Raped by the Coeymans Police Department!

20 Nov

Of course, any Town of Coeymans official or member of the Coeymans Police Department has the opportunity to deny, correct, to clarify any of the statements made in this article. All he or she has to do is leave a comment. We want to hear what you have to say.

Thieves in Law Enforcement And They're Robbing Us Blind!!!

Thieves in Law Enforcement
And They’re Robbing Us Blind!!!

This just in from one of our informants:

Just a few tidbits happening at Coeymans PD.

blehOfficer Ryan Johnson who is supposed to be working for the DEA full-time (but is paid through our town of Coeymans tax dollars – not the DEA), and who can be found hanging out at the Coeymans PD all day and even being allowed to pick up OT shifts has now been promoted to Sargeant at Coeymans PD.  Now you need to ask how it is that he can be a FT employee of the DEA (and just had his contract extended with the DEA) and now be promoted to Sargeant at Coeymans PD also – Isn’t this “double dipping”????   It just goes to show that the bad cops always come out on top! But only if the Coeymans town council allow it! The Coeymans town council has ultimate supervisory authority over the Coeymans Police Department and it’s idiot dodo chief, Darlington. So why don’t we ask what in hell is going on in that looney-bin of a town hall?

(Who exactly is paying Johnson? What is the contract with the DEA? Does the DEA reimburse Coeymans for Johnson’s time? What is he doing all day at the Coeymans p.d.? Why does he charge overtime if he’s working for the DEA? What was the basis of his promotion? Number of citizen complaint? Number of civil rights violations? Let’s get some answers, people!)

AGAIN: We say put a moratorium, a stop to any major decisions, including any promotions, especially in the Coeymans police department, until the new town board takes over in January.

Me RCO Me Want OT!

Me SRO
Me Want OT!

Coeymans police officer Danielle Crosier is getting all the OT she could possibly want or “create” as the RCS Central School District “School Resource Officer.” But the kids are still doing all the enforcement work and stopping the bullying in the schools.   When have you ever found it necessary for an SRO to ride the school bus with the football players after hours to an away-game and guess what – She was paid OT for this trip.  How long will it be before we hear about the sexual escapades with the hot-and-horny athletes?!? School Resource Officer? Sounds to us like it’s a goldmine for a rookie female cop whose panties are too tight!  Get that little vixen out of the school and put the teachers and administrators to work! That’s what they’re being paid to do! This isn’t the Bronx or Queens, its Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk! Why do we need police officers in our school corridors?!? (We should ask the working breeder-pairs, not parents, parents parent, but breeder-pairs. They breed them but don’t parent them—the same ones who voted the current RCS teachers board to be the RCS board of education. LOSERS!)

(Why was officer Danielle Crosier making the trip with the team? Was there some suspicion of criminal activity? Was Crosier in uniform? Was Crosier carrying a weapon? Was Crosier in the men’s locker room? Why did the team need Crosier to make the trip with them? Who approved the overtime? Who approved the trip?!?)

Aren’t you so glad to see our tax dollars are being so well administered by our trusted elected officials. Tie up Boehm, Rogers and Dolan until after January, when the new Coeymans town board takes over.

The Town of Coeymans is out of control! It seems the Coeymans police department and the Coeymanazis are running things and everyone in the Coeymans p.d. is cashing in. Why is the Town of Coeymans not  accountable to anyone.  The current Coeymans town board and PD are raping each and every one of us and getting away with it.

If/when a police department obtains a special accreditation entitling them to even less oversight, that’s when you really have to worry: https://www.muckrock.com/foi/new-york-16/accreditation-program-records-for-police-departments-in-albany-county-7879/

Try some FOIL requests with that department, although if they’re anything like other PDs in the area they’ll probably just ignore the law.

“put the teachers and administrators to work! That’s what they’re being paid to do!”

You think? At least some get paid for not working.

Thank you, CKP, for your comment and for that interesting link!

Surely you must be joking! FOIL for the Coeymans Police Department’s records or any information?!? Prepare yourself to meet the world’s greatest scofflaws! And they’re in uniform. Darlington has NEVER responded to our e-mails or letters. Same applies to other law enforcement…even Gregory Seeley, Sheriff in Greene County. Must be that they think of themselves as above the law; they don’t have to comply. Everyone else is part of the criminal mass–only they and their keepers are clean. The more they think that way, the dirtier they get. Case in point: Coeymans police department, its chief Gregory Darlington, its main bobo, Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca.

As for the teachers, they, too have become self-interested parasites. Yes, like the cops they have gone South when it comes to ethics, morals, mission. We have to tap the mediocre even to find one that comes close to what was a teacher. Yes, you have those sentimental, naïve, Polyurethane Polyannas who will claim that all the teachers are wonderful. To be truthful, some really are but you have to think: “If you lie down with dogs you wake up with fleas!” Or, “It’s the rotten apples that spoil the barrel.” We’ve always said on this blog: Its up to the teachers and the cops to clean their own houses or to all smell like the dirty ones!

Thanks again for your comment and the link. Nice job!

it’s my understanding that coeymans pays his salary to work the DEA task force. When a drug dealer is arrested and the goods sold, guns cars jewelry and cash, ect. then part of that is returned to the police agencies involved. It’s also my understanding that as part of this task force all officers on it have authority any place any time.

Thanks very much, Jim, for your comment. You provided volumes more useful information for residents than the Coeymans police department, the Ravena News Herald, the Times Union, or the Coeymans town board have ever done on the subject. Of course, anything is more than zero. Right?

But your question raises other questions: Why does Coeymans need a specific DEA task force member in the Coeymans police department only to then have to pay the DEA task force for having the officer? Aren’t we taxpayers already paying for the DEA? Shouldn’t they actually be assisting local communities aready in the great “War on Drugs?”

Another question: Is Coeymans really that much of a drug den? Or is the drug thing just a big dog-and-pony act, smoke-and-mirrors to mislead residents into a state of anxiety and fear so that they believe they need the Coeymans p.d.? Sounds like a page out of the Boehm book of lies.

Look, a dozen pot plants doesn’t make Coeymans the world’s supplier of pot.

A couple of dirty, poorly maintained, ancient guns doesn’t make a resident an arms dealer. The much touted raid on the Black family’s residence turned up a couple of pot plants which the local press inflated to be literally pounds of pot–of course it was pounds when you’re weighing the plant the soil and probably the pot, too!–and they never found a “stolen gun” on the property, which was what they were looking for with the illegal search warrant in the first place (information provided by a local druggie, of course). When the gun was finally recovered from another house (!) the person(s) in possession of the item were never charged (!) and the gun was a dirty little antique piece of junk (looks almost like a toy). Thank you Cuomo! Thank you Safe Act. Thank you Coeymans Police State!

What you overlooked is that before any of the seized goods can be turned into cash, the suspects have to be arrested, charged, arraigned, held in custody, prosecuted, found guilty, sentenced, etc. They’ll usually get a public defender if it even survives scrutiny as to the legality of the search, the legality of the seized property, etc. Do the math. Paying the DEA for psycho-cop + his alleged overtime, the costs of any prosecution, and the proceeds from the sale of any property siezed IF the suspect is found guilty. Let’s see: a dozen pot plants siezed = 0, because you can’t turn the pot plants into cash, they’re incinerated; a couple of ancient but allegedly illegal weapons = 0 because you can’t really sell junk and if the weapons are actually “illegal” you can’t sell them. Cost of psycho-cop Johnson $52,000+ plus any overtime, cost of overhead for the Coeymans police department operations in the raid, cost of prosecution, etc. Looks like Coeymans is in the hollow…I mean in the hole on this one and all the others. Does this math work for you? For the taxpayers in Coeymans? I think it sucks, personally.

Once again, Jim, thanks very much for your comment.

Please change the name of this article. Using rape in your title isn’t a funny anecdote. One is always allowed to be critical of authority but you should be ashamed of yourself for being so childish. Please remove the word “rape” and replace it with a verb that accurately describes your point and is politically correct. Thank you.

Dear, Rosie: Grow up! Rape has its connotations and we are very sympathetic to those who are so limited in their perspective as to restrict their understanding to one narrow, gender-specific, hyped form of despicable and condemnable conduct, whether of man or woman.

For your edification, here are some very current uses of the word, “rape”:

As a transitive verb (used with an object):

        -to force to have sexual intercourse (obviously the one you know);
        -to plunder (a place); despoil;
-to seize, take, or carry off by force.

The word “rape” also refers to a plant, Brassica napus, of the mustard family, whose leaves are used for food for hogs, sheep, etc., and whose seeds yield rape oil.

And finally, “rape” means the residue of grapes, after the juice has been extracted, that is used as a filter in making vinegar.

So, you see, Rosie you should be cautious when commenting because you may embarrass yourself. It is YOU who should be ashamed for exhibiting yourself as “childish” for being so ignorant not to know that the word “rape” has more meanings than your petty, sordid little mind can deal with. Get your mind out of the gutter, girl!

The word “raped” stays in the title (1) because it is used correctly in the context to mean to “plunder,” “despoil,”, (2) “raped” accurately describes the points we are making as per (1), and we couldn’t give a shite about “political correctness!” We refuse to scrub the dictionary because of the sociopathic minority in the American population.

As for your misuse of the term “anecdote,” which by definition means: “a short account of a particular incident or event, especially of an interesting or amusing nature, a short, obscure historical or biographical account.” The use of “rape” in the title isn’t an anecdote, dear. You may find that the article itself contains at least two “anecdotes” or two ‘short accounts of particular incidents or events’ that are of an ‘especially interesting or amusing nature,” the “anecdotes” are within the article, not in the title.

Should you in future be interested in a broader use of vocabulary of the English language, we would recommend also the use of a very readily available online dictionary and thesaurus at http://dictionary.reference.com/. Using a dictionary can save you a lot of grief.

Our source for the above definitions is Random House Dictionary© publiched by Random House, Inc. (2013).

Thank you for your comment and for reading this blog. We hope you find it not only interesting but educational as well.

Now, did you somehow forget to comment on the actual topic of the article?

Thank you, Daniel, for your interesting comment.

Good Question: Does she have any authority out of Coeymans? In general, there are jurisdictional questions but she does have general police powers, although she would have to leave the formalities to the local jurisdiction. But say, for instance, that she doesn’t have complete jurisdiction wherever the trip went. What in hell would she be going on the trip for, anyway? And why on an away game with a bunch of athletes? Did she expect them to bully each other (Reasonable assumption that they probably would, isn’t that what school athletics is all about? Coaches bullying athletes. Athletes bully each other? Teams bullying other teams?).

So that’s your second question: Why did she go in the first place? We need to ask her bosses and RCS Central School District Superintendent Alan McCartney and perhaps the teachers board…er, escuse me, the RCS board of education that question: Why was it necessary for the RSO to go on the away game, riding on the bus with the team of male athletes. Is that how Ms Danielle Crosier gets her rocks off?

And once all of the above questions are answered to our satisfaction (highly unlikely, indeed!), what about charging the time? The overtime allegation. What about the overtime allegations that she actually charged time, in fact, overtime to go on the trip?!?

An awful lot of legal, ethical, and financial questions need to be answered in this one instance. How many others get swept under the rug while they’re cashing their checks?
