Threats of School Shooting at RCS High School!!!

As of March 29, 2018, we’re still waiting for the RCS District Superintendent Brian Bailey, RCS High School Principal Lisa Partierne, Coeymans Acting Police Chief Daniel Contento, Coeymans Supervisor Phil Crandall and others (see the list below) — anyone with real facts — to comment, provide a public statement, or provide the facts about the incident. No one seems to want to come out and make a statement on this important public safety, school safety issue. Why is that?

What is RCS, Coeymans PD waiting for?

On Friday, March 23, 2018, three RCS high school  students were reported to be “joking” about coming into the highschool and shooting it up.

In our article “Drive-by Shooting Arrives in RCS” we were the first to break the story about the botched up investigation of a local drive-by shooting. Coeymans Police allowed the case to go cold; no real investigation, no suspects, no arrests, no prosecution. Criminals went free. Sheriff’s Department and State Police wouldn’t touch it without Coeymans Police requesting assistance. Request was never made.

If you recall, a high-school student at RCS high school was suspendid for wearing a T-shirt depicting a weapon (National Guard), and in another incident the school was locked down and a student arrested for having a rifle in his car trunk. Just recently students at Albany High School were terrorized and evacuated, and several students arrested for a school shooting incident. Why isn’t the RCS Central School District and the Coeymans Police Department reading the writing on the wall.

Three RCS highschool students Chandler L., Dylan A., and Cameran R. were apprehended and taken into the RCS high school principal’s, Lisa Patierne’s  office and suspended for five (5) days for allegedly “joking” about shooting up the high school.Five days should be just about enough time for them to plan their extracurricular criminal activities, obtain weapons and ammunition, and execute their plan for “shooting up” the high school.

RCS Central School District Superintendent Brian Bailey, RCS high school principal, Lisa Patierne, deputy principal, Joe Slichko, and Coeymans Police Department School Resource Officer, Schwebke and his boss, Coeymans Police Chief (acting) Daniel W. Contento have some questions to answer.

With the recent waves of gun violence in our schools, such “joking” must be taken to be real threats and the individuals not only taken into custody but subjected to intense psychological evaluation, surveillance and monitoring, and other controls. BUT NOT IN THE RCS CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT!!!

RCS is not the inner city, it’s not Albany Arbor Hill or Newark, NJ. And with a more than $43 million dollar budget — about 75% of which goes to salaries for personnel —, what are the teachers teaching these kids? What are the parents doing about teaching these kids correct behavior, morality, good judgment? How is it with the media coverage of the slaughter, murder, mayhem, trauma and suffering caused by students to students, to parents, to whole communities in recent shooting, that the RCS community doesn’t take “joking” about such incidents more seriously? Behind every joke is a real situation!

And with the recent scandal revolving around law enforcement misconduct and the international attention it got: Did anyone at any of the schools discuss the reasons why the conduct of two Coeymans Police personnel was reprehensible, scandalous, and outrageous? Is there anything, any room in the RCS curricula for discussions of morality, ethics, etc. or about the systemic social and political failure in the United States today that puts us at the top of the list for school shootings and other social disgraces?

Our guess is that none of this gets any discussion in the RCS Central School District and, furthermore, that most RCS parents don’t bother to discuss such things with their offspring. Judging from the response to the Coeymans Police misconduct on just one site — The Care2 Petition, which received more than 87,000 signatures (more than 10,000 in New York State alone), and the embarrassing attendance at the March 22, 2018, Coeymans Town Board meeting, at which less than 20 people showed up, three of which traveled from as far away as Queensbury to make a public statement at that meeting. That alone shows how uninterested locals are in their community. It’s a stinking shame, an embarrassment! Then you wonder why we live in such a, well, cesspool, with equally shitty elected officials, and pretty third-world services, if any? Pardon our language but there are no other words to accurately describe the situation — and you know it’s true!

We all know that our legal system will hold a host giving a party accountable for damage and injuries caused by a guest leaving the party drunk, and while under the influence, getting involved in an accident.  We say hold the teachers, the administrators, the school board members, the police department school resource officers responsible for injuries and deaths occurring on school property. PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE; the taxpayers are already being sucked dry paying for these parasites and getting nothing in return. PERSONAL LIABILITY will get these dumbasses thinking about taking their responsibilities seriously.

In the RCS Central School District, school officials and law enforcement don’t take such “joking” = “threats” too seriously. After all, the teachters, administrators, and RCS school board members are all too busy padding their pockets, planning their retirements, or budgeting school tax dollars to benefit their cronies. The Coeymans Police are too busy running over raccoons in shopping mall parking lots.

You should have a lot of questions. You should be demanding answers. Our questions are:

• How are the three students’ parents being handled in this case?
• Do the parents of these three students have guns, ammunition in their homes? How are they secured? Have they been seized by law enforcement during the investigation or the pending investigation?
• Were the parents of RCS high school and middle school students informed of this threat?
• Were students in the RCS Middle School and RCS High School, two schools on the same location, informed of the threats in a professional manner? Were they informed about ways to detect such threats and a procedure to follow? Were they educated as to what to do in such an situation? 
• What actions, other than administrative suspension, were undertaken to investigate these students and the possibility that their “joking” was not real “threats”?
• The RCS high school and middle school are in the jurisdiction of the Coeymans “Raccoon Killer” Police Department, what actions or plan of action do the Coeymans Police have for such threats?
• Are these three students under supervision or surveillance?
• What action did the RCS Central School District Superintendent, , and the RCS Central School Board of Education taken in this case?

There are some really serious questions that have to be answered in cases like this. Contact local officials to get the answers before you hear the sirens and learn about the local school shootings because nothing was done in cases like Chandler L, Dylan A. and Cameran R.

The New Baltimore Republican Club is a very welcoming, friendly group of neighbors, and we’re sure they’d be more than delighted to welcome anyone of any party affiliation from the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk communities, as well as neighbors in Greene County.

It may be a good time to also address the local problem of anti-military bias in our schools, and hear what the national legislators think of the RCS scandal raised by Mr Tom DiAcetis, principal of the RCS high-school, and Mr Alan McCartney, RCS central school district interim supervisor. That scandal united 19 local students to challenge DiAcetis and McCartney, who were shredded on national media, and mobilized parents to hand out National Guard t-shirts at the recent RCS homecoming game. (See the front-page report in the Ravena News Herald, October 2, 2014). DiAcetis and McCartney are desperately backpedaling but it’s doing them no good, except to further mark them as liars and incompetent as leaders. The Ravena News Herald appears to be providing DiAcetis and McCartney with excuses but when Bryan Rowzee of the Ravena News Herald quotes Alan McCartney as saying, “McCartney went on to explain that the recruiter personally ‘apologized for his actions…”! Well, Mr McCartney, the recruiter is not the one who should be offering apologies, you ASS! You should be apologizing all the way to the door, together with Tom DiAcetis, and your special-interest biased RCS board of education! You should be apologizing for your anti-military bias, your double-talk to the taxpayers and parents of this district, and your lax attitude with renegade and maverick school administrators and crooked teachers! No, Mr McCartney, the unnamed recruiter doesn’t have to apologize.

And Thank you! James Staats of South Bethlehem for your short but very to-the-point letter-to-the-editor of the News Herald in which you give DiAcetis and McCartney the lashing they deserve! Mr Staats writes: “McCartney went on to explain that the recruiter personally ‘apologized for his actions and agreed to meet with students concerning the shirts.” We’d like to note that the News Herald’s and Rowzee’s attempts in the extensive positive coverage of the RCS school district in the October 2, 2014, issue is an obvious attempt to distract readers from the seriousness of the DiAcetis-McCartney scandal. In fact, it’s insulting to read that McCartney says that the recruiter “personally apologized”! For what? Mr McCartney. It’s not the recruiter who owes us an apology, you ASS! It’s YOU and Tom DiAcetis! Our legislators, Mr Gibson, Mr Lopez and others (Amedore) need to weigh in on this scandal; after all, they can lean heavily on education officials in the state and federal departments of education to discipline such violations of civics and civil rights.

Open Letter to all RCS board members:

While I know many of you, I want to address the full board on a matter of extreme importance.

As a graduate of RCS and an Army veteran, I am outraged by the decision of  Interim Superintendent AlanMcCartney to ban the wearing of tee-shirts handed out by the National Guard to students. This is a graphic of a soldier standing sentinel in defense of our freedoms. This should not be offensive to anybody but should invoke pride that we have courageous men and women to serve our country.

I would like an answer from each one of you; not in political gobbeldygook, whether you agree or disagree with his decision. I would like to remind you that this is not just about budgets but our basic freedoms that our soldiers have fought and died for.

I am calling for an immediate firing of Dr Alan McCartney. We don’t need to pay $600 a day to disrespect our military and further erode our hard fought freedoms.

We’re publishing Mr Staats’ letter in its entirety because we believe he’s right. But the Ravena News Herald reaches less than 3,000 readers each week; we get that many in a day! Published here, it reaches thousands of readers locally, nationally, internationally. It expresses many residents’, voters’ sentiments and sentiments that our legislators like Mr Gibson, Mr Lopez and potentially Mr Amadore are well-advised to keep clearly in mind.

Question: Where is George McHugh, an Army JAG officer, and Terry Kindlon, a marine, on all of this. You’d think they’d be out prosecuting DiAcetis and McCartney as well and the members of the RCS CSD board of education pro bono for their un-American activity! Hello! Guys, where are you?!?

Not only should local veterans and others mobilize and make the October 2 NBRC meeting to meet our legislators, you should appear in support of the United States Armed Forces. Yeah! Ask Mr Gibson, Mr Lopez and Mr Amadore where they stand on these issues.

What does former Coeymans police chief Gregory Darlington do while all of this is going on? He throws a sissy-fit and resigns. We think that ex-military law enforcement like former NB constable, the late Don “Squeaky” Tanner and former police chief Frank “Babe” McCabe, two proud veterans, would have gone down there and taken the cowards by the scruff of the neck and kicked some anti-military ass. They were law enforcement who had family values, morality, had the community spirit, watched everyone’s back, and cared for every kid as one of their own! Not like the beasts we have in local law enforcement now who make our young people Public Enemy No. 1 and their ticket to an undeserved pension.

Remember: Candidates need the support of major political parties to get on a ballot and run. That’s the way it is. But once they’re in office, no matter who elected them, they have an obligation to represent the best interests of EVERYONE, not just the ones who supported them, in their district. It’s our responsibility to remind them of that fact.

Editor’s Note: As stupid as it may seem, the town of Coeymans is holding its town board meeting on the same evening, October 14, 2014, as the RCS-CSD board of education is holding their meeting. Both the Coeymans town board meeting and the RCS-CSD BoE meeting need your attendance because both have especially important issues on the agenda. Local residents and taxpayers should not have to make a choice which of these meetings to attend. We urge the RCS-CSD BoE and the town of Coeymans to get their empty heads together and stagger their meetings to allow citizens to be involved and to participate in the democratic process.

We also urge all military, ex-military, veterans to make it a special point to attend the RCS-CSD BoE meeting on October 14, 2014, to show support for our military men and women and our veterans, and to tell Mr DiAcetis and Mr McCartney and the nazis on the RCS BoE exactly what you think of their un-American policies and their disrespect for the loyalty and patriotism of their students and the National Guard! Wow! McCartney-DiAcetis’ Stupidity Goes National, International

The Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District Has Done It Again but this Time It’s Gone Absolutely Viral!

News Media Unanimous: DiAcetis and McCartney Were Wrong!

Several national news media have picked up the McCartney-DiAcetis scandal involving the banning of a t-shirt handed out at the high-school by a National Guard recruiter. Not a single one of the reports paints McCartney or DiAcetis in very pretty colors, in fact, they almost unanimously condemn DiAcetis’ action and McCartney’s ridiculous defenses.

One commentator on Fox’s “Outnumbered” asked whether DiAcetis and McCartney were going to black out all the muskets and weapons in the history books used at the schools.

We almost think the media plagiarized this blog—You know, just like RCS CSD interim superintendent Alan R. McCartney plagiarizes his graduation speeches—because many of the words used in the television discussions and the print media echo our own choices of words. “Disgraceful”, “scandalous”, “silly”, “unpatriotic”, “childish”, etc. Some even suggested that RCS high-school principal Tom DiAcetis has an “anti-military bias.” The reporters and the panel on Fox News “Outnumbered” even suggested that DiAcetis and McCartney are sending a completely wrong message and that they were excessively heavy-handed and too extreme. We, of course, agree entirely. One commentator on Fox’s “Outnumbered” asked whether DiAcetis and McCartney were going to black out all the muskets and weapons in the history books used at the schools.

We warned you but you ignored us! Now, AGAIN, you’re in the news AGAIN and it’s not because you’re so good; your choices are still bad and they’ve come back AGAIN to bite you in the butts.

We have in the past written about the wrong messages being sent to the community and to students by school administrators, the district offices and the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk board of education. We warned that they were not leaders and that disaster was just around the corner. We warned that the likes of James Latter, who has a record of abuses, including violations of confidentiality. We warned of the problems looming with the unbalanced composition of the RCS board of education and that it was biased in favor of the teachers and the teachers union, NYSUT. We warned that Mary Partridge-Brown, a close friend of RCS union representative Matt Miller, the teacher who was double-dipping as so-called energy manager at the high-school, and who was teaching only a partial load so that he could do his union work on school time and still draw his teacher’s salary and all benefits. Mary Partidge-Brown’s husband is Patrick Brown, a sitting RCS board of education member. We warned about Alan McCartney’s self-serving pattern of kissing up to anyone who will keep him in his part-time, on-his-own-schedule, interim superintendent’s job where he’s collecting more than $100,000 of RCS Central School District money. We warned that the RCS board of education was no longer representing the community but was now an extension of the special interests of the teachers and of the teachers union. We warned of the abysmal graduation rates and the student abuse by coaches and teachers. We warned you but you ignored us! Now, AGAIN, you’re in the news and it’s not because you’re so good.

We’ve written volumes on the goings-on in the schools but especially the RCS high school. Everything from bullying to the local Coeymans cop who was assigned as the security liason, the RSO, Danielle Crosier, who according to students was doing a wrestling coach on school grounds, riding a school bus with the football team to away games, and wrecking patrol cars. Did you listen? Did you protest? No! She’s still there. Why? Oh, by the way, she carries her service weapon, a gun, around the school but that doesn’t seem to bother DiAcetis or McCartney. They’re too busy messing around with National Guard t-shirts.

How can DiAcetis and McCartney continue in leadership positions and how can they govern the district and the students now that they have lost the battle?

When a leader loses face vis-a-vis those he’s supposed to be leading, the only thing left to do is to resign.

We warned that there is no leadership in the RCS CSD. In fact, Tom DiAcetis and McCartney are non-leaders, who operate best when they can be heavy-handed and vindictive. If they were non-leaders before, what are they now that they’ve made complete asses of themselves not only with the students, the community, but now with the entire nation!?! Now that the situation and the story has gone wildfire on the national media, complete with discussions of quotes from McCartney’s defenses, the kids are actually in the lead. The kids are winning the battle. DiAcetis and McCartney have lost face because the kids have trumped them. This creates a very difficult position in the RCS central school district: How can DiAcetis and McCartney continue in leadership positions and how can they govern the district and the students now that they have lost the battle? Just imagine the situation now with the kids looking at them as losers!

When a leader loses face vis-a-vis those he’s supposed to be leading, the only thing left to do is to resign, to turn in the keys. A leader who is made to eat crow by those he’s supposed to be leading is incapable of leading; he’s tainted. DiAcetis has no other choice but to resign and let someone who has half a brain take the reins. McCartney was given a chance, despite his tainted background, he showed promise in the beginning but then his true colors came through: he’s an opportunist, he can’t be trusted, he’s using this school district to pad is pockets while still collecting his pension, and he’s lost the ability to lead, he’s lost students’ and our confidence. McCartney has to go.

The Vermin Must Go!
They are killing us!

The vermin on the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk board of education have been very quiet. That’s exactly what we’d expect from them when the cat hits the fan. Latter and his band of scoundrels have balls only when they can ambush; when the lights go on they scurry fast for their holes. They’re good rats and know when to come out and when to hide. But you need to go after them and force them to do what you elected them to do.

It’s the only moral, decent, honorable thing to do. DiAcetis and McCartney Must Go!
The RCS BoE is on the carpet to act on this scandal. Let them show their colors: Black and Blue, Feces Brown?

McCartney, DiAcetis, RCS Fail at Education

When so – called educators don’t educate and indiscriminately create and enforce knee – jerk policies, and superintendents stupidly announce “Rules are Rules”, that’s not education people, that’s fascism, totalitarianism, extremism. It’s not education it’s automation, creating sheeple out of sensitive and responsive minds. Is that the plan underlying today’s “education”? Is the plan to create either sheeple or criminals? Black or white: “Rules are Rules,” OBEY!

McCartney’s “Rules are rules” mantra simply doesn’t work. Where’s the education in all of this? This sort of model is used to train dogs and monkeys, not adolescent human beings. The overriding policy is: Ban it, Don’t explain it.

With the deterioration of American family systems, the marginalization of religion and churches, the national and local lies and propaganda, the criminal corruption and hypocrisy we have not only in our courts, legislatures and town halls but in many of the homes where many of these young adults live is bad enough. But when we put cowards and fools in executive and administrative positions in our schools, OUR SCHOOLS, and they are contradicting everything of value, ethical, moral and civil, that’s where we have to shout very loudly: WE’VE HAD ENOUGH! GET OUT!

BAN THIS BITCH!!!

This is one of those times where we have to say: The students are right!

Isn’t it the job of the teachers we pay outrageously high salaries to teach our young people not ways of watching but ways of seeing; not ways of hearing but ways of listening; not ways of simply being but ways of be – ing, experiencing. Using this most recent example of the failure of our teachers, principals, administrators, isn’t this yet another example of the failure of education in our RCS schools? This is exactly what we saw during the Bruno – Warner dictatorship in Ravena when they were openly violating rights protected by the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights. It’s the very thing we’ve been writing about in our essays about the corruption and obstruction of justice in the Coeymans police department. That same corruption and obstruction of justice, the violation of protected rights has found its way into our schools, people, because we have allowed it to happen by loading our board of education, our district offices, and our school administrative offices and classrooms with individuals who are self – serving and members of an exclusive club –  – exclusive because although they want our tax dollars to pad their pockets, they don’t want anything to do with us or hear from us.

We are a nation of laws. We are NOT a nation of justice.
As RCS Superintendent Alan McCartney says: Rules are Rules.

In our opinion, the RCS school system and its district offices are the homeland enemies, not a bunch of camel – jockeys six thousand or eight thousand miles away! It’s actually principals like Tom DiAcetis, union-lackeys, crook teachers like Matt Miller, superintendents like Allan McCartney who are confusing the hell out of the kids and making them schizoid. Is that the plan? On the one hand, we have a president and a congress who just last week were handing out high military honors, the Medal of Honor, to men already dead or nearly so on national television. Then we have the president of the United States announcing (finally) his “strategy” (Strategy? Well, he seems to think it’s a strategy. Sounds more like a smoke screen.)  to weaken alleged terrorists in Syria and in God knows how many other areas. What’s Obama going to use in this battle against terrorism? Chitlins? The ideology taught by our RCS teachers and represented by the RCS board of education and their parasite superintendent, Alan McCartney? We have advertisements for military organizations and military recruitment and careers everywhere you look. We have the National Rifle Association organizing huge rallies. We have “Repeal the Safe Act” everywhere you look. We have a tradition of Rod and Gun Clubs, Sportsmen’s Clubs. One of our traditional activities is hunting. We have a Second Amendment, too. Then we have our educators—and I’m using that term very loosely, indeed—banning T – shirts because they might have a depiction of a firearm on them! WTF! These people in our schools call themselves “educators”?  They’re imbeciles receiving outrageous salaries and benefits. Worse still, most of them are cowards living off the sweat, blood and sacrifices of others!

In fact, aren’t most public meetings opened with a sort of prayer called the Pledge of Allegiance? Don’t we erect monuments at public expense commemorating veterans and past wars? Don’t we have a federal holiday called Veteran’s Day? Aren’t all of these somehow connected with the Armed Forces, or something like that? Where have our so-called “educators” been through all this (probably dodging the draft or living the good life while others are dying the patriotic death). We don’t need or want cowards teaching our kids or running our schools and towns!

They still are required to teach the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights in our public schools, aren’t they?

The feminist pastor of the New Baltimore Reformed Church decided a couple of years ago that the American flag did not have a place in front of the congregation, near the lecterns, and moved the flag to the back of the sanctuary. Some in the congregation raised hell; some even left that congregation because of that action. Several years ago, the pastor of the Roman Catholic Church of St Patrick in Ravena, offended parishioners when he refused to have the coffin of dead veterans draped with the American flag in the church (he was complying with ritual instructions, actually). Again, parishioners raised hell and many went elsewhere. And, dear readers, those are churches; remember separation of church and state. What those so – called pastors failed to recognize is that their congregation members and parishioners are Americans 6 days out of the week and Christians only one day, if that. They live the American way 6 days a week; they worship only one, and many not even that.

It used to be that our schools taught us how to be good citizens while exercising our rights. Our schools and teachers taught us values and morality. Some of those values was loyalty, respect, honesty, integrity, fairness, gratitude and—surprisingly—the notion of patriotism, a form of loyalty and respect, very close to family values, actually.

Our schools and educators are sending mixed messages, the wrong messages. Parents are not carrying their fair share of the load; our local, state and national governments have become so corrupt and dishonest that the only way to cover their tracks is with propaganda, misinformation and control. Our schools, obviously, are following that same evil example.

DiAcetis’s and McCarney’s Warrior Option: Pee on’em!

It’s obvious to us that there’s a great deal of dishonesty and hypocrisy involved here on both sides: the Ravena – Coeymans – Selkirk Central School District (RCS CSD) and the National Guard. There’s also a very deep and dangerous gap in the RCS CSD’s understanding of proper notice, due process, protected rights, and a large number of other issues of neglect or indifference. On that latter note we really have to ask why we are paying DiAcetis and McCartney salaries of more than $100,000 plus benefits to run such a shoddy show.

We also have to ask whether the RCS CSD gives any consideration to the trauma and damage that they cause to adolescents by the principal’s, the school employees’ and the superintendent’s arbitrary and overly discretionary so – called discipline. What if the kid’s wearing the shirt to honor a fallen friend or relative? What if the student is wearing the shirt as an expression of solidarity with the armed forces? What if….? Aren’t these school officials supposed to be trained in some level of psychology? Or are they indifferent to the effects their own conduct is having on these young people?

We’d like to know where the RCS CSD dress code is published. We can’t find it anywhere. And was it at some point subject to public comment at, say, a RCS board of education public meeting? If the RCS CSD dress code is intended to control behavior, to limit free expression, to do anything that might even remotely affect a person’s rights, it should be subject to public comment and should be published. Does anyone know where it is, apart from in DiAcetis’ desk drawer?

What is the RCS CSD position and policy regarding the United States Armed Forces, exactly? We have to assume that the recruiter just didn’t stroll in and hand out shirts…or can we? The RCS CSD is aware that the National Guard and other branches of the US armed forces used weapons from time to time, even deadly force. Aren’t they? What’s the big surprise that a shirt should show a military personnel with a rifle? Does Mr Diacetis or Mr McCartney think that wars and battles are won, that terrorists are subdued by the US military by our men in uniform meandering up to the enemy and threatening to pee on him if he doesn’t give up? Interesting notion but we don’t think that tactic would work on the battlefield. Weapons carried by trained warriors have proved to be effective.

Actually, in these times of US military action in so many places all over the globe, we think it’s disgraceful, scandalous bordering on the treasonous, to show such disrespect for young people’s patriotism not to mention for the efforts of our men and women in uniform. Shame on you you pitiful examples of RCS CSD cowardice!

McCartney’s Secret Weapon: Pee on’em!

We also find it disturbing that the National Guard would even consider pandering to these cowards’ by “sanitizing” their promotional shirts. Does the National Guard really think that if their shirts don’t feature a weapon that anyone is going to think that they are going to use the “pee threat” on terrorists, looters, etc.? It’s shameful that the National Guard is acquiescing to the scandal by superficially denying the use of deadly weapons in their activities. Does the National Guard believe that by caving to the cowards that the kids are so stupid to think that guns are not used in defense activities?

Isn’t denial and hypocrisy already out of all control in our community and in this country? Can’t we just be honest for a change and call a spade a spade?

What will the cowards want next? Do we have to remove all weapons from our military displays, monuments, recruitment advertising. Perhaps a big peeing penis would be more their taste in support of the “pee threat.”

Is it too much to ask parents to know who their children are? To know where they are? To know what they’re doing? Is it too much to ask parents to tear themselves away from their smart phones, their computers, the TV and give some attention to their kids so that they don’t resort to mass murder to be heard? Go figure!

We cannot treat an entire sector of our population, a well – informed, inquisitive, powerful, and activist group like our high – school students, like a bunch of budding criminals, a bunch of retards who as soon as they see a weapon on a T – shirt they become serial killers or mass murders. Stop allowing your schools to create sheeple out of thinking human beings or pay the price of Hitler’s Germany, Stalin’s Russia, Mao’s China, and Obama’s United States: Propaganda, Fascism, Totalitarianism, Rule by the Elite. It’s the another step in poisoning America.

BAM! Blonde Bimbo Coeymanazi Strikes Again: This Time a State Agency Car

 Coeymans Police Officer, allegedly Danielle Crosier, Slams into a New York State official car parked in the parking lot of the Albany Motor Vehicles Office on South Pearl Street. Crosier had a minor in the car with her, the minor leaves the Coeymans p.d. car running. What in hell is going on?

Albany, May 20, 2014, at or about 1:45 p.m. a Coeymans Police car was observed by witnesses at the South Pearl Street Motor Vehicles office to enter the parking lot at excessive speed, and strike a New York State agency car with such force that the state car was “rocked”. Witnesses report that a female  child, blond, about 12-14 years old was seen to exit the Coeymans police car, and run towards the Family Services Building, followed by the plain-clothes driver of the Coeymans police car, who allegedly stated that she was looking at another car and that she would make her own police incident report on the accident. The accident was witnessed by a number of persons in the parkling lot of the NYS Motor Vehicle Services office and the state agency car with official plates was apparently considerably damaged. Albany Police were allegedly called to the scene. The Coeymans police car as reported by witnesses was Coeymans police cruiser No. 921, driven by a white female, blonde hair, late 20’s early 30’s in plain clothes.

Wait one! Isn’t this child endangerment? Indifference to the welfare of a child? Abuse? Isn’t this a crime? Hold on! Isn’t this a case of reckless driving, careless operation of a motor vehicle, reckless endangerment of the public? This isn’t the first time Crosier has carelessly and indifferently operated a motor vehicle. She’s put Coeymans police vehicles up on guardrails, can’t seem to be able to pick a lane and stay in it. Hell! Local humor is that if you see a police cruiser weaving and on the shoulder it’s gotta be Crosier driving it. Maybe the bimbo has brain disorder (Impossible, you’d have to have a brain for it to be disordered!). Or maybe the bimbo just can’t multitask (like walk and chew gum, drive and breath?).

The only Coeymans police officer that matches the description provided by witnesses is blond bimbo Danielle Crosier who has a long history of traffic mishaps and problems driving. But this incident takes the bimbo booby prize for absolute stupidity!!!!

So, Mr Stephen Flach, Coeymans Town Supervisor,  (who late this afternoon on May 20, 2014, allegedly was still uninformed by the Coeymans p.d. chief dodo Darlington about the mishap), Mr Gregory Darlington, this community demands an explanation of what that loopy broad is doing chaufering a minor around in a Coeymans police vehicle. We want to know what the big rush was that she was barreling into the County Offices parking lot at allegedly excessive speed! We want to know why she pulled into a parking slot at excessive speed and lost control of the vehicle, slamming into a state vehicle with such force that she “rocked” the state car, causing considerable damage. We want to know who is investigating the accident and what steps are being taken against Crosier, who is well known for her lack of driving skills. Why was she in plain clothes? Why wasn’t the minor under adult supervision (No! We don’t consider that moron Crosier to be an adult. More of a moron, maybe, but not an adult.).

What’s your estimate? $500-700 in bodywork to repair?

We have received information that Crosier was transporting the minor to county family or youth services at the time of the accident. We have also been informed that Crosier assured witnesses that she, Crosier, would be making the police incident report herself. Can you imagine the nerve, the arrogance, for that dipsy bimbo to be making out her own police incident report on a careless accident like that. We have also been informed that the Albany Police were called to the scene to investigate, and we are waiting for details on what followed.

[Editor’s Note:  On May 21, 2014, at about 9:30 a.m. we drove over to the Coeymans p.d. to see if we could find car 921. It was not there. We then drove over to the RCS high-school and found the car cruising around with two male officers in the front seat. At about 9:40 we returned to the Coeymans p.d. to find car 921 parked outside the entry to the p.d. with the engine running. We did examine the front right bumper and found extensive scraping and damage consistent with the height and type of damage found on the state vehicle. Because of the circumstances we were unable to get a photo without attracting risky attention.]

The irresponsibility and the arrogance in the Coeymans police department is appalling, scandalous. When will this community finally demand that it be stopped, that those responsible be made accountable, and that someone resigns. What is this a freaking ape circus? A dog and pony show?

Danielle Crosier has been assigned by the Coeymans police department and has been installed by your RCS CSD interim superintendent, Mr Alan McCarney, and his collection of morons calling themselves the RCS board of education as the RCS Student Resource Officer (SRO) and is stationed at the RCS high school, where the buzz is that she’s boinking one of the wrestling coaches. According to Crosier, “I am still a police officer but in a school environment. I’ll handle kids with a lighter touch,” Yeah! We’re sure you’ll be handling some of those young studs with a real light touch, Danny-girl, question is Where? (read the RCS CSD newsletter article, “New SRO immerses herself in the RCS environment.”)

We encourage our readers to demand a full accounting of this latest stupidity from the Coeymans town board and to demand a full report from Coeymans police chief Gregory “Dodo-Cop” Darlington. A complete accounting means someone will be taking responsibility for these many incidents and someone will be resigning! We encourage our neighbors and residents in Coeymans to make that crystal clear to those orangutans on the Coeymans town board!

We are also asking Coeymans residents to demand information on the incident and any reports filed on the incident by means of the New York State Freedom of Information Act or F.O.I.L. Force Coeymanazi p.d. Gregory Darlington to produce the information they’re most likely going to try to hide from taxpayers.

And whoever the parents are of the minor Crosier was putting at risk, you should be filing a complaint against the Town of Coeymans and the Coeymans Police Department for endangering your child and indifference to her safety. Isn’t it a bit hypocritical that Crosier is endangering your child bringing her to county family/child services?

In the meantime, Crosier should be put on unpaid leave, and get her ass out of our RCS schools!

On May 20th, 2014, Voters will go to the polls to vote for three RCS CSD board of education members and to hopefully disapprove the bloated $42 million, at least 75% of which goes to pay outrageous salaries for incompetent services and teachers who ensure that the kids are duds and the RCS schools continue to be known far and wide as failing schools.

New Baltimore Needs to Vote Overwhelmingly for Rodney Kryzkowsky in Protest and NO! to the $42 million RCS CSD School Budget!!!

Here’s why:

• A good portion of New Baltimore’s school taxes are going out of Greene County to pay for the RCS Central School District’s waste and favoritism.

• New Baltimore has no representation on the RCS Central School District board of education (for that matter neither does the majority of Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk residents).

• The RCS CSD is owned and operated by a group of insiders, who are owned and operated by the New York State United Teachers union.

• RCS Central School District schools are commonly known as “failing” schools and the composition of the administration, teaching staff, and the board of education makes certain that that reputation is going to last.

• New Baltimore has to wake up and get smart: New Baltimore has to get out of the quagmire of the RCS CSD district and get into the Coxsackie system, in our own Greene County. Ravena-Coeymans is a failing, dying, corrupt and confused bunch of lunatics with no vision and a love affair with toxic waste, no environmental sensitivity, and voodoo economics. No change in corruption—only the faces change.

• On May 20th cast your protest vote against the three teachers union stooges McFerret–Hotaling–Jones and FOR RODNEY KRZYKOWSKI, the only honest one on the RCS CSD board of education and the only one who has the courage to represent his convictions and refuse to join the gang of cowards.

• Vote NO! on the RCS CSD $42 million budget that makes no sense and continues a practice of lies, misinformation, and spending.

Parents allowing their kids to be victimized in this manner is sending a clear and unmistakable message to our young people: We don’t trust you! We can’t control you! You can’t be trusted! We’ll let law enforcement intimidate and harass you while we have some time for ourselves! We had fun making you but now we need to have some time on our own. Sure, we’ll let the Coeymanazis baby sit. Why not?

Superintendent Allen McCarney is obviously in league and working with or for the Albany County District Attorney, Pudenda David Soares or some other moron in the Albany County DA’s office and local police in planning the search. McCartney is turning into a real company boy now that he’s in the pockets of the teacher-union-owned-and-taxpayer-paid-for RCS CSD board of education.

Of course the searches are not animposition and in fact, the students, teachers and parents welcomed law enforcement efforts to harass and intimidate the students. Must make the Coeymanazis feel real good to give the rest of the world the impression our schools are packed with drug pushers and drug users. Makes the Coeymanazi p.d. really look good now, doesn’t it?

This, dear readers, is another cowardly and scandalous attempt by the Coeymans police department and their Nazi friends to harass and intimidate the local community through the students. How dare they go into our schools with police and dogs and execute searches. Where are you parents, anyway? Do the students have to take matters into their own hands to get justice and fairness and not continue to be treated like inmates instead of young adults?

First it was putting a Coeymans police officer who turned out to be the school harlot after a short time, carousing with a wrestling coach and causing a break-up of the coach and his girlfriend. That same RSO officer ended up copping a DUI. Of course, nobody in the RCS CSD Administration foresaw the potential for the female police officer to give every male student an erection but the wrestling coach got her first, we think. But on school property, in his office. Well, that’s the rumor around the school.

So, what’s the deal McCartney, RCS CSD school board a.k.a. New York State United Teachers board at RCS? Find anything you liked?

In an article printed in the Times Union, “Supreme Court: Drug dog sniff is unconstitutional search” (by Jesse J. Hollan of the Associated Press (AP), Tuesday, March 26, 2013) the author writes:

“The Supreme Court ruled…that police cannot bring drug-sniffing police dogs onto a suspect’s property to look for evidence without first getting a warrant for a search, a decision which may limit how investigators use dogs’ sensitive noses to search out drugs, explosives and other items hidden from human sight, sound and smell.
Justice Antonin Scalia said a person has the Fourth Amendment right to be free from the government’s gaze inside their home and in the area surrounding it, which is called the curtilage.”

Shouldn’t our students and schools enjoy these same constitutional rights? Shouldn’t a warrant be required based on good solid probable cause that a search is necessary? Maybe, but not in Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk, where the US Constitution has been suspended and is not applicable to residents and citizens in Ravena-Coeymans Selkirk!

If this happend anywhere else, somewhere where the residents aren’t pussy-whipped by local Coeymanazis, all hell would have broken loose. And it has happened elsewhere and all hell did break loose (hence the Supreme Court decision). But not here in RCS! Anyone care to speculate why we bend over and ask for the joy stick?

These bobo-crime stoppers are real heros; they go after cripples, old ladies and kids. Balless wonders that they are! At a cost of more than $1 million a year to Coeymans taxpayers, we think that money should be spent more responsibly. Don’t you? Eliminate the Coeymans Police department and all of the dingbat vampires hiding there!

We also have received reports that Coeymans polic e officer and RCS CSD RSO Danielle Crosier, you know the Coeymanazi who wrecks patrol cars, can’t pick a lane and stay in it, DUI/DWI copette, the one who’s allegedly carrying on with the RCS wresting coach in his office (she’s apparently not getting enough down at the station). Yeah, the same Danielle Crosier who is pulling kids out of the halls and searching them at the school. Here we have the hot-to-trot harlot, the Coeymanazi p.d.’s kitten in uniform, demonstrating firsthand how a police state operates and what it feels like to be publicly humiliated for nothing. She’s also the Coeymanazi p.d.’s example of morality, too. Yes, RCS parents, that’s the word on the street and in the halls of RCS about your fine RSO and your fine Coeymanazi p.d. What do you have to say about that? Want an investigation? An investigation will either get her fired or jailed (depending on who’s she doing and where), will get the wrestling coach fired, or an investigation will clear both. We think an investigation is the way to go. Don’t you?

That’s an important point of investigation that is very likely to be made when the facts of a recent Notice of Claim come before the courts, and the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District has to cough up an explanation Why? after a history and a pattern of student-on-student violence, attacks, ambushes, even suicide attempts have been allowed to continue!

An outraged parent recently served a complex Notice of Claim on the RCS-CSD asking just those questions and demanding, among other things, answers. Seems that a school district with a budget consistently larger than that of local municipalities combined and the biggest employer of morons in the area should be able to come up with the right answers. But looking at what we have to deal with in terms of teachers (if Martin Case or Matthew Miller or Brian Bailey are to be taken as examples) or support staff (like Rocco Persico, a school psychologist on the RCS payroll) or even principals like Pam Black or  Brian Bailey, well-liked (Why? Because he’s a dolt! A wingnut! That’s why he was made assistant superintendent for curriculum: to get the dolt, the wingnut out of the school! Wake up!), the causes are obvious.

Before the most recent board of education elections when the board was literally drowned with new teachers-clique members by re-electing of all people James Latter (known best for his abuses and breaches of confidentiality), Peter Brown of the Mary Partridge-Brown/Matthew Miller odd-couple (Now it appears it’s a threesome. Patrick E. Brown, of Brown & Weinraub, an Albany law firm, Mary Miller’s — Oops! Brown’s — husband, was elected but we know all too well who’s really on the RCS board of education: Matthew Miller, double-dipping teacher and teachers union rep), and newbie Jason Hyslop, a space-occupying lesion on the board, similar to a Edward “Teddy” Reville (drowsy-dog; and his name is not “Teddy”). So out of 9 seats on the school board, 6 are now occupied by teachers or member married to a teacher, or teacher tools (Brown & Hyslop). Can you tell where this board is heading? Does Latter’s wife or Miller’s wife get the principal’s position they’ve been hankering for but never got because they’re incompetent?

Well, back to the Notice of Claim… (Click here to read it in it’s entirety: Polyak Notice of Claim polyak_redacted; see also Village of Ravena, Town of Coeymans Police Department Served with Notices of Claim).

For six years Mr John Vadney and his colleagues on the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District board of education fought against the teachers clique on that school board to redirect attention from the administrators’ and teachers’ pockets to student safety and education.  While the teachers clique had the majority on the board under the closet guidance of the teachers union, New York State Teachers United (NYSUT) and its local representative, Matthew J. Miller, a high-school science teacher, who at the time was double-dipping to the tune of $18,000 a year from the school budget and on a reduced teaching load (and still is) so that he could (and still can) do his union work on the school budget tab, members James Latter, Alice Whalen, Howard Engel, and previously Gerald Deluca and Cathy Deluca (subsequently voted off the board) saw to it that the teachers and administrators were well taken care of while graduation rates in the RCS high-school plummeted and school violence thrived.

Once the non-teachers were voted into the majority, positive things started to happen in the RCS school district and Mr John Vadney and his team were able to make considerable progress in getting rid of the incompetent local teachers’ choice superintendent Elizabeth “Betsy” Smith and hiring Dr Allen R. McCartney to come in and clean things up. Matthew Miller and the teachers clique vehemently opposed McCartney’s hire but were overruled by those with the best interests of the district, Vadney, Robbins, Sylvester, Krzykowsky, and Lukens.

Total lies; total business as usual for the teachers union and the teachers clique.

The teachers clique and their moles on the Coeymans police department (Gregory Darlington, Kerry Thompson (Darlington’s brother-in-law, and Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca) attempted everything to discredit the non-teachers on the board of education from framing the then board president, John Vadney, to intimidating Jeff Lukens when he came to his son’s defense (as any father would do), to libeling and slandering Rodney Krzykowski for exercising his civil rights, to even inciting bullyism or retaliation on the children of board members. Readers will certainly recall how one student thug ambushed and injured Mr Vadney’s son as he entered the high-school—but that was kept neatly under wraps and, when Vadney’s wife filed a Notice of Claim for the incident, the “Friends of RCS” the teachers clique electioneering arm, the Delucas, Mary Partridge-Brown (wife of lawyer Patrick Brown, now a RCS board of education member) spread the misinformation that Vadney was suing the school district. Total lies; total business as usual for the teachers union and the teachers clique. For the “Fiends of RCS” if it’s illegal or immoral or unethical, it’s OK. And they were elected to the majority on the board of education and promptly took full credit for all the good that Vadney, Sylvester, Robbins, Krzykowski, and Lukens were able to get jump started—such as improving the graduation rates and getting school safety underway, complying with state mandates for anti-bullying programs and training, etc., financial responsibility, accountability, and transparency — all opposed by the teachers clique, James Latter, Alice Whalen, Howard Engel, Edward “Teddy” Reville, on the board and now joined by Patrick Brown (that is, Matthew Miller and NYSUT) and James Hyslop!

The Vadney board was student-centered, not teacher-centered as it is now. The Vadney board focused on keeping students on track, and above all, safe! But the teachers clique, getting more and more defensive and desperate as time went on, unanimously opposed anything the non-teachers proposed, And it’s not as if no one ever heard of the bullying in the RCS schools or of the Dignity Act passed by the NYS legislature in order to make school personnel accountable and responsible for preventing bullying. Anyone with two eyes to see with and two ears to hear with couldn’t possibly have avoided the regular pleas of Mr Laszlo POLYAK at almost every RCS board of education meeting pleading with the superintendent, the teachers, the administrators to do something about the violence in the schools. Mr Polyak was a regular speaker addressing the superintendent and the board asking when they were going to comply with the requirements of the Dignity Act (principals and school administrators were dragging their feet when required to start-up training programs and enforcement of the Act in the RCS schools).

And then Mr Polyak’s own daughter is brutalized during a recess period while supposedly under the supervision of an aid. And she was attacked and injured by a well-known offender who was known to have done the very same thing a number of times in the past!

So, readers, when gentle, then in-your-face New-York-style persuasion doesn’t work and you’re ignored, your child is injured, it’s time to take some serious in-your-face New-York-style legal steps. And that’s what Mr Polyak was forced to do when he filed his Notice of Claim. The violence in our schools must stop and if it takes a $10 million lawsuit to do it, What the hey! Go for it if it’s the only think this school district understands (besides its $10 million the teachers union and the crooks in the school system won’t get their dirty hands on!)

The Vadney Board made it happen and got the wheels rolling but the Vadney board didn’t have enforcement powers in the schools, the administrators, teachers and principals had that. Nor did the board have police power or the authority to compel the local police, the Coeymans Police Department, to do their job and get proactive in terms of prevention of the violence and enforcing or collaborating (with what?) in compliance with the Dignity Act! If the RCS schools were non-compliant, slow to implement the procedures, indifferent to the violence, the Coeymans Police were just as guilty. Some of the duties of the town of Coeymans Police chief Gregory Darlington, according to his job description, are:

• Administers and directs the operation of the police department;
• Recommends organizational changes to the Town Board and directs necessary procedural changes;
• Keeps Town Board abreast of major developments in law enforcement that affect department activities;
• Represents the department at conferences and meetings;
• Thorough knowledge of New York State Penal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Vehicle and Traffic Law and all local laws and ordinances, regulations pertaining to police work.

Now we don’t think it’s stretching it when we ask: When the Coeymans Police Department has to respond to student-on-student violence, kids with guns in the trunk of their cars in the school parking lot, suicide attempts on school property, known bullying, coaches’ abuse of athletes and parents, violations of FERPA confidentiality (right James Latter?), reports of kids being denied boarding school buses and having to walk along Route 9W to get home, etc. wouldn’t you think the police chief would wake up and smell the coffee—the blood? Wouldn’t you think that the police chief would take the initiative and get proactive with acknowledging the problem? Wouldn’t you think the police chief would reach out to the board of education, to the school district with a plan? Wouldn’t you think the police chief would make an appearance at school board meetings to reassure the public that the problem is a priority for the local police? Maybe. But not in the Coeymans Police Department and not with police chief Gregory “DoDo cop” Darlington. And not with Gerald “Dirty-Hands Jerry” Deluca lurking and, together with teacher/union rep Matthew “Matt-the-Mutt” Miller,  harassing local women at BoE meetings.

The Coeymans PD’s Response

So the Coeymans Police Department is included in the recent Notice of Claim and rightly so.  If the Coeymans Police Department would act more like a community public service  organization rather than a Gestapo police state band of thugs hell-bent on retaliation, intimidation, and violation of protected civil rights, maybe the Coeymans Police Department and its police chief could avoid being named in lawsuits. Nah! That would require a Coeymans Town Board that did its job, that is, supervise the Coeymans Police Department and it’s police chief, Gregory Darlington, and do some disciplining where needed. But then, if the Town Board started coming down on the Coeymans Police Department, the board members and their families wouldn’t get special consideration and treatment, the felonies and misdemeanors wouldn’t disappear, would they?

 So what’s the deal Coeymans town supervisor Stephen Flach, board members Peter Masti, Thomas Boehm, Thomas Dolan, Dawn Rogers? When are you going to start doing your jobs and ensuring the Coeymans Police Department and its wimpy chief, Gregory Darlington, are doing their jobs, or else?

And then there’s the village of Ravena. The RCS middle and high school are in the jurisdiction of the village of Ravena, aren’t they? So what’s mayor John Bruno and village of Ravena councilpersons Nancy Warner, Martin Case (himself a teacher at the high school!), Rocco Persico (a school psychologist at the high school!) or William Bailey doing while all of this is going on? ANSWER: Not a damned thing! CORRECTION: They’re too busy whining about their water treatment and sewer bills from the town of Coeymans. Mayor John Bruno and councilwoman Nancy Warner are too busy harassing the Teen Center and bitching about kids congregating around the Pulver Street gazebo; they’re too busy cruising the gazebo at weird hours of the nite and getting the Coeymans police in a feeding frenzy over the “No Loitering” law (the subject of another Notice of Claim because the law is unconstitutional and unenforceable!). That’s the extent of the village of Ravena’s response to the violence!

More parents should take control and follow Mr Polyak’s lead. Maybe then the RCS CSD, the town of Coeymans, the Coeymans Police Department, and the village of Ravena will take these important matters more seriously.

Darkness Has Descended On the RCS Central School District: Evil, Immorality, and Ethical Disaster!

The 2013-14 RCS CSD school budget has passed.
That’s good.

James Latter of ethics and law violations fame has been confirmed by the vote. Jason Hyslop and Patrick Brown, too. Voters have thus voted in the teachers clique, the teachers union, the Coeymanazis. We owe their success to those who did not vote.

RCS Hands the Pearls Over to the Swine

We Commend the RCS school district and the RCS community for its continuing efforts to self-destruct, to shoot itself in the foot, and to invite abuse, special interests and dirty tricks. You have now three years to weep.

As for the outgoing RCS CSD president, Mr John Vadney, and the only woman on the board*, Ms Judy Sylvester, you offered the community justice, fairness, honesty and integrity. Mr Laszlo Polyak, you offered them an alternative to the decades of suppression and a committed listening ear together with extensive experience. The RCS school district opted instead for a known scoundrel and two nobodies.

It is our sincere hope that you will continue your good work from the gallery and do what has to be done to ensure that the board, now firmly in the hands of villains and scoundrels, now working for the Teachers Union, is kept dancing barefoot on broken glass for the next three years. Make the speakers podium smoke and burn!

As for us, we’ll continue publishing facts and truth, while watching each and every move of each member of the RCS CSD board of education with the finest scrutiny, if only to ensure that every indiscretion and false move is duly reported.

As for the irregularities noted in the polling, they will be the subject of formal written complaints.

As for past delicts of teachers, coaches we encourage parents and residents to file your Notices of Claim and seek recourse and satisfaction. Now is not the time to be weak!

We’ve reported on James Latter’s escapades and questionable connections many times in the past. We’ve recommended that he resign from the RCS board of education because of his irresponsible and embarrassing, even illegal conduct. Parents and residents have called for his resignation, and for an investigation of this man. Now he’s campaigning for your votes to put him back on the board of education where he can continue to do his damage. Is the man insane?

We have received documents that will shed new light on this old problem and, now, before the elections, we need to get it out there so that residents know the truth about this character who should be on trial, not on a board of education!

If you recall, this is one of the members of the teachers clique on the RCS board of education. The one’s who vote as one block against anything the resident-business people propose. He’s part of the group that forced last years 6.8% tax levy down residents’ throats and got the entire school district investigated. He’s part of the group that tried to kill this year’s 2% levy and push through a more than 3.58% levy. He’s also the one being supported by the Coeymanazi group, Friends of RCS (a bigger lie has never been told unless Jerry Deluca fathered it), and is receiving the endorsement of guess who, the local RCS Teachers Association Political Action Committee (or that’s what Matt Miller would like us to believe).

We have very good information that maybe the Coeymanazis are supporting this mindless character, and maybe the secret Friends of RCS are supporting this boob, and maybe Matt Miller is, too. But one thing is very certain, not many of the ethical, professional teachers in this district are willing to support him, despite the propaganda Matt Miller puts out for his union.

Here’s what we learn from the documents we’ve received (the full text can be read or downloaded by just clicking this link  James Latter Misconduct-R)

Far from denying his misconduct or offering an explanation, Latter admits to the misconduct.

In those documents at least one RCS board of education member writes to then interim superintendent Elizabeth Smith, requesting that she initiate an investigation of James Latter’s breach of district policies, violation of FERPA law provisions on confidentiality, his texting his sister during executive session and displaying her comments to other BoE members, and the possibility of legal action against the District as the direct result of Latter’s misconduct. Far from denying his misconduct or offering an explanation, Latter admits to the misconduct.

The correspondence to superintendent Smith also notes Latter’s relationship with the RCS Sports Association and the obvious “conflict of interest” that the board felt was “affecting his duty as a BoE member.”

The documents include a parent’s complaint that a Latter violated district policy and federal law when Latter forwarded a confidential e-mal from the parent and he distributed the e-mail to Bob Doren, Ron Reese, Ron Vanderzee, and others, including the JV and Varsity football coaches.

Mr James Latter is a hypocrite who works by double standards.

The parent complains that “Mr Latter broke the very same protocol he has consistently preached that others need to follow, and he has quickly called for investigations of others he has accused of doing the same.” Mr Latter is a hypocrite who works by double standards. “Mr Latter maybe you should start to practice what you preach,” writes the parent.

Mr Latter has no respect for students, parents, policies, the law, and is not above placing students and parents at risk.

The parent also reports on an incident where Latter told a special ed student “to stop acting like a f***king retard.” The parent offered her child as a witness to the incident. And the parent demands an investigation into the incident and demands that Latter resign. It is obvious that Mr Latter has no respect for students, parents, policies, the law, and is not above placing students and parents at risk.

Another resident, JA, who voices his concern about the violation of confidentiality by a sitting board member, namely Mr James Latter (page 2).

But JA goes even further when he points out Mr Latter’s conflicts of interest:

“I’m more concerned after learning that Mr Latter is associated with members of the auxiliary that supports the various sporting events when that auxiliary has used its not-for-profit funding to actually fund “public education campaigns” and I’m being generous here, during times of election which, as I understand, is under IRS not-for-profit law, is expressly prohibited for a not-for-profit charitable organization to actually use its not-for-profit funding to fund such activities in an election campaign. And to take out a full-page ad and other things against certain board members or even supporting other members is contrary to public policy in terms of not-far-profit status. The fact that you’re directly associated, I understand, relatives are involved in that association [the RCS Sports Association. Latter’s stepfather, Mr Jeff Stambaugh was president of the RCS Sportsman Association at the time.]”

 JA continues:

“And so, in light of this new revelation where you’re sharing confidential emails, I think that members of the public have a right to expect that communications to the board are held in confidence until the board as a whole decides to act on them or until the administration takes appropriate action … but certainly children should not be put in jeopardy because of personal or other agendas. And so, like others here, Mr Latter, I would call for your resignation. I find this totally inappropriate and highly questionable, given the other activities that I’ve outlined.”

 Of course, superintendent Smith as usual screwed up the facts and did nothing. Seemed that she was frequently a candidate for Alzheimer’s research whenever it came to dealing with the teacher’s clique or some Coeymanazi group.  Smith’s response to an inquiry by the parent: “I have not opened an investigation.” In fact, Smith even avoided communicating with the parent on the issue of calling the student an insulting name. Smith also failed to grasp the seriousness of the breach of confidentiality despite communications from board members, parents, residents. Duh!

In an email Latter admits his betrayal of confidentiality, admits that he should have let Ms Smith handle the matter through formal channels.

Latter’s initial misconduct was blown up tenfold!

Finally, the parent has to delete her e-mail account because she was getting responses from the individuals to whom Latter forwarded the confidential communication. In emails from coach Vanderzee, Bob Dorance, Ron Racey all of which have a demeaning, defensive tone. Bob Dorrance even assumes an insulting tone by writing, “If you are truly just a concerned parent…” What the devil is that supposed to mean? “truly just a concerned parent?” What else would the parent be, Mr Dorrance, you dolt!?! No wonder the parent felt the need to delete an e-mail account to avoid reading their defensive assaults. Of course, their facts were all messed up and they didn’t bother to communicate with each other. So Latter’s initial misconduct was blown up tenfold by the very people to whom he forwarded the confidential communication and who had no need to know of it!

Any person who places a football win before the welfare and safety of a student or before the duty of confidentiality under the policies of the school district as provided in the FERPA legislation should not be on the board in the first place. Any person who is as arrogant as Mr Latter has been in the past to ignore the demands of concerned parents and residents does not belong on the board.

Latter’s Campaign Statements are a Smoke Screen

Mr James Latter’s campaign statements are a smoke screen disguising the real James Latter. The real James Latter is the James Latter exposed in these documents and on the videos of the BoE meetings.  

 The Real James Latter should not be re-elected to the RCS CSD Board of Education.
