Open Letter to Greene County District Attorney Joseph Stanzione

Greene County District Attorney Joe Stanzione (R):
“I cannot comment on the matter at this time as it could compromise a pending investigation.”

If there is an investigation, pending or in progress, don’t you think that our elected officials owe it to us to tell us Who? is being investigated and What? It’s just days before elections for chrissake! Don’t you think we should be told these things?

IT’S OUTRAGEOUS

Greene County District Attorney Put on Notice to Take Action in New Baltimore

New Baltimore Resident Confronts the Greene County District Attorney asking WHY? is the Situation in New Baltimore Allowed to Go On. Demands Action, Investigation.

On October 31, 2017, after numerous attempts to get the New Baltimore Town Board to take responsible action and to do what’s right with regard to New Baltimore taxpayers, property owners, and residents, and faced with the refusal of the New Baltimore Highway Department to correct dangerous conditions created by it, one resident confronted the Greene County District Attorney, Joseph Stanzione, a Republican, and demanded that Stanzione do his job and take action, at least to launch an investigation as to Why? the New Baltimore Town Board has taken no action against the New Baltimore Superintendent of Highways Denis Jordan, and Why? instead of ensuring the rights of residents and property owners and ensuring fair play and justice, the Town Board hands matters over to its insurance company and its attorneys, forcing residents and property owners to spend thousands in court and attorney’s fees or simply to give up, when they should be getting help and relief, not to mention justice, from their elected officials. This is not democracy at work, it’s cowardice and dereliction of duty. It’s downright wrong.

The letter was cc’ed to New Baltimore Supervisor Nick Dellisanti, Deputy Supervisor Jeff Ruso, Town Clerk Barbara Finke (for recording), Highway Superintendent Denis Jordan, and to Town attorney Tal Rappelea and Town insurer’s attorney Crystall R. Peck, to ensure that all parties are fairly informed.

Here’s the full text of the e-mail communication to Mr Stanzione:

Dear Mr Stanzione:

I am writing to you in your official capacity as the chief law enforcement officer in the County of Greene.

It is inconceivable that you would be unaware of the situation in the Town of New Baltimore, and on that presumption, even more inconceivable that the Office of the District Attorney has not inaugurated some level of investigation into the dereliction and abuse of public office that is going on not only in the operations of the New Baltimore Town Board but most egregiously in the Town of New Baltimore Highway Department.

The specious and spurious indifference of the Town Board with regard to the abuses and incompetence, even corruption in the New Baltimore Highway department is tantamount to criminal. The Town Board, very well informed by residents of the activities of the New Baltimore Highway Department and its Superintendent Denis Jordan, have done absolutely nothing by way of response, fair play, justice, or compliance with their fiduciary duties to the taxpayers and residents of this Town.

The situation is not one of demands for special treatment or for extraordinary service, it is a situation that affects residents’ investments in their property and community, responsible stewardship of public treasure, observance of oaths of office, questions of competence, and even abuse of public office and corruption.

Much of what has been reported — please review the links below — has been in the eye of the public and is common knowledge in the Town of New Baltimore, and totally ignored by our elected officials on the Town Board.

It’s no wonder that the claim “Democracy is Dead” has become a slogan; regrettably, Justice predeceased Democracy in this town and its environs.

The real tragedy in this tragicomedy is the fact that because the Town Board refuses to do what’s right, and the Town Highway Superintendent has his way no matter what, the taxpayers and residents pay to suffer. The fact that our elected officials refuse to do their jobs, refuse to take steps to avoid the doing of injustice, are indifferent to what is going on in this town, and the deleterious consequences create an environment of distrust, anxiety, apathy and misconduct verging on criminality. Those who find it necessary to defend their interests and right, far from getting the needed and reasonable support from those entrusted with the public weal, are forced either to go into debt to defend their rights at law with representation, or, as is the case in the majority of instances, simply throw their hands into the air in despair! This is an abuse! This is not what democratic government is about…or is it?

I am putting you and your office on notice of these facts and the current situation in anticipation of your taking an interest in this case and taking action to relieve us and to see that the law is enforced and justice is done.

Let’s see if you and your office are up to the challenge.

I would appreciate a response once you have reviewed the facts in the attached links.

Yours very truly,

[redacted]

Editor’s Update: We have received information that Mr Stanzione, Greene County District Attorney, declined to comment on the resident’s letter saying “I cannot comment on the matter at this time as it could compromise a pending investigation.” Looks like something is brewing in New Baltimore. We’ll keep readers posted as things develop.

We also have a similar letter to the Insurance Agency who handles the Town of New Baltimore’s liability insurance,  Marshall & Sterling Upstate (Leeds, NY), and the insurance brokerage they use, Trident Insurance Brokerage, Stay tuned for further developments on this issue.

URGENT Advisory to Trick-or-Treaters on New Street, New Baltimore

This is a Public Service Announcement in the Interest of Your Safety and the Safety of Trick-or-Treaters on October 31, 2017, who will be on New Street in the Town of New Baltimore.

Dangerous Conditions on New Street in the Hamlet of New Baltimore!!!

Parents, Accompanying Adults, Trick-or-Treaters along New Street in the Town of New Baltimore may be at serious risk due to dangerous situations caused by recent roadwork and paving done on by the Town of New Baltimore and the New Baltimore Highway Department on New Street and other streets in the National Historic District of New Baltimore.

Please be aware of the following serious hazards along New Street, which will be particularly dangerous after sundown.

At the corner of Madison Avenue East and New Street, there is a dangerous unmarked drop-off. The Town of New Baltimore Highway Department has been asked numerous times to mark this hazard but has refused to do so. Please, when making the turn onto New Street from Madison Avenue East, make the turn tight!

On the river-side (East) just past the end of the guardrails, there is a dangerous unmarked drop-off. The drop-off is about 18-24 inches and poses a real danger if someone steps off the street and falls; there is a steep slope after the street drop-off. The recent paving operations by the New Baltimore Highway Department supervised by Denis Jordan raised the old roadbed about 18-24 inches at this point, creating this hazard. The Town of New Baltimore and the New Baltimore Highway Department have been asked several times to mark the hazard or to correct the defects but they have refused. There is also the possibility of a vehicle’s wheels going over the edge and tipping over! Please be careful and watch children very carefully in this area.

This hump in the road at the top of the stairs can cause tripping and falling injuries. Please be careful and step carefully over it. Small children may be especially at risk.

At the front entrance of No. 18 New Street, there is a raised hump of blacktop above the top step. The Town of New Baltimore Highway Department placed a 7-inch high raised hump of blacktop at the top of the steps leading into the main entrance of No. 18 New Street. The hump was created when the Town paved New Street in June, and residents have asked that it be cut down level with the street to avoid accidents or injury. The Town Highway Department and the Town of New Baltimore have done noting to fix this defect and now it is dangerous to the children and adults trick or treating. Please also be aware that beyond the steps there is a 8-12 inch drop-off created by the Town’s paving operations. This can be dangerous and may cause falls and injuries if you are not careful. There is no really safe way to get to the entrances of No 18 New Street so PLEASE BE CAREFUL and watch children very carefully in this area.

Please be aware of this hole; avoid stepping into it or driving into it!

Farther down New Street, opposite the Green House at No. 11 New Street, there is a deep hole approximately 30 inches across, 30 inches long and 15 inches deep. There is also a sharp-edged vertical grate installed in the hole. This hole was created by the New Baltimore Highway Department for totally unknown reasons (all other drains in the area are horizontal). This large hole presents a serious hazard to pedestrians and to vehicles. A person can break a leg and a vehicle can lose a wheel in this hole. The sharp edges of the grate pose another serious danger. Residents have repeated asked that the drain be redone so that it is flat with the road or at least that it be marked so that it is clearly visible. The Town of New Baltimore and the Town of New Baltimore Highway Department have refused to mark the hole and so it continues to be a serious danger to persons and vehicles. Please be careful and watch children very carefully in this area.

When driving down New Street this ditch will suddenly appear. Your vehicle’s wheels can end up in it and your vehicle left hanging.

As you approach the end of New Street there is a deep unmarked ditch on the right side of the street. This ditch will come up on you suddenly if you are driving, and if you’re not real quick, your right wheels will be in the ditch and your vehicle hung up. On Halloween night after sundown, this ditch will be very difficult identify unless you know beforehand that it’s there. Again, the Town of New Baltimore and the Town of New Baltimore Highway Department created this hazard when paving the street in August 2016 and in June 2017. They have been asked a number of times to fix this defect or at least to mark it. They have ignored all requests. Please be careful and watch children very carefully in this area.

We are publishing this information at the request of residents who are seriously concerned about the safety of trick-or-treaters on New Street this Halloween. The Town of New Baltimore and the Town of New Baltimore Highway Department, Mr Denis Jordan, have been made aware of these hazards a number of times, and have been asked to correct the defects or at least to mark them to ensure safety and to protect the public. They have refused and so now it’s necessary to provide this WARNING to motorists and pedestrians.  Please make your children and other adults aware of these serious hazards along New Street, which will be particularly dangerous after sundown, and be alert for similar hazards in other areas of the Hamlet of New Baltimore, especially in the National Historic District!

[Editor’s Note: At about 10:30 a.m. on October 31, 2017, the Town of New Baltimore and the Town of New Baltimore Highway Department were notified of these hazards and dangerous conditions on New Street, and were provided with the link to this posting.]

Please Watch Your Step on New Street in New Baltimore!!!
Happy Halloween!

Editor’s Update

At about 10:45 a.m. on October 31, 2017, the following message was sent to New Baltimore Town Supervisor Nick Dellisanti, New Baltimore Town Deputy Supervisor Jeff Ruso, Town Clerk Barbara Finke (for the purpose of records), and Town of New Baltimore Highway Superintendent Denis Jordan. Copies were sent also the Town Attorney Tal Rappela (Tal Rappelea Esq/RappeleaLaw) and to the attorney for the Town’s insurance company, Crystal R. Peck (Bailey, Johnson, DeLeonardis & Peck P.C., Albany, New York) to ensure that their attorneys are fully informed in the event of accident or injury.

Dear Mr Dellisanti, Ruso, Jordan, Rappelea, Ms Peck:

The Town of New Baltimore and the Town of New Baltimore Highway Department have consistently and regularly been notified of the existing and continuing dangerous conditions created on New Street in the Town of New Baltimore, a roadway owned by the Town of New Baltimore. The Town of New Baltimore and the Town of New Baltimore Highway Department and its superintendent, Mr Denis Jordan, have ignored all notifications and have refused to respond to all requests to correct the existing defects created by the Town’s operations or at least to mark them in the interest of the public’s safety.
Given the above circumstances and the Town’s indifference to the safety of residents and visitors, especially in view of the Halloween season and the approaching snow season, the Smalbany Blog has been considerate enough to publish a Public Safety Warning for Halloween Trick-or-Treaters and their accompanying adults.
You may inform yourselves as to the content of said Public Safety Warning at the blog site, URGENT Advisory to Trick-or-Treaters on New Street, New Baltimore (the link to the site is provided for your convenience).

Allegation that New Baltimore Highway Super Helps Employee Avoid Drug Test

Question: Did New Baltimore Superintendent of Highways Denis Jordan Turn a Blind Eye to Drug User Employee?

Time to Wake Up, New Baltimore!
Time to Investigate!

Normally we would not publish a mere allegation sent to one of our contributors but this one is very serious. It concerns the New Baltimore Superintendent of Highways and his poor judgment and misconduct in office. It concerns endangering the public. It concerns putting public property at risk. It concerns helping a drug user evade detection.

Normally we would not publish a handwritten note from an anonymous informer but this one is different. It reports a very serious incident. It reports very serious misconduct. It reports something that is very likely true.

Normally we would not publish something like this about an alleged instance of misconduct by a public employee, an elected official, someone to whom important public works are entrusted. But this time it’s different. It concerns a public employee, an elected official who, like so many in the Capital District of New York, but especially in the Ravena-Coeymans-New Baltimore area, is dishonest, incompetent, and corrupt.

Denis Jordan to employee: “Take two weeks and clean out.”

The allegation is that New Baltimore Superintendent of Highways, Mr Denis Jordan, allowed a New Baltimore Highway Department employee to avoid taking a required drug test so that the employee, who admitted he was taking illicit, illegal drugs, could “clean up.” Jordan allegedly allowed the employee two weeks to clean up and then take the test. In the meantime, the employee was allegedly operating Highway Department trucks on public highways, putting everyone at risk. And Jordan knew this and allowed it. On retesting, the employee failed with high levels of cocaine; he was terminated. Jordan is still employed by the Town of New Baltimore.

What makes this information believable is the fact that the informant knew the contributor’s name and his address! This leads us to believe that the informant is local, and he or she may even be an employee of the Town! In fact, when we compared the postmarks on two pieces of mail, one from the Town of New Baltimore Assessor’s Office and the postmark on the anonymous note, the postmarks were almost identical, except for the dates! They apparently were mailed from the same place. Here’s the actual note our contributor received.

It might be a bit hard to read so we transcribed it for you. Here’s what the author has to say:

“Good day, [name redacted for security]:

“After reading your latest blogs regarding New Baltimore Hwy. Supt. Denis Jordan, I would like to give you some more information to look into.

“Recently a newly hired Town Highway Employee was scheduled to have a required drug test as part of his Employment. The morning of the test, said employee went to the Superintendent [Denis Jordan] and told him he could not be tested because he knew he would not pass. We are told that per the employee handbook, this is refusal to submit to a required [drug] test and the employment of said employee is to be immediately terminated. But instead, Supt. Jordan gave the employee 2 weeks to get clean, and told him he would be retested at the end of two weeks.

“At the end of the two weeks the employee went for testing [deletion] and tested positive for high levels of cocaine, and he was terminated.

“This employee [deletion] operated town equipment and drove town trucks up and down the Highway for 2 weeks under the influence of cocaine. Mr Jordan’s decision put not only the other town employees lives and safety at risk, but also each and every person he passed [deletion] on the highway for those two weeks.

“Had this employee been involved in an accident and injured [deletion] or killed an innocent person, and his blood was tested, it would have put the town of New Baltimore in deep trouble both legally and financially.

“Once again Mr Jordan has no regard for rules and regulations that are put into place.

“Rules are for everyone else but him!!”

Given the information being provided in this letter and the details, we have to admit it is pretty convincing. How would someone make this stuff up? But what is even more interesting is the depth of the details. This informant must be in a position to know these “facts” or someone close to this person is in such a position.

This is very serious, indeed. So serious that we felt we should publish it for the community to be informed of what’s going on in the Town of New Baltimore and its departments. In fact, this is so serious that we now demand an immediate investigation by the Town of New Baltimore Town Board. Furthermore, it is so serious, we demand that the New Baltimore Town Board request Greene County District Attorney Joseph Stanzione to launch an investigation into these allegations of Mr Jordan’s latest misconduct.

“Where there’s so much smoke there has to be a wildfire!”

Two outcomes are possible: Once an investigation is launched and completed, Mr Jordan may be cleared of any wrongdoing. But that’s highly unlikely given his history. On the other hand, once the investigation is launched and completed, and Mr Jordan is found to be guilty of the alleged misconduct, we would then expect that he be immediately removed from office and charged. The list of misconduct is too long to allow Jordan to choose when he goes and then shoot the taxpayers of New Baltimore the ‘bird” as he cashes his unearned pension checks at our expense. We say: “Where there’s so much smoke there has to be a wildfire!”

We have covered a large number of cases where New Baltimore Superintendent of Highways has been shown to be incompetent, unfit for the position he holds, as well as instances of misuse of Town personnel and equipment, violations of the rules governing proper recordkeeping, continuing training, and the list goes on. The burning question is Why has he been allowed by the Town Board to continue his misconduct without having to answer to anyone?

Town of New Baltimore Town Board, Greene County District Attorney Joseph Stanzione: It’s time to get off the pot and do something about this ongoing situation. It’s high time someone started doing their job and clean up the corruption!

If the New Baltimore Town Board doesn’t initiate some official action on this latest report, given the other information that the Town has been provided, we think a referendum should be held to remove all of the useless puppets from Town Hall. We’ll want a town hall meeting to discuss what’s been going on in the Town of New Baltimore and demand that all elected officials b be present to answer questions and to take responsibility. This includes Supervisors past and present, Highway Superintendent and Deputy, Entire Town Board, Town Justices, too! Enough already of the hanky-panky cronyism and the behind the scenes operations called “executive sessions.” We demand accountability and transparency!

Let’s Get Started, New Baltimore!

George Amedore, NY State Senator for 46th District, Needs to do Some Homework

George Amedore Jr, is the New York state senator representing New York’s 46th senatorial district. Amedore is backed by the Republican, Conservative, and Independence parties and was first elected to the Senate in 2014 for a 2-year term. Although he was first elected to the State Assembly on July 31, 2007, and held that seat for 5 years, he gave up that seat to run for the Senate in 2012. He lost to Cecilia Tkaczyk by a slim margin but ran again in 2014 and won the seat. Members of the New York State Senate serve two-year terms and are not subject to term limits. Amedore is up for re-election in 2018. The question we have is whether he’s up to the job. (Click here to view the map of the NY State Senate District 46.)

Amedore.
Totally Clueless

If George Amedore is showing such fiscal irresponsibility and indifference as to how he’s shelling out state taxpayer dollars to nitwit incompetents like the Town of New Baltimore (Greene County) Highway Department to  enrich the likes of Callanan Industries, Inc., and to screw up our town streets, voters and oversight agencies need to take a good hard look at Amedore’s performance, possible corruption and abuse of pubic office, malappropriation of public monies, and potentially criminal behavior in the Town of New Baltimore Highway Department. Better do it now before any more money is wasted and any more damage done!

We’ve been reporting on a large number questionable practices in the New Baltimore Highway Department, and how the money’s being spent and where. All we can conclude is that the New Baltimore Highway Superintendent Denis Jordan is totally incompetent and doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing. He’s also been implicated in some shady operations for “friends” of Denis Jordan at taxpayer expense, including the misuse of town equipment and crews. (See our 2015 Election article, “Reasons Why Denis Jordan Must Go!“)

Our investigations have shown that Jordan has plenty of time to reroute creeks and lay expensive culverts on a friend’s property, and repair roads on Schoolhouse Road for some crony of his, but has ignored requests from residents in the Hamlet to fix numerous problems he’s created there by his lack of skills and poor planning — actually, Jordan doesn’t do any planning at all. Residents in the National Historic District can’t even get him to put a grate on a dangerous hole he created on one street in the Hamlet; he won’t even put a traffic cone to protect cyclists, pedestrians or motorists. (See our article, “Denis Jordan Avoids Duties to Serve Special Friends: The Case of the Disappearing Creek“}.

Our most recent investigation has uncovered even bigger problems created by Jordan. Yes, we have reported on his harassment of a local woman to take down a privacy fence for no reason at all. We have reported on his refusal to talk to the New Baltimore Town Board. And YES! we have reported on the rerouting of a creek on Lydon Lane, and the installation of expensive culverts on his buddy’s, R. Bullock’s property. From what we can confirm, residents’ claims that he did that work so Bullock would have a nice flat lawn instead of having a creek with a ditch. You see, you can really make out if Jordan is on your “A’ list. If you’re not, forget anything from the New Baltimore Highway Department…except maybe a flooded basement and ruined foundations. (See our article, “New Baltimore Town Highway Superintendent Harasses Local Woman“).

Well it does get worse, much worse.  Earlier this year (2017) requests for bids went out for repaving of a number of streets in the Hamlet of New Baltimore. Peckham Road Corporation  put in a bid, as did Callanan Industries, Inc., and Precision Roads and Driveways. Callanan, an old “friend” of Jordan’s was awarded the contract; they quoted to put down 2″ (two inches) thick layer of asphalt on the roads to be paved, an estimated 5,520 tons of material.

The concerned roads were Kings Rd, Mathews Pt, Pitcher Ln, Mill St., Washington Ave., Madison Ave., Nodine Mtn Rd, Cedar & White Birch Ln., New Rd., Union St., Liberty Ln., Baldwin Terrace, Gill Rd.  Well, if you reside in the Hamlet and don’t recognize some of the street names, it’s because either Jordan or his illiterate friends at Callanan couldn’t even get the names right. That’s a bad start already.

The paving operations were done in June 2017, and were supposed to have been done under Jordan’s supervision as New Baltimore Highway Superintendent, but he was often nowhere to be seen. One day, he left early while paving operations were going on so he could attend a local wake. He left at around 3 p.m. If it was his own wake we could understand his having to be there early but it wasn’t. It was only an acquaintance but Jordan left the work unsupervised with some very bad results.

Pedestrian Trap Designed by Denis Jordan

The bids for the job explicitly state a “2-inch” thick layer of asphalt (blacktop). Well, our investigations show that at least twice that amount of blacktop was deposited and in some places up to 4x. On some streets the roadbed was raised 4-6 inches, some edges of the street were raised a foot or more, leaving dangerous unmarked drop-offs. The idiots put a 12-14″ wide sloped curb on one side of the street which reduces the width of the street by almost 2 feet, and creates the hazard of falling if you try to get out of a car at roadside.

The drainage on New Street was worsened and more problems created. At one residence, the Highway Department created such a bank of blacktop that the front and side entrances to the residence could not safely be used. Jordan had to pour concrete steps to allow the entrances to be used but even the concrete was defective and was poured without proper foundation, and started crumbling in the first week!

Back to our little friend George Amedore. With all this going on and the Town of New Baltimore being served with Notices of Claim, the first step in a lawsuit, for many of these botched jobs by Jordan, it seems Amedore isn’t talking to anyone in the Town Hall, and his handing out money hand over fist. The paving by Callanan on Jordan’s watch is just one instance of wasted taxpayer monies. We’d like to ask Mr Amedore if he has inquired why if 2″ of asphalt were quoted more than 4 times that much was actually deposited on some of the roads, actually creating hazards!!!???

New Baltimore Math

Furthermore, the Section 248 Agreement required under the New York State Highway Law notes that a total of $284,732.00 was to be spent on the paving of the streets mentioned above. That amount is broken down with $174,732.00 coming from the CHIPS (NYS Consolidated Highway Improvement Program) and $100,000 coming out of the Town’s General Repair budgeted money. That’s the math taken directly form the Agreement for the Expenditure of Highway Moneys made between the Town Board and the Town Highway Department. The agreement also explicitly states 2-inch thick.

So, dear readers, if the Agreement states that the paving is to be 2″ thick and the bids were based on that figure, how did they manage to drop up to 4x times that much blacktop? If they stuck with the 2″ layer, wouldn’t that have reduced the price by 2-4x? So what’s the story here? Do we need an investigation by the State Comptrollers Office, by the State Attorney General? And where’s our good ol’ boy Joe Stanzone, Greene County District Attorney on this one? Can’t the Town Board do math? Isn’t anyone watching or asking any questions in New Baltimore?

Elections are just around the corner. How the New Baltimore Town Board Handles this Scandal will Determine the Outcome of the Elections. We can assure you of that fact. You know we’ll remember when Amedore comes up for relection in 2018. And when Joe Stanzone, the Greene County DA, starts stumping for re-election, we’ll remember him, too. So guys and gals, start doing what the public expected you to do when they voted you in: to clean up the crooks and to govern our town, county and state wisely. So far it doesn’t look good for you.

According to New York State Town Law, the New Baltimore Town Board has the power to investigate Jordan’s and Callanan’s opertations and to ask some very scathing questions. We’ve already asked some of those questions above but the ball’s in the Town Board’s lap now. New Baltimore Town Board: Either investigate or share the guilt. If you don’t launch an investigation you are as guilty as the crooks. After all, the entire board signed the Section 248 Agreement with it’s explicit and specific language, and the County Superintendent of Highways, vanValkenburg, signed off with no questions. Do we call that negligence, indifference, lack of due diligence? Corruption? It’s soon to be election time so you’d probably start burning rubber and get moving on this investigation. Right?

The Greene County Superintendent of Highways, Robert Van Valkenburg, had to sign off on that Section 248 agreement. Is he math-challenged too?

Well back to our candy-ass Senator George Amedore Jr and his fine representation of the people and taxpayers of New York. Georgie boy, in a letter dated — this guy’s really numerically challenged; even his letter is undated —. No matter, the letter is stamped “RECEIVED April 28, 2017, Town Clerk, Town of New Baltimore.”

Amedore’s first sentence is a clear indication that he knows nothing of what’s going on in New Baltimore. He writes, “Maintaining safe, dependable roads is important to the safety of our communities an the health of our economy.” First of all, he has no clue how unsafe New Baltimore roads are. He has no idea what Denis Jordan is doing in New Baltimore. He has no idea of what he’s talking about when he uses the terms “health of our economy.” What economy? The only economy is real estate sales with the downstaters buying up our land and homes, and everyone else trying to sell to get out of the area!

George Amadore’s Math

Amedore then goes on to cheerfully announce to Mr Jordan that he’s handing him $142,255.00 from the CHIPS (Consolidated Local Street and Highway Improvement Program) as part of the states recent 2017-18 budget. Amadore then goes on to tell Jordan that he’s going to receive 32, 471.00 in funding under the PAVE NY program and $27,682 in funds under the Extreme Winter Recovery program.

Amedore must be on another friggin’ planet. He’s totally off base! He’s clueless how this money is being spent, wasted, criminally! And this is responsible government. This is an elected lawmaker aiding and abetting incompetence, abuse of office, waste of public resources? Why is Amedore handing out hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars to the like of Denis Jordan?

Amadore’s, New Baltimore’s Idea of Fiscal Responsibility!

We almost puked when we read Amedore’s closing sentence: “A strong infrastructure is vitally important to strong , healthy communities. If you have any questions….” Do we have questions? Do we have QUESTIONS? Guess What? Mr Amedore, we do have questions. One of them is How in hell did you ever get elected?!?!? But then if Denis Jordan got elected…we withdraw the question.

George Amadore Puts the FAKE in Rubber-stamp Government!!!

Campaign to Remove Denis Jordan from Public Office

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

Campaign to Remove from Public Office
Town of New Baltimore Highway Superintendent
Denis Jordan
and to prevent his running for public office in future

We have been informed that there is a campaign being organized by residents and taxpayers of the Town of New Baltimore, County of Greene, New York, to collect and organize information and evidence to be used in support of an action to remove New Baltimore Superintendent of Highways, Denis Jordan.

For some time now Jordan has been the subject of numerous complaints and claims by residents of New Baltimore submitted to the Town Board of the Town of New Baltimore, but to date those complaints and claims have not been organized. This has all changed with some recent developments in the town, where Denis Jordan has finally crossed the line.

Taxpayers and Residents of the Town of New Baltimore are up in arms and claiming that Jordan:

  • Has abused and abuses his office and authority

  • Is unqualified and incompetent to hold the office of Town Highway Superintendent

  • Has abused his discretionary authorities as Town Highway Superintendent

  • Has shown special favoritism to select residents while abusing other residents in the context of his public office

  • As the result of the above has wasted public resources and obstructed the operation of good stewardship in New Baltimore Town government

  • Has abused employees of the New Baltimore Highways Department

  • Has exposed the Town of New Baltimore and its residents and taxpayers to unnecessary and burdensome legal actions and lawsuits

  • Causing damage to private property with a wanton indifference, and failure to respond to notifications of dangerous situations

  • Jordan has an established pattern of intimidation and bullying among Highway Department employees

  • Because of all of the above, Mr Jordan has placed the Town of New Baltimore at risk of losing its insurance coverage or being placed in a higher risk classification, which will result in additional expense and even reduced coverage of the Town of New Baltimore.

This list is not complete or exhaustive, since we are now on the track of investigating Mr Jordan and his dealings with local contracting companies, including Callanan Industries, Peckham Materials Corp. companies that have already been associated with Jordan’s questionable practices,  and others, in the public bidding processes, the planning and execution of roadwork, and the estimation of materials used in those projects. The picture is very grim from what we have been able to glean even at short notice. (Editor’s Note:  We’ve requested the bids and the background facts as well as the estimates of materials and the actual materials used by Callanan. We expect to prove serious criminal activity.)

According to informed and reliable sources,  Mr Jordan’s recent escapades and incompetence in conjunction with Callanan Industries’  “successful” but totally botched bid to execute repaving of streets in the Hamlet of New Baltimore, the Highway Department has been deluged with complaints from irate and angry residents complaining of the poor quality or disastrous effects of the work done by Callanan under Mr Jordan’s supervision.

In fact, on Monday, June 26, 2017, when Callanan crews were paving New Street and Madison Avenue, while New Baltimore crews were standing around counting farts on the corner of Madison Avenue and Rt 144, Mr Jordan left early, at around 3:00 p.m., to attend a wake. The wake was for a local but not a relative or close friend of Jordan, which raises the important question of: Couldn’t Jordan have stayed to supervise his contractors work on an important repaving project and stil paid his respects to the family of the deceased? After all, he could have left when the crews left at around 4:30, and had plenty of time to prepare for the wake, which certainly ran until at least 7 p.m. Shows where his priorities are.

Suspicion was cast on Jordan’s re-election and his win over his former deputy highway superintendent Alan vanWormer; vanWormer lost the election by 1 (ONE!) vote. The election was not contested, which raised suspicions in the New Baltimore community.

We support the residents and taxpayers of New Baltimore in their efforts to clean up local government and to remove corruption, incompetence and crookedness. We urge all of our readers to support those courageous residents and taxpayers seeking to remove Jordan from office and to better local government and quality of life.

I you have any information or a complaint or know of anyone who has information about Jordan or wishes to file a complaint, we are here to assist you. Please contact us directly at rcs.confidential@gmail.com or write to us c/o P.O. Box 422, New Baltimore, New York 12124. All contacts will be strictly confidential and no information identifying you will be shared or published without your express written permission. We also encourage you to leave a comment telling all of our readers about any of your experiences with the New Baltimore Highway Department or Mr Jordan.

Recent roadwork done by Callanan Industries done under t he direct authority and supervision by Mr Jordan has generated a deluge of complaints and general dissatisfaction. According to a well informed and reliable source, the New Baltimore Highway Department has received numerous telephone complaints about the shoddy work done. Rather than call the Highway Department, where it is almost certain that your complaint will be lost in the dust, we recommend you make your complaint known via this blog, and then to write directly to the New Baltimore Town Board. That way you’ll be heard.

Please share this information with your family, friends and neighbors. It’s our duty and obligation to ensure that our New Baltimore community is a model of good government, honest and competent elected officials and public employees, and that our sense of community stands as an example for our surrounding communities. Your contribution to this effort will put all questionable and corrupt elected officials and public employees on notice that we will not tolerate ignorance, indifference, incompetence or dishonesty being paid for with our tax dollars.

Do your part and share what you know!

Coxsackie Dental Arts/Kurt Froehlich on Professional Misconduct Watch List

Wrapping Up 2016

First of all, we’d like to thank our many thousands of readers for their generous moral support over the past couple of years to make the Smalbany blog one of the most-read blogs in the region. If it weren’t for the contributions and leads from our many readers and followers, we wouldn’t be able to bring the news and the truth to so many avid readers. Thank you all! And best wishes for a healthy, prosperous, and happy New Year 2017!

Coxsackie Dental Arts, West Coxsakie, and Kurt Froehlich, Dentist

froehlich

Froehlich posing for his prey.

We have received information that Kurt Froehlich of Coxsackie Dental Arts in West Coxsackie, has been investigated by the New York State Department of Education, Professional Misconduct Enforcement investigation unit, and has been put on a watch list, and will be “in the system” should any further complaints be received about him.

This successful and very happy event is the result of a local resident’s formal complaint filed with the NYSDoE, the state department responsible for licensing professionals and for disciplining misconduct in New York state. We reported on the complaint last year, and followed up with a number of very negative reviews of Coxsackie Dental Arts and Froehlich in our article Fraud, Crook, Liar — Keep Your Mouth Shut When You’re at Coxsackie Dental Arts in which we expose his crooked and sleazy practices aimed at taking advantage of unwary patients.

Froehlich and Coxsackie Dental Arts came to our attention when several local residents contacted this blog with a request to investigate and to expose Froehlich and his unethical practices at Coxsackie Dental Arts. The reports ranged from alleged insurance fraud, to overcharging, to charging for work he did not do, and multiple other abuses. A search of the sites on which patients can rate dentists and physicians revealed a large number of negative comments about Froehlich and Coxsackie Dental Arts. We found that many of the complaints confirmed each other, including the fact that Froehlich charges up to 3x what other local dentists charge for the same work, and bills patients’ insurance even before the work is done, in one case depleting the patient’s insurance coverage while allegedly falsifying the patient’s records. This was discovered by another local dentist consulted by the patient.

Froehlich has a great trick to get into your pockets. First his office manager will hand you a pile of forms to read and sign. So you think they’re the usual benign forms you always get to sign when you go into a medical or dental office. READ THEM AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. You see, Froehlich thinks that if you get handed a ream of paper, you’ll just scan and sign. Most people do. But you must read them because Froehlich or his shyster friend Kinderhook lawyer, James “Pudgey” Kleinbaum (YES! Another JINO!) have concealed in those seemingly innocent forms clauses that make you liable for ANYTHING, even work Froehlich has not done!!! Froehlich and his JINO lawyer recently dragged a local resident into court suing the resident for work that Froehlich claimed he did but didn’t do. The resident even brought in a letter from his usual dentist and dental records clearly showing that Froehlich didn’t do the work. But of course, in Cairo town court and with the likes of Lehland Miller hearing the case — Miller get his instructions from the lawyers appearing before him, doesn’t know shit from Shinola about the law — and so Froehlich’s lawyer told town justice Lehland Miller what to say and what to do, and the stupid hick did as he was told. Meanwhile, Froehlich’s standing there like a mini-Jabba the Hutt lying his way through the proceedings.  Decided against the resident, who was refused his rights to present his evidence. Local justice at its finest!

Lawyer James Kleinbaum (Kinderhook JINO) made up for court.

Lawyer James Kleinbaum (Kinderhook JINO) made up for court.

Oddly enough, Froehlich appears to have recruited a corpselike creature, Bruce Trott, to join the Coxsackie Dental Arts den of thieves. Trott must really need a job badly if he has to practice with the likes of Froehlich!

In our well-founded opinion, Kurt Froehlich and anyone working with him at Coxsackie Dental Arts, should be tarred and feathered and run out of town. Froehlich, a JINO (Jew in name only) is an insult to any ethical Jew and to the dental profession overall. Froehlich needs to leave West Coxsackie and Coxsackie Dental Arts should be avoided like trench mouth!

Froehlich is  apparently creating ratings for himself on the Internet

In our experience, it appears that Froehlich is constantly re-inventing an image on the Internet, and he’s apparently creating ratings for himself and for CDA, in order to counteract the negative image his unethical and crooked business practices have created. He’s really a sleaze and we wouldn’t put anything past that bastard.

As mentioned in our previous article on Coxsackie Dental Arts and Froehlich, Froehlich has a job with a practice in Port Jervis, NY, Aesthetic Family Dentistry (Dr. Seth Horn and Dr. Dide Tosyali, 155 East Main Street, Port Jervis, NY 12771), and he’s there on Fridays, which means he has to close the Coxsackie office on Thursday afternoon. Aesthetic Family Dentistry must be scraping the bottom of the barrel if they need the likes of Froehlich. And if Froehlich’s practice is so great in Coxsackie, why would he need a second job in Port Jervis? Sounds like he’s not doing all that well in Coxsackie for obvious reasons. Check out our article Fraud, Crook, Liar — Keep Your Mouth Shut When You’re at Coxsackie Dental Arts for more information.

If you have had any negative experiences with Coxsackie Dental Arts and Kurt Froehlich, please let us know. We acting as the clearing house for complaints against Froehlich and Coxsackie Dental Arts in this area. There are a number of people in our community who have been screwed badly by Froehlich and need your support. Help us to clean up our community and let’s get together to rid our community of the crooks, liars, and frauds. (Let us know if you need help in filing a complaint. We can provide you the name of the investigator and the address for the investigations department.)

Bob Krug’s Barking Dog Nuissance and New Baltimore Town Hall

Bob Krug’s constantly barking dog and the New Baltimore Town Board incompetence

We reported on the problem of National Historic Resident and convicted bank robber Bob Krug’s constantly barking dog and the New Baltimore Town Board incompetence in enforcing New Baltimore Animal Control Law to bring some peace and quiet to residents in the NHD.

We reported that New Baltimore Animal Control Officer Joseph Tanner, holds a full time job with the Department of Transportation, while receiving about $4,000 a year in salary plus mileage, and a cell phone paid for by the town as Animal Control Officer. Our question was how can he enforce town law when he’s miles away. The answer we found when we demanded town records was: HE CAN’T! And he doesn’t.

Definition of Stupidity

Definition of Stupidity

Stupid is Defined, Mr Dellisanti, as doing the same thing over and again and expecting different results!

We demanded that something be done by the Town of New Baltimore to bring peace and quiet to the suffering neighbors in the National Historic District, who have to put up with listening to the barking dog day-in-day-out, sometimes all day long, and even on Saturday and Sunday included. Entertainment provided by Bob and Bonnie Krug and courtesy of the Tow

[That’s because all the “dorgs” are in Town Hall!]

n of New Baltimore Animal Control Officer Joe Tanner. So New Baltimore Town Supervisor Nick Dellisanti, feeling a mild surge of testosterone, decided he would man-up and “check out the situation” on his way to do his weekly “park inspections.” Mr Dellisanti reported back to the upset resident that he, Dellisanti, had been by the Krugs several times over the period of several weeks and heard no barking dog. What Mr Dellisanti did not report is that he drove by the Krugs property every Sunday at the very same time in the morning. We all know the definition of STUPID don’t we? (See the Stupid Elf, above.) Doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Right? So what do we call Mr Dellisanti who drives by on the same day of the week at the same time and expects to find something different? You guessed it!

We know for a fact and have personally investigated the barking dog kept on Robert and Bonnie Krug’s  property in the National Historic District of New Baltimore, and we have verified by personal visit that the dog is barking almost constantly at any given time of the day, even on Christmas and New Year’s day (both Sundays!). One of Krug’s neighbors stated to us that, “Their dog needs daycare!” If Mr Tanner or Mr Dellisanti had the brains and balls to stop and ask the Krugs’ neighbors about the problem, they might have done the community the service that they are being paid for as town officials. But that might take brains, balls and some effort. They don’t have any of these.

We hope New Baltimore voters remember the names of the town board members who pull this sort of crapola: Dellisanti, Ruso … We’ll be reminding voters before the next elections. We have in the past demanded that Joe Tanner be fired, since he can’t possibly do the job he’s being paid to do. He’s still on the payroll and the dog’s still barking!

New Baltimore Highway Superintendent Denis Jordan: “Let them sue us!”

Late last year, in about October 2015, we started reporting on the New Baltimore Highway Department’s failure to maintain drainage installations in the National Historic District. One resident has been keeping tabs on the Highway Department’s incompetence under the supervision of Mr Denis Jordan for about 6 years, but over that period, despite getting regular reports, complaints, and notices, the Town of New Baltimore did nothing, and Denis Jordan ignored both residents and the town board.

In our article New Baltimore Town Supervisor Dellisanti to Resident: “When does this turn into Harassment?” (published in November 2016), we reported on the residents multiple requests for a traffic cone to mark a dangerous hazard created by Jordan and his circus monkeys on New Street. We also reported on the damage to the foundation of a residential structure caused by Jordan’s failure to maintain storm drains, drainage ditches, and culverts in the National Historic District of New Baltimore. The water draining from the road surface and the overgrown and non-functioning drains caused water to flow into the building’s foundation and the building is now unusable and collapsing. In September 2016, Town Supervisor Dellisanti, Deputy Town Supervisor Ruso, Town Boad Member Shelly vanEtten together with Jordan and his Deputy, Scott vanWormer, participated in a show and tell tour led by a local resident. Two days later, Jordan and his crews were digging up New Street. When asked to stop work to discuss the work and how it was to solve the problems, the resident offered to provide photos and measurements to help solve the problem, Jordan never responded. When pushed by the town board, Jordan responded, “Let them sue us.”

When Deputy Supervisor Jeff Ruso remarked that a culvert seemed to be going nowhere, and the New Baltimore Highway Department Deputy Supervisor, Scott vanWormer and his crew followed the culvert to discover a storm drain buried under several inches of soil, remarked that in some 18 years he never knew that the storm drain (or the culvert) were there! Wonder why there’s a drainage problem? Says a lot, too, for the Town of New Baltimore Highway Department meeting it’s maintenance responsibilities under the law. Actually, the New Baltimore Town Board could get rid of that imbecile Denis Jordan but they don’t have the cojones or the political guts to do that. Instead, they’ll let him waste taxpayer money, cause as much damage as he can, then he can retire and collect a hefty pension. Now that’s good government, isn’t it?

All that’s going down the drains in New Baltimore, it seems, is taxpayer money!

Well, now the residents are suing the Town of New Baltimore, and initial hearings have been held with the Town of New Baltimore’s insurance company’s lawyers. The evidence is very powerful in showing the town’s negligence and the Town of New Baltimore Highway Department’s fault in causing the damage. In fact, evidence shows that the work done by Jordan and the Highway Department made matters even worse after they dug up New Street and they never fixed the problem of water draining into the foundations of the damaged building; in fact, they made it worse. This is how New Baltimore’s taxpayer dollars are being spent.

We reported on the hole and the sharp grate in our article “We asked for a traffic cone … to prevent this …

The residents have on multiple occasions advised the Town of New Baltimore that the hazard created by Denis Jordan and the New Baltimore Highway Department is even worse now that the hole is filled with leaves and snow, and the jagged sharp metal of the grating in the hole will tear flesh and tires. But the Town of New Baltimore has refused to even provide a traffic cone to mark the hazard.

money-down-the-drain

There are several other complaints and an ongoing lawsuit against the Town of New Baltimore because of the New Baltimore Highway Department’s mismanagement and incompetence. All that’s going down the drains in New Baltimore, it seems, is taxpayer money!

At this point, the residents intend to contact the town’s insurance company, Trident, to make a direct claim for the damage and to point out the indifference and the negligence of the town and its officers and employees, asking how Trident can justify insuring a town that doesn’t lift a finger to protect its interests or the interests of its residents, property owners and taxpayers.

If you have similar problems, we’d like to hear from you, too. The Town of New Baltimore is treading on thin ice with its insurance company. A couple of years ago the Town of New Baltimore couldn’t get insurance. Wonder why? Once the cat hits the fan and Trident is advised of what’s going on in New Baltimore, New Baltimore may not have any insurance. And you’ll know who to thank for that, won’t you?

Well, that’s a start for our recap of 2016. We’ll move on to Ravena and Coeymans shortly. But we did want to bring these couple of current and continuing issues to the attention of our friends in New Baltimore. If we can be of any help, please let us know.

The Biocultural Model May Explain the RCS Phenomena

Locals Bite the Hands that Defend Them and Kiss the Asses of Those Who Abuse Them

asskisserFor the past four years we have been writing about the scandalous conditions that are rampant in the Ravena – Coeymans – Selkirk and the New Baltimore communities. We have rubbed local noses in the piles of political scat and have lambasted local politicians and public employees for their gross ethical misconduct and their incompetence. We have called upon residents to raise their voices in protest to improve life in their communities. In the course of exposing the corruption in the local communities and beyond, we have come to a regrettable conclusion: Residents in the RCS and New Baltimore communities bite the hands that defend them and kiss the asses of those who abuse them.

Scientific research and the psychological literature provide evidence for the observation that culture and biology go hand–in–hand. How you live becomes part of your legacy over time; given enough time, it also becomes part of your genetic makeup. While this biocultural model is rather new on the scene, our observations of the RCS and New Baltimore communities actually support that scientific theory. The culture of abuse has existed for so long – – for generations – – that it might actually meet the criteria for the biocultural model. The fact that local residents have been abused and used by corrupt local politicians and officials may account for the fact that locals seem to like the status quo; they actually seem to like the abuse and the corruption. So when conditions improve, local residents feel uncomfortable and complain about the new improved conditions. It would seem to the outside observer that locals like being treated like dumb animals.

I'm from Coeymans!

I’m from Coeymans!

For about two years now, Doughboy – Dumpy Dumplin’ former Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington has been gone. Word on the street was that he was forced into resignation. He’s now allegedly driving a schoolbus and doing part – time work at the Babcock Funeral Home (Ravena) as a sloppy usher.

The Dumpy – Dumplin’s sweetheart protégé Dirty–Hands Jerry Deluca exited with Darlington but the special interest group, the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs, hired ole Dirty – Hands to be their executive director. Says a lot about the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs when they need to hire Coeyman’s garbage to represent them, doesn’t it?

Once the Dumpy – Dumplin’ and Dirty – Hands were out of the picture, the Town of Coeymans woke up and got smart: they hired a professional law enforcement veteran, Peter J. McKenna, to be Town of Coeymans police chief.

During the Dumpy – Dumplin Darlington’s stint with his sidekick Dirty – Hands Jerry Deluca, we regularly received 3 or more complaints against the Coeymans Police Department for violations of protected constitutional rights, favoritism, nepotism, abuse of police power, and any number of other violations and unethical conduct. We reported on it all on this blog.

In addition, the corrupt administration in Ravena village hall colluded with Dirty – Hands Jerry to get his wife, Cathy Deluca, a plum position with the Village as “director” of the Ravena Health and Fitness Center, itself tainted with every imaginable kind of corruption, including misrepresentation of Deluca’s status to the Albany County Civil Service Commission to get her non – competitive civil service status. It didn’t take long for Cathy Deluca to kill the Ravena Fitness Center, something she had done before to at least 2 other fitness centers but no one in Ravena Village Hall seemed to care about wasting more than $105,000 a year on Cathy’s playpen. That went on for almost 3 years (= almost $300,000 in taxpayer dollars)! There was a clear Albany connection in all of this when you consider that the Warners, Nancy Warner, a village trustee, and Hal Warner, a former Albany cop and now village justice, had their daughter in the Albany County District Attorney’s office, the corrupt democrap Soares, and Darlington’s wife was a secretary in Soares’ office as well. Word is that Mrs Dumpy – Dumplin Darlington is now working as a secretary in Tom Dolan’s vote mill, the Choices program in Ravena. Will the incest never cease in Ravena – Coeymans?

Back to the Coeymans Police Department…

Since Chief Peter McKenna was hired to be Coeymans police chief, he has slashed the police department budget, put officers on the street, cleaned up the staff in the department, and has actively reached out and responded to the community. Chief McKenna has established effective liaison with the Albany County Sheriff and the New York State Police to avoid duplication of services and to improve security coverage in our area. In short, Chief McKenna has been a blessing to this community.

Anyone with a complaint or a problem can access the Chief to discuss the issues; if the Chief is not immediately available, he faithfully returns the call. We know that from personal experience.

Coeymans hasn’t experienced that kind of professionalism and response for generations, if ever!

We received a message from a local resident a couple of days ago that someone had posted a number of primitive and illiterate signs throughout the Coeymans area attacking the Coeymans police department and “thanking” Tom Dolan. All said and done, the message that the sign poster wanted to send was unclear. But the signs did prove one thing: local residents are so ignorant that they can’t even appreciate when they are being treated fairly. Those signs also prove that there’s no community, no unity in the RCS region. It’s a bunch of lost souls wandering on their own, still hiding behind idiotic childish signs. The intended messages of the signs was lost and all we can say from the signs is that someone wanted to express and opinion. But we later received an actual sign and we’re reproducing it below. We also got the story behind the signs.with all that asskissing breath like shit

Over the past 4 or so years of closely observing and monitoring the RCS community we have been able to identify one overriding characteristic: ANGER. The whole community is angry. Psychologically anger is the inability to accept reality. While that’s understandable, we have worked hard to get local residents to think about how to change things, how to turn that anger into positive action. But the bottom line seems to be that locals like being angry. But, dear readers, anger is so counterproductive; anger can also be a form of self – harm, as many of you already know. When people are angry they say and do stupid things. When you say something stupid it’s out there and you can’t call it back. When you do something stupid you can’t undo it, can you? So, when you’re angry and you like being angry, you obviously say and do stupid things, and so the conclusion is that you like saying and doing stupid things. In other words, you are angry about what’s happening to you but you do and say things that perpetuate and worsen the situation. You’re ignorant because you don’t know any better. You’re so ignorant that even when something good happens, you are still angry, and the vicious circle gets wider and wider until it includes everyone and everything.

A Local Resident, Daniel B, has an Ax to Grind

Coeymans Self-Help

Coeymans Self-Help

One version of the story is that a local resident, Daniel B, has an ax to grind allegedly because a minor accident occurred involving a town vehicle and Daniel B’s windshield. The story is that a small piece of material flew off the truck and damaged Daniel B’s windshield. Daniel B wanted the Coeymans police to issue a summons to the town or the town vehicle operator for the incident. No law was broken and Daniel B was advised that a summons could not be issued. Besides, it was explained, there is a sign on the back of the vehicle, “Do not follow,” so that such incidents can be avoided by not following too closely. Apparently Daniel B was unable or unwilling to accept the explanation and became angry. The signs began to appear. But is Daniel B. so stupid not to know that his insurance will more than cover the damage to his windshield…if he has insurance, that is.

Mr Daniel B's Statement of Ignorance/Anger

Mr Daniel B’s Statement of Ignorance/Anger

This is yet another instance where an individual vents his frustration and anger inappropriately, and puts his ignorance on public display. He accomplishes nothing. Why is it so hard for locals to use their heads and apply simple common sense? Why do locals insist on making asses of themselves? Why do locals bite the hands that feed them and bless the hands that beat them? Answer: It’s the biocultural model at work.

Here’s a bit of news: Coeyman’s very own psycho-cop is coming back. It seems Ryan Johnson has outlived his loan to the DEA and will soon be back to terrorize the streets of Coeymans. Beware of the creatures of the night! Lock your children in at night! The dark, evil side of Barney Fyfe on steroids will be coming back and allegedly will be on night duty. The dark will not be a safe place for Coeymans!
