New Baltimore: Home of the PortaPotty Polls! Blumpkin* Ballots!

New Baltimore, Greene County, Albany County, perhaps the entire nation has a problem. The problem is that the country is run by political party committees that do their own thing without consulting with anyone outside of their own organizations.

Another problem is that once voters think they elect someone to public office, they may not have really elected anyone at all! That’s what happens in the case of the so-called “unopposed” candidate: they’re elected without a vote. But it’s even worse when the political parties are the ones who hand pick the candidates for you. That’s democracy? We think not!

  • = Poop.

First of all, anyone who gets on the ballot has to be approved by a party committee or at least get past the county board of elections, which is run by party members. Just check out your Greene County or Albany County Board of Elections and you’ll see entries for Repukelicans and Democraps, but no entries for independent voters. There’s where you have no choice.

Let’s look at what’s happening in the Town of New Baltimore at this very moment.

Great Boilin’ Blumkins, Batman!
They sure can cook up a mean batch of self-importance but can’t conjure up any answers …. or candidates!

You basically have the Democraps and the Repukelicans, who then go after the fringe parties like the Conservatives, Independents, etc. and negotiate for their “endorsements.”

Apart from the fact that the Democraps can’t come up with anything better than recycled losers and a racist rapper, they have no shortage of arrogance.

The New Baltimore Democrats are run by an all-white, all-female party committee who can’t come up with any real candidates and haven’t done so in the past two elections. They are incompetent but that doesn’t stop them from being biatches. A contributor recently asked the New Baltimore Democrap Committee a couple of very reasonable questions:

On Wednesday, September 5, 2018,  we wrote to Eileen Vosburgh, Janet Kash, Doreen Davis, and Beth Schneck, the Democratic Party Committee members for New Baltimore,

Good morning!

We are preparing an article on the state of elections in New Baltimore and would like to have your comments on the following:

(1) Mr James Eckl’s qualifications and commitments to the residents of the Town of New Baltimore if elected to be the New Baltimore legislator in the Greene County Legislature. Particularly, we’d like to know Why? Mr Eckl and the Greene County Democratic Committee feel he is qualified and the right choice to be Legislator.

(2) We would like to know Why? the Greene County Democratic Committee and the New Baltimore Democratic Committee were unable to put a candidate on the ballot to oppose Mr Alan vanWormer as candidate for the elected office of Town of New Baltimore Superintendent of Highways? (A similar question could be raised as to the fact of Mr Jeffrey Ruso’s unopposed candidacy for the office of Town Supervisor in 2017).

We are preparing a preliminary article in preparation for the September primaries and would appreciate your confirmation of receipt of this communication.

We would be grateful for your response to the above questions by September 7, 2018, before 5 p.m.

Janet Kash replies on Friday, Sep 7, 2018:

“The thing is, [name redacted], if you want to talk to a candidate, you contact the candidate. Thank you for your interest in the race.”

We followed up on our request writing on Friday, Sep 7, 2018 to to Eileen Vosburgh, Janet Kash, Doreen Davis, and Beth Schneck:

Good morning!

“Can you please confirm that you received our inquiry and that you are working on a response?”

Janet Kash replies on Sep 7, 2018, 4:02 PM

to me, copied to committee members Keltoneov, Doreen, Beth

“No reply is happening”

So much for transparency and openness in government. Those are Democraps talking. Those are the women who run the New Baltimore Democrap party and their response to YOU, the voters and residents of New Baltirmore.

Wouldn’t New Baltimore residents, tax payers, voters like to know whey the New Baltimore Democrats can’t come up with any candidates and, when they do, it’s only to recycle a multiple loser and to run a racist rapper for Congress?!?!

Antonio Delgado
Rapping Radical “God Bless Iraq” Dem challenges Republican for upstate congressional seat

If you think Congress is a bunch of clowns in business suits the Democraps want you to add a racist rapper to the mix.

Antonio Delgado has two things going for him:
His color will get him the Black vote, and his last name is likely to get him the Hispanic vote. His racism and total lack of values will get him the liberal Democrat vote.

“Meet New York City liberal Antonio Delgado. Before moving upstate to run for Congress as [House Democratic leader] Pelosi’s candidate, Delgado was an L.A. rapper called AD the Voice,” said the ad paid by the Congressional Leadership.

It then bleeped out provocative lyrics about having sex to a porno flick.

The ad also claimed that Delgado “laced his lyrics with extremist attacks on American values,” criticized American presidents and “minimized 9/11” as footage of the burning World Trade Center towers appeared on the screen.

[Source: “House candidate’s ‘offensive’ rap lyrics called out in attack ad” https://nypost.com/2018/08/17/house-candidates-offensive-rap-lyrics-called-out-in-attack-ad/, last accessed on October 3, 2018.]

[Editor’s Note: We have searched the web for lyrics of “Ad the Word,” Delgado’s pseudonym as a rapper, but they seem to have disappeared from the web. Normally, simply googling an artist’s name and lyrics or songs will turn up dozens if not hundreds of hits. Not so for Delgado! His keepers seem to have made everything disappear from the web…everything that would reveal the low-life character of Antonio Delgado, racist rapper!]

Perhaps you, residents, voters in New Baltimore would like to ask the Democratic Party the same questions. Here are their contact details:

  • Janet Kash: Tel. (518) 915-4034, email janetkkash@aol.com
  • Doreen Davis:  Tel. (518) 678-0317, email: doreendavis3@gmail.com

Me likey New Baltimore! They likey one party elections!

The New Baltimore Repukelicans are no better. We’ve contacted incumbent Greene County Legislator Patrick “Pat” Linger (R), asking him to share with us and New Baltimore voters what he’s done during this past term in office. He’s running again on the Repukelican ticket asking to be re-elected, so wouldn’t you all, as voters and residents in Greene County and the Town of New Baltimore be interested in what Mr Linger thinks he’d done for you while in office. Here is what we asked Dingleberry Linger:

Dear Mr. Linger:

We note that you are running again for County Legislator and are actively tracking the candidates and balloting and campaign activities of your opponent parties and their candidates.

In view of the upcoming elections, we would like to ask you to provide the following information within the next 5 business days:

  • Please share your most significant accomplishments over this term of office as Greene County Legislator, and provide a brief description of each.
  • Please share your most significant accomplishments over this term of office as Greene County Legislator that most directly affect the residents and taxpayers of the Town of New Baltimore.
  • Please share your most significant support to any one resident or one family in the Town of New Baltimore as County Legislator.
  • What have been the most important pieces of legislation drafted by you during your term of office as Greene County Legislator?
  • What have been the most important pieces of legislation voted on (YES) vote during your term of office as Greene County Legislator?
  • What future legislation do you plan for Greene County as Greene County Legislator, if re-elected?

As incumbent seeking re-election, you will likely be running against Mr James Eckl. Briefly, what makes you a better choice for voters in New Baltimore?

Thank you for your prompt attention to this request. If you feel you need more time, please provide a reasonable date by which we can expect your responses.

We look forward to your responses.

And again:

Dear Mr Linger:

On August 15, 2018, we sent to you a request for information on your last term in office as Greene County Legislator.

We requested a response within a reasonable time and find now that more than 20 days have lapsed since our first contact requesting the information shown in the email below.

Please have the courtesy and show the respect your constituents deserve by either responding with your achievements or at least a refusal to provide your information. A non-response will be interpreted (1) as a statement that you have not accomplished anything in your last term, and (2) that you don’t have the respect for your constituents that is required for re-election.

If we do not hear back from you by Friday. September 7, 2018, 5 p.m., we will assume (1) and (2), above, and contact Mr James Eckl for his statements, and publish accordingly.

Despite our follow-ups, Repuklican Mr. Linger refused to respond in any way whatsoever so we must assume that Mr. Linger has ACCOMPLISHED NOTHING during his term in office as County Legislator representing the Town of New Baltimore.

Editor’s Comment: We do want to note that Mr Linger has plenty of time to spy on the activities of the other political hopefuls in New Baltimore and to share that information in great detail with his political cronies. Here’s a recent example:

Subject: Re: Petitions
Good afternoon,
I received the following from the County BOE last night in reference to what the Dems filed petitions for. I had to specifically ask, but Alan and I were also authorized by the Independence Party. We will have Republican, Conservative, and Independence lines, with no primary. There is a bit of good news for the Legislature, Durham is a (D) now and will switch back to (R).  Athens is (D) now and the incumbent, Palmateer, is not running so chances are good for the (R). Greenville is (R) now and the newcomer (C) is running unopposed at this point so we’ll keep that one.

This is what the Democrats filed today.  Now we know the landscape of what November will bring.

Independent (party for a day) petitions can be file up to August 21st.
We will be looking over their petitions to see if any chance to challenge.  A quick look today shows no real opportunity to do so but we will take a closer look tomorrow.
Bottom line is they have three county wides (treasurer and two coroners) and legislative candidates in:
Catskill:  But only two so that is good.  Joe Kozlowski and Christopher Hamilton.
Cairo: Only Harry so Harry and Bill are running unopposed.
Halcott, Hunter, Lexington:  Only Larry G. as we did not have a candidate.
Athens: Michael Pirrone
Windham, Ashland, Jewett, Prattsville:  Lori
N. Baltimore: James Eckel
Some have multiple lines as detailed in info below Elisa sent me.
Coxsackie (2 legislators), Greenville, Durham totally unopposed so long as no independent line is created.
Please advise your candidates accordingly of what we have.
And he goes on in a later email:
Treasurer-Lee (DEM, WEP,IND)
Coroner-Robert Gaus/Joshua Lipsman(DEM,WEP,WOR,IND)
Leg Cat-Joseph Kozlowski(DEM,IND,WEP,WOR) & Christopher Hamilton(DEM&IND)
Leg Car- Harry(DEM&IND)
Leg HuHalLex Larry (DEM&IND)
Leg Athens- Michael Pirrone (DEM,IND)
Leg WiPraJeAsh- Lori (DEM,IND)
Leg NB- James Eckl (DEM)

Good morning all!
I think I can safely speak for Alan when I say thank you for the work on the petitions! I submitted them to Brent yesterday with 62 total Republican signatures, plenty to cover the 5% needed. He also has the Conservative petitions and the Independence petitions. Thank you Shelly, AnnMarie, and Jeff Ruso for the help with those! The BOE has the signed authorization from the Conservative committee to allow us to submit petitions for their line, but did not yet have the same from the Independence. They have until July 16 to authorize.
Greene County Youth Fair is July 26-29 in Cairo. As many of you know, the Republicans staff a booth/table in the big tent for the weekend. Our time slot is Saturday, July 28th, 9am to Noon (Our usual noon – 3 was already taken). Anyone who wants to attend is welcome to join me (and hopefully Alan) there.
The next regularly scheduled committee meeting (4th Thursday) is July 26th, 7pm at the Boathouse.
Thanks!

So, New Baltimore voters, we can clearly see what Pat Linger, your Repukelican County Legislator has been doing; it’s no wonder he can’t come up with any accomplishments in the legislature! He’s too busy doing other things.
You know, Jim Eckl may be a two-time loser but compared to Linger, Eckl’s starting to look real good…if only he could shake the Democrap stench he’d have a chance. Can you do that Jimmy? Can you shake those three wenches from your back? Can you be a real man and run on your hind legs? Try it. Make a commitment to New Baltimore voters that you can do better than Linger and maybe we’ll throw in a couple of good words for ya.

The New Baltimore Repukelicans ran their candidate, Jeff Ruso, unopposed for Town Supervisor. In other words, Ruso was not elected, he was declared elected by default. Ruso then immediately appointed his predecessor, Nick Dellisanti, to be his deputy. Dellisanti refused to run again, paving the way for former loser Ruso, who ran for the supervisor office once before and lost. So now New Baltimore residents have an unelected Town Supervisor (Ruso) and an unelected Deputy Town Supervisor (Dellisanti). Of course we can’t fault the New Baltimore Repukelicans for the New Baltimore Democraps’ failure to run a candidate but we can fault both Ruso and Dellisanti for so openly and glaringly pleasuring each other publicly and at the New Baltimore public’s expense: Dellisanti clears the way for loser Ruso and loser Ruso invites RINO Dellisanti back into the Supervisor’s office! Now that’s the way to run elections…in North Korea!

As we have already published in several articles, the incumbent Repukelicans in New Baltimore Town Hall consider themselves above us all and feel it’s unnecessary to respond to residents’ correspondence; their appointees and employees like Gordon Bennett (Sole Assessor) and the Board of Assessment Review, a tool to reward or to punish by means of its incompetence, play their politics games and reward their friends while cheating others; while the Democrap and Repukelicans steal your right to vote or not to vote for candidates by their refusing to put up candidates and run candidates unopposed, who would be “declared elected,” even if they got no votes at all.

Both parties have turned our polling places into portapotties.
Both parties have turned your ballot into a blumpkin.
Both parties have turned your voice into a fart.
Are you happy with your Democracy now?

Stay tuned for our follow-up article on how you are being denied your vote and the problem of Alan Van Wormer.

Town of New Baltimore Highway Superintendent Denis Jordan Forced to Resign

We pay these pompous, arrogant dumbasses’ paychecks with our tax dollars! But they sit there all in a row, staring into the papers in front of them, better than those who pay them and who put them where they are, and gaze out, through the citizens and residents sitting in front of them as if they weren’t there. Stuffed shirts, empty heads, and ignorance all in a row, deciding on your lives. And do they stick together?  like fleas on a dog’s back. Nice picture, isn’t it?

New Baltimore Highway Superintendent Denis Jordan has been forced to resign amid several pending investigations of Jordan’s activities as Town Superintendent of Highways and the operations of the New Baltimore Highway Department under his direct supervision. Jordan’s resignation became effective May 30, 2018.

We have reported numerous instances that point to unlawful and unethical practices by Jordan which have been known for years but only after we brought the issues into the open and public view did the Town of New Baltimore and law enforcement finally wake up and start taking action.

Jordan is not the only New Baltimore public official who should be investigated. We demanded also that former Town Supervisors and Town Board Members who were directly informed of Jordan’s operations should also be brought to justice! For the past several years we have been hounding former Town Supervisor Nick Dellisanti and his deputy, Jeff Ruso, now Town Supervisor, and others to be responsible and honor their oaths of office! They failed this community and violated their oaths of office!

We have also contacted and informed Greene County District Attorney Joseph Stanzione of Jordan’s activities and the Town’s indifference to the illegal and criminal activity going on in the New Baltimore Highway Department. Last year Stanzione refused to answer our inquiries saying only that he could not make a statement because of pending investigations. We want to see and hear what he has done to investigate the other employees and elected officials, past and present, who knew about what was going on and DID NOTHING!!!

We want to know why employees in the New Baltimore Highway Department, in particular Jordan’s deputy superintendent Scott VanWormer kept their mouths shut when Jordan was using his elected office, public property, public moneys to do favors for special parties and totally ignored other residents and taxpayers whose property was destroyed by Jordan’s indifference and negligence.

We want to know who is going to reimburse the public treasury for the money that was misspent, squandered and wasted during Jordan’s years of mismanagement, particularly in the past 2 years, when the Town Board was most intensely aware of Jordan’s operations.

We want to know who is going to answer for Jordan’s abuse of residents and taxpayers, and who is going to foot the bill for compensating the property losses and damage caused by Jordan’s negligence and incompetence.

We want answers from the Greene County District Attorney Joseph Stanzione, former New Baltimore Town Supervisor Nick Dellisanti, New Baltimore Town Supervisor Jeff Ruso, Deputy Highway Superintendent Scott vanWormer, Town Attorney Tal Rappelea, and others yet to be named!

Local government is a failure…

And now on the Town of New Baltimore Office of the Assessor and the Board of Assessment Review: Grievance Day is a Sham!

We  have been looking closely at the Town of New Baltimore’s weird property tax situation and have come to the conclusion that the operation of the Assessor’s Office under Gordon Bennett and the five member Board of Assessment Review (BAR), consisting of Donna Degnan (chairperson), Lynn Taylor, Bernie Jones, Ronna Smith, and Linda LeClair. Linda LeClair appears to be the only functioning brain in the lot!

Under Gordon Bennett’s oversight and Donna Degnen’s chairmanship, the BAR is an incompetent drain on the public treasury. Bennett is not an elected official, he’s a hired fixture. Degnan, too, is not elected but an appointee and the sockpuppets on the Board of Assessment Review, lard asses that they are, handed the chairmanship of the Board over to Degnan, who is a dithering wing nut!

We have examined the NY Real Property Tax Law and its provisions relating to the Assessor’s Office but more precisely those provisions that relate to the Board of Assessment Review and have found that currently too many mistakes are being made and they are not complying with the law. We have an ignorant board with very little training and they’re making a mess of assessments, especially assessments grieved by taxpayers who are not being treated as the law requires.

We intend to notify the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance of New Baltimore’s non-compliance and we intend to notify the Office of the New York State Comptroller of these deficiencies so that they can be targeted at the time of the next audit.

And the New Baltimore Town Court and Justices are soon to be pilloried by the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct, the New York state committee that oversees the operation of the courts and judges and, upon complaint, reviews the court or the judge and has the power to discipline them for acting in bad faith, unethically, with malice, or in ignorance or abuse of the law. New Baltimore town justice Tom Meacham is at the top of our list.

And the incompetence and ignorance doesn’t stop at the Highway Department! The Assessor’s Office, run by Gordon Bennett, is just as bad and the Board of Assessment Review is a gang of d-bags if we ever met one. Donna Degnan chairs the Board of Assessment Review but is more of a dithering crone than a competent chairperson. Can’t even figure out what property is being discussed and then gets stuck on a thought and you can’t get her off of it. No one listens and no one hears. Read the submissions? Hell NO! Follow the discussion? Hell NO! Four morons in a row! Local government is a failure and we expect state and federal government to be any better? Wake up people!!! No one cares and the apathy is killing us! All we can get is criminals and dumbasses to run for office and, worse still, the dumbasses appoint dumber dumbasses to the local government boards and committees!

We can agree that the whole system needs overhauling but unless people, voters, taxpayers, residents stand up and work together, we’re going to be stuck with these dumbasses, crooks, liars, and criminals, and we can only blame ourselves. We can’t do it alone. We need to join hands and stop the corruption!

Would you have the balls and the integrity to do that? Not very likely, from what we’ve observed in this cowardly community of weasels….

Of course they’re going to stick together like fleas on a dog’s back. They work in Town Hall where nobody is more than 20 feet away from anyone else. Nothing’s private. They all kiss each other’s asses and make nice-nice in the great love fest at Town Hall, while waiting for the next opportunity to stick in a knife. Most of them hate each other’s guts but they have to stick together or they’ll all end up jobless and in jail. So don’t think for a moment that you have such a great case that they won’t all get in a circle (called a circle-jerk) and make sure no one makes a peep that could incriminate anyone else. They may be incompetent, ignorant, arrogant but they are making the decisions and if you don’t like it, well, you’ll have to hire a lawyer. Would you have the balls and the integrity to do that? Not very likely, from what we’ve observed in this cowardly community of weasels. Well, that’s where the Jordan case is going to get real interesting because now we have not only a weak link but an actual break in the love chain in Town Hall. Things are a happening…let’s keep the momentum and see what’s going to happen next!

We want to see as many residents and taxpayers of the Town of New Baltimore as possible at the next (July) public meeting of the New Baltimore Town Board, and we want everyone to make a public statement about this development and what the Town of New Baltimore is going to do to make things right!

Next Regular Town Board Meeting is on July 9, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

New Baltimore Town Supervisor Dellisanti to Resident: “When does this turn into Harassment?”

Short Answer: It doesn’t, really. But whenever you choose to grow up, Mr Dellisanti, and measure up to the job, and prevent the misuse of our town’s resources, when you join the fight against incompetence, and you put justice and fair play first, it will likely turn into good local government. But the area hasn’t seen that in so long, no one can remember what it is.

Longish — but far more interesting — Answer: Read the article below.

It’s a bizarre question that New Baltimore Town Supervisor Nick Dellisanti (R) asks a Resident who Communicated with Dellisanti by eMail

Why does this elected official choose to respond to a resident with such a suggestive question. Yes, ‘suggestive,’ because, by responding in such a manner, Dellisanti is suggesting that he feels he was being harassed, and Dellisanti knows well that harassment is a crime. Here are some details.

New Baltimore Supervisor Nick Dellisanti thinks he's being harassed.

New Baltimore Supervisor Nick Dellisanti thinks he’s being harassed.

After years of ongoing neglect and indifference to the condition of streets and drainage in the Hamlet and National Historic District of the Town of New Baltimore, New York, and after numerous notifications, requests, and inquiries to the New Baltimore Town Board specifically referencing the Town of New Baltimore Highway Department and the incompetence of the elected Highway Superintendent, Denis Jordan, two residents had enough when they noted that the failure to maintain the drainage ditches and storm drains, whose maintenance under the law is the responsibility of  the Town of New Baltimore through the New Baltimore Highway Department, had caused serious structural damage to a residential property. They found that the New Baltimore Highway Department, under the direct personal supervision of Mr Denis Jordan, had neglected the drains and drainage on several Hamlet streets, which resulted in serious damage to the property.

The residents joined several other residents in filing separate Notices of Claim on the Town of New Baltimore and the New Baltimore Highway Department, specifically naming Mr Denis Jordan as a defendant.

No sooner had the residents demanded an on-site visit by members of the New Baltimore Town Board, Mr Jordan’s crews showed up to clean out drainage ditches — after ignoring required maintenance for at least 3 years — and proceeded to excavate storm drains buried for almost 20 years — according to a statement made to one of the residents by Mr Scott vanWormer, deputy superintendent of highways — and the crews started digging up culverts and replacing them.

One resident, noting the work being done, asked Why? the culverts had to be replaced. The answer provided by the New Baltimore Highway employee was: “The Town does not own a jet machine which is used to clean the pipes. Therefore the town would have to hire a company to do such work, which would cost much more than the new pipe. We have, in the past, worked with the fire dept. to flush the pipes. But when pipes are plugged that badly, flushing does not work, particularly if there are roots growing in the pipes.”

This raises several questions: Mr vanWormer clearly states in his email that the pipes were replaced and not cleaned “due to the age of the pipes…when pipes are plugged that badly…there are roots growing in the pipes.” Bottom line: if the pipes, that is the culverts, and storm drains were maintained as required, they would likely not have to have been replaced? If the culverts were maintained as required, wouldn’t that have prevented roots from growing in the pipes? Seems that much of what the NB Highway Department has as a justification is based on observations made after the culverts were dug up, and if normal maintenance had been performed, the drains would not have remained buried for more than 17 years and the “roots” would not have grown into the culverts. It’s that simple.

Rather than Respond to or Meet with Concerned Residents, Denis Jordan Responded “Let them sue us.”

During the work being done on New Street, the resident urgently requested Supervisor Dellisanti, Deputy Supervisor Ruso, Councilwoman Shelly vanEtten, and HIghway Supervisor Denis Jordan to stop work and meet with the resident to discuss the work being done, how it was planned to cure the problems, and to review the resident’s information on the problems. The Town of New Baltimore ignored the request and Mr Jordan completed his project. The damage was worsened and the problems were not solved. Later, in response to a demand for information under the Freedom of Information Law, the Town produced Mr Dellisanti’s notes about contact with Jordan, who for some time didn’t bother to respond even to the Supervisor, and when he did respond, refused to set up a meeting saying, “Let them sue us!” And now the residents are taking Mr Jordan’s advice and are suing the Town of New Baltimore.

In addition to keeping the Town of New Baltimore very well informed on the problems on Madison Avenue East and New Street, the resident has collected dozens of emails and hundreds of documentation photographs of the situation. The resident reports to the Town Board each time the Highway Department appear to make a show of “maintenance”. Too little too late, Mr Dellisanti, Mr Ruso, Mr Jordan, given the fact that the damage has already been done.

In one email, History in the Making (October 26, 2016), the resident writes:

Good morning!

Am I hallucinating?!?! For the first time in more than 5 years I have actually seen New Baltimore Highway Department personnel armed with leaf blowers clearing gutters and the new storm drains. Who built the fire under their butts?

Luckily I got shots of the pre-blow condition but Hey! who’s complaining?

My recommendation is REMOVE the leaves and debris, don’t just blow it all over resident’s lawns. But maybe that’s moving a bit too fast for the NBHD [New Baltimore Highway Department] or even New Baltimore.

One further recommendation is to contact the New Baltimore Town Historian and give him this information. Let him know I have some historical photos of this event, which he might want to add to the archives.

I’m truly humbled by having witnessed history’s first leaf clearing on New Street in the lovely Historic District of New Baltimore.

Thank you, God!

And thank you New Baltimore!

Gratefully and humbly,
[Name Redacted]

Supervisor Dellisanti writes back: “OK.” That’s it! Just “OK”.

And in a second email, Enhanced Roadwork (November 2, 2016), the resident writes:

I stand in awe before you! I stand in awe at what a looming, well-founded lawsuit can inspire in our public servants and elected officials. I stand in awe and disbelief of the apparition this morning at or about 9:30 on November 2, 2016, of Town of New Baltimore Highway Department trucks moving down New Street — YES! New Street in New Baltimore — sucking up leaves while sucking up to residents. What a sight! I seriously don’t believe I have ever seen such a vision in the 15 years I’ve had the dubious pleasure of living on New Street. I seriously have to wonder why it took dozens of notifications, a Notice of Claim, property damage, a lawsuit, and almost a decade to have achieved this level of paltry service. Is this evidence of property owners’ tax dollars at work? Can we expect a reduction in taxes as the result?

I would love to know the temperature and cooking time of the fire we’ve built under Denis Jordan’s and a few others’ butts to have made this happen. When I find out, I’ll certainly share the recipe with other residents so that they, too, can share in this exultation, this visionary experience!

Meanwhile, we’re still waiting for that traffic cone if you can locate any in local residents’ garages. The so-called “catchment” is catching everything into the culvert. Interesting. When I revisit Scott vanWormer’s reasons for digging up the culverts (pls see the email), I wonder that the town can find the money to replace culverts because they can’t find the money to flush culverts. The new one, at the rate of filling I’ve observed, will soon need replacement. How much will that cost taxpayers, Mr Jordan? Oh, excuse me, Mr Jordan, it slipped my mind that you don’t speak to or respond to residents unless it’s to say, “Let them sue us.” (By the way, that “us” you’re referring to is the New Baltimore Community, Sir! But your time is coming to pay the piper, Mr Jordan.)

We’re just waiting for a personal injury or vehicular accident to occur in your so-called “catchment”, for which I’ve been asking for a traffic cone for what is it now, five weeks? My how time flies when you’re avoiding duties and responsibilities.

Should you have any questions, please let me know. This might be a great time to contact the Smalbany blog with this event.

Kind regards,
[Name Redacted]

Rather than respond with some sort of sensible answer, Supervisor Dellisanti gets all indignant and writes back:

“Thanks. When does this turn into harassment?”

Touchy, aren’t we? Did we have a bad day? Is the job getting too much for you, Nick?

The resident writes back to Dellisanti:

It’s poetic. And I do hope you’re joking but I’ll take my chances considering the stakes. How about you?

Any news on the cone?*

*Editor’s Note: The “cone” is a traffic cone requested repeatedly by the resident to mark a hazard created by the Highway Department. For more information on the “cone”, please see our article, “We requested a cone and got this!” (August 11, 2016)

This is Harassment

This is Harassment

Actually, Mr Dellisanti it’s your question, and since we’re not attorneys, shouldn’t you be asking your town attorney, Mr Tal Rappelea, that question? He doesn’t seem to be much good to the town otherwise but maybe he can look up the State law on harassment, we did, and find that harassment is pretty serious, and it’s pretty crazy for a town supervisor to write back to a resident/taxpayer suggesting that he, Dellisanti, feels harassed. So let’s be clear, here’s what the law defines as “harassment”:

Harassment in the first degree is defined as: Intentionally and repeatedly harassing another person by following them in a public place, or engaging in a course of conduct which places another person in reasonable fear of physical injury. This is considered a B Misdemeanor charge. A B Misdemeanor can carry up to 90 days in jail. Ref: NY State Law §240.25

This too!

This too!

Well, Mr Dellisanti, having received the two emails above, do you live in “fear of physical injury“? If you do, it’s time for you to make an appointment with a shrink, because that sounds like you are paranoid.

Second Degree Aggravated Harassment: Aggravated harassment in the second degree is considered more serious than a straight harassment charge. This offense is defined as acting with the intent to annoy, threaten, or alarm another person and: Communicating with them or causing someone to communicate with them in a way likely to cause annoyance or alarm, or
Shoving, kicking, hitting, etc. another person because of their race, color, national origin, or religion. This criminal offense is classified as an A Misdemeanor charge which carries a potential 1 year in jail. Ref: NY State Law §240.30

This is highly unlikely to be harassment to the normal person.

This is highly unlikely to be harassment to the normal person.

So, Mr Dellisanti, it appears that you might be suggesting that the resident is “acting with the intent to annoy, threaten, or alarm” you or is communicating with you to cause you “annoyance or alarm.” Is that what you believe? We’d be concerned with the “intent” part of this definition, if we were you. But are you really “annoyed”, “threatened”, or “alarmed” by these two emails? We can understand that you’d be annoyed because it seems you are not doing your job and you’re getting your nose rubbed into it. You may be alarmed because you are being implicated in the wrongdoing and the liability for the damage done because you haven’t done anything about it. But would it be more accurate to say that you are scared, or intimidated by Mr Jordan. Are you “threatened” by Mr Jordan? Are you “annoyed” by Mr Jordan? Are you “alarmed” by Mr Jordan, Mr Dellisanti? I would appear that you are. From our point of view, it seems you’d have a better chance of succeeding, therefore, if you were to threaten Mr Jordan with “harassment”, in addition to all the rest of the charges that would apply to his incompetence, indifference, neglect, and dereliction of duties and responsibilities to the residents, property owners, and taxpayers of New Baltimore.

Do you still feel harassed, Mr Dellisanti?

Do you still feel harassed, Mr Dellisanti?

Or is it your opinion, Mr Dellisanti, that instead of engaging in corrective actions and productive, constructive dialogue with residents and taxpayers to resolve known problems and to serve the public good,  Mr Jordan is justified and right in his response to you, “Let them sue us.” After all, you and Jordan are not the real “us” in that statement, the “us” in that statement means the residents, property owners, and taxpayers of the Town of New Baltimore, the very people who are paying your unearned salaries and being injured in the process.

And what are you and the New Baltimore Town Board going to do when Mr Jordan’s dereliction results in the Town’s insurance carrier, Trident, decides that New Baltimore is too much of a risk, thanks to Mr Jordan, and decides to cancel the policy, to drop the Town of New Baltimore? What then?

The hard-working, good people of the Town of New Baltimore deserve better, much better from their elected officials and for their tax dollars! And so, you are being sued by a number of New Baltimore property owners and residents thanks to Mr Denis Jordan, your incompetent and indifferent New Baltimore Highway Superintendent. You’ve done next to nothing to fix the problem, except to respond to a resident with “harassment.” Shame on you Mr Dellisanti! Shame on you Mr Jordan! Shame on you New Baltimore Town Board!

Editor’s P.s.:  Mr Dellisanti, we hope you’re making some plans for after this term in office because we don’t think you have much of a political future in this town, that is, judging based on your performance in dealing with the New Baltimore Highway Department weasel and with barking dogs. Mr Ruso, you’d bettter start making some plans, too.

And to the voters of the Town of New Baltimore and other residents: You can, like the residents and voters of the Town of Coeymans, thank yourselves for your misery and abuse. If a few more of you would use your brains instead of your genitals more often, and if you attended town board meetings and spoke up about the misuse of resources and abuse of office, your quality of life might improve. Move your asses and your jaws; attend town board meetings and speak up!

Double-Standard Davis: Asking New Baltimore for another Term as Town Justice?

animated-updateLee Davis lost his bid for re-election to another party-boy, Tom Meacham (R). We found that Meacham, even before the elections, was violating NY’s Code of Judicial Ethics and New York Judicial Law, and we’ll be filing a formal complaint against Meacham in the very near future. It seems that New Baltimore, like so many towns and villages, can manage only to scrape the bottom of the barrel to find non-achievers to fill their local courts with ignorant party-butt-kissers. We’ll work to change that and improve local justice.

Two candidates are vying for the office of Town Justice in the Town of New Baltimore. Two misfits are asking voters in New Baltimore to put them on the local justice court, the bottom-feeder of the New York State Unified Court System, as bottom-feeder justices. Tom Meacham has already been exposed as being ignorant and unfit for judicial office because he’s already violated several provisions of New York’s Judicial Law and Code of Judicial Ethics even as a mere candidate. Either he’s dumb as dirt or he’s sleeping with the wrong keepers. But the bottom line is: he’s unfit for judicial office, even in a bottom-feeder town court. (See our recent article on Tom Meacham at: Tom Meacham Not Even Elected but Already Ethics Violations!!!!)

Meacham and Davis: Bottom-feeders seeking election to bottom-feeder judgeship.

Meacham and Davis: Bottom-feeders seeking election to bottom-feeder judgeship.

So that leaves the sucker voters of New Baltimore with the other candidate, Lee Davis, who apparently likes to refer to himself as “Judge” Davis. It’s that very egocentric, narcissistic “Judge Davis” on his campaign signs that initially attracted our attention. Yes, Mr “Judge” Davis, has been unfortunate enough to have gotten our attention, and we think he should have your attention, too, New Baltimore voters.

The initial question we had was about Davis’ character. Why would a local candidate want to distance himself from his neighbors, the voters, his community by adopting his office as his personal identifier. He flaunts “Judge” as if he were ashamed of his name, “Lee”. Our conclusion was that he is a stuffed-shirt. Lee Davis is not the person “Lee” Davis, he’s become his role, his office. This is a very serious transformation, and it’s one that we don’t want in an elected official, because any elected official who “becomes” his office can’t fully relate to people in the way that a judge must. Anyone like that has lost his person-ality and cannot attain the necessary wisdom to judge.

Our concerns led us to do some investigation and research on Mr Lee “Judge” Davis, and what we found and where we found it will send shivers down your spines.

And so…

Mr Lee “Judge” Davis is not what you see and what you see is not what you’re getting. At least not according to Lee “Judge” Davis’ older brother, Harry Davis, whom we have found and who has shared quite a bit of background on Lee “Judge” Davis, and we’d like (1) to share that information with our readers and the New Baltimore community, and (2) demand that Mr Lee “Judge” Davis come forward with either a denial with facts or to bow out of the New Baltimore elections and go into hiding.

Tokin' Judge?

Tokin’ Judge?
Yeah. But he don’t inhale.

The most damning allegation made by Mr Lee “Judge” Davis’ brother is that Davis used/uses drugs and allegedly cultivates weed somewhere on his 7-acre property in the town of New Baltimore. Although Davis’ older brother admits to introducing the sitting New Baltimore town justice to unlawful pleasures, Harry Davis alleges that his brother is a user and a dealer/distributor. This is a serious allegation indeed and is one that Mr Lee “Judge” Davis must be called to refute and to refute convincingly.

Mr Lee “Judge” Davis’ older brother Harry, who ran for public office once in Rochester on a legalize drugs theme, insists that his brother Lee “Judge” Davis is a “hypocrite” and “limosine liberal,” too!

Harry Davis provides a long history of Lee Davis’ activities working with convicted criminals to promote their rights in prison while neglecting his disabled brother. Harry calls his brother Lee a “limosine liberal” because while he’s Goody Two-shoes on the outside, all he’s doing is making himself visible for his own interests. When Harry Davis calls Lee Davis a “limosine liberal” it’s because Harry considers Lee to be unauthentic, dishonest, and a hypocrite. Not the kind of guy we need judging our citizens.

This sounds about right because Lee Davis is running on the Democrap ticket; that’s the liberal, socialist party now in the United States, and they’re not really known for their good judgment or morals.

It’s no secret that Harry and Lee are estranged at the very least but there’s no reason for us to doubt what Harry has to say about Lee, since Harry is very candid about himself and his mistakes. But Harry’s not asking to be voted to judicial office either.

Gimme your vote!

Gimme your vote!

Among the many things that Harry has shared with us is that Lee was involved in a shady property deal that left his brother Harry out in the cold, literally, and allegedly cheated Harry out of his share. Even the suggestion of such conduct is disqualifying for a judge. If you do that to your brother, what can a stranger expect?

Harry also alleges that Lee was negligent in caring for their elderly mother, who, allegedly due to Lee’s negligence, was involved in a serious traffic accident while operating a motor vehicle, and later died of complications. Harry alleges she should never have been driving at her age and that Lee allowed her to do so. If this is true, this shows a very serious lack of good judgment on Lee Davis’ part.

Harry does tend to go on about Lee’s myriad wrongs and misconduct, and we have to understand that there’s a great deal of hurt there. There’s a great deal of fact, too, we believe. You see, Harry has presented his case perhaps a bit colorfully but given his openness and some of the supporting information, we tend to believe that Harry is generally credible.

But whether Harry is hurt or not, even if a tiny portion of what he has told us is true, this community must seriously investigate Lee Davis’ fitness to fill any public office, much more so if he’s asking to be re-elected to be town justice in New Baltimore.

Lee Davis is a small-change attorney who works for the New York State Department of Health allegedly in a unit that slaps naughty doctors’ hands. Davis was previously in the corrections system where he advocated for prisoners’ rights. Davis makes about $95,000 a year with the State of New York and that’s nothing compared to what a real lawyer would be making. So it appears that although Davis is something of a non-achiever, someone who doesn’t really aim very high, on the outside, he’s apparently a sneaky weasel on the inside, which is consistent with a cowardly, insecure personality.

If Lee “Judge” Davis cannot foster justice and fair-play in his own immediate family…

bottom-lineThe Town of New Baltimore and the Democrap party backing Lee Davis are not forthcoming with information on this character so that the voting public know who he is and what he’s all about. All we get is what they want us to know and hear. Well, now we need to hear from the Democraps on how they vetted their candidate, Lee “Judge” Davis, and from Davis himself in response to his older brother’s allegations. We don’t really expect Lee Davis to respond or, even if he does, to admit the truth. Given that expectation we have to urge voters to keep this man off the bench in New Baltimore. After all, given the allegations by Davis’ older brother, Harry, Lee Davis has some really smelly baggage.

An even deeper question is: If Lee “Judge” Davis cannot foster justice and fair-play in his own immediate family, how can he claim to do that in a courtroom of strangers? Our expectation is that he cannot and consequently he has no business passing judgment on anyone!

Our final question to Lee Davis, bottom-feeder attorney, is why he is so happy being a town justice, a bottom-feeder judge on a bottom-feeder court, and Why? he hasn’t aimed higher, for a real judgeship? Maybe it’s because he’d be under greater scrutiny, vetted, and his background investigated and the truth about Lee Davis would be out and he’d be disqualified! Maybe that’s why he’s settling for a small town Democrap backing on a small-town court. Think about that.

Given the pre-election violations by Tom Meacham (R) and the fatal information on Lee Davis (D) provided by his older brother Harry Davis, New Baltimore doesn’t have any electable candidates for the seat on the New Baltimore Town Court. That leaves only the alleged adulterer dumbass Joseph Farrell on the New Baltimore Town Court. Dunce Farrell has been around for so long he probably should be kept in a museum case as the “Petrified Town Justice”, since his brain has long turned to sludge. But Farrell has made a lot of friends in New Baltimore and they’re enough to keep him in office, as long as they can depend on him.

The New York State Unified Court System has been trying for years to find a way around the town and village court system and the problems that bottom-feeder town and village justices cause due to their ignorance and incompetence. Town and village justices do not have to be lawyers, do not have to have a college educations, and need only a high-school diploma to be a town or village justice. Did you know that? Then you have little or no background checks, and their political party backers are interested only if they can get them elected. It’s the rest of us who have to deal with them for their four-year terms, if we are so unfortunate as to have to appear before one of them. The very least we have to to do protect ourselves is to do our own homework and keep the crazies and scoundrels off the bench.

Let your vote count and write in “FairPlay” and let them count that vote.

Residents and voters of Albany and Greene counties are not second class citizens and we shouldn’t be offered the sub-standard dregs we are getting from the political parties and local party committees; that’s not what our votes are for. Our votes are not food for their egos; our votes are for the good of the people, not for the good of the politicians. Let your vote count and write in “FairPlay” and let them count that vote. Don’t give the scoundrels numbers on the balloting. Just write “FairPlay” in the write-in space on the ballot on Tuesday, and let that be counted as your vote!

That may be your only defense, Lee Davis. The Editor

Editor’s note: We have asked one of our contributors to contact the Town of New Baltimore to ask Lee Davis if he has an older brother, Harry, and if Harry lives in Rochester. Once we have that confirmation, we will pursue other relevant questions. As of this writing, the Town of New Baltimore has not responded.

George Acker, Greene County Independence Party Chairman: “We never forget.”

New Baltimore in Focus or In Our Sights. You Decide.

buck_in_crosshairs

Looks like the New Baltimore Re-pubic-an Incumbents on the town board are in for a scary ride this time. Nick Dellisanti and sidekick Jeff Ruso seem to have done a classic job of pissing off the Independence Party hierarchy and may have lost some much-needed support.

pissed-me-off-you-have

The Independence party supported Nick Dellisanti (R) and his group last election but Dellisanti turned around and screwed with the Independence party candidates when the voting was done. Dellisanti’s suicidal statement: “Republicans appoint Republicans” is turning out to be a poison pill for him and anyone running alongside him.

While the Independence party may have an axe to grind with Dellisanti, the past two years have been really disappointing overall. Dellisanti and his group don’t seem to be able to set any milestone accomplishments. What they do seem to have excelled in, however is distortion, deception and misrepresentation. Seems also that they don’t have the wherewithal to fight battles, within town hall and outside of town hall, because they don’t understand the local culture.

But what can you expect from outsiders, anyway?

The Dellisanti group fails in leadership

New Baltimore town supervisor Nick Dellisanti (R) and town board member Jeff Ruso (R) behaved unethically, using local supporters and disposing of them ungratefully after the voting was done — after all, according to Dellisanti, “Republicans appoint republicans,” (for example: Barbara Finke (R) to be town clerk, Kathy Rundberg (R) to be planning board chair, etc.). We’d like to see appointments by merit and for the good of the community as a whole, not just for party cronies, Mr Dellisanti. But their failings don’t stop there. The Dellisanti group fails in leadership and does not respond affirmatively nor decisively to residents. Moreover, Dellisanti and Ruso have the bizarre tendency to ignore residents’ offers of participation in local town affairs, ignoring correspondence on a number of occasions. Rather than calling them liars outright, Dellisanti and Ruso have their own versions of facts, too. Where’s the transparency, accountability, collaboration we were promised?

On the Democrap side your have wicked-weasel-momma Diane Louis; generally disliked in just about every circle but this wicked-weasel-momma that she is, she has staying power (probably because she eats her young, despite the fact that she’s vegetarian). Very nasty piece of work.

Arlene McKeon is Louis’ sidekick and has an ego to match. You can be certain of one thing: Louis and McKeon have the interests of Louis and McKeon at the top of their priority list.

On the Re-pubic-an side you have another wicked-weasel-momma, Jean Horne, who has a listening problem but likes to give orders. Ever hear the story why we have two ears and one mouth, Jean? Jean is going to have to do some puddle-jumping to keep her feet clear of the doggy-doo piles being left by her darlings Dellisanti, Ruso and others. Horne will also have a problem with New Baltimore highway superintendent Denis Jordan who can’t seem to cooperate with town hall, can’t seem to handle the job he’s expected to do as highway superintendent (more on Hamlet streets in an upcoming article), but has plenty of town-time to take care of special locals — sort of favors for votes. But isn’t that illegal, Mr Dellisanti? You know about it but you haven’t done much about it. Why is that? Jordan has to go!

And then there’s the question of the money being paid to New Baltimore animal control officer Joe Tanner who works full time elsewhere and can’t possibly respond to animal control calls until he get off his other job. That’s why he conjures up undocumented investigations and why his favorite line is “sign a complaint.” Signing a complaint gets him off the hook and the complainant has to do the work. Nice scam for an additional $3-4,000 a year for nothin’. But isn’t that illegal, too, Mr Dellisanti? And what about you, Mr Ruso, isn’t animal control one of your committees? You know about it but haven’t cleaned house yet. Why is that? (But then neither did democraps David Louis or Susan O’Rorke.)

two ears one mouthThe wicked-weasel mommas stay behind the scenes and like to call shots and bark instructions. They like to pick candidates so they have someone to be their sockpuppets. They also like to play dirty behind the scenes and let others take the crap. That’s their wicked-weasel staying power game.

Do Louis and McKeon take the pill?

Do Louis and McKeon take the pill?

dove with olive branchSo what are the wicked-weasel-mommas going to do now that their wicked-weasel candidates can’t expect to run only with democrap or re-pubic-an backing, and they have to get the backing of the next major party, the Independence Party? You guessed it: They grovel and crawl to George Acker, while they wave their insincere, phoney plastic olive branches, begging the Independence party for support and endorsement. But…

George Acker:The Independence party never forgets.”

Well, now that Dellisanti and Ruso have pretty much sewn themselves into a potato sack and are just waiting to be thrown into the Hudson, Arlene McKeon is going to have to do some fancy steppin’. Why? Because the Independence party will be a hard nut to crack for the repubics. Irene Beede, Independence second-in-command, recently told New Baltimore’s Dellisanti that they’ll “need more signatures” to get Independence backing. Translation: You’re dead in the water. Take a walk. According to Independence party chairman George Acker, “The Independence party never forgets.

Then there’s wicked-weasel-mamma Diane Louis who is begging the Independence party to endorse her new sockpuppet, Arthur Fullerton. We’re researching Fullerton but if the adage, “birds of a feather flock together,” proves true, we have some grave concerns. The very fact that Louis is pushing Fullerton already taints him as being cut from the same cloth as a David Louis or a Susan O’Rorke. We’re looking at him in those terms until some really persuasive stuff comes our way.

Who this Arthur Fullerton is is a bit of a mystery but that’s always the case with the democraps and has been the history of any democrap town hall: keep it in the back room. That’s not to say that the re-pubic-ans don’t have their own secret agendas but,  obviously, when Diane Louis sees something in a potential sockpuppet that alone should put the fear of the Lord in all New Baltimore voters from the get-go! Think David Louis. Think Susan O’Rorke. That’s Diane Louis at work.

First of All, We Have to Take Control of Ourselves!

An editorial aside

Voters in New Baltimore and everywhere must stop letting others think for them. Our whole American culture has become a nation of sheeple. Turn on the TV or the radio and listen. You’re being told what to think, what to buy, what you need, what you want, what you should be thinking, what not to think, what you don’t need. They’re even filling your heads with fear and anxiety. What you should be fearing today. Whom you should fear today. Anxiety and fear are very effective methods of controlling populations (remember Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pho Pot?). Another way of keeping populations under control is to isolate them. Isolation is used in prisons to control populations and it’s used on the general population, too! How? You may very well ask! By creating a self-focused society. A ME!-first society. By destroying institutions that unite people, starting with the family, the church, communities. Isolation. Distractions are also very effective: more toys dominating your attention and you won’t notice what’s going on around you. How about keeping people poor? If you’re worried about your bills and survival, you’re likely not to pay very much attention to politics. Right? Very few people today actually think independently; most are simply robots doing what the media tell them to do. Are YOU one of them? Don’t think for a minute that political party leadership in their conventions, caucuses and whatnot have your interests in mind. They first look at electability. Can we get this guy or gal elected? They’re looking for numbers. And they’re looking to put through THEIR agendas. It’s a power trip for them. It’s an ego trip for them. It’s disaster for us!

One lesson we can learn from recent events in Greece, the birthplace of democracy: when governments are screwing you, take to the streets and change it. Good for you, Greece! Democracy is alive and strong in Greece. It’s all but dead in the USA (maybe it never arrived in the USA…maybe it’s all just a big propaganda spoof and you all believe it)!

For the past two decades or so the town of New Baltimore has been merely a feeding ground for incompetent amateurs feeding their inflated egos with hard-working citizens’ votes. We don’t need Harvard M.B.A.s or healthcare administrators to run this town. We don’t need democraps or re-pubic-ans either, since at this level they are DINOs (democrats in name only) or RINOs (republicans in name only) and they’ll change their party affiliations in a flash if it serves their perverse ambitions. And we don’t need political parties or widked-weasel-mommas to select their cronies and tell us whom we are going to have to vote for. Enough already! We don’t need any more outsider amateurs who want a town they can play with. What we need is some dedicated, community-oriented, sincere, honest people who can respect the local culture and respond to local needs and concerns, while having the balls to take a stand and to tell the downstaters and carpetbaggers that this town of New Baltimore belongs to the people of New Baltimore who make their homes here. What we do need is for native New Baltimorans to wake up and take New Baltimore back. We need neighbors and friends to start running the town and tell the cliques and egomaniacs to take a hike.

Anyone who arrogantly tells another citizen resident that his or her chances of working for the good of this town depends on his or her party affiliation and not on his or her merit; in other words, that “Republicans appoint republicans” does not deserve to be in public office — here or anywhere else.

Fullerton, Dellisanti, Ruso, etc., Will you survive?

Fullerton, Dellisanti, Ruso, etc., Will you survive?

Any candidate running in this town of New Baltimore from this point on will have to pass the acid test, will go through a baptism of fire, before he or she makes it to the ballot. We call upon all citizen residents of New Baltimore to start taking responsibility for this town and to join us in telling Diane Louis, Arlene McKeon, Nick Dellisanti, Jeff Ruso and anyone else that this town is still a democracy and is not a party-political machine shop. Any candidate’s priority must and will be the single common good of the community of New Baltimore and nothing less than that.

We’ll be reporting more on this issue as we move closer to the campaigns. We’ll also keep our ears to the ground and pick up any vibes, do our research, collect our facts and report responsibly to the community. We also need to inform the community of New Baltimore town superintendent of highways, Denis Jordan, and his attempt to stay in office to maximize the damage he can do to the town while banking his pension. There’s an alternative brewing that may be the town’s chance to save itself. Stay tuned!

We're cleaning up!

We’re cleaning up!

Since the inauguration of this blog as a reliable source of community information and as a catalyst for change-for-the-better of the communities in the R-C-S southern Albany county and northern Greene county regions, we have accumulated a long list of accomplishments, thanks to the contributions and support of the communities we serve. Here are just a few that we successfully pushed to rid our communities of trash:SUCCESSES%20starburst

  • John Bruno as Mayor of Ravena: He’s history.
  • We showed how Nancy Warner is a two-headed snake and hypocrite: She’s history but doesn’t know it yet.
  • Tom Boehm and his cronies on the Coeymans town board: He’s gone and so are they (rest to follow).
  • The dirty-hands-duo Dirty-Hands-Jerry Deluca and his sidekick Gregory “Dumpy-Dumplin'” Darlington: they’re both gone (but with their pensions, regrettably!).
  • The illegal and unlawful Ravena Health and Fitness Center (and its failure manager, Cathy Deluca): it’s bye-byes for the RHFC and Cathy Deluca (see below).
  • The Coeymans Police Department (but we do support keeping Chief P.J. McKenna in the capacity as law enforcement liaison to the Albany County Sheriff’s Department and the New York State Police; McKenna is a professional law enforcement officer with a great deal of experience and savvy.): it’s curtains for the CPD!
  • The Coeymans incestuous gang of dispatchers: they’re passé.
  • In New Baltimore, we worked to get rid of the democrap mob under Susan O’Rorke and get some new blood in New Baltimore town hall: we’re working to get some work out of the new egomaniacs in NB town hall now.
  • Also in New Baltimore, we worked to oust the former town clerk for alleged abuse of office: we ended up with an initial political appointee, Barbara Finke (NB town supervisor:Nick Dellisanti  “Republicans appoint republicans.” — That was a really bad response, Nick!) who ran unopposed and is now in office — Well, almost, Finke seems to be away, absent, on vacation more than she’s in the clerk’s office (but that’s fuel for another article): Bye-bye next election.
  • We exposed numerous local scandals in Ravena village hall including the incompetence of the village clerk (a Bruno appointee,Annette Demitraszek, and deputy-clerk Kristine Biernacki, Nancy Warner friends), the public works scandals and Henry Traver (we have some tidbits to share on Traver and his relationship with some of the hopeless hopefuls) and Sandy Debacco, the water scandals, the Ravena mayor and boardmember health insurance benefits scandal (full-time benes for less than part-time work!), and we’re still working on those.
  • In New Baltimore we exposed the scandals involving Denis Jordan, NB superintendent of highways, and his unlawful labor practices, his non-existing recordkeeping, his misuse of town resources.
  • In New Baltimore we exposed the problem of Joseph Tanner, animal control officer, being paid several thousands of dollars of taxpayer money while he works full time for the New York State Department of Transportation; he can’t possibly respond to animal control calls while working on a road crew!
  • An the list goes on and on and on. Just search this blog and get the facts! We’re working on some great exposés at this very time. Stay tuned!
"Dirty-Dumplin'" Darlington as Busdriver

“Dirty-Dumplin'” Darlington as Busdriver

And speaking of Gregory “Dirty-Dumplin'” Darlington, former chief of the Coeymans police department. That same dirty cop who conspired with Nancy Warner and then Ravena mayor John Bruno to harass and persecute Ravena kids, how is it that the “Dirty-Dumplin’” was recently observed driving an RCS school bus?!?! How can the RCS school board allow that weasel who was such a savage to our children only a year ago should now be have access to our children on their school buses? Where are you parents? What’s that pervert doing on the bus with your kids? Is the “Dirty Dumplin’” that hard up for a job? Won’t his fellow weasel Albany County District Attorney David Soares give him a job? Nope. Even David Soares isn’t that stupid. Only the RCS board of education can claim to be that stupid. Check out this Family Guy busdriver clip.

Not to be used to support the illegal money-pit, the Ravena Health and Fitness Center!!!

Not to be used to support the illegal money-pit, the Ravena Health and Fitness Center!!!

As for the Ravena Health and Fitness Center: The Ravena town board refused to fund the Ravena Heaps and Fatness Center in 2015. We certainly applauded that move but had to ask Why did it take them so long? Almost a year prior they admitted it was failing and was a money pit. At a recent Ravena village board meeting we were appalled to have heard that the Village was looking into getting county/state funds to keep the money-pit operating for another year, presumably to keep failure Cathy Deluca in a job. Where were they going to get the funds? Well, they expected to get money from the money confiscated from drug dealers and placed in a fund for supporting communities etc. The Ravena village board had better think again. Here’s Why?

  • We smell corruption and collusion in that announcement. Is that why we see Dirty-Hands-Jerry Decluca‘s New York State Association of Fire Chiefs official vehicle at Ravena town hall? Is he still misusing police information to shoe-horn his pet hippo into a secure position?
  • We smell Nancy Warner still trying to keep her biatch-buddy in a job but still at taxpayer expense! It’s not going to work, Nancy. That money you’re greedily eying is earmarked for worthwhile community projects, not to keep your friends in play-money!

The Ravena Health and Fitness Center is dead, and it’s going to stay that way!

According to the local rag, the Ravena News Herald, the Albany County Sheriff’s Department was “interested” in taking over the Ravena Heaps and Fatness money pit! That’s absolutely absurd! To think that Craig Apple or anyone in the Albany County Sheriff’s Department would seriously consider taking over that dump is absolutely scandalous and political suicide! Warning to Mr Apple: Stay clear of the Ravena Health and Fitness Center or face election ruin!

But according to that same report in the Ravena News Herald, Ravena hasn’t heard a peep from Mr Apple or anyone in his department regarding the alleged “interest.” Maybe there still is some sanity in Albany County.

Here’s our promise: If the Village of Ravena or anyone associated with the Village of Ravena even tries to submit a request for funds or grant money, especially from money confiscated from drug dealers, the shit will hit the fan big time. We will obtain all applications and the names of all persons involved and expose them all. We will contact all regional community-based organizations, non-profit community organizations, non-government organizations an create an avalanche that will bury Ravena village hall. Once we’ve gotten the support of regional organizations, we’ll use that support to demand investigations, audits, and prosecutions from the Office of the New York State Attorney General, the Office of the Comptroller, and others. So think again, Ravena, the Ravena Health and Fitness Center is dead, and it’s going to stay that way! And if the Albany County Sheriff is so asinine to allow himself to get involved in such a scandalous and corrupt situation, he’d better start updating his résumé because he’ll be political HISTORY in a New York minute, and be listed as a political suicide!

It’s bad enough that even a rumor is even circulating that any Albany County department would consider taking over the Ravena money pit but to think that the suggestion is that the Albany County Sheriff would be willing to redirect confiscated drug money or any public funds to the third Cathy-Deluca-failure is pure insanity. Note that Mr Apple, and note it well.

Warner and her political cronies to misuse public property for their political ambitions…What’s next, campaign signs in the windows of Ravena village hall?

electioneering

Nancy Warner and Bill Bailey represent all that is corrupt in Ravena — aided and abetted by Ravena “Mayor Mouse” Misuraca’s band of retarded sockpuppets. It’s an election year and the roaches are coming out big-time! Nancy Warner is flashing her fangs from her nag’s head, together with doddering mumbler Bill Bailey, “Mr Nasty” Jim Youmans, Graveyard Manager Rick Touchette, and several other failures. Nancy Warner is dead in the water but doesn’t know it. In fact, we were flabbergasted when we drove by the village gazebo during the village-wide yard sale and saw Nancy Warner, Bill Bailey, Rick Touchette all misusing public property in their electioneering! Misusing public property for party political campaigning is heavy duty unethical and illegal. That’s the same Nancy Warner who had the Coeymans police chasing local village kids when the kids were hanging out at the Gazebo. But it’s OK for Warner and her political cronies to misuse public property for their political ambitions. Right? WRONG! We’d also like to remind our readers, especially our Ravena readers, that it was Nancy Warner [with the support of Bill Bailey] who orchestrated the mindless scandal of creating the Ravena Health and Fitness Center — which we all now know was devouring more than $100,000 a year of Ravena taxpayer dollars before the Ravena board woke up and admitted it was a failure and a money pit —, and it was Nancy Warner, who hired known failure Cathy Deluca to be manager of the fitness center, and who ensured that Ravena village hall insider Robert Fisk managed to collect more than $40, 000 of Ravena taxpayer dollars for his used fitness equipment. And it’s that same Bill Bailey who wants to meter and charge Coeymans fire department for the water they use in responding to emergencies, putting out fires! And it’s the same Nancy Warner and Bill Bailey who want to turn off water to the hamlet of Coeymans. And, Yup!, it’s the same Nancy Warner and Bill Bailey who, for years, have been involved in the unlawful and improper water and sewer billing practices in Ravena. But now they’re looking for your votes! No Way José!

And let us remind RCS residents and taxpayers that it was Nancy Warner and Bill Bailey who upped the RCS Community Library’s rent an additional $600-700 a month to force the library to vacate the library space for the money pit Ravena Health and Fitness Center. And it was Nancy Warner and Bill Bailey along with former Mayor John Bruno and his puppets on the Ravena village board who were constantly threatening the RCS Community Library with eviction. Show us any other community in the civilized world that would do that to its community library!

Warner and Bailey: Illegal and unfair water and sewer billing, shadey bookkeeping, harassment of our kids, illegal and unethical campaign practices, abuse of the community library, supporters of the Cathy Deluca failure system a.k.a. the Ravena Health and Fitness Center, insider dealers. Do you still want to put them back in village hall?

Tom Dolan and Peter Masti of the Coeymans town board are also looking for election to political office. Tom Dolan is an abject failure and an embarrasment to the democrap party: he’s managed to lose his grip on every important issue and is waffler-in-chief on the Coeymans town board. Dolan has to go and like yesterday. He’s got a lot of negative baggage, too, like his alleged manipulation of voting through is Choices office. That’s going to follow him. And let’s not forget the favors he allegedly accepted from local town and village justices for his kids’ drinking and drug problems. He’s corrupt and is not above taking unethical and illegal favors.

Peter Masti misuses Holy Scripture because he misunderstands it — we don’t need to elect fanatics or more tunnel-vision in local government!

Now native Californian Peter Masti, who likes to remind readers of his many letters to the editor in the Troy Record that he’s a registered nurse, is a real dud. We’ve pubished some of his lunatic letters to the editor. Now we’d be the last to malign religion and spirituality, but Masti’s sense of god is perverse. He’s a literalist and fundamentalist (he uses the Bible as a weapon to control, that is, he misuses Holy Scripture because he misunderstands it.) He’s been an embarrassment on the Coeymans town board since he’s was elected. Fanatics and tunnel-vision have no place in our government and we need to start cleaning house at the local level.

"Cryptkeeper"Touchette Campaigning

“Cryptkeeper”Touchette Campaigning

And then there’s Rick Touchette. Touchette has a reputation for lying through is teeth but that’s no news in Ravena-Coeymans politics, much less in Albany democrap circles. We all know that Albany County is already a social and economic graveyard, and that Coeymans and Ravena are even deader. So it’s only natural that Rick Touchette, with his extensive credentials and experience in managing graveyards, should want to run for Albany County legislator. C’mon people, wake up and smell the decaying corpses we have running for public office. The irony of Touchette’s ambition as published in the Ravena News Herald (June 11, 2015) really made us laugh. Here’s a guy (Rick Touchette) whose entire experience is managing cemeteries and now he wants to legislate for Albany County. Now really, neighbors, isn’t that scarey? The Cryptkeeper wants to be your legislator!

Rick Touchette's career is managing cemeteries. Like Ravena/Coeymans, Albany?

Rick Touchette’s career is managing cemeteries. Like Ravena/Coeymans, Albany?

For some years now Touchette has been the executive director of the Albany [Roman Catholic] Diocesan Cemeteries, and if you’ve ever had to deal with that bunch of anal freaks, you’d steer well clear of Touchette.

Ravena Mayoral Race Off and Running

Predictability and Stagnation: Ravena Democratic Slate for Mayor, Councilpersons

Political Stagnation
Political Stagnation in Ravena Village Hall

Vision and Freshness: Ravena Republican Slate

Misuraca-Coye-Mahler Team to Challenge Bruno-Case-Persico Gang

It’s a No-Brainer! Correction: It does require a brain to do what’s right and decide what’s best for the village of Ravena. Ravena needs change, and the Ravena Republican slate is offering voters the opportunity to make that necessary change. The opportunity to give Ravena a new lease on life. Actually, the revitalization of Ravena won’t start on Main Street Ravena until it starts in Village Hall Ravena.

Revitalize Ravena Starting with Ravena Village Hall

Revitalize Ravena Starting with Ravena Village Hall

On January 27, 2014, at the Ravena Democratic Caucus, the Democrats made the same predicatable move to nominate John T. Bruno as their mayoral candidate, and confirmed Martin “Marty” Case and Rocco Persico to be their bad choices for village trustees. Here”s our take on that mistake:

  • The Ravena Democratic caucus met on January 27th but their numbers were way down. Only about half of the usual attendance was there. That should tell you something for a start: They don’t have much support even from their own hangers-on.
  • Furthermore, keep in mind that the Bruno and Persico clans in Ravena are not going to waste a second in calling in their large tribes and their members to hit the polls on March 18, 2014. That’s how it’s done in Ravena: the Incest Club calls all of the tribe to vote for them, and they do stick together. That’s all the more reason why the rest of us have to mobilize and get to the polls!
  • Second of all, Bruno is going to use his medieval strong-arm techniques and his usual threats to bully anyone and everyone to put him back on his throne. Bruno will probably be twisting village employees’ arms, too, threatening them with loss of the cushy jobs if he gets voted out. So Bruno’s pets and appointees will be doing everything they can to keep king Bruno in office. They have a lot to lose if he loses.
  • Remember, too, that Martin “Marty” Case and Rocco Persico work for the RCS Central School District and that bunch stick together like dung beetles on a turd ball. Marty Case just barely got voted in in the last elections and lost in his bid for the Coeymans supervisor’s office this past November 5. He’s a loser when it comes to doing anything except cashing his oversized teacher’s paycheck. Rocco Persico is a school psychologist but didn’t do very much when it came to protecting students or Ravena youth and teens. Both Case and Persico are useless and we can’t expect much more from them. But be prepared for some dirty teacher tricks when it comes to bullying the vote. They’re good at that.
  • Coeymans Democratic Committee chairperson, Tom Dolan, is a multiple loser and has shipwrecked his party in the recent Coeymans town elections this past November. Dolan has a history of playing dirty with the ballots, too. He runs the social services organization Choices, and will likely be abusing his position there to influence the Oakbrook Manor voters. The best thing to do to stop that is to watch Dolan and his minions very closely and to let the Albany County Executive know of any misuse or abuse of power, leave us a comment here and we’ll alert the New York State Comptroller’s office and the NYS Attorney General. Everyone has to take voter fraud and manipulation of votes very seriously, even if it is indirect. Watch Tom Dolan very closely.

But even with Bruno’s behind-the-scenes bullying and Case’s and Persico’s backing by the RCS Central School District, they don’t have much of a chance because they have a pitiful record so far. Even Bruno and Persico might have a tough time getting the votes they need to take the election, even if they do call in village employees and family ties. People are just plainly sick and tired of the misery that life has become in Ravena.

Bruno & the Vampire Squad Albany Dem Machine Will Suck You Dry

Bruno &
the Vampire Squad

Albany Dem Machine
Will Suck You Dry

John Bruno, Marty Case and Rocco Persico are useless to Ravena and its residents; their only value is to the Albany Democratic Machine and its destructive, vampire effect it has on Albany County. All you have to do is compare the vitality and energy just to the South, in Greene County, a traditionally Republican county, to see the difference. If Ravena intends to survive, it has to escape the boney fingers and iron grip of the Dem Machine represented by Bruno and his gang. It has to be done on March 18, at the polls.

Here’s How to Revitalize Ravena:

First of all, clean out village hall and all of the parasites, leeches, crooks, and dead wood that have been nesting there for the past several decades. That means get rid of Bruno and all of his minions. King Rat has to go and then all the other rats will scurry for cover. No matter what lies you may hear from Cathy Deluca or Nancy Warren, it’s all election time campaign rhetoric to save their own asses. Just ask local businesses or count the empty buildings and closed businesses on Main Street alone. Bruno, Deluca, Warner and the rest of the village hall rat pack don’t have a plan; they never did, except to line their own nests with your money and sweat.

The Ravena Republican caucus met on January 29, and was well attended and enthusiastic. Even the town of Coeymans boardmembers were there to show their support. Why so enthusiastic and so much support? Well, because they met to confirm a slate of very promising younger candidates who have the community connections and smarts to do what Bruno and his mob couldn’t or wouldn’t do: Serve the community.

Bill “Moose” Misuraca is the people’s choice for mayor. Bill is young and energetic. He’s a business man and has been doing business right in Ravena for years. He runs the popular Halfway House Tavern, a village institution for going on almost century, and a popular dining and drinking establishment popular with the life-blood of the village of Ravena. (Besides, they have the best seafood chowder in the area!) Bill and his wife, Jena, are familiar and popular figures in Ravena, and both are and have been very active in community affairs, especially when it comes to area children and youth. Bill Misuraca truly has his finger on the pulse of the community; Bruno has his fingers in your pockets.

Joe Coye and Keith Mahler are challenging Marty Case and Rocco Persico. From where we are sitting, it’s going to be like shooting fish in a barrel and we really feel sorry for Case and Persico. But they asked for it. Marty Case has lost so many times already he’s apparently gotten to like being a loser; Rocco Persico is so laid back and “slow” he probably hasn’t even caught up with last week. Joe Coye and Keith Mahler form a great team together with Misuraca, and once elected will bring light, vision, and hope to village Hall. But what’s more important: Misuraca, Coye and Mahler are likely to shake things up, clean things up, and clear things out of village hall that should never have been there in the first place. We also expect that they’ll trim a lot of the fat and bring transparency and accountability back to Ravena. Feels good already, doesn’t it? You can almost smell the freshness in the air already.

revitalize the community

Our polls tell the real story already. In fact, we’ve moved all the polls, unchanged, to this article so that those in the community who have not yet participated can do so now. Misuraca takes the lead by a considerable margin over Houghtaling, while Bruno has 0 support in our polls. We’ve added a new poll below to get your inputs on (1) the Republican and Democrat mayoral candidates, and (2) the candidates running for village of Ravena trustee. Let the numbers be your guide!

[Editor’s Note: The write-in candidates marked with an * were not consulted regarding their willingness to run prior to this posting. We feel, however, that they would make excellent village trustees and so we have drafted them and are proposing them as write-ins for village trustee.]

Finally, a word of advice to Mr George E. Langdon, newly elected Town of Coeymans councilmember: Mr Langdon, you were elected to serve the commuinity and residents of the Town of Coeymans on the Town of Coeymans town board. You should concentrate on your duties and responsibilities on that board, and should spend every waking hour committed to that trust put in you by the voters of the town of Coeymans. Any other distractions from the service to the public for which you were elected should be avoided. Specifically, the distraction of power-grabbing and your attempts to steal the chairmanship of the Coeymans Republican Committee must cease and desist immediately. Concentrate on the job for which you were elected, or resign and then consider the chairmanship (if you dare). Under no circumstances should an elected public official/servant have the chairmanship of a political party committee; it may be legal but it’s not ethical! Stop now!

And a word to Mr Kenneth Burns, newly elected Town of Coeymans councilmember: Do the job for which you were elected and stay out of the business of political coups. A good word of advice to you, Mr Burns is this: keep your advice as to father figures to yourself. You’ll find less egg on your face.

Stay tuned for more important information on the candidates, the elections, and how we think Ravena can join the 21st century.

If anyone knows anything about any of the candidates or anyone close to them that is relevant to their fitness for public office, please share your information with us at rcs.confidential@gmail.com. Now’s the time to go public with it. You owe it to the community and to yourself.
