Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca–Coeymans’ Own Bobo-Cop

19 Nov

RoboCop Was A Hit But Coeymans’ BoboCop, Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca, Is A Real Loser. Who’s the DumbAss Who Hired Him and Handed the Fool a Gun and A Badge. Deluca’s More of A WalMart Lurker than a Police Investigator!

Cow-eymans Worst!
Deluca: “Me has gun. Me has badge. Me Bobo-Cop.”

Here are More Reasons Why the Whole Coeymans Police Department Should be Canned and the Albany County Sheriff Should be Tasked with Cleaning Up the Coeymans P.D. and Getting Rid of the Thugs.

Jerry Deluca:
“Have you seen this person?”

With all the talk about a “Ravena-Coeymans Teen Activities Center” to go in the Fisk property at 172 Main Street in Ravena (Yes, the same property where the failed fitness center was located, and Yes! the same place where the village of Ravena (Bruno, Warner, Deluca) purchased more than $40,000 in used fitness equipment for the Ravena Fitness Center that is replacing the RCS Community Library), we found out that recently the Coeymans Police were looking for a convicted pedophile. Where? Last known address of Mr Cunningham (see more at New York Sex Offender Profile) was at 136 Main Stree, Ravena, just a couple of doors down the street from the…Ravena-Coeymans Teen Activities Center! More on this later, though.

In an article, “Child Abuse Auspect Beat Rap, Kept Bail.
Records show after loss of evidence tape, suspect mistakenly given bail cash” by Brendan J. Lyons, June 27, 2011,  the Albany Times Union reports “But months later the criminal case fell apart during a pre-trial suppression hearing when a Coeymans police investigator [Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca] testified his department inadvertently destroyed its videotaped interviews with the alleged child victims. ”  And in another article, “Child abuse suspect beat rap, kept bail ” by Bryan Fitzgerald published in the Albany Times Union on June 27, 2011,  our Coeymans police investigator, Dirty Hands Jerry, explains why the pervert he was investigating got away Scott free and with his bail money, ““We had just gotten recording devices installed shortly before this case took place,” said Coeymans Investigator Jerry DeLuca, a police department spokesman. He said the department had preserved a copy of its videotaped interview with Christiansen as evidence. But the videos showing police interviewing the alleged victims were lost when they were recorded over days later.'”  [Well, Mr Albany DA P.[Pudenda] David Soares, what have you to say about your minions in Coeymans? We suppose you handed out awards for this gaff?] Good Lord, where do we find these idiots!?! Who makes them law enforcement officers?!? Are we really paying these people double figure salaries!?! ? `This guy, N. Christiansen, was indicted for four counts violating minor females four times!!!

As I mentioned above, the Coeymans P.D. dropped the ball on a second unregistered sex offender, so  you shouldn’t be surprised that the Coeymans P.D. morons had an unregistered sex offender just yards away from the “RC Teen Activity Center,” and didn’t know where the perv was? You’re paying these bimbos millions in tax money to be , well, bimbos, bobos! And it seems all they’re really good for is handing out retaliation and harassment.

My advice to all you local Ravena-Coeymans fools who think that the Coeymans Police are such great responders think about this: For a couple of hundred dollars you can get yourself an alarm system if you’re afraid of an intruder (do you really know how rare that is, though, an intruder around here?) Or, if your so afraid of dying, get yourself a medical alert device that will alert the central response station…you seem to think you want the police to respond? I’d much rather have the paramedics show up. I’d be afraid the Coeymans P.D. would put a pillow over my face and ransack the place, calling it an “intruder incident” and arresting some dumbass kid for it. Yeah, I trust’em all rightabout as far as I can throw a fat-ass Deluca!

Well, practically the entire world knows about Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca’s apparently fraudulent claims at being influential and having a number of businesses on the side like Deluca Public Affairs (Yeah, Jerry, most of your affairs either are or become public, don’t they? Ask Cathy.), his alleged consultant gig with the Automotive Recyclers Association of New York (ARANY), his connections with the Department of Environmental Conservation, the New York Assembly (Well, the results of our inquiries indicate that no one at the NY Assembly knows old Dirty-Hands and there’s no record of his ever being a consultant there.). Deluca claims also to run the Main Street Small Business Coalition (MSBBC), too.

And while he’s beating the Coeymanazi drum, Deluca is on the Coeymans P.D. payroll as a so-called investigator. But speaking of the Coeymanazis, Deluca was also intensely involved with the recent 2012-12 school budget vote that got the attention of the investigators and auditors at the NYS Education Department, that got the democratic process in this district investigated. The preliminary result of that investigation was some very embarassing press coverage in the local media. The final results of the investigation have not yet been officially released.

Deluca enjoys some dubious fame for his and his wife’s, Cathy Deluca, frequent volatile and insulting outbursts at RCS board of education meetings, and their outrageous attacks on board members who were not on board with the Coeymanazi platform and agenda. We seem to have gotten a break from their performances now that useless superintendent Elizabeth “Betsy” Smith has jumped ship and we now have a real leader and take-no-prisoners superintendent in the renowned Dr Alan McCartney. Dr McCartney put them in their place quickly enough.

Coeymans P.D.
Speciality

We also know Deluca’s slime game that he played out through former board of education parasite, Josephine Tracey-O’Connor, and the misuse and abuse of O’Connor’s idiot father, Joseph “Joe” Tracey, in attempting to frame the sitting RCS board of education president. That, as we have already reported, was a feeble attempt to decimate the residents’ majority on the board of education and hand it back to the teachers clique and the Coeymanazis. The attempt failed…miserably. Seems there was an interesting connection between Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca and Josephine O’Connor that inflitrated the Coeymans Police Department and some very private interests had a questionable influence on how the law was enforced in Coeymans. Right, Jerry?

But we now have a report from an eye witness on how Dirty Hands Jerry Deluca, even though he and his missus, Cathy Deluca,  have been pretty much silenced in the legitimate public forum, have taken their vendettas to the street. Retaliation and harassment are alive and well and still being practiced by certain members of the Coeymans Police Department.

A couple of days ago, Dirty Hands Jerry made a special attempt to harass another member of the board of education, board president J. Vadney, while the man was loading a truck with debris removed from a Coeymans building he is renovating. Seems he had his pick-up truck parked in front of the building he owns (Yes. It was allegedly on the fragments of sidewalk still existing, if you can call it sidewalk.) and Dirty Hands Jerry, passing in his private vehicle, made an effort to back down the hill and put a  parking ticket on the man’s truck! So much for supporting Coeymans’ renaissance. Thanks, Jerry, for supporting efforts made to improve the community!

Well, the building owner, Mr Vadney, was not playing this stupid game. As if we haven’t had enough stupidity in the Coeymans P.D. with the likes of Gregory Darlington, chief dorkus, and psycho-cop Ryan Johnson (who’s dropped off the radar screen), and Kerry Thompson, the ticket was yet another example of Deluca’s perpetration of unlawful harassment and retaliation.

According to the witness, Deluca called in and obviously knew who he was ticketing. Anyone with half a brain (But can we actually credit Deluca with that much gray matter?) would think: In a recent case, all of the local town justices and village justices recused themselves from the case to avoid the appearance of impropriety and bias. Which judge did Deluca think would adjudicate the ticket? Or did Deluca intend that the building owner take the ticket to another jurisdiction for justice?

I had to ask myself: Would Deluca have been so quick to ticket if the vehicle belonged to say, Michael Biscone? Or to Tom Dolan? Do I really have to answer that for you?

Deluca’s crazy like a fox and knew exactly what he was doing. He was trying to harass and coerce the property owner, trying to provoke him. But FAILED!

Just Watch Deluca!

The property owner took it to the top. He went straight to the town supervisor. The ticket has since “disappeared.” Just like that. Deluca’s not happy.

This seems like a pattern now taking shape for Deluca, who allegedly is not very much respected in the Coeymans P.D. A recent high profile case involving–You guessed it!–a close relative of another sitting non-teacher, non-Coeymanazi RCS board of education member, was involved in an accident investigated by Deluca. Well, the case was smeared all over the place in true Times Useless fashion. And the board of education member simply and admirably stated: “He’s my son and I’m standing by him.” BRAVO! Mr Lukens!

Deluca went ballistic when word came down that the DA’s office bargained the case down and was not going to proceed with it. Another 15 minutes of fame goes up in smoke for Bobo-Cop Deluca! Things just aren’t going all that well for Bobo-Cop lately.

Deluca has quite a history (some would call it a “rap sheet“) that goes back to the godfather John Biscone when he was alive and allegedly continues with local scheister Michael Biscone. Seems that they were all high on becoming local land barons and allegedly steered a local elderly couple into some sort of shady deal to get a good sized piece of property on 9w, in the town of Coeymans, for an alleged trailor park. Somewhere along the way their scheme got sidelined by a local family who befriended the elderly couple and purchased the property for a fair price. Drove the crooks wild! No more trailer park. Just think of the local votes you could get by populating the trailer park with maybe 400+ easily influenced trailer-trash voters. What a prize! No more horse track, no more casino! Too bad, boys. Now GONE!

Dirty Hands!

So, instead of taking their losses like real men and licking their wounds, they decide on a diabolical plan: Use their influence to make life for the new owner absolutely unbearable. (Yes, the new owner is a close relative of one of the sitting non-teacher board of education members!) Enter the Department of Environmental Conservation, you know, the DEC where old Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca claims to be a consultant. Although the owner went by the book and got every conceivable permit and permission from the town of Coeymans and the planning board (isn’t that Mr Conrad) all of a sudden the DEC is at his door threatening fines etc. Talk about sour grapes! It seems that if they couldn’t steal the property one way, they’d steal it another way. FAILED AGAIN, JERRY. The property owners didn’t back down. (By the way, a similar scenario is still being played out against another RCS board of education member, Mr Krzykowski. Do you see a pattern here?)

What is this fixation, Jerry, that you appear to have with the RCS board of education members? Or are you just the dorkus tool of your keepers? Or is it just that you and your pals desperately need to get your hands on the $42 million school budget to do some “favors?” Or repay some favors with taxpayer money?

Normally, you’d expect that your police department would keep close tabs on its officers who carry a police badge, who pack guns, have all sorts of police powers, can do a hell of a lot of damage if they happen to be psycho. Yes, the Coeymans Police Department might also have them evaluated psychologically at the same time they have their physicals…Judging by Deluca’s shape or lack of a shape, it seems the Coeymans P.D. doesn’t have a physical or fitness policy. Maybe Rocco Persico, one of the psychologist at the RCS high school, and a close friend of Deluca could do the evaluation. What do YOU think?

Aren’t you wondering when it was that Deluca was evaluated? Isn’t it kinda scary to think there are more psychos and criminals in Coeymans law enforcement than there are on the streets? It certainly seems like that’s the fact.

Would Jerry Catch This One?
Do you think, so?

Speaking of pervs and psychos, let’s finish up on our story about the convicted pedophile who failed to register his address just a couple of yards away from the planned RC-Teen Activity Center. Well, you’d think that a Coeymans police investigator would be keeping tabs on this sort of thing…instead of harassing residents with parking tickets. Well, you’re right in thinking that but wrong in Coeymans. The uniformed patrolmen were the ones knocking on doors “investigating” the whereabouts of the convicted, unregistered child molester. What was sasquatch Deluca doing? Answer: Deluca was doing what he does best: Harassing residents, mostly board of education members or their relatives.

Trivia Question: The Coeymans Police Department has two police investigators. Dirty Hands Jerry Deluca is one. Can you name the second one? (Leave a comment with the second investigator’s name and the first comment correctly identifying him/her will win a $10 gift certificate that can be picked up at Dunkin’Donuts in Ravena.)

Well, if you can’t that’s not surprising. Stealth is one of the well-trained police investigator’s tools in getting the job done. Stealth is the tool of the competent investigator. The reason you haven’t heard of or can’t identify the second police investigator is because he’s a professional, trained police investigator, and he’s also trained in forensic interviews of children who have been abused. He does his best work when not prancing around like a hippo-tooth fairy. So far, all we know about Dirty Hands Deluca is how he’s not qualified for the job, he’s too busy making his bulk visible, retaliating, coercing and harassing.

So, dear readers, residents, citizens, maybe you should ask your Coeymans Town Board members Thomas A. Boehm, Dawn Rogers, and Tom Dolan what they think about all of this. After all, Boehm, Rogers, and Dolan are so against Coeymans supervisor Steve Flach’s sensible plan for getting rid of the Coeymans P.D. despite the cash savings to residents and the improvements that the Albany County Sheriff’s Department will bring to this quagmire of corruption and criminality we call the Coeymans Police Department.

Of course and as always, we do encourage Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca, Gregory Darlington, boardmembers Thomas A. Boehm, Dawn Rogers or Thomas Dolan to leave a comment or send an e-mail if they feel we have the facts wrong or if there is any need for correcting our version of the facts in this article. We want to be correct in what we report. If we don’t hear from any of the parties involved, we can safely assume it’s all true.

P.s. Think about this: The village of Ravena has spent more than $40,000 on used fitness equipment without consulting the public. They decided to have a fitness center without consulting the public. They decided to hire Cathy Deluca to manage the illicit fitness center, without consulting the public. The equipment purchased was sitting at 172 Main Street for a couple of years and is out of warranty. What if it breaks down? What if someone is injured on it? What insurance coverage will they have? Replacement? What about liability for accident or injury? What insurance company would be crazy enough to insure it? Well, we may have the answer: Maybe Rick Reith, Ravena mayor John Bruno’s son-in-law, at Stolz Agency in Ravena, has a policy to offer. Afterall, “Incest is Best.”

As far as I can see, I think both Selkirk and Ravena should be combined into one entity. There isn’t a soul there who can do anything right. It is so depressing.Florida is the place to live with the Homestead Act in place.

Hi, Tom! Nice to hear from you again! You’re right. Too much waste, too many feifdoms and little kings, too many enforcers, etc. It’s all fine and dandy when you’re getting paid to spend someone else’s money but we common people don’t need that, do we? The real subject of the article should be the frauds and hypocrites among us, and how they adversely affect our lives, the enjoyment of our property, and our children. Too many confusing and mixed messages. We need a clean-up!

      Thanks and keep writing!
      Peace!

I assume you mean Ravena and Coeymans should be combined.

Those in us in Selkirk would much rather defect 100% to the Town of Bethlehem and be in their school district. You know, the #1 rated one in the area by the Capital District Business Review. We’re already in their town boundaries anyways. Let’s complete the deal.

What I mean is that the entire Ravena-Coeymans notion of law enforcement has gone the way of the lynch’m dinosaur. Years ago we had local constables, a low-budget, frequently one-man show who patrolled the town and responded to citizens in need, occasionally breaking up locals’ version of brawl-justice. One guy who knew the community intimately, knew the kids, knew the watering holes, and was community savvy. Now we’re talking literally millions in small town law enforcement budgets that draw personnel from neighboring communities’ police departments to work part-time and hire full-time officers, investigators, dispatchers, administrative assistants, etc. and for what? To issue a ticket now and then, to hunt down some desperado kids who get into some mischief, to break up some trailer-trash domestic scrap. The dog catcher can do just as good a job for a couple of $$million$$ less.

Then we have the commonsense, reasonable, rational proposal to eliminate the local redundancy and waste and let a professional force come in to do the job, saving more than a $$half-million$$ a year for the first four years and then about three-quarters of a $$million$$ in the fifth year…it’s a no brainer!

But such a plan would require some of those who think they are holding the power to give it up and live like a good neighbor instead of a mafia boss or a medieval baron. That may be a lot for some of the local mafia in R-C to swallow, especially after having the local Coeymanazis there to back them up, to harass any opposition, and to retaliate or coerce as required. What on earth will the unemployed mafiosi and thugs have to do…? Maybe start behaving, maybe start acting like residents, maybe supporting the common good instead of the special and vested (conflicts of) interest.

Yes, Simon, it defies reason that the districts are so split. 124 kids from the Town of New Baltimore in Greene County are bussed to RCS schools; a good portion of the town on one side of the 9W is Town of Coeymans and on the other the Town of Bethlehem. Coverage overlaps administrative boundaries, even county lines! This shouldn’t be. Yes, you are right. Unsplit the brains and we might unsplit the communities.

        Thank you for your comment!
