Darkness Has Descended On the RCS Central School District: Evil, Immorality, and Ethical Disaster!

21 May

The RCS CSD Has Made Its Bed for the Next Three Years The Future Is Dark, Dark Indeed

The 2013-14 RCS CSD school budget has passed.
That’s good.

James Latter of ethics and law violations fame has been confirmed by the vote. Jason Hyslop and Patrick Brown, too. Voters have thus voted in the teachers clique, the teachers union, the Coeymanazis. We owe their success to those who did not vote.

RCS Hands the Pearls Over to the Swine

RCS Hands the Pearls Over to the Swine

We Commend the RCS school district and the RCS community for its continuing efforts to self-destruct, to shoot itself in the foot, and to invite abuse, special interests and dirty tricks. You have now three years to weep.

As for the outgoing RCS CSD president, Mr John Vadney, and the only woman on the board*, Ms Judy Sylvester, you offered the community justice, fairness, honesty and integrity. Mr Laszlo Polyak, you offered them an alternative to the decades of suppression and a committed listening ear together with extensive experience. The RCS school district opted instead for a known scoundrel and two nobodies.

It is our sincere hope that you will continue your good work from the gallery and do what has to be done to ensure that the board, now firmly in the hands of villains and scoundrels, now working for the Teachers Union, is kept dancing barefoot on broken glass for the next three years. Make the speakers podium smoke and burn!

As for us, we’ll continue publishing facts and truth, while watching each and every move of each member of the RCS CSD board of education with the finest scrutiny, if only to ensure that every indiscretion and false move is duly reported.

As for the irregularities noted in the polling, they will be the subject of formal written complaints.

As for past delicts of teachers, coaches we encourage parents and residents to file your Notices of Claim and seek recourse and satisfaction. Now is not the time to be weak!

YOU DID NOT LOSE, YOU WERE SIMPLY NOT ELECTED BY THOSE WHO VOTED.

VADNEY, SYLVESTER, POLYAK: NOW IS THE TIME TO ORGANIZE ALL THOSE RESIDENTS AND FOLKS WHO RIGHTLY FEEL THEY’VE BEEN RAPED AGAIN BY THE FIENDS OF RCS. NOW YOU CAN ORGANIZE AS CITIZEN-RESIDENTS AND DRIVE THE MESSAGES HOME. YOU DID NOT LOSE, YOU WERE SIMPLY NOT ELECTED BY THOSE WHO VOTED. ALL THIS MEANS IS THAT YOU CONTINUE THE BATTLE ON BEHALF OF THE COMMUNITY FROM THE TRENCHES. YOU WILL NO LONGER BE SUBJECTED TO THE BACKSTABBING, THE HUMILIATION, AND THE HYPOCRISY AND HAVING TO HOLD YOUR TONGUES. NOW IS THE TIME TO CHANGE YOUR TACTICS AND STRATEGIES.

Thank you for your fine efforts Mr John Vadney, Ms Judy Sylvester, and Mr Laszlo Polyak. You are heros and champions  in the finest senses of the words! Now you’ll have the time for your families and to protect their interests. You’ve already spent too much time away from them casting pearls before swine!

* Editor’s Note: We are informed by a reader that Ms Sylvester was not the “only woman on the RCS CSD board of education,” that Alice Whalen is also a woman (according to the reader). If that is a fact, then we apologize (not for Alice Whalen claiming to be a woman) for our error. We will accept that reader’s observation to be true fact and will not require documentation or verification in this case.

I was just minding my manners as I was taught by my parents, and being a good sport by congratulating the winners. I’m not vindictive or a sore loser, but know what goes around eventually comes around — it’s called karma. This community reaps what it sows. And I also learned from my dad, never to poop in your own back yard or fling poop because it might land on somebody outside this community that can take everything from you without even sneezing. Give the mayor a break he needs to complete his mission on making our community a ghost town ! look around folks Main st is empty that is mayors Bruno’s legacy be happy !!! I also refuse to lower myself to their level !

Cookie may be correct; Vadney and Sylvester were victims of their own success. But you also have to understand due to the huge publicity in the capital region the RCS board inadvertently placed themselves in a glass fishbowl so everybody will be watching! At the Meet the Candidates night on May 8, 2013, an SED individual was taking notes. They professionally introduced themselves to all the candidates and spoke to Patrick Brown for a good 10 minutes. Professionally explaining what SED has to offer in assistance if anyone was elected or re-elected. Reinforcing positively what SED has to offer is neutral to the communities right to elect its own board. At the board meeting May 14,2013 again SED was taking notes again, as all six candidates made statements on what they would and could do to make positive change for our school district. So the new school board is going to be hard pressed to “do the right thing” for the entire school district.
Especially after the Times Union Editorial where they kicked The NYS Education Dept. in the teeth so it won’t surprise me to see audit after audit. If everyone had half of a brain they would shut up pretended they love each other and say only nice things about our community we might get out of this with our pension intact Because as everybody knows federal investigators will do what they need to do and before they even say hello to you and ask one question they already have you. They just want to see how many times you want to obstruct. State officials just simply take notes first then approach you and positively ask you to make changes for the better. If you don’t then they investigate. And if forced to investigate they will remove you in handcuffs. So this is a win-win-win situation for our school district.

Another issue was created when Matthew Miller’s letter was sent out to union members 5/4/13. NYSUT union attacking a sister union CSEA. So that will be played out on upper levels it will be interesting to see the outcome of that. Why pay dues if you are going to be attacked by other unions.

Enclosed is a copy of my response to the News Herald. Let’s see how much of it is actually printed. And let’s not forget the Dignity Act that is going to be a quiet way for Governor Cuomo to address and remove school district administrators, teachers, and union reps; and change our entire educational thinking and quietly force out politics in our school districts. Now all we need is our state legislatures to come up with a better way to fund our student’s education. My response to the News Herald:

I wondered what your plans now that the election is over and what you plan for the future.

First, I want to congratulate Jim, Jason and Patrick on their election. I have been involved in the community for 25 years researching and sharing records and; I will continue to be available as needed. I will continue to follow community issues. When it comes to education, I will continue to strive for positive changes to the benefit of the students, faculty and leaders of our community!

Brief reflections on your campaign would also be appreciated.

On the campaign trail people told me that they did not like negative articles in the newspapers and wished there were no politics in education or learning. It’s ok to be conservative, liberal, republican, democrat, farmer, blue collar, white collar, artist, sports jock, etc. It’s not ok to be a bully! Our kids and adults will learn how beautiful and wonderful our world is from so many different perspectives without bullying and rather from a place of respect as reinforced from every community member.

Mayor Bruno (personally handed me documentation (with a business card with Latter, Brown and Hyssop’s names on it) about a legal matter that occurred 20 years ago, brought on by the Mayor’s cousin, and was legally determined to be unfounded! Was this an attempt to influence the outcome of the election through intimidation and character assassination tactics; basically bullying ~ trying to get me (Laszlo) to drop out of the race? Was this an attempt to fix the election? As you witnessed, Bryan, Mr. Deluca (a Coeymans Police Investigator) questioned me at the Meet the Candidates night, regarding my alleged association with blogs, when he already knew that I’ve given copies of records and the blogs to the Coeymans Police Chief and other agencies/persons; was this another bullying tactic? How can the RCS School District address bullying, when some of its prominent leaders blatantly bully candidates to affect the outcome of school board elections? Dirty politics? I will continue to share records with everybody, including the news media as appropriate.

My campaign was conducted positively. I talked to as many community members as I could and assured all, at the Meet the Candidates Night that I was there for them (you), and that it wasn’t about me (Laszlo), but it is about community members and students. I will continue to effect change for the benefit of the students and the residents of the RCS CSD to make the school district succeed ~ where students continue to be proud of their education and will go out into the world and be productive members of society after receiving an excellent education!

I will take issue with your having congratulated the Fiends of RCS candidates on their having taken advantage of the soft bed provided by the Vadney team on the BoE. The RCS community demonstrated how bad they can really be: (1) it’s indifference to their privilege of the vote, (2) their ego-centric cake-and-eat-it-too syndrome, while stuffing their faces, they’re losing everything of value–their kids, for example, to the Coeymanazis, (3) their stupidity in not acknowledging the facts even when force-fed or administered i.v., (4) their scandalous ingratitude to the very persons who stood firm to ensure fair treatment in the RCS district and the community.

I really don’t give a gopher turd for the NYSED (NY State Education Department) which is from the start a special-interest department within state government and a general union-whore. State and federal law enforcement, including the FBI have turned a blind eye to the corruption in this community. The offices of Albany District Attorney, another whorehouse in government with it’s chief pimp P[udenda] David Soares and his democrat ass-kissing and palm-greasing, and the NYS Attorney General who would do better if he would move his sleezy ass and respond to some of the complaints we know he’s received from this district.

The IRS should be up the local crooks’ rectums with firecrackers by now–like Jena Misuraca and Moose Misuraca and their godfather-behind-the-scenes, Jerry Perrine–so we’re wondering when the hammer’s going to fall on our local crooked non-profits like the RCS Sports Association? Who are they fronting for? Organized crime betting rings?

And then there’ll be the lawsuits which should be filed soon. Vadney’s been accused of suing the district and was innocent. I say DO IT! At least you’ll be doing what they say you did. At least this once it’ll be true.

Let’s see if Cathy Deluca gets slammed with her conspiracy to hijack the director position at the illegal Ravena Community fitness whorehouse and her snagging $30K + benes for that position. And the RCS Sports Association and their “raffle.” Wait til local vendors demand equal time in the concession stand if it ever happens. The RCS Sports Association will have no legal control, since it will be “donating” the stand to the school district, who will have final say on what goes on in it. OH! There’s going to be the devil to pay in the near future and we’re going to be there to stoke the flames. You betcha!

And let’s not forget the geezer mayor-mummy John Bruno wants to run for Ravena mayor again! What’s it going to be now? See if we can scare all businesses out of the district? Between him and the Coeymanazis, we’re pretty much 4th world already. What more can the teachers clique, the teachers union, the Delucas, Larry Conrad, Bruno, Biscone and the rest of Mamon’s* Merry Marys steal? Not much left.

But leave it to the RCS voters; they’ll manage to screw themselves even worse in the near future. For Sale signs will be popping up quicker than springtime dandelions on a Ravena lawn.

      * Sorry. Some readers thought I meant “moron” when I wrote “Mamon.” I meant “mamon” and was not aware so many people would not catch my pun. “Mamón” is Spanish for “sucker.” It is also urbanese for “a snobish person or show off, often thinking he is better than others.” You’ll also find it in the New Testament, “”Ye can not serve God and mammon” (Matt. 6:24) (“mamon” here is material interests).

I see it that Vadney and Sylvester were victims of their own success. Last year, and in previous years, the budget increases were beyond reason. Those opposed to those budgets came out to vote. This year they were instrumental in putting forth a sane budget increase that was non-controversial. Those that saw the budget increase as acceptable did not come out to vote. Plain and simple. Except that next year, the budget will be sky high.

In any event, Vadney and Sylvester deserve a big thanks. At least we had one good year.

Thank you, Cookie, for that sensible and plausible analysis. I see a totalitarian, dictatorial, disastrous 2014-15 ahead. Thanks to the Vadney leadership and the Sylvester, Robbins, Krzykowski, Lukens team, we are over the hump for 2013-14. There will probably be less of an appearance of dissent and negotiation this time around since they’re all robots on the board, now. Some will say it’s “functional” because there’s no room for debate and the Coeymanazis will have no opposition. Others, more observant, will see through the “calm” and see the real tyranny!

      Thanks again!

      Peace!

As to your second proposal: Given the sources and the products. Given the circumstances. Given the givens. No.

To which school of thought do you subscribe that requires that good citizenship must acquiesce, submit. The moral theology and ethics, the philosophy I studied required that the law be obeyed, not public opinion, but conscience is the highest authority.

Can you please find a new hobbie and let this community move forward. Over the last 2 year’s the circus like actions of the board have caused our home values to plummet. I dreaded what the TU would report after each board meeting, as we became the laughing stock of the capital region.

The bullying has to stop. Adults need to conduct themselves as adults. We should all strive for our children to be more successful than we are and lead by example. It is a shame when successful people are criticized for working hard.

    Enjoy your day.

      Dear Mike:

Would you please learn to spell. It’s hobby not “hobbie.”

Would you please take some courses in psychology, sociology and ethics? You’re talking, writing a very large pile of ignorant bullshit!

RCS became the laughing stock of the Capital Region because RCS is BALL-LESS and the Times Useless is unscrupulous, actually it likes to sell newspapers, not news, to get its circulation numbers up, which sell advertising, which is the real money-maker. And let’s be clear on one very large, looming fact: It’s people like you, your spelling, your half-baked ignorant conclusions, and your gullibility that make this RCS district and region a circus of clowns, a laughing stock. Have you forgotten that the very board you are pointing a finger at did not drop out of the sky, it was ELECTED by the voters of RCS! You dorkus!

And don’t repeat what I’ve been writing for more than a year! Get your own material!

Please don’t despair! Sometimes you have to fight fire with fire. Do you really think that the mob voted to the board was the voice of the people? Not after they brainwashed every eligible student and sent them to vote! After they brainwashed the students and the students went home and chatted mom and dad up, the propaganda mill was up and running and spewing out moronic robots to do the Fiends of RCS’s bidding.

How can any community admit that it re-elected a scoundrel like Latter and two widgets supported by a band of thugs like Fiends of RCS? Yes, that is unbelievable.

What other community and district would allow one of the candidates’ wives to work the sign-in tables at the polling place? Only RCS would be my guess!

But everything happens for a reason and I conclude that now is the time for the majority, the real majority of this distict to organize under capable leadership, capable leadership and concern for the community that was humiliated, abused, wasted while on the board. Those people can now organize outside of the public’s scrutiny and perhaps undermine the teachers clique, the teachers union, and the Coeymanazis a.k.a. Fiends of RCS, from the outside.

The tragedy is that now the teachers clique and the teachers union have $41 million of taxpayer money to divvy up.

      Aren’t we all! Dear Pundit!

More people probably turned out to pick up their Arby’s coupon. But we’ll never know because the Town of Coeymans didn’t keep track of where the coupons went or how many went where. We’ve already demanded the information under the NYS Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) and no records were kept.

Vadney, Sylvester and the rest of the resident-business group on the board did extremely well under very difficult circumstances. That’s that. Chapter finished. Thank you! Now it’s on to take what was learned and to apply it to achieve the same goals. Not that it will be easier, but I think it will be much more effective and efficient if those leaders Vadney, Sylvester, Polyak take what they know, organize groups in the community, and create an agenda of their own, and make life absolutely miserable for the board. By “miserable” I don’t mean create obstacles to anything good, assuming, of course that they are in any way capable of Good, but applying and enforcing a rigid scrutiny and scathing, exacting oversight. After all, the same words used by the Coeymanazis and Fiends of RCS can continue to be used: You’re working for US, now!

Just watch the money, though. It has a tendency to go to places like Matt Miller and positions like “energy manager.”
