RCS School Board Members Latter, Engel Demand Vote without Reading the Background Material! Shame on you!

That RCS Central School District board of education members James Latter, Howard “Bray” Engel, Alice Whalen, Edward “Teddy” Revelle insisted at the March 5, 2013, board of education meeting that members vote to proceed with a grant application without reading the details about the grant or its application process. Their logic: “Well we’re just applying, we’re not accepting anything. We may not even get it so what’s the problem?”

Well, the problem is this, as Mr Michael Robbins and Mr John Vadney clearly stated at the meeting: “We cannot in good conscience vote on something we have not yet read. That would be a betrayal of the public trust in us. We need to read these things before we vote on them.”

(The RCS district offices provided the board members with the write-up on the grant the morning of the meeting. It was more than 40 pages long!)

It’s outrageous that the teachers clique (Whalen, Engel, Latter, Revelle) would insist that the board vote on an item before they had the opportunity to read what they’re voting on!

It’s outrageous that RCS Central School District board of education members, speaking specifically of the teachers clique now, are so ignorant that they don’t know the procedural terms that have been in place for years. James Latter and Howard “Bray” Engel disputed the term “to table a motion” in public session, insisting that board president Mr John Vadney was using a wrong procedural term. Well, they were properly embarrassed when the district clerk clarified the matter by reading out the definitions of the terms “to table a motion” and to “postpone a motion”.

Turns out Mr Vadney was completely correct. It was the teachers who were proved to be dumbasses!

The lesson for today, Mr James Latter and Mr Howard Engel is: Keep your fat cakeholes shut until you know what your talking about! And stop embarrassing this school district with your ignorance!

The News Herald Newspaper, the “official newspaper” of the village of Ravena, in a front-page story in the March 7 issue (vol 139, No. 3), reports:

“Library signs a lease at 95 Main Street.”

The RCS Community library has signed a lease to move into the location at 95 Main Street, Ravena. But they can’t move in because the owner, Don Persico, hasn’t finished the renovations, and couldn’t get a loan to do the work until the Library signed a lease. But Guess what? Those villains in the Ravena village offices, hot to get their fitness center attracting hotties, have been hard at work hatching new conspiracies to make the library’s life more miserable. For starters, they’ve raised the library’s rent by a whopping $600! If that weren’t bad enough, they’ve had Coeymanazi shyster lawyer Greg Teresi send the Library an eviction notice. Of course, minghia mayor John Bruno was tight-lipped about the sleazy doings.

Duh! Let me think about that!

It’s kinda bizarre to think that the village of Ravena is so cut-throat, even cannibalistic. You see Josephine “Josie” Bruno is trustee of the RCS Community library and related to mayor John Bruno. Another member of the Ravena incest club is Nancy Biscone-Warner, wife of the disreputable coeymans town justice Harold “Hal” Warner. Nancy Biscone-Warner is also a village of Ravena trustee. So topping off the incestuous network and conflicts of interest, she’s also deeply involved with the unlawful Ravena fitness center that is to occupy the library space. Even more bizarre is that Don Persico, the guy who has to get a loan to complete the renovations for the library’s new location but needed a signed lease to get the loan, is cousin to village of Ravena trustee Rocco Persico! Get the spellings right now: Bruno, Biscone, Bruno, Teresi (how’d Warner get in there, anyway?). Trustee! Hell! I wouldn’t trust any of these characters as far as I could throw them! But you can see the incredibly idiotic mess they’ve created in Ravena, can’t you? And you know who’s paying for it, don’t you? YOU ARE! DUMMIES!

But isn’t it really OUTRAGEOUS, that the RCS Community Library is and has been an important community institution and its budget is funded by you, the taxpayers. In fact, when you vote for the school budget, you are also voting for the library budget at the same time. So why is it that the village of Ravena, mayor Bruno and Nancy Biscone-Warner are literally stealing your tax money by raising the library’s rent another $600? What’s the sense? Who is Bruno, Biscone-Warner and the other jackasses on the Ravena village council punishing? And for what? The Ravena fitness center, the brain-fart of a handful of crooks? What are you waiting for, people? Throw them all out on the street, now!

We’d like to inform the entire RCS community, a community that spans two counties, Albany and Greene, that this corruption and misuse of public office, this abuse of a public institution, this misuse of public treasury must and should be brought to the attentions of both District Attorneys in Albany and Greene Counties, to the public corruption investigators at the Albany Field Office of the FBI, and to the New York State Attorney General. If citizens, residents, taxpayers do not cry out for justice, justice will never come to your aid!
