Where have all the “neighbors” gone? Ghouls got’em!

After the recent elections we have had to take some time to think about what’s going on in our local communities and how they’ve changed because people have become so uncivil, angry, simplistic in their thinking, and uninterested in their communities. What’s happened as a result of general distrust of government and politicians, the media taking over our minds and wallets, the flood of propaganda we drown in every day, the loss of parents and children, is that those of us who are still in La-La-Land thinking that things can get better if we just wait and do nothing, generally get abused by the vile ghouls around us. It’s Cryptkeeper politics that we all have experienced and still do experience as illustrated by this report:

The National Historic District (NHD) in the town of New Baltimore, a sleepy hamlet on the Hudson River in New York, is composed of about 25 houses, many of them empty now, a few of them haunted by carpetbagger ghouls. These ghouls come from outside this historic community and bring with them their liberal [please note the pun] nastiness and sneers.

“About 12 or so years ago an Albany pair sold their Albany property and bought a house in the NHD, and thus began the venomization of New Baltimore. Joan and Robert Ross moved into the NHD and proceeded to set themselves up as the newest pseudosophisticates, christening the locals, according to Joan Ross, as Newbaltimorons. If that was bad, it only got worse.

[Editor’s Note: “Joan Ross” is a very, very common name and if you Google it you’ll get numerous obitiuaries for Joan Ross. Pay no attention. She’s not dead. Nor is she the renowned author, Joan Ross. New Baltimore’s Joan Ross is neither gifted nor talented. Bottom line: Joan Ross of New Baltimore, whose apparent only claim to fame is her misconduct, is a rather insignificant bug even on Google.]

“During the years that followed Joan and “Robbie” Ross got involved in campaigning against the plan to bring municipal water to the hamlet of New Baltimore, a community plagues with water problems for generations. But Joan and Robbie knew better than the Newbaltimorons because they were better than the Newbaltimorons. But some Newbaltimorons were not so smart and took the Ross’s bait. So Joan and Robbie gathered a small group around them and started a vile campaign of ambush, slander, libel, and dysinformation — all under cover of darkness and by e-mails, cowards that they are — aimed at keeping water out of Newbaltimore. Their arguments were based on Joan’s bizarre logic of find it, cut-and-paste it, mail it. Joan and Robbie incited what we fondly call the Water War and their efforts destroyed a generations-old community, turning neighbor against neighbor, even family members against family. That didn’t matter much to Joan and Robbie, since they had no idea of what community or family was, they were too busy making certain that the fabric on their chairs was just right, or that the paint on the kitchen cabinets was just the right hue. You know, the really important issues of concern to pseudosophisticates. There’s example of Joan’s self-invention as a connoisseur (someone knowlegeable) of American architecture — which she’s certainly not — and her indirect reference to the property at 36 Madison Avenue East, Ghouls Gulch. Such phoney-sophisticate arrogance! (See Times Union Photos-Capital Region architecture)

“Not only that, the Rosses and a gaggle of minions filed a lawsuit against the town of New Baltimore and lost pitifully!

“How they got that way is no big mystery. Joan Ross, allegedly having had an abused childhood and a thing about her mother, wanted to be accepted for more than she actually was or is, and loathed her background — thinking that her expressions of “taste” would hide what she really is —, and her “character” (read on to learn more about this); “Robbie” Ross came from employment with New York State and, as happens to so many mid-level state employees, became a stuffed shirt concerned only with how much he could cash in at retirement (he now gets more than $46,000 a year of taxpayer dollars to finance Joan’s mischief). Instead of a carefree, peaceful retirement he got to be put in solitary confinement with Joan, a fate worse than the undead.

“So they did their damage and had everyone at their neighbor’s throats over a vital issue that the Rosses and their ilk thought was unnecessary. The atmosphere in the town and hamlet got so toxic that people just wanted it to go away, no matter what the cost of preparations and studies, or the need, and so it did. New Baltimore hamlet continues to live with regular water crises.

“During the Water Wars, Joan and “Robbie” Ross, bored as they are, not only fractured the community, they were involved in any number of immoral activities far beyond simply creating havoc and mahem; they marked certain neighbors for future harassment and vilification. That’s the story here.

“The Rosses live at the end of a very long driveway, like ghouls in a hidden lair. They’ve posted a “Private Driveway” sign at the end of their doomsday drive to signal that you’re not welcome (not that you’d see many visitors to Ghouls Gulch anyway). They emerge from time to time and spread some poison, only to return later to their lair to plot and plan. “Ghouls Gulch” as it were.

“The Rosses have had numerous visits from the NY State Police and the Greene County Sheriff’s Department for everything ranging from reckless driving to harassment to using their car as a weapon. Joan has fired off emails that could have gotten her arrested were it not for the benevolence of her victims. Joan has left telephone threats that could have gotten her jailed if it were not for the benevolence of her victims (or the fact that they think she’s just plain crazy). In fact, at her deposition in one court case, Joan Ross had to take the Fifth Amendment at her attorney’s insistence in order to avoid possible additional prosecution for her threats.

“Robbie” has been in court for attempting to run down a neighbor with his car and has been in court on charges of aggravated harassment. He was placed on “probation” and had to behave so that the charges would go away A.C.O.D., or face prosecution. That didn’t last long; he still uses his car to make statements that bring the police to his door. (So, if you see a silver jeep careening in zigzags towards you, Take cover! It might be Bob Ross telling you he doesn’t like your face!)

“What Bob Ross is doing even driving these days is a mystery to anyone who sees him zigzagging down the street. Ross has what appears to be a degenerative neurological disorder that causes him to twitch and walk unsteadily; he’s an old geezer, too, must be in his late 70s, so that may be a factor in his bizarre behavior. (It’s characters like Bob Ross and his erratic driving that would support having persons diagnosed with neurological disorders and the like to be tested regularly for fitness to operate a motor vehicle before continuing their driving privileges. Now his problem is public knowledge. Now when something awful happens there won’t be any excuses!)

“Ross tends to drive down New Baltimore streets shooting up his middle finger to residents he doesn’t approve of. In fact, one resident reports that every time Bob Ross drives by, he’s got his middle finger in the window. The neighbor recently had to call New Baltimore postmaster Mr Heath to the window as a witness to Ross’s stupid behavior in the post office, trying to push the resident out of his way. [Apparently Bitter Bob’s judgment is so far gone that he doesn’t realize the resident could break his skeletal ghoul-body in two if he had a mind to!] The resident was taking no chances with Ross and wanted the postmaster as a witness to Ross’ deviant behavior.

“Bob Ross has been dubbed “Bitter Bob” by his neighbors or the “Cryptkeeper” perhaps because of how he and Joan stay in their crypt and emerge from time to time like ghouls to get blood and flesh, and then to return sated to their lair. Or it may be because he has an uncanny resemblance to the “Cryptkeeper” of Tales from the Crypt. Check out the images below.

“While Bob Ross may be dangerous on the streets, Joan Ross is much sneakier and tends to be even more cowardly than old bitter Bob Ross, if that’s possible.

“You see, most of Joan Ross‘ craziness is done by e-mail or Internet; she likes to do things “anonymously.” She’s even gotten a nickname for herself, “Cut-and-Paste” Joan“, from her favorite method of distorting facts by cutting-and-pasting and then e-mailing her vile product to unwary minions.

“Joan Ross apparently knows she’s vile and that she’s got a problem: she actually confessed her problem to a neighbor in an e-mail that’s been around to haunt her ever since. That and recordings of her telephone threats, threats that could have been used to have her arrested for misdemeanor harassment!

“But, thanks to the kindness of their neighbors, the Rosses have had to appear in court only twice for their criminal activities. But they haven’t learned a thing. Since those court appearances they’ve gotten even bolder, more vile, and more sneaky. Here’s one example that’s going to backfire badly on Joan, at least, but only if Bob Ross can convince authorities he knew nothing about Joan’s misuse of the US Postal Service and her unlawful harassment. She apparently thought she was real smart sending out smear packages about a local resident but she wasn’t so smart after all. Even though she tried to cover her trail by mailing the junk from Albany, she left some telltale clues. There’s indisputable evidence that the smear packages were sent by Joan Ross; this time it’s the Feds who will have to investigate. (What old Cut-and-Paste Joan doesn’t seem to get is that the individual she’s trying to smear is well-liked and respected by the very people to whom Ms Ross is stupidly addressing her vile crap; they’re throwing her in, the stupid sow, and passing her ghoul-mail on to the resident unread!)

“These people don’t understand good sense, and rather than risk a confrontation or, worse still, an incident incited by these two characters, I hope that by making their behavior public they’ll be embarrassed enough to start behaving like civilized people. I can only hope.

Editor’s Comment: If, as the writer reports, Mr Ross’ neurological pathology is affecting his movements and walking and his driving ability, and if Mr Ross’ judgment is so impaired that he imprudently attempts to start an incident with someone who could, if Ross pushes hard enough, do some serious damage, could “Bitter Bob’s” judgement be impaired to such an extent, either by his pathology or his relationship with “Cut-and-Paste” Joan, that he could be a risk to himself and others? It would seem to us that when individuals start losing their sense of propriety and social control that they can pose serious risks to themselves and to others, physical and otherwise, unless they are controlled either by medicines or by the authorities. It sounds like Mr Ross is going over the edge. So where is local law enforcement on this issue? Apparently if the Sheriff’s department and the NYS Police have visited the Rosses several times already, the impression made is that they are ignoring law enforcement’s warnings, and begging for an arrest.

But why would a grown man, an old man, do such silly things like flick a neighbor the bird when driving by? Isn’t that just beyond silly? Is he trying to say, “Look at me I’m losing my mind?” Maybe “Bitter Bob” would be better off keeping both hands on the steering wheel. Maybe his driving would improve. Just a suggestion, Bob.

We have also received information that both “Cut-and-Paste” Joan and “Bitter Bob” of “Ghouls Gulch” are vegans — that’s an extreme form of vegetarianism in which no animal products whatsoever are used, including leather and other animal products. There are scientific studies that report that vegans don’t live as long as omnivores. Wouldn’t it be reasonable, too, that vegans lack certain nutrients that may be required for proper brain function? Could the Rosses’ bizarre behavior be traced back to their vegan diet? Makes you wonder, doesn’t it?

Perhaps it’s a question of self-loathing. When you can’t loathe yourself and live, you start to look outside of yourself for things to hate. When you’re empty inside, you start grabbing for things outside of yourself, in a pitiful attempt to fill your emptiness. Isn’t that true? Perhaps the examples of “Cut-and-Paste” Joan and “Bitter Bob” illustrate this theory. Maybe they, like many others, are so unhappy, so self-loathing that they have to look for something outside of themselves to hate. Some people are so far gone they hate everything and everyone. Their hate isolates them and their lonliness grows. It’s a vicious circle!

Maybe they, like so many others, are so empty inside that they try to fill their lives with false selves, things, to make up for their ’emptiness.” After a while it starts to show in their faces, doesn’t it? Whatever the situation, they lead lives that are meaning-less, they live in a spiritual vacuum, devoid of value and truth; they start to wither away like fading spirits at dawn.

We are publishing this report because we know that the recordings and documents exist proving the truth of the above statements.

But if you think the above report is too scary to be true, let us reassure you: We have documents to prove everything we say above is true. We wouldn’t report it if we didn’t know we could support it.

But if you look around your own local neighborhood, your community, you’ll find that our “Rosses” are just stereotypes of the kind of characters you’ll find in your own neighborhood, even in our town halls. Like most sentient organisms, most people try to steer clear of unpleasantness and avoid trouble but that’s just what gives these ghouls the energy they work off of. By not putting them in their place, prosecuting them, we give them permission to be what they are: menaces to our communities.

That’s why it’s so bizarre when, as in New Baltimore, again, and as we reported here in our article
BARKING DOG NUISSANCE: New Balimore Nat’l Historic District, a known antisocial is allowed to make local residents’ lives miserable by using his dog to punish his neighbors! This happens, of course, when you have public officials in town hall who don’t have the balls to enforce their own laws. That’s when bad things happen. Or you bother the Sheriff’s people or the New York State Police, and waste their time being babysitters for stupid adults. Now is that right?

The basic message of this article, dear readers, is that we all have bad, very bad people in our communities. If we don’t stand up and say, “Enough is enough! You’re outa here!” then we deserve what we get. Naturally, not everyone is going to have the dignity and the courage to stand up publicly and tell the world about these ghouls, who very often do their dirty work behind the scenes, cowards that they are, there are some of us who want to work to make our communities better places to live. Why don’t you stand up and support us?

Recent elections in Coeymans have given the ghouls the upper hand. How that happened is going to take time to prove if it ever is proved but it seems that a lot of voters in Coeymans have chosen the ghouls and given them the green light to suck the community’s remaining life out of it. More disappointment, more propaganda, more suffering, more apathy. Just what we need. Then the Cryptkeeper and Cut-and-Paste have free run of the community taking their evil toll on the rest of us. Who is to blame, we have to ask? Can we blame a rat for being a rat? A snake for being a snake? Of course not! That’s what they are. That’s their nature! But we don’t want to have them in our faces. Do we have to put up with the stereotypes? Of course not! They are stereotypes because we allow them to be stereotypes. (Read our article about stereotypes at Blacks and Wimins Can’t Drive; Black Wimins Can’t Park. ) If we make them accountable, responsible for their unacceptable behavior they become individuals, cases. They become the criminals they are and as such they can be brought to justice. It’s up to the rest of us to take the rudder and ram the ship of fools!

UPDATE: Some psychopath  recently started posting idiotic and off-topic rants using multiple pseudonyms on FireGeezer. (Our guess is that it was that lunatic Joan Ross, Bitter Bob’s partner-in-crime, in New Baltimore. She’s the only one we know of who is so vile and has so much time on her hands that she would waste it so stupidly. Bitter Bob’s still looking for a muzzle big enough to fit over her mouth.) To FireGeezer’s credit and keeping the integrity of the FireGeezer site, those crazy posts were summarily removed on the request of one of our reader/contributors. The assinine insanity of some people never seems to get a rest and they’re constantly being banned, exiled, embarassed, sued, etc. But they’re so damned stupid they never learn. Even as the Johnson Newspaper Group and the Ravena News Herald are desperately trying to continue the propaganda, to gloss over the sea changes that need to take place in Ravena-Coeymans, and paint happy faces on evil bloodsuckers, the whole world is reading this blog and taking an interest. Bill Schumm, a.k.a. FIREGEEZER, is a retired fire captain and co-author of the FireGeezer web site. Schumm, who claims 32 years of active firefighting service and who has responded to more than 30,000 emergency incidents, has been involved with the fire and rescue service in one form or another for 50 years. In the April 20 “Morning LIneup” on the FIREGEEZER website Bill reviews our article and writes:

“Can anybody in upstate New York tell us what is going on with the State Fire Chiefs Association?  According to a citizen’s political blog based in Albany, Smalbany, the association has hired an imposter/fabulist to be their Executive Director and CEO…The Smalbany guy obviously doesn’t like Deluca and if you’ll read the ENTIRE ESSAY HERE [FireGeezer provides a link to our article], you’ll get the same impression after viewing the lengthy charges of fraudulent activities against Deluca and his wife.  Firegeezer likes balanced reporting and I haven’t yet seen any rebuttal of these claims, and there certainly should be.

“We’ll see if anything develops from this and let you know what pops up. If any of our readers in the Empire State have anything to add or clarify on this, please email me and let me know.”

This is a great development, because it shows that a specialty website like FIREGEEZER is following our reports and is disseminating the stories to their specialty field readers, the firefighter and first-responder community. Once the word gets out the firefighter and first-responder community through their own media, the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs is going to have to answer some pretty sticky questions to its members and their personnel. Like “What in hell were you thinking when you hired Deluca?!?” or “Didn’t you check any of his claims?”

Maybe this is the chance we’ve been waiting for these two years and the chance that the Town of Coeymans and its Coeymanazi police department have been trying to avoid all these years. Maybe this is the beginning of the end for the Dirty-Hands Jerry and Bottle-Blond-Bimbo Cathy Deluca that the entire community has been hoping for.

The Plot Thickens

We know that the Ravena Health and Fitness Center’s days are numbered now that the Bruno mob has been decimated; Cathy Deluca is just days away from getting evicted from her playpen, and when that happens, we’ll be on the scene to file the lawsuits to get her, Nancy Warner and John Bruno thoroughly investigated for their conspiracy and misuse of public office and more. The Village of Ravena is going to have to negotiate with a local resident in the coming week to try to defuse the federal lawsuits that are pending against the Village of Ravena and Cathy Deluca and the late Bruno administration for their violation of the resident’s protected rights, and for misdemeanor criminal charges against Deluca for falsely reporting an incident, conspiracy and obstruction of justice.

Meanwhile, the Town of Coeymans should be preparing itself for similar negotiations to avoid the filing of a federal lawsuit for their involvement in the Cathy Deluca case and Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca’s role in several instances of conspiracy, abuse of public office, and obstruction of justice in several cases but most especially in the conspiracy with the Coeymans police department to can the investigation against his wife, Cathy Deluca, and her keepers in the Bruno-Warner run village of Ravena.

The long history of the Village of Ravena and the Town of Coeymans ignoring citizens’ complaints and the misconduct of its law enforcement and elected officials is obviously coming to an end with this increased visibility of their abuses and the publication of the criminal activity by this blog and other media following the articles that appear on this blog.

Needless to say, we were very pleased to see the specialist website, FIREGEEZER, republishing our article and drawing its readers’, the first-responder and firefighter community’s attention to this despicable situation. We’re also very pleased to note that FIREGEEZER also feels that there should be rebuttals of these reports by those concerned. So far, just silence, as usual and apparently the hope that the attention will fade. Obviously it’s not going to fade but only get brighter thanks to the interest shown by sites like FIREGEEZER and others.

Amid the scandals of Coeymans police officer Danielle Crosier, assigned to the RCS high-school as security officer, doing the high-school wrestling coach; Ravena judge Hal Warner stabbing fellow-judge police critic Phillip Crandall in the back; Ravena Judge Hal Warner and Ravena village trustee Nancy Warner’s daughter, Carmen Warner, getting suspended from Albany County D.A. Pudenda David Soares office for improper conduct and then local Ravena insider shyster Michael Biscone hiring her; Cathy Deluca’s involving both the Village of Ravena and the Town of Coeymans in potentially devastating lawsuits, in addition to her scandalous greed and conspiracy to profit from Ravena taxpayers, we now have Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca getting extensive attention along with the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs. Somebody’s gotta write a book about this tiny nest of corruption and scandal we call Ravena-Coeymans!

The obvious fact is that either the Village of Ravena and the Town of Coeymans make serious efforts to distance themselves as much as possible from Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca and BBB Cathy Deluca, Gregory Darlington and the Coeymans p.d., the likes of Tom Dolan and Nancy and Hal Warner or the Village of Ravena and the Town of Coeymans can answer for having to spend taxpayer dollars to defend their abuse of pubic office, obstruction of justice, and other criminal activities. The choice is now in the hands of Ravena and Coeymans elected officials, your village and town governments.

On fact also remains: Once the lawsuits are filed the Village of Ravena and the Town of Coeymans won’t have a choice what records to produce in response to subpoenas and demands for discovery, and the testimony will be under oath or compelled. Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?

The majestic 7×14 foot flag on the 40 foot high flag pole when raised was an exciting day for my family and our community. The symbolic American Flag for all to honor as they pass by. Quietly expressive, a daily reminder of our responsibility to protect the constitution, honor those who have served and died for this country, and be thankful that each of us has the opportunity to have opinions and fight for our rights and freedom.

WHOEVER YOU ARE, DO NOT INSULT THE MARINE CORPS. MY BROTHER WAS A MARINE AND DIED FOR THIS COUNTRY!   Your behavior is not that of a Marine.

A REAL MARINE would have shown respect, honesty integrity.   A REAL MARINE would not trespass, sneak onto someone else’s property when no one was there; purposefully damage property and steal the AMERICAN FLAG which they had no right to take.

A REAL MARINE would have stopped to ask if we knew the bottom of the flag was torn, and if we needed help to take it down considering the high winds and weather.

If YOU had taken the appropriate action – to contact us – You would have been informed that the reason the flag was still up, even though bottom stripe was torn due to high (30+miles an hour) winds, was that it was too dangerous to take it down. But most important, YOU would have been told that we felt it was better to wait until more clement weather so as not to cause additional damage to the flag —it would be impossible to prevent Flag from falling on the ground with high winds; you would have been informed that we already had a replacement flag and as soon as the weather permitted, the flag would be replaced. You would have been THANKED for expressing your concern for the flag we love and respect.

BUT NO! YOU took it upon yourself to TRESPASS, DESTROY PROPERTY, AND STEAL! You, who were so concerned about ONE tear……   god knows how damaged the flag was when you cut the cables allowing the flag to fall 40 feet to the ground/mud with the high winds of this week-end.   Your indignant, iniquitous, self-righteous behavior apparently has overridden your senses on what is truly correct and legal behavior, in regard to OUR GREAT NATIONS FLAG! You’re not a Marine, you’re a common thief, a criminal acting under cover of darkness!

That is why I cannot respect you, an individual who is a sneak and a liar PLEASE DONOT TRY TO JUSTIFY YOUR ABERRANT BEHAVIOR ON YOUR purporting to be a “RETIRED MARINE” . This is an insult to those who exhibit honor, respect for others, tolerance, bravery and integrity, not only in battle, but in their daily actions.

RETURN THE FLAG so it can be properly cared for.   HAVE THE COURAGE TO ADMIT WHAT YOU HAVE DONE!  ACT LIKE A MARINE: HAVE SOME GUTS!

Coeymans: They’ve Been Rejected, Rebuked, Rebuffed but Take Revenge on the Community

Voters ousted the majority of the scoundrels on the Coeymans town council (Tom Dolan’s still around but very alone; he’s out next time) and on the New Baltimore town council, while rejecting their cronies. Almost cleaned house. But those left in power for the next two months are taking their revenge before they have to hand over their house keys!

You’d think they’d have some dignity, and accept the voters’ decision. Voters simply didn’t want their kind any more. Revenge of the Rejects

The Coeymans dems under the misguidance of loser Tom Dolan ran Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington’s babe, Michelle Maddage, for town clerk. They played Maddage for a circus clown, and she played right along with Dolan, Boehm, and Darlington and danced like their cute little monkey, and ran for a town office for which she had absolutely no qualifications. She lost pitifully! But Maddage was just a tool. You see, Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington had cut a deal that would place his wife, now a secretary in that racist, pandering, incompetent Albany County DA David Soares’ office, in the Coeymans town clerk’s office as a part-time employee. Imaging if the plan had succeeded: If Maddage had by some stroke of misfortune, won and became Coeymans town clerk, she would hire Darlington’s wife in the town clerk’s office. That would put dodo-cop Gregory Darlington in charge of the clerk’s office and in control of any information leaving town hall, because Maddage would be taking orders from Darlington, his wife, and from Tom Boehm and Tom Dolan! Talk about a police state! Talk about turning town government into a family business!!! Voters by the grace of a merciful God put a quick stop to those diabolical plans.

But just because Maddage and the Darlingtons lost the bid to control the Coeymans town clerk’s office. And just because Tom Boehm and Dawn Rogers got booted from their playpens on the Coeymans town council doesn’t mean that they’re finished screwing the citizens of the town of Coeymans. They still have 2 months to do a hell of a lot of damage and they’re mad and mean. They’re going to pull all the stops now that they have nothing to lose. They’re going to punish voters for making the right choices.

Psycho-Cop Ryan Johnson, as inept as he was and continues to be, has botched up so many investigations and probably holds the record for complaints against the Coeymans police department has been promoted to the rank of sergeant in the Coeymans p.d.!

What? You Promoted Psycho-Cop Ryan Johnson?!?

In the town of Coeymans they’ve already started. We all know what friends Boehm and Darlington are, and Dawn Rogers had a special fondness for the Coeymans police department. Craig Apple, Albany County Sheriff saw the writing on the wall and pulled his sockpuppet Kerry Thompson out of the Coeymans p.d. with the cleverly disguised “promotion” of Thompson to “deputy chief deputy.” Thompson then resigned his position with the Coeymans p.d. (Nice move, Craig, get out of harm’s way while you can.) So what do the dregs on the Coeymans town council do? Rather than accept their fate, they promote psycho cop Ryan Johnson, a reject from the Cairo p.d., and such a psycho that they had to get him out-of-the-way in the Coeymans p.d. so they got on a drug task force. Well Johnson, as inept as he was and continues to be, has botched up so many investigations and probably holds the record for complaints against the Coeymans police department has been promoted to the rank of sergeant in the Coeymans p.d.! They promoted Coeymans’ own Psycho-Cop! Thanks Tom Boehm, Tom Dolan, Dawn Rogers!!!

Previous to the so-called “promotion” Psycho-cop Ryan F. Johnson was collecting more than $58,000 in town of Coeymans taxpayer dollars! For what?

That is poor government, escalating spending in this way in times when the majority on the Coeymans town council should be looking for ways to save money and to avoid excess spending. No doubt this is a part of the Boehm, Rogers, Dolan Revenge Plan. Ryan F. Johnson was already cashing in to the tune of more than $58,000 a year from the Coeymans taxpayer pockets!

Even Tom Boehm’s lies couldn’t keep him or Dawn Rogers in office. The two town officials Boehm and Darlington, and Rogers were constantly tripping up and abusing got re-elected, and Boehm and Rogers, two of Darlington’s supporters, are no more. Now where does that leave Darlington? Where does that leave that money-pit of the Coeymans police department? Here’s where: in very dangerous waters. The Coeymans police department is useless, corrupt, and simply a playpen for a bunch of thugs who can’t go anywhere else. They thought they had it made until their friends on the Coeymans town council got the boot. Now the way is clear to break up the party going on in the basement of Coeymans town hall and turn law enforcement over to the profession law enforcement professionals you’re paying for already: The Albany County Sheriff and the New York State Police.  There are better ways to spend the $1,000,000 (one million) that the Coeymans p.d. is costing taxpayers every year!

Have our readers heard about the suspension of two Coeymans police officers for misconduct or criminal activities? We’ve heard it’s been discussed in town council Executive Session but not a peep has been heard in the media. It’s been a very well-kept secret. Do we owe the secrecy to Tom Boehm, Dawn Rogers and Tom Dolan? How about it, Coeymans police-chief-whose-job-is-in-jeopardy Gregory Darlington: Come clean if you can. Who are the officers and what’s the story?

We say: As soon as the new Coeymans town council takes over in January, we say RESCIND Johnson’s promotion. Set the wheels in motion to save Coeymans taxpayers $1,000,000 and eliminate the Coeymans Police Department. Stop the lies they tell to misinform residents that they need the Coeymans p.d.!

In the meantime, keep a close eye on what is going on on the Coeymans town council, and watch Tom Boehm, Dawn Rogers, and Tom Dolan very closely. They’re going to try to push quite a few things through before they leave that you’re going to be saddled with afterwards. Get to the town council meetings and make your wishes known. Coeymans residents must demand a moratorium on any major decisions until the new Coeymans town council takes over. And keep a very close eye on what’s going on with the town of Coeymans 2014 budget! It hasn’t been approved yet. Don’t let them spend any more of your dollars on a police department that’s almost out the door! Coeymans voters have the momentum, now use it to good advantage: Anything Boehm, Dolan, Rogers or Darlington want, SAY NO!

Like the town of Coeymans, the voters in the Town of New Baltimore finally got smart and kicked supervisor Susan O’Rorke out and put in some community-minded people like Nick Dellisanti, Jeff Ruso, Sally van Etten on the board and sent a clear message to the local elitist clubs represented by Janet Angelis (of sign-stealing fame) and Hilary Schrauf (of no fame at all).  That doesn’t mean that Dellisanti, Ruso, and van Etten have a ticket for free lunch; in fact, we’re going to be watching them very, very closely and any indication of deviating from the straight and narrow and we’ll be on them tighter than the skin on a frog’s back.

John Johnson of the Johnson Newspaper Corporation Responds…Sort Of…

Silly Us! We actually expected that someone employed with the Johnson Newspaper Corporation would have some integrity and address the problem honestly and ethically. But when the chairman of the Johnson Newspaper Corporation, a prig with a name like John B. Johnson (Sounds like something you’d nickname a penis, doesn’t it?) can’t man up and own up to his moron editors’ and reporters’ mistakes (John B. can’t spell, either! He writes that we have “lost site of” rather than “lost sight of”. And this guy runs a newspaper corporation? Explains a lot, doesn’t it?)

Rather than man up and admit the mistake, Mr John B. Johnson sends out a snotty response and continues to attempt to deceive and misinform by referring to two irrelevant articles having nothing to do with the issue of refusing to publish the profiles of the Republican, Conservative, and Independence party endorsed candidates opposing the New Baltimore O’Rorke 5. In fact, Johny B. seems to be dyslexic and doesn’t seem to have read and understood the e-mail sent by his News Herald editor, Melanie Lekocevic, in which she clearly states that the News Herald reporter Jessica Mosier would interview the Republican, Conservative, Independence party endorsed candidates and that their profiles would appear in the Ravena News Herald, the Greene County News, and the Daily Mail. The one link is to an article in the Green County News covering the Republican Club meet-the-candidate event; the other is an article that appeared in the Greene County News and covers the New Baltimore O’Rorke gang and says nothing at all about the Republican, Conservative, Independence party-endorsed candidates opposing the O’Rorke gang. Johnson seems determined to remain stupid or blind. How many times must we refer to the October 31, 2013, issue of the Ravena Herald or to the Lekocevic e-mail? Mr Johnson, the inbreeding is starting to show!

Any leader with a pair of balls would man up and own up and accept that a mistake was made. This wussy Johnson is squirming, desperately but unsuccessfully trying to lie his way out of a corner he just can’t squirm out of. While it’s true his staff of intellectually challenged misfits make a mockery of journalism, it may well be that the lack of leadership and integrity at the top certainly has something to do with their challenges. Town of Coeymans and Coeymans Police Department, Coeymans Police Chief Gregory Darlington Hit Hard with a Notice of Claim for Civil Rights Violations, Violating Citizen’s First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendment Rights, Criminal Obstruction of Justice and Official Misconduct Charges.

We reported on the village of Ravena’s insane posting of a “No Loitering” sign on a public gazebo and Ravena mayor John Bruno and hatchet-woman Nancy Warner’s harassing of citizens who congregate in or around the public gazebo, especially on nights when the Teen Center is open. Bruno and Warner were actually observed cruising the gazebo at bizarre hours, and the Coeymans police joined in the harassment.

What the village of Ravena didn’t realize and what the Coeymans Police and police chief Gregory Darlington apparently didn’t know but should have is that the village of Ravena so-called no loitering law is 110% unconstitutional and violates citizens’ civil rights and the provisions of the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution that guarantee citzen’s rights of assembly, expression, due process, and prohibit unlawful search and seizure. In fact, the village of Ravena and the Coeymans Police Department actually were courting criminal charges of obstructing justice and official misconduct, according to the Notice of Claim served on the village of Ravena and the town of Coeymans.

Ravena mayor John Bruno and village of Ravena board members Nancy Warner, William Bailey, Martin Case, and Rocco Persico, and town of Coeymans supervisor Stephen Flach and Coeymans board members Peter Masti, Thomas Boehm, Thomas Dolan, and Dawn Rogers were all named in the Notice of Claim, a requirement before filing a full-blown lawsuit against the village and town.

The really troubling part of these harassment and civil rights violation allegations is that at least two of the culprits are employees of the RCS Central School District: Martin Case is a social studies teacher (Of all things, social studies! And he is the biggest hypocrite of them all!) at the high school and Rocco Persico is a school psychologist at the high school. What does that tell you about the types we have in direct contact with the kids? The very people we are paying to teach them in the schools are harassing them in the streets!!! Hypocrites!!! And one of them is “clergy” (of a sort), Coeymans supervisor Stephen Flach and Peter Masti is a R.N. and allegedly a serious “Christian.”  Hypocrites!!!

In fact, Peter Masti writes in a letter to the editor and published in the Times Union (Thursday, September 17, 2009 ):

“Where will it stop, this all-powerful government stripping us of our rights in the name of “protecting others”? I do not have the answer, but we will not have to come up with it if we do not let it start at all.“

and here’s another Peter Masti quote (Times Union, January 8, 2013):

“When government thinks it is God, it oversteps its role in a most serious manner. It needs to remember that its oath is to uphold the law as it was originally intended.”

Yes, Mr Masti?  Well it’s there now and now you and your friends will have to fix it. Our question is:  When will you and your fellow board members, the Coeymans Police Department and the Village of Ravena stop stripping us of our rights?!? Can we put action where the words are?

And while we’re at it, lest we be accused of casting a blind eye to clergy who themselves cast a blind eye to the evil right under their noses, let’s not forget the apostate-hypocrite pastor of St Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church in Ravena, the very type of “renewal” priest that Paul VI had in mind when he stated that the “smoke of satan has entered the Church thru a small crack,” (or maybe his holiness meant ‘a small crackpot‘). Rev. James Kane of St Pat’s, among his many, many abuses of rules and liturgy, has made the arch-satan of the Coeymans Police Department, Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca, a lay minister, and has placed Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca in the sacred space of the sanctuary as a reader of Holy Scripture during the Catholic liturgy.  This is an incredible sin when you think of how the Christian churches, Protestant and Catholic,  are always preaching and publishing about social justice, human rights, etc.! Holy hypocrisy, Batman!

The Coeymans Police Department and Police Chief Gregory Darlington were also named in the claim because of their cooperation in enforcing the illegal law and for their obstruction of justice, official misconduct, and violation of civil and protected constitutional rights.

The Claim demands payment of at least $1,000,000 in damages or, and this is where it gets interesting, that the village and town make public apologies, publish their apologies together with the apology of the Coeymans police chief in the local official newspapers and, as an alternative to the at least $1,000,000 plus, to make no-strings-attached donations in the amount of $100,000 per year for five years to the Ravena-Coeymans Teen and Youth Activities Center, the non-profit youth services organization that mayor Bruno, councilwoman Nancy Warner and the Coeymans police have been harassing.

The citizen filing the Notice of Claim explains that he is not interested in profiting for himself but the civil rights abuses have to stop. Furthermore, he says, if the village of Ravena can afford to finance an unlawful and fraudulent (our words) Ravena Health and Fitness Center to the tune of $105,000+ a year, a healthclub that excludes persons under the age of 18 years, the very group that the Teen Center takes under its wing, then it can serve justice and fairness by making a gift, a donation to the Teen Center, too. Young people are citizens, too, and should not be excluded from the generosity of taxpayers! We agree 150%.

Notice of Claim Alleges Coeymans Police Chief is Incompetent, Discriminatory Law Enforcement, Criminal Obstruction of Justice, and more…

The second Notice of Claim that was served on the Town of Coeymans is going for the tender parts of the Coeymans Police Department and its incompetent police chief, Gregory Darlington…alleges discriminatory law enforcement, criminal obstruction of justice, and violation of civil and protected constitutional rights.

The Notice of Claim served on the town of Coeymans naming the Town of Coeymans, Coeymans supervisor Stephen Flach, the Coeymans town board and members Peter Masti, Thomas Boehm, Thomas Dolan, and Dawn Rogers, the Coeymans Police Department, Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington, and Coeymans police officer Jason Albert alleges Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington is a whimpering wimp (our language) and is Incompetent, and that on Darlington’s watch the Coeymans police department has engaged in  discriminatory law enforcement, criminal obstruction of justice, and violation of civil and protected constitutional rights, and more.

The Notice of Claim also charges the town of Coeymans, the town of Coeymans supervisor Stephen Flach, and the Coeymans town board and members Peter Masti, Thomas Boehm, Thomas Dolan, and Dawn Rogers aiding and abetting the misconduct in the Coeymans police department and the incompetence of Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington because the Coeymans town supervisor Flach and board members Masti, Boehm, Dolan, and Rogers have the duty and responsibility of directly supervising Darlington and his band of rabid wolverines. The Notice of Claim specifically names Darlington, Gerald Deluca, Ryan Johnson as examples of the failure of the Coeymans Police Department.

The Notice of Claim also names Coeymans police officer jason Albert for his role in the sham investigation of Cathleen M. Deluca a.k.a. Cathy Deluca, wife of Coeymans Police Department employee, Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca. Officer Albert seemed to have had trouble reading the law or had some help having trouble reading the law and botched up the investigation not only of the initial complaint against Cathy Deluca, manager of the controversial Ravena Health and Fitness Center, but managed also to overlook the fact that Deluca and her employee Claude A. Wheeles conspired to criminally falsely report an incident (seems to be a local habit in Ravena-Coeymans) , and yet another criminal offence of obstruction of justice! Incredibly, Albert glossed over the facts and even closed the investigation just hours after having interviewed the complainant and then actually ignored evidence proving that Deluca and Wheeles had lied! We have the stuff and it’s unbelievable. But it just goes to prove that it rally pays off in Ravena-Coeymans if you know someone in village or town hall.

Since Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington’s wife, Leah [sp?] Darlington, works in the Albany County District Attorney P[udenda] David Soares’ office, Could that have a little something to do with the disappearing investigations or the disappearing felonies? Waddaya say, Chiefie? Wifie and you in cohoots to save the Delucas’ bloated arses?

The obstruction of justice charges and official misconduct are both misdemeanors.

But the worst offence to the public is the fact that the Coeymans supervisor Flach and the Coeymans town board and its members  Peter Masti, Thomas Boehm, Thomas Dolan, and Dawn Rogers, elected officials who took oaths of office to support and to protect the constitution have done just the opposite. Because they have failed miserably in their duties and obligations to supervise the Coeymans police chief, Gregory Darlington, and the operations of the Coeymans Police Department, they have indifferently, negligently, and in some cases wilfully violated citizens’ civil rights and protected constitutional rights. While this situation might be the norm in the village of Ravena, we do expect more from the town of Coeymans (Why? We don’t know.)

Gregory Darlington is a public employee, not an elected official, and is subject to the provisions of a job description both as a civil service employee and as a town employee, as well as to periodic evaluation and, if necessary, disciplinary procedures. But the town of Coeymans board has pussy-footed around and has let Darlington have his way in the department everywhere from ignoring blatant abuses, to ignoring employee misconduct, to refusing to communicate with citizens, and has not been held to the minimum standards of his written job description. But he’s being paid more than $90,000 a year out of taxpayer money! And nobody’s watching him or keeping him on the straight and narrow. WTF is going on here, people?!?

According to the citizen filing the Notice of Claim, “I’m just fed up with the favoritism, the dishonesty, the conspicuous double-standards and the abuse in this community. And it really gets my dander up when they go after easy prey like kids or brain-dead druggies and let the real criminals go Scott-free. No pun in intended when you know they let Scott Lendin off the hook! We see the crimes of boardmembers relatives like Tom Dolan’s son [Editor’s Note: Dolan is Coeymans town board member and liaison to the Coeymans Police Department] and Dawn Roger’s daughter [Editor’s Note: Dolan is Coeymans town board member and also town liason officer to the Coeymans P.D.] disappear! When you have friends in the police department, like Scott Lendin claims he has, felonies tend to disappear! That’s just not right! But they’ve f**ked with the wrong citizen now and for the last time! I’m taking no prisoners in this war.” YES! Stick to your guns and fight the good fight!

New York Penal Law (hereinafter called NYP) § 195.00 Official misconduct. A public servant is guilty of official misconduct when, with intent to obtain a benefit or deprive another person of a benefit…he knowingly refrains from performing a duty which is imposed upon him by law or is clearly inherent in the nature of his office. Official misconduct is a class A misdemeanor.

§195.05 Obstructing governmental administration in the second degree. A person is guilty of obstructing governmental administration when he intentionally obstructs, impairs or perverts the administration of law or other governmental function or prevents or attempts to prevent a public servant from performing an official function, by means of intimidation, physical force or interference. Official misconduct is a class A misdemeanor.

US Code – Chapter 73: Obstruction of justice. Obstruction of justice is a serious federal offense where someone tries to impede the interfere with the legal process. This can include actions that impede the criminal process during the investigation stage or during the trial. There are many different ways that someone can be charged with obstructing justice such as: Attempting to influence a judge, court employee or a jury member; threatening, assaulting, blackmailing, retaliating against or taking other actions against someone for participating in a criminal investigation or prosecution; Lying to law enforcement officials about important information such as Knowingly altering, concealing, or destroying evidence or potential evidence.

Ways to Commit Obstruction of Justice

Obstruction of justice is a crime which can be charged in a number of scenarios. It can be committed by a judicial official, an elected official, attorneys and people obstructing the justice system. The following are ways that the crime of obstruction of justice can be committed:

• Interfering with the work of prosecutors, government officials, other officials, police, investigators or other professionals doing work to promote or ensure justice can constitute obstruction of justice.
• When a person who is questioned during an investigation lies to the police, this can result in obstruction of justice charges when the truth is discovered. The right to remain silent protects individuals who do not wish to cooperate with an investigation if it may incriminate them.
• Altering or destroying physical evidence can bring about obstruction of justice charges. 
• As a government official, a police chief or district attorney has an increased duty to uphold justice and enforce the laws, and his failure to do so can result in charges of obstruction of justice.
• Perjury can bring about obstruction of justice charges whether it is committed by an official or anyone in an official investigation.

In new york obstruction of justice is a class “a” misdeamenor.  maximum punishment is up to a year in jail.

Can you provide us with your information by SPECIFIC case, event, incident, dates, times, names of persons directly involved (perp, victim, investigating law enforcement officers’ names), witnesses, any damage or injury you sustained as a result (e.g., physical, social (defamation, public shame, etc.), economic (medical costs, loss of income, additional expenses, etc.), any other details you feel might be important.

Criminal federal and state obstruction of justice charges, state criminal official misconduct charges, and civil violation of protected rights and personal injury (tort) claims against Darlington, the Coeymans PD, the town of Coeymans, the members of the town board of Coeymans, Gregory Darlington, and P. We, as claimant, allege the following specific instances of Mr Gregory Darlington’s ongoing patterns of obstruction of justice in his capacity as chief of police in the town of Coeymans Police Department, including but not by limitation, the following allegations, which will be described in detail in a further Notice of Claim and lawsuit being prepared as we write. Do any of the following look familiar to you?

1. Failure to diligently  investigate or to supervise, or interfering with the progress of an on – going investigation of a complaint taken by the town of Coeymans Police Department;
2. Delaying or otherwise interfering with the timely processing of a good faith complaint, interfering with the inauguration or prosecution of the investigation of such complaint, or otherwise obstructing the reasonable investigative processes involved in the disposition of a complaint made with the Coeymans Police Department;
3. By indifference, ignorance, or negligence failing to ensure the proper handling, recording, tracking, access to, and security of evidence taken or provided for the purpose of law enforcement, criminal investigation, or other law enforcement activity;
4. Failing or refusing to respond to a citizen’s or complainant’s diligent inquiry regarding the status or progress of a complaint or investigation;
5. Obstructing or impairing a citizen’s or complainant’s rights under the law;
6. Indifference or injury to citizen’s or complainant’s confidence in his or her constitutionally guaranteed protected and guaranteed rights under the United States Constitution and the laws of the United States and the State of New York, to wit: freedom of expression and assembly, equal protection under the law, protection from unlawful search and seizure, discrimination based on sex, age, gender, orientation, faith tradition; profiling by person, vehicle, etc.
7. Failure to enforce discipline in the case of on- or off – duty misconduct of members of the Coeymans Police Department upon good faith, substantiated, and factual citizen complaint;
8. Indifference or injury to a citizen’s or complainant’s confidence in the impartiality of the law, and law enforcement, in equal protection under the law;
9. Creation of the impression by word, conduct, silence, commission, omission of a double – standard system of favoritism or nepotism or simonism or other such pernicious practice based on personal, social, professional, political or economic relationships or associations;
10. The conditioning of support of the public service resources of the Coeymans Police Department or resources accessible or at the disposal of the Coeymans Police Department upon favor or other conditional consideration or benefit to the staff, organization, image, operations of the Coeymans Police Department;
11. Indifference to or refusal to respond to citizen’s or complainant’s telephone, e – mail, letter or written communications and inquiries relating to the business and operations of the Coeymans Police Department;
12. Indifference to or refusal to respond or to comply with the affirmative obligations imposed upon the Coeymans Police Department under the provisions of New York State Public Officers Law Article 6 §§84 – 90, also known as the New York State Freedom of Information Law or the F.O.I.L.;
13. Refusal to collaborate or to cooperate with other intra – municipal public service personnel, public servants, public employees, agencies, offices or officials to facilitate timely and productive response to citizen or complainant complaints, inquiries, concerns;
14. Indifference to or refusal to create, implement, update, or observe quality, disciplinary, complaint processing, administrative procedures and policies required or already in place in the Coeymans Police Department or in the town of Coeymans government system to ensure an acceptable and efficacious performance of the Coeymans Police Department as a unit of the government of the town of Coeymans and the intra – departmental operations of the Coeymans Police Department;
15. Have you been or felt you have been intimidated or subjected to retaliation by Coeymans law enforcement, complained, and have been frustrated by their indifference or non-response? Did you feel abused?
16. Indifference to or refusal to create or to enhance a positive image of law enforcement in the town of Coeymans.

This list is considered ongoing and may be augmented at any time without notice upon receipt of information not already contained or included in the above list.

That’s what’s happened when Cathy Deluca, director of the Ravena Health and Fitness Center, tried to harass and bully a local resident. That was the wrong thing to do and the wrong person to do it to. Right, Cathy?

It seems that mayor John T. Bruno and his cohort of clowns, the trustees of the village of Ravena (William Bailey, Martin Case , Rocco Persico, and Nancy Warner) made a bad choice when they “appointed” Cathy Deluca to the $30K position as director of the fitness center.

We recently reported how a visit to the Ravena Health and Fitness Center was less than impressive. But what we didn’t report on was the way a visitor to the RHFC was treated by Cathy Deluca and how that treatment has landed Deluca and the village of Ravena in a very, very sticky situation.

In fact, on June 4, 2013, the Ravena mayor John T. Bruno, the village of Ravena, the trustees of the Village of Ravena, and Cathy Deluca were served with a Notice of Claim, advising them that a local resident intends to sue them for at least $1,000,000 for abuse received at the hands of Cathy Deluca.

A Notice of Claim (N.Y. GMU. LAW § 50-e) is the preliminary step that is required under New York State Law when a lawsuit is looming against a municipality or a corporation. It’s supposed to give them a chance to get their ducks in a row and investigate. Later a hearing (N.Y. GMU. LAW § 50-h), called a 50H, is scheduled and the claimant or witnesses are examined under oath. That allows the municipality to decide whether to fight or to make an offer. If the preliminaries fail, the case goes to the courts. Transcripts of the testimony are made available to the claimant, who has the opportunity to correct any errors or even to clarify answers. Those transcripts can be read into evidence by either party at any hearing, trial, or on a motion.

The Facts in a Nutshell: During the open-house days the public was invited to check out the RHFC, and the resident, who works out regularly, went to tour the RHFC. The tour went very well but when the resident was about to leave, Deluca calls him over to the reception counter and starts verbally assaulting him.

Apparently Cathy Deluca wasn’t aware of federal and state laws, First and Fourteenth Amendment protected rights, and the fact that being an employee of a government entity and working in a public place could get you into some very hot water if you don’t mind your manners and know your place. Of course, Cathy Deluca doesn’t mind her manners or know her place, judging by the facts of the case.

Bottom line is: Deluca verbally abused the visitor, demanded that he stop his constitutional rights of free expressive activity, expelled the visitor from the RHFC, a public place,  for no good reason, and she enlisted the assistance of two RHFC employees to intimidate and force the visitor to leave. Deluca violated so many of the visitors protected rights we wouldn’t have time or space to list them here but will soon be posting the full text of the Notice of Claim, the Claimant’s Affidavit served on the village of Ravena, and the Deposition in Support filed with the complaint with the Coeymans Police Department on a charge of harassment.

We have information that Deluca and two RHFC employees, apparently the same employees that assisted Deluca in harassing the visitor, attempted to complain to the Coeymans Police that the visitor had caused the incident, but the lies will not take them far, and the two employees had better be very careful before they get themselves deeper into the muck and charged along with Deluca.

Our advice to the two RHFC employees who seem to have made misleading statements: Be very careful what you say and don’t be led astray by any promises. The law takes very seriously false statements and perjury and you may be getting set up for a very rocky ride. You never know what’s out there to support the facts and the truth. Caution!

The Plot Thickens…

Cathy Deluca is the nexus between the Ravena mafiosi and the Coeymanazis.

This can start to get really complicated. Here’s why: We frequently use the term “incest club” and this is a classic example of how the club operates. Here we have the infamous Bruno-Biscone connections: Ravena mayor John Bruno, Ravena trustee Nancy Warner (a Biscone), one of the main supporters of the Ravena Health and Fitness Center and on the budget committee that approved the funds for the Center in the 2013-14 Ravena budget ($115,500.00) is wife of Ravena village justice Harold “Hal” Warner. Nancy is also a tool of Ravena mayor Bruno and, as we’ve mentioned, Warner is a supporter of the Ravena Health and Fitness Center conspiracy, she’s head of the budget committee for the Fitness Center, and was instrumental in getting Cathy Deluca the job as director (that way mayor Bruno can keep his bony fingers clean). Michael Biscone, as is common knowledge, is the on-again-off-again Ravena village shyster, “getting things done”  whether he’s on the books or not. Cathy Deluca, it seems, is the “item” between the Ravena mafiosi and the Coeymanazis. Cathy Deluca is Gerald “Dirty Hands” Deluca’s partner. As you already know, Deluca is a member of the Coeymans police department and a local ringleader of the Coeymanazis. Deluca has a reputation for stymying investigations, for making nutty statements, and allegedly for misusing privileged information; he’s also a scofflaw, which is just what we need on the police force, and may have committed misdemeanor adultery under current New York state law when he was servicing Cathy, while he was still married! There are also speculations that he may have misused information and information access available to police departments and police officers. The list could go on but that’s another article.

The investigation of the criminal allegations against Cathy Deluca is being handled by the Coeymans Police Department, which is headed by Gregory Darlington, whose wife is a secretary in P. David Soares’, Albany County District Attorney, office. Nancy and Hal Warner’s daughter is “allegedly” a lawyer working in the Albany Co. DA’s office. Gregory Darlington has “allegedly” held up a number of investigations for one reason or another—few of them credible—, usually because of his  incompetence, his ignorance or both (and the Coeymans taxpayers pay him more than $90K/year + benes!), and as Coeymans police chief, Darlington will probably be involved in the criminal investigation of the charges alleged against Cathy Deluca. Darlington and Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca are reportedly very cozy. So how cna Darlington allow an investigation of his buddy’s pet squeeze?  How’s that going to work? And let’s don’t forget Kerry Thompson, who was made Darlington’s “administrative assistant” at more than $31.00/hr. Don’t think he’s so clean, either. Even if Darlington turns the investigation over to him, Thompson’s married to Darlington’s sister!!!

The criminal allegations against Cathy Deluca will probably be stonewalled by the political interests involved, especially since Ravena trustees Martin Case and William Bailey have their eyes on higher local political office, particularly Marty Case who wants to be Coeymans supervisor. Do you think there may be something to Cathy Deluca’s getting the $30K director position in the Ravena Health and Fitness Center, her husband’s connections with the Coeymans Police Department and the town of Coeymans, the local democrat machine, and the Ravena trustees’ targeting the Coeymans supervisor’s office? Will Coeymans become another ghost town like Ravena if mayor Bruno’s pet cockroach, Marty Case, gets to be supervisor?

Speaking of Martin “Marty” Case, a teacher at the RCS high-school, there’s a lot of skeletons in that closet. There’s word around that there was some incident in a recent field trip where Case was supposed to be supervising students but left his post to party. Is it true? Let’s hope its being investigated! And let’s not forget the reports of Marty Case’s illegal activities electioneering for the local sports association in the school.  Is this being investigated, Dr McCartney? Again, these people have no ethics, morals, or common sense and yet this community elects them to lead the community…to hell.

The a history of animosity between the Ravena Bruno regime and the town of Coeymans that’s been plaguing this community for decades is common knowledge. Maybe, now with John Bruno planning to run again for re-election—Why won’t that mummy just roll over and retire?—his little minions Bill Bailey and Marty Case are planning to infiltrate the town of Coeymans and hand it over to the godfather, John Bruno. Yeah! Cathy Deluca gets the job of director of the RHFC and Bruno gets to put his little puppet Marty Case  in the executive’s chair in the Coeymans town hall. Steve Flach, are you listening? Praying?

Now, since the Coeymans Police are investigating the criminal allegations against Cathy Deluca, the complaint will be reviewed by Coeymans town attorney—Guess who?—Yes! Gregory Teresi, son of twice (at least) disciplined democrat NY supreme court judge, Joe Teresi, who was also formerly a Coeymans town attorney.  Gregory Teresi is Ravena village attorney AND Coeymans town attorney!  Do you want to talk about conflict of interests? Gregory Teresi, unless he has the ethics and the good sense to recuse himself, is the keystone to saving Cathy Deluca’s broad bottom: First of all, he would be the one to review the criminal charges against Cathy Deluca and decide whether or not to prosecute. Then he will probably—unless Michael Biscone bumps him—to handle the Notice of Claim, the 50-h hearings, and the planned lawsuit against the village of Ravena and Cathy Deluca. These attorneys, Gregory Teresi, Michael Biscone, Joe Rotello—now a clerk with the 3rd District Appellate Court that is responsible for attorney discipline—, and Louis Neri—a former partner in the Biscone law firm— are all in bed together.

So, when Greg Teresi’s pride and arrogance gets the best of him and he makes the stupid mistake of getting involved with the Deluca case, he’s going to face ethics charges of conflict of interest, and possibly because of his involvement with the Deluca case, there’ll also be charges of conspiracy and corruption. So go for it Greg! See if daddy Joe Teresi can save you! Joe Rotello (by the way, Rotello’s mother was a Persico making Joe Rotello one of the Ravena mafiosi) may not be so willing to jump in to pull you out and risk his reptilian neck, even though he’s cozy with Ravena and with daddy Joe Teresi. So you may be standing alone facing the scrutiny of the Appellate Division’s Committee on Professional Standards, and likely criminal charges, too!

O.K., say Gregory Darlington, Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca, Greg Teresi don’t manage to kill the criminal charges against Cathy Deluca. What then? What Coeymans town justice or Ravena village justice would be impartial and qualified to hear the case? Certainly not Harold “Hal” Warner, he’s stuck in this conspiracy like a stick in concrete with his wife, Nancy Warner, a trustee on the Ravena village board and so tightly wrapped around the Ravena Health and Fitness scandal she stinks of it and Cathy Deluca’s situation, a nuclear missile couldn’t separate them. Could George Dardiani, the former school cook, take the case? His wife’s a nurse in the RCS school district. They’re both too closely connected with the schools and with the teachers and employees of the schools. Dardiani hates to handle cases involving teachers. But get this, Martin Case is a teacher at the RCS high school and on the Ravena village board, and he’s planning to  run for the Coeymans town supervisor office. Rocco Persico is a psychologist at the RCS high school and on the Ravena village board.  Are you connecting the dots? George Dardiani—Mrs Nurse Dardiani—Martin Case—Rocco Persico—RCS Central School District—Matt-the-Mutt Miller—Teachers Union—RCS board of education—Fiends of RCS—Dirty Hands Jerry Deluca—Hal Warner—Nancy Warner—Cathy Deluca—mayor John Bruno…it’s what we call a circle-jerk: you do me, ill do who’s next, they’ll do you. Coeymans town justice Phillip Crandall doesn’t like confrontation and doesn’t like getting his hands dirty…or is he just plain cowardly? Who knows? But there isn’t one judge in Ravena or Coeymans who can hear the Deluca case, which is very bad for Cathy, because the case will have to go to a court outside Ravena or Coeymans, and the Coeymanazis will likely have a very difficult time getting an outside judge to play their little games. So it’s a Catch-22 for Cathy and her gang. If they publicly try to pull her out of this mess, they risk getting prosecuted; if they don’t try to pull her out, their little scam collapses around their ears! Poor crooks!

So, in summary: Cathy Deluca gets a plum job with the village of Ravena. Ravena village trustees have their eyes glued to the supervisor’s office in Coeymans. Cathy Deluca’s husband is thick with the town of Coeymans and the Coeymans Police Department. The Coeymans Police Department is investigating the criminal allegations against the wife, Cathy Deluca, of one of its own, Dirty-Hands Jerry Deluca, and Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington, a cozy friend of Deluca,  will likely oversee the investigation. Whether the case will be prosecuted is subject to review by Greg Teresi, who is both Ravena village attorney and the Coeymans town attorney, Greg Teresi who has close connections with the Delucas and with the village of Ravena, and Ravena attorney Michael Biscone. Do you think any of these dingbats will have the good sense to recuse themselves from the investigation, from the case? Not very lkely because if any link in this criminally corrupt chain fails to do his/her part, the whole house of cards collapses, and so does the power structure. There’s a lot at stake here. Just follow the money!

So where do you think the criminal investigation against Cathy Deluca is likely to end up? Wherever it ends up, there’ll be a trail to follow. And then we’ll investigate to find out who is steering state and federal law enforcement away from this cesspool of local corruption in Ravena-Coeymans public office and who’s protecting whom from the feds. Let’s see how far the civil right violations, now public and unavoidable, travel up the ladder. Where the case stops is where we start digging.

But now we’re looking at going after Shop’n Save for violating two candidates’ First Amendment rights and preventing them from legitimate expressive activity in a public place. You may think free speech has been dead and buried in the RCS district for decades but it’s now rising up fast and with a vengeance! Dirty-Hands Jerrry Has Resurfaced and Arrogantly Thinks He’s the Spokesperson for the Entire RCS Central School District: “We don’t care what the other schools do!” Well, We Don’t Care What You Care About, Jerry, Either.

 According to Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca, the RCS parents and residents shouldn’t care what other districts are doing. That profound bit of lunatic wisdom came during the public statement portion of the September 4, 2012, RCS board of education meeting, when Deluca made a cameo appearance after months of invisibility. Deluca was remarkably understated and gentle when he took the podium, even timid. We can only guess what the effects of his long withdrawal and quiet time might have been (was it imposed by the Ravena-Coeymans godfather, we wonder?). He was getting too mouthy and uppity, anyway. No one missed him or his bottle baglady partner Cathy Deluca  nor his lapdog R.J. D’Esposito. But school’s in session and they’re back so we might as well get used to it.

Damn! Just when the neighborhood started to look good again!

Deluca made the statement, apparently on behalf of the Coeymanazi mob, because all previous speakers were apalled at the article published in the Sunday Times Useless, “Big tab, mixed results. State’s per pupil cost is tops in U.S., but outcomes elusive” (S. Waldman, Sept 1, 2012) (Click here to read the entire article.)

The article reports per pupil expenses for some area school districts for the 2010-2011 school year (the most recent available). RCS is the highest cost per pupil of the entire group! Why is that?

But Dirty-Hands Jerry doesn’t think that’s significant because, Deluca wants us all to know that he’s there  “to remind people is that this school district does so  many good things for kids and wehn I hear people stand up and say we’re not Bethlehem or we’re not Balston Spa. No, we’re not. We’re RCS and we do very good things and we want to do the best we can for our kids. We don’t care what other schools do.”

Well, Mr Deluca, some of us do care what other districts are doing. We’re not into this isolation thing you seem to worship. We live in a world where we need to be aware of what’s going on around us. We need to compare and, by comparing, learn from others. We’re not as wise and all-knowing as you seem to think you are, Jerry. If this district is the most expensive out of some 13 districts surveyed, there’s really something wrong here. When Bethlehem and Ballston Spa and Albany can do it for less, there’s something really wrong in this district and we’d better hurry up and find out what it is. Any ideas, Jerry?

And we’d better care what the other districts are doing because the state and federal education authorities have a silly little thing they call comparisons. They tend to like to compare things, especially, school performances (and RCS’s performance, despite the hype, is pretty mediocre) costs per pupil, and they tend to ask some very sticky questions when things start to look a little odd, like in the RCS district. Didn’t you know that, Jerry? But you’re special, aren’t you? You don’t have to care. Well the rest of us do, Jerry, so Shut up and disappear, Jerry!

Jerry Deluca and his mob crammed the 2012-13 RCS school budget down your throats, now you’re seeing where that great advice got you all! What about all you Yes! voters who are now screaming bloody murder that you’re going to have to pay more to use school facilities? How do you all feel now that the teachers clique and the Deluca mob has led you down the rosey path to oblivion? Maybe now you’ll start listening to the real people, the business persons on the board of education and stop pointing the finger!

(Has anyone bothered to ask what the RCS school district is charging Cathy Deluca and her gang for the use of the school property for the so-called RCS Bottle Blitz? That’s not an official program of the RCS school district, either. The RCS Bottle Blitz is an entirely privately organized activity that has nothing to do with the RCS Central School District. So Cathy Deluca and Loraine Misuraca, you have to make a request, the request must be discussed by the BoE, and you have to pay for the use of the facilities. O.K.? Are you thinking about that, Superintentent Elizabeth R. Smith?)

Residents and Property Owners, You’d Better Start Asking Some Very Serious Questions Why the RCS CSD is Costing Property Owners more than $21,000 per pupil! There’s A Big Hole Somewhere and Your Money’s Leaking Into a Big Pit (a.k.a. a cesspool of corruption). (New Baltimore Residents had Better Start Doing Some Investigation, Too, Because You’re the Heaviest Taxed of Any of the RCS Locales! You need to consider why this is so when thinking about whether to re-elect your current town board mafia members. New Baltimore, you need to wake up, too! You’re being snookered.)
