Months of worthless investigations and testimony, a failed impeachment investigation and proceeding, headed by a bunch of idiots elected to public office by another bunch of idiots, all while in Wuhan, China, the next killer pandemic was brewing. At the same time the US Congress was playing their backstabbing, witchhunting antics, and giving away American taxpayer’s medical equipment and supplies, while ignoring the basics for the homeland, like healthcare, the elderly, the working poor, and Congress and state legislatures were legislating abortion and pay hikes for themselves, the highly-paid executives of America’s so-called non-profits — like the Captial District YMCA and Easton Mountain sex camp — were abusing veterans or promoting promiscuous sex, while collecting six-figure salaries, WHERE WERE YOU?!?!

Now that you have learned what self-isolation, quarantine, social-distancing, empty supermarket shelves, people roaming the aisles and streets with face masks all means, maybe you’d like to re-evaluate your status as a “free American,” who is free to die as the result of government and elected official’s negligence and stupidity.

Look, people, this situation doesn’t happen in a single administration; it takes multiple administrations to create a problem like this! This has been brewing in Washington for at least three presidencies: Bush (remember 911!), Obama, and now Trump. It’s not Trump’s fault, either, but he’s the face we glue to the administration. The fault lies in the Senate and the House of Representatives, in Albany, and in Washington, DC. If you look at what’s been going on in Congress over the past two years, you might want to find a barf bag. It’s sickening, so sickening that Americans are now dying, and the Pentagon will be donating 100,000 body bags, while Nancy Pelosi and the gangsters in Washington D.C., are still pointing fingers and wagging their tongues.

The year 2020 started with American physicians, nurses, and the whole healthcare workforce dispirited, in a deep state of burnout, with the worst rates of clinical depression and suicides that have been recorded. Indeed, this was not confined to the United States; a global epidemic of burnout had been diagnosed. But things were about to get considerably worse for the healthcare workforce.

In December 2019 an epidemic of pneumonia, with many fatalities, erupted in Wuhan, China. The pathogen was sequenced and determined to be a novel coronavirus on January 5, 2020, and was subsequently named SARS-CoV-2. The first patient in the United States with COVID-19, the disease caused by SARS-CoV-2, was diagnosed in Seattle on January 21, which was within 24 hours of the first patient diagnosed in South Korea, a key country for comparison (Figure, adapted from Our World in Data).

The First Phase: “Silent” US Spread

Unlike South Korea, which quickly started testing for COVID-19 using the World Health Organization (WHO) test, the United States refused the WHO test, opting to develop its own through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). But the CDC test was ultimately found to be flawed and represents one of many government stumbles. Without an adequate test, there were nearly 50 days from the first patients in both countries before the United States started to ramp up testing. Why was this so critically important?

During this extended phase in the United States, there were countless numbers of patients presenting with pneumonia and respiratory tract symptoms to emergency rooms, urgent care centers, and doctors’ offices. Without the ability to make the diagnosis of COVID-19 or even suspect it, these patients unwittingly spread their infections to healthcare workers. Also, during this first phase of spread, there was likely — albeit still not yet validated — a high rate (approximately 30%) of asymptomatic carriers for COVID-19, which further amplified the chances for doctors and health professionals to be infected.

For the sake of comparison, during the month of February, South Korea performed more than 75,000 tests (versus just 352 in the United States) and adopted all of the WHO best practices, which includes massive testing, tracing every contact of a person infected and testing that person, quarantine of all known cases, and social distancing.

The United States did none of these. Instead, officials repeatedly made bad choices that put public health in jeopardy, along with the healthcare workers charged with caring for the public.

South Korea, meanwhile, got ahead of its outbreak and became a model in the world for how that was achieved. But it wasn’t just South Korea that reacted well. As Atul Gawande summarized, Singapore and Hong Kong also adopted all of the WHO practices, including providing protection for their healthcare workers. In both places, healthcare professionals were expected to wear surgical masks for all patient interactions. That practice turns out to foreshadow the second phase of failure in the United States.

The Second Phase: The War Without Ammo

Although Seattle is where the first cluster of cases occurred, it was the unchecked number of patients diagnosed in New York City in early March that led to the full realization of how ill-equipped the country is in terms of personal protective equipment (PPE), intensive care unit beds, and mechanical ventilators.

The dire, inexplicable lack of masks is well recapitulated by Farhad Manjoo in “How the World’s Richest Country Ran Out of a 75-Cent Face Mask”, and Megan Ranney, MD, MPH, and colleagues similarly describe the profound deficits in PPE and ventilators in a perspective published in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Together, a situation was set up for healthcare workers to not have masks — or to reuse them for days on end — and lack other protective gear. And this is about plain 75 cent masks, not the N95s that are better for blocking aerosol droplets.

But the required sharing of equipment is not just among doctors and nurses; it even extends to patients sharing a ventilator in some intensive care units. To put some numbers on ventilators, we will need several hundred thousand to a million but have fewer than 160,000 throughout the country.

It’s bad enough that the United States was totally unprepared for a pandemic and has such an unimaginable shortage of requisite resources. But the situation still gets worse. On a widespread basis, doctors and nurses are being gagged and muzzled by administrators for expressing their concerns, and penalized or even fired when they do speak out.

Meanwhile, the unconscionable lack of COVID-19 testing has continued in this second phase. And with that, systematic testing of the workforce has yet to start, despite being desperately needed.

The Third Phase: Healthcare Professionals Broadly Infected and Dying

Back in Wuhan, Li Wenliang, a 33-year-old ophthalmologist, was one, if not the first, doctor to alert people in China of the outbreak. He died on February 7, 2020. But he certainly wasn’t the youngest doctor to die in China. Xia Sisi, a 29-year-old gastroenterologist, also died after a 35-day hospitalization.

Yet on March 11, from the Oval Office, President Trump stated, “Young and healthy people can expect to recover fully and quickly.”

By late March more than 54 doctors in Italy had already died, and in the Lombardy region of northern Italy, one of the worst hit regions in the world, 20% of the healthcare workforce have become confirmed cases. Now, in the United States, as large numbers of healthcare professionals are getting diagnosed with COVID-19 in Boston, New York, and other hotspot cities, young doctors are writing their wills and making provisional funeral plans.

COVID-19 was not supposed to kill young people, but young nurses and doctors are dying in the United States. There are many theories as to why this is happening, perhaps the best one is the viral load — the mass of COVID-19 inoculum.

Because healthcare workers are exposed to the sickest patients — often without access to the proper protective equipment — the heavy viral load may be overwhelming even young clinicians’ ability to mount a sufficient immune response to counter the infection.

That doctors and clinicians are succumbing to the virus is beyond a tragedy, as many of these dedicated individuals are dying unnecessarily, as a result of the no-testing and no-PPE fiascoes.

Yet a far greater toll in numbers is the temporary loss of clinicians to infections and sickness. This is the other poorly recognized exponential growth curve: As each doctor, nurse, respiratory therapist, paramedic, and patient-care person takes care of tens to hundreds of patients at any given time, the loss of even one of these individuals has a dramatic ripple effect on the shortage of professionals trained to care for affected patients, no less the non-COVID-19 usual patient mix. No number of accelerated medical school graduations (which are being announced) can compensate for these losses, not just by numbers but also by experience.

The handling of the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States will go down as the worst public health disaster in the history of the country. The loss of lives will make 9/11 and so many other catastrophes appear much smaller in their scale of devastation. Perhaps what we in the medical community will remember most is how our country betrayed us at the moment when our efforts were needed most.

Question: Why is it that the death toll in the United States now exceeds that in China, where the whole thing started? Why is it that South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, were able to keep things under control but the United States cannot? Good ol’ American snobbery, poor planning, greed, and stupidity.

Instead of acting like a herd of cattle with mad cow disease (remember that one?), perhaps you should just sit down, meditate for a minute, collect your thoughts, clear your mind, and consider where the real problem lies, and how you’re going to face tomorrow, when this all clears up.

Think about how different you will be and how different the world will be for you post-COVID-19; sort of like the conditioning you received post-911? Is this another way of training you, conditioning you like Pavlov did with his dogs? Is that what you have become, a pack of trainable dogs? Now that’s something to be proud of, isn’t it?

Think about all of this next time you pledge allegiance to a flag; think about what you’re saying. Or have you forgotten completely how to THINK?

Think of it this way: What if you were the next one to fill a body bag. How would your survivors or your Senator explain your death to your terrified children? Think about that, won’t you?

So, enjoy your stockpile of toilet paper and paper towels. They’ll go well with that case of ketchup you’re hoarding. And wait for the next wave of fear and anxiety while you huddle in some dark corner, denying what’s going on around you.

Sex for sale? The Follow-up.

We became interested in this Jason Tantra and Tantra 4 Gay Men because of what superficially appeared to be a First Amendment violation; upon investigation it’s far bigger than what we originally considered a cat fight between two individuals having different opinions on some arcane subject. This is now a question of what the federal authorities are allowing to get into the country and how the federal and state authorities are ensuring compliance with our laws.

Yes. There is a First Amendment question here, and Yes! we are still asking What right does someone have to limit another person’s free expression of opinion? Yes! We are asking the question of Why? if corporations are given the same rights as flesh and blood citizens, Why are they not held to the same standards? And YES! We are asking Why? If Jason Tantra and Tantra 4 Gay Men are doing what they appear to be doing, what they say they are doing, Why aren’t our immigration, state department, homeland security, federal and state tax authorities, federal attorneys, state attorney generals, county district attorneys doing their jobs and responding, investigating, and reporting on “companies” like Jason Tantra and Tantra 4 Gay Men?

This is still in effect, isn’t it?

We’re still concerned about the First Amendment question. How is it that an individual — a guest in this country, in fact — can demand that another individual — a citizen of this country — be silenced for exercising his Constitutional rights? Does that mean that say, GE, can kill a conversation that is critical of their environmental policies by just asking WordPress or another blog service provider to remove the conversation? And does that also mean that if a blog is critical of government or a government official, the blog can be silenced? Isn’t that where tyranny and dictatorship starts? Yes, people, there’s a glaring First Amendment violation here but there’s also a frightening precedent, too!

The first three lines of History of the Tantra Religion,[1] the author, a. renowned scholar and philosopher of Indian culture and religion scholar, N.N. Bhattacharyyaa, states the purpose of that remarkable book: “to present in a historical outline, the genesis, development and structural analysis of what is known as the Tantric tradition of India.” And he does just that in exquisite detail.

What occurred to me when reading the book is that Dr. B. covers even the most minute detail of the evolution of the Tantra tradition but says practically nothing about “sexual practices, orgasm, Tantric sex, etc. In fact, out of the some 500 pages of discussion, only 5 index entries  can be found under “sex rites” and those entries are but a couple of words mentioning erotic practices. Nothing is mentioned about Western neotantra or the perverse monetarization of the Tradition in the West but for a condemnatory statement in the Introduction (see below).

What is very conspicuous in Dr B’s  answers the question, What is Tantra? in these words:

“Tantra was primarily the way or means to understand the mysteries of life and the universe…Tantra arose as the sum total of man’s knowledge of the objective world around him. It was a way of life that sought the significance of knowledge , not in the realization sic of an illusory absolute, but in the day-to-day activities of men, in the simple facts of life like agriculture…etc., and in experimental sciences like alchemy, medicine…with a deliberate theoretical orientation that the structures of the microcosm and the macrocosm are identical and that the key to the knowledge of nature is to be found in the body.”

As we mentioned above, the conspicuous short shrift given to Western tantric practice, including those key figures in Western Tantra like theosophist Leadbeater and others, is a clear indication that Dr B. does not consider the Western perversion or its proponents to be worthy of consideration in an otherwise exhaustive treatment of the History of theTantra Religion, the revealing title of the book.

This is borne out by Dr Bhattacharyya’s concise and strident assessment in the Hindu perspective on what Tantra has become in the West, and writes concerning the union of opposites, that is, male and female, and how it has been perverted by opportunist used-car salesmen:

“Bisexuality is inherent in all beings and this aspect has to be exercised in order to understand the truth of one’s own nature. Sexual partnership is therefore the best expression for the most intimate relation between the two opposites…Such rationalizations of Tantric sexual elements are basically subjective, the interpretations being in all cases largely conditioned by their author’s outlook and approach. Anyone working on Tantrism cannot ignore the sexual elements, but difficulty arises when the entire Tantric tradition is superimposed on these elements… Sole emphasis on things sexual has resulted in the publication of numerous books on Tantra containing glimpses of modern sexual psychology and burdened with erotic photographs of the Konarak-Khajuraho tradition;^[2] in the development of the queer [viz. bizarre, peculiar, strange][3] conception of modern Tantric art depicting varieties of copulative acrobatics; in the production of pornographic fictions sanctified with Tantric quotations; and in the emergence of a class of recent godmen or gurus giving spiritual sanction to all forms of vulgar and gross sensualities of their moneyed clientele. All this is due to the insistence on a ‘misplaced reality ’in Tantric studies, which even the most qualified scholars could not avoid.” [our emphasis]

Translation: Tantra has been hijacked by unscrupulous, ignorant fakes who have reduced it to vulgar and gross sexuality by ignorant dealers in cheap sex thrills.

Our inquiry was not limited to books and publications by scholars; we also consulted with authoritative sources, that is, living organizations, in both the United States and in India, the home of authentic Tantra. With our request for opinions we send the link to Tantra 4 Gay Men, and asked the organizations to visit the site and to tell us what they thought in response to the fair question:

“Is the person, Jason Tantra, offering Tantra or Neotantra, or no Tantra at all; in other words, are the teachings and “spirituality” expounded on the site compatible with what is properly called Tantra, or must they be equated with a Western perversion of the Tantric tradition?“

The consensus was unanimous: Mr. Jason Tantra and Tantra 4 Gay Men is not Tantra at all.” One commenter, after having visited the site and reviewing several of the videos, described Jason Tantra as “confused.”

At a more basic, superficial level, googling tantric sex will set your hair on end when you read some of the rubbish out there; none of the sex-service providers don’t know shit from Shinola® about Tantra or even the yoga they are sexualizing in their undisguised pornographic offerings.

So we really have done our homework, as you have learned to expect from us when we get our teeth into an issue. What we have found it that there’s something very fishy going on and something needs to be done about it.

You don’t have to work your way through 500+ pages of scholarly writing or contact more than 20 authoritative organizations to find that the consensus of most authentic, genuine proponents of Tantra call the Tantra of the likes of Jason Tantra and Tantra 4 Gay Men, and neo-Tantra overall, to be the product of poorly developed persons obsessed with sex, or charlatans appealing to the appetites of spiritless and bored materialists.

Worse still, and very concerning, is the question of Why? adult human beings need to pay outrageous amounts of money to get naked in a group setting and practice promiscuous sex in weird positions? It’s either purely exhibitionist or they can’t satisfy their need for human touch and attention in normal interpersonal engagement or Facebook and social media just isn’t doing it for them.

Now, we’re not lambasting or pillorying the LGBT community, or rather the gay men who are the primary targets of the tantra charlatans, simply because Jason Tantra and Tantra for Gay Men has attracted our attention. Nor are we singling out Jason Tantra or Tantra 4 Gay Men; there are many such operations going on in the US alone. There’s something intrinsically pathological about the whole thing. we have studied the Tantra 4 Gay Men site, reviewed the videos, listened to Jason Tantra’s ravings, and we remain unimpressed and very concerned. we have also obtained access through a reader to the Tantra 4 Gay Men site and must note that most of the members are late-to-middle to senior gay or bisexual men. What that means to me is that Jason Tantra is appealing to — and very possibly exploiting, even if it is with their self-destructive consent — a very vulnerable group of men who may be marginalized in terms of their appeal to desired love objects, who may find it difficult to find others of their age and persuasion, or simply are incapable of getting what they think they need outside of paying for it!

The fact that Jason Tantra is selling sex services is obvious, conspicuous. The act that Jason Tantra’s “ teachers” include rent boys and a former porn “model/actor” is undisguised (See “Masseurs“). The fact that Jason Tantra himself, is a narcissist, and running an escort service for men who can’t otherwise find someone to accompany them on trips is obvious (J. Tantra offers his companioning service at Holiday Companion. He’ll travel with you and provide 3 hours of service a day.). Look, if you’re a whore or a prostitute just be honest and say so. If you’re running an escort service and a sex massage service, just say so! Don’t use the name of a time-honored religion to disguise your perversion.

Take Jason along with you on your next trip.

The fact that Jason Tantra claims that the United States State Department and the United States Homeland Security have vetted him and his operation and have granted him a visa to work in the United States and to operate his business in the United States is a shameful statement on how the United States government conducts its own business!

The fact that Jason Tantra operates under an assumed name and provides no details as to his identity or any legal details about his “company”, such as a business registration number or an employer identification number certainly raises questions as to his legality and the legal status of his “company.”

We have contacted the relevant federal authorities, the New York State Attorney General, several district attorneys and are awaiting their responses, reports.

Jason Tantra/Tantra 4 Gay Men, according to their website, offers “programs” in Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, and in isolated locations across the US. The locations are a secret. The payment details are a secret. Where’s the state authorities and the federal authorities in all of this?

The Easton Mountain “retreat community” is in Washington County, near Greenwich, in New York State. They regularly host Jason Tantra and Tantra 4 Gay Men. Perhaps the Attorney General or the Washington County DA could start there asking questions? They’re in New York State and certainly should be able to answer questions, especially about operations, licensing, taxes, etc. Maybe those government officials should be showing as much interest in this issue as we are.

The erotic sculptures are found on the temple’s Shikhara, and these illustrate all the bandhas (mudra forms) described in the Kamasutra.

Tantra or Sex Services?

We have received responses to several of our inquires and it doesn’t look good for Jason Tantra or Tantra 4 Gay Men. Several authoritative Tantra experts have condemned Mr Tantra’s site and his claims, as have several published papers. It seems the authoritative opinion is that Mr “Tantra’s” claims for himself and for his “teachings” are simply not Tantra at all, and, as one expert puts it, it “site looks more like sexual activity for gay men than serious tantric practice.” We agree. We are also reviewing a Google site that discusses Mr Tantra and his organization and we will include that information with the information received from government agencies in our next report. While the fact that Tantra 4 Gay Men and Mr Jason Tantra may be perpetrating a fraud on a vulnerable group, we are more interested in his visa, tax, and licensure status — but our US government agencies tend to drag their feet when it appears they might have been duped. We are contacting the New York State Attorney General’s office to make inquiries, since Mr Tantra is “appearing” at the Easton Mountain retreat lodge in New York State. Maybe a sting can be arranged.

Just when we thought that there could be nothing weirder than local politics and politicians, up pops a case that seems even more bizarre. We’ve received information on what appears to be a feud between two apparently vastly different organizations, rather individuals, on of all things, the question of Tantra vs. Neotantra vs. gay “sacred” sexuality. Yes, you are reading correctly, and NO, we’re not joking.

The bottom line is this: Yes! Lady Liberty is weeping because the Constitution is burning. We think that there is a civil rights violation here. If you believe you have been the victim of a civil rights violation, you should seek legal assistance through one of the many civil liberties organizations or through a private attorney. Get a free consultation or, if you need to spend $100 to defend your rights, it’s definitely worth it. Civil rights are fundamental rights and there are plenty of safeguards in the US justice system designed to ensure that your rights are protected.

We receive a great many tips on possible stories to cover so when we received this one, it piqued our curiosity and we started digging. Anyone who is familiar with this blog knows that when we identify an issue, we start the research process that includes deep fact-finding to verify the facts and the actual issues. This case is no different — or is it? Actually, it is different in two important ways:

First, it is pretty one-sided because the one party, an individual calling himself “Jason Tantra,” apparently from Bristol, England, and operating a company called Tantra 4 Gay Men, a company with a Bristol, UK, address, is battling with an American organization, not a commercial entity but an apparently spiritual-religious entity, largely because of a difference in doctrine and interpretation of what exactly Mr Tantra (Sorry! But that’s what he calls himself, and has refused to give his real name.) is offering in his so-called “sensuality workshops,” that are being offered in places like New York (Manhattan), Massachusetts (Boston), Pennsylvania (Philadelphia), and other “discreet” venues in the US. Of particular interest is a so-called “festival” that is hosted by the largely LGBT “retreat center” calling itself Easton Mountain Retreat Lodge, in New York.

Unfortunately, because Mr Tantra went ahead and complained to WordPress, the social media platform, about the articles, WordPress suspended the blog owner’s site — actually in violation of their own Terms of Service — and so we have no way of reviewing what the author posted or the impact it might have had. That’s a double-edged sword because (1) we normally would investigate both sides, and (2) if Mr Tantra caused the site to be permanently deleted by WordPress, Mr Tantra has no basis to prove his allegations.

The second difference is that we are not particularly interested in the superficial issues of a squabble between two individuals or organizations but the cherished principle of freedom of expression, and its protection at least in the United States of America under the provisions of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. That’s a serious issue that we will likely focus on and the question of the extent of a person’s right, if any such right exists, to deprive another person of his/her right to freedom of expression, even if person No. 1 feels that person No. 2 is unfair or inadequately informed. The second part of this question is that of due notice. In New York state, at least, before anyone can be deprived of his or her rights or privileges, the law requires that s/he be provided with due notice.If that is not done, then there is the possibility that yet another protected right, that of due process, may have been violated.

Now, of course,we operate as journalists and not as attorneys, so our questions may or may not have legal weight in a real-life dispute, but they are worth considering because if those rights can just be arbitrarily eroded just because of a difference of opinion or because there is some sort of economic competition between the parties, which is not the situation in this case, then it can affect each and every one of us in various ways. The cherished American protected right of freedom of expression, including opinions, should not be cast so lightly aside simply because one party has a paranoid delusion of competition or an inflated sense of right, or simply because he doesn’t like what someone has to say.

Unfortunately, thanks to Mr Tantra’s draconian step of somehow inducing WordPress to suspend not just the posts about Mr Tantra or his company but allegedly the blogger’s entire site, has, as mentioned above, deprived us of the opportunity to review the particular posts but also places Mr Tantra and his company in a very different light.

Moreover, it raises important questions about your rights and the arbitrary and unilateral adverse actions taken by social media, especially relating to your right to express yourself. When social media operators like Facebook and others can simply vaporize an account or a site without having to give an explanation, we are navigating perilously close to tyranny by private interests and corporations, and government not protecting our rights.

You see, in the UK there are very different concepts of freedom of expression and the laws differ considerably; in the UK you’d have less protection and more liability, that is, if you are subject to those laws. In the United States, the rights of freedom of expression are constitutionally protected and have received very broad interpretation in the courts.

Mr Tantra is a UK subject allegedly working in the United States on some sort of a visa. He claims also that his company and its services received extensive scrutiny by “the Visa office” of the “US embassy,” who allegedly authorized him to operate his business in the United States. We have requested details of his claims but Mr Tantra has refused so far to produce any documentation.

Our information indicates that Mr Tantra operates his business not only in the United States generally, but in several states, including New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and others. This raises the question not only of authorization generally to operate a business in the US but to operate a business in several sister states. Again, Mr Tantra is silent on these questions.

A very salient question we posed in the course of our initial exchange was that of taxes. Does Mr Tantra file federal returns and state returns for his income and revenues generated by his activities in the several states in which he operates his business. Mr Tantra states that he does file returns, that an accountant files his returns, and that he pays substantial taxes, but Mr Tantra does not provide a taxpayer identification number or any other documentation of his claims. We have requested at least some proof of his statements but have not yet received any.

Mr Tantra operates a business in the United States but doesn’t actually say what it is. We have visited his Internet site and from what we can glean from the information there — it’s a bit confused and well, ambiguous and vague, but see for yourself. Here’s the link: Tantra 4 Gay Men / Jason Tantra. We have also viewed a number of his YouTube videos which we find a bit amateurish and rambling but there are clear indications on both his Internet site and his YouTube videos that his company concentrates on sex practices, intimacy, tantric (sensual) massage, orgasm, awakening and enlightenment, bliss, and ecstasy. All of the keywords we’ve been able to identify are oriented towards gay men or “men who love men.” Seems like an unusual type of business or company to receive authorization from a US embassy to operate in the United States but who are we to decide US policy, we’re only voters, citizens, and taxpayers. Right?

Whatever. We have asked Mr Tantra to provide any copies of any blog articles he have from the suspended blog. We have also requested specific information from Mr Tantra so that we can be fair and even-handed in our upcoming report.

Mr Tantra’s responses are rambling and in part contradictory so we don’t really know if he understands what we are asking for, or if he is refusing to provide the documentation. Of course, he is under no legal obligation to even talk us but we feel it is in his interest to cooperate. We can’t accept simple statements as proof of what he says; we need to have something solid, official to show he’s legit.

As most of our readers know, we know where to find information and so we have contacted state and federal agencies with our requests for information. But in the meantime if any of our readers know of Mr Jason Tantra or his company, Tantra 4 Gay Men, we’d like to hear from you.

Since we have far more than 400,000 readers worldwide, we’d like to hear from anyone, not just Americans or persons in the US, but anyone worldwide who knows of Mr Jason Tantra, his company, Tantra 4 Gay Men, or who has participated in any of his “programs.”

We’d particularly like to hear from the author of the posts that so upset Mr Tantra or the owner of the blog that was suspended at Mr Tantra’s demand. Better still, if anyone can provide copies of the blog articles concerned, that would be a real boon.

We do know that the gay retreat venue Easton Mountain, is hosting at least two Jason Tantra events this year: the Tantra4GayMen Diploma Program: Healing & Surrender Module (there are apparently 3 modules) and The Tantra Experience, and in past years has hosted Mr Tantra for a number of events and he is allegedly next presenting there June 22-28, 2019, for some kind of “diploma-certificate” program he offers. It gets pretty pricey at between $1,999-$2,199, depending on whether you want multiple occupancy rooms or camping. You can find his US offerings at US Events and Workshops.

We do emphasize that our interest in this case has nothing to do with the parties’ squabble or the particulars of their offerings, even considering we do not have the advantage of details from Mr Tantra’s alleged adversary. We are examining and investigating this case because of the First Amendment issues and the overall issues of doing business in the United States and the laws regarding taxation, filing of returns, what you can and cannot do with or without a license to do it, and generally the principles of freedom of expression.

Moreover by posting links to the various sites of interest we in no way whatsoever intend to suggest that we support or do not support those operators. The links are provided solely for the information of our readers and serve no other purpose or intent whatsoever.

We have communicated with Mr Tantra and have informed him that if we do not receive reliable documentation from him by June 5, 2019, we will proceed with our findings without his inputs. We feel that’s only fair.

We’ll get the answers one way or the other.

What has happened to the Churches’ pilgrimage on the higher moral road? They’ve ended up in a drainage ditch!

This blog is all about awareness, awakening. This is a blog is all about awakening the spirit in spirituality and authentic faith practices among all faith and belief traditions. This blog is all about awakening the human spirit. Because it’s about awakening the human spirit, I feel compelled to write this article about how Facebook is killing the human spirit. I’m going to divert attention from our commentary on church and congregation and spiritual development to a very alarming and dangerous situation being created by the social media drug, Facebook. I am diverting to this subject because it concerns our most vulnerable and valuable asset, our children. Please take the time to read this article and to seriously consider how Facebook is striking at the very core of humanity — how Church and clergy are aiding and abetting the assault on humanity —, and how we must do something to stop Facebook’s uncontrolled control of their subscribers and now this unabashed agenda targeting young children. It’s tantamount to digital pedophilia, child abuse at its worst, because it’s targeting their social and spiritual development, only to ensure that Facebook dominates our society. An the Church, not only the Roman Catholic Church but all Christian denominations and most non-Christian traditions are aiding and abetting the development. Think of the ramifications! In an online article in Family, Facebook’s Worst Idea Ever? A Messenger App for Kids [New Jersey Family, December 4, 2017], author Megan Muesen writes:  “Facebook says it will collect some data, including children’s names, the content of their messages and data about how they are using the app. Facebook also reserves the right to share information with third parties (which may have their own privacy policies regarding children) and says it won’t use data from Messenger Kids to create ads…It’s hard to navigate the ever-changing internet landscape, especially at a time when children under the age of eight are spending an hour per day staring at a screen.” But can we trust Facebook to protect the best interests of our children, or can we expect Facebook to protect its own interests, especially its bottom line and revenues?

Facebook is more of a social disease than a social opportunity. It has robbed us of our ability to communicate in human terms, it has created addicts of most of its users. Facebook is a trap that lures unsuspecting people into what they think is a unique opportunity to connect and then treats subscribers like a bunch of idiots blocking accounts at random for days for any so-called violation of Facbook rules, and informing the user that they “may have violated” a Facebook rule. “May have”?  What does that mean. You don’t know and Facebook “systems” doing the blocking don’t care.

You complain that you “don’t have time” to do this or that in your day. Did you ever keep track of the time you spend on Facebook? Try keeping time you spend on Facebook each day for a couple of days. Just jot down Time On/Time Off. You’ll be amazed at how much time you spend on that cyberdemon. Now visit this article and find out if you’re addicted to Facebook (or any other Internet site). You’re an addict and don’t even know it.

Children are becoming fFcebook shadow people

It’s a form of self-deceiving, self-defeating, self-destructive behavior (SDB). This is a serious problem and everyone using Facebook and other social media should be aware of this devastating self-perpetuating, deadman’s spiral behavior. It develops insidiously and has dire effects. Self-destructive behavior is real, is affecting huge numbers of people using social media, and is highly addictive. It’s even affecting the Church and religious and belief traditions of all types.

Got Messenger? Even worse still. You may think you’re important getting all those notifications and messages but Guess what? you’re getting them from other addicts. Anyone who needs request a chat, a video call more than once or twice a day to the same person really needs to get back to reality and get a life. They, you’re addicted.

Just like any other drug, social media takes control of your life even only after a short time of recreational use a.k.a. social use. All it takes is a little bait and those susceptible to addition are hooked like a fish. Remember the time when someone asked you if you had a Facebook account and you actually said No. Facebook now reports that it has some 1.4 billion users worldwide, many of them addicts in the First World, but many also in the second and third world, people who are very vulnerable and susceptible to the wrong messages being disseminated by Facebook users and by Facebook itself. Imagine the scenario where presidents and popes have accounts on Facebook and Twitter and send their public propaganda to millions, billions worldwide. No think of the invisible, clandestine operations that are no doubt going on behind the scenes or behind the profile and “friend” you’ve been sharing your secrets with. Sure, keep indiscriminately “friending” every cyberfreak that comes along. Sure send them a picture of your private parts. Sure, send them anything they ask for. The cheap thrill now will cost you plenty later. That’s a fact of self-destructive behavior, by the way. Read my article.

Facebook recently launched a new app targeting young children, Facebook launches a version of Messenger for young children; the app is targeting children and is designed for children ages six to 12 (!!!!). Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act (COPPA), a US federal law, is supposed to  protect underage children from exploitation online, and it’s the reason so many online services require children be 13 years of age or older in order to sign up. Facebook says the new app is only available in the US. Surprised? But the still open question is this: How does Facebook ensure that its present members are a certain age before sign-up? It’s obvious it can’t verify the age of a non-existent person and Facebook is crawling with non-existent persons. Just check out the profiles and subscriber names! Facebook can’t verify an account holder’s name or age, it’s that simple! They rely on what the account holder provides, and that’s usually fake! So the whole Federal Law thing about protecting children from online exploitation is a load of bulls***, people. See through the agenda!

Facebook’s own spokesperson provides a damning statement on Facebook’s real agenda: Facebook is going after the next generation of users by targeting children. Facebook’s Public Policy Director Antigone Davis writes, “Children today are online earlier and earlier.” Davis goes on to say that “research shows that kids are using apps that are intended for teens and adults.” Davis says Facebook collaborated with National PTA on a study showing observing 1,200 American parents of children under the age of 13, with three out of every five parents saying kids under 13 are already using messaging apps, while 81 percent say their kids stated using social media apps as early as eight.” That statement clearly reads that children are already using adult apps, and are chatting and messaging, despite any toothless federal law and the stupidity of their parents! Facebook’s own statement clearly points out that Facebook is going after the next generation of users by targeting children! Facebook is creating a pipeline using young children to become regular users of the Facebook cyberplague.

It’s evil, it’s filth, it’s degenerate.

It hat what the PTA is all about? Parents should demand discipline of any teacher, any school, any school board of education that promotes or allows Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger to be used by students or who promote using social media for communicating school business. The same goes for any parish, congregation, synagogue, temple, mosque that promotes social media as a means for communication among their members. It’s evil, it’s filth, it’s degenerate.

Facebook has proven it cannot be trusted with youth data in the past

In an online article in Wired, Kristen Strader, campaign coordinator for the nonprofit group Public Citizen, says Facebook has proven it cannot be trusted with youth data in the past, pointing to a leaked Facebook report from May that promised advertisers the ability to track teen emotions, such as insecurity, in real-time. “Their response was just that they will not do similar experiments in the future,” says Strader. At the time, advocacy groups asked for a copy of the report, but Facebook declined. [Source: Facebook for 6-year olds?]

It’s not about social media, it’s only about social control.

Messenger Kids. Facebook is going after the next generation of users by targeting children!  Messenger Kids is targeting the 8-13 age group and Facebook is asking parents to give their approval so children can message one another. By enlisting the parents as willing tools to sacrifice their children, Facebook is betting that the app can introduce a new generation of users to the Marc Zuckerberg’s ever-expanding social control universe. Zuckerberg’s greed, arrogance, and intrusion into the family has no bounds! He has to be stopped along with his Facebook evil. It’s not about social media, it’s only about social control.

The glaring arrogance and undisguised attack on our young and children, undermining the role of parents and significant others is unforgivable! The idolatry has become overwhelming and I’d rather not continue supporting it. It is clearly dehumanizing and is doing much damage to our people. The recent announcement of an app for the 13 and under is one of the the most disgusting and ugly attacks on children and their social, moral and spiritual development yet seen in our history. We have to make a move and I am doing my part by this protest: I’m deleting all of my Facebook accounts! I urge you to do the same.

The new app is tantamount to child abuse, akin to pedophilia. Parents who allow it should be damned. In a NY Times article, New Facebook App for Children Ignites Debate Among Families, there is a huge debate among parents who, on the one hand are concerned about “Facebook’s snaking its way into his children’s lives at an early age would most likely do more harm than good,” and those who feel that technology is an inevitability and appreciate “Facebook’s approach with the new app.” The parent interviewed who appreciates Facebook’s newest perversion is, of course, from the LaLa-Land, California, home of Silicon Valley and Facebook. Surprised? Sure, such parents are more than willing to abandon their children to their electronic devices; that provides more me-time for the parents.

I’ve often referred to Facebook and other social media as an addictive drug. Modern science has identified it as being addictive and has even given it a name, Internet Addictive Disorder, and a sub-category of Facebook Addictive Disorder, with its own set of psychiatric signs and symptoms. What more evidence do we need than our own behavior, self-defeating, self-deceiving and frequently self-destructive, to prove to us that Facebook is doing irreparable damage to adults, and is now targeting an even more vulnerable group, our children, and they’re asking parent to cooperate in their own children’s destruction.

One parent’s position on this issue is worth reading. Jenny Anderson tells us “Why I Won’t Let My Children Near Facebook’s Messenger for Kids,” and it’s clear how one parent is aware enough to put her foot down. We need more parents like Jenny!

You should be more worried about your children and social media!!!

STOP FACEBOOK! RAISE YOUR VOICES! WRITE TO YOUR LEGISLATORS! CONDEMN MARC ZUCKERBERG AND HIS EVIL EMPIRE, THE SHEEPLE OF FACEBOOK! SAVE OUR CHILDREN!!!!

Today, on Veterans Day, we claim to be celebrating the men and women still among us who served to preserve our dignity, rights, and freedoms. What “dignity”? What “rights”? What “freedoms”? Today, on Veterans Day, we slap our veterans in the face and kick them in the ass! Let’s ask our elected officials and politicians Why? that is!

A “Commander-in-Chief” who talks big about “We’ll keep fighting” but who has never served. Politicians who collect the money and get the benefits but can’t stick to the real issues. Media that sells ratings rather than inform us. We’ve forgotten what it is to be a real hero because we get fed a “hero-a-day”!

She Weeps for Us!

A week after the elections and we still don’t know the final results! Absentee ballots are not yet counted!!!

If the craziness and nastiness of election campaigns and the anxiety centering on the questionable results of local elections were not enough, our paid officials can’t even get their announcements right. It’s no wonder people don’t vote. But how can this country criticize other nations’ voting practices when our own is in such a sorry state?

For example, It’s now a week after the November 3, elections, and the final results are not posted (absentee ballots are STILL not counted).

The Greene County Board of Elections, Marie Metzler  (mmetzler@discovergreene.com) and Brent Bogardus (bbogardus@discovergreene.com), commissioners, can’t even decide whether the results on the Greene County Board of Elections website are “Official” or “Unofficial”. Who would think to look on the Green County Employee Info page for the November 3, 2015, “Official”/”Unofficial” election results, anyway. And they don’t tell us when the results, official or unofficial, will be final.

The Greene County Board of Elections page link reads: “Official Election Results/November 3, 2015” but the link goes to “Unofficial” results and those unofficial results are on the “greeneemployeeinfo” page. Go figure! And we trust those guys with running our elections?

When will they decide? Official or Unofficial?

And we mentioned last week that we expected the Albany County Board of Elections to be dragging their feet. Commissioners Matthew J. Clyne (D) and Rachel L. Bledi (R) don’t bother to provide their e-mail addresses. Do you think they’re interested in hearing from you about the outrageous delay in getting absentee ballots counted and the final results out? Coeymans will have to wait until after November 13, 2015, to learn the results. (Well, the good news is you still have time to leave town!) By the way, that’s Friday the 13th. Does that give the results away?

Blacks and Wimins Can’t Drive; Black Wimins Can’t Park (Won’t Park Legally)

on our exposé of corrupt local dentists (in Greene county, NY): We are informed that our efforts and support of a reader who was a victim of Coxsackie Dental Arts, “Dr” Kurt Froehlich, have paid off. The reader’s credit card company has found in favor of the patient and has denied CDA and Frohlich payment, crediting the amount back to the patient. CDA and Froehlich can appeal the credit card company’s decision within 45 days, but Froehlich still got to deal with possible court action and possible investigation by the insurance company and the Greene County DA and NYS Attorney General for possible fraud for double-billing, billing the insurance company for services never rendered, and trying to collect from the patient!

I told I was the one obeying the law and parking properly and that she should save her paranoia for someone else. So she tells me to go “fuck” myself to which I responded, “Bitch! Get your money and leave so I don’t have to share this space with you.” She again told me to “fuck” myself.
Imagine if I, a whitie, started off on her like that and spoke to her like that. Or if I parked like that? Wonder if the Bethlehem Police would have ignored the white boy doing that?

Before you get all self-righteous and politically correct, let us just agree on one point before you read on: This post is not about hate or racism or anything like either. This is a post that very clearly and honestly looks at a situation and how it came to be what it is. Very few of our readers will be able to deny having a similar experience. So let’s get on with it.

“I read your blog about the dentists and I thought you’d be interested in this recent experience. [Editor’s Note: The reader is referring to our recent article, “Local Dentists. Are you being abused, taken for a ride in the chair?“, in which we discuss local dentists, especially Coxsackie Dental Arts (Kurt Frohlich) and Marvin Gertzberg (formerly of New Baltimore Family Dentistry), and their scams.]

“I had a small sewing job I needed done and figured I’d try a smallish place that had put up some signs at the four-corners in Glenmont, feeling it’s better to support a local small business than go to one of the larger establishments. It was a disappointing experience but taught me a great lesson in where we are in this country.

“I walked in and stood there watching a middle-aged man of color fussing with some garments. He didn’t say a word, or even look up at first but after a minute or two he came over and said, “What can I do for you.”

“I explained what I wanted done–seemed really simple since all I felt needed to be done was slip the thing under the sewing machine needle and stitch the material, that’s all I was asking for.

“The man started a mini-course in sewing and how this needed to be done and that had to be done. I clarified that all I wanted was for him to stitch the material. He continued, telling me that he charged for every 15 inches; there was a charge for every 15 inches of stitching. He continued by telling me that this length would be $45 and this another about $30, etc. until I was completely mindboggled that this job was already more than $100. I told him that if it was more than $25 I just was not going to have do it. I jokingly said I could get a surgeon to stitch for less money, and that he should be a doctor.

“Well, the little man then got downright insulted and told me that I was “rude and being smart,” for making such a comment. He told me that every profession has its rates of charge and that I was “ignorant” for not knowing that. I was shocked at his attitude and left saying, “Have a nice day and good luck, you’ll need it.”

I called her and described what I needed done, she asked me to make and appointment to come to her shop to show her. We met. She did the work beautifully for $20.00!!! Less than 1/5th of what that nasty little man wanted to charge. I guess his customers from Elsmere and Delmar have more money than dignity or brains.”

After all, immigrants can come here and take advantage of the “market economy,” but oddly they’re not subject to our laws, or our customs, or our ethics. But they have rights.

We’re not singling out Delmar Custom Tailor & Cleaners but this guy is a good example of what we are talking about when we talk of retroracism and abuse of the white foundation of this country. Rather than be tolerant and tactful, this immigrant chose to be arrogant, abusive, and disrespectful. He seems to have forgotten that in his own native country he probably wouldn’t be earning in a month what he charges now to shorten a pair of trousers! But is the little troll grateful? No! He, like so many others, leaves the squalor and corruption of their native countries to take advantage of the let-me-kiss-your-colored-ass-please juicebags of this country. Why is it we’re such pushovers?

All of the great nations, empires of history, were very careful to secure their borders and to take care of their own.Why is it this country lets the homeland spiral into depravity and opens its borders to let every parasite imaginable cross over and infest this country? Forget about the crapola we’re being fed by the ass-kissing liberals that this country was founded on the contributions of immigrants; they were an immigrant of a vastly different kind, they had values, morals, and a work ethic. Anyone who has had great grandparents who come to the United States LEGALLY can attest to that fact. We now have immigrants who make a joke of our federal laws and cities and states that aid and abet their criminality.

Yes! They do!

We are all born into a native culture; some people have moral and civil values, others do not. Some people are born into a loving, caring and nurturing family others are born into a vicious cycle of abuse. Some people are poor but dignified others are trash. We have white trash, Black trash, Oriental trash, and just trash trash. You can decide for yourselves where you fit in. One thing is certain, though: each and every one of us has the freedom and the liberty to be better and not simply be lazy and go with the flow. It just happens that some people are born into ignorance and prefer to stay ignorant; same applies to trash.

So when we look at what’s going on in this country, it’s all about choices: What you choose to do and what you choose to be. Simple.

Here’s an example: Today, we made a rare trip to Walmart in Glenmont. There was quite a variety of types there ranging from trashy to middle-class, and you could see right then and there that you are born into a culture, you are raised in that culture and you’re likely to stay in that culture and raise your children in that culture. I thought about this when I passed a very loud group of 4 persons, including two small children. Yelling, banging, the boom box was blasting. One couldn’t help thinking “stereotypes.” There is a reason for stereotypes and the reason is that the stereotypes perpetuate the stereotype. Does that make us, the others, evil or unjust for admitting that they created the stereotype, and we are just acknowledging it. It wasn’t us that created the behavior that pegs them for what they are, and puts them in the box labeled “whatever.” So why get all in a huff when someone honestly admits that they’re what they are: stereotypical of their group. Why? Because they like it there; they have no desire to leave their place in the world. Does that make them bad people? Not at all. But I don’t need them setting the conditions for how I live, or for invading my space with their behavior. I have the freedom and the liberty to choose and I choose not to accept the behavior; I also choose to admit that it exists and not to live in denial.

We’re just plain sick and tired to the point of puking when we have to listen to all the talk of “racism” even by our racist president, Mr Obama, who is quick to play the race card when it comes to a white-on-black issue but is eerily silent when it comes to the execution-style shootings of our law enforcement people. We’d like to start a counter-movement, “White lives count!”

They use any excuse to destroy and to use racism as an excuse for criminality!

Anyone who watches the antics of the carjackers and the other urban criminals can form their own opinions. There was a video of a car-chase and then an on-foot pursuit of a [black] perp the other day just in the wake of the execution-style shooting of a law-enforcement officer, in the wake of the shooting of a state trooper, in the wake of the on-air execution of two talk-show hosts, in the wake of the shooting of two police officers, and the list goes on. Does anyone dare mention the color of the perps? The media doesn’t have the balls to say “black” but the majority–we say the majority because in a couple of the instances no arrest has been made and we haven’t seen the pix of the perps (the media tends to avoid mentioning color or, in some instances, even showing a picture of the perpetrator(s)–were, Guess what? blacks. Not Hispanic, not Chinese, not Asian, not Native American, not Irish; read our lips BLACK! And we don’t mean African black! We mean American Blacks; the product of American Black culture. The same ones that will use any excuse to destroy and to use racism as an excuse for criminality! How long do you think the self-deception, the denial, the blindness of mainstream America is going to go on before it reaches the flash point and a reaction occurs?

Racism? The American people are kept in the darkest of dark closets when it comes to the truth about racism, slavery. Anyone with any knowledge of American history cannot avoid the example of the indentured servant, or non-landed whites, or women in this country. Much of that discrimination didn’t change until the 20th century!

White people can’t save Black people from themselves!

At some point in time people have to choose to stop being victims and stop riding the same old hackneyed slogans to death. White people can’t save Black people from themselves. Black people have to take charge and clean up their own acts, clean up their own neighborhoods, create new, more positive stereotypes of themselves. It’s about time someone admitted that.

And has anyone done the history of the Italian, Irish, even Catholic Americans in this country. Did you know that plenty of Italians and Irish were LYNCHED because they were Italians or Irish! Look it up, you ignorant liberal asskissers. In the West, until the 20th Century, Chinese and Sikhs, for example, were discriminated against and their property confiscated violently. What about the Japanese and German concentration camps IN THIS COUNTRY? Anyone talk about racism in those contexts? Why not?

And so we have people up in arms about closing our borders to illegal penetrations. This country is sick, sick, sick and it is refusing treatment. If you talk about closing our borders and enforcing our laws, you’re un-American! If you talk about deporting illegals you’re un-American! If you say fix the problems in the United States, wash the shit off your own porch before you screw up other countries and cultures, you’re un-American.

The number of jurisdictions with sanctuary policies for illegal aliens have risen to an estimated 340 from 276 in July, according to an updated CIS study. The refusal of local authorities to give custody of deportable criminal aliens to ICE has resulted in the release of around 1,000 criminal aliens per month. We have a question we’d like you to think about: Say you go to Canada for the weekend. You get into Canada using your American passport, driving a vehicle legally registered in New York, you don’t speak with an accent. But when you want to get back into the United States from Canada, using your American passport, driving a vehicle legally registered in New York, and you haven’t picked up an accent in Canada, you a put thru a third degree? It’s almost like you’re being punished for going to Canada and then trying to get back into the United States? Makes you wonder how so many Mexicans get into the USA over the border, doesn’t it?

So doesn’t it come across like a little hypocritical, a lot really stupid when the United States is telling Hungary and other European nations to open up their borders and let the Syrian refugees flow in? Yeah! Misery likes company and if the US has it’s Mexicans why shouldn’t Europe have its Syrians? Our advice: Tell them to go the hell home and take responsibility for saving their countries rather than abandoning them, and playing the rest of the world for suckers!

The United States government is doing more spying on YOU than on ISIS!

We even hear people saying that they don’t travel anymore because of the hassle they get at the airports by goons in uniform. Is there a plan in the works here? If regular people are abused enough they will avoid moving around too much. If they’re abused by mindless monkeys, they feel violated and who wants to go through that? Do you see a plan here?

All of you blind bastards reading this diatribe had better open your eyes and recognize the fact that we don’t deport illegal aliens because they are VOTES for those in power. We don’t call a criminal black because they are VOTES for those in power. (We also don’t call them black because they behave like animals and everyone is scared shitless of what they might do. You asked for it America! You sure as hell got what you asked for!) And we don’t spend more time fixing the United States because the corporations see untapped wealth in the Middle East and elsewhere and the only way they can get to it is by using the United States Government = their paid lackeys to do it for them. Look, if the corporations are going to profit by the military actions the United States government gets bogged down in, and United States military personnel come back dead, maimed, or otherwise physically or mentally damaged, it’s the corporations that should pay for the damage, not the American people. Our military is not protecting our freedoms and liberties, people, WAKE UP! In fact, our own government is erasing our freedoms and liberties on a day-to-day basis and you don’t even realize it. The United States government is doing more spying on YOU than on ISIS!

We’d rather not get started on the media and prime time programming, but we have to say something about it just to be fairly complete. You are told what to think. You are told who to listen to. You are told what to eat and drink. You are told you are damaged goods and need this or that drug. You are told by your boss you can’t say “fuck” in the workplace but turn on the television or open a magazine like “Men’s Health” and you can hear and read the word or worse almost regularly. You’re a dog or a whore if you jump into bed with a different gal or guy every day but it seems afternoon soaps tell you it’s OK. Two men kissing and boinking are OK on the soaps, too. Don’t you feel manipulated? Don’t you feel like it’s time to reclaim your brain, your mind, your soul? The media are stealing your mind and your soul and you just let it happen! If someone did that with your wallet or your purse, what would you do to reclaim just a couple of bucks or credit cards? But you let media corporations steal something much more valuable and irreplaceable: your soul and your children’s souls, and you do nothing!

Shame on you, America! You’ve become homeless and have prostituted your values.

And YES! it would be a terrible stereotype if it weren’t TRUE and FACTUAL!

Trouble in Hooterville a.k.a. Ravena … Again … STILL!

While the public scandal of the Ravena Health and Fitness Center continues to be ignored by the mayor, Mr William “Mouse” Misuraca and his Band of Merry Dithering Dildos, William “Bill” Bailey, Joel Coye, Keith Mahler and former mummy-mayor’s girl, Nancy Warner, and while the Ravena village council, the same Mayor “Mouse” and his Merry Band of Dithering Dildos named above, are passing local laws like Local Law 2 of 2015, requiring all residents in so-called flood plains to obtain flood insurance at the property owner’s expense, citing federal mandates as their way out but neglecting to mention that the federal FEMA program is such an incompetent gory hole that, as with Obamacare and education, the federal government is pushing more and more on the taxpayers of this country and then, when there is a natural disaster, you make a claim, your insurance goes up, and the federal government subsidizes or bails out the insurance and banking institutions. Do you ever get the feeling that the cards are stacked against you? Considering the condition of Ravena’s sewer system and water mains, and the flooding of lawns and village homes, maybe the brainiacs on the Village board should require ALL village property owners to buy flood insurance!

Still hemorrhaging more than $6000 of taxpayer money every month…

Well, while the Blond-Bimbo of the scandalous money-pit that’s hemorrhaging more than $6,000 of taxpayer dollars every month, according to the Ravena village council’s own estimates, they are still kissing Cathy Deluca’s broad bottom and still giving her free rein in wasting taxpayer money. Her most recent scam was sending out hundreds of flyers inviting locals to join the leech field they call a health club, but when a Ravena village council asked Deluca at a recent public meeting how many new members the irresponsible promotional campaign actually yielded Deluca claimed she ‘wasn’t sure. Maybe 20 or so’, according to Cathy. Well, that’s a far cry from the some 300-500 that are needed to even make the Ravena Health and Fitness Center come close to breaking even! But Mayor Mouse and Nitwit Nancy and the Merry Band of Dithering Dildos continue to allow Deluca to have her playpen. Why is that, Ravena?

Listen, Cathy: The horse is dead. Stop trying to find another stick to beat it; it’s not going to work (AGAIN!)

But while Cathy Deluca has no answers but can come up with a lie or two almost immediately (practice makes perfect, it would seem), and she can’t seem to get things moving in the Ravena Health and Fitness Center, she’s got plenty of advice (and of course, that advice includes her as one of its principal beneficiaries). She’s now touting another “For the kids” line of bullshit, this time it’s nutrition. When will it ever end? Well, considering the money-pit Ravena Health and Fitness Center is losing money to the tune of $6,000+ every month, that comes out to be about $100 grand a year; that can buy a hell of a lot of nutrition and nutrition programs but instead the only nutrition program it seems to be providing for is Cathy Deluca’s and tubby-hubby Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca’s.

But there’s More Trouble A’brewin’ in Hooterville…

And this time it’s the Ravena Planning Board against the Ravena village council; a mutiny, a revolution seems to be about to happen.

According to a very reliable source who will remain anonymous for now but who we’ll call JC (Yes, dear readers, those are the initials of Joel Coye), the Ravena village council has created another problem for itself by overstepping its authorities and messing with the Ravena Planning Board. What’s worse still is that according to our source, the Ravena village council has again violated the law and again has shot itself in the foot.

According to a letter signed by Mayor “Mouse” and his Merry Band of Dithering Dildos, Yes! all five of them (William Misuraca, William “Bill” Bailey, Keith Mahler, Jr., Nancy Warner, and Joel Coye), they are demanding that a certain member of the Ravena Planning Board resign effective immediately, stating:

“It has come to our attention that you made a number of inappropriate and unprofessional comments at the Village Planning Board Meeting held on December 8, 2014. We as a Board strive to maintain the highest level of professionalism and respect in the conduct of all Village officers and employees. We have received numerous complaints as to the statements made by you at the public meeting and in front of your colleagues.

As such, we, the Village Board of Trustees, jointly request that you resign immediately from the Village of Ravena Planning Board.”

The problem is this: At least two sitting members of the board, one being the chairman of the board himself, report not to have any knowledge of any such “inappropriate and unprofessional comments” having been made by the victim. That leaves Joel Coye and Claire Roberts, Nancy Warner’s two moles on the Ravena Planning Board, who concocted the lies.

Furthermore, the minutes of the very meeting to which Mayor “Mouse” Misuraca and his Merry Band of Dithering Dildos are referring makes no mention of any problem. Given the fact that the mayor and the board were not present at that meeting, it seems that the only one who could have disseminated such a lie would be Village trustee Joel Coye, who happens to be the Village board liaison to the Planning Board, and Nancy Warner’s breast-feeding flea, Claire Roberts.

The victim JC naturally refused to be railroaded by that bunch of sockpuppets and so, at the next meeting, madam Nancy Warner shows up with Joel Coye and the report is, when the victim JC took his seat next to Claire Roberts “you could hear a pin drop in the room.” Wonder Why?

 Well it may be that Nancy Warner and her minions, including Mlayor “Mouse” and his Band of Dithering Dildos, are making an attempt to remove the dems from the Village Planning Board, expecially those who have been on it for years and know what’s going on. Why sideline members of the Planning Board when you should be working closely together for the good of the community? Personal ambition, greed, vanity, a thirst for power may be at the center of it all. Why work with people who don’t agree with you when you can try to make them disappear and put your friends in their place, and those friends will do whatever you ask. Sounds like a plan, doesn’t it? Piss off the chairman of the Planning Board by ignoring him and maybe he’ll lose his cool and you can get him to resign, too. Then, when space is vacant, Nancy’s little petunia Alicia Nieves, an alternate, can move in.

The republican village council would love to load the Planning Board with cronies, just like the RCS CSD board of education is loaded exclusively with teachers…

What? You don’t believe this could happen? Well consider this: Cathy Deluca is a close friend of Nancy Warner, and Warner covers Deluca’s back whenever the going gets rough. Why do you think Deluca’s still there when anyone else would have been canned ages ago. Now consider Alicia Nieves, who is a friend of Nancy Warner but otherwise a nobody, and who is a regular with Warner at Deluca’s moneypit playpen. They “work out’ together. The republican village council would love to load the Planning Board with cronies, just like the RCS CSD board of education is loaded exclusively with teachers, spouses of teachers, close relatives of teachers, “owned and operated by the New York State United Teachers, the union,” and it’s not in your interest. Same thing can happen to the Village Planning Board; it will become just an arm of the insiders club and will lose it’s autonomy, it’ll become a puppet board. Claire Roberts (kept Bruce Roberts’ name after the divorce) works in the Halfway House for Mayor “Mouse” and Claire Roberts nominated the Bill Misuraca, now Mayor “Mouse”, republican caucus to get him on the ballot to run for mayor. As New Baltimore town supervisor Nick Dellisanti likes to point out when stepping over loyal supporters to appoint a republican to town positions, “Republicans appoint republicans (so screw the rest of you)!” That’s apparently how Claire Roberts got her appointment to the planning board — she attempted to get elected to public office but lost every time so we guess the only way she could get a position is by special favors and getting an appointment. Yeah, it’s a cozy rat’s nest, isn’t it?

The problems allegedly all started about 10 months ago, when Claire Roberts was appointed to the Planning Board. Roberts is a frustrated politician who has attempted to run for elected office but has failed. As a friend of Nancy Warner, and a denizen with Planning Board member Alicia Nieves, also a friend of Nancy Warner and Cathy Deluca, however, she apparently wants to throw her weight around (no pun intended). That’s why Nancy Warner has to show up (word is she’s got her eye on the mayor’s office but doesn’t the bartender-turned-mayor know any of this? Regretful Rat

A new study from the University of Minnesota shows that even rats have the ability to experience regret. Regret is a cognitive behavior once thought to be unique to humans — but absent in the Warner and Deluca subspecies —, but neuroscientists A. David Redish, Ph.D and Adam Steiner explained to the journal Science Daily that this isn’t actually the case:

“Regret is the recognition that you made a mistake, that if you had done something else, you would have been better off,” said Redish. “The difficult part of this study was separating regret from disappointment, which is when things aren’t as good as you would have hoped. The key to distinguishing between the two was letting the rats choose what to do.”

Well, it looks like Nancy Warner, Joel Coye, and Claire Roberts don’t have the character or the integrity to regret what they’ve started, but they sure can look forward to some heavy-duty disappointment when it blows up in their faces. And Ravena mayor Bill “Mouse” Misuraca will come out smelling like a rat, too.

But Why? is Joel Coye, a republican, contacting Tom Dolan, a sitting member of the Coeymans town board and allegedly a democrap, asking him to read this blog? That’s a question Joel Coye should be able to answer but will he? Maybe Nancy Warner can ask Joel Why? he’s going to Tom Dolan. Or maybe mayor “Mouse” Misuraca or girlfriend Claire Roberts? We’d like to know.  Wouldn’t YOU?

There should be no question in anyone’s mind that the Ravena Village Board clearly overstepped their authority when they interfered with the Planning Board’s administration. In fact, the Ravena Village Board displayed extraordinary disrespect to the chairperson of the Planning Board, Mr Al Visconti, by not even having the courtesy to consult with him. Normally, any problems on the Planning Board or in any department, in fact, are initially handled by the particular committee or by the department. Since when does the Village board disregard this protocol and act on their own. If there’s a resignation to be demanded, the Planning Board chairperson with the advice and consultation of the other board members make that demand, and inform the Village board of their action. Only then should the Village board get involved and support the Planning Board’s decision regarding one of its members. In fact, a public hearing should have been held in this matter as per the law! Misuraca and his band of sockpuppets not only committed a serious breach of the Village Code of Ethics but they violated JC‘s rights as well as current procedural law!

This looks like a replay of the backstabbing game they played when they railroaded village justice Phil Crandall into resignation. You see, former judge Crandall’s so-called colleague on the bench, the villain Hal Warner, Nancy Warner’s husband, threw Crandall to the wolves. Our speculation is this: Nancy Warner is the village board member who oversees the operations of the Village Justice Court. Yes, you’re reading correctly. Nancy Warner oversees her husband’s court; Crandall was an outsider and may have known too much so he had to go. So, to keep things nice and cozy, Nancy may have orchestrated Crandall’s disposal with the help of her crooked judge husband. But dear readers, you couldn’t all have been in the dark about what’s going on in your Village hall, could you?

The Ravena Viillage Planning Board, with the exception of Claire Roberts, is a pretty honest group of people, many of whom — including the victim, JC — have served the village for more than 10 years. Al Visconti, the chairman of the Ravena Village Planning Board, is a man who plays by the rules, and Rosie Rarick is completely upright and straightforward. It seems that the “republicans”, Nancy Warner and Joel Coye, and Claire Roberts, a dear friend of Nancy Warner, are the actual conspirators.

Is there a party-political motivation to all of this? Al Visconti is a democrat as are the rest of the members. Only Claire Roberts is a republican. Joel Coye, village board liaison to the Planning Board is, of course, a club member and a republican. But truth be told, the Ravena village board doesn’t have the honesty or integrity to be able to play the party loyalty card, they’re RINOs (Republicans in name only), and would change parties at the drop of a hat if it would benefit them. They have no real party mission or an understanding of what the party represents. They asked and Barbara Cumm, the local Republican committee chairwoman, granted them the endorsement.

It’s more than that and here’s what we think: Some time ago, when TCI was campaigning to get approval to put it’s disposal plant in behind the Pieter B. Coeymans Elementary School, in the territory of Ravena, the victim JC suggested that the Village do a complete study of the environmental and health impact of having the TCI installation in the village of Ravena. Obviously, if such a study were to have been done it would have raised some very significant questions and concerns. As a result, TCI jumped across the creek and set up housekeeping not in Ravena but in Coeymans. Well, this really burned some people in Village Hall because now they couldn’t claim to have won a business for Ravena — even at the risk of poisoning our environment and kids as well — and to have lost TCI to Coeymans must have killed them. So a vendetta was sworn. Someone had to pay for putting the interest of residents before those of the Village board club!

Ravena doesn’t mind making laws, it just has a problem obeying laws. We all know of the Village of Ravena’s many violations of the Public Officer’s Law and the Freedom of Information Laws. We’ve all read about the numerous Notices of Claim against the Village of Ravena for violation of civil and constitutionally protected rights of residents and citizens. But it seems like a chronic problem that the Ravena village board simply doesn’t like playing by rules and prefers backstabbing to compromise. Obey the laws on the books? No way!

“We as a Board strive to maintain the highest level of professionalism and respect…” (sounds so-o-o Nancy Warner, doesn’t it?)

A Pile of Steaming Bullshit

That’s why it seems like such a pile of bullshit when we read in the Ravena village board’s letter dated December 30, 2014, in which they demand the resignation of the victim JC, and they write, ” We as a Board strive to maintain the highest level of professionalism and respect in the conduct of all Village officers and employees.” Only Nancy Warner could have conjured up a fiction, a lie, a fantasy of that magnitude!

They do this in many subtle and sometimes unlawful ways: They hold secret meetings, they quietly (very quietly) invite the public to “public” hearings, they sometimes lie outright. But Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk’s elected officials have found a far better way to do their mischief: They schedule important meetings on the same day at the same time but in different places far from each other to ensure that you can’t make both, even though you have a civic obligation, or a personal interest in attending both. Pretty clever, right?

Well, it’s up to you, citizens, residents to stop that despicable violation of your rights! Tell them to coordinate village of Ravena, town of Coeymans, and RCS Central School District board of education meetings so that you can attend all or any of them, if you’d like. They must be on different days, at least!

On Tuesday, October 14, 2014 Both the Ravena Coeymans Selkirk board of education meeting and the Coeymans town board meeting are both taking place at 7:00 p.m. Pretty stupid, right.

Why you need to be there, and you should have the opportunity to be at both:

RCS high-school principal Tom DiAcetis, Superintendant Alan McCartney’s Education

First of all, ALL VETERANS, PARENTS OF VETERANS, SUPPORTERS OF VETERANS, and all members of veterans committees in local government (Did you hear that, New Baltimore? Mr Guthrie and others?) must attend the RCS board of education meeting on Tuesday October 14, at 7 p.m. at the A.W. Becker elementary school. You must put Mr Tom DiAcetis, Mr Alan McCartney and the entire board of education on notice that their scandalous conduct concerning the National Guard and our Armed Forces will not be tolerated. Demand the resignation of Tom DiAcetis and Alan McCartney. Denounce the RCS board of education for their anti- military bias. Don’t take any prisoners and don’t accept their mealy-mouthed, pablum-puking lies and stupid excuses. Don’t let them off the hook this time. They’re accountable so make them accountable. NOW!

Mr Chris Gibson, Congressman for the 19th Congressional District, and Mr Paul Tonko, Congressman for the 20th Congressional District represent us in this RCS Central School District. Both need to be held accountable and both need to proactively investigate the RCS scandal perps, DiAcetis and McCarntney, and both need to reprimand the RCS board of education for the RCS anti-military scandal that embarrassed this community nationwide! Gibson and Tonko are up for re-election and Gibson, at a recent New Baltimore Republican Club meeting assured residents and voters that he would have his office investigate immediately. He assigned his top aid, Kevin Cumm, to head the investigation. Question: Did he do what he promised to do, or did he dishonor his office, his district and his uniform? Same should be asked of Paul Tonko!

The Town of Coeymans town board is meeting at the same time, on Tuesday, October 14, 2014, at 7 p.m., in the Coeymans town hall. Anyone who is not at the RCS board of education meeting should make every effort to be at the Coeymans town hall meeting. You need to find out about the pending lawsuits challenging the half-baked rezoning done by the town of Coeymans (started when Tom Dolan, Tom Boehm and Dawn Rogers had the majority on the town board. Don’t let them fool you into thinking it was all done by Flach and his new majority, like they’re trying to do!)

“DoDo Cop” Darlington sharing some misinformation.

Former Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington abruptly jumped ship like the rat he is. He abandoned his department, his staff, the town of Coeymans and us! Gregory Darlington should not be honored by the town of Coeymans for his dishonorable conduct and his selfish, irresponsible abandonment of his post. If Darlington didn’t have enough respect for this community, who paid for his fat ass, to tell us directly of his plans, this community doesn’t owe him a thing! (While we’re paying him a fat pension check, we think he’s going to be moonlighting in a second job,  hired by our impotent race-card flasher Albany County District Attorney Pudenda David Soares. Then DoDo Darlington can sit next to his wife, who is a secretary in Soares’ office. Nice and cozy!)  If Darlington could do that to the Coeymans police department, this community has to seriously reassess the situation and seriously consider eliminating the Coeymans police department and turning over law enforcement to the professionals, the Albany County Sheriff’s department and to the New York State Police. Save Coeymans more than $a million$ in tax money that can be invested in things we really need in this community. You’re paying twice, three times for law enforcement in Coeymans. Let’s see if we can get some leadership and pay only twice. (Let the Albany County Sheriff’s department or the New York State Police rehire the Coeymans police department staff, retrain them, deploy them if they’re really needed.)

Albany County has a highly sophisticated 911 emergency response system in place, and it’s paid for with your tax dollars! Coeymans has a bunch of insiders using antique equipment that has to be updated. Be smart and tell the Coeymans town board to eliminate the dispatchers and save almost a $half-million dollars$. We’re paying twice for the same service. We’re duplicating services. There are some who want to continue this stupidity and they come out to give their idiotic reasons why. But the voice of reason shouts out for them to shut up and get the facts. Tom Dolan, Tom Boehm, Mary Driscoll and others are blowing misinformation out their butts. Tell the town board of Coeymans to eliminate the dispatchers (Let Albany County re-hire them if they’re really needed.)

No fatalities. YET!

Again, we have to address the dangerous situation existing with the Port of Coeymans heavy truck traffic, and we need some real facts and explanations about the Carver Companies bridge and what the town is doing to ensure our safety and the safe movement of traffic into and out of the hamlet of Coeymans on Rt 144.

We also want to know about all the jobs that were promised. How many have been created so far? How many are actually going to be created?

We want to know why our quality of life is all of a sudden declining with the added truck traffic, the dust, the increase in noise pollution in our community as the result of the re-zoning and the increased activity in the Port and the surrounding area. Mr Masti, who is neither a native of the area nor a blue collar worker, has published his desire to keep Coeymans blue collar. Why is that? (Masti and his kind have to go!) But these are questions Ravena-Coeymans residents have to ask.

That’s why you have to make every effort to attend the Coeymans town board meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2014, at 7 p.m. in the Coeymans town hall! Our local elected officials don’t seem to be able to make good decisions on their own. They need your help. Tell them what you want and Get the Facts!

We suggest you make a couple of phone calls, send a couple of e-mails. Get your family, friends, neighbors activated and attend one of the meetings or organize yourselves so that some of you attend one and the others attend the other meeting. Show your elected officials that you can shake things up and put their feet to the fire, so they do what’s best for US!

But Only If You Speak Up! We deserve better!

Question is really, can Sean Eldridge even acknowledge we’re here, let alone understand our needs. Are his ears attuned to voices so different from ours that he is deaf to the 99%? In fact, isn’t Sean Eldridge a bit overly arrogant to think that with his disconnection from the rest of us not only in job experience, in life experience, in moral values that he can possibly represent but a small part of this constituency? Do we need another arrogant deaf politician in Washington? Our answer is NO! Sean Eldridge is so vastly different from us that he cannot possible appreciate who we are and what we need.

First of all, he and his “hubby“, Chris Hughes (of FaceBook bucks), are multimillionaires, members of the exclusive 1% club. They live in different worlds than we do. They inhabit planets that revolve around different suns, different centers, than ours does.

In fact, both Eldridge and Hughes should be tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail for having co-created that monster addiction, FaceBook, that has our dimwit young people and many half-witted adults glued to their electronic devices, oblivious to the world around them, while they squander their lives on ASOCIAL media, pouring out their impoverished emotions and souls into empty cyberspace. You’ll have to agree that Facebook is the farthest thing from “social media” and has created a culture of illiterate zombies. No thanks! Mr Eldridge and Mr Hughes! If that’s your idea of serving America, you might just as well put on an ISIS uniform and just decapitate America!

Secondly, Sean Eldridge and his kind they talk to different people, their own kind, who, like Eldridge and “hubby” Hughes, are members of the same country club, the 1% club, and have different priorities, values, ethics, morals, and very few needs and many greeds.

And speaking of “their own kind” Cecilia Tkaczyk is one of Eldridge’s clubmembers. In the picture we selected above, most of Eldridge and Hughes gender-orientation community would call her a “fag hag” in that picture (she’s posing with Eldridge and “hubby” Hughes at the Hudson Valley Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender 2014 Gala where Eldridge spoke) ; that is, a woman who hangs out with gay men. She’s OK with that and—believe it or not—, so are we. Here’s why: she saves us the trouble of wasting any more words on her. One picture is worth a thousand words. She’s telling us in unmistakeable terms who she is, what she is, what she supports, and that she doesn’t deserve to be re-elected. Actually, she allegedly wasn’t elected in the first place but we won’t comment further on that scandalous misuse of the democratic process that put her in single-term office.

Thirdly, Sean Eldridge’s values, morals and ethics—more accurately we should say his lack of values, morals and ethics—are far different from ours. First of all, how many of this constituency think same-sex marriage is acceptable, even necessary? Isn’t marriage by its very definition a union between a man and a woman, for the purpose of procreation, and then protecting those children and educating them to be good members of the community? But Sean Eldridge believes that marriage as an institution needs to be redefined to fit his chosen lifestyle. How many of us agree with that self-centered point of view? But then, when it’s convenient for him, he uses a loophole in the Defense of Marriage Act, federal legislation he opposes, to avoid full disclosure of his and his “hubby’s” actual financial status, how much they really have! You see, millionaire Eldridge wants to flash that he’s “married” to millionaire Chris Hughes but argues that the Defense of Marriage Act does not recognize same-sex marriages, so in the “eyes” of DOMA, Eldrige and Hughes are not married, not spouses. So Eldridge reasons that he doesn’t have to disclose his and Hughes’ combined income. Sean Eldridge wants his cake and he wants to eat it too. But we’re not invited to the party.

Eldridge and Hughes didn’t get their millions by not supporting corporations and ensuring that their investments pay off. But when corporations “pay off” and their investors become millionaires, somebody else is paying. Guess who that is? Do you think that he’s going to refuse the dividends on his investments because the corporations are screwing the little guy? Do you really believe Eldridge when he says he never took a dime from a corporation? Then where did he and “hubby” Chris Hughes get their millions? From the Easter bunny?

We don’t need another snowflake in Washington claiming to represent us. We have an Oreo snowflake in the White House now who got there riding the race card and has all but destroyed this country with his lack of experience and total lack of leadership. We don’t need the “Pink Obama“, Sean Eldridge, moving his shaved butt to Washington only to promote his club’s agendas, and making his offensive contribution to plunging this country into deeper distress, anxiety, and moral decline.

The “Pink Obama”, Sean Eldridge, wants us to give his ego a free ride to Washington on our backs and at our expense.

We’re not saying that any politician is or can be perfect; most politicians are human (at least on one side of the family tree) and thus by their very nature are imperfect. The problem arises when they start to think that they are not imperfect, and forget that some are more imperfect than others. Sean Eldridge is one of those wannabe politicians who forgets his imperfection, who has lost the connection with who he really is, and by doing so is starting to believe his own lies; Sean Eldridge is more imperfect than his opponents.

Don’t Vote for Sean Eldridge or Cecilia Tkaczyk—the Antichrist Duo!

The New Baltimore Republican Club is a very welcoming, friendly group of neighbors, and we’re sure they’d be more than delighted to welcome anyone of any party affiliation from the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk communities, as well as neighbors in Greene County.

It may be a good time to also address the local problem of anti-military bias in our schools, and hear what the national legislators think of the RCS scandal raised by Mr Tom DiAcetis, principal of the RCS high-school, and Mr Alan McCartney, RCS central school district interim supervisor. That scandal united 19 local students to challenge DiAcetis and McCartney, who were shredded on national media, and mobilized parents to hand out National Guard t-shirts at the recent RCS homecoming game. (See the front-page report in the Ravena News Herald, October 2, 2014). DiAcetis and McCartney are desperately backpedaling but it’s doing them no good, except to further mark them as liars and incompetent as leaders. The Ravena News Herald appears to be providing DiAcetis and McCartney with excuses but when Bryan Rowzee of the Ravena News Herald quotes Alan McCartney as saying, “McCartney went on to explain that the recruiter personally ‘apologized for his actions…”! Well, Mr McCartney, the recruiter is not the one who should be offering apologies, you ASS! You should be apologizing all the way to the door, together with Tom DiAcetis, and your special-interest biased RCS board of education! You should be apologizing for your anti-military bias, your double-talk to the taxpayers and parents of this district, and your lax attitude with renegade and maverick school administrators and crooked teachers! No, Mr McCartney, the unnamed recruiter doesn’t have to apologize.

And Thank you! James Staats of South Bethlehem for your short but very to-the-point letter-to-the-editor of the News Herald in which you give DiAcetis and McCartney the lashing they deserve! Mr Staats writes: “McCartney went on to explain that the recruiter personally ‘apologized for his actions and agreed to meet with students concerning the shirts.” We’d like to note that the News Herald’s and Rowzee’s attempts in the extensive positive coverage of the RCS school district in the October 2, 2014, issue is an obvious attempt to distract readers from the seriousness of the DiAcetis-McCartney scandal. In fact, it’s insulting to read that McCartney says that the recruiter “personally apologized”! For what? Mr McCartney. It’s not the recruiter who owes us an apology, you ASS! It’s YOU and Tom DiAcetis! Our legislators, Mr Gibson, Mr Lopez and others (Amedore) need to weigh in on this scandal; after all, they can lean heavily on education officials in the state and federal departments of education to discipline such violations of civics and civil rights.

Open Letter to all RCS board members:

While I know many of you, I want to address the full board on a matter of extreme importance.

As a graduate of RCS and an Army veteran, I am outraged by the decision of  Interim Superintendent AlanMcCartney to ban the wearing of tee-shirts handed out by the National Guard to students. This is a graphic of a soldier standing sentinel in defense of our freedoms. This should not be offensive to anybody but should invoke pride that we have courageous men and women to serve our country.

I would like an answer from each one of you; not in political gobbeldygook, whether you agree or disagree with his decision. I would like to remind you that this is not just about budgets but our basic freedoms that our soldiers have fought and died for.

I am calling for an immediate firing of Dr Alan McCartney. We don’t need to pay $600 a day to disrespect our military and further erode our hard fought freedoms.

Published here, it reaches thousands of readers locally, nationally, internationally. It expresses many residents’, voters’ sentiments and sentiments that our legislators like Mr Gibson, Mr Lopez and potentially Mr Amadore are well-advised to keep clearly in mind.

Question: Where is George McHugh, an Army JAG officer, and Terry Kindlon, a marine, on all of this. You’d think they’d be out prosecuting DiAcetis and McCartney as well and the members of the RCS CSD board of education pro bono for their un-American activity! Hello! Guys, where are you?!?

Not only should local veterans and others mobilize and make the October 2 NBRC meeting to meet our legislators, you should appear in support of the United States Armed Forces. Yeah! Ask Mr Gibson, Mr Lopez and Mr Amadore where they stand on these issues.

What does former Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington do while all of this is going on? He throws a sissy-fit and resigns. We think that ex-military law enforcement like former NB constable, the late Don “Squeaky” Tanner and former police chief Frank “Babe” McCabe, two proud veterans, would have gone down there and taken the cowards by the scruff of the neck and kicked some anti-military ass. They were law enforcement who had family values, morality, had the community spirit, watched everyone’s back, and cared for every kid as one of their own! Not like the beasts we have in local law enforcement now who make our young people Public Enemy No. 1 and their ticket to an undeserved pension.

Remember: Candidates need the support of major political parties to get on a ballot and run. That’s the way it is. But once they’re in office, no matter who elected them, they have an obligation to represent the best interests of EVERYONE, not just the ones who supported them, in their district. It’s our responsibility to remind them of that fact.

Editor’s Note: As stupid as it may seem, the town of Coeymans is holding its town board meeting on the same evening, October 14, 2014, as the RCS-CSD board of education is holding their meeting. Both the Coeymans town board meeting and the RCS-CSD BoE meeting need your attendance because both have especially important issues on the agenda. Local residents and taxpayers should not have to make a choice which of these meetings to attend. We urge the RCS-CSD BoE and the town of Coeymans to get their empty heads together and stagger their meetings to allow citizens to be involved and to participate in the democratic process.

We also urge all military, ex-military, veterans to make it a special point to attend the RCS-CSD BoE meeting on October 14, 2014, to show support for our military men and women and our veterans, and to tell Mr DiAcetis and Mr McCartney and the nazis on the RCS BoE exactly what you think of their un-American policies and their disrespect for the loyalty and patriotism of their students and the National Guard! Be there!
