication to Dr King asking Dr King to remove sitting board member Rodney Krzykowski from his position on the board, the position this community elected Mr Krzykowski to fill. Matt Miller was really out of line when he pushes you, the voters, aside to get his points with the teachers union. That is a slap in the face of the democratic process in this community and is stepping all over your rights as voters. Matt Miller is way out of line on this one. Let Dr King know how you feel and send the attached letter. Don’t let Matt Miller void your vote!

We’ve also heard that Matt Miller is involved with a local Selkirk lunatic, Tavia Rauch, and an “unnamed resident” (now who could that be?), and they’ve launched — Now Don’t Laugh! — an online petition and hope to get “100 signatures” in support of removing board member Rodney Krzykowski. Of course, the Times Useless, was all over this one — Isn’t it odd that right after we publish our articles about Miller or NYSUT that the Times Useless almost immediately comes out with an article bashing RCS or someone on the board of education? And with the recent scandal that the Times Union Blogs had to admit that commenters on their blogs were using fake names to publish multiple comments to make the impression that they were different people certainly makes this “online petition” really trustworthy. Right? Are they incredibly stupid, or what?  

Matt Miller’s Search for Support.

 Actually, Miller and Rauch, and the so-called “unnamed resident” might be able to get the 100 signatures they’re looking for. All they have to do is talk to Coeymans town board member Tom Dolan, you know, they guy who runs Choices…the same guy who caught all the flack for filling out absentee ballots for his customers (was it before or after he got them their social service benefits?).  Sure, Tom Dolan can get you all the signatures you need, just ask…If Tom Dolan can’t get enough at Choices, he’s liaison to the Coeymanazis in the Coeymans Police Department, he could get Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca a.k.a. BoBo Cop or Dumbo Cop Gregory Darlington, or PsychoCop Ryan Johnson, or Kerry “the ToolCop” Thompson to beat some signatures out of some poor bastids they corner. Sure, there’s always a way when you’re Matt Miller.

The Times Useless is really starting to look like a NYSUT teachers union newsletter! Can’t the Times Useless find its own material to write about–the Times Union “editors” seem to have been picking up on our reports and responding to them almost within hours! Thanks, Times Union, but we’d appreciate a byline!

Our next letter will be a community-wide letter to Dr Alan McCartney and to Dr John B. King, Jr., to protest that Matthew “Matt the Mutt” J. Miller has gone too far in this community and to demand that Miller either resign or that he be terminated. He’s killing this community with his union bullshit!

More than 3 Decades of Corruption! Throw Them Out!

Maybe You Like the Way the Duplicated and Frequently Contradicting Operations of the Ravena and Coeymans Local Government Wastes Your Tax Dollars. Some of Us Don’t.

And Maybe You Like Being Told in So Many Words You Don’t Count When Your Local Elected Officials (that is, the little Royal Court that Calls Itself the Ravena Village Council) Do as They Damned Please Without Asking Your Opinion…

You Thinking What I’m Thinking?

And What’s Up With the Town Supervisor and Village Mayor and your Village Council and Town Board Officials, Aren’t They At All Interested in What’s Going on In the RCS School District? I’ve yet to see them attend a BoE meeting or make a statement at the public meetings. Shouldn’t there be some sort of collaboration or cooperation between the school district and the local government, after all, the children attend the school do live in their administrative territories. Or are the local politicos too busy conspiring, stealing, and duplicating efforts at your expense? (Coeymans Town Supervisor did send a “proclamation” a couple of months ago, but didn’t appear to present it; instead  superintentent Smith read it to the meeting.)

You’ll never vote them out, they’ve got more relatives to vote them in than New York City has cockroaches and bedbugs combined! (Or, you could put your own people on the ballot and campaign for them…)

My Advice is: Throw Them Out! There are laws and procedures to help you do that:

N.Y. PBO. LAW § 36 : NY Code – Section 36: Removal of town, village, improvement district or fire district officer by court
Any town, village, improvement district or fire district officer,…, may be removed from office by the supreme court for any misconduct, maladministration, malfeasance or malversation in office. An application for such removal may be made by any citizen resident of such town, village, improvement district or fire district or by the district attorney of the county in which such town, village or district is located, and shall be made to the appellate division of the supreme court held within the judicial department embracing such town, village, improvement district or fire district. Such application shall be made upon notice to such officer of not less than eight days, and a copy of the charges upon which the application will be made must be served with such notice.

N.Y. NYC. LAW § 9 : NY Code – Section 9: Removal of mayor
The mayor may be removed from office by the governor upon charges and after service upon him of a copy of the charges and an opportunity to be heard in his defense. Pending the preparation and disposition of charges, the governor may suspend the mayor for a period not exceeding thirty days.

N.Y. VIL. LAW § 4-412 : NY Code – Section 4-412:

The board of trustees
3(12) An officer or person who assumes to create a liability or appropriate money or property of the village without authority of law, or assents thereto, is personally liable for such debt, or to the village for such money or property. Each member of a village board present at a meeting thereof when such unlawful action is taken is deemed to have assented thereto, unless he expressly dissents and requests such dissent to be entered upon the minutes of the meeting. If any person shall have heretofore appropriated or shall hereafter appropriate money or property of the village, contrary to law, and the facts in relation thereto are known to the board of trustees, and, after this section as amended takes effect, such board fail for thirty days to bring an action against such person to recover such money or property, each member of the board having such knowledge shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and liable to removal from office unless within such period of thirty days he shall file with the village clerk a written request, signed by him, requesting the bringing of, such action or shall cause to be entered upon the minutes of a meeting of the board a motion made by him for the bringing of such action, or his vote in favor of such a motion.
