The whacko counterfeit money handler Charles “Chuck” Stahlman is on the streets and has too much time on his psycho hands. He’s so annoyed the New York State Police that they had to serve a bogus complaint on a local businessman who told Chucky (no not the horror doll, the real local horror star) to get off his property. Stahlman claims that he was harassed and demanded that the State Police take his complaint – Stahlman threatened that he would go to the NY State Police Commandant if they didn’t — so the courageous, brave, public servants got cold feet and served the business man with the bogus complaint. And Hapless Ham-hand Hal Warner allowed it. Now, people, shouldn’t we expect a higher standard of conduct from our courts? And why do our law enforcement professionals have to be the henchmen for a psychopath? It’s a slap in the face to make our troopers take such abuse from pschos, especially given the New Scotland State Police Station’s past experiences with Charles “Chucky” Stahlman, Stahlman’s wife, and his “fragile” (that’s how Chuck Stahlman describes his son, “fragile“) son, Zachary Stahlman. Given the Stahlmans’ past history with the local business and Chuck Stahlman’s record, law enforcement should have some discretionary authority, that is, the ability to tell scoundrels like Stahlman to take a walk.

Question: How can you harass someone who voluntarily trespasses on your own property, by telling him to leave? How can you harass someone who knows he shouldn’t be on the property but trespasses and then taunts the owner? Who’s doing the harassment, anyway? This is very, very strange.

In Brief: Neither the New York State Troopers nor the Village of Ravena Court know where they are at any given time. First of all, the NYS Trooper filling out the Information (the document showing the details of the complaint) didn’t know where he was. Trooper David Cross thought he was in the Village of Ravena when he was in the Town of Coeymans. The location of the incident was in the Town of Coeymans, outside the jurisdiction of the Village of Ravena. The document prepared by the Trooper is worthless! Even worse, the summons was issued by acting Ravena Village Justice Charles Brooks. Wouldn’t you expect a sitting village justice to know what’s in his jurisdiction and what’s not? Well not in Ravena! Then we have good ol’ Hapless Hal Warner, a resident of Ravena and a village justice for almost 10 years and he doesn’t even know where the village starts and where it ends!!! His wife, Nancy Warner, has been a village council member for at least 10 years. We won’t even mention the Albany County DA David Soares‘ mealy-mouthed gopher assistant, Rat-boy Stephen T. Lydon, who was “ready for trial” but in the wrong jurisdiction. Local justice in action. You can’t make this stuff up! You have to wonder from whose pubic mound these local lice were plucked!

Back to superpsycho Stahlman. Stahlman comes into the picture when sonny boy Zachary Stahlman leased some premises from the business for a flea market,  an off-shoot of Chuck Stahlman’s so-called “antique” (= used junk) business, Fat Cat Antiques (Fat Cat Transport). The younger Stahlman subsequently broke the lease and lied his way through the small claims hearing when he demanded his security deposit to be refunded. Crackpot New Baltimore Town Justice Lee Davis, a loser and one-termer, who couldn’t read his way out of wet toilet paper, let alone a commercial lease, awarded Stahlman the security deposit. Stahlman later retained loser-lawyer, Brendan Baynes, to represent him to collect unlawful interest on the security deposit, and Baynes, idiot that he is, filed papers telling Greene County Judge and former D.A., Terry Wilhelm, that he made a mistake and didn’t know the law. Wilhelm wasted no time in putting Baynes in his place and telling Stahlman to take a walk, and denied the petition. Stahlman’s greed and little brain fart must have cost Stahlman a bundle and really pissed him off. Baynes, of course, got his fees.

[Editor’s Note: There is some unconfirmed information that Stahlman was allegedly involved in a firearm incident involving someone he had a dispute with. The details are still unconfirmed and vague but there is a disturbing similarity of the alleged incident with that of a recent driveby shooting involving a local business who also  had dealings with Stahlman.]

The law requires that all parties to a legal action be served with any papers relating to the action. The Landlord and local businessman, in compliance with the law, served Stahlman with the papers objecting to Stahlman’s demand for interest. Stahlman and cow wifely Stahlman promptly rushed to the New Scotland State Police station and demanded that the business man be arrested for harassment, that is, complying with the law and ensuring that Stahlman was aware of what was going on.

The Station Commander correctly informed Stahlman that there was no harassment and that the law required that he be served. The Station Commander even printed out the law so Stahlman could see for himself. Stahlman still raised an uproar and had to leave the station.

Several weeks ago, during an auction on the former landlord’s property and place of business, the landlord couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw “someone who looked like Charles “Chuck” Stahlman carrying goods on the property.” The businessman couldn’t believe that Stahlman would set foot on the property and was amazed when Stahlman greets him by name. The landlord asks the auctioneer if the guy is Stahlman and the auctioneer confirms. It appears that Stahlman approached the auctioneer and asked if he needed any help moving merchandise and the auctioneer, not knowing who he was, accepted the offer. When the businessman asked the auctioneer if he hired Stahlman or even knew him, the auctioneer denied both and allegedly replied, “He offered to carry stuff.”

The businessman ordered Stahlman off the property. Stahlman promptly went to the State Police and demanded that a complaint for harassment be taken and served on the businessman. For some crazy reason, the responding trooper took the complaint and served the businessman after being threatened with retaliation to the NYSP Commandant.

[Editor’s Note: If the NY State Police had any sense at all, they’d be charging Chucky Stahlman with filing a false instrument, lying to a law enforcement officer, harassment, and perjury!!! It seems to us that it’s Stahlman who’s doing the harassing, not the businessman. What do you think?]

What’s even crazier is that the responding trooper — even if he didn’t know he wasn’t in the Village of Ravena — apparently knew of Stahlman, knew of Stahlman’s history, and knew the businessman. What’s going on?

It gets even more bizarre. You see, the alleged incident happened in the Town of Coeymans, but the trooper filled out the summons with an appearance in Ravena Village Court. Isn’t there a jurisdiction problem here? Why wouldn’t a state trooper know to put in the correct jurisdiction?

Back in about 2010 Warner Dismissed Dolan’s Speeding Ticket on Jurisdictional Grounds

Back in about 2010 (we’re verifying the date), Hal Warner dismissed a speeding ticket for buddy Tom Dolan. The ticket was issued in the Town of Coeymans but the appearance venue was Ravena Village Court. Warner dismissed Dolan’s speeding on juridictional grounds (the violation was in the jurisdiction of the Town of Coeymans, not the Village of Ravena. Ravena had no business hearing the case.) In another instance where leadfoot Dolan got another speeding ticked, then village attorney Greg Teresi advised that it be reduced to a parking ticket to avoid having to dismiss on jurisdictional grounds; it apparently was getting to risky. It appears even back then Warner was aware he couldn’t hear a case from Coeymans jurisdiction; he’s a village justice with jurisdiction only for the territory of Ravena. Well, it so happens that the businessman is allegedly family to one of Hal Warner’s arch-critics, the notorious Blogger! (We say allegedly because no one really knows who the Blogger is, do they Hal?) The Blogger’s no admirer of Ravena wannabe mayorette Nancy Warner, a sitting Ravena trustee (council member), and Hapless Hal’s wife. Is there a picture of corruption taking shape here? How about potential retaliation? Or is it just me?

Is that correct, Hapless Hal? Furthermore, you Gay Goose, you don’t even know your own jurisdiction! Don’t you know where your village boundaries are?

Hapless Hal:        Uh! No, your venerability. Yer right. I didn’t recuse myself and I did hear the case. I though he was related to that nasty Blogger, and I couldn’t get my hands on the Blogger so I settled for him. Any village or town justice would have done the same thing, wouldn’t he, yer holiness?

Judge:   Hapless Hal Warner, you’re an idiot! We’ll do the Ravena Village Court thing and just find you guilty as charged. You should have recused yourself and stayed out of judicial hot water. Hang up your robes, you Dirty Dunce!

Hapless Hal:        But Coeymans Court would have done the same thing. They hate the Blogger, too. Besides, they elect disgraced judges to be Town Supervisor. Phil Crandall liked to do his friends favors. I just wanted to make Nancy happy. She hates the Blogger too, and would do anything – and expects me to do anything – to get at him. I did it for my wifey Nancy, your venereality.

Judge:   Get this foul-smelling sack of roadkill out of my courtroom! He’s a disgrace to the judiciary; he’s a boil on the ass of society! Besides, I think he’s peed himself.

This may be the opportunity to bring old Ham-hand Hal Warner before the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct and force the hapless dunce into resignation and lifetime ban from running for judicial office. Editor’s Addendum: We have been provided with a request to publish the NYSP, New Scotland Station Commander’s response to an inquiry on this case. Here is the response:

When a complainant comes to us with a Violation level (not a Misdemeanor or Felony) complaint, we can’t make an arrest unless it occurred in our presence.  In this case, the Trooper takes the complaint and gives it to the judge (in this case, Ravena).  The judge makes the determination if there is enough there to issue a criminal summons.  There judge did here.  He/She issues a criminal summons to get the other party back to court.  This is a Violation level offense, not a crime.  Regardless of how we feel about the complainant, we have no choice but to proceed like we did.  I hope I explained what we did.  If you have more questions, feel free to contact me.

Local Police Working Together in Investigating Serious Crimes

The Coeymans Police Department has been dragging ass for two years now on various investigations, including some very serious crimes perpetrated in the Town of Coeymans. We have demanded records from the Town of Coeymans Police Department but must admit they have been very uncooperative in terms of working with us. Wonder Why? We were hoping the once Gregory “Dumplin'” Darlington and Gerry “Dirty-Hands” Deluca and his incompetent parasite partner, Cathy Deluca of failed fitness center fame, got the boot, things would change in Coeymans. Well some things did and others only got worse.

Once Dingbat Darlington and Dirty-Hands Deluca were out the door, the most egregious abuses went with them. But even when the ringleaders were booted, their minions were still on the job and old habits die hard. Right Jason Albert? Albert was handed an open and shut case against Cathy Deluca and flubbed it. He was rewarded with a promotion to detetctive. Business as usual in Coeymans. Cases are still being flubbed because the old flubbers are still on the force! That’s why they can’t close a case with an arrest and prosecution.

The other problem is that we’re still stuck with that incompetent racist P. David Soares in the Albany County DA’s office. He’s too busy pandering and politicking to prosecute any cases. If there were arrests in Coeymans we really have to wonder if Soares would have the brains to actually prosecute anything more than a traffic ticket or the guts to prosecute anyone with a Democrap party connection. Not very likely. Soares would much rather cherry pick his cases; he doesn’t want to come out looking like a monkey. Here’s the real test: When asked to spell the word  “ethics”,  Soares failed. He spells it “c-o-r-r-u-p-t”. Typical product of Albany Law School croneyism and Democrap affirmative action practices.

While Darlington and Deluca were violating protected civil rights and protecting their patrons, the McKenna PD is really limp on criminals. We thought P.J. McKenna, when he accepted the job, would clean out the dead wood from the department and start fighting crime. We had hoped that he would reach out to the New York State Police and the Albany County Sheriff’s Department for support in cases where the Coeymans PD didn’t have the expertise or the wherewithal to make an arrest or to encourage prosecution. We were wrong.

We encouraged interdepartmental, interagency cooperation when investigating crimes in our community. Has that happened. The crime has happened but the cooperation hasn’t. The result is that we are all at risk because our elected officials and our public employees, with very few exceptions, are out for themselves and are not committed to the ethical performance of their duties and responsibilities to us, the public to whom they are accountable, whether they know, believe, or like it or not.

Dawn LaMountain, a parasite left over from the Darlington-Deluca mob, doesn’t have a clue about how to comply with demands for production of public access documents under the Public Officer’s Law or Freedom of Information Laws. In fact, she’d rather spend days, even months spinning her wheels and wasting time and resources, something Mr Phillip Crandall says are in short supply, that is, when it doesn’t apply to his cronies and his wild spending on consultants and assistants.

We are looking into the problem that Dawn LaMountain doesn’t know shit from shinola about how to use her computer, and gets defensive when she’s made aware of that fact. She’s also making more and working less than the Coeymans Town Clerk, who has duties and responsibilities that would require a staff of 10, but has to make do with one assistant and a part-timer. Tell you something about the Crandall mob?

Greene County Sheriff Gregory Seeley and his band of chimps under the supervision of Greene County DA Joe Stanzione are in the lineup, too. Seems they couldn’t investigate themselves out of a toilet paper roll if their jobs depended on it. Guess what Greg, Joe…Your jobs do depend on it.

We are going to be looking very closely at the New York State Unified Court System and the antiquated system of unqualified morons elected to be town and village justices.

Any lawyer with a half of a brain can piss down their legs and tell them its ice-water, and they say Yes! It’s ice-water.

Oh, that? It’s just ice-water.

We’re plagued with a bunch of substandard duds elected by their local friends and drinking buddies to administer a bizarre form of “justice” on the Town and Village courts throughout the state. Most of them barely have a highschool education, only a few have a degree, and very few have any training in the law. The basic qualification is a high school diploma, real or equivalent, the support of a local political party, and a handful of morons to elect them. FLASH! You now have a town or village judge who can really do some damage, and they do! Any lawyer with a half of a brain can piss down their legs and tell them its ice-water, and they say Yes! It’s ice-water. For years the state legislature has been trying to eliminate this circus of untrained monkeys but locals still keep the system, despite the long list of failures, abuses, mistakes, Neanderthals holding the office. They may have a courtroom or share a meeting room but in some parts of the state they may hold court in a barn or a garage! We have our own local species of ape-shit and we’re going to expose them for the monkey turds that they are. Stay tuned!

You may be very surprised at what we are going to be publishing about the retards in robes that you elect to administer an ignorant crapola version of justice that makes Judge Judy shite bricks, and has been in line for elimination for decades because of their abuses, lack of qualifications, and downright stupidity.

• Leland E. Miller, Cairo Town Court, The Lawyer’s Justice, ignorant of law and procedure, tends to ask the attorneys for guidance regardless of which side they’re on

Make no mistake about it, these juicebags are real and retarded in the worst way. There are others we could add to this list, unfortunately many others, but we’ll stick with these clowns for now because they each represent a specific kind of ignorance, stupidity and corruption in this idiotic court system called the Town and Village Courts.

 

Given the reputation of these town and village justices, their lack of training and education, the fact that New York State has been trying to legislate them out of business, and the problems and suffering they have caused, it’s incredible that locals still elect these freaks!

We’ll critique and roast each of them individually and let you decide whether to lynch or tar and feather them, or, as some local morons put it, “He’s my friend. I have to vote for him.” Dumbass!

Criminals Thumbing Their Noses to Law Enforcement? Why?

Over the past two years or so we’ve been very fair to local law enforcement, very gentle, and quiet but always watching. We’ve kept our ear to the ground and now it’s time to take off the gloves and ask some burning, critical questions. Why is it that two prime suspects, Zachary C. Stahlman (Glenmont) and Donald J. Howell, both with criminal records, Stahlman once being charged with misdemeanor possession of a firearm, have not gotten some real attention by local law enforcement?  Charles H. Stahlman (Zachary Stahlman’s father) 52, was charged with felony possession of a forged instrument after using forged $20 and $10 bills at an estate sale on Sunday, State Police in New Scotland. You’re in Good Hands with Allstate. Really?

[Editor’s Note: Zachary C. Stahlman recently breached a lease agreement made with a local landlord for premises for a flea market called, Guess what? Fat Cat Antiques L.L.C. Do you think he was going to stock the flea market with merchandise purchased by his father, Charles H. using counterfeit $20 and $10 bills? According to Stahlman’s LinkedIn site, he  is employed by Allstate Insurance Company  (click the link) as a “sales producer”; Now you really know you’re in “good hands with Allstate”. Doesn’t Allstate vet their employees? Don’t they do background checks? ]

It’s not ISIS or alQaeda nor the Russians nor Alexandr Putin we have to worry about, people, it’s the thug next door or the low-life you’re renting to, and law enforcement’s conspicuous inability to enforce the law and to protect our citizens — or worse still, their refusal to do so. Excuses don’t keep our residents, businesses, property safe from criminals.

Something’s — still —  rotten in Coeymans, Albany County, and Greene County. According to information we have received on crimes being committed in the Town of Coeymans and the Town of New Baltimore are being put on the back burner. It seems local criminals are thumbing their noses to local law enforcement and getting away with everything from theft to major vandalism to driveby shootings. So our question is this:

Where is law enforcement and What is local law enforcement doing about all of this criminal activity.

Actually, it’s nothing new and has been going on for some time now.

There are several possibilities: Either law enforcement is asleep on the job and is making no effort to protect local residents and businesses from criminals, or law enforcement is unable to do their jobs. The Coeymans Police Department is small and under–equipped, thanks to Coeymans Town Supervisor Phil Crandall (D) and his harem,  but even so, can ask for assistance from the New York State Police but Coeymans has to request assistance, since the crime scene is in Coeymans’ jurisdiction. What Greene County Sheriff Gregory Seeley (R) and Greene County District Attorney Joseph Stanzione (R) are doing is short of nothing. Seeley has a big mouth when it comes campaign time just before he’s up for election and then he’s real tough on crime. What happens after the elections is anybody’s guess but it does seem he goes a bit flaccid, a bit limp, some erectile dysfunction there, a bit soft on crime. As for Greene County DA Joe Stanzione, he’s been notified about a number of law enforcement failings and seems to have gone deaf or something. Maybe he’s brain dead but he seems to be out to lunch with Seeley when it comes to law enforcement. So what gives, Greene County media? Have you all gone Republican-soft — We thought that was a Dem thing, a Liberal thing…Right Mr Soares? — on crime? What are we financing Greene County law enforcement, the Greene County Sheriff’s Department, to do? Give free rein to the crooks and criminals in Greene County? We want some answers and quick!

It’s totally ridiculous when you think that the suspects can steal NYS dealer plates from a car in the New Baltimore Town Hall parking lot right under the noses of the Greene County Sheriff’s deputies who would be in the courtroom and also have a satellite station in the New Baltimore Town Hall. You can’t make this stuff up! It’s disgusting, really.

As for Albany County, that cesspool has been a den of corruption and crooks since time immemorial. We all know about Albany County DA P. David Soares and his collection of morons — not servants of the people but servants of the system — in the Albany County DA’s office. Take for instance Soares’ reputation as being the worst DA in the country. The most notable thing Soares has done since he’s been in office is to play the Soul Train race ticket to get re–elected, and then Soares the Oreo turns around and screws the black community. And then there’s his little bunch of trollops like Chantelle Cleary and Carmen Warner, daughter of Nancy Warner, Ravena village trustee, and Harold “Hal” Warner, Ravena village justice, who were involved in some indecency on Facebook, had to resign from their positions in Soares’ office. Well, that’s OK since Michael Biscone collected Soares’ garbage and hired Warner. If you don’t recall the incident, see our article The Warners: A Family Tradition of Misconduct

It gets worse when we have to look back to the days of Gerald “Dirty-Hands” Deluca and Gregory “Dumplin'” Darlington when they were running the Coeymans Police Department and Ravena-Coeymans. There’s the story of Scott Lendin, who vandalized several vehicles on the 9W Auto LLC lot, and stole electronic equipment out of one of the vehicles. He had the equipment in his possession when apprehended. Lendin even allegedly announced that he “had friends in the Bethlehem Police Department,” and he obviously had friends in the Coeymans Police Department and the local courts, too. Because when he appeared before then justice Phillip Crandall, who has since been disgraced and removed from the court and banned from ever running for judicial office again — but who then ran for public office as Coeymans Town Supervisor and was elected by Coeymans voters. Well, the Coeymans Police Department either because of their “special relationships” with the local criminal element or as retaliation, dragged their feet in the Lendin investigation until Lendin was released with less than a slap on the hand. No doubt Deluca and Dardiani had colluded to screw up the investigation, and Albany DA Soares was up to his neck in corruption with Deluca and Dardiani. After all, Darlington’s wife was working in Soare’s office as a secretary at the time. Can you imagine the information that got leaked to and from the Coeymans PD from the DA’s office and back? We reported on this and much more back in . If you don’t remember, you can read our article, Exposé: The Lost Felonies, to refresh your memory.

When Deluca and Darlington were “forced” to resign from the Coeymans Police Department, and P.J. McKenna, a veteran police investigator and law enforcement professional, was hired to be Coeymans Police Chief and to reform the Coeymans Police Department, we were skeptical and still demanding that the Coeymans Police Department be eliminated outright. But we gave McKenna a decent chance and left him alone to allow him to do his thing. Was that a miscalculation on our part?

We are now asking ourselves the big question: Has anything changed? Or are the criminals still in control of the Town of Coeymans?

Well, anyone who’s been tracking the Crandall goons in Coeymans Town Hall, knows damned well that the criminals are in control of Town Hall. Anyone who thinks otherwise is probably on Crandall’s staff payroll. No money for the Coeymans Town Clerk or for the Coeymans Police Department but plenty of money for Crandall’s harem, even if they haven’t got a clue how to run a computer. Right, Nita Chmielewski?

But back to local law enforcement… There’s something really fishy going on in our community, and it looks like the criminals are thumbing their noses to law enforcement, telling them to kiss their criminal asses. Since we published our article on the “Lost Felonies” back in March 2013, during the Deluca – Darlington clown show, we had hoped that things might have changed and that with a professional law enforcement veteran in the chief’s office, things would be getting done and done fairly and legally. We’re having our doubts, though.

Deluca and Darlington had no qualms about doing whatever it took to keep their handlers happy and themselves in their jobs. Retaliation was the rule rather than the exception. Police abuse of power and harassment were routine. Obstruction of justice was the S.O.P. All you have to do is go back and search our articles for the horrible state of affairs in Ravena – Coeymans just two years ago. All you have to do is F.O.I.L. the list of complaints filed against the Coeymans Police Department and its officers. It’s in the public record. Our concern is that with Deluca and Darlington the law was ignored and abused — and all that with the complicity and cooperation of the local town and village courts and justices, not to mention the Albany County District Attorney, P. David Soares — , and residents were not protected from the criminals; we have new faces in the Coeymans Police Department, and while the outright public abuse has disappeared from view, little appears to have changed in terms of public safety!

Residents and Businesses are Under Attack!

But there’s still something sinister going on. Crimes are being committed and the investigations are going stale, if the crimes are investigated at all. And Coeymans Town Hall and law enforcement does nothing but point fingers. McKenna cries that Crandall is depriving the Coeymans PD of resources to which the Coeymans PD is entitled; Crandall responds that Coeymans has no money (but he keeps hiring his minions and populating his office with numerous clerks and girly friends). McKenna blubbers that he doesn’t have the staff or the equipment to properly do his job but he doesn’t ask for help from the NYS Police or the Albany County Sheriff. So the criminals party and local businesses and residents are placed at risk. Is this the “serve and protect” and the government services we expect? Drop the egos you dumbasses; residents and businesses are under attack!

There is Hard Evidence and Corroborating Evidence!
But local law enforcement in Coeymans and Greene County have gone erectile dysfunction, soft on crime!

Make your own decisions. Here’s the timeline on several incidents that have occurred to one single business owner living in New Baltimore and owning property and doing business in the Town of Coeymans:

• On March 2013:  Scott Lendin vandalizes several vehicles at 9W Auto LLC, steals electronic equipment from one of the vehicles, is apprehended, “has friends in the Bethlehem PD”, appears before Phil Crandall, and goes Scott [no pun intended]  free. Admittedly, that was during the Deluca – Darlington police – state regime (see below for more on this). But let’s go on….
• On August 2015:  All copper plumbing stolen out of 2530-34  property on Rt  9W, Town of Coeymans – over $7,000 to replace and repair the damage.  Still an open case with Coeymans Police Department. Just a few feet down the road, the insurance broker’s office was burglarized. Is that still open, too?  No update from Coeymans Police Department on this case, except that it’s still “open.”
• On July 16, 2016:  Dealer plate stolen off auto in 9W Auto owner’s driveway. Greene County Sheriffs called for investigation. No update from Greene County Sheriff’s Department.
• On September 12, 2016:  Ford Sedan set on fire on 9W Auto lot in the Town of Coeymans.  Reported to Coeymans Police Department for investigation. No update from Coeymans Police Department. Case still “open.”
• On September 27, 2016: NYS dealer plates stolen while victims car, again the owner of 9W Auto LLC,  is parked at the New Baltimore Town Hall while owners are in court with suspect Stahlman. During the proceedings, Stahlman’s father is thrown out of court for being disorderly, and spends a couple of hours outside; during that time he and has motive and opportunity to remove the dealer plates during the time he is outside the courtroom.  The theft is notified to the Greene County Sheriff’s Department. No update on the investigation. Case still “open.” [Editor’s Note: The Town of New Baltimore has a Greene County Sheriff’s Deparment satellite station in the town hall. It was constructed with prisoner slave labor using prisoners from the Coxsackie Corrections facility.]
• On October 3, 2016: The owners of 9W Auto LLC receive a text from telephone number 207-5523  “To get these back you will need to send $2000 dollars to as bitcoin wallet address. The text gives the victims one week to pay the ransom or threatens that the dealer plates will be sold, stating that “buyers are already lined up if you refuse.” Greene County Sheriffs Department, Gregory Seeley (R), notified and provided with information. No update from Greene County Sheriff’s Department. What in hell is going on here? Any questions, readers? The Greene County Sheriff’s department has a text from a working telephone number, and a message demanding $2,000 for stolen dealer plates, and what doe they do with this information? Your guess is as good as ours but they’re doing obviously NOTHING!!!!
• On October 28, 2016: the owner of All Safe Storage, also the owner of 9W Auto LLC, was sitting in his office when a vehicle drove by and discharged a shotgun blast, perhaps two blasts, into the front door of the office, destroying the door and peppering the front of the building with pellets. The owner was in the office but fortunately was not injured. Yes, we reported on this drive – by shooting in our article Drive-by Shooting Arrives in RCS  Coeymans Police Department, NYS Police, etc. present at the scene. Investigation etc. The case is still “open.” No suspects have been arrested. Do you really feel safe in Coeymans?
• Just a couple of days ago, on Sunday, January 29, 2017, the 9w Auto LLC owner arrives at his lot and  finds tires slashed and flattened on six cars and one truck –  The business owner called 911 for Sheriff assistance. Albany County Sheriffs deputies “busy at airport” and so the Albany County Sheriff’s Department contacted Coeymans Police Department.  A single rookie patrolman appears to investigate this major crime. Chief P.J. McKenna was notified of the criminal activity.  [Editor’s Note: After we left the scene, just a short time after the Coeymans patrolman left, we drove by Mayone’s Plaza and observed two Coeymans PD cars and two Coeymans patrolmen “processing” a motorist. We have to admit, they have their priorities, don’t they?] By the way, we have learned that on January 30, 2017, almost 24 hours after having discovered the vandalism, a Coeymans Police Department detective appears on the scene to investigate.  Several thousands of dollars in damage not to mention the fact that new tires have to be purchased and time and effort expended to replace the destroyed tires. Any guesses, readers, where this one is going?

In fact, we visited the crime scene on Sunday, shortly after the Coeymans patrolman left the scene, and we were shown plenty of evidence, even footprints showing how the perps entered the property and exited it, from the neighboring restaurant parking lot! There was even  — several patches of blood in the snow. Hopefully the rookie patrolman collecting the blood didn’t screw up the evidence!. Obviously the perps cut themselves when vandalizing the cars. Wouldn’t you think that the cops would be checking out the footprints and suspects to see if they had any recent cuts? Maybe. Time will tell but judging by the past performance of our law enforcement pros; we wouldn’t put any money on this bet.

Furthermore, it’s not as if these incidents are occurring hundreds of miles apart! They’re occurring at locations just a couple of minutes away from each other; it appears obvious that the victims are being singled out by a person or persons with an ax to grind. There is obvious motive and plenty of opportunity and several suspects are known. What we don’t understand is that with evidence like that text message and the demand for $2,000 that some law enforcement agency — Coeymans Police, Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple, Greene County Sheriff Gregory Seeley, NYS Police — haven’t apprehended the criminals and why the perps are not in custody!!!! And where is Albany County District Attorny P. David Soares and Greene County District Attorney Joseph Stanzione on these crimes and the failure of their law enforcement people to take some action??? These are questions we can start asking when they’re campaigning for re-election soon.

We’re on the case. We’re investigating.

So, readers, who are the suspects? We don’t think we’re interfering with a police investigation —  if there’s any investigation being done at all — at this late point in time, so we’re happy to share what we have found out:

A couple of very obvious suspects are available, if the Coeymans Police are interested. There’s Zachary C. Stahlman who has a history of run–ins with the victims. Stahlman leased 1635 US RT 9w November 2015 with move in date of January 1, 2016.  Stahlman defaults on the lease in January and returns the keys in February.  Stahlman retaliates by bringing the landlords to small claims in New Baltimore Town Court, before failed and defeated New Baltimore Town Justice Lee Davis (D), and the case is heard by Davis on Sept. 27, 2016 for return of security/last months lease payment.  Davis loses the election and makes an 11^th hour retaliation decision against the landlords. Davis’ decision dated December 31, 2016, more than 90 days later, is received by the landlords on January 6, 2017.  This is the Stahlman whose father is ejected from the courtroom for disorderly conduct. Still wondering where the dealer plates went? The case is being appealed by the landlords for obvious reasons. Former New Baltimore Town Justice Lee Davis (D) has quite a bit of baggage — his own brother turned on him — if you missed the drama, see our article, Double-Standard Davis: Asking New Baltimore for another Term as Town Justice?

Here’s the clincher: Our little friend Zachary C. Stahlman has a bit of a criminal history that goes back to 2010. Here’s what we found: On August 20, 2010 state police charged Zachary C. Stahlman, then 19, of Albany with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon: a firearm, both Class A misdemeanors. Stahlman was issued appearance tickets returnable to Greenville Town Court. Now isn’t that interesting.  (Source: Daily Mail, Greene Police Blotter, Wednesday, August 25, 2010) And again, unlicensed driving: Zachary C. Stahlman, 25, of Albany, was arrested at 11:00 a.m. Oct. 20, 2016, and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation. This Stahman character has a bit of a history, doesn’t he? Wonder if the Coeymans Police or the Greene County Sheriff or anyone else picked up that little tidbits?

Donald “Big Mouth” Howell

And another prime candidate with a big mouth is Donald J. Howell. Howell works for Capital Taxi in Albany. Howell’s wife, Miranda Cote, is allegedly an hourly employee with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance (information obtained from See Through NY). The suspect signed a one – year lease with the victims for property that was to be used as a flea market at 1635 US Rt 9W. Howell stopped paying rent in December 2016, and had no insurance. In October 2016, Howell rented 1362 US Rt 9W from the victims as a residence.  Howell did not pay January rent and was given 30 day notice in December to vacate premises.   Howell was identified by local Stewart’s store staff as having announced that he was going to damage the victims’ property. When the Coeymans PD officer was investigating the crime was offered the names of the witnesses he responded that ‘he didn’t need them.’ A NYS trooper on the scene took the names. Question: What did he do with the names?

Donald J. Howell was arrested by Cobleskill Troopers on May 15, 2014, in Troy unlawful possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and a controlled substance in non-original container (Source: Daily Star, Police Blotter, June 21, 2014). that wasn’t Howell’s first brush with the law. Donald J. Howell, then 19,  and Duncan Clancy, then 16,  were charged on July 1, 2001, with an attempt at a class D felony; criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell; and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, second degree (Source: The Altamont Enterprise, Blotters and Dockets, July 19, 2001). There may be more on this druggie criminal but we’re not law enforcement and we’re not going to do their jobs for them. Did the Coeymans Police and the Greene County Sheriff miss this information, too?

What do the witnesses have to say?
Have you even interviewed them?

We’re just wondering if the Stahlmans and Howells have any relationship with the Greene County Sheriff’s Department or DA Joe Stanzione’s office. Is there a connection with the Coeymans Police Department or the Albany Machine? Do ya think there might be a connection?

Property owners and business operators in the Town of Coeymans and elsewhere are the pillars of the communities; they pay the majority of taxes that go into paying pubic employees, like law enforcement, and the salaries of elected and public officials. Property and business owners pay for our schools and libraries, too. The very schools and libraries and public services that the criminals and low-life like them are benefiting from at the expense of the very property owners and business operators they are victimizing, and the police are failing to protect! You certainly don’t think that the likes of the Stahlmans, Howells and similar trash are carrying their weight in the community, do you? and the What do you think you’ll have when the criminals drive out more business from Coeymans if law enforcement continues to drag its feet in ensuring that Coeymans and our communities are safe for us all? 

So, that’s just one victim, who has been victimized multiple times in recent months. Don’t you wonder why our local news media aren’t reporting these stories? Why is this all hush – hush? What is local law enforcement doing with their time anyway? Well, we do know that they’re not at NYS Thruway Plaza 22 enforcing the stop sign laws. And we do know that they’re not controlling the meanderings of the huge vehicles traveling up and down Rt 144 and moving through Ravena. And we do know that they’re not apprehending suspects or solving any local crimes. That we do know. And what we want now is answers. Lots of answers. And they’d better be forthcoming or we’re going to come down real hard on law enforcement with some real investigative reporting, and some probing questions. And we don’t think it’s going to be pretty.

One final question: When if becomes obvious that the criminals have the upper hand and that law enforcement is incompetent, how do citizens protect themselves and their property? When they drive by shooting, do we shoot back? When they trespass and vandalize our property, do we protect ourselves and our property? Or do we call 911 and get excuses and no answers? If the police can’t enforce the law and keep us safe, what about some good old frontier justice? What do you think?

Editor’s Postscript

It seems that local residents have short memories so we’d like to refresh your memories. Remember just a couple of years ago, the Deluca-Darlington police state persecuted the sitting president of the RCS Board of Education, who was wrongfully and falsely accused of harassing Josephine (Tracy) O’Connor, by allegedly calling her “fat.” The BoE president was arrested and arraigned, although eye witnesses reported that the accusation was totally false. See our article Congratulations!  Do you also remember that Josephine O’Connor’s father, alleged alcoholic and druggie, Joseph “Joe” Tracy accosted a local business woman at her place of business, hurling abuse and profanities, in the presence of eye witnesses, and when the woman attempted to file a complaint with the Coeymans Police Department, then part-time homey, Kerry Thompson, an employee of the Albany County Sheriff’s Department, cuddle toy of Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple, refused to take the complaint! Of course, at the time Thompson was alledgedly “doing” bimbo rookie Dawn Crosier, who was later fired. Have you forgotten the harassment of local kids, the illegal searches and seizures. The false complaint made by Cathy Deluca about harassment in her illegal Ravena Health and Fitness Center and the refusal of the Coeymans Police Department to follow-up even though a tape recording was produced in evidence showing she lied to the police. Coeymans PD Jason Albert was in charge of that investigation ignored the evidence against Deluca — most likely out of fear of “Dirty-Hands” Jerry Deluca’s and Dumplin” Darlington’s bullying — and did nothing (Albert has since been promoted to ‘detective’. Does a cop apprehend another cop’s hippo wife? Well, usually only if he wants to break off a piece of that ass candy. Promotion must be the reward in the Coeymans PD for obstructing justice.)Have we forgotten the regular harassment by certain Coeymans PD employees, the disappearing complaints, the disappearing felonies? The collusion of the Coeymans and Ravena Courts with their friends and insiders in Village Hall and Town Hall? And let’s  not forget the land-grab conspiracies of Laverne “Larry” Conrad — abusing his position as Town of Coeymans Code Enforcement Officer —and Michael Biscone — in his various conflict-of-interest roles as town/village attorney and real estate attorney — and their friends at the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. Conrad, Biscone and others had the Coeymans Police Department snugly and cozily in their hip pockets under the honchoship of Jerry “Dirty-Hands” Deluca and his darling dumplin’  Gregory Darlington. In the meantime, Coeymans, your former dumbass fraud police chief, Gregory A. “Dumplin” Darlington is collecting more than $41,000 a year in pension benefits at your expense. And Jerry “Dirty Hands” Deluca is collecting more than $22, 000 a year in pension benefits for his abuse of Coeymans residents. Deluca and Darlington may have been forced to retire but they’re laughing all the way to the bank! The list could go on but all you have to do is search for a couple of names — you should know them — on this blog.  Are you ready to take action against the criminal takeover of your property and businesses? Our law enforcement leaders have to be made accountable to US! They have to answer at our town and village meetings! This includes our county elected Sheriffs, whom we elected to ensure enforcement of our laws and our public safety. If you agree, leave a comment!

We’ve heard that an investigator employed by the Coeymans Police Department runs a side business installing surveillance cameras. It also appears that that investigator recommends his products and services to crime victims. If this is being done during or in the course of a crime scene investigation, it appears to us to be highly unethical, even a conflict of interest. We’re looking into this too. That sounds like something Josephine Bruno (a Biscone, at Prudential Real Estate) or Michael Biscone (also a Biscone) would do with Larry Conrad in their land-grabbing conspiracies. Josephine was in the Ravena Village Clerk’s office and connected with the Ravena Village hall and got insider information on properties in the area. It’s also no secret how Michael Biscone, a crooked attorney in Ravena, connived and conspired with Larry Conrad, Coeymans Code Enforcement Officer, and others, including contacts in the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, to start problems for local landowners and then to pick up the property real cheap. Let’s hope the story of the Coeymans PD investigator is just a rumor. But our experience and local culture would indicate that it’s very true.

We’ve asked this question time and again: What exactly are they doing in New Baltimore town hall, anyway? They seem to have their own agendas because they’re certainly not doing residents any big favors! They don’t even communicate among themselves and are totally oblivious to the welfare of the community they’re supposed to have been elected or hired to serve.

You see, not only did property tax bills go out on about December 28, 2017, demanding, rather extorting money from property owners to pay for local and county government and our ineffectual school  — the RCS Central School District whose Board of Education can find almost a million dollars to redo the athletic field with dangerous astroturf but teachers complain there’s no money for books! So we now get a bill for property and school taxes, and you have to really wonder what your dollars are paying for. Here’s the answer: INCOMPETENCE!

Now, in the National Historic District, residents are exposed day-in-day-out to a local resident’s barking dog. Robert and Bonnie Krug of bank robber fame, keep a dog that they use to bully the neighborhood with its constant barking from morning to evening, Monday through Friday, with special performances on Saturday and Sunday.

Residents have attempted to approach the Krugs but Mr Krug responds only with threats. Maybe that’s why the Town officers don’t seem to be able to stop the nuissance; they’re afraid of Krug! Has he handed them one of his famous notes, too?

Flyers are now circulating in the Hamlet of New Baltimore asking residents to join together to neutralize the nuissance and to force the Town of New Baltimore to enforce its laws, and to restore peace to the National Historic District, and compel the irresponsible, inconsiderate owners of the animal to control their animal.

Like a school bully, one person can’t really fix the problem. It takes group action. People simply have to get involved. Like a school bully, if the people with authority, the teachers and supervisors, don’t take action, someone else has to step in. We urge New Baltimore residents in the National Historic District to take action both to send a message to the New Baltimore Town Board and to the Krugs that residents deserve a quality of life and the services from elected officials and town employees for which they are paying. It’s particularly important now that the Town is sending out their demands that property owners pay taxes.

We have to ask, For what?

It’s not much to ask for, is it? Then why can’t the New Baltimore Town Board provide it?

After the recent elections we have had to take some time to think about what’s going on in our local communities and how they’ve changed because people have become so uncivil, angry, simplistic in their thinking, and uninterested in their communities. What’s happened as a result of general distrust of government and politicians, the media taking over our minds and wallets, the flood of propaganda we drown in every day, the loss of parents and children, is that those of us who are still in La-La-Land thinking that things can get better if we just wait and do nothing, generally get abused by the vile ghouls around us. The National Historic District (NHD) in the town of New Baltimore, a sleepy hamlet on the Hudson River in New York, is composed of about 25 houses, many of them empty now, a few of them haunted by carpetbagger ghouls. “About 12 or so years ago an Albany pair sold their Albany property and bought a house in the NHD, and thus began the venomization of New Baltimore. Joan and Robert Ross moved into the NHD and proceeded to set themselves up as the newest pseudosophisticates, christening the locals, according to Joan Ross, as Newbaltimorons. If that was bad, it only got worse.

[Editor’s Note: “Joan Ross” is a very, very common name and if you Google it you’ll get numerous obitiuaries for Joan Ross. Pay no attention. She’s not dead. Nor is she the renowned author, Joan Ross. New Baltimore’s Joan Ross is neither gifted nor talented. Bottom line: Joan Ross of New Baltimore, whose apparent only claim to fame is her misconduct, is a rather insignificant bug even on Google.]

Bob and Joan Unmasked

“During the years that followed Joan and “Robbie” Ross got involved in campaigning against the plan to bring municipal water to the hamlet of New Baltimore, a community plagues with water problems for generations. But Joan and Robbie knew better than the Newbaltimorons because they were better than the Newbaltimorons. But some Newbaltimorons were not so smart and took the Ross’s bait. So Joan and Robbie gathered a small group around them and started a vile campaign of ambush, slander, libel, and dysinformation — all under cover of darkness and by e-mails, cowards that they are — aimed at keeping water out of Newbaltimore. Their arguments were based on Joan’s bizarre logic of find it, cut-and-paste it, mail it. Joan and Robbie incited what we fondly call the Water War and their efforts destroyed a generations-old community, turning neighbor against neighbor, even family members against family. That didn’t matter much to Joan and Robbie, since they had no idea of what community or family was, they were too busy making certain that the fabric on their chairs was just right, or that the paint on the kitchen cabinets was just the right hue. You know, the really important issues of concern to pseudosophisticates. There’s example of Joan’s self-invention as a connoisseur (someone knowlegeable) of American architecture — which she’s certainly not — and her indirect reference to the property at 36 Madison Avenue East, Ghouls Gulch. Such phoney-sophisticate arrogance! (See Times Union Photos-Capital Region architecture)

“Not only that, the Rosses and a gaggle of minions filed a lawsuit against the town of New Baltimore and lost pitifully!

“How they got that way is no big mystery. Joan Ross, allegedly having had an abused childhood and a thing about her mother, wanted to be accepted for more than she actually was or is, and loathed her background — thinking that her expressions of “taste” would hide what she really is —, and her “character” (read on to learn more about this); “Robbie” Ross came from employment with New York State and, as happens to so many mid-level state employees, became a stuffed shirt concerned only with how much he could cash in at retirement (he now gets more than $46,000 a year of taxpayer dollars to finance Joan’s mischief). Instead of a carefree, peaceful retirement he got to be put in solitary confinement with Joan, a fate worse than the undead.

“So they did their damage and had everyone at their neighbor’s throats over a vital issue that the Rosses and their ilk thought was unnecessary. The atmosphere in the town and hamlet got so toxic that people just wanted it to go away, no matter what the cost of preparations and studies, or the need, and so it did. New Baltimore hamlet continues to live with regular water crises.

“During the Water Wars, Joan and “Robbie” Ross, bored as they are, not only fractured the community, they were involved in any number of immoral activities far beyond simply creating havoc and mahem; they marked certain neighbors for future harassment and vilification. That’s the story here.

“The Rosses live at the end of a very long driveway, like ghouls in a hidden lair. They’ve posted a “Private Driveway” sign at the end of their doomsday drive to signal that you’re not welcome (not that you’d see many visitors to Ghouls Gulch anyway). They emerge from time to time and spread some poison, only to return later to their lair to plot and plan. “Ghouls Gulch” as it were.

“The Rosses have had numerous visits from the NY State Police and the Greene County Sheriff’s Department for everything ranging from reckless driving to harassment to using their car as a weapon. Joan has fired off emails that could have gotten her arrested were it not for the benevolence of her victims. Joan has left telephone threats that could have gotten her jailed if it were not for the benevolence of her victims (or the fact that they think she’s just plain crazy). In fact, at her deposition in one court case, Joan Ross had to take the Fifth Amendment at her attorney’s insistence in order to avoid possible additional prosecution for her threats.

“Robbie” has been in court for attempting to run down a neighbor with his car and has been in court on charges of aggravated harassment. He was placed on “probation” and had to behave so that the charges would go away A.C.O.D., or face prosecution. That didn’t last long; he still uses his car to make statements that bring the police to his door. (So, if you see a silver jeep careening in zigzags towards you, Take cover! It might be Bob Ross telling you he doesn’t like your face!)

“What Bob Ross is doing even driving these days is a mystery to anyone who sees him zigzagging down the street. Ross has what appears to be a degenerative neurological disorder that causes him to twitch and walk unsteadily; he’s an old geezer, too, must be in his late 70s, so that may be a factor in his bizarre behavior. (It’s characters like Bob Ross and his erratic driving that would support having persons diagnosed with neurological disorders and the like to be tested regularly for fitness to operate a motor vehicle before continuing their driving privileges. Now his problem is public knowledge. Now when something awful happens there won’t be any excuses!)

“Ross tends to drive down New Baltimore streets shooting up his middle finger to residents he doesn’t approve of. In fact, one resident reports that every time Bob Ross drives by, he’s got his middle finger in the window. The neighbor recently had to call New Baltimore postmaster Mr Heath to the window as a witness to Ross’s stupid behavior in the post office, trying to push the resident out of his way. [Apparently Bitter Bob’s judgment is so far gone that he doesn’t realize the resident could break his skeletal ghoul-body in two if he had a mind to!] The resident was taking no chances with Ross and wanted the postmaster as a witness to Ross’ deviant behavior.

“Bob Ross has been dubbed “Bitter Bob” by his neighbors or the “Cryptkeeper” perhaps because of how he and Joan stay in their crypt and emerge from time to time like ghouls to get blood and flesh, and then to return sated to their lair. Or it may be because he has an uncanny resemblance to the “Cryptkeeper” of Tales from the Crypt. Check out the images below.

“While Bob Ross may be dangerous on the streets, Joan Ross is much sneakier and tends to be even more cowardly than old bitter Bob Ross, if that’s possible.

“You see, most of Joan Ross‘ craziness is done by e-mail or Internet; she likes to do things “anonymously.” She’s even gotten a nickname for herself, “Cut-and-Paste” Joan“, from her favorite method of distorting facts by cutting-and-pasting and then e-mailing her vile product to unwary minions.

“Joan Ross apparently knows she’s vile and that she’s got a problem: she actually confessed her problem to a neighbor in an e-mail that’s been around to haunt her ever since. That and recordings of her telephone threats, threats that could have been used to have her arrested for misdemeanor harassment!

“But, thanks to the kindness of their neighbors, the Rosses have had to appear in court only twice for their criminal activities. But they haven’t learned a thing. Since those court appearances they’ve gotten even bolder, more vile, and more sneaky. Here’s one example that’s going to backfire badly on Joan, at least, but only if Bob Ross can convince authorities he knew nothing about Joan’s misuse of the US Postal Service and her unlawful harassment. She apparently thought she was real smart sending out smear packages about a local resident but she wasn’t so smart after all. Even though she tried to cover her trail by mailing the junk from Albany, she left some telltale clues. There’s indisputable evidence that the smear packages were sent by Joan Ross; this time it’s the Feds who will have to investigate. (What old Cut-and-Paste Joan doesn’t seem to get is that the individual she’s trying to smear is well-liked and respected by the very people to whom Ms Ross is stupidly addressing her vile crap; they’re throwing her in, the stupid sow, and passing her ghoul-mail on to the resident unread!)

“These people don’t understand good sense, and rather than risk a confrontation or, worse still, an incident incited by these two characters, I hope that by making their behavior public they’ll be embarrassed enough to start behaving like civilized people. I can only hope.

Editor’s Comment: If, as the writer reports, Mr Ross’ neurological pathology is affecting his movements and walking and his driving ability, and if Mr Ross’ judgment is so impaired that he imprudently attempts to start an incident with someone who could, if Ross pushes hard enough, do some serious damage, could “Bitter Bob’s” judgement be impaired to such an extent, either by his pathology or his relationship with “Cut-and-Paste” Joan, that he could be a risk to himself and others? It would seem to us that when individuals start losing their sense of propriety and social control that they can pose serious risks to themselves and to others, physical and otherwise, unless they are controlled either by medicines or by the authorities. It sounds like Mr Ross is going over the edge. So where is local law enforcement on this issue? Apparently if the Sheriff’s department and the NYS Police have visited the Rosses several times already, the impression made is that they are ignoring law enforcement’s warnings, and begging for an arrest.

But why would a grown man, an old man, do such silly things like flick a neighbor the bird when driving by? Isn’t that just beyond silly? Is he trying to say, “Look at me I’m losing my mind?” Maybe “Bitter Bob” would be better off keeping both hands on the steering wheel. Maybe his driving would improve. Just a suggestion, Bob.

We have also received information that both “Cut-and-Paste” Joan and “Bitter Bob” of “Ghouls Gulch” are vegans — that’s an extreme form of vegetarianism in which no animal products whatsoever are used, including leather and other animal products. There are scientific studies that report that vegans don’t live as long as omnivores. Wouldn’t it be reasonable, too, that vegans lack certain nutrients that may be required for proper brain function? Could the Rosses’ bizarre behavior be traced back to their vegan diet? Makes you wonder, doesn’t it?

Perhaps it’s a question of self-loathing. When you can’t loathe yourself and live, you start to look outside of yourself for things to hate. When you’re empty inside, you start grabbing for things outside of yourself, in a pitiful attempt to fill your emptiness. Isn’t that true? Perhaps the examples of “Cut-and-Paste” Joan and “Bitter Bob” illustrate this theory. Maybe they, like many others, are so unhappy, so self-loathing that they have to look for something outside of themselves to hate. Some people are so far gone they hate everything and everyone. Their hate isolates them and their lonliness grows. It’s a vicious circle!

Maybe they, like so many others, are so empty inside that they try to fill their lives with false selves, things, to make up for their ’emptiness.” After a while it starts to show in their faces, doesn’t it? Whatever the situation, they lead lives that are meaning-less, they live in a spiritual vacuum, devoid of value and truth; they start to wither away like fading spirits at dawn.

We are publishing this report because we know that the recordings and documents exist proving the truth of the above statements.

But if you think the above report is too scary to be true, let us reassure you: We have documents to prove everything we say above is true. We wouldn’t report it if we didn’t know we could support it.

But if you look around your own local neighborhood, your community, you’ll find that our “Rosses” are just stereotypes of the kind of characters you’ll find in your own neighborhood, even in our town halls. Like most sentient organisms, most people try to steer clear of unpleasantness and avoid trouble but that’s just what gives these ghouls the energy they work off of. By not putting them in their place, prosecuting them, we give them permission to be what they are: menaces to our communities.

BARKING DOG NUISSANCE: New Balimore Nat’l Historic District, a known antisocial is allowed to make local residents’ lives miserable by using his dog to punish his neighbors! This happens, of course, when you have public officials in town hall who don’t have the balls to enforce their own laws. That’s when bad things happen. Or you bother the Sheriff’s people or the New York State Police, and waste their time being babysitters for stupid adults. Now is that right?

The basic message of this article, dear readers, is that we all have bad, very bad people in our communities. If we don’t stand up and say, “Enough is enough! You’re outa here!” then we deserve what we get. Naturally, not everyone is going to have the dignity and the courage to stand up publicly and tell the world about these ghouls, who very often do their dirty work behind the scenes, cowards that they are, there are some of us who want to work to make our communities better places to live. Why don’t you stand up and support us?

Recent elections in Coeymans have given the ghouls the upper hand. How that happened is going to take time to prove if it ever is proved but it seems that a lot of voters in Coeymans have chosen the ghouls and given them the green light to suck the community’s remaining life out of it. More disappointment, more propaganda, more suffering, more apathy. Just what we need. Then the Cryptkeeper and Cut-and-Paste have free run of the community taking their evil toll on the rest of us. Who is to blame, we have to ask? Can we blame a rat for being a rat? A snake for being a snake? Of course not! That’s what they are. That’s their nature! But we don’t want to have them in our faces. Do we have to put up with the stereotypes? Of course not! They are stereotypes because we allow them to be stereotypes. (Read our article about stereotypes at Blacks and Wimins Can’t Drive; Black Wimins Can’t Park. ) If we make them accountable, responsible for their unacceptable behavior they become individuals, cases. They become the criminals they are and as such they can be brought to justice. It’s up to the rest of us to take the rudder and ram the ship of fools!

RCS Communities Mourn a Special Son

On July 20, 2015, suddenly, unexpectedly a special son of the RCS community for more than 75 years was summoned home; a colorful, memorable, well-liked, loved and respected member of the RCS community, Rodney A. Krzykowski, died but he left an American legacy and true meaning for those of us who are still able to know the American pioneer spirit when we see it. Rodney will be truly missed by many of us. He should be missed by all of us.

In fact, you can thank Rodney Krzykowski for this Blog! This very blog owes its existence to Rodney Kryzkowski. Think back to 2012, when the crooks, conspirators and special-interest lackies (James Latter, Howard Engel, Alice Whalen, Joe Tracey, Josephine O’Connor, Matt Miller, the RCS Sports Association, and the nefarious Delucas, Cathy and Dirty-Hands Jerry) were ambushing and backstabbing, and lying their way into controlling the RCS school board and the $42,000,000+ budget. This blog was started to defend Rodney and to expose the crooks and conspirators for what they were. That was three years ago and we’re still going strong, thanks to Rodney and the raw deal the crooks were handing him.

Rodney Krzykowski was a man of few words but those words held incredible meaning. He was an honest man, a man who shot from the hip with deadly accuracy, as many of the members of the RCS board of education, like Mr James Latter, Mr Howard “Bray” Engel, Ms Alice Whalen and others too numerous to name, learned very quickly and have the scars to prove it. Rodney was intelligent and did the math before he opened his mouth, unlike the current Latter board, and when he spoke, he made sense; he never learned double-speak.

Rodney embodied a very rare pioneer spirit and didn’t have very much use for government or the crooks government seems to attract and feed. He was brilliant when it came to researching even arcane subjects and doing his homework. Unlike most of our elected officials and public employees, Rodney thrived on intellectual challenges;if it was out there, he’d find it, and when he did Watch out! Town of Coeymans. Most of the local sheeple tended to condemn him on unsubstantiated misinformation spread by the local incest clubs. Surprised? Unlike Rodney, everyone else had something to say about his politics but none of them really knew anything at all about him or his politics. We did, though, and we must admit that he was on to something, not a fanatic or an anarchist, but a true crusader, a man whose principles guided him, and a man who thumbed his nose to ass-kissers and clique-members. When you spoke to Rodney, you had an instinctual perception that the man was special, honest, had a pioneer integrity that is almost extinct these days.

Rodney was a mechanical genius. He loved his cars and he loved racing them. Yes, Rodney raced stock and modified his cars himself, frequently creating machinery to get a job done. If something needed customizing he could conjure up an apparatus to do it. Makes you wonder that he never went the patent route with his creations; the man could have been a millionaire.

Yes, he could have been very comfortable but he preferred to remain simple and work for what he had. If you knew Rodney, you would have to agree with us that you would find it very difficult to find anyone who was a harder worker than he. The man never stopped.

Whether with friends — he was always welcome in many local homes — hanging out in local automotive shops, or at the Medway Café, where you could find hm regularly, he was quiet, minded his own business, but was always available if you wanted to chat. In fact, there was no one still living who knew more about local property histories, businesses, families, and government than Rodney Krzykowski. If you needed to know anything about the property that is now the Port of Coeymans or Don Trickie’s escapades, you’d ask Rodney. He could tell you what was there, what’s still there, who put it there and, if it’s not there anymore, where it went.

Rodney was also an avid history buff and could talk your ear off about the Constitution, the developmental history of taxation, property laws, and the list goes on. He scared the living bejeebers out of local officials, lawyers, judges, because they were ignorant of most of what Rodney had spent years researching. Most local officials rely on an ignorant community and they have their way with the poor bastards; Not with Rodney K! He’d send those dirty dogs packing with their cruddy tails between their legs. We need more Rodneys to keep things kosher in town and village halls.

Rodney owned a tavern and most recently RAK Tire Recovery and the former R.K. Winners Circle. He was not only a businessman and entrepreneur but active in community organizations, too. He was a member of the Ravena Grange and the County Grange and was elected to serve on the RCS board of education. He even raced stock cars at Lebanon Valley for many years.

Rodney was a self-made man, a good man, a generous friend. We are deeply saddened by the way his death was hushed by his family, and how his community was deprived of the opportunity to grieve his death, how Rodney’s friends and admirers were deprived of the opportunity to mourn the loss of a friend and model citizen. We were outraged by the pitifully scant obituary that was tucked away, almost invisible, in a Sunday Times Union. Rodney deserved better, much better. In fact, quite a number of Rodney’s friends and acquaintances were shocked and offended that he was disposed of like a box of old newspapers. A number of those friends and acquaintances even offered to chip in a couple of hundred dollars each to cover a proper viewing and funeral but Rodney’s daughters allegedly wanted to make quick work of it all — the Babcock Funeral Home of Ravena (NY) — a real monopoly in the Ravena area, big prices small productions — , known for its sloppy service, probably didn’t do much to help the general situation.

But the well-hidden, cheapo obituary did announce that Rodney’s memorial service was to be held on

We hope that everyone who knew Rodney will be there to show their support for this fine man, and to show that true American pioneer spirit still has a place in our decrepit culture. Let’s see how Trinity United Methodist will manage to appropriately and fittingly celebrate Rodney’s life; are they up to the task? (See Editor’s Note.)

Editor’s Note: The turnout at Trinity United Methodist Church for Rodney’s memorial service was standing room only. Rev. Meager rushed the actual service a bit and the hymns could have been a bit more energetic but overall the event was a fine tribute. The Grange did a beautiful tribute, and the eulogies spoke only well of Rodney and his contributions to the community. It was a proper tribute to a fine man, and we’d like to thank the community for showing up and doing Rodney proud.

You grew in wisdom, age, and grace and learned through suffering.
May the Lord bless and keep you.
May choirs of angels welcome you and lead you into paradise,
May the martyrs come to welcome you
and take you to the holy city,

They do this in many subtle and sometimes unlawful ways: They hold secret meetings, they quietly (very quietly) invite the public to “public” hearings, they sometimes lie outright. But Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk’s elected officials have found a far better way to do their mischief: They schedule important meetings on the same day at the same time but in different places far from each other to ensure that you can’t make both, even though you have a civic obligation, or a personal interest in attending both. Pretty clever, right?

Well, it’s up to you, citizens, residents to stop that despicable violation of your rights! Tell them to coordinate village of Ravena, town of Coeymans, and RCS Central School District board of education meetings so that you can attend all or any of them, if you’d like. They must be on different days, at least! But do any of you have the balls to bring this to the public meetings and demand fairness? Apparently not.

On Tuesday, October 14, 2014 Both the Ravena Coeymans Selkirk board of education meeting and the Coeymans town board meeting both held at 7:00 p.m. Pretty stupid, right. And YOU were effectively prevented by your elected officials from attending two very important public meetings, or forced to attend one while missing the other. But most of you decided to do something other than exercise your rights…Can you even remember what that was? Probably not.

Why you needed to be there, and why you should have been there but you lost the opportunity to be at both. Why? Because you allowed them to exclude you and you still do nothing about it!

First of all, ALL VETERANS, PARENTS OF VETERANS, SUPPORTERS OF VETERANS, and all members of veterans committees in local government (Did you hear that, New Baltimore? Mr Guthrie and others?) should have attended the RCS board of education meeting on Tuesday October 14, at 7 p.m. at the A.W. Becker elementary school. You didn’t! You should have put Mr Tom DiAcetis, Mr Alan McCartney and the entire board of education on notice that their scandalous conduct concerning the National Guard and our Armed Forces would not be tolerated and they shamed this commuity. You didn’t! You should have demanded the resignation of Tom DiAcetis and Alan McCartney. You didn’t! You should have denounces the RCS board of education for their anti- military bias. Did you? NO! You didn’t! You not only didn’t take any prisoners you threw down your guns and ran! You swallowed their mealy-mouthed, pablum-puking lies and stupid excuses…hook, line and sinker. You let them off the hook this time—AGAIN! They’re accountable but you make them immune. AGAIN! RCS is DISGUSTING!

Mr Chris Gibson, Congressman for the 19th Congressional District, and Mr Paul Tonko, Congressman for the 20th Congressional District represent us in this RCS Central School District. Both needed to be held accountable and both needed to proactively investigate the RCS scandal perps, DiAcetis and McCartney, and both needed to reprimand the RCS board of education for the RCS anti-military scandal that embarrassed this community nationwide! Gibson and Tonko are up for re-election and Gibson, at a recent New Baltimore Republican Club meeting assured residents and voters that he would have his office investigate immediately. The Town of Coeymans town board was meeting at the same time, on Tuesday, October 14, 2014, at 7 p.m., in the Coeymans town hall. Anyone who was not at the RCS board of education meeting should have made every effort to be at the Coeymans town board meeting. You needed to find out about the pending lawsuits challenging the half-baked re-zoning done by the town of Coeymans (started when Tom Dolan, Tom Boehm and Dawn Rogers had the majority on the town board. Did you let them fool you into thinking it was all done by Flach and his new majority, like they’re trying to do! Looks like you did. A New York state court judge found the re-zoning to be illegal but that hasn’t stopped the Coeymanazis from doing what they please and ignoring YOUR VOICES!

“DoDo Cop” Darlington sharing some misinformation.

Former Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington abruptly jumped ship like the rat he is. He abandoned his department, his staff, the town of Coeymans and us! Gregory Darlington shouldn’t have been honored by the town of Coeymans for his dishonorable conduct and his selfish, irresponsible abandonment of his post. Darlington cowardly abandoned his post and his community! If Darlington didn’t have enough respect for this community, who paid for his fat ass, to tell us directly of his plans, this community doesn’t owe him a thing! (While we’re paying him a fat pension check, we think he’s going to be moonlighting in a second job, hired by our impotent race-card flasher Albany County District Attorney Pudenda David Soares. Then DoDo Darlington can sit next to his wife, who is a secretary in Soares’ office. Nice and cozy!) If Darlington could do that to the Coeymans police department, this community had a responsibility to itself and to its children to seriously reassess the situation and seriously consider eliminating the Coeymans police department, and turning over law enforcement to the professionals, the Albany County Sheriff’s department and to the New York State Police. Save Coeymans more than $a million$ in tax money that can be invested in things we really need in this community. You’re paying twice, three times for law enforcement in Coeymans. Let’s see if we can get some leadership and pay only twice. (Let the Albany County Sheriff’s department or the New York State Police rehire the Coeymans police department staff, retrain them, deploy them if they’re really needed.)

But you allowed the ball-less wonders on the Coeymans town board to pay homage to the ineffective, cowardly Darlington and you allowed them to present him with a retirement badge so he can continue flaunting the law, so he can continue to be the scofflaw out of uniform that he was in uniform at your expense. Why didn’t you raise the roof when they did that, Coeymans? Sorry! We overlooked the fact that you’re a town of sheeple. Sorreeee!

Albany County has a highly sophisticated 911 emergency response system in place, and it’s paid for with your tax dollars! Coeymans has a bunch of insiders using antique equipment that has to be updated. Ask the Coeymans town board how much the equipment update is going to cast you?!?  Be smart and tell the Coeymans town board to eliminate the dispatchers and save almost a $half-million dollars$. We’re paying twice for the same service. We’re duplicating services. There are some who want to continue this stupidity and they come out to give their idiotic reasons why. But the voice of reason shouts out for them to shut up and get the facts. Tom Dolan, Tom Boehm, Mary Driscoll and others are blowing misinformation out their butts. Tell the town board of Coeymans to eliminate the dispatchers (Let Albany County re-hire them if they’re really needed.) Weasel Peter Masti is pandering again and talking about getting facts. You’re eating that up to like a bunch of starving dogs. Read the facts on this blog because you’re not going to get them from the Coeymans town board and least of all from that rodent Masti!

Again, we STILL have to address the dangerous situation existing with the Port of Coeymans heavy truck traffic, and we need some real facts and explanations about the Carver Companies bridge and what the town is doing to ensure our safety and the safe movement of traffic into and out of the hamlet of Coeymans on Rt 144. AND we STILL have to get some honest answers from the Coeymans town board. Not the lies and smoke and mirrors response they gave to one resident who asked some burning questions on October 14th. Where were the rest of you complainers? (Don’t tell us you were at the BoE meeting, because you’d be lying!)

We also wanted to know about all the jobs that were promised. We STILL want an answer to that one. Did you ask? How many have been created so far? How many are actually going to be created?

We want to know why our quality of life is all of a sudden declining with the added truck traffic, the dust, the increase in noise pollution in our community as the result of the re-zoning and the increased activity in the Port and the surrounding area. Mr Peter Masti, who is neither a native of the area nor a blue collar worker, has published his desire to keep Coeymans blue collar. Why is that? (Masti and his kind have to go!) But these are questions Ravena-Coeymans residents have to ask. Masti’s a blow hard and goes wherever the wind blows him. He’s a jellyfish! But has anyone confronted him and his vomit publicly? Where were you all on October 14th?

That’s why you had to make every effort to attend the Coeymans town board meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2014, at 7 p.m. in the Coeymans town hall! Our local elected officials don’t seem to be able to make good decisions on their own. They needed your help. You needed to tell them them what you want! You needed to tell them to stop the lies and you needed to get the true facts! You failed us, your community and yourselves!

We suggested you make a couple of phone calls, send a couple of e-mails. You needed to get your family, friends, neighbors activated and organize yourselves so that some of you could have attended one of the meetings and the others attended the other meeting. Did you show your elected officials that you could shake things up and put their feet to the fire, so they do what’s best for US! Did you? We think NOT! There’s still time and opportunity to pick up the pieces. Start now and make your preparations to organize your and your family’s, your neighbors’ and friends’ participation in the upcoming village of Ravena and town of Coeymans board meetings, and the RCS board of education meetings.

McCartney, DiAcetis, RCS Fail at Education

When so – called educators don’t educate and indiscriminately create and enforce knee – jerk policies, and superintendents stupidly announce “Rules are Rules”, that’s not education people, that’s fascism, totalitarianism, extremism. It’s not education it’s automation, creating sheeple out of sensitive and responsive minds. Is that the plan underlying today’s “education”? Is the plan to create either sheeple or criminals? Black or white: “Rules are Rules,” OBEY!

McCartney’s “Rules are rules” mantra simply doesn’t work. Where’s the education in all of this? This sort of model is used to train dogs and monkeys, not adolescent human beings. The overriding policy is: Ban it, Don’t explain it.

With the deterioration of American family systems, the marginalization of religion and churches, the national and local lies and propaganda, the criminal corruption and hypocrisy we have not only in our courts, legislatures and town halls but in many of the homes where many of these young adults live is bad enough. But when we put cowards and fools in executive and administrative positions in our schools, OUR SCHOOLS, and they are contradicting everything of value, ethical, moral and civil, that’s where we have to shout very loudly: WE’VE HAD ENOUGH! GET OUT!

This is one of those times where we have to say: The students are right!

Isn’t it the job of the teachers we pay outrageously high salaries to teach our young people not ways of watching but ways of seeing; not ways of hearing but ways of listening; not ways of simply being but ways of be – ing, experiencing. Using this most recent example of the failure of our teachers, principals, administrators, isn’t this yet another example of the failure of education in our RCS schools? This is exactly what we saw during the Bruno – Warner dictatorship in Ravena when they were openly violating rights protected by the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights. It’s the very thing we’ve been writing about in our essays about the corruption and obstruction of justice in the Coeymans police department. That same corruption and obstruction of justice, the violation of protected rights has found its way into our schools, people, because we have allowed it to happen by loading our board of education, our district offices, and our school administrative offices and classrooms with individuals who are self – serving and members of an exclusive club –  – exclusive because although they want our tax dollars to pad their pockets, they don’t want anything to do with us or hear from us.

We are a nation of laws. We are NOT a nation of justice.
As RCS Superintendent Alan McCartney says: Rules are Rules.

In our opinion, the RCS school system and its district offices are the homeland enemies, not a bunch of camel – jockeys six thousand or eight thousand miles away! It’s actually principals like Tom DiAcetis, union-lackeys, crook teachers like Matt Miller, superintendents like Allan McCartney who are confusing the hell out of the kids and making them schizoid. Is that the plan? On the one hand, we have a president and a congress who just last week were handing out high military honors, the Medal of Honor, to men already dead or nearly so on national television. Then we have the president of the United States announcing (finally) his “strategy” (Strategy? Well, he seems to think it’s a strategy. Sounds more like a smoke screen.)  to weaken alleged terrorists in Syria and in God knows how many other areas. What’s Obama going to use in this battle against terrorism? Chitlins? The ideology taught by our RCS teachers and represented by the RCS board of education and their parasite superintendent, Alan McCartney? We have advertisements for military organizations and military recruitment and careers everywhere you look. We have the National Rifle Association organizing huge rallies. We have “Repeal the Safe Act” everywhere you look. We have a tradition of Rod and Gun Clubs, Sportsmen’s Clubs. One of our traditional activities is hunting. We have a Second Amendment, too. Then we have our educators—and I’m using that term very loosely, indeed—banning T – shirts because they might have a depiction of a firearm on them! WTF! These people in our schools call themselves “educators”?  They’re imbeciles receiving outrageous salaries and benefits. Worse still, most of them are cowards living off the sweat, blood and sacrifices of others!

In fact, aren’t most public meetings opened with a sort of prayer called the Pledge of Allegiance? Don’t we erect monuments at public expense commemorating veterans and past wars? Don’t we have a federal holiday called Veteran’s Day? Aren’t all of these somehow connected with the Armed Forces, or something like that? Where have our so-called “educators” been through all this (probably dodging the draft or living the good life while others are dying the patriotic death). We don’t need or want cowards teaching our kids or running our schools and towns!

They still are required to teach the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights in our public schools, aren’t they?

The feminist pastor of the New Baltimore Reformed Church decided a couple of years ago that the American flag did not have a place in front of the congregation, near the lecterns, and moved the flag to the back of the sanctuary. Some in the congregation raised hell; some even left that congregation because of that action. Several years ago, the pastor of the Roman Catholic Church of St Patrick in Ravena, offended parishioners when he refused to have the coffin of dead veterans draped with the American flag in the church (he was complying with ritual instructions, actually). Again, parishioners raised hell and many went elsewhere. And, dear readers, those are churches; remember separation of church and state. What those so – called pastors failed to recognize is that their congregation members and parishioners are Americans 6 days out of the week and Christians only one day, if that. They live the American way 6 days a week; they worship only one, and many not even that.

It used to be that our schools taught us how to be good citizens while exercising our rights. Our schools and teachers taught us values and morality. Some of those values was loyalty, respect, honesty, integrity, fairness, gratitude and—surprisingly—the notion of patriotism, a form of loyalty and respect, very close to family values, actually.

Our schools and educators are sending mixed messages, the wrong messages. Parents are not carrying their fair share of the load; our local, state and national governments have become so corrupt and dishonest that the only way to cover their tracks is with propaganda, misinformation and control. Our schools, obviously, are following that same evil example.

DiAcetis’s and McCarney’s Warrior Option: Pee on’em!

Editor’s Comment. It’s obvious to us that there’s a great deal of dishonesty and hypocrisy involved here on both sides: the Ravena – Coeymans – Selkirk Central School District (RCS CSD) and the National Guard. There’s also a very deep and dangerous gap in the RCS CSD’s understanding of proper notice, due process, protected rights, and a large number of other issues of neglect or indifference. On that latter note we really have to ask why we are paying DiAcetis and McCartney salaries of more than $100,000 plus benefits to run such a shoddy show.

We also have to ask whether the RCS CSD gives any consideration to the trauma and damage that they cause to adolescents by the principal’s, the school employees’ and the superintendent’s arbitrary and overly discretionary so – called discipline. What if the kid’s wearing the shirt to honor a fallen friend or relative? What if the student is wearing the shirt as an expression of solidarity with the armed forces? What if….? Aren’t these school officials supposed to be trained in some level of psychology? Or are they indifferent to the effects their own conduct is having on these young people?

We’d like to know where the RCS CSD dress code is published. We can’t find it anywhere. And was it at some point subject to public comment at, say, a RCS board of education public meeting? If the RCS CSD dress code is intended to control behavior, to limit free expression, to do anything that might even remotely affect a person’s rights, it should be subject to public comment and should be published. Does anyone know where it is, apart from in DiAcetis’ desk drawer?

What is the RCS CSD position and policy regarding the United States Armed Forces, exactly? We have to assume that the recruiter just didn’t stroll in and hand out shirts…or can we? The RCS CSD is aware that the National Guard and other branches of the US armed forces used weapons from time to time, even deadly force. Aren’t they? What’s the big surprise that a shirt should show a military personnel with a rifle? Does Mr Diacetis or Mr McCartney think that wars and battles are won, that terrorists are subdued by the US military by our men in uniform meandering up to the enemy and threatening to pee on him if he doesn’t give up? Interesting notion but we don’t think that tactic would work on the battlefield. Weapons carried by trained warriors have proved to be effective.

Actually, in these times of US military action in so many places all over the globe, we think it’s disgraceful, scandalous bordering on the treasonous, to show such disrespect for young people’s patriotism not to mention for the efforts of our men and women in uniform. Shame on you you pitiful examples of RCS CSD cowardice!

McCartney’s Secret Weapon: Pee on’em!

We also find it disturbing that the National Guard would even consider pandering to these cowards’ by “sanitizing” their promotional shirts. Does the National Guard really think that if their shirts don’t feature a weapon that anyone is going to think that they are going to use the “pee threat” on terrorists, looters, etc.? It’s shameful that the National Guard is acquiescing to the scandal by superficially denying the use of deadly weapons in their activities. Does the National Guard believe that by caving to the cowards that the kids are so stupid to think that guns are not used in defense activities?

Isn’t denial and hypocrisy already out of all control in our community and in this country? Can’t we just be honest for a change and call a spade a spade?

What will the cowards want next? Do we have to remove all weapons from our military displays, monuments, recruitment advertising. Perhaps a big peeing penis would be more their taste in support of the “pee threat.”

Is it too much to ask parents to know who their children are? To know where they are? To know what they’re doing? Is it too much to ask parents to tear themselves away from their smart phones, their computers, the TV and give some attention to their kids so that they don’t resort to mass murder to be heard? Go figure!

We cannot treat an entire sector of our population, a well – informed, inquisitive, powerful, and activist group like our high – school students, like a bunch of budding criminals, a bunch of retards who as soon as they see a weapon on a T – shirt they become serial killers or mass murders. We have to give them the credit they deserve for having brains and a reasoning process going on in there. We have to stop sending the mixed messages because they will call us on that and we, as adults, lose credibility with them. That’s not a good thing.

Taxpayers, residents, parents of RCS students: You have to take some responsibility for this injustice being done to our young people! We have to get the cowards, the harlots, the adult bullies, the egoists, the crooks and the scoundrels out of our schools. We have to allow our young people to develop good values, ethics, morals and character; when they express good values, ethics, morals and character we must not demoralize, criminalize them. Stop allowing your schools to create sheeple out of thinking human beings or pay the price of Hitler’s Germany, Stalin’s Russia, Mao’s China, and Obama’s United States: Propaganda, Fascism, Totalitarianism, Rule by the Elite. It’s the another step in poisoning America.

DiAcetis and McCartney must apologize to the students, to the community, to the Armed Forces of the United States.

DiAcetis and McCartney must then RESIGN.

They Publicize Their Ignorance: RCS Does It Again!

The Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District and the Community of Ravena-Coeymans Has the Uncanny Ability to Continuously Prove Our Claim that They are COMPLETE DUMBASSES!

• The voters in the RCS Central School District approved a school budget of more than $42 million and it’s still failing

• The RCS Central School District Interim Superintendent of Schools, Mr Alan McCartney, has been accused of plagiarizing all or part of his commencement speech given at the recent RCS graduation ceremonies, and he has offered no defense, explanation or apology

• The RCS Central School District Board of Education is bought and paid for, wholly owned now by the teachers union, New York State United Teachers, NYSUT, and taxpayers have lost all input in the operation of the schools.

In Ravena Coeymans there’s not a single village idiot; they’re all village idiots!

And still, again, something new comes up that convinces you that there’s just no end to the stupidity, the bare-faced craziness in this community. Small wonder that it’s hemorrhaging residents and businesses. Small wonder it’s the laughing stock of the entire region! If it isn’t creating special village fitness clubs for its political friends and handing them fitness centers together with salaries and benefits, if the judges aren’t violating the United States Constitution, if the Coeymans police department isn’t harassing, retaliating, intimidating residents and violating their civil rights, and if the village and town boards aren’t poisoning the air we breathe or the water we drink while playing Russian roulette with our lives and property, they find some stupidity to keep us on our toes. In Ravena-Coeymans there’s not a single village idiot; they’re all village idiots! But you’d think that RCS residents would smarten up!

Not Gonna Happen! Instead, residents just roll their eyes, shake their heads, and sometimes even show enough interest to shake their fists in the dusty Coeymans aire, when they read what we have to say and the facts we uncover. Truth hurts only when it ought to. Well here’s another one for you; read and weep:

On Monday, July 14, 2014, while driving along Route 9W we noticed a very large sign posted at the intersection of Rt 143 and Rt 9W in Ravena, probably the busiest intersection in the entire area. The sign is right in front of the now empty Crossroads garage, across from the RiteAid plaza. Now you know the sign is in a very, very visible position and can be easily seen by countless commuters, visitors, tradespersons, students, parents, etc. traveling both South and North on 9w and East and West on Rt 143. The sign is announcing a Brooks Bar-B-Q event and is embarrassing:

Hasn”t anyone seen this sign? Hasn’t anyone said anything to the people posting it? Where is the Ravena Village Board, the Coeymans Town Board, ANYONE? Where are the teachers, the board of education members on this one? Where are the parents? Don’t the students even notice? Maybe that’s why this RCS district is such a failure! Plenty of money to throw at the schools, plenty of corruption to fill the seats of the board of education, plenty of money to pay a superintendent to plagiarise a commencement speech but not a peep when the Ravena Grange “sponcers” Brooks Bar-B-Q. Let’s just hope they don’t “sponcer” a spelling bee any time soon! And who is the illiterate bumpkin at the Ravena Grange Hall who posted the announcement?

Now which of you geniuses wrote the text for the sign?

The fact that the sign is even there, still there and has been there for all to see proves one thing: You’re all ignorant and brain-dead, and you want the entire world to know it! You should be mortified that no-one until now has come forward to demand that the sign be corrected or removed!

Enjoy your Brooks Bar-B-Q. Or maybe you should invest what you’d spend on toxic food on a cheap dictionary. But then the Brooks Bar-B-Q fundraiser might be to raise funds to teach standard English spelling in RCS schools. Perhaps we’ve been too hasty?

Conrad to Bailey: “You’re telling this board a load of crap!”

“You’re telling this board a load of crap!” was Town of Coeymans Code Enforcement Officer Laverne “Larry” Conrad’s response to the blather that Village of Ravena council member William “Bill” Bailey was dribbling at a joint Village of Ravena—Town of Coeymans workshop that was held with just three members of the public (one of whom was a reporter for the Ravena Nose Herald) in attendance—on Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at 7 p.m. in the Ravena village hall. Having witnessed the night of the living brain-dead that evening, we tend to agree with Mr Conrad’s assessment of Mr Bailey’s drivel.

Let’s start with some basic information before we give you a quick summary of the dog-and-pony act that the Ravena-Coeymans clowns performed for an empty house on this past Tuesday: It was supposed to have been a constructive dialogue between the two elected bodies, the Ravena village council and the Town of Coeymans Board, to resolve the long-standing problems of water and sewerage management between the two adjacent communities. After all, isn’t that what a workshop is supposed to be? An orderly dialogue dealing with specific questions with the goal of arriving at answers. Well, not in Ravena, not in Coeymans, and not when Ravena and Coeymans sit in the same room to have a joint piss-down-each-other’s-leg session. It was the Night of the Living Brain-Dead!

Ravena trustee Bill Bailey: “we’re better off paying the DEC fines…”

Fact: Ravena wants Coeymans residents to pay 40% of the bills. Fact: Ravena has approximately 1600 users compared to about 400 in the Hamlet of Coeymans. In other words, Ravena should be paying at least 75% of the bill if we want to be fair and look at usage. But according to Ravena’s Bill Bailey, ‘We have the infrastructure so that’s why you [Coeymans] have to pay more than your fair share.’ But what Mr Bailey fails to admit is that Ravena’s infrastructure is stone-age, it’s falling apart, it’s failing! What Mr Bailey doesn’t admit is that Ravena is under the gun and is facing the DEC because of the van Hoesen street disaster. Ravena is under the gun of a DEC Consent Order and is paying fines to the DEC for its mismanagement of the water/sewerage problems in the village. According to Bailey’s assessment of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s requirements for managing the runoff is that “The DEC’s requirements are too stringent.” What’s Bill Bailey’s response? It’s incredible but here’s what Bailey responded: “We’re better off paying the fines…” That’s one of Ravena’s elected official’s response to the question of compromise!  So, Mr Bill Bailey, a leftover from the notorious Bruno quarter-century of mismanagement has no problems paying the DEC fines with your tax money.

“Stop talking that crap !”

What irked us to the point of puking is that Bill Bailey was given the floor for almost the entire meeting. Mr Mayor Moose Misuraca was eerily silent throughout and the only sign of life coming from him was when he got up to apparently relieve himself. To his credit, Keith Mahler opened his mouth with some fairly decent comments and questions but Mr Mayor Moose just sat with his eyes glazed over! Of course, Nancy Warner, another leftover from the Bruno debacle stepped up with nonsense comments that simply aligned her with her goomba Bailey.

Bailey: “We’re throwing in $1,000,000.” Who is? Where’s it coming from, Bailey?

Bailey repeatedly sung the refrain, “We’re throwing in one million dollars…” Our question is, Mr Bailey, who is “we” and where are you getting the $1,000,000 you are “throwing in”?  Bailey, you’re an idiot! And what’s worse, you’re a freaking monkey on a string, a driveling Chatty Cathy: Just pull your string and something stupid comes out of your mouth!

Apparently the past contracts that cover the approximately 30 years of water and sewerage mismanagement between Ravena and Coeymans are the basis of some contention and are up for re-writing. We will have the contracts foiled so that we can review them and report on how the Coeymans community has been and continues to be getting screwed by Ravena. But it’s scary, very scary.

According to Mr Conrad (Code Enforcement Officer for the Town of Coeymans) “camera studies” done on the connections between sewer system users in Ravena-Coeymans have shown that “every connection” has a leak. Does anyone know that the public health ramifications are of these “leaks”?  Do our elected officials care?  Time that some pretty heavy-duty public inquiry is made. We need some answers and quick!

Apparently, the arbitrary figures of 60-40 coverage of costs is just that: arbitrary. You see, there have been meters installed to monitor the flows—and that’s a great idea if you want to get the real story on usage—but the meters are broken, they don’t work most of the time. They’re useless!  Again, Mr Conrad responds to Mr Bailey, Ms Warner, and Mr Misuraca (who still hasn’t said a word): “Let’s give residents a chance; let’s let the meters determine the usage.” Well, Mr Conrad, that’s all fine and dandy, but you first have to either fix the meters or get ones that work!

It seems Mr Bailey and the village of Ravena want to give residents a chance; a chance to have another hike in their sewer rates! A couple of years ago the rates for Coeymans hamlet residents DOUBLED from about $250 to about $525 a year; Mr Bailey estimates that the cost even to Ravena residents may go up to $550 or as high as $600 a year. One town attendee mentioned that such a hike in rates will send residents over the edge; that the Hamlet of Coeymans will have nothing left but empty buildings. What do you think? Does Ravena-Coeymans have to drive the remaining residents from their homes?

We haven’t even addressed the Oakbrook Manor situation. That’s another story all together. You see, Oakbrook is in the territory of Ravena and has about 400 units, each one of those units pays separate rates for infrastructure. A couple of years ago, the owners of Oakbrook spent millions updating their infrastructure but got no relief from the village. Oakbrook is pretty much a community in and of itself but is being taken for a ride by the village of Ravena. But that’s another story. We’d like to hear from the absentee owners of Oakbrook, though. How do they feel about what’s going on in these almost “private” workshop meetings where “Dud-ley Do-Littlles” like Bill Bailey are talking crap and spending taxpayers’ millions irresponsibly.

What’s Right or what’s Legal?

Coeymans: “Do we want to do what’s legal or what’s right?”

Look, years ago Ravena and Coeymans were one community, Ravena-Coeymans, under one roof. Some moron decided to split the village of Ravena from the Hamlet of Coeymans and we all know the rest of the story. There’s no reason why two separate communities whose boundaries no one seems to know—that’s how intermingled they are, should have two governments who traditionally have never been able to see eye-to-eye. There’s no reason why idiotic contracts and unreliable hearsay and undocumented statistics should be deciding what’s fair for residents! During the discussion of the cryptic contracts, one of the town board attendees asked the interesting question: “Do we want to do what’s legal or what’s right?” What is legal is not necessarily “right”. For example, slavery was “legal” but we can all agree that it was  not “right.” Stoning someone for adultery is “legal” in some countries but we can all agree it is not “right.” Ignoring the United States Constitution and telling people who it’s illegal to have firearms is not only constitutionally “illegal” but the law, it’s not “right.” Our position is this: we elect our local officials to represent our best interests. In other words, to do what’s fair and right. We don’t expect them to do what’s “legal” if what’s “legal” is not fair, right, and in the public’s interest or for the common good. That’s a no-brainer but it appears to us after having witnessed the joint Ravena-Coeymans workshop that where there’s no brains, even a no-brainer is a problem.

 You don’t have to take our word for all of this. The entire dog-and-pony act was recorded by the Coeymans town clerk. It’s public information and anyone who wants to review the recording can request it from the Coeymans town clerk. We will be reviewing the recording and a number of relevant contracts and documents in the coming days and will be reporting on the facts on this blog. So stay tuned.

Misuraca’s Performance
Is he up to tackling the real issues? Answering the big questions?

 In conclusion, we were very disappointed with Mr Misuraca’s silence. We were very disappointed that he let Warner and Bailey take control of the meeting. We were gratified that Mr Mahler spoke up when he did with some very good questions and suggestions. Maybe the wrong “M” was elected to be mayor of Ravena. It seems Mr Mahler has a hell of a lot more on the ball than Mr Mayor Moose. It was, in total, a disgrace and an embarrassment to have allowed Warner and Bailey to represent the village of Ravena as they did. To have a town official say outright to Mr Bailey, “You’re telling this board a load of crap.” Says it all.

Finally, before the workshop started up, we walking in on what was apparently a working meeting and Ravena Health and Fitness Center “director”, Cathy Deluca, was pitching the village board for more support. That came as a real surprise given the fact that the Ravena Health and Fitness Center should have been eliminated and purged from the current budget completely. Worse still, it was during Deluca’s blather that Mr Misuraca woke up and actually showed some signs of life. It seems that Deluca wants to attend more training seminars and wants to do more advertising. It seems that she is touting Silver Sneakers as a big accomplishment. It seems she wants access to the school pool and to the village pool. Even Nancy Warner had to admit that the Ravena Health and Fitness Center has only about 200 members (it needs more than 400 to break even). Deluca and Warner noted that under the village and town insurance plans, employees can join a health club and get reimbursed for part of the membership fees. That’s all nice and dandy, but our question is, of course, “Why would anyone put more than $200 in cold hard cash up front to join a dump like the Ravena Health and Fitness Center, and then wait to be reimbursed for part of that from the insurer?” Here’s another one for ya: “Why wouldn’t you pony up less for more by joining Planet Fitness or Bally’s?” (If you have an answer to those two questions, we’d be very glad to hear from you. It seems that Cathy Deluca’s only “major” accomplishment is really nothing big at all—unless you think that stealing programs from other organizations is a big deal—is the Silver Sneakers senior fitness program, which the Ravena Senior Center is quite capable of running but Deluca needed to grab it in her desperate attempt to make it look like she’s actually doing something. The bottle-blond-bimbo simply applied on the Internet to be a location for Silver Sneakers, just like she bought her certifications on the Internet. Not really what we’d call qualifications or even an honest (OOPS! Did we say “honest” in the same breath as “Deliuca”?  Shame on us!) day’s work!

If you haven’t read that report, please click this link: Ravena Health and Fitness Center: Year One = Miserable Failure!!! After you read that article and considering Nancy Warner’s comment that the Ravena Health and Fitness Center has only about 200 members (mostly non-village, apparently) you may want to recall that Misuraca, Mahler and Coye ran on  promises of transparency, accountability and fiscal responsibility. After having heard the village’s statements and having noted the conspicuous silence of mayor Mr Moose, we’d like to ask Mr Misuraca, Mr Mahler and Mr Coye how they can account for the crazy allocation of another more than $100,000 to the failing Ravena Health and Fitness Center, when the village of Ravena needs so many other vital programs. How does the Ravena Health and Fitness Center measure up to Misuraca’s, Mahler’s and Coye’s promises of transparency, accountability and fiscal responsibility?

 And here’s an even better question for Mr Mayor Moose “Misuraca” and his village of Ravena council majority: “What in hell is Cathy Deluca and her illegal, money-pit playpen, the Ravena Health and Fitness Center, still doing there, sucking up more than $100,000 in taxpayer dollars again this year?”
