The Rats Are Busy!

Flash! We just received a very disturbing comment from a local businessperson… that comment reports that the Coeymanazis are making calls to all of the member businesses of the GREATER COEYMANS RAVENA COMMUNITY BUSINESS GROUP telling them that if they don’t leave the group, that the Coeymanazis will force the community not to do business with them. That’s how the rat pack in Coeymans works!

Stop those RATS! VOTE NO!

 Cruising Through the Area Today, I Noticed All the Signs Marring the Landscapes, and I Thought About What Those Signs Tell Us. Here Is Our Reading…

Ingenious! Brilliant!

This One’s Our Hands-Down Favorite and It Speaks Volumes!

This one simply shouts out: “We’ve Had Enough of Your Sign Vandalism! Try Trashing This One, Stupid!“

With all the nastiness in this budget controversy, probably the worst demonstration of moronic behavior has been the YES! side’s trashing and vandalism of the NO!’s signs. Totally unfair play but Hey! were in the RCS district! Do we expect different? But this local business person’s response was unique and utterly brilliant–a courageous challenge to the local gangsters and the Coeymanazis! Bravo!

Then we have the signs that take the children hostage and ransom them for a vote. Here’s one of them:

Pure Propaganda

This One Is Just Pure Propaganda. It Appeals to the Emotions, Not to the Head. One of the lowest tricks in the book to get people to do what you want them to do is to tug at the heart strings. We see it regularly on the television when they show dirty South American or Aftican children and appeal to you to adopt one with your check! Or those animal rescue commercials with the abused puppies and kittens; how can you not give and give more? Well This is no different, they’re taking the school children hostage and demanding your vote as ransom! Don’t fall for it!

The sign is posted conspicuously on the lawn of the home of a Coeyman’s town justice.  Why is that important you might ask? Well, New York State has what is called the Code of Judical Conduct that governs a justice’s or judge’s conduct. Specifically,

• Section 100.5   states that  ” A judge or candidate for elective judicial office shall refrain from inappropriate political activity.”
• Section 100.2    “A judge shall avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety in all of the judge’s activities.”
• Section 100.3    A judge shall perform the duties of judicial office impartially and diligently.
• Section 100.4    A judge shall so conduct the judge’s extra-judicial activities as to minimize the risk of conflict with judicial obligations.

It really looks like the judge has made a big mistake. By placing that sign urging a Yes! vote on his front lawn the judge is broadcasting that he is partisan in a heated political debate centering on the 2012-13 school budget. In addition, and considering much of the illegal intimidation, harassment, vandalism that has been going on during this debate, he is broadcasting that he is not impartial but supports the group for the budget over and against those opposing the budget;  he is supporting the special-interest teachers union. Furthermore, it’s not enough we have one ex-cop in a judge suit (H. Warner), now it appears we have a town justice broadcasting that he supports the political group spearheaded by unethical and atheist teacher Matt Miller and the Jerry Deluca gang, the Bartlett-Hummel-Dingbat gang of Coeymanazis. The judge, in other words, has broadcast loud and clear his potential for bias and prejudice and should not be on the bench!

We have pictures of the sign and we will be filing a formal written complaint to the State Commission on Judicial Conduct demaning that town justice Dardiani be sanctioned or even removed from the bench for his unethical conduct! (There will be more on this issue after the vote, too.)

We All Know About Clusters, Don’t We?

 Flooding the area with signs all over the place makes the false impression that there’s also numbers behind the signs. That’s not so in the propaganda world. But it does influence some of the stupider one’s seeing the signs. What it does mean is that they don’t have what it takes to pursuade people with sound facts and figures, so they’ll try to make them think that they are big enough to carry the vote. It’s just a smoke screen, people.

The cluster effect also means that this is a bunch that, like their signs, stick together…they don’t have the guts to stand alone, they can only act in a pack, like rats, under cover of darkness.

Please note also that the signs are impersonal, have no warmth, no personality, they’re plastic just like the people they’re advertising. Think about it…store-bought, cold, plastic…are those the kind of people you want making your decisions for you?

They’re Blowin’ It Out Their Butts!

It’s a snow job but did you even consider what all those signs are costing them? Who’s paying for it? And what are they getting out of it? Well, if that budget gets passed, we all know who’ll be paying the bill, YOU!

This is another example of the “appeal to their emotions” type of propaganda: the luvy-duvy crap…manipulating you through the symbols that the pictures and the colors represent:

You’re Being Manipulated!

 This is basic psychology 101 but you’d be surprised how many geniuses fall for the ploy. It’s the same level of manipulation that they use when they take the kids hostage for your vote. This time it’s like a child’s note written by impersonators…tug, tug. You have to see through their tricks and how they affect you.

I’ll close with just a couple of signs that really have a message; you can see it as well as feel it. The first sign, the truck, is one of those signs rich in meaning. here are a couple more:

Purely Simple and Honest; No Hype. Handpainted by a real human being!

We liked this one because it’s honest and human. A real person took the time and energy to create this sign that expresses his or her position and calling out to the reader to vote NO! How good does it get?

And this one has the same effect but it’s also asking the reader not to soak up all the toxic waste that’s been fed to them by the Coeymanazis but to know the facts.

Use Your Head’s People!

This is a real person speaking to YOU! Telling YOU to use your head, your God-given intelligence to know the facts for yourself. Don’t be bullied, intimidated, harassed or over run by the sign clusters of rat packs. Just know the facts and vote NO! Simple, to the point, honest. Not plastic, not mass produced; just another human voice going out to the reader.

But of all the signs we’ve shown and commented on, the one that says it all is the lone sign, standing there, challenging, courageous, made with human hands, it’s message as simple as its design:

Strength and Courage; Independent!

It’s Judy Sylvester, a courageous woman with the guts to stand alone, not in a cluster, powerful in the simplicity of her message. That’s the kind of persons we need on the RCS Board of Education, courageous, human, unoffending, smart and independent. Judy Sylvester, like her signs, can stand on her own and doesn’t need a rat pack to back her up!

By the way, did you know that Howard ENGEL, a candidate for re-election to the RCS CSD Board of Education is a teacher married to a teacher, and is member of the teachers union at Averill Park? Did you know that candidate for election to the RCS CSD Board of Education Edward “Teddy” Reville is married to Engel’s sister? Sunilda Swan is also a former teacher. A. Whalen is a retired Teacher. Sitting board member James Latter’s wife, Amanda Latter, is a math teacher at the RCS middle school. Particularly disturbing is the Board of Education meeting of November 1 at which residents call for the immediate resignation of sitting Board member James Latter for breach of confidentiality and endangerment of a student, RCS Sports Association misuse of funds, questions regarding the RCS Sports Association’s non-profit status and 990 tax returns (non filed). O’Connor is a teacher. And you still don’t think the teachers are running the RCS BoE? In the name of fair play, get the teachers off the Board of Education!
