New Coeymans Town Board: First six months…Same old same old

Town of Coeymans Voters Thought They were Shifting the Power Balance in Favor of Positive Change last November

SURPRISE! STATUS QUO. NO VISION. OLD BUSINESS

status-quo-diver+fish

Given the chance for freedom, to escape from its confinement in a fishbowl, Coeymans opts to go back to where it was.

The basic problem with the candidates running for local elected office who are available to choose from whether we are voting for the members on the board of education or the town board, or even our judges, is the fact that they are ignorant or just plain uneducated. They have little or no vision because they, well, are popular because they are, simply put, local yokals (townie, local hick, hillbilly). The other group of local candidates come from the self-invented sophisticated upper class in local society: this means, simply put, the suits in the town or the village. These are the locals who are yokals but walk and talk like they’re not. They prance around like they’re better educated, have better jobs, bigger houses, etc. They’re the ones who run the committees and create the cliques. But the local yokals and the pseudo-sophistates are all one and the same stuff where the rubber hits the road, when you scrutinize performance. They have no vision, they get really nasty when criticized, and all they can do is reinvent wheels. And you wonder why nothing changes.

The local communities of Ravena, Coeymans, Selkirk, New Baltimore and beyond have no excuse for accepting the rubbish being offered by the RCS CSD board of education, by the village councils and the town boards, by the Coeymanazi police department. Why?  Because this blog has kept you all informed of what’s going on behind the scenes. We have not spoon fed you lies and propaganda like the local media and rags have done. We are not beholden to the crooks and the conspirators, the corrupt officials and police. We tell it like it really is and you get the information you deserve. But you have to participate, too. You have to comment, you have to start seeing beyond the smoke screens, you have to start attending the village, town and board of education meetings. You can’t continue to leave it to a few who have carried the burden for you for so long in the past. You have to get off your flat asses and participate if you want to see things change.

progress in coeymans

Our recent polls forecast the outcomes of three local elections that promised to usher in postitive change in our communities: Coeymans, New Baltimore, and Ravena. We didn’t run a poll on the last RCS CSD board of education because we thought it was a shoe in: the Latter-Hyslop-Brown gang was so obviously partisan and in cahoots with the teachers union that we didn’t imagine that voters would be so stupid to vote them in. But they were that stupid and we misjudged them. Now RCS is stuck with a special interest packed board of education that is loyal to the union and has all but eliminated the public from its decision-making process. The decisions are made in closed sessions and the public meetings may last 20 minutes, if that. Most people interested in attending refuse to spend more time traveling to the meetings than the meetings last. The big problem then is this: The RCS CSD board of education has fixed it so that they can do what they want and when there’s an uproar they can say “You had the chance to attend the public meetings but didn’t.” Pretty underhanded way to eliminate public participation in their scandalous and underhanded practices. But it seems to be working. You’ve handed it over to them and now you are paying and your kids are the victims, suffering, geting a substandard education in failing schools while the teachers are getting enhancements and outrageous salaries for doing everything but effective teaching. More than three quarters of the multi-million dollar school budget goes to salaries. Did you know that?

screwed1And now we not only have police in our schools disguised as necessary security (where were the teachers, teachers aids, etc.). Well, apparently the police officer assigned to the high-school is also providing sexual favors to a wrestling coach. And now we also have the Police State entering RCS CSD schools with police and police dogs searching students’ lockers while the kids are in class. What’s the effect on all of this on the students? What do they think about all of this? Do you think this sort of treatment is having a positive effect on them? Or is it part of a larger plan to zombify them in preparation for adulthood. Yes, parents, give them electronic toys, de-parent them, turn them over to failing schools, and let local law enforcement deal lthe death blow to their self-respect and dignity. And you go and do your own thing; you deserve your perosnal time because, after all, you’re paying your taxes and you expect that your kids will get what you’re paying for. Guess what? They are. Just like YOU: SCREWED!

Here’s an example: Our polls indicate that 85% of local residents want to see the Coeymans police department eliminated. That’s the best information we have because there’s no other information available. The Coeymans town board has no clue what is going on in the town or what YOU or anyone ouside of the town hall wants. George Langdon, a newly elected Coeymans town board member, appears to be a clone of the outgoing Tom Boehm and Dawn Rogers. Langdon, Flach and the rest of the sitting Coeymans town board are actually listening to Coeymanazi p.d. chief Gregory Darlington proposing increasing full-time Coeymans police officers and increasing his useless police department’s police power in Coeymans. They want to upgrade equipment, they want to hire new cops, the want to replace part-timers with full-timers, they want new vehicles. The taxpayers in the town of Coeymans, a town of less than 8,000 residents, is paying more than $1million to support a police department that is as corrupt as they come, and the town of Coeymans board is actually listening to arch-crook Darlington ask for more personnel and more money and equipment!

Here’s what the News Herald reports them to have said in a recent budget meeting (“Police chief looking to shift focus to full-time officers,” Ravena News Herald, April 3, 2014):

“Police chief Gregory Darlington wants to trim overtime expenses and improve service…by shifting focus to more full-time rather than part-time officers, and investing in technology for long-term benefits.”

But Darlington doesn’t explain how this will happen nor does the News Herald explain How? That’s because it’s all baloney! Or in plain English, bullshit!

Darlington then goes on to say, “we are already down three part-time positions ans we are anticipatient two more openings very soon (in the communications division).”

Dawn LaMountain, Darlington’s “confidential secretary” also has input on how to spend taxpayer money. LaMountain says, “I would like to canvas and hire five so that we hit the ground running. It keeps the overtime down.” Who in hell is LaMountain to be talking about hiring “five” (five what?). Since when is Darlington’s secretary making hiring decisions, determining how to keep costs down, influencing budgeting decisions. Where are the numbers? Where are  the data?

Here’s the clincher, though: Our study indicates that 85% of residents want to eliminate the Coeymans police department; word on the street is even higher. Our study indicates a very high majority want to turn over law enforcement to the Albany County Sheriff and the New York State Police, who already have responsibility for the town of Coeymans and are already being paid for. Yet we’re still discussing funding the Coeymans police department to the tune of more than $1million, hiring new full-time personnel, updating technology, etc. Town board member George Langdon (who is apparently a democrat dressed up as a Republican) apparently suppports the Coeymans police department depite popular outrage and notes that “funding was already available” (From where, may we ask, Mr Langdon?) and “There is a net zeo impact to the budget.” This means that Mr Langdon doesn’t have a clue what he’s talking about. It makes not sense logically and there are not fixed and firm numbers to substantiate Langdon’s outrageous misstatement. The bill to Town of Coeymans taxapayers for another year of Coeymanazi p.d. is at least $1million. That’s $1million that could and should be invested in something that is not duplicated expense, and the Coeymans police department is a duplicated expense.

Math genius Gregory Darlington, the same Gregory Darlington who had to take the police chief examination three times before he passed it, tells the Coeymans town board that his personnel magic will save the town $7,500 annually. Now compare that to the proposal made by the Albany County Sheriff Department to take over Coeymans law enforcement with a local Sheriff’s Department satellite station in Coeymans town hall, with local officers and vehicle presence that would save the town of Coeymans more than $300,000 (Yes! You read right: more than three hundred thousand dollars annually and we’d still have local officers and vehicles but wearing Sheriff’s deputy uniforms and driving sheriff-marked cars.) DUH! Compare an annual law enforcement budget proposed by Darlington of more than $1million to a budget of about $500,000. Compare Darlington’s proposed annual savings of $7,500 to the at least $300,000 in the Sheriff’s proposed plan if the Coeymans p.d. is eliminated.  Does anyone not understand this?

Coeymans police sargeant Ryan Johnson a.k.a. PsychoCop says it all when he explains the benefits of changing to 12-hour shifts. Johnson reasons: “You have a lot more time to do a full patrol…and you get an extra six or seven days off a month.” Now let’s look at that comment. Yes, PsychoC. with a 12 hour shift you do have more time to do a patrol than a 7.5 or 8-hour shift or even a 10-hour shift. We can’t argue that math. But then Johnson’s real interest comes out when he states that they will get “an extra six or seven days off a month.” So who benefits from all of this? Taxpayers? Hell no!

Coeymans Town Supervisor Stephen Flach is a major disappointment and a real jellyfish!

Coeymans Town Supervisor Flach A Jellyfish and a Disappointment

Coeymans Town Supervisor Flach
A Jellyfish and a Disappointment

Supervisor Flach is a real disappointment. We gave him the benefit of doubt for being ineffective as a leader when we theorized that the majority on the board were opponents and stymying his real efforts. It appears he’s just a weak leader and sucks anything you put into his mouth. Previously actively pursuing the plan to eliminate the Coeymans p.d. and entering into active discussions with the Albany County Sheriff’s Department, Flach now seems to be caving to the police-lobby in town hall, apparently led by George Langdon. According to Flach as quoted in the News Herald article, he says, “My only concern is that the police department has enough full timers that we can get rid of the overtime.” Flach, you’re a major disappointment and a real jellyfish! If that’s your only concern regarding the Coeymans police department you need to take a walk!

And then we have our resident card-carrying Christian who objects to the “X” in Xmas (not being Christian enough to know that the X stands for “Christ” in the Greek Christos) who in his usual ignorant and misguided eloquence is incorrectly described by Bryan Rowzee as working “in the medical profession.” Masti is a freakin’ nurse. Maybe he works in healthcare but he’s not a “medical professional” which would mislead the reader to possibly understand Masti to be a physician. Just say Masti’s a nurse and avoid any misunderstandings. But that’s not the point we’re trying to make here. Masti adds his two cents in the NH article by saying, “Trust me, I am a big fan of 12-hour shifts.” Comparing apples with oranges seems to be a habit on the Coeymans town board (like kissing Coeymans p.d. ass is): A 12-hour shift in nursing is quite different from a 12-hour shift in law enforcement, Mr Masti. Having read Masti’s letters to the editor in the past (He actually gets them published regularly in the News Herald. That should tell you something about Masti.) and reading some of his statements made as a Coeymans town councilman, I would really like to know where he’s a nurse…so I can stay clear of the place and ensure no one in my family is ever treated there. I have serious concerns about Mr Masti’s mental status.

The “C” in Coeymans town council stands for “Caver”. After all is said and done, Coeymans residents, citizens and voters are getting another shafting by their elected officials. This report on the budget and the crazy, idiotic statements made by Coeymanazi police chief Gregory Darlington, PsychoCop Ryan Johnson and others on the Coeymans town board should alert Coeymans that they need to be brought back on track because they have derailed (AGAIN!). They are still in the same rut as a year ago and are spinning their wheels. Watch George Langdon very closely, too, because he’s a slippery snake. Flach is a jellyfish and folds at every opportunity. Masti is an idiot. So there’s a majority on the Coeymans town board. Lord help us!

Top Secret: Two Coeyman Cops, Idiots, Really, Suspended

Two Coeymans Police Officers Send Sheriff’s Deputy on A Wild-Goose Chase, Get Suspended

Coeymans Police Department/Albany County Sheriff Keep Public in Dark

Somebody in Town Hall: Turn on the Lights!!!

Somebody in Town Hall:
Turn on the Lights!!!

Seems security isn’t a big thing with former Coeymans Police Department Lieutenant Kerry Thompson, now Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple’s “assistant chief deputy,” after he had been recalled apparently following the incident where Coeymans police officers Danielle Crosier and Peter McKenna got into some mischief on Thompson’s Sheriff’s Department laptop, which Thompson stupidly neglected to secure.

Apparently, the Coeymans police department has so little to do when they’re not executing illegal search warrants issued by short-order-cook town justices or worse, and the cops have so little supervision when they have nothing to do while collecting your taxpayer dollars, that they have to perpetrate criminal activity themselves. So, the allegations go, ex-Coeymans ” deputy chief” and current chief of Coeymans police, Gregory Darlington’s brother-in-law, Kerry Thompson leaves his laptop unsecured and Danielle Crosier and Peter McKenna get the bright idea to play a little joke on the Albany County Sheriff’s Department. They log on Thompson’s laptop that is equipped with C.A.D. or Computer Aided Dispatch, a system you’ll find in most police cruisers these days (see below for more information), and from Thompson’s computer, dispatched an Albany County Deputy on a wild-goose chase. That’s not only ultra-childish, stupid, it’s also a crime even if two idiotic Coeymans cops do it!

Coeymans Police Officers Danielle Crosier and Peter McKenna Dispatched a Sheriff’s Deputy on a Wild-Goose Chase: Big Joke!

Darlington

Darlington

So, why didn’t we hear about this before? Well, we all know that Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington gets away with murder and so do his faves in the department. Why do you think DoDo Darlington put Kerry Thompson, his brother-in-law, on the payroll as his “administrative assistant” for more than $31.00/hr while Thompson was already full-time in the Albany County Sheriff’s Department. Why did Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple allow this, anyway? We also know that Darlington’s wife works in the Albany County D.A.’s office. We also know that the Darlington-Boehm-Rogers-Dolan plan by funning (or running) Michelle Maddage to be Coeymans town clerk was to get Darlington’s wife a part-time job in the Clerk’s office. But voters put a stop to that plan. We also know that Darlington’s plan is to leave the Coeymans police department and join up with his wife in Albany County District Attorney David Soares’ office. Don’t you see the corruption piling up here?

Darlington has been bad news for Coeymans since the sick decision was made to put him in the chief’s office. Once there, he managed to f-up all of former professional chief Scott Giroux’s clean-up and sanitation work in the Coeymans p.d. One of the first stupid moves Darlington did was to re-hire two duds Giroux had fired: Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca and Todd Polverelli. (The facts also indicate that Deluca and Polverelli were hired illegally, not in compliance with civil service law. Same applies to Danielle Crosier. How and why was she selected to be the RCS CSD police presence in the high-school? We’d like a statement on that information.) It went downhill from there.

Backward and Downhill

Backward and Downhill

Back to the playful duo Crosier and McKenna. Well, when the perps were found out, Thompson suspended both Crosier and McKenna. But get this: Crosier got only a week’s suspension, while McKenna got a month! Why the discrepancy? You might well ask. Seems the rumor is that Thompson and Crosier had a little thing. So that must have played into Mr Thompson’s real professional and objective evaluation of the seriousness of the crime. But why no criminal charges? Just suspension? With pay? Are the Coeymans police above the law?

Or have we so quickly forgotten just a couple of special treatment cases, like:

  • woman pointing fingerKerry Thompson’s son’s theft and vandalism of campaign signs. Disappeared!
  • How about Kerry Thompson’s other delinquent son (is he the dispatcher at the Coeymans p.d.?) who took down mailboxes while speeding; never charged. Disappeared!
  • Kerry Thompson’s refusal to take a harassment complaint by a local woman (but taking the complaint of the same harasser against a local official and prosecuting it!)
  • Dawn Roger’s daughter’s multiple DUI’s.  Disappeared!
  • Tom Dolan’s son’s drug-related incidents. Disappeared!
  • Harassment charges against Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca and Matt Miller. Disappeared!
  • Obstruction of justice charges against DoDo cop Gregory Darlington. Disappeared!
  • Investigations against Cathy Deluca for falsely filing a report. Disappeared!
  • Failure to investigate/obstruction of  justice by Dirty Hands Jerry Deluca  felony charges (Scott Lendin). Disappearied!
  • And many others, still DISAPPEARING
Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple Gets an Egg Facial Courtesy of Darlington, Thompson, Crosier & McKenna

Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple Gets an Egg Facial Courtesy of Darlington, Thompson, Crosier & McKenna

You might also ask where Thompson’s bosses, Apple and Darlington, were when all of this was going on? Well, Darlington probably had his head up his arse as usual, monitoring what’s going on in the town clerk’s office upstairs—or, more likely, he was collecting his paycheck while playing Mr Mom at home. Craig Apple, Albany County Sheriff, was probably trying like hell to figure out how to get Thompson out of the Coeymans police department without coming off with egg all over his face.

So, Thompson’s embarrassed as hell by Crosier and McKenna. Two Coeymans police make asses of themselves, commit a serious crime, and get suspended (McKenna, it seems, just can’t seem to stay out of police trouble. He got fired from the Albany Police only to be hired by that jackass Darlington!). Darlington’s on another planet, as usual. Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca’s off to the side with psycho-cop Ryan Johnson sniggering. This is the Return of the Living Brain-Dead to Coeymans!

OK, Craig & Bill, Come Clean: Are these facts true?

OK, Craig & Bill, Come Clean:
Are these facts true?
Do you think if we citizens or the media call them we’d get the truth?

So what does Craig Apple, Albany County Sheriff, do? Well, he doesn’t waste any time in setting up a plan to get Thompson out of Coeymans real quick. He “promotes” Thompson to a desk job as “assistant chief deputy” in an elaborate dog-and-pony-act at taxpayer expense, so that it looks like he needs Thompson back in the Sheriff’s department to fill this “important” desk job. We reported on this silly smoke-and-mirrors act in our article (click on this link to read it), Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple: Has the Apple Gone Rotten? The whole thing was so obvious only the mind of a law enforcement person would be dull enough to think the public would swallow that rancid oyster.

After that, Kerry Thompson resigns from his position with brother-in-law Darlington and moves back home to the Albany County Sheriff’s Department so that Apple can keep closer tabs on him and keep him out of trouble. It’s absolutely scandalous, incredible that all of this is being paid for by taxpayer dollars!

Why are we kept in the dark?!?

Why are we kept in the dark?!?

This was all discussed, apparently, in a closed-door executive session by the Coeymans town board and kept real hush-hush because it was just before the elections and just before the big Böhm-Darlington-Thompson special press conference on Coeymans’ phony drug busts and the fabricated drug problem. That failed, too, and Boehm and Rogers lost their town board seats. Puts Darlington and the Coeymans police department in a real scary place right now, because Tom Boehm, Tom Dolan  and Dawn Rogers were the only thing separating Darlington and his criminals in uniform from the door and the street! Come January there should be some major changes happening. But the public was unfairly kept in the dark while Darlington, Boehm, Dolan and Rogers were promoting psycho-cop to sergeant, and giving that lunatic a pay raise. Criminals at play, it seems.

Our questions: Why are Crosier and McKenna still in uniform? Why are they still on the payroll of the Coeymans police department? If these facts are true and they did illegally access Thompson’s laptop and did actually send a Sheriff’s deputy on a wild-goose chase, why weren’t criminal charges pressed and a public investigation launched? What right does the Coeymans town board and the Coeymans police department have to keep the public, the taxpaying public in the dark? Why does the generally law-abiding, hard-working, honest resident and taxpayer have to pay for these dregs and then be subject to their abuse, too? Where was the media when all of this was happening? Where is the media NOW?

What right does the Coeymans town board and the Coeymans police department have to keep the public, the taxpaying public in the dark?

What is C.A.D.?

police computer

Computer-aided dispatch, or CAD, is a system used by police and other emergency response dispatchers to log, track and assign calls for service. Once performed with a notebook or laptop  computer, a punch-card and a file cabinet, CAD systems allow duty officers and law enforcement officers to check on for service, respond to calls, input call data and access call history almost instantly. This allows officers to get much-needed information faster and reduces radio traffic. It also allows police supervisors to better monitor their subordinates and manage the work load of the shift.

The CAD is also the system that stores reports, notes and basic information after a call for service is completed.

The Mobile Digital Computer or MDC / Mobile Digital Terminal is the computer program that allows dispatchers and law enforcement officers to communicate between each other in “real-time”.

Basically, dispatch receives a 911/non emergency call requiring Police response. The dispatcher generates a “CAD card/event/case number” and types the information related to the call into their computer. Dispatch “sends” the “call” to the responding Officers “MDC”. The Officer reads the “call card” hits a “key” to show “en route” and then “on scene.” After handling the “call”, the Officer enters whatever pertinent information (could be a two sentence disposition or a full report) and sends the completed “CAD” entry to the main “database”.

Thats the only way we know to explain it, however the system allows MUCH more than just receiving calls, etc, it is also used to “run” registrations, licenses, warrants checks and numerous other LE related “applications”.

The actual “acronym” for different agencies will differ also. We have only heard of the systems being called “CAD”, “MDC (Mobile Digital Computer)” and “MDT (Mobile Data Terminal)”, but we imagine they all work very similarly.

It’s obvious that these systems can be abused by the simple-minded and by criminally minded law enforcement personnel who have other agendas and are willing to break the law and the rules of confidentiality to obtain privileged information. (Right Jerry Deluca?).

Of course, we’d like very much to hear back from anyone in the Coeymans Police Department or the Albany County Sheriff’s Department, or the Coeymans town board with a statement or an explanation for the facts reported here. We would really like to know if any of the facts need to be corrected to represent the truth. Unless someone from the Coeymans P.D., the Albany County Sheriff’s Department or the Town of Coeymans comes forward with a denial or a correction or even an explanation, we’ll have to presume these allegations all to be true.

Ravena Mayor John Bruno Decides to Issue Share Certificates to Ravena Residents

Well, actually mayor John Bruno and the Ravena village council have not actually decided to issue share certificates to Ravena residents for their share in the initial investment of more than $40,000 in the mayor’s brain-fart Ravena Fitness Center. But we think that mayor John Bruno and wannabe mayor Nancy Warner, really should seriously consider issuing to each and every Ravena resident a certificate certifying the resident’s share in the investment and entitling that resident to a share in any profits, not that we feel that Bruno’s brain-fart idea will ever survive. Maybe Nancy Warner and Cathy Deluca, and the Ravena village council will underwrite any losses, too.Waddaya think, mayor? Ball’s in your court. You spent the money with the blessing of the village dodos, now make village residents feel good about it. Issue stock shares and guarantee a dividend out of your own pocket. You play pretty free and easy with public money; let’s see some of yours, Mayor Bruno!

Coeymanazi Bully BoBo-Cops Picking on Local Youth

coeymans squat team

Coeymans PD Squat Team

Piture this: It’s a heated competitive basketball game. And it’s close. Emotions are on the rise. A couple of fans get a bit rowdy. fat copIn rush the BoBo-Cop Squat Team from Coeymans. Yeah, it’s a clown act, but they have police power. And what the hell! The fans like a little blood and guts so they sit there and…watch. After all, it’s someone else’s brats. They must deserve it, right? (You just wait ’til it’s your turn!)

You probably can remember the days when school sports fans let off a little steam, don’t you? It’s part of growing up and testing the ice. So you got a little rowdy. Did they call in the swat teams? I never recalled anything like that. And you never heard of anyone getting felony charges thrown at them.Well, that was another RCS and another Coeymans back then. It was a time when the local constable drove around and knew every kid by name and knew where you lived. It was a time when people stuck together and let kids be kids, they’d be grown ups all too soon. Everyone had to learn and get his or her own knocks in the process.

Things have changed. There’s no more constable, only a Coeymans Police Department that is made up of local thugs and discards from other police departments, or part-timers from other departments here just for the money. And when the kids get a bit rambunctious, they call out the Coeymans Squat Team (the Coeymanazi version of the swat team) to subdue the dastardly criminal teens.

But there seems to be a very ominous tendency in Coeymans these days: A few of our Coeymanazis have been picking on our youth and hitting them with felony charges, dragging them and their parents into family court. We commented on this some time ago in another article on this blog.
Are the Coeymans cops such cowards, bullies that they have to prove their mojo by bullying young people and trailer trash? The real criminals are apparently too tough for them.

maniac-copOr is this a way of creating more sheeple, a behind-the-scenes way to intimidate and to retaliate? Is the plan to get back at mom and dad through the kids. We’ve already reported on similar tactics at the RCS schools where teachers like Matt Miller, also the teachers union rep, allegedly incited students to go after RCS board of education members’ children when the budget deliberations were not going the teachers’ way. We also had Miller allegedly urging students to misbehave on this blog. Then what about the alleged harassment of RCS athletes by certain athletic coaches because the parents were objecting to certain of the coaches’ behavior? There’s a pattern here.

Why would anyone, even a Coeymanazi, want to criminalize kids for a little boisterousness? Felony charges? That’s outrageous! What ever happened to bringing the kids home and putting them at the parents’ mercy? Or even putting the parents on notice: Control your kids or you’re going before the judge.

Another point I’d like to make is that these two kids, described in the Blotter as “two juvenile males” (did two juvenile males actually require the four law enforcement bobos?), were charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and criminal trespass. What a show that must have been! Can you imagine the anger that the four bobos, Yes! Four BoBo-Cops: Klein, Rinaldi, Thompson, and DoDo Darlington,  incited in the kids and their friends at being bullied and maltreated, publicly humiliated?!? Now that they’re soured and angry with law enforcement, what do you think their attitude will be in future? And if they end up with a conviction record? Well, wouldn’t you be pissed? Now that’s great police work and great community building, guys. Thanks a lot!

I suppose when the Coeymanazis like Klein, Rinaldi, Thompson, and Dardiani have an audience, they want to get their 15 minutes of infamy and show everyone they’re real tough. Bravo for you, BoBos! Now the juveniles have to lose a day from school, the parent or parents must take a day off from work, and all have to travel from Hudson to Albany. Makes a lot of sense. BoBo sense, that is.

Community Roundtable: Interim Superintendant of Schools, Dr Alan R. McCartney Bemoans Poor Attendance

roundtable community discussions matterThe RCS central school district featured a community roundtable on February 12, 2013. Dr McCartney lamented the poor attendance and looked for better response from the community for the upcoming community roundtable. We seriously wonder how the word about these events gets out, or doesn’t. There are plenty of FaceBook gossip mills with the RCS moniker attached to them such as RCS Friends and More, RCS Athletic Association, Save the Arts at RCS, but they all require a computer and some computer savvy to find. And yes, the RCS CSD has a website, but ditto, you need a computer and have to navigate the site (which ain’t easy) to find what you need.Doesn’t the RCS CSD have robocalling ability? Why not use that to get maximum attendance, although only households with children in the RCS schools would receive the call.

round-table-discussion-But Hey! Didn’t we recently post an article about getting the word out on what’s going on in our schools. Sure we did! It was actually targeting Dr McCartney. Our article, The RCS Community Needs to Know…, suggested that Dr McCartney use the local rag, the Ravena News Herald, to publish a weekly report on what’s going on in RCS schools. That never happened. Wonder why?

Supervisor Stephen Flach Comes Out in Defense of Laverne “Larry” Conrad.

A Bit of Overkill, if you don’t mind my saying so…

Coeymans Supervisor Stephen Flach devotes two columns in the February 28, Ravena News Herald, to defense tactics. But Mr Flach doesn’t utter a single word in defense of the Coeymans town boards’ decision to betray the residents of Coeymans and sell them into slavery to MidHudson Cable with that nefarious 15-year exclusive contract. We need to hear from Mr Flach about why that was done and how he expects Coeymans residents and Coeymans business to benefit from that extraordinary gesture of favoritism. Maybe he could appoint councilman Thomas E. “Tom” Dolan to present that justification to town residents. We need to feel good about this, Steve.

So Supervisor Flach doesn’t say a word in defense of the MidHudson Cable  affair. But first of all, Mr Flach comes to the defense of the Flach name, after the article by Bryan Rowzee, quoting Laverne “Larry” Conrad, drew some comments from readers on the News Herald blog that “disturbed” Mr Flach. To be fair, I have a lot of respect for the Flach family. If it weren’t for the Flachs’ ambitions, Ravena-Coeymans would probably have slowly sunk into the polluted Hudson in terms of businesses. Without the Flach family all we’d be left with would be the vultures who would pick the area clean, and the Coeymanazis who would clear the way for them.

Stephen Flach, though in some respects stymied and other respects too gentle, makes a good Christian effort to clear the air, so-to-speak, and Mr Flach defends the Flach empire’s name and its “relationship” with good ol’ Laverne Conrad, Coeymans building inspector. We’d expect that but we also expect more, much more, Mr Flach.

Mr Flach also notes that he appointed Laverne to a position in the sewer department (in addition to Laverne’s position as Coeymans building inspector)  Well, we couldn’t think of a better place to put Larry Conrad, to be very honest, even if it is billing. But Mr Flach could say nothing more true than what he says about Conrad: “Mr Conrad has a vast amount of knowledge in regards to our sewer system.” Yes, Larry Conrad does know a great deal about sewerage, and has been in so much shit in recent years, he’s surely the best choice to monitor Coeymans waste treatment. Congrats, Laverne! You get the Golden Turn award!

This one's for you, Laverne!

This one’s for you, Laverne!

Mr Flach also acknowledges that the village of Ravena and the Hamlet of Coeymans haven’t always gotten along…well, we have to be a little more accurate here. It’s the village and town halls that don’t get along, Mr Flach, not the people. Our recommendation is that the town of Coeymans support any movement that proposes that the village of Ravena be dissolved and made part of the hamlet of Coeymans or put both administrative units under one roof. There’s really no need for two administrations bickering over the same population. It’s stupid and it’s wasteful.

By the way, speaking of stupid and wasteful, where are we on eliminating the Coeymans PD., Mr Flach? Or was that just another nocturnal emission?

Laverne “Larry” Conrad is a good ol’ boy and is a member of the log-rolling team of the Coeymans Good O’ Boys Club, and plays all sides of the fence…did I say fence? Does he have a permit for that fence (Oops! You need a permit for a fence only in the village of Ravena! Sorry.)?

Now Mr Flach, we’d like to hear the defense of the MidHudson deal. Can we hear that one, please?

Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca–Coeymans’ Own Bobo-Cop

RoboCop Was A Hit But Coeymans’ BoboCop, Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca, Is A Real Loser. Who’s the DumbAss Who Hired Him and Handed the Fool a Gun and A Badge. Deluca’s More of A WalMart Lurker than a Police Investigator!

Cow-eymans Worst!
Deluca: “Me has gun. Me has badge. Me Bobo-Cop.”

Here are More Reasons Why the Whole Coeymans Police Department Should be Canned and the Albany County Sheriff Should be Tasked with Cleaning Up the Coeymans P.D. and Getting Rid of the Thugs.

Jerry Deluca:
“Have you seen this person?”

With all the talk about a “Ravena-Coeymans Teen Activities Center” to go in the Fisk property at 172 Main Street in Ravena (Yes, the same property where the failed fitness center was located, and Yes! the same place where the village of Ravena (Bruno, Warner, Deluca) purchased more than $40,000 in used fitness equipment for the Ravena Fitness Center that is replacing the RCS Community Library), we found out that recently the Coeymans Police were looking for a convicted pedophile. Where? Last known address of Mr Cunningham (see more at New York Sex Offender Profile) was at 136 Main Stree, Ravena, just a couple of doors down the street from the…Ravena-Coeymans Teen Activities Center! More on this later, though.

In an article, “Child Abuse Auspect Beat Rap, Kept Bail.
Records show after loss of evidence tape, suspect mistakenly given bail cash” by Brendan J. Lyons, June 27, 2011,  the Albany Times Union reports “But months later the criminal case fell apart during a pre-trial suppression hearing when a Coeymans police investigator [Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca] testified his department inadvertently destroyed its videotaped interviews with the alleged child victims. ”  And in another article, “Child abuse suspect beat rap, kept bail ” by Bryan Fitzgerald published in the Albany Times Union on June 27, 2011,  our Coeymans police investigator, Dirty Hands Jerry, explains why the pervert he was investigating got away Scott free and with his bail money, ““We had just gotten recording devices installed shortly before this case took place,” said Coeymans Investigator Jerry DeLuca, a police department spokesman. He said the department had preserved a copy of its videotaped interview with Christiansen as evidence. But the videos showing police interviewing the alleged victims were lost when they were recorded over days later.'”  [Well, Mr Albany DA P.[Pudenda] David Soares, what have you to say about your minions in Coeymans? We suppose you handed out awards for this gaff?] Good Lord, where do we find these idiots!?! Who makes them law enforcement officers?!? Are we really paying these people double figure salaries!?! ? `This guy, N. Christiansen, was indicted for four counts violating minor females four times!!!

Eliminating the Coeymans Police Department

Warning:If you are a student or a minor, please leave this blog NOW!

A Reader Contributes A Well-Founded Proposal For
Eliminating  the Money-Pit Coeymans Police Department
to Save the Residents of the Town of Coeymans
At Least $2 Million A Year

Your Tax Dollars & the Coeymans Police Department
There’s a Better Way!

The Author Advocates that the $2 Million Dollars Saved Could be Used to Develop Small Businesses, Parks and Recreation, and Historical Sites in the Area to Attract Residents, Businesses and Tourism. Not a Shabby Plan At All.

A Contribution by Laszlo Polyak, Ravena, New York

The blogger recently put out a poll about the Coeymans Police Department and asked whether you are for or against the dissolution of the police department based on the various complaints of police brutality, ineptness, unprofessionalism, lack of training, and violation of civil rights and abuse of citizens and residents.  And the blogger now sarcastically refers to them as the Coeymanazis, and giving some individuals personnel nicknames such as “Dirty Hands.”

I grew up in a township with county police only; no village or town police, only county and state police. Perhaps that is why 2 million people moved out of NY. A lot of southern states provide services such as fire, police, paramedics on a county level so people see the benefits and they feel the benefits in their wallets. How? You ask–they pay less taxes!

I find it personally very difficult to write about this, since I have family and friends who carry badges and who range from small town police officers to federal investigators.  For example, I have a cousin who is now retired from the PDNY and also from the FDNY.  Yes, one person, two hats, so there are people out there who experience an event like 9/11 with a whole different meaning, and we can’t fathom what they are thinking when they have lost hundreds of comrades and friends. It’s a different level of experiencing the world, yet they manage to act responsibly and compassionately, respectfully.

But back to the nitty-gritty: I want to take a down-to-earth non-personal dollar-and-cents approach to the idea of dissolving the Coeymans police department.  In the past Mayor John Bruno perhaps said it best when he questioned: “What do I see for my tax dollars?”  And then, a few years later, the village of Ravena dissolved their police department.  Now as a community we financially have to look at what we’re getting for our tax dollars, and ask that and similar questions.  Do we really see our state tax dollars at work when we have an elite force like the New York State Police using their sophisticated and advanced training doing nothing other than handing out  thruway traffic violations?  Do we see our county tax dollars at work via the Albany County Sheriff department, or even through the County District Attorney’s office? You’re probably thinking to yourself, “NO!” But you’re paying for all of it…at least 4 times for the same services. Smart, eh? Why don’t you do that for a quart of milk, a shirt, a car? Because it’s stupid!

In extremely hard financial times where people are losing their homes to back taxes or simply because they don’t have a job or have one that pays crappola! Imagine losing your home for a few hundred dollars and then our taxes going up and up and up. This might be a good time to ask that burning question: “Did you see all the For Sale signs go up  after the shool budget vote?”  Do we want to keep or disolve our Coeymans Police Department based on financial cost versus the benefits versus the same services by the New York State Police or the Albany County Sheriff’s department, who would provide the same services but from local satellite offices (just like the New York State Police and the Greene County Sheriff has done in neighboring New Baltimore).

For more than 20 years I have looked at the annual budget of the town of coeymans. And I have seen the spending go up and up.  Some frustrating by unfunded mandates.  So let me break down what I estimate the entire cost of running the police department is today.  Out of a reported $5 million town budget, approximately $750,000 for police salaries alone. (Compare that with more than $41 million for the RCS central school district budget! The school budget is more than 8 times that of the entire Town of Coeymans!) At the time of this writing, I am still waiting for the Town of Coeymans to respond to a F.O.I.L. (Freedom of Information Law) request for the W-2s of Coeymans Police department personnel.  I was told it would take another two weeks.  So I can only guestimate at the dispatch salaries which could be as much as $450,000 including secretarial salaries, etc. [Editor’s Note: According to SeeThrough NY, the 19 employees at the Coeymans Police Department total a crushing $650,000 in salaries) Then you have the cost of the vehicles, the cost of maintaining the vehicles that run 24/7 (tires, tune ups, oil change, etc.), not to mention the gas and the mileage covering the township in the rural and farm areas.  Then there is the maintenance for radio equipment, ongoing training, retirement fund, health benefits, and routine court and law suits.  That adds up to $2.2 to $2.4 million dollars.  I stand corrected by a $100,000 or so since I am still waiting for actual receipts.  The point is this: About half of the town budget, at least, is going to support the Coeymans Police Department. Are we that crime-ridden, are we that much of a gang of hoodlums that we need to spend that much on law enforcement? Can we afford to maintain a police department for a mere 8,000 people?  Perhaps we should look into turning over the operations to the Albany County Sheriff’s Department or the New York State Police or both and invite them to use our present law enforcement installations and offices.

And that’s what the Blogger is asking in the police poll, that’s the poll question: Would you support a referendum to eliminate the Coeymans Police Department? Would you support the ballot to turn over law enforcement to the professionals of the Albany County Sheriff’s Department and the New York State Police? Do you want to disolve it and turn it over or not??? For me I have a handful of honest issues.

Always Professional & Constantly Training

One of the top of my list is that we train officers and then they go off to other police departments/agencies; Coeymans is simply not a major career goal. If the officer is good and has a future, after he or she gets some experience, they go elsewhere.  And we are constantly doing the training.  And this is where minor to major civil rights violations have occurred; because the Coeymans Police are either rejects from other departments or are in their training training phase, we are sued for their lack of training.  And police training is continuous. I has to be! This situation not only expensive, it’s frustrating because we can’t retain the good, civic-minded, competent, intelligent police officers.   And now the facts indicate that that even our elected officials have neglected the requirement for a policy and procedures on who reports to whom, and how citizens’ complaints, yours and mine, are handled.  The patrol man answers to the sargeant, who answers to the police chief, the chief answers to the elected officials in this case the Town Supervisor and the town board. But according to information received from the Town of Coeymans, no one seems to know anything concrete about who reports to whom and what the chain-of-command might be. The result: chaos! And lawsuits! And civil rights violations! And miscarriages of justice! You name it Coeymans has it!

Another issue is that we have reports that the Coeymans Police Department selectively takes complaints, that is, police department employees tend to decide whether or not you’re going to get law enforcement services when you ask for them.  And that to me is totally unprofessional and biased–it’s also unlawful. If this happens to you then you must request assistance from the New York State Police or the Albany County Sheriff’s Office (although one Sheriff’s department employee who is also a part-time Coeymans Police Officer–and married to chief Darlington’s sister, recently refused to take a harassment complaint from a local woman). And then, please file a complaint with the FBI!

If somebody came by and asked me to sign a petition to dissolve the Coeymans Police Department, I sadly admit, there would be no compelling reason not to sign it, and I would sign it.  I would rather deal with the New York State Police or the Albany County Sheriff’s Department.  It would be unlikely that we would experience the personal bias or “get even” mentality based on gossip that 90% of the time results in retaliation, intimidation, and coercion by the local police.

Let’s Talk
Dollars & Cents

But more realistically to me I would be opting for a more efficient and productive use of my county and state tax dollars and looking at a potential savings of at least $2 million of our town tax dollars that could be better spent promoting small businesses, to development of our beautiful parks and our waterfront, to restoration of some of the beautiful historical sites in our midst. The $2 million dollars saved could be used to nurture pride in our town, and when you’re proud of your town, you’ll have a measurable increase in your own self-esteem, self-respect, and love for your neighbor. So when you look at it in dollars and cents, it makes sense very good sense to dissolve the Coeymans Police Department.  Not because one guy has “Dirty Hands,” or another guy harasses little old ladies, or because we personally have experienced civil rights violations or even profiling of one sort or another, or even if the Smalbany Blogger rightly or wrongly calls the Coeymans Police the Coeymansnazis. We also have to take a good hard look at the abuses and violations, real ones and potential ones, that come with the confusion and indifference we see in the Coeymans administration and the Coeymans Police Department. One example it the rubber-stamp approval of the Coeymans Police Department’s request for an increase in petty cash from $300 to $1000! There’s no way that $1000 can be considered “petty cash,” at least not according to all the accounting books I’ve read!

But, seriously, I think we should all provide our input on the poll because I’m curious about what the results of the poll would be, aren’t you?

These unfunded mandates are going to continue to go up and up and I doubt very much gasoline prices are going to go down.  So as a community we have to discuss this and if we do dissolve our inefficient, expensive Coeymans Police Department, then we must also make efforts to assist those persons who are left jobless with job placement elsewhere, perhaps somewhere in the community where they can really earn their keep. But to continue running the Coeymans Police Department we have to find justification in funding it, too.

We’re all in this mess together, so you have to really give some thought to “What’s your solution to a growing finaical burden?”

LASZLO POLYAK

Editor’s Epilog

Thank you, Mr Polyak, for a well-reasoned and well-written commentary on the present state of affairs of law enforcement in the Town of Coeymans. Your presentation is motivating and stimulates thought about the status quo and ignorance of the facts. Continuing the present situation is  like the reasoning of stopping your watch to save time, or complaining about fuel oil consumption and your fuel bill while still using the 75-year old converted coal boiler and not biting the bullet to install a fuel-efficient heating system. We’re all guilty at one time or another! But we need to make some  sensible decisions real soon or at least discuss alternatives in a constructive and sensible manner. Mr Polyak has provided us with a good start.

For those of our readers who have not yet visted the Coeymans Police Poll, you can click this link Coeymans Police Department to go to the article and participate in the poll. The poll is at the end of the article.

Coeymans Police Suppress Freedom of Speech!

Warning: If you are a student or a minor, please leave this blog NOW!

Please participate in the Coeymans Police Poll at Poll.

Coeymans Police Officer Ryan Johnson: If you do not cease and desist immediately from your malicious mischief and vandalism in violation of our First Amendment civil rights, we will file a federal complaint against you, the Coeymans Police Department, the Coeymans town board, and David Soares.

Silencing Free Speech!

Freedom Of Speech, Of The Press, Of Association, Of Assembly And Petition
This Set Of Guarantees, Protected By The First Amendment, Comprises What We Refer To As Freedom Of Expression. The Supreme Court Has Written That This Freedom Is “The Matrix, The Indispensable Condition Of Nearly Every Other Form Of Freedom.” Without It, Other Fundamental Rights, Like Even The Right To Vote, Would Wither And Die.

So, how would you feel about police officers cruising through the community with a roll of duct tape, stopping people on the street and taping their mouths shut; other officers stuffing up citizens’ ears with earplugs to prevent them from hearing certain messages. You can bet they’re not the messages that the police or the local administration want you to hear! That’s what’s happening in Ravena and Coeymans, New York…

Get your filthy hand off!!

Well, citizens, residents, that’s what’s happening in the Town of Coeymans: Censorship without due process is being unlawfully enforced by at least one Coeymans police officer, Ryan Johnson, in violation of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution!

Yes, it’s Ryan Johnson [again!] who is cruising through town, stopping at local businesses, and removing public information postings that he doesn’t seem to like. Included among those postings is a poll page showing a cartoon of Johnson doing what he allegedly does best: abusing citizens. The second is one that has little or nothing to do with Johnson, roving rogue cop, and is an announcement of a defense fund planned for a public servant who has been unlawfully harassed by the Coeymanazis and which would also be used to support families prosecuting for bullying under the Child Dignity Act!

HOW DARE YOU RYAN JOHNSON! WHO APPOINTED YOU CUSTODIAN OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT IN COEYMANS?!? WHO EMPOWERED YOU, RYAN JOHNSON, TO ACT AS CHIEF CENSOR OF FREE SPEECH IN COEYMANS?!?

Coeymanazi Motto

This is yet another instance of the Coeymans police depriving local residents and citizens of their civil rights. Now, our question is, AGAIN:

Where are you, FBI?
That’s just a cry for help. But aren’t you guys supposed to be investigating occurrences of violations of civil rights?
Public corruption and abuse?

This is really very serious crime being committed by Guess who? Law enforcement! But Ryan Johnson is just a tool, a mindless zombie who the lead Coeymanazies are  using to suppress residents and citizens.

They’re Poisoning The Community!

Lead Coeymanazis, like all enemies of the Constitution, need henchmen, and so Gregory Darlington, Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca, Tom Dolan (who is trying to get himself elected to the New York State Senate! Don’t let that happen!), and the Godfathers heirs (horndogs John T. and Michael Biscone, his majesty king…oops, I meant mayor John Bruno) have thugs like Ryan Johnson do their dirty work for them…or Dirty-Hands Deluca can step in when they need a baggy suit. Our shit-head Albany County District Attorney, David Soares (who is also seeking re-election in November! Don’t let that happen, either!) turns a blind eye to all of this–ever wonder why? Just check our our previous posts showing how tainted, compromised, corrupt, incestuous the connections are in Albany County! It’s there in black and white…it’s there in black and white because its out of the reach of the Coeymanazis!

Ladies and Gentlemen, Residents, Citizens…All of you soon to be reduced to deaf and dumb zombies! We all know that to kill a snake, any low-life, you have to cut off the head! Yes, you have to go after the Ryan Johnsons, the monkies, the tools–but remember, you’ll have to pay his legal bills if you do, the Coeymanazi-owned-and-operated town administration will defend him–but you have to cut off the heads of the monster, and those heads are: Gregory Darlington, Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca, Tom Dolan (who is trying to get himself elected to the New York State Senate!), and the Godfathers heirs (horndogs John T. and Michael Biscone, his majesty king…oops, I meant mayor John Bruno; looks like Greg Teresi took the easy–and smart–way out of the vipers nest, he resigned!)

Just to be clear on this issue: NO police officer has any right whatsoever to remove any public posting that is not in clear violation of current law! That is an abuse of your civil rights to express yourself and to be heard. It is a crime against the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. It must NOT be tolerated!

His Spawn
Are Alive and Well
In Coeymans!

Coeymans Police Officer Ryan Johnson is Out of Order
Both Johnson AND his Coeymanazi Handlers/Bosses Must be Prosecuted!

Poll: The Coeymans Police Department…Or Not?

Warning: If you are a student or a minor, please leave this blog NOW!

Most Citizens/Residents Are Very Tolerant of Police Tactics Either Because They Have Some Reason To Believe They Can Get Some Special Consideration or, More Likely, Because They Feel Intimidated and Fear Reprisals, Retaliation.

Have You Been Abused, Brutalized by the Coeymanazis?
Do you really feel safe and protected?

This Poll Explores Your Feelings on the Coeymans Police Department And How You Feel About Filing a Complaint About Police Misconduct in Your Community.

Got Petty Cash?

Highlights from the June 26th Coeymans Town Board Meeting: The Coeymans Police Department says that $300 petty cash is not enough. They want more. How much more? Try $1000 “petty” cash! The Board approves the request. Are they completely out of order or What? That puts new meaning on the words “petty cash!” Petty cash is supposed to be a small amount of discretionary funds in the form of cash used for expenditures where it is not sensible to make any disbursement by cheque, because of the inconvenience and costs of writing, signing and then cashing the cheque. Well, that certainly solves the paper trail problem, doesn’t it? (According to most sources $100 is sufficient for most small businesses…but then maybe the Coeymans Police Department is moving up and is now big business, Coeymanazis Inc.!)

To Serve (Ourselves)
&
Protect (Our Godfather)

And did you know that the Coeymans Police Department has the authority now to impound any vehicle at their discretion (not that they know what the word “discretion” means)?!? And they’ve raised the per day impound lot charge, too!

But before you go to the poll questionnaire, we thought you’d enjoy this little  this cartoon scenario:

Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca , Josephine O’Coonor, and David Soares are out on the town and sitting at the bar at Yanni’s chewing the chitlins, and Harold Warner crooning in a corner! Then police chief Greg Darlington saunters in with his wife, Mrs Darlington (Soares’ secretary) and Nancy Warner, while Hal Warner’s court clerk sachés in and takes a seat at the end of the bar, from where she can keep an eye on her ex-squeeze, village justice Hal. You don’t get the connection yet? It’s coming. John “Junior” Biscone pops his head out from the kitchen where he’s doing pasta with John Bruno. Michael Biscone’s washing dishes as his brother, Junior, adds a couple of dirty pans to Michael’s pile. Greg Teresi slinks in with dad Joe Teresi, who does a karaoki number from the Supremes, and then they find a corner table where they hold royal court, right under a picture of their Godfather, John J. Biscone! Some ARANY and DEC thugs are having some heads down discussions with Josephine Dority (Biscone), who is trying to sell them a bridge, when a couple of NYS assemblymen start dancing the “Deluca Fat Lady Dance,” later joined by Soares and Mrs Darlington. Ryan Johnson and Kerry Thompson are checking IDs and harassing guests at the door, collecting cover charges. Deluca has Peter McKenna cuff a RCS business person to a table leg so he’s immobilized, but McKenna later denies he did it. You still don’t get the connections? Be patient. Donna Leput-Hommel, R.J. D’Esposito, Melanie Lekocevic, Dayelin Roman, Scott Waldman, Sarah Engel, are all lighted up by their iPhones (the source of their “brilliance”), busily texting on FaceBook, while off to the side we see Betsy Smith, Brian Bailey, and Matt Miller being served with summons and complaints. Through the window we see a group of RCS residents huddled together, raising their tin cups for a couple of coins to get something to eat, while Cathy Long Deluca suggests they go out and collect bottles and Supervisor Stephen Flach passes them, looking the other way, hurrying to join Soares, Deluca, and the ‘in-crowd,’ as they sit down to a sumptuous pasta-and-sausage-feast with chief cookers Biscone and Bruno, who toss some garlic bread over to Johnson and Thompson, who greedily gobble it. Fr James Kane (RC Church of St Patrick) blesses the meal and gives a short sermon on adultery and hypocrisy…and how to make it work for you. George Dardiani is the head waiter tonite serving cooked justice from the steam table, as he eyes Joe Tracey lumbering from table to table obediently collecting the “tips” for the “servers”, while saving the scraps for himself. As he makes his way to the ladies room “Dirty-Hands Jerry” (Wait a minute! Did he just slip some of that tip into his pocket? It’s OK. Tracey will be blamed.) DHJ gives Joe Tracey a kick, and Johnson and Thompson chuckle gleefully. The Blogger is sitting in an out-of-the way booth with a couple of collaborators, taking notes, as the scandalous predators nervously look around, hoping to identify him or her.

Jerry Deluca

Dirty-Hands Jerry, Greg Darlington, and David Soares leave the bar arm-in-arm, while David Soares tucks a check into Darlington’s pocket, while Dirty-Hands Jerry winks appreciatingly to the NYS assemblymen, who are still doing the Deluca “Fat-Lady Dance” on the dancefloor with Josephine O’Connor and Joe Tracey.

The present situation in Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk has become a democrat political machine over the past 30-50 years. It’s time for a change and the best change may be to switch to a grassroots party that represents the community and not national party lack of principles.

Here’s the Poll:

David Soares

Remember in November: This man, P. David Soares, Albany County District Attorney, MUST GO! Replace David Soares!!! Soares has allowed his office to be misused, tainted, and compromised and has failed in his duty to properly and diligently prosecute corruption and misconduct in your police department His record of selective prosecution and his visually challenged (his ethnicity and background may be a major stumbling block to his vision) view of law and order are troubling. (Did you know that Soares was born in Brava, Cape Verde, an island off the coast of West Africa?) His connections with Albany Law School already make him a prime suspect for being a member of the Albany boys club (Albany Law School is a legend as a prep school for the boys club) with its love and history of corruption and dishonesty. Does it surprise you that Albany would be only a bigger Coeymans with people like Soares in the office that oversees law enforcement in the county?

Another One Who Needs to be Voted OUT!

Tom Dolan
NOT for Senator

Where has a 2:1 Democrat-to-Republican ratio gotten this community so far? Right into the hands of the Coeymanazis like Gerald “Dirty-Hands” Deluca, the Biscones, the Brunos, the Teresis, the Rotellos, the Darlingtons (He’s just a toy; his name doesn’t end in a vowel). Time for change? You betcha! But this time it’s gotta be change for the better!

But which is the real Tom Dolan?

And
Tom Dolan is NOT the solution; he’s part of the bigger problem in RCS! It’ll be sheer disaster if you put him in the NYS senate!

Thank you for participating in the Coeyman’s Police poll. We also hope you enjoyed our little cartoon scenario, too. Let’s get together and clean up the community!

Thank You!
