More on the Coeymans Police Department. Our Recent Investigations.

Ravena Village Elections

A note from the Editor:
Ravena is irrelevant, meaningless, predictable

No. We didn’t publish a word on the Ravena village elections. Why? Because Ravena is irrelevant, meaningless, predictable. We are wasting these few words on a corrupt and dying village, which, if it sunk into the Hudson River this afternoon, would hardly be missed, unless it were because the environment suddenly improved. We felt we had an obligation to those readers who asked Why? we were not following the election campaigns and the elections. Our answer: Ravena simply wasn’t worth our time. But Thank you! for asking. (Besides, the Ravena elections were tainted by the Coeymans police incident. See the Times Union article, Ravena’s rabid raccoon haunts village election” (TU, Tuesday, March 20, 2018).)

The Coeymans Police Department is a Disgrace and Must be Eliminated

Our recent investigations into the operations of the Coeymans Police Department under Phillip Crandall and his cronies on the Coeymans Town Board, as well as the operations of the Town of Coeymans, leave no other conclusion than that both are so incompetently run and the total lack of leadership in both has led once again to a widely published scandal involving the Town of Coeymans, the Coeymans Police Department, and the Village of Ravena.

ex-Chief (disgraced)
G. “Dumplin” Darlington

Before Chief Patrick McKenna took over the Coeymans Police Department under then Coeymans Town Supervisor Steven Flach, we campaigned to eliminate the Coeymans Police Department. Our reasons were conspicuously clear: The Coeymans Police Deparment under then chief Gregory “Dumpy-Duplin” Darlington and Gerry “Dirty Hands” Deluca and their lackeys was a boys club. There were so many violations of protected constitutional rights and civil rights that we had to pick and choose what we published. Darlington, but especially Deluca and his partner Cathy Deluca, padded their pockets generously, while taking advantage of taxpayers and shady activities for years. Cathy Deluca was incompetent and inept but the Ravena inner circle (led by Ravena village trustee Nancy Warner) handed her the now defunct Ravena Fitness Center, which she promptly ran down the sewers with a record 2 years. Cathy Deluca got her money and the taxpayers of Ravena got their screwing. Darlington’s wife, Leah Darlington, was deeply entrenched in the Democratic machine in Albany, in Albany County District Attorney P. David Soares’ office, as was Ravena village justice Hal Warner’s daughter, Carmen,M. Warner (see our article, “The Warners: A Family Tradition of Misconduct“) until she was fired for unprofessional behavior (posting indecent pictures of herself on Facebook). Leah Darlington found a new home with Tom “Dudley Dumbass” Mumbles Dolan at the Ravena Choices office, and local schyster Michael Biscone hired Carmen, another plastic vulva in his collection of plastic females.

Gerry “Dirty Hands” Deluca, former Coeymans cop.

Ultimately, as the word on the street goes, Darlington and Deluca had to retire or face prosecution. Darlington ended up as a part-time bus driver for the RCS Central School District and part-timed as a doorman at Babcock Funeral Home in Ravena. Deluca weaseled his way into an office at the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs. Seems like the RCS Central School District and Babcock Funeral Home don’t care much who they expose the district’s children or our dead to. The New York State Association of Fire Chiefs is nothing more than a lobby organization, more crooked and corrupt than community oriented, so Deluca found a nice nest of like birds. Cathy Deluca has pretty much disappeared from the public eye, and so the scenery is that much better in the Ravena-Coeymans area.

When Patrick McKenna was brought on board as Coeymans’ chief of police we pointed out his baggage and let him know that we were watching. McKenna proved to be a great leader and made numerous improvements both in the operation of the Coeymans Police Department and in the human resources situation. Coeymans is no place to show leadership; you have to be a rodent to succeed in Coeymans or Ravena. Now that Darlington and Deluca were out of the picture, a real professional was going to make a difference, and McKenna did. He was a professional. He was intelligent. He really cared for the community and showed it.

Disgraced Judge…
Town Supervisor Phil Crandall

When disgraced village justice Phillip Crandall crawled back out of the gutter into the public’s eye and ran for Coeymans Town Supervisor — after he was forbidden to run for judicial office as part of his plea bargain — the scene changed. Crandall wanted control of the Coeymans Police Department and, when he couldn’t get it, he tried every dirty trick in the book to get rid of McKenna.

You will recall that about four years ago, when the question of elimination of the Coeymans PD was hot, the people of Coeymans came out in force and loudly proclaimed that they wanted to keep their police department. Supervisor Flach got rid of Darlington and Deluca, and hired McKenna, a veteran Albany police detective. The people of Coeymans got to keep their police department and got a law enforcement professional to run it. Things started to look real good and the whole scene improved.

To give you an idea of how things improved, during the Darlington-Deluca reign of terror, we were publishing several articles a week on abuses, corruption, violations of rights of local Ravena and Coeymans residents. In the 4 years of McKenna, we published perhaps 2 or 3 articles reporting problems, but we published several applauding McKenna’s performance as chief.

With disgraced former justice Phil Crandall’s election along with several other bullies, like used car salesman Jim Youmans, to the Coeymans town board, things deteriorated. Crandall redirected police department funding, literally stole budgetary savings made by McKenna and reused them elsewhere in Crandall’s little group of cronies and pets. McKenna sometimes had to resort to using his own money to purchase needed supplies. Enough was enough.

Once McKenna resigned, the Coeymans Police Department started to spiral out of control. Here’s how.

In December 2017, we were contacted by a local resident, who had been stopped by Amanda L. Mueller, daughter of the Mueller who owns Mueller Automotive, in Ravena. Mueller Automotive does all of the automotive work for the Coeymans Police Department and much of the automotive work for the Town of Coeymans. That raised red flags immediately. Conflict of interest.

But that wasn’t all. You see, Amanda Mueller was a trainee in the Coeymans Police Department. She had stopped a resident for a non-working headlight, and accused him of having his high beams on. Well the resident, a professional, attempted to explain to Mueller that he did not have his high beams on; they were his fog lights. Mueller told him that she was going to let him off with a warning but because he had an “attitude”, she was going to give him a ticket. We reported on the incident in detail in our article, “”. (Please click the link to read the article “Coeymans Police Turning Into Coeymans Gestapo Again?“.)

We asked the resident to provide the documents he received from Mueller. We examined the documents, a Simplified Traffic Ticket and a Supporting Deposition, and found numerous errors in both. Mueller couldn’t even get the man’s date of birth right, and that’s a crucial identifier on a ticket. Furthermore, she got the Vehicle and Traffic Law section wrong. Mueller entered a non-working brakes section, a misdemeanor, instead of a non-working headlight, a minor violation!!! And there were several other mistakes in this relatively simple document. (We advised the resident and the Ravena court dismissed ticket rather than try the case.)

Sandy_poseable sex_doll

Hi! My name’s Sandy. Welcome to Biscone Law Firm.I’m plastic and latex.

At the Coeymans Town Board meeting of June 22, 2017, that approved sponsoring Mueller to attend the Zone 5 Regional Law Enforcement Training Academy, Supervisor Crandall noted, “Supervisor Crandall stated that this is a fine move as far as he was concerned. Ms. Mueller is a member of this community and her parents are upstanding members of this community.” Mueller accepted the training approved by the Coeymans town board and started the academy on July 16, 2017. By January 2018, Amanda Mueller had left the Coeymans PD — after having finished her training — deserting the Town and the Coeymans PD to go to the Albany County Sheriff”s Department. “A member of the community” and “upstanding members”, so much so that her thanks to Coeymans was to leave. Good riddance to local rubbish.

We didn’t waste time and we immediately initiated an investigation and demanded that the Town of Coeymans Police Department and the Town of Coeymans produce certain documents relating to the incident, the operations of the Coeymans PD, and the purchasing practices of the Town of Coeymans, expecting to find numerous violations of policy, procedure and law.

Coeymans never disappoints us. Or maybe the real question is whether the Democrats in Albany County should all be convicted and jailed. All of the perps in this horror story are Democraps!!! Just a coïncidence? Yeah! And maybe 60 years of Democrat Machine Control in Albany is just a coïncidence, too? Do you want to buy a bridge? We’ve got one for sale in Brooklyn.

Big Time Dem Machine Man. Too cozy?
P. David Soares, Albany Co. DA

As soon as we launched the investigation, Amanda L. Mueller disappears from sight. In response to a demand for disclosure, it appears that after we launched the investigation, someone thought it best not to hire her to the Coeymans PD, and she left to take a position with the Albany County Sheriff’s Department. That figures; we weren’t surprised in the least. After all, the Albany County Sheriff’s Department is part of the Albany County Democrat Machine, including the Albany County District Attorney’s Office (P. David Soares), all of whom, historically, have been in the same bed as the local Dems and their little nest of scoundrels, including the Gregory and Leah Darlington, Gerry and Cathy Deluca, Tom Dolan (Coeymans town board member and director of Ravena Choices program), and the Phil Crandall (disgraced former Ravena village justice, now Coeymans Town Supervisor), and the Warners of Ravena Village Hall (Nancy Warner and hubby Hal Warner). Let’s not forget that Hal Warner was an Albany cop who got taken off the street and given a desk job for civil rights abuses; he was later elected as a village justice in Ravena. It was Hal Warner who stabbed his colleague, then part-time village justice while also Coeymans town justice, Phil Crandall in the back when Crandall was doing favors for local Dems like Tom Dolan, Richard Touchette (Director of the Albany County Roman Catholic Diocese Cemeteries and elected two years ago to be on the Albany County Legislature. Surprised? Shouldn’t be; Albany County Dems in action!) and others, leading to the investigation by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct that forced Crandall to resign as village justice and, as a condition, to never run for judicial office again. Instead, Crandall ran for Coeymans Town Supervisor under the Dems, and is now Town Supervisor. Go figure!

Have the Coeymans Police turned red-bra ho’s?

Well, once the connections were made between Coeymans, Amanda Mueller, and Mueller Automotive, the cat hit the fan and Amanda Mueller disappears from Coeymans. Chief McKenna also has had enough and he resigns. Now we’re left with an underfunded Police Department and no professional chief to lead it. Somehow Daniel Contento, a Coeymans police sergeant, is appointed acting chief. This is where the Coeymans PD goes into a dead-man’s spiral into oblivion.

On March 12, 2018, an international scandal haunts the Town of Coeymans and the Village of Ravena, when two Coeymans police vehicles are videoed in the act of harassing, terrorizing and finally running over a defenseless raccoon in the public parking lot of Faith Plaza in Ravena. The video goes viral and causes an international uproar, national and international media carry the story, the video gets millions of hits on social media, petitions in protest get tens of thousands of signatures almost overnight. (For details, please see our article at “We are speechless! OMG! Coeymans Police Caught on Video Again!”.)

Again, we launch an investigation. And again, we find that the Town of Coeymans has egg on their faces.

Town of Coeymans Police Department’s Law Enforcement Manual has never been updated since 1998

As in the case of the Amanda Mueller investigation, we found that the Town of Coeymans Police Department’s Law Enforcement Manual has never been updated since 1998; the procedures are 20 years old!!!

The procedures also contain outdated or incorrect information. Even if Coeymans police complied with the procedures and policies, they would be 20 years behind the times. For example, the Law Enforcement Manual title actually reads “Town of Coeymans and Village of Ravena Police.” The Village police department has been out of existence for a number of years, at least ten years.

The procedures also require that in an animal control action, the local Animal Control Officer be called to the scene to manage the situation. Coeymans doesn’t have an animal control officer and hasn’t had one for years!

Our investigation turned up a large number of errors, inconsistencies, even lies in the documents provided by the Coeymans Police Department and the Town of Coeymans. Regrettably, we have to say that this wasn’t unexpected.

Is the Department of Health Report jerry rigged?

Even the New York State Department of Health testing report read like a scripted response to provide the inept Coeymans police with at least a dumbass alibi or excuse for their scandalous behavior. (Please see our article, “Follow-up Report: Coeymans Raccoon Incident. We still have our doubts!” for details.)

The People of the Town of Coeymans wanted, insisted that they keep their Coeymans Police Department, and a responsive Supervisor Steven Flach let them have their police department, got rid of the criminals running it, and hired a professional law enforcement expert, Peter J. McKenna, who did great things for the Department and for the community.

Phil Crandall was booted from the courts and got himself elected as a Democrat to be Coeymans Town Supervisor and things started downhill to hell in a handbasket. He diverted (stole) money that was generated by McKenna, and Crandall used it elsewhere. Crandall and his board cut funding for the Police Department, and took other steps to make life unpleasant for Chief McKenna. Finally, McKenna, not needing the job, had enough and resigned. Crandall and his cronies got their way, and the Coeymans Police Department, now without leadership, spun out of control first with Amanda Mueller’s antics and then with the killer cops at Faith Plaza.

We now have to resume our campaign for elimination of the Coeymans Police Department, thanks to Mr. Crandall and his dumbass clowns on the Coeymans Town Board. Coeymans wanted their police department and also wanted Crandall; one had to go. The wrong one went. It’s obvious that if the People of Coeymans want a Coeymans Police Department, their elected officials like Phil Crandall have to provide the funding for it. Crandall did his best to unfund the Coeymans Police Department into the ground!!!

If Ravena has lapsed into irrelevance, Coeymans is running close behind. The events of 4 or five years ago are starting to pale in comparison to the devastation we are seeing in the village of Ravena and the Town of Coeymans. Corruption, incompetence, loss of businesses, deteriorating infrastructure, plummeting quality of life in all respects, and the crooks seem to stay in office. Is this American democracy at work? Maybe. But local residents are to blame; local residents are the only ones who can change the situation.

Finally, we would like to share this from a resident in New Baltimore:

For several weeks now, around noontime or early afternoon, I’ve been driving on Route 144 in the Town of New Baltimore and noticed a Town of Coeymans Police cruiser heading South on 144, in the Town of New Baltimore (Greene County). I found that a bit unusual, since Coeymans is in Albany County, and the Coeymans police would have no business patrolling in New Baltimore, in Greene County. The first couple of sightings made me just curious but then I became suspicious. The Coeymans Police have no business in New Baltimore, at least not that much that frequently. The other day I decided to follow the Coeymans police cruiser and find out where it was heading. Perhaps the NB Town Hall for a court case? But it was not a court day. Anyway, I followed the cruiser and it turned into a residential driveway and stopped, the driver exiting and moving towards the double-wide trailer. I went a bit farther and turned around. When I got to the location, I stopped took down the car number and got a good look at the woman and the patrolman standing on the porch chatting. The car was 926. Can you find out what it’s doing in the Town of New Baltimore? It’s not official business, that’s obvious. Is it misuse of a police vehicle for private visits?” [Name withheld on request.]

We have in the past asked for Coeymans Police vehicle assignment sheets and were told that there were no such documents. Does that mean that no one knows who is driving the vehicles? That’s pure rubbish from a number of standpoints. But it wouldn’t surprise us in the least; after all it’s the Town of Coeymans.

But we do have some questions and we do want an answer: Who is driving the Coeymans Police Department cruiser No. 926 into the Town of New Baltimore in Greene County? What is the official busness being taken care of at the trailer on Route 144 in the Town of New Baltimore?

Politics, Power, Patronage and Conflicts of Interest: The Albany County Coroners Office

From its Very Beginnings, the Office of the Coroner was Tainted by Politics, Greed and Corruption.

The office of the coroner has existed for about 800 years and began in England, in the 12th century (1194) when the office of the “crowner” was created to investigate suspected felony deaths. Then, as now, there was government interest in such deaths and it wasn’t justice or public health. You see, the coroner, if he found that the death was due to a felony, would then investigate and confiscate the felon’s property, which went to the crown. Of course the coroner would get a cut of the goods, too. So, from its very beginnings, the office of the coroner was tainted by politics, greed and corruption. Add to this toxic mix the Democrat political machine in Albany, and it can’t get much worse.

Three out of the four incumbent coroners are Guess what? funeral directors actively practicing in the Albany County region. Charles Smoot, the de rigueur token African American at the Albany County Coroner’s office, and one coroner the others would like to get rid of for a number of reasons, John Keegan, and Paul Marra are funeral directors and work as coroners. There’s a conflict of interest here because the coroner has to call a funeral director or funeral home to take custody of the body after the investigation. If you were in the business, who would you call?

Timothy Cavenaugh owes his claim to the coroner’s office to his political connections and to the fact that his father, James Cavenaugh, was Albany County Coroner before him. It appears that the Albany County coroner is not only political, it’s hereditary.

You’ve all seen the Newcomer Cryptkeeper ads on TV.

It does get worse, though, and here’s how: One of the contenders for the elected position is Frank Simmons, another funeral director, who — according to the recent Albany Times Union report — works for Guess who? Newcomer Funerals and Cremations in Albany. Yes, that’s the same nickel-and-diming, factory funeral provider that’s part of the Newcomer Funeral Services Group, the funeral home chain that operates in some 10 states. Newcomer just opened a new location in Latham and it seems they need more bodies so why not run for coroner? Does anyone see the plan, the agenda, the potential for corruption and conflicts of interest in this coroner system as it operates in Albany County? (The Holubs dumpster-diving moghuls of the Ghettochopper, that is, Pricechopper fame have bought a share of Albany government; now it’s Newcomer Funerals and Cremations who what their share of the local action?)

Editor’s Note:

If you haven’t had the opportunity to read our articles on Newcomer Funerals and Cremations, Service Corporation International (a.k.a. Dignity Memorial), and StoneMor, please see our articles at:

In a 2010 article published in the Times Union (Coroner saw much in his decades on job, Times Union, November 24, 2010) reported on an Albany County Coroner, Bill Loetterle (now deceased, see his obituary), in which Loetterle describes some of his experiences, and provides some insights into the operations of the coroner’s position in Albany County. He describes how in one case he was ready to call a murder, the police stepped in and overruled him calling it a suicide. Sends up red flags already. He describes serious mistakes being made in the coroner’s office like getting names wrong for the bodies in their custody. In that article, Dr Jeffrey Hubbard, a pathologist working with the Albany County Coroners Office is quoted as saying “the coroners office doesn’t have the answers and doesn’t know when they are going to come about. They are waiting for the pathologist, or pathology lab or for the police.” Makes you wonder why there’s a coroners office in the first place.

Then why have the extra level, the coroners, if they don’t have the answers and have to rely on the pathologist or the police? The County of Albany is already paying the pathologists and the police are already on the payroll. Sounds political and corrupt to us.

You might go back to Loetterle’s tale about the homicide called suicide by the police, overruling the opinion of the coroner. Do you really think that isn’t possible given the fact that the politics in Albany County run law enforcement and the coroners office? Better think again!

Former Albany County Coroner William Loetterle was a Purchasing Agent at GE

So, Loetterle (A Democrat, of course!) came on board as an appointed part-time coroner in 1979 and stayed on the job until 2010, 30 years! Loetterle worked for GE as a purchasing agent. That’s the qualification of the guy who’s going to determine the circumstances of a suspicious or unattended death, whether on the street or in the hospital, and sign the death certificate. It’s no wonder that death statistics are so screwed up!

In the TU 2010 article, though, Mr Loetterle, if you don’t believe he was part of the machine, totally unqualified and just outright ignorant, we read that in his “educated” opinion, “having coroners is better than having medical examiners because it’s much less costly for the taxpayers.” We’ve done a thorough study of the coroner and ME system and we know that that statement is categorically untrue and incorrect, as we’ll point out below.

Albany County Coroners are so good that they actually sent a woman who was still alive to the morgue!

The coroner is poorly trained and doesn’t have the necessary education to do the job

Furthermore, the office of coroner is for all practical purposes antiquated and obsolete. Moreover, it’s more costly to taxpayers because it actually duplicates effort and costs, and is actually detrimental to the public health efforts and programs at state and federal level because the coroner is poorly trained and doesn’t have the necessary education to do the job. That and the fact that it’s an elected position and only those candidates that get local political party approval get on the ballot.

Incompetence goes viral….

In a New York Times article, the writer refers to the coroners office as a “relic.” The article goes on to describe how an elderly woman was found in her apartment in an Albany complex for the elderly:

The old woman was sprawled on her living room floor, cold and motionless, and the apartment manager who found her on Wednesday was sure she was gone. Paramedics and the Albany County Coroner… found no heartbeat, no pulse, no breath or other signs of life, and the [Albany] coroner declared her officially dead.

They zipped Mildred C. Clarke, 86, into a body bag, took her to the morgue at the Albany Medical Center Hospital and left her in a room where corpses are kept at 40 degrees, pending autopsies or funerals. About 90 minutes later, the chief morgue attendant went in to transfer her to a funeral home. (NYTimes

Albany paramedics and an Albany County coroner declare the woman dead, transfer her to Albany Medical Center, and no one there has any interest in confirming she’s dead or alive, and she gets put into a refrigerator where she stays until a morgue attendant notices the body bag moving. Something out of a horror flick? Hell, NO! It’s Albany County and Albany Medical Center at work!

Lucky she wasn’t an organ donor! But according to a NYT follow-up report Mrs Clark later died a week later at Albany Medical Center of ‘undisclosed causes,’ according to an Albany Medical Center spokesperson. (NYTimes)

William X Kienzle even includes the incident in his book, Requiem for Moses (Kienzle, William X. Requiem for Moses. Kansas City: Andrews McMeel Pub, 2013). That’s how Albany County gets on the map, we suppose.

So that brings us to another Times Union article published just recently, on May 23, 2017, entitled “Albany coroners race could have Democratic Primary. Democratic nominees face 4 others in Albany County” The reporter writes, “following a long, often contentious and disorganized Albany County Democratic Committee meeting…two incumbent coroners secured the Democratic nomination” for the coroner posts up for re-election. Four others were also endorsed by the Democrats. Can it get any more political?

Of course, the Albany County Democratic Committee chairman, Jack Flynn, would not comment on the strong interest in the coroner post but we will.

Albany County: No politics. No power. No patronage. No way!

A couple of years ago, Albany County considered changing over to the medical examiner system where a licensed and specially trained physician would do the death investigations (“Charter panel weighs coroner’s role,” Times Union, April 29, 2013). That article describes the Albany County Charter Committee as “11-member panel will tread lightly around the perception that it’s bent on curtailing anyone’s power.” Power. Not the public’s interests or welfare but power. The article is otherwise uninformative beyond confirming the corruption of the Albany Democratic machine and the infighting.

Somehow Albany has managed to misinform and keep the electorate ignorant and County Executive McCoy, Democratic Committee chairman Flynn, Majority Leader Frank Commisso (majority leader since 1993!), and certainly not the coroners or their highly-paid local pathologists or Albany Medical Center, whose facilities the Albany County Coroners Office uses for storing bodies and for forensic examinations. They all have an interest in keeping the obsolete and antiquated Albany County Coroners Office in place despite good evidence that it should be dumped and replaced by a medical examiner system. But no politics, no power, no patronage? No way!

This wouldn’t be a political position and would be governed by the professional ethics and oversight agencies that watchdog physician’s activities. But that wouldn’t be something the Albany Democrats would be interested in, would it? No politics. No power. No patrons. No way!

We should mention here that both Schenectady and Rensselaer Counties, as well as the majority of the rest of the country, especially those more advanced locales, have opted for the medical examiner system over and against the coroner system. There are many good reasons for this and we’ll be discussing them in future parts of this series of articles. The unfounded opinion of some supporters of the Albany County Coroners Office that the coroner system is less expensive to tax payers are misinformed and make no sense. The coroner system is in most studies of the system found to be incompetent, inefficient, expensive, and detrimental to the public’s health. Too many unqualified or politically ambitious people tend to seek these offices and should take their egos on a vacation. Coroners, at least the Albany County Coroners, have another agenda, as we’ll point out below.

But in the old days, local docs could be found who would sell their signature for a Tootsie Roll., and we have evidence of one physician, now deceased, who assisted the Office of the Albany County Coroner by signing death certificates for a fee-per-signature; he was actually selling his signature for a fee, and didn’t give a damn what was on the DC. His cause of death was always ASD, heart disease! If you examine the death certificates he signed you’ll find he certified almost every single death inappropriately using an abbreviation (more on this later), ASD, “arteriosclerotic disease”, making the false impression that almost every death investigated by the Office of the Coroner was due to heart disease. Think of what that could mean to national statistics on death due to heart disease if such corruption is widespread! It is. And published studies prove that fact. Scientific, peer-reviewed studies show that heart disease as a cause of death was a highly reported fake cause of death. It was over-reported by ignorant people completing death certificates with no qualifications, or who didn’t really care what the cause of death was, so cardiac death was an easy way out. Frequently still is.

Investigating Deaths with Almost No Qualifications!

Studies also show that coroners and many physicians do not know how to properly complete a death certificate. And many physicians don’t know when they are legally authorized to sign a death certificate, frequently giving an incorrect cause of death. If physicians can make those blunders think of the damage an untrained, poorly educated coroner like Bill Loetterle, Charles Smoot and others like them can do!

The On-call coroner Frequently Doesn’t Even Go to the Scene but Completes and Signs a Death Certificate

If it works for one, it’ll work for many. This scandalous practice continues to be the case. We have received information from the Albany County Coroner’s office that when a call reporting a death is made to the Office of the Albany County Coroner, the coroner goes directly to the scene of the death, investigates, makes his report, and, depending on his findings, completes the death certificate and signs it. That’s what the coroner’s office tells us. What we have learned from some professionals who work with the Albany County Coroner’s Office is that the on-call coroner frequently doesn’t even go to the scene but completes and signs a death certificate. Incredible? Maybe, but really quite likely knowing how Albany County operates.

Now let’s have a closer look at Albany County before we proceed with a more detailed discussion of what MEs and coroners are required to do and how it affects us as individuals, and as a state and nation. Albany has been a Democrat party stronghold literally for generations, and the Party has a stranglehold on public office. Most of the institutions in the City of Albany and Albany County are controlled by the local Democrats who have established a powerful system of patronage: If you’re not a Democrat and a log-roller, or you don’t know someone in City Hall, you simply don’t get a job or you don’t get elected. It’s a simple but corrupt system to say the least. Qualifications or credentials may play a role but it’s really who you know, not what you know. So it’s no big surprise to note that all of the Albany County Coroners, all elected officials, are all Democrats.

You may also find it interesting to know that two of the four coroners are licensed funeral directors running local funeral homes, Paul Marra of Marra Funeral Home (Cohoes), and John Keegan of Magin & Keegan Funeral Home (Albany). One of the coroners, Charles Smoot, claims to be a licensed funeral director, and if he is he must be doing behind the scenes work – so-called “trade” work — for other funeral homes; no one seems to know where he works but the Albany County Coroner’s office confirms that he is a licensed funeral director. Informants in the funeral services business in Albany tell us they never see him at any continuing education events, a requirement for funeral directors and for coroners. So Smoot, as we have mentioned, may be just a fixture in the Coroners Office, the token, but even so, he’s not popular in the Albany County Coroners Office. They’ve been trying to get rid of him for some time now, we hear. We also have information that alleged funeral director-coroner Charles Smoot has close connections with Anthony Perniciaro of the McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home (Troy) so guess who’s likely to get Smoot’s bodies.

How Public Office is Inherited in Albany County

The fourth Albany County coroner is Timothy Cavanaugh is a good example of how positions in the Albany Democrat machine get handed out, or in Cavanaugh’s case, handed down. Timothy is the son of a former, now dead, Albany County coroner, James Cavanaugh. The Cavanaugh dynasty is an example of how public office is inherited in Albany County. The same is true of one other coroner, Paul Marra, son of former coroner John Marra, also of Marra funeral Home in Cohoes. See the patterns? We’d also like to note that Paul Marra and John Keegan are not listed as owners on their respective funeral home web pages. We find that rather questionable, since we feel that those web pages should list the owners’ names or at least let the visitor know who is running the show. Or is does this have more sinister implications related to the owner’s holding a public elected office and possible conflicts of interest. You know, of course, that the coroners have to contact a licensed funeral home to transfer and take custody of the body once the investigation is completed.

Magin & Keegan Funeral Home, Cohoes

So we found it a bit suspicious when we asked about funeral homes used by the coroners, the Albany County Coroner’s Office could provide no information on which funeral homes the coroner’s tend to use for transferring the deceased. Three coroners who are funeral directors, two of whom own funeral homes, and one of which claims to be a licensed funeral director with close connections with a Troy funeral home. Now there couldn’t be any conflict or interest or abuse of public office here, could there? Not in Albany County?

And it does get even worse…

John Keegan not only co-owns and operates Capital District Affordable Cremations LLC in Albany, New York, Anthony Pernicaro of McLoughlan and Mason Funeral Home, Troy, is also one of the co-owners. That’s the same Anthony Pernicaro and the same McLoughlan and Mason Funeral Home we connected with Albany County Coroner Charles Smoot! Insider information received from local funeral home operators indicates that the three Albany County Coroner/Funeral Directors are abusing their positions to steer business to their own funeral homes and their other businesses.

Given the importance of ethics and integrity in public office and the adverse effect on health statistics information collected by death investigators like coroners, you’d think recordkeeping would be a high-priority item on the list of coroner administrative requirements; after all, it’s the office that is required to collect information and report it on such a serious occurrence such as a death. Well, recordkeeping is not really a very high priority in the Albany County Office of Coroners.

Here are just a couple of deficiencies we found in our investigation:

First of all, we place great value on documentation and fact-finding. This requires a system and it also requires a knowledge of how information and data collection affect other departments, programs and even government agencies. Apparently, the Albany County Coroners Office got left in the 1300s, while other locales changed over to the medical examiner system or at least developed data collection forms that reflect the importance of the death investigation data collected during the coroner call.

If anything clearly demonstrates the substandard workings of the Albany County Coroners Office, it’s the form used for documenting the death investigation. Here’s an Albany County Coroners Call Sheet used to document the facts of the scene investigation. Compare it to this one from Indiana (+coroners general death investigation protocol_indiana)or even this simplified one from Cleveland (+Coroner-Call Sheet (Cleveland Ohio)). But our investigation found even more substandard practices in the Albany County Coroners Office. Here are just a few:

 • No up-to-date or upgraded software for entering and administering information collected by coroners (A key employee of the Albany coroners’ office tells us that the software they are using dates back to the 1980’s and has not been updated; the office can’t do queries or generate reports from the software. What’s up with this, Albany County?) (Per information received from the Coroners Office, “The computer system used by The Albany County Coroner’s Office is an internal spread sheet that has been created for our use. All records are also kept as paper copy within the Albany County Hall of Records.”)
 • No way to determine which coroner had which case and when (Wouldn’t that be of interest when you consider almost 1000 coroner calls in 2015 and more than 900 coroner calls in 2016?)
 • No way to report cases that were closed without autopsy and those that went to autopsy
 • No way to determine which coroner used which funeral home to transfer the body Now that’s convenient, isn’t it, considering that three of the coroners are funeral directors, two of whom own funeral homes, and one of whom allegedly has a close connection with a Troy funeral home?)
 • An unacceptable delay in getting autopsy reports: up to 90 days! When cases go to autopsy, there is a significant delay in getting the autopsy reports from the medicolegal/forensic pathologist (the Albany coroners office has four pathologists on call Drs Hubbard, Sikirica, Balasubramaniam (“Dr Bala”), and a Dr Ing, and one physician assisting the coroners, a Dr John Len). So why the delay in the autopsy reports and the consequent delay in closing the case?
 • Apparently there is no way for the coroners office to report which cases are pending closure and which are closed.
 • Cases are not tabulated by coroner; they are tabulated only as a total The Albany County Office of Coroners is unable to list dates of coroner’s calls with a corresponding coroner’s name, location, funeral home, or case closing date. We find this to be gross dereliction of responsibilities!
 • The Albany County Office of Coroners does not keep a list of funeral homes used by the coroners. We don’t wonder Why? Do you?
 • Contrary to personal informal reports we have received, and which resulted in our interest in this topic, the Albany County Office of Coroners tells us that they have received no complaints regarding the performance of their coroners. (Per the Coroner’s Office, “As stated above any complaints against The Albany County Coroners would go through The Albany County Board of Legislators. In checking with them on this matter, no complaints have been filed against this office.” Do you wonder?)

Although the coroners have no medical training, and can be elected from any status in the general public, as long as they can get on the ballot. According to statute coroners must participate in a minimal death investigation course. The Albany County Office of Coroners reports that “all” county coroners receive annual training through the

 • New York State Association of Coroners and Medical Examiners (NYSACME)
 • The American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigation
 • The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), and
 • Funeral Director CEU (continuing education units).

We note that the Albany County Office of Coroners response clearly reads “[a]ll of our coroners receive yearly training through those organizations. Does “all” mean all as in every, each? If it does we have some questions. One of those questions arise because we have personal communications from funeral professionals who state that they don’t see Charles Smoot at any of the funeral director continuing education events (CEU). Where is he getting his continuing training? Who’s paying for it? The answer to the first question is: Nobody knows. The answer to the second question is: We are.

Given the inadequate documentation, and without some documentation of a coroner’s whereabouts at a particular time a coroner’s case is called in and a death investigation is supposedly being done it will be very difficult if not impossible, to defend against any claims that the coroners are not attending at the death scene but are signing death certificates without due and diligent investigation. This is a serious issue and must be responded to and dealt with. We now publicly submit this question to the Albany County Office of Coroners and demand a response.

Here’s what the Albany County Budget for 2017 lists for the Albany County Coroners Office:

Albany County Coroners Office Personnel Count

2015 2016 2017
A 1185 Personnel Count 6 6 6
A1185 Coroner $725,824 $733,039 $733,239
2014 2015 2016
A 1185 Personnel Count 6 6 6
A1185 Coroner $693,504 $727,294 $728,729

So the budget figures don’t lie but they also don’t tell the whole story. So we filed several demands for production of documents and information under the New York State Public Officers Law or the Freedom of Information Law. All criticisms aside, we have to give credit where credit is due: The clerk / administrator and confidential secretary at the Albany County Coroners Office have been very helpful and forthcoming, and we hope honest — in providing information in response to our demands. Unfortunately, much of what they provided does not speak in favor of the coroners office:

Albany Medical Center Propaganda

In 2015, Albany Medical Center performed all of 222 autopsies for the Albany County coroners. In 2016 , Albany Medical Center again performed a majority of our 230 autopsies for Albany County. Ellis Hospital began a contract with Albany County at this time but, according to the Coroners Office “a breakdown of these numbers is not possible with out going through each case by hand.” This is the 21st century, people! Everyone has computer software for keeping these sorts of records! Why doesn’t Albany County?

Albany County does not bill for out-of-county residence. If a person dies within Albany County, Albany County picks up the cost of Coroner involvement, pursuant to New York State Law. According to a Times Union report these costs totaled nearly $113,000 from January 2012 to August 2013 (“The dead’s tab: $61,426. When a patient flown to Albany Med dies, Albany County pays for the autopsy.” Times Union, November 25, 2014). During that same period the $61,426 for 56 outside cases in 2012 accounted for about 10 percent of the coroner’s overall $603,000 2013 budget. .But they can and should bill the cost back to the county of residence.

As mentioned above, the Albany County Coroners Office uses outside pathologists: Jeffrey Hubbard MD, Michael Sikirica MD, and Nadarajah Balasubramaniam MD a.k.a. Dr Bala. We demanded information regarding the costs of pathologist services and the Coroners Office provided these figures:

Pathology rates per patient:
Autopsy 770.00
Certification of Death 75.00
Review of records/exam/Certification 360.00

Amounts Paid to Pathologists
Per year
2015
Dr. Hubbard $46,980.00
Forensic Medical Services
Drs Sikirica and Balasubramaniam
$138,075.00
2016
Dr. Hubbard $68,125.00
Forensic Medical Services
Drs Sikirica and Balasubramaniam
$146,725.00

Albany Medical Center Autopsy Room

In addition to the three pathologists, John Len MD is a so-called physician assisting the coroners. Len was paid $3,350.00 in 2015, and $11,285.00 in 2016 for “assisting” Albany County coroners. Len, in other words, sells his signature to certify deaths when there is no personal physician.

Albany Medical Center has been the Albany County Coroners Office’s primary autopsy and lab and facility for the years 2015 and 2016. Ellis Hospital (Schenectady) began a contract with Albany County at the end of 2016, it is on a trial basis continuing through 2017.

Amount Paid to Albany Medical Center (Autopsy Services)
2015
Albany Medical Center $198,890.94
2016
Albany Medical Center $189,532.98
Ellis Hospital $6,550.00

Additional Laboratory Testing Services: In 2015 and 2016 National Medical and Bender Laboratories were used for additional toxicology services.

2016
National Medical $7,242.00
Bender Laboratories $27,500.00
2015
National Medical $13,881.66
Bender Laboratories $1770.00

We have demanded this same information from the Schenectady and Rensselaer Medical Examiner Offices and from the Greene County Office of the Coroner. As of this writing, their responses are still outstanding. Once we receive that information, we will publish a comparison of the systems.

Literally thousands, perhaps tens of thousands of deaths in Albany County are in a limbo land thanks to the decrepit and irresponsible administration of coroner records in the Albany County Coroners Office

Whereas the New York State Department of Health (NYDOH) has implemented an Electronic Death Registration System (EDRS) in a number of counties in New York State, implementation of the system in 2017 does not alter the fact that substandard recordkeeping in the Albany County Coroners Office has prevented any attempt at quality control or even retrieval of important data for administrative, study or research purposes. This means that information on literally thousands, perhaps tens of thousands of deaths in Albany County are in a limbo land thanks to the decrepit and irresponsible administration of coroner records in the Albany County Coroners Office.

It’s too little too late for many and we really have to ask the burning question, “Who dropped the ball for so many years?”

It’s the 21st century and it was a long time in finally coming but is still not fully implemented throughout the state, New York State’s Electronic Death Registration System (EDRS) in a secure web-based system for electronically registering deaths. EDRS simplifies the data collection process and enhances communication between health care providers and medical certifiers, medical examiners/coroners, funeral directors, and local registrars as they work together to register deaths. That having been said, it’s too little too late for many and we really have to ask the burning question, “Who dropped the ball for so many years?”

For now, though, Albany County Residents and our readers far and wide can draw their own conclusions about Albany County and it’s questionable rationale in keeping the obsolete, inefficient, and antiquated Albany County Coroners Office, apart from the obvious corrupt and self-serving political, power, patronage and economic interests involved.

We’d like to invite you to share your experiences of the coroner and medical examiner system with us. We’ll share them with our readers to enable them to be better informed and to improve their public health systems.

It’s time to do a forensic autopsy on Albany County and the Albany County Coroners Office!

Editor’s Note

The Albany Times Union reported that Mr Frank Simmons, one of the controversial candidates for Albany County Coroner, is an employee of Newcomer Funerals and Cremations: “Simmons, a funeral home director at New Comer Funerals and Cremations, intend[s] to petition to be on the ballot for the Democratic primary in September.” We have received information from a reliable source and in the funeral service business that Simmons is not employed by Newcomer but by the John J. Sandvidge Funeral Home, Troy. We are looking into this information and have notified Ms Amanda Fries, author of the Times Union article.

Tragedy or Failure? Watch what you do; take personal responsibility for things like this!

A truly sad event occurred in the morning hours of April 25, 2017, when a young man died as the result of an unfortunate vehicular traffic accident. The event has been called “tragic” but we’d like to call it instructive and meaningful. Logan Penzabene’s death on April 25 was not just the loss of a son, a friend, a young man whose life would have been full of promise; it was a wake-up call to every single politician, law enforcement person, and every member of this bereft community and beyond. The roadside memorials will disintegrate, the tears will dry up, the body will be buried but will the problems and failures persist?

Watch what you do; take personal responsibility for things like this!

The media reports that “The tragic crash took place in the midst of Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s teen safe driving campaign, and law enforcement babbles, and as Bethlehem Police Commander Adam Hornick babbles, “It’s even more unfortunate that we had this crash urging a campaign like this where we have such a concentrated effort by law enforcement to cut down on incidents like this.” Hornick hopes others will take the crash as a reminder to drive safe on the roads. Don’t we all?

Regardless of what Gov. Mario Cuomo puts out there politically or what Hornick makes as a public statement on behalf of law enforcement, the fact remains, that many reports and complaints have been made to local law enforcement and to the New York State Police regarding the safety of vehicular traffic on Route 144, where this accident occurred, claiming the life of another young person and severely injuring another.

We made a direct complaint to New York State Police at the toll plaza 22 of the New York State Thruway…

In fact, several weeks ago, we made a direct complaint to New York State Police at the toll plaza 22 of the New York State Thruway regarding the very real and present problem of operators, including passenger vehicles and heavy commercial vehicles, running the stop signs at Rt 144. Details were provided to responding State Troopers but to date we have not been able to observe any police presence at the times we reported such activity nor at any other time.

The New York State Police seem to have plenty of money, personnel and time to escort oversized vehicles down Rt 144, even when commericial escort should be available and doing that service, but the NYS Police don’t seem to have time to enforce the vehicular laws of this state. People are endangered, injured and killed as a result. Why is that?

Know what this means?

We have repeatedly reported on the careless and dangerous operation of vehicles entering and exiting the Port of Coeymans and adjacent Coeymans Industrial Park properties but we have seen no enforcement action taken at that location. Illegal and dangerous passing by motorists when a slow-moving truck pulls out in front of them. Decoy cars parked unlawfully and dangerously on the roadside but no visible control of the heavy truck traffic. Why is that?

On Aprll 25, 2017, Logan Penzabene was killed when he crossed into the on coming lane of traffic. Why was that? What caused him to migrate into that other lane and strike the oncoming vehicle? Texting, using a phone, horsing around in the car? Didn’t take more than a second and it happened! Where are we, people? In LA-LA Land?

The Penzabene Accident Scene

On the one hand we can speak of our unrealistic notion that we are in control of events and that such things are preventable. That’s part of our LA-LA Land arrogance and is somehow believing in magic. Something that is preventable reasonbably leads to the conclusion that if it happened and was not prevented that some mistake was made, and if a mistake was made, someone obviously made it, barring any notion or proof of mechanical failure. In Logan’s case, complete failure of his steering wheel. So if the accident was due to human error, what was it?

Signs pointing in the direction of failure of programs…

While we, as human beings, are blasted into reality when such an event occurs, that reality regrettably lasts only until the memorial shrine disintegrates or a couple of days after the funeral. Then it’s back to business as usual. Here’s the stupid-rule: the more stupidity, more so-called tragedies. But the real tragedy is still the stupidity. The stupidity of educators, parents, law enforcement and policy makers. These events are not just deaths, they are evidence of failures but no one seems to think of these events as signs pointing in the direction of failure of programs. So the so-called tragedies continue.

It’s half-arsed damage control…

Quite frankly, it’s half-arsed damage control when the RCS school district plays the caring and compassionate student-centered educators by announcing that “grief counselors are being made available to students and staff in the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk school district. This follows the death of RCS grad, Logan Penzabene. He was killed in a car crash Tuesday in Selkirk.” Too little, too late And if RCS Superintendent of Schools Robert Libby sent a letter home with each student in the district informing families about the fatal accident Wednesday, he’s going to have to do a hell of a lot more than just sending students home with letters. But does he have any clue what to do?

Cuomo’ s public announcement of a so-called “teen safe driving campaign” isn’t going to do it. Hornick’s wishful thinking and so-called efforts to cut down on inicidents” like the Penzabene incident isn’t going to come to any fruition. Why? Because they are smoke and mirror shows, empty!

If efforts and programs worked, why is it, as Hornick reports, that “[T]he community has already been through this; the town has,” Hornick said. “This is the second fatal in town in six months.” Second “fatal” but what about the others, the non-fatal ones. If Hornick’s efforts were as colorful as his title, Bethlehem Police Commander, maybe we’d see some change.

In our May 3 article “Enuf already! Freaks and Scofflaws” we reported on a local business vehicle apparently operated by an employee of Eagle Tools in West Coxsackie. That report was provided on the very day of Penzabene’s funeral, on May 3! That truck ran a stop sign, was traveling at a low speed, was crossing over into the oncoming lane numerous times, never used a turn signal. And that’s someone allegedly with a commercial driver’s license!

And what about the rest of you? You’re all just as guilty! Just open your eyes while you’re driving and observe what’s happening around you, and the hazards and dangers being created randomly by your fellow vehicle operators. Better still, just count the hazardous and dangerous habits you have behind the wheel. Precious cargo on board signs merely obstruct visibility even if you were using your rear view mirrors; programs and efforts don’t work unless the community actively commits to the program and actively participates in the efforts.

What are you doing to ensure you don’t get that knock at the door or that telephone call starting,
“I’m afraid I have some bad news…”

This is not the time to start thinking…

It would also help if law enforcement did less talking and responded more proactively to real complaints and reports of vehicular misconduct and careless operation.

Cuomo is a politician and spends most of his time in a very secure environment, most of the time in New York City. We have to live in the community. We have to use the roads. We have to try to stay alive despite the stupidity of those around us. What to we do about stupidity? Well, you could start by being less stupid yourselves.

So forget all the empty “You’re in our prayers” crapola. Forget the roadside memorials. Forget the sentimental expressions of superficial sympathy. Forget Cuomo and his idiotic empty programs. And forget law enforcement efforts that are practically non-existent if we can judge by their response to real complaints and ongoing problems. Do something that is really effective: Mind your manners!

While human compassion blots out reason in the acute moments of such loss, and loss it is in myriad ways, and our heartfelt sympathy goes out to Logan’s devastated family and friends, we have to look at this event as having an incredible meaning for everyone: Logan’s death has become an icon, an icon that demands that we take responsibility for our own actions and accept accountability. If Logan’s death is to have any meaning at all, it’s up to his young friends, his community, and all of us to be responsible and obey our laws, take our time, be mindful of the moment, and to realize our duties and obligations not only to ourselves but to those around us as well. Period.

Blacks and Wimins Can’t Drive; Black Wimins Can’t Park (Won’t Park Legally)

animated_update_smallon our exposé of corrupt local dentists (in Greene county, NY): We are informed that our efforts and support of a reader who was a victim of Coxsackie Dental Arts, “Dr” Kurt Froehlich, have paid off. The reader’s credit card company has found in favor of the patient and has denied CDA and Frohlich payment, crediting the amount back to the patient. CDA and Froehlich can appeal the credit card company’s decision within 45 days, but Froehlich still got to deal with possible court action and possible investigation by the insurance company and the Greene County DA and NYS Attorney General for possible fraud for double-billing, billing the insurance company for services never rendered, and trying to collect from the patient!

Back to our main story:

Yeah! It’s an awful statement of a stereotype because it’s not true everywhere and always; in other words, it can’t be generalized to the entire population. But if people don’t like stereotypes or don’t like being forced into a stereotype, why do they insist on acting out the stereotype and giving it new life?

It’s An Election Year, A Big One! Shouldn’t Our Politicians Be Answering These Questions?

Do your part to put an end to “Sanctuary Cities” that ignore the law. Sign the petition at “Senate Must Act on Sanctuary Cities“.

Here’s an example from one of our readers:

Why does (it shouldn’t) color allow you to be inconsiderate, unsafe, uncivil, violate the law?

“Dear editor,
“I thought you’d enjoy this.
I shop at the Glenmont Pricechopper and sometimes use the BankAmerica ATM next door. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen vehicles parked in front of the BankAmerica facing the wrong direction and forcing buses and other vehicles to go around them, risking a mishap in the oncoming lane.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had the pleasure of noting that almost all of those lazy, inconsiderate scofflaws were “persons of color“, actually blacks.
“Today, I got a taste of “stereotype” behavior all of the PC correct whities are so careful to avoid noticing.
“I stopped and parked properly in the parking lot across from the ATM and noted a minivan type vehicle parked directly in front of the ATM on the wrong side of the street, facing oncoming traffic. A bus and a couple of cars had to maneuver around it to continue their trips. When I crossed the street I must have shot it a displeased look (no one was inside), but when I entered the ATM lobby, a black woman with alien locks was looking at me and says, “I saw that judgmental look at my car.” I couldn’t believe my ears. I responded, “It’s parked illegally and forcing people to go around it. Can’t you park properly?” She then launched into a tirade only a black could do to a white person, yelling that she saw my “judgmental look” at her car, and who did I think I was. I told I was the one obeying the law and parking properly and that she should save her paranoia for someone else. So she tells me to go “fuck” myself to which I responded, “Bitch! Get your money and leave so I don’t have to share this space with you.” She again told me to “fuck” myself.
Imagine if I, a whitie, started off on her like that and spoke to her like that. Or if I parked like that? Wonder if the Bethlehem Police would have ignored the white boy doing that?
Just thought you’d enjoy this after seeing “Black lives matter” until I want to puke!”
Thanks! You can print this if you want. It’s all true.
[Name withheld at author’s request.]

Before you get all self-righteous and politically correct, let us just agree on one point before you read on: This post is not about hate or racism or anything like either. This is a post that very clearly and honestly looks at a situation and how it came to be what it is. Very few of our readers will be able to deny having a similar experience. So let’s get on with it.

Another reader writes about his/her experience when attempting to get a price on a simple sewing job:

This is the place! Just look at those prices! Why is he charging those prices? Because he can!

“I read your blog about the dentists and I thought you’d be interested in this recent experience. [Editor’s Note: The reader is referring to our recent article, “Local Dentists. Are you being abused, taken for a ride in the chair?“, in which we discuss local dentists, especially Coxsackie Dental Arts (Kurt Frohlich) and Marvin Gertzberg (formerly of New Baltimore Family Dentistry), and their scams.]

“I had a small sewing job I needed done and figured I’d try a smallish place that had put up some signs at the four-corners in Glenmont, feeling it’s better to support a local small business than go to one of the larger establishments. It was a disappointing experience but taught me a great lesson in where we are in this country.

“I walked in and stood there watching a middle-aged man of color fussing with some garments. He didn’t say a word, or even look up at first but after a minute or two he came over and said, “What can I do for you.”

“I explained what I wanted done–seemed really simple since all I felt needed to be done was slip the thing under the sewing machine needle and stitch the material, that’s all I was asking for.

“The man started a mini-course in sewing and how this needed to be done and that had to be done. I clarified that all I wanted was for him to stitch the material. He continued, telling me that he charged for every 15 inches; there was a charge for every 15 inches of stitching. He continued by telling me that this length would be $45 and this another about $30, etc. until I was completely mindboggled that this job was already more than $100. I told him that if it was more than $25 I just was not going to have do it. I jokingly said I could get a surgeon to stitch for less money, and that he should be a doctor.

“Well, the little man then got downright insulted and told me that I was “rude and being smart,” for making such a comment. He told me that every profession has its rates of charge and that I was “ignorant” for not knowing that. I was shocked at his attitude and left saying, “Have a nice day and good luck, you’ll need it.”

“For your information if you want to print it, I’m talking about
Delmar Custom Tailor & Cleaners
http://www.delmarcustomtailor.com/
365 Feura Bush Rd, Glenmont, NY 12077
(518) 475-0883.

“P.s. I’m white middle class, well educated, a decent person and well-liked, and I don’t feel I deserve this sort of treatment from anyone, white or of color.

“P.p.s. Several days after this experience, I was at Joanne’s in Northway Mall and they recommended a local seamstress, formerly a manager at David’s Bridal, who does wedding gowns and custom clothing. I called her and described what I needed done, she asked me to make and appointment to come to her shop to show her. We met. She did the work beautifully for $20.00!!! Less than 1/5th of what that nasty little man wanted to charge. I guess his customers from Elsmere and Delmar have more money than dignity or brains.”

We found it! Around the corner from Romo's Pizza!

After all, immigrants can come here and take advantage of the “market economy,” but oddly they’re not subject to our laws, or our customs, or our ethics. But they have rights.

We’re not singling out Delmar Custom Tailor & Cleaners but this guy is a good example of what we are talking about when we talk of retroracism and abuse of the white foundation of this country. Rather than be tolerant and tactful, this immigrant chose to be arrogant, abusive, and disrespectful. He seems to have forgotten that in his own native country he probably wouldn’t be earning in a month what he charges now to shorten a pair of trousers! But is the little troll grateful? No! He, like so many others, leaves the squalor and corruption of their native countries to take advantage of the let-me-kiss-your-colored-ass-please juicebags of this country. Why is it we’re such pushovers?

All of the great nations, empires of history, were very careful to secure their borders and to take care of their own.Why is it this country lets the homeland spiral into depravity and opens its borders to let every parasite imaginable cross over and infest this country? Forget about the crapola we’re being fed by the ass-kissing liberals that this country was founded on the contributions of immigrants; they were an immigrant of a vastly different kind, they had values, morals, and a work ethic. Anyone who has had great grandparents who come to the United States LEGALLY can attest to that fact. We now have immigrants who make a joke of our federal laws and cities and states that aid and abet their criminality.

“White lives count!”

Yes! They do!

We are all born into a native culture; some people have moral and civil values, others do not. Some people are born into a loving, caring and nurturing family others are born into a vicious cycle of abuse. Some people are poor but dignified others are trash. We have white trash, Black trash, Oriental trash, and just trash trash. You can decide for yourselves where you fit in. One thing is certain, though: each and every one of us has the freedom and the liberty to be better and not simply be lazy and go with the flow. It just happens that some people are born into ignorance and prefer to stay ignorant; same applies to trash.

So when we look at what’s going on in this country, it’s all about choices: What you choose to do and what you choose to be. Simple.

I have the freedom and the liberty to choose and I choose not to accept the behavior…

Here’s an example: Today, we made a rare trip to Walmart in Glenmont. There was quite a variety of types there ranging from trashy to middle-class, and you could see right then and there that you are born into a culture, you are raised in that culture and you’re likely to stay in that culture and raise your children in that culture. I thought about this when I passed a very loud group of 4 persons, including two small children. Yelling, banging, the boom box was blasting. One couldn’t help thinking “stereotypes.” There is a reason for stereotypes and the reason is that the stereotypes perpetuate the stereotype. Does that make us, the others, evil or unjust for admitting that they created the stereotype, and we are just acknowledging it. It wasn’t us that created the behavior that pegs them for what they are, and puts them in the box labeled “whatever.” So why get all in a huff when someone honestly admits that they’re what they are: stereotypical of their group. Why? Because they like it there; they have no desire to leave their place in the world. Does that make them bad people? Not at all. But I don’t need them setting the conditions for how I live, or for invading my space with their behavior. I have the freedom and the liberty to choose and I choose not to accept the behavior; I also choose to admit that it exists and not to live in denial.

We’re just plain sick and tired to the point of puking when we have to listen to all the talk of “racism” even by our racist president, Mr Obama, who is quick to play the race card when it comes to a white-on-black issue but is eerily silent when it comes to the execution-style shootings of our law enforcement people. We’d like to start a counter-movement, “White lives count!”

They use any excuse to destroy and to use racism as an excuse for criminality!

Anyone who watches the antics of the carjackers and the other urban criminals can form their own opinions. There was a video of a car-chase and then an on-foot pursuit of a [black] perp the other day just in the wake of the execution-style shooting of a law-enforcement officer, in the wake of the shooting of a state trooper, in the wake of the on-air execution of two talk-show hosts, in the wake of the shooting of two police officers, and the list goes on. Does anyone dare mention the color of the perps? The media doesn’t have the balls to say “black” but the majority–we say the majority because in a couple of the instances no arrest has been made and we haven’t seen the pix of the perps (the media tends to avoid mentioning color or, in some instances, even showing a picture of the perpetrator(s)–were, Guess what? blacks. Not Hispanic, not Chinese, not Asian, not Native American, not Irish; read our lips BLACK! And we don’t mean African black! We mean American Blacks; the product of American Black culture. The same ones that will use any excuse to destroy and to use racism as an excuse for criminality! How long do you think the self-deception, the denial, the blindness of mainstream America is going to go on before it reaches the flash point and a reaction occurs?

Racism? The American people are kept in the darkest of dark closets when it comes to the truth about racism, slavery. Anyone with any knowledge of American history cannot avoid the example of the indentured servant, or non-landed whites, or women in this country. Much of that discrimination didn’t change until the 20th century!

White people can’t save Black people from themselves!

At some point in time people have to choose to stop being victims and stop riding the same old hackneyed slogans to death. White people can’t save Black people from themselves. Black people have to take charge and clean up their own acts, clean up their own neighborhoods, create new, more positive stereotypes of themselves. It’s about time someone admitted that.

And has anyone done the history of the Italian, Irish, even Catholic Americans in this country. Did you know that plenty of Italians and Irish were LYNCHED because they were Italians or Irish! Look it up, you ignorant liberal asskissers. In the West, until the 20th Century, Chinese and Sikhs, for example, were discriminated against and their property confiscated violently. What about the Japanese and German concentration camps IN THIS COUNTRY? Anyone talk about racism in those contexts? Why not?

And so we have people up in arms about closing our borders to illegal penetrations. This country is sick, sick, sick and it is refusing treatment. If you talk about closing our borders and enforcing our laws, you’re un-American! If you talk about deporting illegals you’re un-American! If you say fix the problems in the United States, wash the shit off your own porch before you screw up other countries and cultures, you’re un-American.

The number of jurisdictions with sanctuary policies for illegal aliens have risen to an estimated 340 from 276 in July, according to an updated CIS study. The refusal of local authorities to give custody of deportable criminal aliens to ICE has resulted in the release of around 1,000 criminal aliens per month. (Excerpt from: Santuary Cities…Releasing Thousands of Criminals). Do your part to put an end to “Sanctuary Cities” that ignore the law. Sign the petition at “Senate Must Act on Sanctuary Cities“.

Tell them to go the hell home and save their countries rather than abandoning them!

We have a question we’d like you to think about: Say you go to Canada for the weekend. You get into Canada using your American passport, driving a vehicle legally registered in New York, you don’t speak with an accent. But when you want to get back into the United States from Canada, using your American passport, driving a vehicle legally registered in New York, and you haven’t picked up an accent in Canada, you a put thru a third degree? It’s almost like you’re being punished for going to Canada and then trying to get back into the United States? Makes you wonder how so many Mexicans get into the USA over the border, doesn’t it?

So doesn’t it come across like a little hypocritical, a lot really stupid when the United States is telling Hungary and other European nations to open up their borders and let the Syrian refugees flow in? Yeah! Misery likes company and if the US has it’s Mexicans why shouldn’t Europe have its Syrians? Our advice: Tell them to go the hell home and take responsibility for saving their countries rather than abandoning them, and playing the rest of the world for suckers!

The United States government is doing more spying on YOU than on ISIS!

We even hear people saying that they don’t travel anymore because of the hassle they get at the airports by goons in uniform. Is there a plan in the works here? If regular people are abused enough they will avoid moving around too much. If they’re abused by mindless monkeys, they feel violated and who wants to go through that? Do you see a plan here?

All of you blind bastards reading this diatribe had better open your eyes and recognize the fact that we don’t deport illegal aliens because they are VOTES for those in power. We don’t call a criminal black because they are VOTES for those in power. (We also don’t call them black because they behave like animals and everyone is scared shitless of what they might do. You asked for it America! You sure as hell got what you asked for!) And we don’t spend more time fixing the United States because the corporations see untapped wealth in the Middle East and elsewhere and the only way they can get to it is by using the United States Government = their paid lackeys to do it for them. Look, if the corporations are going to profit by the military actions the United States government gets bogged down in, and United States military personnel come back dead, maimed, or otherwise physically or mentally damaged, it’s the corporations that should pay for the damage, not the American people. Our military is not protecting our freedoms and liberties, people, WAKE UP! In fact, our own government is erasing our freedoms and liberties on a day-to-day basis and you don’t even realize it. The United States government is doing more spying on YOU than on ISIS!

Don’t you feel manipulated? Don’t you feel like it’s time to reclaim your brain, your mind, your soul?

We’d rather not get started on the media and prime time programming, but we have to say something about it just to be fairly complete. You are told what to think. You are told who to listen to. You are told what to eat and drink. You are told you are damaged goods and need this or that drug. You are told by your boss you can’t say “fuck” in the workplace but turn on the television or open a magazine like “Men’s Health” and you can hear and read the word or worse almost regularly. You’re a dog or a whore if you jump into bed with a different gal or guy every day but it seems afternoon soaps tell you it’s OK. Two men kissing and boinking are OK on the soaps, too. Don’t you feel manipulated? Don’t you feel like it’s time to reclaim your brain, your mind, your soul? The media are stealing your mind and your soul and you just let it happen! If someone did that with your wallet or your purse, what would you do to reclaim just a couple of bucks or credit cards? But you let media corporations steal something much more valuable and irreplaceable: your soul and your children’s souls, and you do nothing!

Shame on you, America! You’ve become homeless and have prostituted your values.

And YES! it would be a terrible stereotype if it weren’t TRUE and FACTUAL!

Stay tuned for our exposés of local politicians and their bids for election. We’ll be exposing Matt Miller (another corrupt crook for the Albany County Legislature?), Touchette, Youmans (hopefully with his arrest record), Dolan in Albany County, and of course Mr Flach opposed by Mr Crandall. And in Greene County Denis Jordan (Stupid, crooked, corrupt, and not a team-player but still seeking re-election to Highway Superintendent), Arthur Fullerton (He has already been exposed for lying and misinformation in his campaign! running for town of New Baltimore Supervisor. <GAG!>), Delisanti (No balls but what’s the alternative? He’s seeking re-election as town of New Baltimore Supervisor). We’re going to have some great fun with this bunch of monkeys!

New York State Police: Joining Police-State Tactics, Eroding Public Trust; Biased Law-Enforcement!

What is the New York State Police in Greene/Columbia County Trying to Prove? That they’re as politically and socially biased as the worst of municipal law enforcement?

Well, if that’s what they’re out to prove, they’re well on their way to reaching their ill-conceived goals!

Think twice when you see these lights! They may not be there to "serve and to protect" but may be there simply to make a political statement!

Think twice when you see these lights! They may not be there to “serve and to protect” but may be there simply to make a political statement!

Supporting local business and economy, on the way to Rhinebeck, to participate in a Restaurant Week meal with 3 other couples at Terrapin, we curiously noted the unusual number of NYS police vehicles making stops of motorists. We casually remarked: “They must have a quota to fill.” And drove on confident that we, as law-abiding, good citizens would not have to go through such an ordeal. A reader writes to us on the evening of Friday, March 13, 2014, after returning from a harmless social event with professional co-workers:

“How wrong we were! Returning to Albany county at about 10:45, approaching the Rip van Winkel bridge, we noticed a sandwich board displayed on the approach to the bridge: “Safety Restraint Check Ahead”, and figured it was just another seat-belt check. We remarked how stupid such a thing is to waste State Police personnel and resources checking seat belts at such a time. It soon became clear what was going on. It was a total lie. But why do the State Police have to resort to such stupid, low, tactics against a majority of law-abiding, social citizens, when there’s so much obvious, conspicuous crime going on? Answer: Easy Pickin’s.
“Why go after criminal minorities in the wake of Fergusen and in the climate of Black history month when there are easy prey in the form of middle class white Americans out there who won’t riot and can’t claim “profiling” when they’re stopped and harassed. The U.S. Attorney General, a Black appointee under a Black president, issues a scathing critical report against the law enforcement officers of Fergusen after the shooting of an “unarmed black man” – and then two white cops are shot from ambush while monitoring [ongoing] protests in Ferugusen, and the U.S. Attorney General, Black hypocrite that he is, denounces the shootings. Eric Holder, U.S. Attorney General, the so-called chief law-enforcement officer in the USA, is a reverse racist! On the one hand he throws his own law-enforcement officers under the bus and then cries “Foul” when his own people engage in racist shootings of white police officers! How low have we become, America?!? How hypocritical have we become, America?!? It it had been a white person shooting, it would have been called “Racist!!!” If it had been an Arab, it would have been called, “Terrorist!!!” But it was a shooting of white police officers monitoring BLACK demonstrators…What do we call that? You tell us!!!
Stopped, asked whether the driver had had anything to drink that evening. Driver responds 1 beer. Pull over to the side there, I want to talk to you some more.
“Where are you coming from? Where are you going?” Directing his attention to the passenger: “What have YOU had to drink?” Well the stupid, ignorant trooper had no idea what he was asking or whom he was asking and the passenger simply responded: “Why are you asking me that? I’m not driving. Your question is totally irrelevant. What’s your problem? [Editor’s Note: According to the personal communication because the situation was so bizarre, the passenger has started his voice recorder going on by this time!]”
As if to regain his composure and self-respect the trooper asks the driver to get out of the car and asks him to do all sorts of stupid things. Why stupid? Because the man was visibly 200% sober, no indication of impairment!!! This was clearly an instance of intimidation, harassment. Asked for the driver’s licence, which was produced and the trooper puts the licence in his back pocket! And then he continues to harass the driver. No radio check. No registration check. No insurance check! The trooper puts the licence in his back pocket! Is this harassment or real law enforcement? Passive intimidation? How many of our neighbors, fellow citizens have experienced this sort of police-state conduct?”

Shame on the NYS Police in Greene /Columbia County NY. Your're Disappointments!

Shame on the NYS Police
in Greene /Columbia County NY. You’re real Disappointments!<

Well, dear readers, there is no one out there who is more law-enforcement friendly, more supportive of our law-enforcement officers, and no one more supportive of law, liberty and justice than we are. But this is clearly an abuse of police authority. We fully support law enforcement in their efforts to serve and protect our communities by being present, observing, assisting, but NOT BY HARASSING and INTIMIDATING law-abiding, White citizens going about their routine social activities. And when law-enforcement does so under false pretenses and in obvious non-compliance with established protocols we have to speak out and demand an explanation.

We condemn such arbitrary, indifferent, discriminatory conduct on the part of our publicly funded law enforcement personnel. It’s the socially and politically responsible, hard-working, responsible and ethical minority who pays for law enforcement and who supports local businesses and institutions. It seems it’s exactly these very same individuals who are targeted by the very law enforcement and government they support!

Dishonored, DisappointmentsUntil Further Notice

Dishonored, Disappointments
Until Further Notice

The check-point at the Rip van Winkel bridge on March 13, 2015, at about 10:45 was a travesty of police power. It was totally inappropriate and abusive. It undermined our faith and trust, our confidence in our law enforcement personnel. It defeated any claimed law enforcement positive effects.

We made inquiries and it seems the New York State Police were out in force and stopping people even during the afternoon. The pretense: St Pat’s day! So the New York State Police are out stopping people on March 13th in preparation for March 17th. If only they were that well-prepared to enforce day-to-day laws on our road we’d all feel a lot safer. Now doesn’t that get your Irish up? Happy St Pat’s day…and watch out for the party-poopers!

shamrockShame on you! New York State Police! Your personnel on the Rip Van Winkel bridge tonite eroded any support and confidence we may have had in you! May be this country is moving in the direction of the totalitarian police state we’ve been warning against over the past couple of years. Beware, sheeple, your silence will be your undoing!

We, the People, are guaranteed control under the Constitution. It’s time we took responsibility for what’s going on in this community, this country and it’s time we take control. We’re not the criminals and we should not be made to feel we are. We know who the criminals are and when our law enforcement and government start to go astray, it’s time to start doing what the Blacks have been and still are doing: taking control! Get with the Constitution, people. Stop this downward spiral of depravity NOW!

Have you had any experience with local or state police recently? Tell us about it.

News Shorts: Coeymans p.d. Fires Crosier

progress-reportCoeymans Town Board Terminates Coeymans Police Officer Danielle Crosier

We have received a confirmed report that the Coeymans town board has terminated Coeymans police officer Danielle Crosier.

Crosier has been an item of ongoing scandal and controversy since former Coeymans police chief Gregory “Dumplington” Darlington added the blond bimbo to his trophy shelf about two years ago. Her major claim to fame was her notorious bad driving; she was such a bad driver that the RCS high school put her on as a road safety instructor. Go figure.

Crosier was so bad behind the wheel of a motor vehicle that she recently rammed a parked NYS vehicle in the South Pearl Street NYS motor vehicles parking lot while allegedly transporting a minor to Family Services. Yup! And the RCS central school district, your board of education, turned her loose to be a road safety instructor. Say! Anyone know what happened to that investigation?

Crosier was also installed at the RCS high school as RSO (Resource Safety Officer) where she wasted no time harassing the students, doing illegal searches, and doing one of the wrestling coaches too!

We’ve been pressing to get rid of that blond bimbo for some time now; Crosier was a useless piece of baggage.

The Coeymans town board also accepted the resignation of Coeymans police officer Scott Kline.

On the Street: Ravena to Eliminate the Ravena Fire Department. Fact or Fiction?

There’s another breaking story but is still unconfirmed that the village of Ravena is considering eliminating the Ravena Fire Department and entering into an agreement with the town of Coeymans for firefighting services. This would be a very smart move on Ravena’s part and would save Ravena a couple of hundred grand, more if they sell off the existing equipment. Such a move, if done right, would also help the town of Coeymans utilize its resources to capacity, while setting the stage for more advanced training and possibly some more grant money. Let’s see if this one pans out.

If anyone has any info to share, please let us know at rcs.confidential@gmail.com.

Coeymans Has a New Police Chief: Peter J. McKenna

After former Coeymans police chief Gregory “Dumplington” Darlington jumped ship and abandoned his staff, the Coeymans police department, and the Ravena-Coeymans community, the Coeymans town board has worked hard to downsize the Coeymanazi police department. The Coeymans town board, at its regular meeting on Monday, October 27, named Coeymans police officer Peter J. McKenna to replace DoDo Dumplington.

A Very Conditional Congrtulations go to Chief Peter J. McKenna and to the Coeymans Town Board

A Very Conditional Congratulations! goes to
Coeymans Police Chief
Peter J. McKenna

and to the Coeymans Town Board

An Opportunity to Revitalize and for a Complete Makeover

Chief Peter J. McKenna

Chief Peter J. McKenna

Police Chief Peter J. McKenna can use this opportunity to be a hero, to shine, to revitalize the community’s faith and trust of law enforcement or he can continue in the same filthy rut as his predecessor. We hope he’ll take a more positive and honorable heading for as long as he has a department to run.

Defund to Eliminate

Defund to Eliminate

We say “conditional” because we still urge the town of Coeymans to eliminate the Coeymans police department in its entirety but we do understand that it can’t be done overnight. The strategy of defunding the Coeymans police department, and gradually forcing the derelict or dirty cops (read our article: More Coeymans Police Misconduct: We Want Answers!; BAM! Blonde Bimbo Coeymanazi Strikes Again: This Time a State Agency Car) or the more ambitious law enforcement officers to resign, or at least get them out of our schools, and to seek more lucrative, rewarding employment with a real department is a good one, and it seems to be working: several more Coeymans police department employees have resigned this week.

Actually, with the appointment of Chief McKenna, the Coeymans town board has made a second positive step: they’ve appointed McKenna at a salary of almost half the money that rat-king Gregory Darlington was sucking up in addition to benefits and all he could hoard of the Coeymans treasury. That’s not to say that McKenna is not worth Gregory Darlington’s salary and more. McKenna is a professional law enforcement officer with prior service with the Albany Police Department and reached the level of professional detective (not the Coeymans p.d. dork detective variety fathered by that retard Dudlington).

P. David Soares

P. David Soares
Will he hire dolt Dumplington?

Chief McKenna, like most of the Coeymans police department, doesn’t come to us without some historical baggage. Yes, he had problems with the Albany Police Department. Yes he had some conflicts with Albany County’s pilfering, racist, womanizing district attorney, P. David Soares. But he has connections with law enforcement and that’s a good thing. He has conflicts with Soares and that’s a good thing. Unlike dolt Darlington, Chief McKenna may be able to conduct his law enforcement activities on the straight and narrow, not sucking up to a corrupt and incompetent district attorney. Unlike Darlington, Chief McKenna doesn’t have the corrupt concerns about getting a job next to his wife (Dumpling Darlington’s dumpy dumplin’ Leah Darlington works as a secretary/clerk for Soares). Chief McKenna has been patrolling Ravena-Coeymans for a couple of years not and, despite his past, McKenna has earned the reputation of being fair and a generally good cop.

Albany County Enhanced 911 and Elimination of the Coeymans Dispatchers. There may be a hidden benefit to appointing a veteran and well-informed cop with plenty of city experience. Chief McKenna most probably knows a great deal about the Albany County 911 system and can be a valuable source of information and a consultant to the Coeymans town board when considering trimming the Coeymans budget of several hundreds of thousands of dollars by eliminating the redundant dispatchers. (Click here to read our article:
Dispatchers Distribute Misleading Flyer! Lies in Print…AGAIN!)

What we’d like to see Chief McKenna tackle as part of his community outreach efforts (and he will have community outreach, of that we are certain) is this: Under Darlington’s incompetent bastardizing of the Coeymans police department obstruction of justice was rampant, meprision of felony (18 U.S. Code § 4 – Misprision of felony*) was a day-to-day occurrence. Having worked in the Coeymans police department for several years under Darlington’s oppression, Chief McKenna knows all about the obstruction of justice and meprision of felony (especially the obstruction of justice and accessory after the fact in the Cathy Deluca case and concealment by “Dirty Hands” Jerry Deluca, Gregory Darlington and Jason Albert!) that went on in the Coeymans police department and it’s now time to come clean, squeaky clean, and prove that he, Peter J. McKenna, is worthy of the chief’s badge and worthy of this community’s trust. (Maybe Chief McKenna can manage to uniformly, nondiscriminatingly enforce the law and truly to “serve and protect” this community. See our articles: Coeymans: Illegal “Work Zone” Signs and Unlawful Threat of Fines?Criminal Obstruction of Justice & Official Misconduct: Gregory Darlington, Coeymans PDWhat you hear or see, or know can land you in Jail! 18 USC § 4 – Misprision of Felony; Raped by the Coeymans Police Department!)

*Misprision of felony: Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

Cathy Deluca Misdemeanor False Statement

Cathy Deluca
Misdemeanor False Statement

There are dozens, literally dozens, of pending complaint investigations and pending lawsuits against the Coeymans police department and it’s in Chief McKenna’s interest to start on the right foot. One way to do this is to take the time, and it will be a lot of time at first, to manage the complaints and lawsuits crisis in Coeymans. Chief McKenna has to reach out to the aggrieved, defuse the situation, pledge his good will, ensure that the cases are properly investigated and the results communicated to the aggrieved parties, ensure that justice is done by getting rid of the culprits and, if necessary, ensuring that they are prosecuted. There are many in the community who can prove to be valuable allies to Chief McKenna and even to the Coeymans town board if, and only if, Chief McKenna has integrity, is honest with us, and proves he’s fair and is interested in seeing justice done. Ditto for the Coeymans town board. (Read our article: Village of Ravena, Town of Coeymans Police Department Served with Notices of ClaimCriminal Complaint: Catherine M. Deluca a.k.a. Cathy Deluca, Claude A. Wheeles, Ravena Health and Fitness Center; Why Ravena Village Hall Thumbs Their Noses at the Pubic Officers Law…)

Harold “Hal” Warner = Corrupt Judge = Corrupt Justice

Noting the presence of members of the Ravena liars-lair, especially Harold “Hal” Warner, another Albany Cop who got taken off the street for his civil rights abuses, and then was elected to be a village of Ravena justice, a judge of all things! His presence and the fact that he was seen to be consulting with Chief McKenna could give rise to charges of violation of the Judicial Code of Conduct against Warner. What business does a sitting village justice have having secret discussions with the newly appointed town police chief, we have to ask. But Warner, if he’s stupid enough to run for office again, will be embarrassed by a total defeat! We’ll work hard to see that happen. (See our article on the Warners of Ravena: The Warners: A Family Tradition of Misconduct) As for the other self-interested crooks who were conspicuously sitting on pins and needles and felt that they had to be present at the meeting just to calm their nerves, we know who you are and we’re watching together with quite a few other residents. Keep out of the way. You’ve on notice!

(Special note to Dawn LaMountain: Better keep your mouth shut and get a lawyer—maybe your ex-boss Dumplington, can get his wife Leah to sweet-talk Soares into defending you, or at least not to prosecute you—, you may need one soon. Your chubby chicken should also be looking for a job pretty soon, too!) (Read our article Why?: Dispatchers Distribute Misleading Flyer! Lies in Print…AGAIN!)

So, Coeymans, Chief McKenna, you both have our “conditional” Congratulations! “Conditional” because you’re going to be watched like a hawk, we’ll have our ears to the ground and in the community. These next couple of months will either make or break both of you, Coeymans town board and Peter J. McKenna. You both have a lot of healing to do and a lot of trust to mend.
